Loechin: Tony was very upbeat. Said as of last night at 8 pm (he was working with Wells-Fargo people directly), rates for the lowest dinar holders (tier 3) is above $11. It sounded to me like he was talking street rate since he will not impart any specific information about his group's plan. Didn't say how much higher. He said the tier 1 holders rates were phenomenal (the largest dinar holders). He also said that to take the 800 numbers seriously as he knows that WF is streamlining the offer and throwing in more perks. He was very excited, to say the least.

Ever since Obama stole the 2008 election with rampant voter
fraud, Republicans have been trying to pass laws that require a photo ID in
order to vote. President Obama, and his puppet, Attorney General Eric Holder
have fought against every one of those voter ID laws. They claim that they
discriminate against poor black voters that are not able to obtain a valid
identification card, even though they are able to obtain enough ID to get
welfare and food stamps.
In August 2012, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney supported Obama’s stance against voter ID when he
said:
“And on the voter ID case, I can tell you that, as you know,
this administration believes it should be easier for eligible citizens to vote
– to register and vote. We should not be imposing unnecessary obstacles or
barriers to voter participation.”
In a typical case of Obama hypocrisy, we learn that the US
government gave the Kenyan government $53 million to help fund a program called
‘My ID My Life.’ The program assists the younger generation to obtain National
identification cards. Kenyan law requires that all citizens have the national
ID cards before they are allowed to register to vote. Supposedly, the program
helped to get over 500,000 people registered to vote prior the Kenyan elections
held in March of this year.
So how does Obama and his cronies justify paying millions of dollars, that we don’t have, to help Kenyans get ID cards that are necessary for voter registration while at the same time legally challenging similar programs and laws here in the US?
Journalist and Senior Fellow with the American Civil Rights Union, Robert Knight is asking the same question when he told OneNewsNow:

Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan spent time at a shooting range and purchased a pistol and extender kit to hold more ammunition before carrying out his plan to "kill as many soldiers as he could," Col. Steve Henricks told jurors. The shooting, which killed 13 people and injured more than 30 others, remains the deadliest mass shooting ever on a U.S. military installation.
Acting as his own attorney, Hasan told jurors the evidence would "clearly show" he was the gunman. But the American-born Muslim said the whole story wouldn't be revealed during the trial, which is under heavy security – including armed guards and 15-foot-tall stacks of shock-absorbing barriers – on the sprawling Texas military base.
Still, prosecutors are being careful. Hasan is charged with numerous counts of murder and attempted murder, and he would face the death penalty if convicted, but death sentences are often overturned in military courts.
Jurors were told by the judge to prepare for a trial that could take several months. Hasan, who is confined to a wheelchair, needs regular breaks because he was paralyzed after being shot by officers responding to the shooting.
On the day of the attack, Hasan sat among his fellow soldiers preparing to deploy at a building on the sprawling Army base. He had masked the sound of his equipment by stuffing paper towels into the pockets of his cargo pants, Henricks said.
"All those fully loaded magazines do not clink, do not move, do not give him away," the prosecutors told jurors, all military officers, during his opening statement. "He sits among the soldiers he's about to kill with his head down."
Hasan tried to clear the area of civilians, even walking over to a civilian data clerk to tell her she was needed elsewhere in the building because a supervisor was looking for her. The prosecutor said the clerk thought that was odd but went anyway.
"He then yelled `Allahu akbar!' and opened fire on unarmed, unsuspecting and defenseless soldiers," Henricks told the jury, noting that one of the soldiers who was killed ran after Hasan armed with nothing but a chair.
When Hasan left the building, a civilian approached him and asked what was going on. Hasan told him not to worry about it, and the civilian "walks away from the encounter unscathed," the prosecutor said. Hasan allegedly told another civilian that there was a training exercise going on and he was carrying a paintball gun.
Hasan only shot at one civilian who tried to stop him, Henricks said.
Henricks also said Hasan picked the date of the attack – Nov. 5, 2009 – for a specific reason, though he didn't immediately reveal details.
Hasan spoke for less than 2 minutes during his opening statement, which offered few details but touched on his religion.
"The evidence will clearly show that I am the shooter," said Hasan, who occasionally leafed through paperwork with his right hand while seated at the defense table. He added later that the evidence would show, "that we are imperfect Muslims trying to establish the perfect religion. ... I apologize for any mistakes I made in this endeavor."
Hasan had tried to plead guilty, but military law requires a not-guilty plea in death penalty cases. That failed effort was among numerous requests that delayed the trial for years. A fight over his beard, which violates military regulations, led to a stay shortly before his trial was expected to begin last year and the eventual replacement of the judge.
Hasan dismissed his attorneys earlier this year, and his brief opening statement on Tuesday mirrored his demeanor during jury selection last month when he did not speak often and asked only a few questions about religion.
He had wanted to argue that he carried out the shooting in "defense of others," namely members of the Taliban fighting in Afghanistan, but the judge denied that strategy. Over the next several weeks, he is expected to question witnesses and possibly present his own evidence – which will likely turn the trial into a faceoff between the gunman and his victims.
On the witness stand will be many of the more than 30 people who were wounded, plus dozens of others who were inside the post's Soldier Readiness Processing Center. They've also said they saw Hasan shout "Allahu akbar!" – Arabic for "God is great!" – and opened fire on unarmed fellow soldiers.
The government has said that Hasan had sent more than a dozen emails starting in December 2008 to Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical U.S.-born Islamic cleric killed by a drone strike in Yemen in 2011.
Hasan has never denied carrying out the attack, and the facts of the case are mostly settled. But questions abound about how the trial will play out. How will Hasan question his victims? How will victims respond? How will his health hold up?
The defendant is paralyzed from the waist down. He requires 15- to 20-minute stretching breaks about every four hours, and he has to lift himself off his wheelchair for about a minute every half hour to avoid developing sores.
Staff Sgt. Alonzo Lunsford, who was wounded, is expected to testify. He said he looked forward to seeing Hasan, in a way.
"I'm not going to dread anything. That's a sign of fear," Lunsford said. "That man strikes no fear in my heart. He strikes no fear in my family. What he did to me was bad. But the biggest mistake that he made was I survived. So he will see me again."
But Staff Sgt. Shawn Manning said he dreaded the expected confrontation.
"I have to keep my composure and not go after the guy," said Manning, a mental health specialist who was preparing to deploy to Afghanistan with Hasan. "I'm not afraid of him, obviously. He's a paralyzed guy in a wheelchair, but it's sickening that he's still living and breathing."

Confidential sources close to Conservative Report have confirmed that Valerie Jarrett was the key decision-maker for the administration on the night of the Benghazi terrorist attack on 9/11/2012.
The chronology of the evening of 9/11 are as follows:
At approximately 5 PM Washington time, reports came in through secure channels of the attack on Special Mission Benghazi. Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey summoned the President and briefed him on the crisis, face to face.
Subsequent to that brief meeting, President Obama proceeded to the White House to dine in his living quarters.
After supper, Barack Obama had a telephone conference scheduled with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Senior Advisor to the President, Valerie Jarrett was present for that conference, which was held due to problems the President was having with the perception of him snubbing Netanyahu in previous, formal encounters.
The telephone call between Obama and Netanyahu carried on for a full two-hours, creating the appearance of respect between the two world leaders.
As that meeting drew to a close, Ms. Jarrett, who is also the Assistant to the President for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, went from the living quarters to the White House Situation Room, where the attack in Benghazi was being monitored by Dempsey, Panetta and other top-ranking officials.
Whether she was instructed by the President to go there, or if she went of her own volition, is only known by the President and herself.
A critical question that needed to be answered, and the sole military-order that could have launched offensive-actions, neutralizing the Ansar al Sharia terrorists attacks on the Mission (the purpose of which is detailed here) and its subsequent attacks on the adjacent CIA Annex, was the issuance of “Cross Border Authority”, an order that can only be issued by the Commander in Chief, himself.
As was reported earlier by Conservative Report, Cross Border Authority was denied.
Two revelations are deeply troubling:
First, it is reported that an Army Special Forces team was present with an AC-130U Spooky (also known as a Spectre Gunship) on the tarmac at the airport in Tripoli, Libya. The Spooky is a technologically sophisticated, tactical aircraft, operated by the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command.
It operates under the overall Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) stationed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, which is reportedly in charge of all military special operations units, including Army Special Forces, Navy SEALS, Rangers and certain Marine units, as well as this Air Force unit, and the one that pilots the “stealth Blackhawks,” used in the Bin Laden raid.
The AC-130U Spooky is equipped with weapons that sync with laser-designators, like those that Woods, Doherty and Ubben had on that lonely rooftop above the CIA Annex. The laser-designator was used to “paint” the mortar targets, subsequently claiming the lives of Woods and Doherty, and leaving Ubben without a leg. Had the C-130 Spooky been on station, over the CIA Annex in Benghazi, moments before the mortar rounds were fired, the entire outcome of the Benghazi fiasco would have been different.
Add to that, a team of Green Berets on the ground to secure and/or evacuate the Annex, and the outcome would have been two SEALS still alive, and a mess of dead terrorists.
The second, and most troubling aspect of the refusal to issue Cross Border Authority is, who issued the refusal. Rather than the President, the Commander In Chief, making critical decisions, granting or denying the authority to initiate offensive-actions in support of our valiant fighting men, the decision not to take action was made by a person, to whom the people did not elect to give such authority to, nor did Congress even have confirmation power over.
The military-order, not to initiate action, saving our men in Benghazi, was issued by the President's Advisor, Valerie Jarrett.
