The world is going through a metamorphosis; watch what is occurring in
institutions and in the political world. You won't see it all at once
because change does not happen over night; well not usually. But the
bullying primitive way of going to war to get what another has is over. The

I was appalled at the discourtesy, arrogance and blame of the writer  from Australia and the other writer. As I wrote my friend, Arielle  (who urged me to write to you), I was surprised that you allowed this  to go on and on. I am all for freedom of speech, but after someone  has made their point, enough! It was so rude and uncalled for, and  I'd really like to know if he could do better!

FORGIVE DAVE, AS HE WAS JUST REACTING. I AM QUITE SURE HE HAS REFLECTED ON HIS WORDS, AND REALIZED IT DOES NOT MATTER IN THE END. WE ARE ALL WORKING FOR THE SAME THING, AND SENSIBILITIES ARE OBSERVED AT MOST LEVELS, BUT HERE? LET THE HAIR DOWN ONCE A WEEK, AND GET SLAMMED….NOT THAT GOOD.

Since the release by the BIS - Bank of International Settlement on Thursday, March 27th of all funds to governments and organizations, the USA on Friday signed the TRN into effect, and major wire transfers were effected on Saturday. This is continuing on Monday, March 31st, and will continue through this week as the new system is learned.

The funds to our levels are trickling down, and should be available for further dispensation by the Paymasters as early as the first few days of April 2014. Expected funds from the Paymasters will therefore be Wednesday, April 2nd or Thursday, April 3rd at the latest. Funds in destination accounts may be as early as Thursday, or possibly as late as Monday depending on international transfer times.

In Hong Kong, the first wires were approved, and are independent of the RV now. They were able to break, or carve it out from the rest which has to wait for the RV and TRNs to come out. These wires may be in USD as a result, and then get converted before being sent to the end destination accounts.
 
The April 6th date continues to be the target date for the global public announcement, and the governments are preparing for this event.

THIS MAY BE DELAYED A DAY OR SO – WE WILL SEE.

The banking system has been allowed one week to learn the new system that is in effect, and to be completely Basel III compliant. All future transactions will have the approval of a Basel III Compliance officer assigned to the transaction.

One very important issue to understand is that we have all heard about all the testing issues and delays. We all thought that the RV was going to happen at any moment, the global reset effected, and the new US dollar circulated, as we did not understand the total plan and scope of all the reforms necessary prior to any currency revaluations, reset processes, and major funds releases.

Most were only focused on the goal of becoming rich and not understanding, or wanting to understand the big picture. However, understanding is here and truth self-evident as we see this historic time unfold before our eyes.

Our advice is to exhibit the epitome of strength: patience. Having the fortitude to stand still is good right now, and just prepare for the work ahead. The project side is of critical importance in this new paradigm, and this focus will shortly dominate our actions.

For Bond Transactions -- all boxes of bond submissions will be processed very quickly now. Both the Chinese and US Treasuries are very eager to process as many as is possible during this pre-reset time window, and prepare as many purchases/redemptions of the bonds. 

The first TTMs have already been scheduled and are being done quietly, with almost every day being booked. This activity will continue until about the middle of April. April 17th marks the day of the second allocations that will be released.

THE ONLY COMMENT I HAVE HERE IS THAT THE APRIL 6 ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE NEWS MAY BE A BIT LATE. I DO NOT KNOW YET.

All of us out here cannot thank you & your staff for ALL that you are doing for us.  I do have a series of questions below, but want to ask you a couple things off the record for now:
1) I want to donate a somewhat large sum to my University's Law School, specifically for constitutional studies.  Will there be a movement, perhaps even a project directed toward this endeavor ONCE the NEW REPUBLIC comes to fruition?

GRANT FUNDS FOR SUCH STUDIES AND OTHER DISCIPLINES WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR EDUCATION DIVISION.

2) I submitted an idea for a project earlier about getting the US elementary grades on a new curriculum, with the emphasis on the organic constitution, similar/identical to the one Hillsdale College has available.  Will there be such an endeavor ?  Are you aware of this curriculum?

NO I AM NOT. I AM NOT AMERICAN, BUT I DO APPRECIATE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. BUT YES, GRANT FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Now, for my questions:

1) with the recent post from the WHA regarding the responsibility we will have to help elect an honest government & hold all of them-national & local - to honest governing,  it will be a daunting task if many/most of these corrupt officials are not announced, tried,jailed, or stoned by the citizens.  Can you give us a clue as to what the 2014 & 16 elections have a chance to look like? Will there be a true awakening among the peeps?

AHA – A POLITICAL/REPUBLIC QUESTION THAT I CAN NOT GET INTO. I WISH I COULD, BUT WHAT I DO MUST BE ARMS LENGTH SO TO SPEAK FROM POLITICAL ISSUES. OUR FOCUS IS RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, NOT CAUSES, RELIGIONS, OR POLITICAL WHIRLPOOLS. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. I DO KNOW THAT MANY ARRESTS ARE GETTING DONE, AND MORE ON THE WAY. CLEANUP TIME IS HERE.

2) can we expect formally organized groups/organizations to help us create a movement to accomplish the necessary "energy" to move toward election of honest people, without voter fraud?  I'm thinking of PAC funds and tv stations, run by the good guys, to help reprogram the peeps? I've always heard about hours and hours of documentaries that will enlighten the peeps.  Is this true or bs?

3)I know less than 5 % of the citizens were active in the American revolution, and 75% wanted nothing to do with it, or had no idea what was needed to be done.  MY concern is that apathy has taken over most of the people now, so it will take miraculous action on our parts to accomplish this changeover, don't you think?  With what you know is coming, can you shed any light on how this will be done?

COMPLACENCY AND APATHY APTLY DESCRIBE. SAD. ONLY THING TO FIX THAT IS BY THE SAME MEDIUM THAT HAS BEEN USED TO DESTROY ACTUALIZED THINKING. Comment:
Not sure as yet how this relates to the baskets of currencies. What I see
in this so far seems to relate only to the US Dollar changing from Fed fiat to
UST gold & commodity backed; asset backed currency which it seems will be
include a change to the new Basil III rules banking. So this will bring transparency
and require changes of personnel in the banks..
But, this makes ready in the banks and with our new currency for the global
reset of the currencies of all participating countries, thus is a giant step.

A "DISTRICT" is a "certain portion of the country," "separated from the rest (U.S.A.) for some special purposes." "Within (inside) the U.S. and "without (outside) the U.S.A. The United States Corp. is divided into judicial districts, in each of which is established a district court; the U.S. Corp. is also divided into election districts; collection districts, &c. 

 "United States" means —

   (A) a Federal corporation;
   (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
   (C) an instrumentality of the United States.

ORDINANCE defined: A rule established by authority; a permanent rule of action; a law or statute. In its most common meaning, the term is used to designate the enactments of the legislative body of a municipal corporation. It designates a local law of a municipal corporation, duly enacted by the proper authorities, prescribing general, uniform, and permanent rules of conduct relating to the corporate affairs of the municipality. Morris v. Town of Newington, 36 Conn.Sup. 74, 411 A.2d 939, 943. An ordinance is the equivalent of a municipal statute, passed by the city council, or equivalent body, and governing matters not already covered by federal or state law. Ordinances commonly govern zoning, building, safety, etc. matters of municipality. The name has also been given to certain enactments, more general in their character than ordinary statutes, and serving as organic laws, yet not exactly to be called "constitutions." There are other provisions of the USC in addition to the Constitution for the United States of America which clearly define the strictly limited federal jurisdiction of the federal "DISTRICTS" and their USDC's.

The dual issues of status and jurisdiction are closely intertwined. The federal government has a limited area over which it exercises exclusive legislative jurisdiction, an area we have called "the federal zone." Congress is not limited by the constitutional restrictions on direct and indirect taxation within the federal zone. The birth and residency status of freeborn spiritual beings situate them either inside or outside that jurisdiction. Citizens who were naturalized by federal courts are situated inside that jurisdiction, regardless of where they reside. Both Citizens and Residents of the federal zone are liable for federal taxes on their worldwide income, no matter where the source of that income.

If you are not a Citizen, then you are an alien. If you are not a Resident, then you are a nonresident.  Nonresident aliens pay taxes only on income, which is derived from sources that are inside the federal zone. If you work for the federal government, your pay comes from a source that is inside the federal zone.

Likewise, artificial "persons" like corporations are either foreign or domestic. (It may appear strange at first, but a corporation is also a "person" as that term is defined in the Internal Revenue Code.) A corporation that is chartered by Congress is domestic with respect to the federal zone. A corporation that is chartered by one of the 50 States of the Union is foreign with respect to the federal zone. A corporation that is chartered by a foreign country like France is likewise foreign with respect to the federal zone.

Imagine what a difference it would make if all people knew and asserted their correct status with respect to the exclusive (pirate) U.S. Corporate jurisdiction of the federal zone!

It is such a tragedy to see what has been done to our country's wildlife. The photo below captures a disturbing trend that is beginning to affect U.S. wildlife.

 
 
Animals that formerly were self-sufficient are now showing signs of belonging to the Democrat Party.  They have apparently learned to just sit and wait for the government to step in and provide for their care and sustenance.  This photo is of a black bear in Montana turned Democrat.  He's nicknamed Bearack Obearma.  It is believed that he has become a campground organizer.

Dear humans, this is Mother Earth speaking to you and today I submit to you some particular message with merry tidings!

With this script I want to show you some easy measure how you – on your very own – may find some direct and easy access to your subconsciousness resp. to your own Higher Self.

When time and years of life ravage on you – you will find it a matter of course to go forward too. Now, what is meant by such expression so much used by you too?  It refers to something being clear and distinctive to all of you. It is your death that is meant by it – the physical one, reminding you that your body is of mortal character. Yet it is actually only your physical body being left here – however your soul will go on living on and on and on.

Now, as a matter of fact there are no such proofs from experimental scientific tests about your soul – your subconsciousness – respectively your Higher Self -  which could be drawn up by you to verify their existence in yourselves. Naturally there are quite a number of humans having passed through NDEs (Near-Death-Experiences) and as well as excellent therapists knowing together with that particular subconsciouness of their clients how to put the consciousness of the latter ones to sleep. Thus with the sole target to make that special sage being of your inner self rise resp. brought up (which are you too)  to the surface level of your consciousness.

To be more exact this is not the matter of some stage of deep of sleeping – it is still more one of deep relaxation. You thus enable your mind and intellect to retreat an simultaneously you permit the deeper layer of subconsiousness to rise up to the surface.

Let’s assume you never have known this particular stage before meaning that never before you succeeded to achieve some direct access to your very own subconsciousnes. How could this be achieved then now? I ‘d like to show you this by means of some little ritual and you will be amazed how effectively this will turn out since no practical training nor deeper meditation is needed for it.

this is just some sort of ritual to assist you bypassing or avoiding your physical consciousness in order to avail yourselves of that specific direct acess to your subconsciousness.

This particular ritual has to be followed compulsively in that order of sequence as explained and described hereunder: “Any deviation will not lead to the desired result as this is the very crux of any ritual.”

For all those regarding the expression of “ritual” as somewhat problematic we could change it to “Procedure or Process” – as the very effective result always will remain just the same.

1)

….Take several deep breaths – and concentrate that when inhaling they go deep down. They have to be sucked in slowly into your stomach and from there be pushed out again through your mouth.

…..Afterwards – having done this sort of deep breathing – you envelope yourself and all your entire being (I Am) into some huge white ordinary ball or one of light. For all those finding it somewhat difficult to follow such imagination – we advise you just to visualize some huge white ball of any material matter in which he/she is sitting or standing.

3)

……Visualize that this ball of light is flooding you with some wonderful energy.     White light is flowing incessantly into you from the walls of the white ball of light. Kepp your eyes shut and closed since it is some substantial help when visualization.

4)

…..Feel into your body very consciously and try to become aware of any reaction in resonance to what you do. Enjoy deeply this most wonderful energy of your ball of light or energy and expose yourself  to its effects very consciously .

5)

…..You will sense that after some while your body will become much lighter in weight which again will make you go even deeper into your body’s relaxation. You may even deepen this stage while imagining that more and more energies are being released to you by your white ball of energy  – effecting even more intensive relaxation which will reach the very stage when your subconsciousness becomes direct access to you.

Such direct access to you – it has been made possible only shortly ago – since all the energies of love which are flooding this planet as “Tsunami of Love” become more dominant all the more and thus all limitations from deeper dimensions could be overbridged.

When reaching this access you will note the following: “All of a sudden you will perceive a voice as if it was your very own one. You will also note that somebody is attempting to get into contact with you. In the very beginning you will likely believe that you are going crazy – however that is not so. It is that part of you trying to get into contact with you which is called “Your Higher Godself”or simply

“Your Higher Self” being thatvery part of you in eternal connection to you. However it is never been incarnated with you on physical levels.

Just try to listen to your Higher Self and even attempt to open up some sort of dialogue with it. If – after some while – you will truly recognize that you are not dreaming – that you have not gone crazy at all – then you have done it – achieved to maintain direct contact with your own Higher Self.

Only since March 30, 2014 it has been possible to reach out in such a way for some direct contact with Human Higher Selves as from that date I, Mother Earth,  have been released and freed from all negative energies.

This is Mother Earth by name of Gaia speaking, and from deep of my heart goes my love to all human beings on and inside of this Planet.

Beofre even starting the translation into English here I laid down for some rest and thought that I also may just as well do this kind of ritual …. which I did … and I received some wonderful effect in the course of it. Today I through this very same ritual for the first time of my life …. it was the effective result of it … and I knew consciously I have arrived there where I wanted to so many times in vain ….I could not believe it really and truly but reaching this place where the stillness of my heart is … cnnot find some approbriate expression for ii but at least I wanted to tell and to share it with all of you here.

Most people do not understand the foundation of the Global financial system and have the mistaken idea that MONEY is created "out of thin air" by Banksters. In actual fact, Central and major commercial banks require "collateral" backing in order to make loans or "create" money (currency). This is just like you requiring some collateral assets or guarantees when applying for a loan anywhere.

By mutual agreement by global sovereigns, central bankers and those with real wealth in real assets (or their Trustees), it was mutually decided to bring this wealth together into a common pool (a Rothschilds suggestion) where banks and governments could maintain their asset accounts on deposit and then when necessary, borrow from this common pool to finance their development requirements. This central pool is called the Bank of International Settlements (BIS).

By agreement, Member Depositors can then `borrow' from the BIS against their collateral up to 10 times the value AT LOW INTEREST RATES and then use the BIS loan as a DEPOSIT in their institutions as a `collateral account'.

An example of this was the USD 15 Trillion that Lord Blackheath discovered and thought to be a fraud. Well, it was a `real' fully approved `collateral' transfer' at the top level of international banking.

Another example is the deposits in the FED that have 52 zeroes in them! And the quadrillions in interest accrued each year on those accounts! The same applies to all other major banks but with less zeroes as confirmed in annual audits approved by the UN/World Bank and the Committee of 300 Chairman (Queen Elizabeth) and/or M1 or the Trustees of the major Trusts or Sovereign Trusts in which the original `Collateral" exists to form the asset backing of the BIS and to which the interest on these loans accrues.

Some of these Trusts are HUGE and may be used in the proposed Prosperity Programs. Ben Fulford's comment that the Japanese are willing to use their BIS deposits to fund USD 80 Trillion (or USD 100,000 for every man, women and child on the planet) is pittance when compared to some of these major Trusts.

There is much financial maneuvering by the Elite to try to control these `collateral accounts' and abuse them in as many ways as they can. A good example is the Bush/Romney raid of the Falcone Trust in which they siphoned off billions illegally from one of the Falcone accounts.

Generally the BIS and its major Trustees determine where money will go and for what purposes. If they oppose a borrowing by the Elite (Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Shrubs, etc.) they are often disposed as was the case with Kennedy, Soekarno, Marcos and others. Last year I recall a Swiss Banker coming forward and admitting that he handled "assassin accounts" for the Elite.

In summary, Central and commercial banks require `collateral deposits' in order to issue currencies or make loans. This collateral is or can be borrowed from the BIS (or M1/Trustees) and this goes into special `collateral deposit accounts' at these financial institutions which are audited annually as official deposits plus interest earned. This collateral can be moved between manor banks using various documents or screen transfers using carefully controlled codes. In most countries the Central Bank will do the annual audit of locally registered financial institutions receiving such collateral deposits and this is reported to the UN and World Bank and the Committee of 300 (who are among the primary Trustees of the BIS asset accounts).

It should also be noted that there are additional Trust Accounts and asset holdings that are outside of the BIS system (such as the Templers and Dragon Families) thus alternatives to `collateral account' funding may be available, however, this is generally suppressed by the Global Elite. For example, there are thousands of tons of gold in Asia that is "off the Market" and not allowed to be traded. The Chinese are now opening a Gold Exchange that will trade in only real gold and not `paper gold' or tungsten bars coated with gold. This will have a major impact on the London Markets, but is a clear `alternative' for banks to acquire `real collateral' backing.

In my opinion, the current BIS Collateral Accounts have become so outlandishly large that they now lack meaning in reality. The Trust Assets backing this system were in most cases stolen from the people of the World through theft, taxation, fraud, war, murder and so many other types of greed. It is now time that we realize this and claim back what rightfully belongs to mankind. This is what NESARA and the various Prosperity Programs are all promising. St. Germaine where are you now? And as WE THE PEOPLE wake up to what has been going on and the un-necessity of `debt enslavement' , then WE can accomplish this change and redistribution of OUR WEALTH. Trustees please be aware of your sacred trusts or you shall be replaced……soon.
