Supreme Court to hear case on Obama's alleged forged documents (Photos)

On Wednesday, Chief Justice John Roberts of the Supreme Court scheduled a birther case brought on by Orly Taitz which calls into question Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to be president of the United States. Dr. Taitz, a lawyer from Santa Margarita, Calif., also made the announcement on her website on Jan. 9.

As of this writing, major news networks such as ABC, Fox News, CBS, and NBC have yet to report on the high court's decision to review Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to hold political office in the United States or any of its territories. The case is identified as Edward Noonan, et al., v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State.

On Feb. 15, all nine justices will hear arguments on whether Obama used forged government documents and fake identification in order to get elected as commander-in-chief. Edward Noonan, et al., contend that if Obama had been ineligible to run in 2008, other Democratic candidates should have replaced him on the presidential ballot. Additionally, electoral votes from states such as California that went towards Obama should have been deemed null and void.

The Supreme Court's website shows that docket file no. 12A606 was originally denied by Justice Anthony Kennedy, a Reagan appointee, on Dec. 13. On Jan. 9, Chief Justice Roberts sent Dr. Taitz's application to the full court for a review scheduled for Feb. 15.

Despite the lack of exposure from the mainstream media, the issue appears to have gained some steam among conservative bloggers. On Jan. 9, New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi suggested that the president's nominee to head the Central Intelligence Agency, John Brennan, may have played a role in removing birther evidence from Barack Obama's passport records.

It appears that in 2008, a State Department insider was simultaneously employed by Analysis Corporation of McLean, Va. (then headed by Mr. Brennan) and was reprimanded for accessing (and possibly altering) Obama's passport records.

On Wednesday, Dr. Orly Taitz, who represents the birther cause, posted the following on her website:

The case . . . provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.

The Supreme Court reviews about 10,000 petitions annually in regular conferences. About 100 are selected for further judicial consideration. In this filtering process, the votes of four justices are needed to advance a case. On her website, Dr. Taitz argues that Obama has used false identification, an alias, a fake Social Security number, forged birth certificates and Selective Service applications. Among the aliases Obama allegedly used are Barry Soetoro (used while teaching law at the University of Chicago) and Harrison J. Bounel. Birthers contend that by entering Obama's claimed Social Security number (042-68-4425) into background check systems, the name Harrison J. Bounel shows up in search results. Forgery of government documents is considered a felony.

This is not the first time that Obama has had to contend with the birther issue. On Aug. 21 2008, Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania, brought a federal lawsuitchallenging the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to become president. Berg alleged that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and that the "Certification of Live Birth" on Obama's website is a forgery.

The lower federal court dismissed the complaint as "unworthy of further discussion". Soon after, Berg filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court which was denied by Justice David Souter in Nov. 2008. A second petition was denied by Justice Anthony Kennedy.

A third petition was referred to the Supreme Court by Justice Antonin Scalia. However, the high court rejected the writ of certiorari on Jan. 12, 2009, just eight days away from Obama's first inauguration as the nation's 44th chief executive.

A team of forensic experts organized by Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio have looked into Obama's birth certificate. In July 2012, Arpaio told Fox News his team's conclusion that Obama's birth certification is "definitely fraudulent". After months of investigation, his forensic investigators had discovered code errors, computer-generated marks, and manipulated seals on the document.

In April 2011, the White House retracted the Hawaii certificate and replaced it with a long form version. Around the same time, business tycoon Donald Trump sent a team of investigators to the state of Hawaii to question Obama's real place of birth.

Said Trump:

He [Obama] spent $2 million in legal fees trying on to get away from this issue, and if it weren't an issue, why wouldn't he just solve it? I wish he would because if he doesn't, it's one of the greatest scams in the history of politics and in the history, period. You are not allowed to be a president if you're not born in this country. Right now, I have real doubts.

The issue gained steam in the midst of a highly contentious election year as Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney gained favor among the voting public. In May 2012, the president's former literary agent Acton & Dystel produced a previously unpublished leafletstating that Obama was "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii". The promotional booklet was written in 1991 when Obama was at Harvard Law School. It was intended to be part of an Obama autobiography but the project was cancelled.

In Oct. 2012, just days before November presidential elections, Mr. Trump offered to donate $5 million to Obama's chosen charity if the commander-in-chief would disclose his college and passport records. Trump had hoped that the disclosures would shed light on where Barack Obama was born, his citizenship status, and whether or not he was admitted to college and law school as a foreign exchange student. President Obama ignored Trump's challenge in media interviews and refused to release the requested records.

However, comedian Bill Maher did issue a challenge to Mr. Trump to produce his birth certificate in exchange for $5 million donated to the latter's favorite charity. Maher made the offer on Jan. 7 on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno". On Tuesday, the real estate tycoon produced a birth certificate showing that he was born in New York City. Trump's lawyer then issued a letter asking the HBO host to make good on his $5 million offer.

Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump's birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan. Please remit the $5 million to Mr. Trump immediately and he will ensure that the money be donated to the following five charities in equal amounts: Hurricane Sandy Victims, The Police Athletic League, The American Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

(NaturalNews) What you are about to read is astonishing. I'm not even sure what's the right conclusion to draw from it. But here's what we know so far:

John Noveske is one of the most celebrated battle rifle manufacturers in America. His rifles, found atwww.NoveskeRifleworks.com are widely recognized as some of the finest pieces of American-made hardware ever created. (I own one of his rifles, and it's a masterpiece of a machine that just keeps on running.) Sadly, John Noveske was killed in a mysterious car crash just a few days ago, on January 4, 2013.

According to the Outdoor Wire, his car "traveled across the oncoming lane onto the dirt highway shoulder until it struck two large boulders. The vehicle rolled and Mr. Noveske was ejected."

But barely a week before this incident, John Noveske posted a lengthy, detailed post on Facebook that listed all the school shootings tied to psychiatric drugs. At the end of the post, he asked, "What drugs was Adam Peter Lanza on?"

That was the last post he ever made. (Full text below.)

Mysterious death during gun control debate raises questions

John Noveske wasn't the first prominent gun rights supporter to be killed in the last few days. Keith Ratliff, the creator of a super-popular YouTube channel featuring videos of exotic weapons, was also recently found dead.

The Daily Mail reports that Ratliff was "discovered on a rural road in Carnesville, Georgia. Ratliff had a single gunshot wound the head and police are treating his death as a homicide."

Someone murdered Ratliff, in other words, and it had to be someone with the ability to get close enough to Ratliff to take him out without warning.

Beyond these two shootings, the widely-discredited CNN journalist Piers Morgan, wanted for questioning in Britain's Daily Mirror phone hacking scandal, invited guests onto his show whothreatened Alex Jones' children and laughed about the idea of Piers Morgan shooting Alex Jones with an AR-15.

Steve Quayle, creator of SteveQuayle.com, says "the red list is on!" This refers to the so-called "red list" -- a secret kill list of Americans authorized by Obama and designed to be invoked immediately before an attempted radical leftist takeover of the nation. In support of this theory, Obama himself actually signed into law the NDAA which authorizes secret assassinations of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.

Instead of the red list being "conspiracy theory," it appears to be a key component of Obama's domestic policy.

Beyond coincidence: Pieces of the puzzle rapidly coming together

Sure, a car crash involving John Noveske could be a coincidence. It could also be a coincidence thatno video footage has been released from Sandy Hook showing Adam Lanza carrying any rifle whatsoever.

It might also be a coincidence that Dianne Feinstein just happened to have her detailed gun confiscation bill ready to release immediately following the Sandy Hook shooting.

It might also be a total coincidence that according to Google.com, the United Way Sandy Hook donation support page was created on December 11, 2012 -- a full three days before the shooting took place.

It could also be a total coincidence that NBC News reported Adam Lanza's AR-15 rifle was left in his carand was never used in the shooting at all.

I suppose it could be a coincidence that Bank of America slammed home an economic embargo against an online gun parts retailer in the days following the Sandy Hook shooting.

And it could be coincidence that Facebook suspended or shut down the accounts of hundreds of prominent people who advocated the Second Amendment, including our account here at Natural News.

And finally, it could be a total coincidence that police radio recordings seem to indicate there weremultiple shooters involved in Sandy Hook.

But what are the odds of ALL of these coincidences existing simultaneously? Those odds are virtually zero.

Something's fishy with all this. It's becoming increasingly apparent that an order has come down from the very top to destroy, silence, threaten or execute true American patriots. Steve Quayle has long predicted this would be the very first step before foreign troops are unleashed on American soil to take over the country and deliver it, just as Obama has always planned, into the hands of the globalist crime syndicate.

It all sounds outrageous, I admit, and I'm not even sure what to believe myself. But it's becoming more difficult by the day to deny actual events happening right before our eyes. Believe what you will, but don't be surprised if people like Steve Quayle and Alex Jones were right all along. If we see any more mysterious deaths of prominent gun advocates, it going to raise huge red flags across the patriot community.

Eric Harris age 17 (first on Zoloft then Luvox) and Dylan Klebold aged 18 (Columbine school shooting in Littleton, Colorado), killed 12 students and 1 teacher, and wounded 23 others, before killing themselves. Klebold's medical records have never been made available to the public.

Jeff Weise, age 16, had been prescribed 60 mg/day of Prozac (three times the average starting dose for adults!) when he shot his grandfather, his grandfather's girlfriend and many fellow students at Red Lake, Minnesota. He then shot himself. 10 dead, 12 wounded.

Cory Baadsgaard, age 16, Wahluke (Washington state) High School, was on Paxil (which caused him to have hallucinations) when he took a rifle to his high school and held 23 classmates hostage. He has no memory of the event.

Chris Fetters, age 13, killed his favorite aunt while taking Prozac.

Christopher Pittman, age 12, murdered both his grandparents while taking Zoloft.

Mathew Miller, age 13, hung himself in his bedroom closet after taking Zoloft for 6 days.

Kip Kinkel, age 15, (on Prozac and Ritalin) shot his parents while they slept then went to school and opened fire killing 2 classmates and injuring 22 shortly after beginning Prozac treatment.

Luke Woodham, age 16 (Prozac) killed his mother and then killed two students, wounding six others.

A boy in Pocatello, ID (Zoloft) in 1998 had a Zoloft-induced seizure that caused an armed stand off at his school.

Michael Carneal (Ritalin), age 14, opened fire on students at a high school prayer meeting in West Paducah, Kentucky. Three teenagers were killed, five others were wounded..

A young man in Huntsville, Alabama (Ritalin) went psychotic chopping up his parents with an ax and also killing one sibling and almost murdering another.

Andrew Golden, age 11, (Ritalin) and Mitchell Johnson, aged 14, (Ritalin) shot 15 people, killing four students, one teacher, and wounding 10 others.

TJ Solomon, age 15, (Ritalin) high school student in Conyers, Georgia opened fire on and wounded six of his class mates.

Rod Mathews, age 14, (Ritalin) beat a classmate to death with a bat.

James Wilson, age 19, (various psychiatric drugs) from Breenwood, South Carolina, took a .22 caliber revolver into an elementary school killing two young girls, and wounding seven other children and two teachers.

Elizabeth Bush, age 13, (Paxil) was responsible for a school shooting in Pennsylvania

Jason Hoffman (Effexor and Celexa) – school shooting in El Cajon, California

Jarred Viktor, age 15, (Paxil), after five days on Paxil he stabbed his grandmother 61 times.

Chris Shanahan, age 15 (Paxil) in Rigby, ID who out of the blue killed a woman.

Jeff Franklin (Prozac and Ritalin), Huntsville, AL, killed his parents as they came home from work using a sledge hammer, hatchet, butcher knife and mechanic's file, then attacked his younger brothers and sister.

Neal Furrow (Prozac) in LA Jewish school shooting reported to have been court-ordered to be on Prozac along with several other medications.

Kevin Rider, age 14, was withdrawing from Prozac when he died from a gunshot wound to his head. Initially it was ruled a suicide, but two years later, the investigation into his death was opened as a possible homicide. The prime suspect, also age 14, had been taking Zoloft and other SSRI antidepressants.

Alex Kim, age 13, hung himself shortly after his Lexapro prescription had been doubled.

Diane Routhier was prescribed Welbutrin for gallstone problems. Six days later, after suffering many adverse effects of the drug, she shot herself.

Billy Willkomm, an accomplished wrestler and a University of Florida student, was prescribed Prozac at the age of 17. His family found him dead of suicide – hanging from a tall ladder at the family's Gulf Shore Boulevard home in July 2002.

Kara Jaye Anne Fuller-Otter, age 12, was on Paxil when she hung herself from a hook in her closet. Kara's parents said ".... the damn doctor wouldn't take her off it and I asked him to when we went in on the second visit. I told him I thought she was having some sort of reaction to Paxil...")

Gareth Christian, Vancouver, age 18, was on Paxil when he committed suicide in 2002,
(Gareth's father could not accept his son's death and killed himself.)

Julie Woodward, age 17, was on Zoloft when she hung herself in her family's detached garage.

Matthew Miller was 13 when he saw a psychiatrist because he was having difficulty at school. The psychiatrist gave him samples of Zoloft. Seven days later his mother found him dead, hanging by a belt from a laundry hook in his closet.

Kurt Danysh, age 18, and on Prozac, killed his father with a shotgun. He is now behind prison bars, and writes letters, trying to warn the world that SSRI drugs can kill.

Woody ____, age 37, committed suicide while in his 5th week of taking Zoloft. Shortly before his death his physician suggested doubling the dose of the drug. He had seen his physician only for insomnia. He had never been depressed, nor did he have any history of any mental illness symptoms.

A boy from Houston, age 10, shot and killed his father after his Prozac dosage was increased.

Hammad Memon, age 15, shot and killed a fellow middle school student. He had been diagnosed with ADHD and depression and was taking Zoloft and "other drugs for the conditions."

Matti Saari, a 22-year-old culinary student, shot and killed 9 students and a teacher, and wounded another student, before killing himself. Saari was taking an SSRI and a benzodiazapine.

Steven Kazmierczak, age 27, shot and killed five people and wounded 21 others before killing himself in a Northern Illinois University auditorium. According to his girlfriend, he had recently been taking Prozac, Xanax and Ambien. Toxicology results showed that he still had trace amounts of Xanax in his system.

Finnish gunman Pekka-Eric Auvinen, age 18, had been taking antidepressants before he killed eight people and wounded a dozen more at Jokela High School – then he committed suicide.
Asa Coon from Cleveland, age 14, shot and wounded four before taking his own life. Court records show Coon was on Trazodone.

Jon Romano, age 16, on medication for depression, fired a shotgun at a teacher in his
New York high school.

Missing from list... 3 of 4 known to have taken these same meds....

BAD NEWS IN OREGON

The following true information deals with the genocide mechanisms now in place to follow gun control! I do not want to give his name publically, but the Christian XXXXXXX professional, one of the best on the West Coast, is xxxxxx xxxxxxx, an excellent Christian whose father was a dedicated Believer. He’s a real xxxxxx professional, was called to and observed the following (from film):

In Oregon there are now two underground gas chambers built by the Rockford Corporation - under a never publicized "joint venture" - for 1 billion dollars! The first underground gas chamber is located by traveling to Mist, Oregon, to Junction Hwy 202 & 47, then travel northwest 11 1/2 miles, then 1.3 miles west on Hwy 202 to a private driveway turning back into the trees, to a ten or twelve foot fence with security guard. In plain clothes at the gate, the security guard wears dark trousers, a white shirt, and is armed with a fully (not semi) automatic weapon. Once inside the fence, the security guard stops once every thirty seconds - while conducting a worker to the gas chambers - for a security check.

he compound has 150 armed guards with fully automatic weapons. These guards are pledged to strict silence and wear "triangle" arm patches. Nearby vehicles are dark blue, almost black, with Connecticut and New Jersey license plates. This installation has "6 or 7 underground buildings, plus a huge chamber!" This structure is "120x140 or 150 and 40 or 60 feet deep underground." Just to the very west of this gas chamber is where some of the richest natural gas wells in the U.S. are located. This "huge building" is the first tie-in and tap to these gas wells, reveals an Oregon contracting professional who has seen absolutely no "tie-in" there for twenty years. There is a duplicate facility at Goat Mountain, Oregon. Both facilities are 50 miles equidistant from Portland. A maximum 85,000 people per day can be murdered in these underground facilities.

From the air, because of the tree covering over the Mist underground gas chamber, an engineer who was called to the site reports. "You'd have to be looking with something very elaborate. They are so careful with how they're working with ground restoration it's bizarre. Right down to the last blade of grass." The engineer continues, "There is a 24-inch underground gas pipe with webbing systems inside and another 8-inch specialized fiber optic cable conduit riding on runner supports in the center of it. Setting on cradles, the 8-inch is a coated system you can't even pick up with electronics: it just hides itself inside the gas line. When they start backfilling the trench this gas line is in, there is a 12-inch on top of it. The Rockford Corporation says it's almost impossible to detect. Pivoting off of Portland, a six-lane road in a 50-mile "parameter circle" was put in by Asian countries for maximum secrecy. The Japanese and Chinese "inserted money into this 'golden circle' for military movement."

The Asian work gangs for this six-lane road could not speak English for maximum secrecy. The gas and communication lines - from Mist - loop the Salem area and back up into the Goat Mountain facility, which has black unmarked helicopters flying in after 10:30 p.m. Pacific time, each night, to the Goat Mountain landing area with infrared landing lights.

Goat Mountain is not on many U.S. maps. Thirty white-painted UN buses have been photographed just outside this Goat Mountain facility. It is reported the deeply-underground Oregon state militia have formed "elite commando units" and are watching the gas chambers closely. A former U.S. Army military intelligence officer with the Oregon militia reports the Oregon National Guard is mostly sold out to the NWO and cannot be trusted...

Change is something that many people dread. Even if their current situation is miserable, there are many many people who would choose to stay where they are rather than venture outside the intolerable NOW that they live in. That is part of our programming, part of the brainwashing instilled into us to create the fear of change and the fear of the unknown.

...the fear of FREEDOM.

The energy right now is changing- has changed. For some it is a subtle thing that they cannot quite put their finger on, and for some it is a clarion call that they can feel right down to their very core being. This change of energy is flowing in a way that even the most hardened sceptic must admit that they feel it- they may not understand or comprehend it, they may not SEE it with their eyes, or HEAR it with their ears, they may not FEEL it beneath their feet... but on some level they do KNOW it's there.

Right now we are on the very cusp of CHANGE. We are standing on the highest pinnacle of the highest mountain over looking all that surrounds us, and we can see EVERYTHING before us and behind us and to either side. We must look at everything before we can decide which direction we want to travel.

The changes that are about to happen will be extreme. They will not be slight things that you might miss if you blink at the wrong time. They will not be a subtle change from grey to a slightly lighter shade of grey. They will be ALL ENCOMPASSING changes. From dark to light. Black to White, and every contrast of colour and texture in between.

There is that wonderful expression that it's always darkest before the dawn and that is exactly what we are experiencing RIGHT NOW. Going from a brightly lit room into the sun light isn't all that noticeable- heck, if you didn't see the door you walked through to get outside you might not even notice the difference. Not much of a change. Now, if you walk out of a darkened muffled room into the blazing sunshine of a perfect afternoon..... THEN you would notice. You couldn't not notice!!! How much more do you appreciate the glorious sunshine than when it dawns after weeks of rainy grey?

Change. From darkness to dawn. Miserable dark and dismal grey ominous sky to brilliant crystalline blue sky that is radiant in the light of the sun.

Change.

Many people know that the biggest change in history is about to happen. Many of us thought we knew what was going to happen. Thought that the steps in the process were well laid out and ready to roll any moment. What we did not understand is that the process must roll out completely.

What a Shocker!
The Tories said Labour had presided over a decade of spiralling violence.
In the decade following the party's election in 1997, the number of recorded violent attacks soared by 77 per cent to 1.158million - or more than two every minute.
The figures, compiled from reports released by the European Commission and United Nations, also show:
The UK has the second highest overall crime rate in the EU.
It has a higher homicide rate than most of our western European neighbours, including France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
The UK has the fifth highest robbery rate in the EU.
It has the fourth highest burglary rate and the highest absolute number of burglaries in the EU, with double the number of offences than recorded in Germany and France.
But it is the naming of Britain as the most violent country in the EU that is most shocking. The analysis is based on the number of crimes per 100,000 residents.
In the UK, there are 2,034 offences per 100,000 people, way ahead of second-placed Austria with a rate of 1,677.
The U.S. has a violence rate of 466 crimes per 100,000 residents, Canada 935, Australia 92 and South Africa 1,609.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling said: 'This is a damning indictment of this government's comprehensive failure over more than a decade to tackle the deep rooted social problems in our society, and the knock on effect on crime and anti-social behaviour.

HERE'S SOMETHING YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND about the truth and the law, and something those who want to exploit and abuse you without interruption don't want you to understand:

The legal system that operates in America is a structure for the assertion and enforcement of claims. It is nothing else. It is not a champion of justice; it is not a seeker of truth.

When the legal system compels performance, it is enforcing someone's (positive) claim of a duty owed. When the legal system thwarts or punishes behavior, it is enforcing someone's (negative) claim of a trespass against his rights.

The legal system doesn't know who has a legitimate claim to what. Knowing such a thing is neither in its nature, nor its purpose. The system is merely a claim-enforcement and conflicting-claim-resolution entity. It doesn't decide who has a claim to enforce; it simply makes itself available to claimants who have made that decision for themselves, and provides machinery designed to give both sides-- claimant and defendant-- a best shot at making their respective cases and arriving at a just and legitimate outcome (as long as everybody involved, especially the judge, competently and honestly plays by the rules).

IN A NUTSHELL, OUR LEGAL SYSTEM is claimant-driven-- it is static unless and until someone makes a claim. When someone does make a claim, the legal system provides a format and venue for prosecuting that claim; and if the claimant is able to prove his case as provided-for by the rules of the process, the legal system will then help him enforce the claim.

Looking at it from another direction, even someone who has a legitimate cause will enjoy no support from the legal system unless and until his (positive or negative) claim is asserted. That forgotten bank account might really be the one YOU opened 30 years ago, but until you make your claim, that fact means nothing.

Partaking of the same principle, silence is worse than nothing in the face of someone else's untrue claim against you. Silence means his claim is unrebutted, and therefore deemed agreed-to and proven (as a matter of necessary legal principle). Being unrebutted, agreed-to and proven, the claim prevails-- EVEN IF IT IS OBJECTIVELY UNTRUE. The mindless machinery of the legal system will move against you in support of the fiction on the claimant's behalf.

And you know what? This is precisely proper.

The legal system is blind. It doesn't know who is right, or who has rights, or what they are. Only you (and other claimants) know these things, and can assert these things (even while also being required to prove these things).

THIS BRINGS US TO CtC ('Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America'), and why it is so threatening to the exploitive parasites that infest the District of Corruption. You see, the income tax is a claim-based tax. The claims are that the one alleged to owe the tax has engaged in “taxable activities” by using federal property or privileges to acquire wealth. Because stuff belonging to the federal government was involved in the gains, it gets to claim a piece of the action. (The feds have given state and local governments permission to take a piece of this same action, too.)

Most of the millions of "taxable activities" claims made in America every year are false. The sorry fact is that due to decades of encouragement by hungry tax agencies, and precious little independent study of the law, lots of Americans are in the habit of sending the government signed "information return" forms ( such as “W-2s” and “ 1099s”) alleging federal connections to every payment they make to others, even while having no idea what they are really saying by doing so.

A huge volume of government income tax claims are based solely on these "information return" allegations. But, like all claims, those that someone owes taxes to a government-- even objectively false claims-- can be enabled by agreement (either explicit agreement or by silence). When this happens, the claimant-government IS PUT IN THE RIGHT, in the eyes of the legal system and all others, and properly so.

No one will EVER be able to say that the subsequent enforcement of that tax-debt claim was improper-- even if it's a complete fiction, and even if the very day after the target's property is seized, the government announces that the tax has never really applied to the sort of things that target had done. It's a simple legal formula: Someone says the target engaged in federal activity (meaning he became indebted to the government). The target fails to dispute this. What is fiction is now agreed by everyone involved to be "true"; and the feds take the money. No one's rights were violated; no fraud; no crime.

On the other hand, if claims of tax liability are rebutted, the claimants are PUT IN THE WRONG-- unless and until they can and do somehow prove the claims right in a valid, adversarial contest in an impartial court. Unless and until that proof is forthcoming (which it cannot be, if the claim is objectively untrue), any enforcement of the alleged tax debt is illegal.

But this alignment of the law on the side of the truth can only happen if the target of an invalid tax claim makes his or her own testimony, when and how it counts.

CtC teaches the reader how and why to switch from being the ignorant and helpless enabler of objectively untrue claims against him to being a claimant on his own behalf and/or a legally-effective defender against illegitimate claims made by others. CtC teaches the reader how to say, in a legally-meaningful manner, "You don't have a legitimate claim to any of my money, and what's more, I want back everything of mine that you are holding!" And THAT'S the problem for the parasites.

YOU SEE, AS I MENTIONED ABOVE, unless and until any person rebuts the claim made by another, that "other" is deemed to have proven his case, in the blind eyes of the legal system. That is, even when making an objectively false claim, the target's failure to rebut puts the claimant in the right, and the system can and will act to enforce the claim in good conscience, and with the approval of all observers, current and future.

On the other hand, when a claim is objectively false, and the target DOES say so in a legally-meaningful manner, then the claimant is put in the wrong, and that makes all the difference. Then the legal system cannot act on the claimant's behalf in good conscience and with the approval of all observers, current and future-- especially those who might be on some future criminal-liability tribunal.

Quite the contrary, in fact. Once false claims have been rebutted, the claimants-- and anyone who facilitates them-- enter the category of outlaws if they attempt to enforce the claim.

Now you understand the problem of the parasites infesting Washington D.C., who want to go on happily fattening themselves and their friends on your hard work by making, and enforcing, false tax claims. Anyone who studies CtC learns what the law actually means by "income" (and what it doesn't). He learns how tax claims get made, how to rebut them when they are wrong and how to make claims to recover withheld or paid-in amounts. Once that knowledge has been put to use, any parasite attempting to make and enforce a false claim against that educated American does so without any protective legal justification.

FALSE CLAIMS PROPERLY REBUTTED CAN NEVER BE LEGITIMATED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE LEGAL SYSTEM is NOT really blind-- at least, not reliably so. Those appointed to administer the system have their own views, and their own agendas, as do those who appoint them and advance them. The administrators are supposed to leave all this at the office door, but they're human. They will be objectively honest and faithful to their trust only in proportion to the articulation and sturdiness of those who wish it to be so. As a consequence, even asserting one's legitimate claims, or rebutting the illegitimate claims of others, doesn't guarantee immediate and painless justice.

BUT...

NOT asserting one's legitimate claims and NOT rebutting the illegitimate claims of others DOES guarantee INJUSTICE, in the sense of an objectively wrong outcome. At the same time, this inaction leaves the legal system off the hook for any responsibility, and even though you may think everyone does or should know better, it also leaves the claimant "technically" IN THE RIGHT, and future study of the affair will unambiguously come to this conclusion.

On the other hand, ASSERTING one's legitimate claim, and/or REBUTTING the illegitimate claims of others, puts a legal system that tolerates or contributes to an illegitimate outcome AND the illegitimate claimant IN THE WRONG. Future study of the affair will unambiguously come to THIS conclusion, with all the possible liability and recriminatory ramifications of that conclusion.

SO...

In the end, it is YOU who decides whether you're going to authorize the evil little totalitarian fiction that the state has an automatic claim to everyone's earnings, and gets to decide how much each person keeps for himself, for his family's needs, and for his own security. It is YOU who empowers the state as the arbiter of how much of your wealth and hard work gets handed over to the politically-connected class on Wall Street, or to the armaments industry, or to the prison industry, or to the welfare industry-- and how much goes to pay for the hard work of handing out all that money to these cronies and clients. As long as YOU play along, that's how it goes, and when it goes that way, you've no right to even complain.

AT THE SAME TIME, OF COURSE, it is also YOU who can decide to step back up into the sunshine of respect for the truth and the rule of law, including the Constitutional limits on federal taxing power and practices. That's what the CtC Community is all about-- courageous, committed individual Americans, actually taking meaningful steps to restore the republic.

Right now America is in another season of truth or lies. Right now, YOU have the chance to choose.

PLEASE. Use your power, make your choice, and honor the sacrifices made by your ancestors to give you the freedom to do so.

Or..., don't.

Keep hoping someone else is going to come along and fix everything, so that you don't have to pipe up or get up. That's surely easier, and it seems safer, of course-- as appeasement and conflict avoidance always do.

BUT, HOW'S THAT BEEN WORKING FOR YOU?

And is it going to be better or worse when you face this question again next year, if you do the wrong thing now? Are the bad guys going to be weaker, or stronger after you've given in to them for another year?
