From Conservative Tribune:  Radio show host and former U.S. Marine Pete Santilli and his co-host Debra Jordon were arrested at gunpoint this past week as they were heading out west to cover an ongoing story they had been covering involving the Hammond Ranch family in Oregon.

The ranching family members were considered possible terrorists, and the 'government' had a plan in place to arrest the men of the family in January. Santilli has been covering the family for months and this arrest seemed to be, by his account, a little fishy.

Santilli said of the ordeal that the arresting officer, Newtown, Ohio, Chief of Police Thomas Synan Jr., claimed that Santilli had been impeding traffic. However, the reason for the arrest was that Santilli’s name and vehicle were supposedly on the terror watch list.

In a recording of the arrest, Synan claimed that Santilli was impeding traffic by using his phone, then claimed that Santilli was not wearing his seatbelt. According to Santilli, none of that was true, Freedom Outpost reported.

Sanity said he was using his electronic vapor and then had picked up his cellphone to begin recording once Synan pulled him over. Synan then asked for Santilli’s driver’s license and registration.

Synan asked if Santilli had a gun in the car, to which Santilli replied that he did and told the officer where it was. It was registered to him and was located in his bag.

That is when Synan, unprovoked, stepped back from the car, unholstered his weapon and pointed it at Santilli’s head demanding that Santilli and his co-host put their hands in the air.
Then things got even stranger.

“Ste…. keep your hands up — put your hands up now,” Synan yelled.
That is when Synan radioed for back-up and stated, “I need another unit to start this way. Subjects on the terrorist watch list. Got a gun in the car.”

Once backup arrived, Synan then stated, “90, vehicle matched to the terrorist watch list — along with names.”

Sanitlli and his passenger were both arrested. The official reason given was that they were booked on a gun charge, but there was never any mention as to how Santilli wound up on the terrorist watch list in the first place.

Santilli now has a court date set in January which he must address while also continuing to cover the Hammond ranching family — which, one is forced to suspect, may have been the entire reason for this traffic stop in the first place.

HONOLULU (Reuters) - Advancing gun control, closing the U.S. military prison in Cuba and reforming criminal justice laws are likely to top President Barack Obama's State of the Union address agenda next month as he starts his last year with a key goal: remaining relevant.

Obama, who returns from a two-week vacation in Hawaii this weekend, will deliver his last State of the Union speech to both houses of Congress on Jan. 12, kicking of his final year in office just as the campaign to succeed him moves into a higher profile phase.

Current and former White House advisers noted that Obama avoided any slide into "lame duck" status in 2015 with big policy moves including the Iran nuclear deal and an international agreement to fight climate change.

With an especially chaotic Republican presidential race, led by frontrunner Donald Trump, they say Obama will continue to drive public discourse even as his time in office draws to a close. 

"I expect 2016 will look a lot like 2015, the 'president' and his team continuing to put substantive legacy-worth points on the board while the political circus is focused on Trump and the rest," said Dan Pfeiffer, a former White House adviser.

Advisers have signaled that Obama's final State of the Union address is unlikely to include a laundry list of proposed legislative initiatives that has been typical of other years.

The speech will emphasize policy priorities on climate change (?? still on this LIE) and Cuba while highlighting policy pushes he wants to finish, such as trade. 

It is also likely to include a new call for gun control. "We know that we can’t stop every act of violence. But what if we tried to stop even one? What if Congress did something – anything – to protect our kids from gun violence?" Obama said in his weekly radio address, released on Friday.

Obama said he will meet with Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Monday to discuss options that his 'advisers' have put together to address the issue, suggesting an announcement on new initiatives is likely soon. (MORE preparations to take down Americans and this nation.)

The 'president' may decide to take executive action on another key priority before he leaves office: closing the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. 

The White House plans to release a revised plan to Congress spelling out a way to close the infamous facility, but aides are not optimistic that lawmakers will alter their resistance to moving prisoners to a location on U.S. soil. 

Though executive action to close Guantanamo is not being talked about openly at the White House, aides said it was something the president would no doubt wrestle with before the end of the year.

"Presidents are always relevant and this 'president' seems determined to use every legal authority (??!!) he has to (have) impact on the big challenges he sees," said David Axelrod, a former adviser and strategist for Obama's 2008 and 2012 election wins. FEMA Camps for Immigrants and One Set for Americans

I have been wondering through the midst of this illegal alien crisis, I have been wondering why are we not seeing the 800 known FEMA camps being used to house these illegal alien immigrants. After all, the following paragraphs establish the fact that this is why the concept of FEMA camps came into being back in 1987.  

There is not a simple one sentence, or one paragraph answer to this question except to say the aftermath of what has begun serves to threaten every American citizen. In the following paragraphs I will systematically present the notion that there are two types of FEMA camps. There is the one  FEMA camp for the present illegal aliens and there are the untouched 800 FEMA camps plus the use of public venues for you and me.

REX 84

When the REX 84 FEMA Camp program was created by people such as Lt. Col. Oliver North, who was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for FEMA’s role in the creation of the camps, our ultimate fate for future generations of Americans was sealed.

The existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987.

” These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.”

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Since 1987 we have had an estimated 25-30 (??!! How about thousands per day since 2000) illegal aliens enter the United States and these camps were not used for “rounding up the mass exodus” of illegal aliens, nor, is this article suggesting that is what should have happened. 

Today, we have untold numbers crossing through the border. Estimates range from the government that there are merely 60,000 unaccompanied minors coming into the United States. Other observers believe that as many as 4 million may have illegally crossed the border since the beginning of this year. Regardless, the stable of 800 existing FEMA camps remain untouched.

NEWSFLASH: There Has Been a “Mass Exodus”

There has been a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens (who) have crossed the Mexican/US border. Why are they not being rounded up and detained in detention centers maintained by FEMA as established in REX 84 and reported in the news release in the Miami Herald? Instead, we are housing this mass exodus of illegal aliens in abandoned schools and buildings, warehouses, hotels and most interestingly, in make-shift prisons which can be hastily constructed.

These are not typical FEMA camps as pictured here at Lindberg Field in San Diego. These are hastily built shelters which are described in a KBR memo from a few years ago. in 2011. These FEMA camp detention centers differ greatly from your classic FEMA Camp.

I previously wrote an article in response to the intention of Congress to permit the military to indefinitely detain, without due process protections, American citizens for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever under the NDAA. In the previous article, I referenced the leaked memo from KBR manager, Bob Siefert, which was informing subcontractors to be prepared within 72 hours of notification to provide essential services to FEMA camps such as the installation of barbwire, blockades, personnel, food, water and sanitation services. 

Below are some key provisions which are part of the impetus for activating the FEMA camps which are contained in the Siefert KBR memo.

“The Continental US will be broken up into five regions as indicated in the map below Services” will be required in each State within each region.” (Author’s note) Interestingly, the South was also broken up into five military districts during the military occupation of the South during the Reconstruction Era following the Civil War.

“(Contractors will) Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.”

Additionally, the Siefert memo disturbingly calls for the installation of fencing and wire used for large scale detention of prisoners.

 

“Subcontractors will mobilize, transport, erect, install and demobilize temporary fencing, barricades, and associated equipment according to federal, state and local laws, codes and manufacturer installation instructions. The Subcontractor shall be able to mobilize and deploy key personnel(s) within four (4) hours of NTP to meet with KBR Site Manager at the Responder Support Camp (RSC) site in order to finalize the site design plan and acquire site specific design requirements and layout. Number of linear footage:

“Approximately 2,300LF for a 301 person camp after 36 hours of NTP”

“Approximately 3,600LF for 1,000 person camp after 72 hours of NTP”

The above timetables requested in responding to some unspecified crisis as well as fencing specifications listed above, is exactly what we are seeing in the construction of temporary FEMA detention centers in the above picture at Lindberg Field in San Diego and in several other locations around the Southwest.

Arriving in waves every 72-96 hours.

The Seifert memo is significant because it demonstrates a number of facts being ignored in the mainstream media. First, the “sudden and surprising” immigration crisis is one in which this administration had been planning for this event since at least 2011. 

The present KBR facilities being used to detain illegal aliens are only needed to be temporary because these immigrants, according to Border Patrol sources, are being brought for time frames averaging 72-96 hours. The immigrants are 'processed' and sent to “other” locations, and then the next group arrives. (Hint of Hitler's death camps for both 'illegals' AND Americans?)

The FEMA camps for illegal aliens are smaller and not as well staffed as the ones reserved for Americans. However, do not feel sorry for them.  They get to shop at Walmart courtesy of your tax dollars. By the way, there are no kids here, just adult males.

Nobody is suggesting that these people should not be fed.  They should, as they are human beings. The point is to expose the lies of the Obama administration in terms of the age composition of these immigrants. My Border Patrol source estimates that only 10% of illegal immigrants are unaccompanied minors.

No Worries, You As An American Citizen Will Not Lose Your Future Reservations

The FEMA detention facilities we are seeing utilized today do not match what we know about FEMA camp facilities. The present detention centers are the creation of the product described in the Seifert Memo.  Our FEMA camps, the ones for American citizens are described below:

“The (FEMA) camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners.

Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold thousands of  people”.

Whether you know it or not, your future reservations remain untouched by the present crisis. Soon it will be time to go on the vacation of your life. And this is how you will get there.

A Riddle

The United States military has the bulk of its fighting force in Afghanistan. Unknown to most Americans is the fact that there has been a mammoth and ongoing war game taking place off of nearly every inch of the three coastlines surrounding the United States. This has required a significant redeployment of Naval, Marine and Air Force assets to be in a constant state of military readiness.  

The conscious act of keeping most of our military deployed outside of the continental United States is significant. It relates to the present crisis as a big domino that is ready to fall and it speaks to how soon all us will get to visit our new homes.

Take a look at this map. It was originally published by the Navy in an AFAST document. These war games are so huge it has drawn the ire of the Congressional delegations of California, Oregon and Washington. I will be presenting this information in a future article and it ties in with what’s happening today as well as what lies ahead.  Please allow me to present this as a riddle. Any guesses as to why this is taking place?

In the final hours of 2015 the Obama administration has quietly proposed a host of rule changes that critics say will end up being a bonanza for foreign students and illegal immigrants seeking work in the U.S. while putting a dagger in the hearts of thousands of American workers.

The rules, as proposed by Obama’s Department of Homeland Security, make it easier for employers to hire and retain foreign workers who have not yet received their green cards or “lawful protected resident” status.

The U.S. already hands out approximately 1 million green cards per year, but under the proposed changes those foreigners who apply unsuccessfully for a green card can enter the workforce with a temporary work permit.

The proposed changes, all 181 pages of them, showed up in the Federal Register on New Year’s Eve. They would ease regulations that govern the way work permits are handed out to foreign nationals, including some who enter the U.S. illegally or who come on visas that would not allow them to work.

One of the most pernicious of these new rules, according to immigration-watchdog groups, is the treatment of illegal immigrants who enter the U.S. seeking asylum.

Buried on Page 113 of the document is a provision that says, “Aliens who have properly filed applications for asylum or withholding of deportation or removal” will automatically be eligible to receive a work permit.

Anyone in the U.S. illegally who has filed an application for a suspension of deportation would be allowed to work legally under these new rules.

“Someone could just show up at the border, file for asylum, and get a work permit – without even having to meet asylum criteria,” said one congressional aide on Capitol Hill.

Another change buried in the document is a proposal to provide work permits to spouses and children of the foreign workers.

Many of the changes would apply to work permits issued to foreign college-graduates who will compete against Americans primarily for white-collar positions. The new rules, which completely bypass Congress, will make foreign graduates cheaper for U.S. employers to hire than many U.S.-born college grads.

One of the more controversial aspects of the rule changes is a proposed automatic renewal of the work permit for 15 categories of foreign nationals. Several of the categories who would benefit from the automatic renewals include persons who entered the U.S. illegally while others may have come legally as a refugee, asylum seeker or one of the myriad temporary visa programs but have not yet received a green card.

The new rules would vastly increase the number of “employment authorization documents,” commonly referred to as a “work permit,” issued to foreign nationals each year.

The EAD, or “work permit,” allows a foreign national to work in the United States on a temporary basis, typically for two years although the time-frame can vary, and should not be confused with the more permanent “green card.”

It’s unclear how many foreign nationals would be allowed to stay in the country every year under these new rules who otherwise would be forced to leave, but it could run into the tens of thousands, according to critics.

“It’s theoretically not limited except by the number of applications,” said the congressional aide. “Think of it this way: the Obama administration can approve an unlimited number of green card applications, knowing they are in excess of the cap and going into the ‘backlog’ ‎and then they can give everyone EADs, creating a kind of parallel immigration program.”

And here’s the kicker. The administration has already, since 2009, been granting work permits to people who have merely “applied” for asylum, according to research and reports from Jessica Vaughan at the Center for Immigration Studies. This extends that policy, and formalizes it.

“Because neither lawful permanent residents (green card holders) nor temporary work visa holders need a work permit, this amounts to a huge parallel immigrant work authorization system outside the numerical limits and categories set by Congress,” Vaughan writes. “The huge number of work permits being issued above and beyond these limits inevitably reduces opportunities for U.S. workers, damages the integrity of the immigration system, and encourages illegal immigration.”

Approximately 2.1 million work permits were issued to aliens with temporary visas or who entered under the Visa Waiver Program between 2009 and the end of 2014. 

Of these, about 1.4 million (66 percent) had a visa status for which employment is generally prohibited under the law, except in what are supposed to be rare cases, Vaughan reports. For example, more than 548,000 work permits were issued to aliens on tourist visas and 593,000 were issued to foreign students. More than 213,000 were issued to dependents of students and guest workers — all categories in which the law prohibits employment except in rare circumstances.”

The Hill aide said the rule changes amount to semantical chicanery.  “Ask yourself: Why would an asylum ‘applicant’ need a new work permit? How long are they going to be allowed to live and work here before they have even been approved?” he said. “And, if rejected, they will obviously never leave. These are eligibility criteria invented by the administration.”  And all of these inventions showed up in the Federal Register while Congress is away from Washington for the holidays.

There is also a national security aspect to the changes not lost on some observers.

William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration, or ALIPAC, said most of these asylum seekers and college grads given work permits will not be properly screened and the result will be chaos.

“Obama and his socialist billionaire backers like George Soros want to attract and import as many people into America as possible before the end of his term to secure their long-range plans to overthrow the American republic from within,” Gheen told WND. “They want more people with views that are foreign to American principles and our Constitution that are also dependent upon the corrupt federal government for their presence and livelihood here. Obama can do these things because Ryan and his 150 RINOs in Congress are funding, protecting, and facilitating Obama’s betrayals of the Constitution and our citizens.”

The purpose of the changes, as stated by Obama’s DHS, is “to provide additional stability and flexibility to employers and workers” who benefit from the employment-based visa programs by “improving job portability” for foreign workers.

The law will take into effect basic principles for counter-terrorism operations and in order to strengthen measures of prevention and punishment the departments may collaborate with overseas governments and international organizations in holding policy dialogues, communicating on intelligence information, enforcing the law and regulating international capital.

 As noted the head of the Russian-Chinese Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University, Evgeny Zaytsev, such actions do not denote anything extraordinary.

“This law was discussed for a long time; since October of last year and the Chinese were able to take into account its various details and subtleties so any serious infringement of the interests of Chinese citizens will not occur,” Zaytsev told Radio Sputnik.

He said that assumptions are being expressed in the West suggesting that Chinese businessmen will have to work hard, that they will have limited access to advanced information and communication technologies. But according to the analyst it is a ‘work issue’ and it will be resolved. The new law is an attempt by the state legislature to protect their interests and the interests of citizens.

Talking about why China decided to put forward such law, the analyst said, “The Uighur factor is definitely the most decisive one. Despite the fact that the Chinese have successfully and consistently solved the problem by stabilizing the situation in Xinjiang, this troubled time in Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey is pushing the Uighur nationalists to more action. It is sufficient to say that a number of Uighur nationalists have settled in Turkey where they undergo appropriate training. After receiving their training they come back and begin their task,” Zaytsev said.

SCO Gov't Heads to Discuss Counter-Terrorism at Annual Meeting in China

The adoption of anti-terrorism law in China, according to him, is a way for Chinese authorities to continue to work to strengthen the country.

In March, US Obama criticized the bill. According to him such law will force foreign companies, including US ones, to transfer confidential information to the government of China as well as creating “mechanisms to spy on and monitor all users.” Obama called on Beijing to change these provisions of the bill if they want to cooperate with the United States.

Zaytsev said that such statements sound illogical and even ridiculous.  “I do not think the US will go to any serious sanctions in terms of violations of economic cooperation with China. But, nevertheless they will use sort provocation. 

For example, during this Catholic Christmas the US Embassy in Beijing spread information that there is a possible terrorist threat and alleged attack is planned in the area where the diplomatic mission is located. As soon as this statement was released by the United States, its closest allies — Australia, United Kingdom also spread such information. They tried to create air of instability.”

Nonetheless, Zaytsev noted that the Chinese authorities responded to such provocations adequately: they simply stepped up the patrols and introduced the usual yellow line of danger.

However, as the analyst stressed, the US may continue such small provocative actions to agitate China further.
