This particular section of the website is very unique in nature.  One of the subjects that this writer has steered clear of vetting information on is that of the subject of UFOs and ET intervention.  There is good reason for this.  It must be clearly understood that this particular subject, when broached, leads most people, even the most ardent seekers of truth, to 'tuning out' before reaching the end of the first sentence.       The late Bill Cooper, radio host and author of the best selling book Behold a Pale Horse, spent decades traversing the rabbit hole and debunking the lies told to us by those masquerading as our leaders.  For his efforts, he was murdered in November of 2001, five months after going public with a report (in June of 2001) that a major terror attack would be perpetrated within the United States and blamed upon a relative unknown by the name of Osama bin Laden.  However, in the final months of his career, Cooper also came forward with a report of another kind, one in which he stated that many of the UFO and ET conferences in this country and beyond had long ago been infiltrated by various agencies and injected with various levels of disinformation.  Thus, the subject of UFOs and ETs has become arguably the most convoluted of all subjects which one can possibly hope to debunk.       Having made this statement, this writer has recently been made aware of a particular angle of UFO and ET affairs that deserves a much, much closer look.  These affairs have begun to come to light as of October/November of 2012, and revolve primarily around the personal testimony of an intriguing new whistle blower who goes by the name of 'Daniel', who claims to have been a part of the Montauk Project, which later morphed into Phoenix I, II and III.  Montauk/Phoenix was one of many ultra-secret operations known as Black Operations projects.  These projects are kept carefully hidden from the eyes of the public.  One of the main objectives involved in these affairs has been that of the testing and development of a whole slew of ground-breaking technologies based upon the works of Nikola Tesla, Pons and Fleischmann's Cold Fusion/Low Energy Nuclear Reaction, reverse engineered, antimatter and antihydrogen propulsion systems, and others.  The development of these technologies has led to the creation of a secret space program that goes well beyond the scope of the information which NASA chooses to release on 'public record' concerning the true nature of the cosmos.  Many of these Black Ops projects have been funded by the vast sums of precious metals centralized during the 20th century by the global banking cartel as part of the highjacking of the global collateral accounts (much more about this in Part II of this report, The Off-Ledger, Occult Economy).       This angle of affairs also entails the release of a very intriguing new film entitled Shadow Ops, produced by Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan of Project Camelot Productions.  This film is vastly different than any other so-called UFO/ET 'disclosure' film yet recorded.  One of the few films in existence which trumps Shadow Ops in sheer scope is that of The Disclosure Project by Dr. Steven Greer, (links to films below), which features an incredible four hours of footage from a vast array of military insiders of various rank and file, from a Five-Star Admiral to a Brigadier General, who are coming forward as whistle blowers to reveal the truth behind the massive 100+ year cover-up (since the time of Tesla) and subsequent global disinformation campaigns which are meant to keep the people of Earth from knowing the truth behind the UFO and ET phenomenon.       The 60 minute Shadow Ops film is itself a no-holds-barred investigation into the cover-up of the secret space program, which is currently being held under the tightest of wraps within secretive underground military bases both in this country and beyond.  The film focuses a great deal upon the purported decades-old development of a Mars space program, and features testimony from whistle blowers who are coming forward with great risk to their own personal safety.  One final angle of affairs bears mentioning, one that this writer feels fits into the context of this ground-breaking new information being provided by insider 'Daniel' as well as this film from Project Camelot:  That of the testimony of a one Valdamar Valerian, who is the author of a series of highly technical scientific works called The Matrix.  This series of books served as the inspiration for the trilogy of films of the same name; though in only the loosest sense possible, as most of what Valerian wrote about in his thousands of pages of text was manipulated to suit a big-budget Hollywood production.      What must be clearly understood, when reading Daniel's testimony, watching the Shadow Ops and Disclosure Project films , and listening to Valerian's radio interview (posted below), is that there exists in this world an upper-level, parallel power structure that holds far more power and sway over global affairs than do the so-called 'leaders' holding political offices both in the United States as well as in the European Union.  One of the main reasons why this secret space program is being suppressed is due to the fact that the technologies which have been developed as part of these shadow operations represent, in no uncertain terms, a completely new energy paradigm.  If these energies were to be released to the world and properly funded, within a generation we would see the complete end of all fossil fuels, oil, coal, natural gas, and even nuclear power, to be replaced by such things as Tesla electromagnetism, cold fusion/LENR, water vapor extraction, and many others.  This would, quite literally, set the planet free.  It would erase national borders and boundaries and eliminate the need for control structures of any kind, including governments.  It would also usher in a new era of deep space travel, whereby we as human beings would be free to travel the stars and expand our scope of knowledge beyond this planet.  When one considers the ramifications of what this means for those who currently maintain power in this world, (secret societies, bankers, CEO fat cats, fossil fuel companies, and so on), you can begin to see why they will go to any lengths to ensure that these technologies are never released to the public, and that disclosure concerning the true nature of the cosmos is kept a closely guarded secret. In the film Shadow Ops, there is one particularly revealing conversation which takes place at the 44-minute mark of the film.  When questioned about this secret space program by Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan, Robert Dean, a former U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with access to high levels of information concerning the suppression of these technologies and of this secret space program, ended the interview by delivering the following warning: "They're sitting on the technology.  You understand?  You're playing with dynamite here." *Note that just on the other side of the parking garage is a narrow street, at the end of which lies the gated entry way to a small building with a 'Boeing' sign posted on the fence.

*Note also that located within offices inside the building there are large 'support beam' structures of unusual design, which appear to look very similar to gear shafts from a machine structure of some kind; perhaps remnants of what had stood previously before the building itself and the surrounding area were remodeled.

Coconut Oil ---- The Champion!

While coconut oil has dragged itself out of the muck of vast misrepresentation over the past few years, it still rarely gets the appreciation it truly deserves.  Not just a "good" saturated fat, coconut oil is an exceptional healing agent as well, with loads of useful health applications.

SOME EXAMPLES OF "GOOD" SATURATED FAT INCLUDE

§  Fat-burning: Ironic, isn't it? A saturated fat which can accelerate the loss of midsection fat (the most dangerous kind). Well, there are now two solid, human studies showing just two tablespoons a day (30 ml), in both men and women, is capable of reducing belly fat within 1-3 months.

§  Brain-Boosting: A now famous study, published in 2006 in the journal Neurobiology of Aging, showed that the administration of medium chain triglycerides (most plentifully found in coconut oil) in 20 subjects with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment, resulted in significant increases in ketone bodies (within only 90 minutes after treatment) associated with measurable cognitive improvement in those with less severe cognitive dysfunction.[i]

§  Clearing Head Lice: When combined with anise spray, coconut oil was found to be superior to the insecticide permethrin (.43%).[ii]

§  Healing Wounds: Coconut has been used for wound healing since time immemorial.  Three of the identified mechanisms behind these healing effects are its ability to accelerate re-epithelialization, improve antioxidant enzyme activity, and stimulate higher collagen cross-linking within the tissue being repaired.[iii]  Coconut oil has even been shown to work synergistically with traditional treatments, such as silver sulphadizine, to speed burn wound recovery.[iv]

§  NSAID Alternative: Coconut oil has been demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and fever-reducing properties.[v]

§  Anti-Ulcer Activity: Interestingly, coconut milk (which includes coconut oil components), has been shown to be as effective as the conventional drug sucralfate as an NSAID-associated anti-ulcer agent.[vi]

§  Anti-Fungal: In 2004, 52 isolates of Candida species were exposed to coconut oil. The most notorious form, Candida albicans, was found to have the highest susceptibility. Researchers remarked: "Coconut oil should be used in the treatment of fungal infections in view of emerging drug-resistant Candida species."[vii]

§  Testosterone-Booster: Coconut oil was found to reduce oxidative stress in the testes of rats, resulting in significantly higher levels of testosterone.[viii]

§  Reducing Swollen Prostate: Coconut oil has been found to reduce testosterone-induced benign prostate growth in rats.[ix]

§  Improving Blood Lipids: Coconut oil consistently improves the LDL:HDL ratio in the blood of those who consume it.  Given this effect, coconut oil can nolonger be dismissed for being 'that saturated fat which clogs the arteries.'

§  Fat-Soluble Nutrient Absorption: Coconut oil was recently found to be superior to safflower oil in enhancing tomato carotenoid absorption.[x]

§  Bone Health: Coconut oil has been shown to reduce oxidative stress within the bone, which may prevent structural damage in osteoporotic bone.[xi] [Note: Osteoporosis is a Myth, as presently defined by the T-Score]

§  Sunscreen: Coconut oil has been shown to block out UV rays by 30%. Keep in mind that this is good, insofar as UVA rays are damaging to the skin, whereas UVB rays are highly beneficial (when exposure is moderate).[i]  Make sure to check this list of other sun-blocking oils.

Of course, when speaking about coconut oil, we are only looking at one part of the amazing coconut palm.  Each component, including coconut hull fiber, coconut protein and coconut water has experimentally confirmed therapeutic applications.

Here is a chart outlining the recommended daily dosage of virgin coconut oil for persons over the age of 12. Coconut oil may be consumed by children under 12 but it is advisable to check with a healthcare practitioner on the proper dosage. Any good naturopath will have the information at the ready.

·       Expeller pressed coconut oil can be used for anything. It does not have a coconutty smell of taste.

·       Virgin coconut oil tastes coconutty and is great for cooking and baking where you want that flavor.

80 Uses for Coconut Oil

Personal Hygiene/Body

1.       Moisturizer – simply scoop some out of the jar and apply all over your body, including neck and face.

2.       Eye cream – apply under the eyes to reduce puffiness, bags, and wrinkles. Use on the lids in the evening.

3.       Preshave – coconut oil will prep skin for the pending damage caused by shaving.

4.       Aftershave – coconut oil will help heal your skin after shaving without clogging pores.

5.       Deodorant – coconut oil alone can be used as a deodorant, but even more effective in combination with cornstarch/arrowroot powder and baking soda!

6.       Hair Conditioner/Deep Treatment - use as a leave in hair conditioner by applying a teaspoon of coconut oil to your ends and then running your fingers through your hair to distribute the rest! For a deeper treatment, rub in a tablespoon of coconut oil onto your dry scalp and gently work through to the ends. Put a shower cap on to prevent transfer onto bed linens and leave on overnight.

7.       Hair Gel/Defrizzer – rub a little between your palms and either scrunch into hair (for curly hair) or finger comb in through from scalp to ends (for wavy/straight hair).

8.       Toothpaste – there are numerous recipes out there but I just mix coconut oil and baking soda and dab a little of the mix on my toothbrush.

9.       Make up remover – use a cotton swab and a dab of coconut oil and you would be amazed at how well it works!

10.   Chapstick – just rub a little into lips and it not only acts as a softening agent but it also has an SPF of about 4 so you get a little protection!

11.   Massage Oil – pretty simple; grab some and rub!

12.   Lubricant – it is an all natural, perfectly safe personal lubricant. Not compatible with latex!

13.   Sunscreen – see my post on natural sunscreen for more detailed information.

14.   Stretch Mark Cream – coconut oil is great at nourishing damaged skin. It may not be the magic stretch mark cure but it will help.

15.   Nipple Cream – works great to nourish cracked, sore, or dry nipples. Apply to a cotton ball and leave on your nipples between feedings.

16.   Diaper salve – very comforting on a rashy bum with no harsh chemicals. Also safe for cloth diapers.

17.   Cradle cap – having issues with dry skin on your baby’s scalp? Coconut oil will not only nourish your baby’s skin, it also helps eliminate cradle cap. Just rub a teaspoon onto scalp daily.

18.   Body scrub – mix coconut oil and sugar together and rub all over! Rinse off and your skin will be super soft! You can add in essential oils if you would like a specific smell.

19.   Healing - when applied on scrapes and cuts, coconut oil forms a thin, chemical layer which protects the wound from outside dust, bacteria and virus. Coconut oil speeds up the healing process of bruises by repairing damaged tissues. Plus, it smells a heck-of-a-lot better than anything from the pharmacy.

20.   Bug Bites – when applied directly to a bug bite, coconut oil can stop the itching and burning sensation as well as hasten the healing process.

21.   Skin problems – coconut oil relieves skin problems such as psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema.

22.   Swimmers Ear – mix garlic oil and coconut oil and put a few drops in affected ear for about 10 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day and it usually works within one or two days.

23.   Stress Relief - relieve mental fatigue by applying coconut oil to the head in a circular, massaging motion. The natural aroma of coconuts is extremely soothing thus helping to lower your stress level.

73.   Great for dogs and cats for general wellness. Just add a teaspoon to their water bowl daily.

74.   Goo Gone - just mix equal parts coconut oil and baking soda into a paste. Apply to the “sticky” area and let it set for a minute. Then scrub off with an old toothbrush or the scrubby side of a sponge.

75.   Chewing Gum in Hair Remover – just rub some coconut oil over the stuck chewing gum, leave in for about 30 minutes, then roll the gum between your fingertip. Voila! It’s out!

76.   Polish Furniture - coconut oil with a little bit of lemon juice to polish wood furniture. However, I recommend you test it first on a very small, unobtrusive part of your furniture to make sure it works the way you’d like.

77.   Polishing Bronze - all you have to do is rub a little oil into a cotton towel and then wipe down the statue. It cleans and helps deepen the color of your bronze.

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the land,
The rats were all scurrying because Judgment Day is at hand;
Their stockings were filled with big lumps of coal,
It was their payment for trying to steal our soul;

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of freedom danced in their heads;
With mama in her pj’s and I with my pipe,
Reading the media’s most recent NWO hype;

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I put down my pipe to see what was the matter;
I moved to the door to peek through the crack,
Expecting to see Homeland Security and the men in black;

As I opened the door and listened and looked,
I could hear thundering hooves and I thought I was cooked;
I braced for the worst then saw the white horses,
It was Paladin and his posse and all the special forces;

It was cold and snowy but their heads they were covered,
It was a sea of white hats as I soon would discover;
Tman and Wild Bill and rest of the crew
They were carrying a flag, the old red, white and blue;

Patriots for sure, one and all,
Unafraid to take the fight right up to city hall;
And after that was done, all the way to DC,

As Tman finished a rider rode up like Paul Revere,
And whispered something in Paladin’s ear;
He raised his hand to report what he heard,

“Seems Obama is about to take a vacation,
This will be cause for a big celebration;
Too many issues and crimes committed,
If it goes to court, there’s no way he’ll be acquitted;

Biden will follow cause he’s a crook, too,

Plundering and pillaging for personal gain,
The crimes they’ve committed are truly insane;

Charges are coming and we need to be prepared,
And corrupt politicians will not be spared;
The thorough house cleaning has already started,
Fools and their money will soon be parted;

Tough times are ahead but we’ll all make it through
So it’s time to wake up and get a clue;
Our rights and freedoms we must always remember,
On this cold winter’s night on the 24th of December;

He nodded his head to his posse with pride,
It was time to continue this patriot ride;
They took their signal and mounted their horses,
And checked their maps and plotted their courses;

He took off his hat and tipped it to the crowd,
Then turned and nodded and whistled real loud;
The white horses and hats rode off into the night,
As Paladin turned and said:

A Beautiful Christmas Message

Make sure you have Kleenex before you start reading this. 

This is so very powerful, may it be a blessing to your soul as it was to mine.  Better bundle up - the goose bumps will freeze you!!  I think I need to read this every year at Christmas.

Pa never had much compassion for the lazy or those who squandered their means and then never had enough for the necessities.  But for those who were genuinely in need, his heart was as big as all outdoors.  It was from him that I learned the greatest joy in life comes from giving, not from receiving.

It was Christmas Eve 1881.  I was fifteen years old and feeling like the world had caved in on me because there just hadn't been enough money to buy me the rifle that I'd wanted for Christmas.  We did the  chores early that night for some reason.  I just figured Pa wanted a little extra time so we could read in the Bible.

After supper was over I took my boots off and stretched out in front of the fireplace and waited for Pa to get down the old Bible.  I was still feeling sorry for myself and, to be honest, I wasn't in much of a mood to read Scriptures.  But Pa didn't get the Bible, instead he bundled up again and went outside.  I couldn't figure it out because we had already done all the chores.  I didn't worry about it long though, I was too busy wallowing in self-pity.  Soon Pa came back in.  It was a cold clear night out and there was ice in his beard.  "Come on, Matt," he said.  "Bundle up good, it's cold out tonight."  I was really upset then.  Not only wasn't I getting the rifle for Christmas, now Pa was dragging me out in the cold, and for no earthly reason that I could see.  We'd already done all the chores, and I couldn't think of anything else that needed doing, especially not on a night like this.  But I knew Pa was not very patient at one dragging one's feet when he'd told them to do something, so I got up and put my boots back on and got my cap, coat, and mittens.  Ma gave me a mysterious smile as I opened the door to leave the house.  Something was up, but I didn't know what..

Outside, I became even more dismayed.  There in front of the house was the work team, already hitched to the big sled.  Whatever it was we were going to do wasn't going to be a short, quick, little job.  I could tell.  We never hitched up this sled unless we were going to haul a big load.  Pa was already up on the seat, reins in hand.  I reluctantly climbed up beside him.  The cold was already biting at me.  I wasn't happy.  When I was on, Pa pulled the sled around the house and stopped in front of the woodshed.  He got off and I followed.  "I think we'll put on the high sideboards," he said.  "Here, help me."  The high sideboards!  It had been a bigger job than I wanted to do with just the low sideboards on, but whatever it was we were going to do would be a lot bigger with the high side boards on.

After we had exchanged the sideboards, Pa went into the woodshed and came out with an armload of wood - the wood I'd spent all summer hauling down from the mountain, and then all Fall sawing into blocks and splitting.  What was he doing?  Finally I said something. "Pa," I asked, "what are you doing?"  You been by the Widow Jensen's lately?" he asked.  The Widow Jensen lived about two miles down the road.  Her husband had died a year or so before and left her with three children, the oldest being eight.  Sure, I'd been by, but so what?

Yeah," I said, "Why?"

"I rode by just today," Pa said.  "Little Jakey was out digging around in the woodpile trying to find a few chips.  They're out of wood, Matt."  That was all he said and then he turned and went back into  the woodshed for another armload of wood.  I followed him.  We loaded the sled so high that I began to wonder if the horses would be able to pull it.  Finally, Pa called a halt to our loading, then we went to the smoke house and Pa took down a big ham and a side of bacon.  He handed them to me and told me to put them in the sled and wait.  When he returned he was carrying a sack of flour over his right shoulder and a smaller sack of something in his left hand.  "What's in the little sack?" I asked.  Shoes, they're out of shoes.  Little Jakey just had gunny sacks wrapped around his feet when he was out in the woodpile this morning.  I got the children a little candy too.  It just wouldn't be Christmas without a little candy."

We rode the two miles to Widow Jensen's pretty much in silence.  I tried to think through what Pa was doing.  We didn't have much by worldly standards.  Of course, we did have a big woodpile, though most of what was left now was still in the form of logs that I would have to saw into blocks and split before we could use it.  We also had meat and flour, so we could spare that, but I knew we didn't have any money, so why was Pa buying them shoes and candy?  Really, why was he doing any of this?  Widow Jensen had closer neighbors than us; it shouldn't have been our concern.

We came in from the blind side of the Jensen house and unloaded the wood as quietly as possible, then we took the meat and flour and shoes to the door.  We knocked.  The door opened a crack and a timid voice said, "Who is it?"  "Lucas Miles, Ma'am, and my son, Matt, could we come in for a bit?"

Widow Jensen opened the door and let us in.  She had a blanket wrapped around her shoulders.  The children were wrapped in another and were sitting in front of the fireplace by a very small fire that hardly gave off any heat at all.  Widow Jensen fumbled with a match and finally lit the lamp.

"We brought you a few things, Ma'am," Pa said and set down the sack of flour.  I put the meat on the table.  Then Pa handed her the sack that had the shoes in it.  She opened it hesitantly and took the  shoes out one pair at a time.  There was a pair for her and one for each of the children - sturdy shoes, the best, shoes that would last.  I watched her carefully.  She bit her lower lip to keep it from trembling and then tears filled her eyes and started running down her cheeks.  She looked up at Pa like she wanted to say something, but it wouldn't come out.

"We brought a load of wood too, Ma'am," Pa said.  He turned to me and said, "Matt, go bring in enough to last awhile.  Let's get that fire up to size and heat this place up."  I wasn't the same person when I went back out to bring in the wood.  I had a big lump in my throat and as much as I hate to admit it, there were tears in my eyes too.  In my mind I kept seeing those three kids huddled around the fireplace and their mother standing there with tears running  down her cheeks with so much gratitude in her heart that she couldn't speak.

My heart swelled within me and a joy that I'd never known before, filled my soul.  I had given at Christmas many times before, but never when it had made so much difference.  I could see we were literally saving the lives of these people.

I soon had the fire blazing and everyone's spirits soared.  The kids started giggling when Pa handed them each a piece of candy and Widow Jensen looked on with a smile that probably hadn't crossed her face for a long time.  She finally turned to us.  "God bless you," she said.  "I know the Lord has sent you.  The children and I have been praying that he would send one of his angels to spare us."

In spite of myself, the lump returned to my throat and the tears welled up in my eyes again.  I'd never thought of Pa in those exact terms before, but after Widow Jensen mentioned it I could see that it  was probably true.  I was sure that a better man than Pa had never walked the earth.  I started remembering all the times he had gone out of his way for Ma and me, and many others.  The list seemed endless as I thought on it.

Pa insisted that everyone try on the shoes before we left.  I was amazed when they all fit and I wondered how he had known what sizes to get.  Then I guessed that if he was on an errand for the Lord that the Lord would make sure he got the right sizes.

Tears were running down Widow Jensen's face again when we stood up to leave.  Pa took each of the kids in his big arms and gave them a hug.  They clung to him and didn't want us to go.  I could see that  they missed their Pa, and I was glad that I still had mine.

At the door Pa turned to Widow Jensen and said, "The Mrs. wanted me to invite you and the children over for Christmas dinner tomorrow.  The turkey will be more than the three of us can eat, and a man can get cantankerous if he has to eat turkey for too many meals.  We'll be by to get you about eleven.  It'll be nice to have some little ones around again.  Matt, here, hasn't been little for quite a spell."  I was the youngest.  My two brothers and two sisters had all married and had moved away.

Widow Jensen nodded and said, "Thank you, Brother Miles.  I don't have to say, May the Lord bless you, I know for certain that He will."  Out on the sled I felt a warmth that came from deep within and I didn't even notice the cold.  When we had gone a ways, Pa turned to me and said, "Matt, I want you to know something.  Your ma and me have been tucking a little money away here and there all year so we could buy that rifle for you, but we didn't have quite enough.  Then yesterday a man who owed me a little money from years back came by to make things square.  Your ma and me were real excited,  thinking that now we could get you that rifle, and I started into town this morning to do just that, but on the way I saw little Jakey out scratching in the woodpile with his feet wrapped in those gunny sacks and I knew what I had to do.  Son, I spent the money for shoes and a little candy for those children.  I hope you understand."

I understood, and my eyes became wet with tears again.  I understood very well, and I was so glad Pa had done it.  Now the rifle seemed very low on my list of priorities.  Pa had given me a lot more.  He had given me the look on Widow Jensen's face and the radiant smiles of her three children.

For the rest of my life, whenever I saw any of the Jensens, or split a block of wood, I remembered, and remembering brought back that same joy I felt riding home beside Pa that night.  Pa had given me much more than a rifle that night, he had given me the best Christmas of my life.
