As some of you already know we had a surogate son a LT. Col. in the Army that just left Afganastan last month in charge of most of the Southeast area of Afganastan, which is the most danagerous area in Afgan. The two previous Lt. Col .were murdered by friendly Afgan's and our son was badly wounded in the shoulder several weeks ago and now is back home in the states. All of this info in this email is true on what is happening to our troops in harms way. Our son lost many men this past year, and almost all due to these crazy rules. He has since put in his retirement papers, and is giving up 26 years that he loved serving our Nation. He is also walking away from a full Col .promotion that was being processed when he said enough is enough.

A movement has been started by our armed forces to get out the vote in 2014.. They are organizing themselves, but this can be done by all of us. The President, the Commander in Chief, has made the Rules of Engagement (ROE) so difficult, that our troops are often killed before they can even get permission to fight. Nothing has been done to stop our troops from being murdered by the Afghanis they are training, either. Now, the President wants the US to sign on to the UNs International Criminal Court (ICC), which would allow the UN's ICC to arrest and try US troops for War Crimes, without the legal protections guaranteed under US Law, and from which there is no appeal. The President, with his Democratic control of the Senate, has nearly all the power. If the Non-Establishment Republicans, and Conservatives, can take back the Senate in 2014, our troops can once again be protected from unnecessary danger. Please consider this, and send it on to your mailing lists.

 Interestingly enough, when GWB was president you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan almost daily. With Obama in the White House, the mainstream media has been strangely quiet. ---    

More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the nine years before. Thirty have died in August. During the last month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan.    

The commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at half-staff for the Sikhs that were killed. There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president.    

It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this war. Obama has had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform. But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive against this president.    

Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members. This is no small special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November election if they all respond.    

The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls. It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turn out to vote by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.

President Obama owes an explanation to the 11 million small business workers who, according to a previously unpublicized administration report, will see their premiums go up because of the president’s health care law.

WASHINGTON, DC – House Speaker John Boehner released the following statement in response to a previously unpublicized report from the non-partisan Office of the Chief Actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the impact of Obamacare on employer-sponsored health care. CMS finds that two-thirds of Americans who work at small businesses will see premiums increase under Obamacare, amounting to higher premiums for 11 million people. The report can be found here.

“The Obama administration has finally been forced to disclose what we’ve long feared: the president’s health care law means higher premiums for millions of American workers. For all the promises of lower costs for small businesses, the administration now admits that far more of these workers will pay higher than lower premiums under the law. This broken promise comes in the form of lower take-home pay for some of the hardest-working people in this country. Two-thirds of these Americans – 11 million people – will see more money coming out of their paycheck every month, according to the president’s own actuaries. This is another punch in the gut for Americans already struggling in the president’s economy. Two-thirds of small business employers face higher premiums as well, which is one of the reasons so many are struggling to create jobs under the president’s law.

“It’s clear why the Administration sought to delay and deemphasize the release of this report. It undermines the central promise of the president’s health care law: affordable coverage. And the only reason this information has come to light is the hard oversight work of House Republicans. These 11 million people who will see their premiums spike are 11 million more reasons to repeal this law and start over with common sense reform that will make care more affordable, not more costly.”

NOTE: The report was demanded by Speaker Boehner as part of the 2011 Budget Control Act and was due 90 days after enactment of that law. The report, two years late, was published by the Obama administration late on Friday, February 21, 2014, with no public announcement.

It is not possible to charge or arrest people for statutory offenses under the common law. The U.S. Corp. is operating under presumed Admiralty – Maritime (pirate) jurisdiction when they arrest “persons” (within 2-letter code followed by 5 number code “pirate jurisdiction”) for statutory offenses. This is considered an “in rem” action against a vessel (action against the thing).

 

In “Economic Analysis of Property Rights”, Cambridge University Press, 2nd Edition, Barzel observed that, what really matters for an individual is his ability to “use” a given commodity. Under these considerations, it can be seen that the extent to which an individual can enjoy the attributes of his or her property actually defines his rights over that good. To make his point, Barzel stated that “anyone who expects to benefit from an asset, be it a legal owner or a thief, is (at least) a partial owner”. To include this real but informal dimension, Barzel defines property rights to include legal (formal) property rights and economic (informal) property rights.

 

In the case of human bodies – ideas, labor, tissues, etc. – one can observe that the owners of these “commodities,” have exclusive prerogatives over the benefits that they can provide:

• They can derive income from them in the form of capture at transaction time.

• They can exclude others from using them.

• They can also grant similar advantages to selected others.

 

Therefore, until such time as a statute-enforcing police officer, magistrate, attorney, judge, sheriff, real estate agent, other public officer or any other agent and other so-called public officers all employees actually legitimize their actions by proving their case in a court of law that a man or woman is guilty of an alleged crime, that man or woman has every Right to “keep the meter running,” so to speak, by putting these people on notice that they have liability pursuant to a Fee Schedule.

 

If the man or woman has put those impersonating govt. on notice to the effect that a Fee Schedule is in place, and the people acting in their capacities as police, attorneys, etc., fail to challenge this notice within a specified time, then the man or woman is entitled to recovery of remedy for damages in spite of the outcome of any criminal proceeding that the public officers may initiate as a separate action.

 

Most fundamentally, these rights to own our bodies as “property” and to engage in voluntary exchange are also basic common-law rights, and the two basic principles of voluntary capitalism. These principles are in accordance with the U.S. Constitution as intended by our Founding Fathers. The 5th Amendment states that no one may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

 

“Where rights as secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which will abrogate them.” Miranda v. Ariz., 384 U.S. 436 at 491 (1966).

 

The spirit of voluntary capitalism was expressed in this famous Supreme Court case, which reads:

 

“The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.” Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1906).

 

Very few Americans (including lawyers) know that federal legislative and territorial jurisdiction is very limited. It is limited to the ten square miles of Washington District of Columbia, certain military bases where States have ceded jurisdiction, certain territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and certain Guano islands.

 

Therefore, as soon as a man or woman can show that a police officer, magistrate, judge, sheriff, real estate agent, other public officer or any other agent, magistrate, etc., is working for the corporation d/b/a/ the Govt. of the U.S. incorporated in 1871,  they have shown that those people do not have jurisdiction over the man or woman on the land in the various states of the union.

Found Tsunami Camera.

I don't know what kind of car he is driving that floated so long. 

 Yu Muroga was doing his job making deliveries when the 11 March 2011 earthquake hit in Japan.

Unaware, like many people in the area, of how far inland the Tsunami would travel, he continued to drive and do his job.

The HD camera mounted on his dashboard captured not only the earthquake, but also the moment he and several other drivers 

were suddenly engulfed in the Tsunami.

He escaped from the vehicle seconds before it was crushed by other debris and sunk underwater. 

His car and the camera have only recently been recovered by the police.

The camera was heavily damaged but a video expert was able to retrieve this footage.

The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House. 3 – Vince Foster – Former White House councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock’s Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide. 4 – Ron Brown – Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane also died. A few days later the air Traffic controller commited suicide. 5 – C. Victor Raiser, II – Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992. 6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock , September 1992. Described by Clinton as a “dear friend and trusted advisor”. 7 – Ed Willey – Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events. 8 – Jerry Parks – Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock .. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house. 9 – James Bunch – Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas 10 – James Wilson – Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.. 11 – Kathy Ferguson – Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones. 12 – Bill Shelton – Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee. 13 – Gandy Baugh – Attorney for Clinton’s friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor. 14 – Florence Martin – Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal, Mena, Arkansas, airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds. 15 – Suzanne Coleman – Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death. 16 – Paula Grober – Clinton’s speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident. 17 – Danny Casolaro – Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation. 18 – Paul Wilcher – Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993, in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death. 19 – Jon Parnell Walker – Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August 15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal. 20 – Barbara Wise – Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce. 21 – Charles Meissner – Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash. 22 – Dr. Stanley Heard – Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton ‘s advisory council personally treated Clinton’s mother, stepfather and brother. 23 – Barry Seal – Drug running TWA pilot out of Mena Arkansas, death was no accident. 24 – Johnny Lawhorn, Jr. – Mechanic, found a check made out to Bill Clinton in the trunk of a car left at his repair shop. He was found dead after his car had hit a utility pole. 25 – Stanley Huggins – Investigated Madison Guaranty. His death was a purported suicide and his report was never released. 26 – Hershell Friday – Attorney and Clinton fundraiser died March 1, 1994, when his plane exploded. 27 – Kevin Ives & Don Henry – Known as “The boys on the track” case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the 2 boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury. Carlos Ghigliotti, Thermal Imaging Expert Carlos Ghigliotti: 42, was found dead in his home just outside of Washington D.C. on April 28, 2000. There was no sign of a break-in or struggle at the firm of Infrared Technology where the badly decomposed body of Ghigliotti was found. Ghigliotti had not been seen for several weeks. Ghigliotti, a thermal imaging analyst hired by the House Government Reform Committee to review tape of the siege, said he determined the FBI fired shots on April 19, 1993. The FBI has explained the light bursts on infrared footage as reflections of sun rays on shards of glass or other debris that littered the scene. Don Adams Died Jan 7 1997 Long before Whitewater’s land flips made the Clinton’s circle of friends rich, many of the same players had been involved in a similar land swindle in Branson. Don Adams was a lawyer in Arkansas who got involved trying to help the people who were being swindled out of their life savings. Jim Wilhite, Vice Chairman, Arkla, Inc. died: 12/21/92 – Died in a one-person skiing accident. – Wilhite had extensive ties with Clinton and Mack McLarty, with whom he visited by telephone just hours before his death. Theodore Williams, Jr., Bettie Currie’s brother. died: 12/16/97 – Traffic accident. A passing car hit the brother of Presidential Secretary Betty Currie after his own car had somehow run off the road. Bill Clinton called Monica Lewinsky at 2:00 AM the next morning to tell her of the death and alert Monica that her named appeared on the Paula Jones witness list. Alan Standorf An employee of the National Security Agency in electronic intelligence. Standorf was a source of information for Danny Casalaro who was investigating INSLAW, BCCI, etc. Standorf’s body was found in the backseat of a car at Washington National Airport on Jan 31, 1991. Dennis Eisman An attorney with information on INSLAW. Eisman was found shot to death on April 5, 1991. Danny Casalaro Danny was a free-lance reporter and writer who was investigating the “October Surprise”, INSLAW and BCCI. Danny was found dead in a bathtub in a Sheraton Hotel room in Martinsburg, Virginia. Danny was staying at the hotel while keeping appointments in the DC area pertinent to his investigation. He was found with his wrists slashed. At least one, and possibly both of his wrists were cut 10 times. All of his research materials were missing and have never been recovered. Ian Spiro Spiro had supporting documentation for grand jury proceedings on the INSLAW case. His wife and 3 children were found murdered on November 1, 1992 in their home. The all died of gunshot wounds to the head. Ian’s body was found several days later in a parked car in the Borego Desert. Cause of death? The ingestion of cyanide. Declared a murder/suicide. Wounded or attempted murder: Gary Johnson Not dead, but beaten near death and left for dead. Had videotapes of Clinton entering Gennifer Flowers’ apartment. His tapes were taken. Dennis Patrick Court clerk. Had millions of dollars laundered through his account at Lassater & Co without his knowledge. Four attempts on his life. L.J. Vice President and Board Member for Alltel, the computer company that wrote the White House “Big Brother” computer system. Found shot to death with two guns. Multiple shots had been fired. Declared a suicide. Gordon Matteson Died 5/15/97. Clinton associate. Shot in the head. Declared a suicide. David Drye Died 8/1999. Pat Matrisciana, owner of “Jeremiah Films” (which produces such vides asThe Clinton Chronicles), and David Drye planned a trip to Washington DC by Private plane. At the last second, pat had to cancel and David left without him, dying when the plane crashed. Sadly, the list goes on…… Quite an impressive list!
