This Soon Shall End!
by Tom Heneghan, International Intelligence Expert

UNITED States of America   -   It can now be reported that the UN-Constitutional Department of Homeland Security (DHS), along with current FBI Director James Comey, blackmailed and threatened the U.S. Inspector General's office to remove the thirteen (13) criminal referrals directed against former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton that the Inspector General asked the Justice Department to pursue.

Investigators Seek Justice Department Inquiry Over Hillary Clinton Emails
http://time.com/3970890/investigators-hillary-clinton-emails/

It should be noted that FBI Director Comey and former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder continue to talk to members of the Bush Crime Family Syndicate on a daily basis.

Hint:  Sources close to U.S. and French intelligence are divulging that the criminal referrals originally directed against Hillary by the Inspector General deal with a recently completed IMF (International Monetary Fund) and U.S. Treasury audit of the U.S. State Department that reveals the use of money laundering through Clinton-Bush domestic and overseas financial foundations (with the use of U.S. Citibank and the German NAZI Deutsche Bank as conduits) that have been used to fund worldwide terrorist activities aka the direct funding of British Blackwater ISIS.

Note:  This is why Hillary's lawyers want to limit the scope of the inquiry to Benghazi given the seriousness of other criminal activity committed by this sociopath.

P.S.  A massive cover up by U.S. financial regulators is now occurring in regards to JPMorgan use of massive "spoof trading", which is used by JPMorgan and supported crooked algorithm trading that continues to be used on worldwide financial markets in specifically rigging worldwide silver and gold prices.

Note:  At this hour, there are more than $700 TRILLION of worthless derivatives in the worldwide financial markets.

Financial regulators have allegedly placed a 4 to 1 ratio on derivative spreads.

FACT:  Thanks to electronic "spoof trading" these derivative ratios are now 40,000 to 1.

Again, folks, now you see it, now you don't!

We can now also divulge that thanks to JPMorgan's exposure on both sides of the Greek euro debt issue they have no more silver or gold available to them to meet delivery on their under margined short positions.

U.S. Secretary of State 'Skull and Bonesman' John Kerry

P.P.S.  We can now report that current U.S. Secretary of State 'Skull and Bonesman' John Kerry aka George W. BushFRAUD's 3rd cousin, received a $25 MILLION commission aka a set aside (illegal bribe) from the current Iranian government for completion of the Iranian nuclear talks.

The $25 MILLION BRIBE was delivered to Kerry when the funds were placed to him at a secret account at a ABN AMRO Dutch bank branch in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Reference:  The bribery funds were converted to Danish kroner as to aid Kerry in avoiding IRS taxation.

In closing, stay tuned for our next intelligence briefing which will include the pending financial collapse of the nation of Ukraine.

It should be noted that thanks to the effort of the U.S. State Department, all Ukrainian banks are now cross-collateralized in worthless derivatives to banks in Greece, Italy, Portugal and the nation of Spain.

Note:  U.S. banking giant JPMorgan has exposure on this front too.

UN Calls for RFID Chips and Biometric Tracking of Guns and Ammo

UN CALLS FOR RFID CHIPS &  BIOMETRIC TRACKING OF GUNS & AMMO
Wednesday, 22 July 2015

At a recent meeting of government representatives of nations participating in the United Nations’ Programme of Action (POA), the focus was on tracking of civilian weapons, component parts, and ammunition, and how the United States should spend more money helping foreign countries accomplish those goals.

At the Second Meeting of Governmental Experts (MGE2) held at the UN headquarters in Manhattan, the globalists discussed a couple of agenda items that should give pause to Americans.

First, the delegates at the MGE2 deliberated on how to eliminate the threat of technologically advanced weapons, including so-called polymer firearms and 3D printed guns, as well as the tracking of materials used in the “craft-production of small arms and light weapons.”
Not surprisingly, the representative from China called for increased UN-mandated regulations on 3D printers and the weapons they produce.

In the Chair’s Summary, the group united in a call for “strengthening 3D printing regulations in the context of 3D weapon printing,” for “ensuring export licenses [are] in place for 3D printers,” for drawing global attention to “the need to pay attention to the resale of such printers,” and for “strengthening controls over 3D printing technology.”

No one is shocked, of course, that the globalists at the UN want to draw up comprehensive plans to take guns — any and every variety of gun — out of the hands of civilians.

After discussing similar strategies to lock down the manufacture, purchase, sale, and transfer of polymer weapons and modular weapons, the next item on the MGE2 attendees’ agenda warrants an immediate withdrawal of the United States from the world body.

Paragraph 33 of the Chair’s Summary of the meeting calls for urgent tracking of civilian-owned firearms, recommending that manufacturers be forced by the UN to install “RFID and biometric technologies in limiting the access to the weapon to authorized users only,” with authorized users defined as state actors (UN member nations).

That’s right. As part of the Programme of Action (the foundation upon which the Arms Trade Treaty is built), the United States has committed to passing legislation that will require domestic firearms and ammunition manufacturers to equip their products with RFID chips and biometric technologies that will help the government slowly but surely disarm civilians.

That’s not all. At the end of that paragraph, the UN suggests states (member countries) look into combining RFID chips, biometrics, with GPS tracking technologies to be sure to prevent regular people from getting their hands on guns.

Next, in the overview of the published summary of the conference, the UN looks to one source to help pay for the implementation of these new disarmament policies: increased foreign aid.

Specifically, the unelected, unaccountable UN globocrats call for greater “international cooperation and assistance” (read: American taxpayer dollars) to offset the massive cost of the “transfer of technology and knowledge” necessary to make the proposed gun grab a reality.

It should be noted that Paragraph 42 of the summary proposes funding this fascism “through the UN regular budget,” 22 percent of which is paid by the United States, through a process that can be described as nothing less than legalized theft of the wealth of the American worker.

As if the point was already made, the document calls for the cultivating of a “culture of peace,” which is certainly shorthand for flooding the United States with UN-created propaganda linking the civilian ownership of firearms with homicide and other violent crimes.

In the wake of the horrific Chattanooga murders, it doesn’t take too much foresight to predict a panoply of renewed calls for controlling and regulating civilian access to firearms.

Finally, according to the text of the latest draft of the agreement, the POA will serve as an “international instrument to enable states to identify and trace, in a timely and reliable manner,” the small arms and light weapons that are the subject of the scheme.

In practice, this means that the governments of member nations (including the United States) will soon create a massive, all-inclusive database of all parties that manufacture, own, sell, trade, or transfer arms and ammunition.

If recent history is a reliable indicator of how such data would be used, after the catalog is complete, Congress could pass a law (or the president could issue an executive order) compelling “voluntary” surrender of privately-owned weapons, ammo, parts, and components (including reloading equipment). If, after a statutorily-set window, citizens don’t turn in these items to their local law enforcement, then officers will be sent to remind violators of their responsibility under the law to disarm.

Paragraph 32 of the Chair’s Summary lays out the plan for “real-time tracking” of firearms and ammunition “from manufacturer to storage and from storage up to the individual users.”

Once the governments of the member nations begin tracking and confiscating weapons from civilians, the Programme of Action (paragraphs 30 and 31) mandates that member governments take “direct control over transfers of small arms and light weapons.”

This control will require the federal government to begin stockpiling these items and making a database of the recently impounded guns, bullets, 3D printers, plastics, polymers, and component parts.

This database must include "the marking, record-keeping and tracing of weapons, and in this regard considered barcodes, radio frequency identification (RFID) and biometrics for purposes of electronically identifying stored items, collecting data on them and enabling the data to be entered automatically into record-keeping systems."

It is evident from a reading of this latest UN disarmament publication that despite the rhetoric related to ”promotion of a culture of peace,” there are only two reasons the UN is making every effort to disarm the population of the United States: to weaken our sovereignty, and to take from our people their ability to resist those despots (at home and abroad) who would place us under the boot of tyranny and demote us to the ranks of slaves on a “sustainable” global plantation.

The next round of meetings for hammering out the details of the Programme of Action is scheduled for 2016. That gives Americans almost one year to convince their representatives in Congress to pass legislation defunding the UN and forcing the world-government-in-waiting to relocate to a more hospitable home.
Americans interested in joining this fight are encouraged to look into The John Birch Society (JBS).

For nearly four decades, the JBS has worked to “Get US out of the UN.” Therefore, the group is uniquely equipped with the resources necessary to finally achieve this urgent aim.

House Passes Bill Blocking State Requirements for GMO Labeling

HOUSE PASSES BILL BLOCKING STATE REQUIREMENTS FOR GMO LABELING

24 July 2015Written by

As predicted, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the innocuously titled “Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015,” which prohibits states from issuing mandatory labeling laws for foods containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs), in yet another incredible show of federalism run amuck.

The bill, H.R. 1599, requires a national standard for labeling laws related to GMOs, which would not require food companies to disclose their use of genetically modified ingredients. Under the bill, companies that want to indicate that the product is “GMO-free” may still do so. But even then, the bill outlaws any non-GMO claim unless it has been approved through a new certification process created by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

An editorial on CNN’s website recognizes that this is merely a means to undermine competition by making it difficult for companies and individuals to differentiate their products from the chemical-ridden products that many food companies sell: “Given that it took the department more than a decade to establish similar certifications for organic foods, this would effectively stop farmers and food companies from advertising the purity of their own food.”

Passed by a vote of 275-150, the bill overturns state GMO-labeling laws, blocks the FDA from ever implementing mandatory GE food labeling, and allows food companies to continue to make misleading “natural” claims for foods that contain GE ingredients.

The bill, which has been dubbed the Denying Americans the Right to Know Act, or Dark Act, by critics who contend the bill is part of a wholescale effort to keep Americans in the dark about what’s in their food, was authored by Representative Mike Pompeo, who opined that mandatory labeling laws are futile and costly.

“Precisely zero pieces of credible evidence have been presented that foods produced with biotechnology pose any risk to our health and safety,” Pompeo said. “We should not raise prices on consumers based on the wishes of a handful of activists.” But credible scientists have disputed the safety of genetically modified foods.

To create GMOs, the DNA from one or more species is added to the DNA of a particular crop so that it gains certain desirable traits, such as the ability to tolerate pesticides. Monsanto is the largest producer of genetically modified seeds in the world and is the leading producer of the herbicide glyphosate, which is marketed under the Roundup brand.

Findings by the Argentinian Federation of Health professionals have labeled glyphosate as a carcinogen. “Glyphosate not only causes cancer. It is also associated with increased spontaneous abortions, birth defects, skin diseases, and respiratory and neurological disease,” reported the Argentinian Federation of Health professionals.

Likewise, the World Health Organization has called glyphosate a “probable human carcinogen.
Even without these claims calling into question the safety of consuming GMOs, it was entirely premature to call GMOs safe as they have not been properly studied by the Food and Drug Administration.

According to the Institute for Responsible Technology, new types of food substances must typically undergo extensive testing, including long-term animal feeding studies, when they are introduced, unless they are deemed “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS). In order to be deemed as such, the substance must undergo substantial peer-reviewed published studies and there must be an overwhelming consensus among the scientific community. But in 1992, the FDA declared that genetically modified crops are GRAS as long as the producers say they are, reports the Institute for Responsible Technology, which adds, “A company can even introduce a GM food to the market without telling the agency.”

Who better to trust on the quality of a product than the company that created the product and hopes to profit from it?

Besides the health concerns related to GMOs, opponents contend that efforts to mask what is inside consumer foods violates Americans’ rights.

Consumer groups, and Democrats in the House including Peter DeFazio (Ore.) and Rosa DeLauro (Conn.), led the opposition against the bill. “American families deserve to know what they are eating and feeding to their children,” DeLauro told reporters Wednesday. “The FDA already requires clear labeling of over 3,000 ingredients, additives and food processes. GMOs should be no different.”

Efforts by critics in the House to water down the bill failed, according to The Hill:

The House rejected two Democratic amendments to enhance GMO-labeling requirements. One offered by DeLauro, which failed 163-262, would have banned the use of the term “natural” on food that contains a genetically engineered plant. Another proposal from DeFazio that would have forced any U.S. company that labels a product as containing GMOs in a foreign country to label the equivalent product the same way in the U.S. went down by a vote of 123-303.

A third amendment offered by Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) that would have given Native American tribes the authority to prohibit or restrict the cultivation of GMO crops on tribal lands failed 196-227.

Lawmakers defending the bill argue a federal standard is easier than multiple state standards. “A patchwork of confusing state specific laws related to GMO labeling risks further confusion in the marketplace and rising food costs,” the Democratic Blue Dog Coalition said in a statement.
But avoiding confusion is never an appropriate excuse for operating outside of the Constitution. Moreover, a large part of manufacturing America, including food companies, changes its packaging on a daily or hourly basis to accommodate different customers' desires or varied advertising campaigns, so changing them for different states is likely not much of a technical or cost issue, especially since that information could be put on every package.

As there is no power in the Constitution for the U.S. Congress to make laws regulating food labeling, this is yet another example of the federal government overreach and of Congress believing itself to know better about what the American people want than the American people do. After all, the bill bans states from introducing mandatory labeling for GMO foods, even if the voters demand it via ballot measure.

The Center for Food Safety, which launched a major campaign in an effort to defeat the bill, sent an e-mail to its supporters following the vote wherein it accused members of Congress of bowing to the pressures of big corporations. “Big food and chemical corporations such as Monsanto have hired high-priced lobbyists who pressured Congress into passing a law that will rescind GE food labeling laws passed in Vermont, Connecticut and Maine and nullify over 135 state and local regulations that restrict the use of GE crops or pesticides,” the e-mail reads.

The Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act now heads for a vote in the Senate, where opponents of the measure are hoping to defeat it. “This House was bought and paid for by corporate interests,” said Scott Faber, senior vice president of government affairs for the Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit advocacy organization.

Passage in the House, Faber contends, was a foregone conclusion. The Senate, he hopes, is another story. Those who wish to increase transparency and restore constitutional limitations on the federal government are encouraged to contact their senators and tell them to vote “no” on the Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act.
