As head of the Confederate movement
in America with authority for the Confederate Government from three branches of
the Jefferson Davis family, let me issue this warning to present leaders of
Wash., D.C. It is time to lie low and let international law on genocide and
land put the Confederate Government into national power over America as if
international law recognizes as it is anticipated it will that the Confederate
Government has lawfully acquired legal title to all 50 states of America, with
title to all the land now acquired the Confederate Government is the new
national government of America. Without land left for the federal government to
claim as legally its own, the federal government will have lost national power
and no longer be a functioning government as a government without land has
no power base to it to survive on. Many in Wash., D.C. deserve to be hung for
high treason against the American people and America as a nation. Having a
heavy background in military intelligence, it is easy for me to hunt down these
federal traitors when the Confederate Government has the legal option now to
take over as the national govenment of America and then punish those who were
its enemies when law legally justifies it. I am not a bloodthirsty man and prefer
the ways of peace rather than harsh law and harsh punishment for those
deserving it in Wash., D.C. No incidents and play ball with me now and I prefer
to let you go to your homes peacefully and let you later face the Judgment of
God rather than forcing my hand so Confederate Judgment will handle you first
and then turn you over to God for a second round of judgment for your evil and
wickedness when in power. As a Christian leader in policy when my enemies will
allow me to be merciful with them, if you don't force my hand, I will try and
be merciful and let you retire with your head intact and allowed to lead your
life peacefully but in enforced retirement. If I am forced, then I will act
with the authority of Caesar (symbolic of government authority) instead of the
mercy of Christ (symbolic of a more merciful approach to your enemies if they
will allow you to spare them the punishments they justly deserve in this life).
Do not miscalculate my character
nor that of the Confederate Government now getting ready to rise into national
power. Any indication of later conspiracy and evil on your part if we let you
just leave Wash., D.C. and retire in peace, then instead we will put you
through the American equivalent of the Nuremberg War Trials of Nazi Criminals
and likely hang most or all of you if the court so rules. If you don't care for
peace and want to press your luck to see if you can survive the pending legal
takeover of America by the revived Confederate Government, then we will likely
at least practice the old Roman system of legal decimation where one of every
ten of you will be executed by the law if found guilty as legal warning to the
rest that if they don't behave themselves, then their heads will roll along
with yours.
If we are soon totally backed by
international law and there is to be a peaceful transfer of government to the
Confederate Government, then this is my policy until and
unless our Confederate Government should change this policy. The
military stays intact and operates as usual. The Confederate Battle Flag will
now fly along with the American Flag. This will be symbolic to show that the
Confederate Government is now the new national government of America but
America remains as one nation under the God-loyal Confederate Government of the
Confederate States of America (now increased up to 50 states belonging to the
Confederacy of America). We will have remaining states ratifying formally where
the people and state governments want to join the Confederacy. But with
ownership of their state land, we will return title to their state land as soon
as ratification unifies them with the Confederacy. And nice reward as we treat
all with justice, we turn over $1 trillion to each state as it joins the
Confederacy. This money is to be equally divided between all citizens 18
years of age and age who were lawful American citizens and now swear allegiance
to the Confederacy as their new national government. How we acquire this money
to do this is a sort of Confederate secret until we hold power. If we can
obtain enough extra beyond the $100 trillion goal, we may throw in the free
bonus of paying off all state debts of all 50 state governments in America. We
agree to pay off all federal debts owed to foreign sources but with one
condition attached. You vote for us in the UN. You vote against us and since we
are not the federal government, but Confederate Government, we will invite you
then to collect from the old federal government if any of it still legally
exists after losing the land claims to America.We pay off the federal foreign
debts as a courtesy but not a legal obligation of the Confederacy as we did not
make these debts with you but another government which we will have replaced in
America.
We will want federal laws enforced
through Nov. 20, 2012 and remain operational until we confirm their
continuance, modify them or else cancell them. This among other things means
that social security runs as usual and pays as usual. When we are ready, we
will turn the social security system from an effective Ponzi Scheme into a very
sound monetary system for the retired in America and would not be surprised if
later the retired receive even two to three more times more money under
Confederate management than prior federal management. The Bush tax cuts remain
in force until we make whatever changes required. This means no new tax
increases starting in 2013. Also, the Obamacare national health plan will be on
hold as it was designed to bankrupt the American economy by undermining the
financial soundness of American business. When we come up with a much better
national health for the people, we will set this Confederate retirement plan up
and people and businesses will be far more happy with it than the Communist
designed Obama sounding good until carefully analyzed and then super deadly to
the American economy. Also, we are not going to have people take the microchip
under their skins which C.I.A. in secret session long ago wanted as the trick
way to put the Ameican people under a total federal electronic police state
where the government would automatically spy on all the people 24 hours a day 7
days a week. We don't believe in national police states, so this policy is dead
as law before it even gets started.
As we systemically change
from the unsound federal monetary policies to sound monetary policies, we will
honor federal money until we retire it with a far better monetary system. If
any nations try tricks of financial war on America while this monetary change
takes place, we will consider this an act of war against the Confederate States
of America and will set up monetary policies against that nation whereas they
will maybe find out that their economy may go bankrupt instead of ours. Don't
try to take advantage of the situation while we change government, etc. as we
will at no point be weak while changing government in America.
The Confederate States of America
never joined the United Nations, so we are not bound by authority of the United
Nations nor treaties of Wash., D.C. until we decide that we will legally
approve them or else reject them as treaties we will not agree to be bound
by. And in our Confederate Constitution to be written by delegates from the
original Confederate States, I will insist that we never make treaty agreements
as higher in authority or as high in authority as our Confederate Constitution.
We do not give away the legal righs of our citizens to foreign sources through
treaties contrary to Wash., D.C. today. We will agree to
a Permanent Observer Mission with the United Nations where our views
may be showed to the UN, but we do not vote in the UN until we are satisfied
with the terms we will have offered to the Confederate States of America.
It is to the interests of the UN to
back the Confederacyand fully. If we are not backed, we will sponsor a separate
international body to later replace the UN as an international legal source for
all nations to appeal to in international legal issues.If we are not backed,
then my father's Vatican endorsed food process is not available to the human
race and university tests of long ago said the entire human race will shortly
die like the dinosaurs on earth if this unique food is not soon offered to all
nations on earth. Regardless of which national government will shortly represent
America and the people of America, our national market is still huge and to
have chaos in our economy would probably trigger off the collapse of all
economies in the world and bankruptcy for most to all national governments on
earth. And nations hostile to us in the UN and not on our side, I hold the
Vatican endorsed trade secret food process and other technology which will
skyrocket the world economy. I bless with the food and other technology those
who are the friends of the Confederacy. Those who are our enemies, you will not
share in the great prosperity we can bring to nations who are our friends and
trading partners in the world.
Some nations should be automatic to
back us in the UN from the very start. If we have a way we are going to deliver
to Russia from $10 trillion to $20 trillion at current purchasing power of
American money as of Nov. 20, 2012, of course Russia is going to be on our side
in the UN. If we are going to boom the economies of France, Great Britain,
Italy, and Ireland with $1 trillion each plus other West European nations
acting in time to our incredibly cheap $1 million offer listed in a previous
report for UN reading and filing, why not nations going to get $1 trillion in
return not going to back us in the UN? And if acting quickly, I will let Poland
join this $1 million offer for later $1 trillion in return from the
Confederacy, but if you do not ask fast and the committed fund is used up, then
sorry Poland no $1 trillion for you. The $1 million amounts are to help pay our
expenses to set up our Permanent Mission Headquarters in New York for working
with the UN. Also, cover some other expenses not mentioned here but advance the
interests of the Confederate Government and Confederate States of America.
From this hour forth, if Wash.,
D.C. makes any moves to try and interfere with our mail, internet
communications, money we receive, etc., this will be considered as legally an
act of war against the Confederate States of America. We will then want
arrested Obama of Kenya and Eric Holder of the U.S. Justice Dept. arrested by
the U.S. military and when the Confederate Government is in power, we will put
these two federal leades on trial as American equivalent of Nazi War Criminals
held on trial at the Nuremberg War Trials starting on Nov. 20, 1945. We
reserve the right to add more names of federal leaders if more want to engage
in acts of war against the lawful Confederate Government of the Confederate
States of America.
Americans, copy and send this
report out nationally and worldwide to break the censorship of the corrupt news
media of America. Their censorship can't stop us, but create such ill will with
us if they think censorship of the news will stop us, then we will pass laws of
taxation, etc. that will teach corrupt news media to play it honest the next
time and not corrupt in America. I descend from a strong newspaper family
including one of my forefathers founding the first newspaper in Texas which was
the Bonham News if I remember the name right, my father was an executive with
Randolph Hearst of the American newspaper empire, and others of my forefathers
and I have all believed in journalistic integrity in the reporting of news to
the American people, not censorship of pertinent major news in order to try and
politically control the American people by hiding the truth from them. I have
worked for several newspapers in my life including The Wall Street Journal and
I have no use for prostitute journalists trying to trick the American people
out of control of their government and nation by censorship, distortion of
news, propaganda slants to reporting of news, etc. The newspapers will need to
have goodwill with me as they don't need to make me their hardened critic in
American society and heard and believed by all the American people in the
future. Play it honest and you are smart!
Position of law of the Confederate
Government. We need to have it as international law that hacking of financial
accounts or any form of personal accounts on the internet is a modernized version
of Piracy On The High Seas and can be punished by even hanging as was common
law in older times. In South Carolina in America, nearly 4 citizens of South
Carolina had their private personal information stolen by an international
hacker apparently from Russia.This means up to 4 million citizens can have
their bank accounts stolen from and other mischief done to their lives
including they pay credit card and debit card charges for the hacker or those
he sold their private information to so sources all over the world could steal
from them even potentially for the rest of their lives. I want no legal
protection given hackers in any nation of the world. We can have soldiers or
authorized legal agents assigned to arrest them able to go to any nation to arrest
them and bring them back to the nation where their victims live, put them on
trial, and then carry out the legal ruling of the court involved. I also
suggest that in security systems for private information or private accounts of
people in any nations of the world, there be added an additional software
system so all people entering these security threatened accounts have to be
verified as to where they are and from what internet service they are using to
approach these accounts. We have to see back a signal from the source
approaching any security account to verify where the electronic signals came
from so we can arrest the would-be hacker if would-be hacker is involved. Also,
that all bank accounts in the world also have a paper system whereas if the bank
account holder insists then their account can only honor paper checks, not
electronic instructions, for payments to be withdrawn from their accounts. And
where the bank account holder insists, then they must be called or effectively
contacted first before they authorize large bank checks to be honored to be
withdrawn in amount from their private or business accounts. It is time for a
bit of common sense in international banking and national banking all over the
world!

the TAG account instructions, you may be harmed in several ways.
None of my local banks had heard of the rules for
becoming compliant with the Dodd-Frank instructions. I printed out copies of
the instructions (13 pages) and handed it to the bank VPs which they cheerfully
received, promising that their lawyers would read it and get ready to support
TAG accounts.
There is a basis for this strange TAG requirement (or
suggestion). It may help if you understand the basis for the Dodd-Frank Bill
and the TAG account option.
Your Dinar payouts were and are supposed to be in gold or
metals-backed currency. That's especially true for Dinar holders because the
Dinar you hold is backed by gold, oil, and minerals.
It's fool-hardy to convert the world's most valuable and
stable currency into US dollars that sink in value almost every day. Dollars
are announced to be DEVALUED another 40% within 30 to 60 days after the RV.
I mentioned Dinar as being stable. Yes. Monthly violence
in all of Iraq is far less that that of single US cities like Washington DC or
Los Angeles. TV news channels amplify and selectively choose what we are
allowed to see or believe.
So where is the US currency that is metals based? New US
Treasury bills are expected to be released to the public perhaps 30 or 60 days
after the RV. At that time we will have options for converting our old
greenback bills into the new Treasury bills. The new bills will be issued from
the US Treasury (we expect). The 99 year agreement between the US Treasury and
the Federal Reserve ran out sometime in January
2012 (it is claimed).
IF YOU DEPOSIT YOUR CONVERTED FUNDS INTO A VALID TAG
ACCOUNT:
- Your funds will be assumed to be of US Treasury Bill
value later, when and if the new Treasury bills are issued. (metals backed just
like the Dinar – good)
- You will have full and immediate access to your funds
to buy big items or properties, no rationing, no delays on withdrawals. (good)
- You must not gain any interest on the account
(Mandatory
Requirement) because banks can only pay interest using
current debt-based fiat unstable old US currency.
- You cannot take funds from any other source and deposit
them into your TAG account. (Maybe DONG payouts are ok, not sure.)
So if you thought you could just deposit Dinar payouts
into any old checking account that bears no interest, then you haven't looked
through the compliance standards that the bank has to fulfill in getting ready
to give you a TAG account. See the link further below.
The legal rules a bank must follow are quite dense and
heavy. Details galore. The bank must even have a small sign of a certain size
on the wall in the lobby stating with certain words that they provide TAG
account services.
Most of you probably envision cashing in at a bank, then
wiring some funds from there to other local banks or credit unions. These
secondary receiving banks will have to have legitimate TAG accounts if you want
the TAG benefits. Upon receiving the incoming bank wire, the bank will have to
ask about your source of funds. Your receipt from your original dinar
conversion event will be needed in this situation.
So what happens if you just ignore the TAG option. Maybe
you were only going to cash in one 25,000 Dinar note. At the rumored rate of
$12.36 that single note will produce a deposit of $309,000, which is just a
little over the $250,000 normal FDIC insurance.
Is that anything to worry about? (What? Me worry?)
WORRY DEFINED:
Later when we all line up at banks to trade in our
crumpled greenbacks to get our fresh Metals-based US Treasury notes, we have
hints, rumors, and whispers that there will be a 40% to 60% loss of greenback
value for everyone around the world that holds greenbacks. US dollars will be
devalued, announced and not a theory.
When the new Treasury bills are issued,
You will possibly trade in $100 old bills and receive
back $60 in new Treasury bills. (40% devaluation of US dollars) Or, You will
possibly trade in $100 old bills and receive back $40 in new Treasury bills.
(60% devaluation of US dollars).
IF your Dinar deposits are NOT PLACED IN A TAG ACCOUNT,
your old $1 million greenback dollars will be converted (in the bank) to
$600,000 Treasury Bills (for example) at the 40% devaluation rate, when the new
bills are released.
IS THIS SCARY EXAMPLE CLEAR? You cashed in top-value
DINAR which was already gold-based, and through negligence (in this example)
you lost 40% of your value because you didn't mandate that your bank set up a
TAG account to receive it.
We have been kept in the dark about many things, but
Congress saw this situation about to arise. For once, in your favor, the
Dodd-Frank bill designed a method by which your Dinar (and possibly Dong)
deposits would be treated AS ACTUAL METALS-BASED CURRENCY even though the new
Treasury bills won't be issued until a few months after the RV event.
These TAG accounts (if you see the sense of using them)
give the US Treasury up to a year to get their Treasury bills distributed.
The trauma of the US and world-wide populations having
their old green dollars DEVALUED can be dealt with best AFTER the frantic Dinar
conversions.
To appreciate the complexity of the RV happening in 195
nations, consider that the dollar devaluation will affect all those nations
WHOSE CURRENCIES ARE ALSO BEING reassigned based on the productivity of each
nation.
Summary: To avoid unnecessary diminishment of 40% or more
of your funds when the world soon converts to the new US Treasury bills,
consider printing out a few copies of the Dodd-Frank instructions and hand
carrying a copy to your local bankers who may be unaware.
I found it useful to talk with bank administrators,
stating that you are a Dinar holder, and that even though the local bank is not
expected to convert your dinar, you intend to wire sizeable funds into your
local account AND THAT IT NEEDS TO COME IN TO A Transaction Account Guarantee
(TAG) ACCOUNT which must conform with the printed instructions at this
government link.

U.S. Treasury Exempts Foreign Exchange Swaps From
Dodd-Frank

The U.S. Treasury Department exempted foreign-exchange
swaps and forwards from Dodd-Frank Act regulations intended to reduce risk and
increase transparency in the derivatives market.
Foreign-exchange swaps and forwards are short-term
transactions that already have high-levels of transparency and risk management,
the department said in a statement yesterday announcing the exemption.
Deutsche Bank AG, Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK), UBS
AG (UBSN) and other banks urged Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner to
exempt the market. The exemption had been resisted by some regulators,
Democratic lawmakers and advocates of tighter rules.
“Unlike other derivatives, FX swaps and forwards already
trade in a highly-transparent, liquid and efficient market,” the Treasury
Department said. “This final determination is narrowly tailored.”
Foreign exchange contracts were the second-largest source
of derivatives trading revenue for U.S. bank holding companies in the second
quarter, according to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The
companies recorded $3.1 billion in revenue on trading of foreign exchange
derivatives.
Foreign-exchange swaps and forwards are part of a $4
trillion global daily market for foreign exchange, according to the Basel-based
Bank for International Settlements.
Dodd-Frank would move most swaps to clearinghouses that
collect collateral from buyers and sellers to reduce the risk that one party’s
default would disrupt the broader market. The measure was enacted in response
to the 2008 credit crisis that regulators and lawmakers said was fueled in part
by largely unregulated swaps.
‘Additional Costs’
“Moving FX swaps and forwards to centralized clearing
would not only have created additional costs for businesses and investors, but
also increased systemic risk,” James Kemp, managing director of the Global
Financial Markets Association’s foreign-exchange division, said in an e-mail
statement. “This final decision from the U.S. Treasury provides the clarity the
industry needs to now further develop the infrastructure of the future.”
In comment letters to Treasury in 2010, Democratic
Senators Carl Levin of Michigan and Maria Cantwell of Washington discouraged
the department from granting the exemption.
The Commodity Markets Council, a lobbying group for
energy and agriculture companies and derivatives exchanges, said in a June 2011
letter that the exemption could undermine the regulatory overhaul. The council
“believes exempting foreign exchange forwards and swaps at this time from the
clearing and trading requirements of Dodd-Frank could increase systemic risk at
a time when regulators around the globe are trying to reduce it,” according to
the letter, which was submitted in response to Treasury’s proposed exemption.
‘Unjustified’ Loophole
The council includes the CME Group Inc. (CME), the
Chicago-based owner of the world’s largest futures exchange; Intercontinental
Exchange Inc. (ICE), the Atlanta-based futures market operator; and Decatur,
Illinois-based Archer-Daniels-Midland Corp. (ADM), the largest U.S.
grain processor.
“Wall Street fought hard to convince Treasury to grant
this loophole, which is unjustified by independent research,” Dennis Kelleher,
president and chief executive officer of Better Markets, an organization
advocating stricter financial regulation, said in an e-mail statement. “That
may be why, after two years of consideration, the United States Treasury
announced such an important financial regulation decision on a Friday night at
5 p.m. when Congress is on recess and on the eve of the Thanksgiving holiday.”
Exemption Exceptions
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and
Securities and Exchange Commission are required to write rules to reduce risk
and increase transparency for interest-rate, credit and other swaps in the
$648 trillion global over-the- counter derivatives
market.
The Treasury exempted foreign-exchange swaps and forwards
from those rules. The exemptions don’t apply to Dodd-Frank’s reporting
requirements and business conduct standards. The exemption also doesn’t apply
to foreign-exchange options, currency swaps and non-deliverable forwards.
The foreign-exchange swaps and forwards market and its
participants “have been subject to strong, comprehensive, and internationally
coordinated oversight by central banks for more than three decades,”
Treasury said in the announcement. The exemption takes
effect when it is published in the Federal Register.
‘Unforeseen Risks’
“Treasury believes that requiring foreign exchange swaps
and forwards to be cleared and settled through the use of new systems and
technologies could introduce new, unforeseen risks in this market,”
the department said in the final exemption order.
Darrell Duffie, a professor at Stanford University’s business
school, said the foreign-exchange swaps and forwards market has taken voluntary
steps to curb risks. “But the remaining amount of counter-party risk in the FX
derivatives market is enormous,” Duffie said in an e-mail yesterday after the
Treasury announcement. “Does the logic of this exemption imply that credit
default swaps or interest rate swaps should also be exempted from regulation
once practices improve in those markets? Surely that should not be the case.”
During the congressional debate over Dodd-Frank, the
Treasury Department fought unsuccessfully to exclude foreign exchange from
regulation over the objections of CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler.
An exclusion threatened to “swallow up the regulation” of
derivatives if interest-rate or credit swaps are structured as foreign exchange
swaps to benefit from the exemption, Gensler wrote in an August 2009 letter.
Steve Adamske, the CFTC’s spokesman, declined to comment
on the final Treasury exemption.

General David Petraeus, former CIA director

Sometimes, generals purge politicians. In 1648, during the English Civil War, Colonel Pride and his troops removed those members of the Long Parliament who opposed military domination; the puppets who remained were called the Rump Parliament.
This year, a cabal of generals evidently believed it could secure the White House for Mitt Romney by staging the Benghazi incident and using it as the signal for a cold coup under cover of elections -- probably including computer-generated election fraud -- to bring down Obama. They guessed wrong.
Politicians sometimes purge generals. When the French Secret Army Organization (OAS) staged a putsch in Algiers in April 1961 to prevent the independence of Algeria, President de Gaulle had to round up and jail a number of generals and other officers. The Obama administration and its establishment controllers appear to be ousting a number of intelligence and military officials who took part in illegal operations to replace Obama with Romney. These sackings are being presented to the public under the guise of soap opera sexual infractions or expense account padding, in the hope of hiding some real mechanisms of power from the popular gaze. The outgoing US military cabal favors the extension of colonial wars, like those in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as an attack on Iran. Good riddance.
General Petraeus: Neocon Who Sought War with Iran
The most spectacular example is the fall of General David Petraeus, the CIA director, and one of the leading US advocates of an early war with Iran. The heads of several other rogue figures are rolling. The result is one of those rare moments when parts of the rogue network or invisible government can be observed by those who have enough knowledge to understand what they are seeing. But the firings have only scratched the surface.
The Romney backers were made up of neocons, Bush holdovers, and members of the Mormon Mafia in the intelligence community -- a relatively narrow base. The Obama supporters were the Brzezinski-Nye soft power group and military opposed to the Iran war. The neocons and reactionary Mormons wanted to restore aggressive war and wholesale bombing as the preferred option for US foreign policy. Although they love drones and assassinations, they want to keep significant US conventional forces in the Middle East.
The pro-Obama group wants to avoid large conventional commitments. They want to rely on cyber-warfare, drones, assassinations, bombing, raids by special forces, and economic warfare in the form of trade sanctions and technology embargoes. When they want to destroy a country like Syria, they do not favor direct US invasion or bombing, but rather seek to use proxies like Turkey and the al-Qaeda patsy network to get the double benefit of weakening both ally and enemy. Above all, they love color revolutions and soft-power subversion.
Benghazi, September 11: CIA assets kill US envoy while CIA team is ordered to stand down and other CIA assets fail to intervene
The Benghazi consulate was prevalently a CIA post, with significant military capabilities. Ambassador Stevens had strong CIA connections and served as a liaison with the al-Qaeda-linked terrorists of the Benghazi-Derna-Tobruk corridor, whom the CIA is using for the attack on Syria. His last conversation with a Turkish diplomat was evidently a discussion on this topic.
Stevens and others thought they had nothing to fear because their relations with the Islamist fighters were so cordial. The attack that killed Stevens was carried out by forces under the control of Sufiyan Qumu (also Kumu or Gumu), who had been held in Guantanamo for several years and released as a CIA asset for the overthrow of Gaddafi. A significant group of CIA paramilitaries stationed nearby was ordered to stand down by the CIA command structure.
Another CIA asset, the February 17 Martyrs Brigade, which had in the summer of 2011 assassinated General Younes in order to help the CIA operative General Hifter to take control of the rebel army, had contracted to provide additional security, but also did not intervene. General Petraeus went to the movies that night. On September 14, Petraeus told the House Intelligence committee that the Benghazi incident had been spontaneous, a demonstration gone violent.
This is the line which Susan Rice mouthed on television in mid-September. (She should be fired for other reasons.) The Obama administration was in any case eager to hide the fact that it had turned Libya over to al-Qaeda. The goal of Benghazi was an early October surprise to Carterize Obama, and the CIA was commanded by Petraeus.
Petraeus arrived at the CIA on September 6, 2011. Within a month, a new provocation was launched against Iran in the form of absurd accusations that members of the Quds Force were plotting to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to Washington, DC. Intelligence community conduit David Ignatius wrote at the time that a big reason the implausible plot story gained credibility was the “fact the CIA [meaning Petraeus] and other intelligence agencies gathered information corroborating the informants’ juicy allegations” implicating the Quds Force and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps.
In reality, the patsies involved came from the Drug Enforcement Administration and/or the Mujaheddin e-Khalq (MEK), an anti-Iranian terrorist force maintained by the US in Iraq. The MEK has now been rewarded by being removed from the State Department’s list of terrorist organizations. (David Ignatius, “Those Keystone Iranians: Why Such a Crude at Assassination Plot?, Washington Post, October 12, 2011) The goal of the operation was to abort possible diplomatic solutions to tensions between NATO and Iran.
In Washington, the neocon Petraeus was always considered as General Betray-US, Bush’s warlord and the key front man for the Iraq surge. He was the darling of the civilian chickenhawk neocons, who saw in him a presidential vehicle to return to power after the debacles in Afghanistan and Iraq. Petraeus’ neocon sherpas were Frederick Kagan and Max Boot, who also helped him to refurbish his image concerning Israel. Obama was always afraid that Petraeus would run for president, and when Romney took the nomination, feared that Petraeus might be a candidate for vice president.
Like General George Marshall on the evening of December 6, 1941 -- who stayed conveniently out of the loop under various pretexts because he wanted the Pearl Harbor attack to occur as a means of damaging President Roosevelt -- Petraeus was at the movies during the Benghazi attack, attending a private screening at the Canadian Embassy of the movie Argo with Ben Afflek, which deals with a 1979 covert CIA operation in Tehran.
The Night of the Long Knives
The hatred of key members of the US officer corps for Obama was illustrated through the comments of Petraeus’ friend, the warmonger General Stanley McChrystal, who was ousted in June 2010. In addition to Petraeus, the following officers are also either sacked or the object of scandals or investigations:
Marine General John R. Allen is in trouble. Currently the commander of US forces in Afghanistan, Allen had been slated to take over from Admiral Stavridis as NATO Supreme Commander, but Obama has now put this nomination on hold. Allen is accused of having an improper relationship with the Tampa, Florida hostess and socialite Jill Kelley, originally of the Lebanese Khawam family. Mrs. Kelley had insinuated herself into the social circle of generals at McDill Air Force Base, the location of the US Central command. Allen and Petraeus both wrote letters to a judge supporting Kelley’s twin sister in a child custody fight. According to some accounts, Allen sent either 30,000 pages or 30,000 e-mails to Kelly over a few years. Allen denies wrongdoing, but the handwriting is on the wall.
General Carter Ham, commander of US Africom, whose area of responsibility includes Libya, manifestly failed to send forces to stop the attack on the Benghazi consulate and CIA post. Panetta announced on October 18 that Ham was being replaced. The official line is that Ham decided to retire of his own volition. There were many days of confusion in Washington about his leaving.
Admiral James G. Stavridis, the outgoing NATO Supreme Commander, has been officially reprimanded by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus for lavish spending on his personal lifestyle, including a junket to a wine dinner in France. He will soon leave his post.
General William E. “Kip” Ward, who commanded US Africom from October 2007 to March 2011, presided over the preparation and launching of the attack on Libya. On the surface, Ward is accused of spending several hundred thousand dollars of government money and resources on family members, luxury junkets, and flights. He had been under investigation for a year and a half, but it was announced on November 13 that he would be fined $82,000 and demoted from full general to lieutenant general, reducing his pension.
Lieutenant General Patrick J. O’Reilly, the Director of the Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency, has also been reprimanded by the Defense Department’s Inspector General for intimidating and humiliating subordinates, thus creating a work environment characterized by one subordinate as “management by blowtorch and pliers.” (Washington Post, November 15, 2012) O’Reilly is being ousted from his post before the conclusion of the usual four year tenure, and demoted to major general. His departure was deplored on the floor of Congress by Representative Mo Brooks of Alabama, a reactionary and racist Republican.
Rear Admiral Chuck Gaouette was the commander of the USS Stennis carrier battle group, currently stationed in the Arabian Sea, near Iran and other possible targets for aggression and/or Gulf of Tonkin provocations. Gaouette is currently being investigated for “inappropriate leadership judgment” while on station in the Middle East.
Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair, second in command of the 82nd Airborne Division stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and a key man for Afghanistan logistics, is accused of raping and having an adulterous affair with a female captain he had gotten transferred to his command. The prosecution has already sabotaged its own case, raising the chances that the case will be thrown out of court, while charges of pornography and alcoholism on duty may have been invented, pointing once again to a political motive. Press accounts feature Sinclair’s assertion, “I’m a general. I’ll do whatever the [expletive] I want.”
Commander Joseph E. Darlak, commanding officer of the frigate USS Vandegrifft and two other senior officers having been removed after a drunken orgy during a visit to the port of Vladivostok, Russia. Details are sketchy, but the goal of the escapade might well have been a provocation against the Putin government. According to one account, over 20 top naval officers have been fired during 2012.
Christopher E. Kubasik was fired as president and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corp., the top US defense contractor in 2008 and 2009. Lockheed Chairman Rob Stevens had allegedly requested an ethics investigation, which revealed a sexual affair with a subordinate. Lockheed’s electronic warfare and cyber warfare capabilities are formidable.
Naturally, it is impossible to know at this time how many of these cases are actually based on the reasons stated, and how many actually involve complicity with operations targeting the White House.
On the Thursday after the presidential vote, Defense Secretary Panetta ordered Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey, an ally of Obama, to conduct a wide-ranging review of misconduct by senior military officers. The general public is supposed to think that this review will be mainly concerned with wrongdoing such as adultery, sexual harassment, embezzlement, and the like. But the reality is most likely a purge of officers associated with the pro-Romney coup machinations of September-October 2012.
With all these figures removed, it is likely to be more difficult for Israel’s Netanyahu to launch his war against Iran in the way that had been planned. He has therefore fallen back on the option of starting a smaller war in Gaza as a means of stabilizing the US-UK-Israel war party while other options are sought. The rogue network, now a wounded beast, must be counted doubly dangerous.
The Mata Haris
Mata Hari’s method was to seduce French generals and send their secrets to Berlin. The cover story for Petraeus’ ouster involves his affair with Paula Broadwell, who fraternized extensively with the general in Afghanistan while she was preparing a fawning campaign biography of the general entitledAll In: The Education of General David Petraeus -- not to be confused with Flaubert’s L’Education sentimentale. Broadwell is a lieutenant colonel of military intelligence with a background at the Joint Special Operations Command and, according to some accounts, a knowledge of Arabic.
She says she has a top secret security clearance “and then some.” She has hobnobbed at the Obama White House and with Karl Rove. By all indications, and whether she knew it or not, she was deployed to embroil Petraeus with a view to bringing him down, and she succeeded. When the dalliance became known to the FBI and thence leaked to GOP Congressmen Reichert and Cantor, Petraeus was told he had to resign by intelligence czar James Clapper, a creature of Obama.
Jill Kelley and her twin sister Natalie Khawam are also redolent of the intelligence community. Their focus was evidently to lead both Petraeus and Allen onto the flypaper.
The Rogue Network Down but Not Out
The US rogue network has been exceptionally active since the attacks of September 11, 2001 in which the rogues were heavily implicated. In the spring of 2007, Vice President Dick Cheney argued unsuccessfully for an attack on Syria on behalf of the rogue network whose spokesman he was. In August-September 2007, a B-52 bomber loaded with six nuclear cruise missiles was in effect hijacked by the rogue network -- taken out of legal US command -- and flown from North Dakota to Louisiana, presumably on its way to a bombing mission in the Middle East. The B-52 was stopped at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. Months later, Defense Secretary Robert Gates fired Secretary of the Air Force Michael W. Wynne and Air Force Chief of Staff T. Michael Moseley for poor management of nuclear weapons. A special board under James R. Schlesinger studied nuclear safety, and doubtless also whom to fire. For knowledgeable observers, a window into the rogue network had been opened.
On Christmas Day, 2009, the Nigerian underwear bomber Mutallab attempted to blow up a passenger airliner in the skies over Detroit. During the first week of January, Richard Wolffe of MSNBC reported that the Obama White House had concluded that certain federal officials had acted to prevent Mutallab’s operation from being shut down because they wanted to damage the Obama administration. Still later, Undersecretary of State Patrick Kennedy told a House committee that the State Department had wanted to revoke Mutallab’s visa, but had been prevented from doing so by another (unnamed) federal agency, under the pretext that the Nigerian suicide bomber was being tailed. The Obama administration cravenly backed off further public investigation of this incident, allowing the rogue network to strike again in Benghazi. (All these events are described on Tarpley.net.)
ORCA: Why the Pro-Romney Vote Fraud Did Not Materialize
The purge of so many Romney supporters from the intelligence community and from the military may explain why the expected computer-generated Republican election fraud failed to materialize in the expected dimensions in so many states. Tagg Romney and his associates, many of them investors in Bain Capital, had notoriously bought control of voting machines in almost a score of states, including Ohio. What frustrated the design to steal the election? Perhaps this operation was disrupted and aborted by investigations conveniently timed and targeting some of the main pro-Romney intelligence and military figures in the rogue network.
The answer may also be related to the apparent failure of ORCA, Romney’s data-mining and data management operation, which was supposed to help GOP volunteers get out the vote, but which may have possessed additional and more sinister dimensions. But, as David Gewirtz of ZDNet wrote on November 13, ORCA “got harpooned. ORCA beached. It flopped. It died in the sun. It failed oh-so-bad.” And with it failed the hope of Romney’s backers that they could seize the White House.
The current scandals are extraordinary because they cast light on the rogue network or invisible government of the United States, a topic which is usually strictly taboo for the mass media. For this reason, David Ignatius of the Washington Post, considered close to the intelligence community, is already a warning that it is time to call a halt. Sunlight, Ignatius warns, can be “toxic under the wrong circumstances.”
“For a reminder of why it’s dangerous, take a look at The Crucible and the Lessons of History,” Ignatius concludes. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, 1946, Dr. Webster Griffin Tarpley is a philosopher of history who seeks to provide the programs and strategies needed to overcome the current world crisis. As an activist historian he first became widely known for his book George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography (1992), a masterpiece of research which is still a must read. AB Princeton 1966, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa; Fulbright Scholar at University of Turin, Italy; MA in humanities from Skidmore College; and Ph.D. in early modern history from the Catholic University of America with emphasis on the role of Venice in the origins of the Thirty Years’ War (1618-1648). During 2008, he warned of the dangers of an Obama presidency controlled by Wall Street with Obama: The Postmodern Coup, The Making of a Manchurian Candidate and Barack H.
