There are also plenty of indications of escalating infighting within the financial elite. The SWIFT international banking transfer system, for example, is becoming dysfunctional because large money transfers are being intercepted and diverted to unknown destinations before the intended recipients get their money, according to both MI5 and CIA sources. “The SWIFT system has several operational and procedural features that allow anyone with big computing power, i.e. cabal controlled bank servers, to spot and arrest large transactions, especially over $50 million,” the MI5 source says. “SWIFT has in the past been temporarily disabled to allow Bush 41 to steal large transactions,” he adds. The lack of trust between different cabal factions has meant that opposing factions have been regularly hijacking each other’s bank transfers, the CIA source corroborates. The recent shouting match between Christine Lagarde, the head of the IMF, and Deutsche Bank CEO Jurgen Fitschen, reported by Tom Heneghan, was almost certainly related to one such major hijacking of funds. Also, more and more gold plated tungsten bars are being found in bank storage vaults worldwide. So far it can be confirmed that the IMF, The Bank of China, the Bundesbank and the Bank of England have all had some or all of their gold replaced with tungsten. This is leading to a frantic search for the missing gold by various governments. Perhaps they should follow Richard Armitage, who is now taking global collateral accounts gold from Indonesia and gold from royal vaults in Thailand, refining it in Hong Kong and taking it to parts unknown (Paraguay, the Antarctic?), according to a CIA source. Two separate US sources, one FBI and one CIA, have both contacted this writer and said that a lady by the name of “Madame Wong” has been installed as Empress in China and placed in charge of the 85% of the world’s gold whose last legitimate owner was the Qing dynasty. This is strange to hear because my Chinese sources tell me the current heir to the Qing dynasty is a man by the name of Dr. Yi. Perhaps this is an attempt by certain parties to claim rights to the world’s treasure by using a proxy. In any case, you cannot eat gold and technically owning 85% of the world’s gold does not automatically give a person the right to decide the future of humanity. That right belongs to the people of the world. On that front, there seems to be a major power struggle coming to a head in the US. As mentioned above the founding families of the Federal Reserve Board in the US have either fled or are trying to flee in order to avoid imminent arrest, according to the CIA. There is also apparently some complicated plot brewing in which the Congress and the Senate will trigger their own demise by impeaching Obama, at least so the CIA is saying. After Obama is impeached, he will announce that he is just a spokesperson and the Vice-President Biden was actually sworn in as is actually President. Following that, the members of the Congress and Senate will be arrested and Obama will be formally reinstated as President, the CIA says. At this point a systematic purge of traitors will begin and no more dual Israeli/US citizens will be allowed in government. Once that is done, the newly restored US Republic will legally and rightfully renounce debt owed by the private Federal Reserve Board consortium to the rest of the world, or so the story goes. Believe it when you see it. What is real though is that top Bilderberger Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands has resigned. The CIA source in Europe who correctly predicted this says Queen Elizabeth will also resign soon in favour of her grandson William. MI5 could not confirm this. A Dutch intelligence source says Beatrix’s resignation was planned long in advance and was connected to the fact that she turned 75. Here is what an Italian royal family member had to say about Queen Beatrix: “I know she has been part of a ‘consortium’ with the Pope, Queen Elizabeth, the Yamato Dynasty and Adam Hapsburg that has been and is still fighting the evil so called Illuminati.” A gnostic Illuminati source responds by saying they are not evil, just opposed to dynastic rule by Satanic bloodlines. Speaking about Satan, there has been new intrigue in the Vatican. A certain Monsignor Egidio Vagnozzi died suddenly near the Vatican recently and was buried without an autopsy, according to an Italian aristocrat. WHO IS TRADING ON YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE/BOND FUND?

Instruction 8 is of most interest...

Follow the instructions...

...you will need is any court case numbers for any active cases you have, the social security card of your corporate citizen status [United States Citizen], and a copy of your birth certificate.

Instruction 1 – Go to www.fidelity.com . The page should look like the following page.

Instruction 2 - You will see a tab in the upper left hand corner the tab for RESEARCH. Click on it and then click on the QUOTE option.

Instruction 3 - At the top of the page you will see DELAYED QUOTES. Click on SYMBOL LOOKUP.

Instruction 4 - Take the number of the court case, birth certificate o the social security number & red Cusip number on the back of the social security card and place it in the box. Make the search by Mutual Fund and Fund Number.

Click on the Search Button

For Social security & red CUSIP Numbers a new Cusip number will appear on the page. This number is the number of the CUSIP that is on the bond that the social security account is linked to.

Instruction 5 - Write down the CUSIP number and then go back to the previous page that had DELAYED QUOTES at the top. Click on the option that is spelled here. The sentence should read, “to quote or lookup a bond click here.”

Instruction 6 - You will be directed to a page that allows you to put that CUSIP number in a search on the left side of the page. Press Go.

Instruction 7 - What will appear next is a page that says BOND RESULTS. Near the middles of the page you will have 2 options. One is for a contact to a call rep who can explain questions about the bond. Click on Call Rep to get the phone number. The next one will tell you who is holding the bond. Click on this Option that is below Description.

The Bond Details will be broken down into Offering and Analytics.

It will tell you whether the bond is annual or not, the maturity date which is when the payment on the bond or IOU is due, whether there is call protection. A yes on call protection means you cannot call in on the bond if you are owed. Social Security bonds will always say this because you cannot collect until maturity, which is retirement or disability. Anyone in the movement for ‘Sovereignty’ giving you advice that you can cash in on this bond is directing you to trouble and legal and lawful problems. Also Social security Bonds are not marginable which means you cannot draw a line of credit off of them because this is what the debtor, the United States is doing drawing a line of credit off of you through its international obligations secured by Article VI of the Constitution the 14 th amendment and other statutes and codes that make you a subject, so you cannot write sight drafts off of a claim on the Federal Government based on a birth certificate rescinded/cancelled negotiation, a rescission or cancellation of contract or expatriation from citizenship which may nullify social security obligations, or on a court case as a citizen of the United States because as a resident, and citizen of your municipality, state, and federal government you have made these entities Trustees , Assignees, Consignees, Bailee, Licensee, Lessee, registered owner, seller, and beneficiary instead of your proper national and international governing Aboriginal society and your true national name, you the living Aboriginal being.

Instruction 8 – Birth Certificate - For Instructions on the birth certificate to see if they are trading on it go to www.fidelity.com. Click on Research. Click on Quote. Click on Symbol Look Up. Type in the Birth Number on the Birth Certificate, the first three numbers then dash, next 2 #’s then dash and then the final numbers. Make sure the top two areas say MUTUAL FUND and FUND NUMBER BEFORE You do the search to find out who is trading on the FUND for the Birth Certificate.

Instruction 9 - NEXT Click on the Initialed Trading Company name under SYMBOL. This will give you all of the trading information about who is trading on the fund that the birth certificate is a part of. This document was created when you were an infant. Commercial laws allow for you to cancel and rescind this ‘simple contract’ UCC3-203 and to make a Claim in recoupment [Reparations] for fraud committed upon you when you were and infant [See UCC 3-305]. Instruction 10 Court Cases - Next you can look up any court case. Type in the case number of the federal, state, or municipal court case and you can find out who owns the marginable line of credit on the annual bond of the federal, state, or municipal entity. A CUSIP number will appear which tells you that the bond is on record with a clearing house agency of the federal government most likely the Depository Trust Clearing corporation or one of its subsidiaries. After you get the case click on the symbol to see the present trading.

Instruction 11 – Letters of Credit WHERE TO GO TO SEARCH FOR LETTERS OF CREDIT www.techagreements.com or the UCC Office of each one of the 50 States and the District of Columbia or your local County Recorders Office UCC Section

“I think that you can’t start to pick apart anything out of the Bill of Rights without thinking that it’s all going to become undone,” Willis told The Associated Press in a recent interview while promoting his latest film, “A Good Day To Die Hard.” ”If you take one out or change one law, then why wouldn’t they take all your rights away from you?”

Willis’ fifth outing as wise-cracking cop John McClane, due in theaters Feb. 14, comes as his action franchise marks its 25th anniversary. The 57-year-old actor will also be seen firing away at bad guys in the upcoming sequels “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” and “Red 2,” both due later this year.

COMMON SENSE IMPLEMENTED:  First, where does the United Nations (UN) get the right to interfere with a Sovereign People (Americans) and our RIGHTS? By
their own words "ILLICIT TRADE" they are saying there is NO PROTECTION for the people, but yet they want to take the weapons that LAW ABIDING PEOPLE

for a moment and answer this question:  Do you really think a ban on small arms will keep you safe from "ILLICIT GUN TRADE"?  Do you think this illicit trade will
stop?  Now think about "Fast and Furious", the US CORPORATE GOVERNMENT GAVE WEAPONS TO THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTEL, really think about that for
a moment. Do you really want only the GOVERNMENT AND THE DRUG LORDS OR LAW BREAKERS TO HAVE GUNS?  
There is going to be another vote in March on the UN Small Arms Gun Ban.  Contrast this against  Switzerland that has the lowest crime rate in the world, is it because
their guns are banned?  No, it is just the opposite, every home has a rifle and/or a handgun, that is at least about 99% of them, contrast that with Chicago that has some
of the most stringent gun laws in the country and  crime is very high, and look at what Australia  has to say since their guns have been banned VIDEO

NO AMERICAN should be supporting this or any ban on weapons of any kind in our country, and if they do , they are NOT AMERICANS in the true sense of the
word, because it is not only our Bill of Rights, but it is also COMMON SENSE for our own protection. There are Americans that are US citizens only to conduct
commerce; then there are US citizens that are married to the system in ideology and perhaps even took an Oath to the UNITED NATIONS, and in their mind it
supersedes their Constitutional Oath to the people, such as politicians and provocateurs to do their bidding (Agent (Provocateur Law & Legal Definition ... Disrupt the
activities of radical political groups in the U.S)

We already have all the laws we need against criminals having guns, but yet they still have them, and they still will if they are banned.  Has anyone heard of the 'Black
Market'!  Look back at history, the first act that took place before complete tyranny of the people BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT was a banning of guns, the ability
to protect themselves. Contrary to what some people choose to believe this CAN happen in America and is.

If common sense doesn't speak to your heart, then let me share this information:  

"Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), is a landmark case in which the United States Supreme Court ruled
that the Constitution supersedes international treaties ratified by the United States Senate."

With this ruling the DEFACTO UNITED STATES CORPORATE GOVERNMENT would once again be ignoring the LAW if they attempt to enact the UNITED
NATIONS Small Arms Treaty that is in conflict with our Constitutional BILL OF RIGHTS that BIND THE OVER-STEPPING REACH OF THE GOVERNMENT
against the American people.  Then follow the above case with the below information:

Article VI, the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, declares:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof, and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the
Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; . . .

There is nothing in this language which intimates that treaties and laws enacted pursuant to them do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution.
Nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification of the Constitution which even suggests such a result. These debates, as
well as the history that surrounds the adoption of the treaty provision in Article VI, make it clear that the reason treaties were not limited to those made in
"pursuance" of the Constitution was so that agreements made by the United States under the Articles of Confederation, including the important peace treaties
which concluded the Revolutionary [p17] War, would remain in effect. [n31] It would be manifestly contrary to the objectives of those who created the
Constitution, as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights -- let alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition -- to construe Article
VI as permitting the United States to exercise power under an international agreement without observing constitutional prohibitions. [n32] In effect, such
construction would permit amendment of that document in a manner not sanctioned by Article V. The prohibitions of the Constitution were designed to apply to
all branches of the National Government, and they cannot be nullified by the Executive or by the Executive and the Senate combined.

There is nothing new or unique about what we say here. This Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.
[n33] For example, in Geofroy v. Riggs, 133 U.S. 258, 267, it declared:

The treaty power, as expressed in the Constitution, is in terms unlimited except by those restraints which are found in that instrument against the action
of the government or of its departments, and those arising from the nature of the government itself and of that of the States. It would not be contended
that it extends so far as to authorize what the Constitution forbids, or a change in the character of the [p18] government, or in that of one of the States,
or a cession of any portion of the territory of the latter, without its consent.

This Court has also repeatedly taken the position that an Act of Congress, which must comply with the Constitution, is on a full parity with a treaty, and that,
when a statute which is subsequent in time is inconsistent with a treaty, the statute to the extent of conflict renders the treaty null. [n34] It would be completely
anomalous to say that a treaty need not comply with the Constitution when such an agreement can be overridden by a statute that must conform to that

Some food for thought in some other Nations where it is a requirement to have a military type weapon and ammunition in every home and they are

Virginia Set To Charge Obama With Death Penalty Murder

A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report on current legislative actions being considered and/or proposed by the individual States in America states that Virginiaappears to be close to executing a warrant against President Barack Obama for the crime of “capital murder” which carries the death penalty. 

According to this report, the top law enforcement officer in Virginia, Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli [photo 2^nd left], believes he has sufficient evidence to charge Obama with murder over the US Presidents killing of former State resident, and US citizen, Anwar al-Aulaqi.

Under Virginia law, this report continues, “the willful, deliberate, and premeditated killing of more than one person within a three-year period” constitutes the charging of Obama with capital murder, which carries the death sentence, due to the President’s killing of al-Aulaqi’s 16 year old son, Abdulrahman Anwar al-Aulaqi, who, like his father, was also a US citizen.

Attorney General Cuccinelli, this report says, has long been critical of Obama and during a 2010 appearance, when an audience member asked, “what can we do about Obama and the birth certificate thing”, responded that if Virginia challenged a law, he could seek to invalidate it because “someone qualified to be President didn't sign it”, and the possibility that Obama was born in Kenya did not “seem beyond the realm of possibility”.

Virginia appears to one of the most anti-Obama regime States as evidenced by when the White House called drone strikes against Americans on US soil 'legal,' 'ethical'and 'wise' - even without evidence of a pending attack – they responded by starting the process of enacting a law banning the use of police and/or Federal government drones, and their city of Charlottesville becoming the first in the United States to outlaw these pilotless assassins from being in their skies.

Al-Aulaqi, this report says, served as imam at the Dar al-Hijrah mosque near Falls Church, Virginia, serving Muslims in Northern Virginia. He also led academic discussions frequented by FBI Director of Counter-Intelligence for the Middle East Gordon M. Snow. Al-Aulaqi also served as the Muslim chaplain at George Washington Universityand in 2002 he became the first imam to conduct a prayer service for the Congressional Muslim Staffer Association at the US Capitol.

In 2010, however, Obama signed an “assassination order” against al-Aulaqi and on 30 September 2011 he was killed after being targeted by a CIA drone strike inYemen.

Two weeks later, on 14 October 2011, al-Aulaqi’s son Abdulrahman was likewise killed in Yemen by Obama’s order leading human rights groups to ask questions as to why this child, an American teenager, was killed by the US in a country with which the United States is not at war. Jameel Jaffer, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), further stated after this childs assassination, “If the government is going to be firing Predator missiles at American citizens, surely the American public has a right to know who’s being targeted, and why.”

The Obama regime, however, disagrees with the ACLU and in a memo obtained by NBC News this past week refers to a broader definition of imminence and specifically says their government is not required to have “clear evidence that a specific attack on US persons and interests will take place in the immediate future” in order to assassinate anyone the President chooses without either charges or trial.

The highly respected US Constitutional lawyer and political journalist Glen Greenwald, writing in London Guardian newspaper, further stated, in his article titled Chilling Legal Memo From Obama DOJ Justifies Assassination Of US Citizens:

“The most extremist power any political leader can assert is the power to target his own citizens for execution without any charges or due process, far from any battlefield. The Obama administration has not only asserted exactly that power in theory, but has exercised it in practice. In September 2011, it killed US citizen Anwar Awlaki in a drone strike in Yemen, along with US citizen Samir Khan, and then, in circumstances that are still unexplained, two weeks later killedAwlaki's 16-year-old American son Abdulrahman with a separate drone strike in Yemen.

Since then, senior Obama officials including Attorney General Eric Holder and John Brennan, Obama's top terrorism adviser and his current nominee to lead the CIA, have explicitly argued that the president is and should be vested with this power. Meanwhile, a Washington Post article from October reported that the administration is formally institutionalizing this president's power to decide who dies under the Orwellian title “disposition matrix”.

So truly Orwellian has the United States become under the Obama regime, it should be further noted, that while at the same time their President claims the right to kill or imprison any American citizen we wants, for any reason he wants, and to keep those reasons secret, the real terrorists being targeted are children, and include:

A 10-year-old boy who was nearly arrested in his New York school for saying the words “Nerf gun.”

A 5-year-old boy in Massachusetts suspended from school for building a “Lego gun.”

A 5-year-old girl in Pennsylvania suspended from school as a “terrorist threat” because she extolled the virtues of a Hello Kitty toy, and said, “I’ll shoot you, you shoot me and we’ll all play together.”

A 6-year-old Maryland boy suspended from school because he used his fingers like a gun and said “pow” while playing during recess.

A 10-year-old girl in Philadelphia searched and called a “murderer” by her school because she had in her possession a scrap of paper that looked like a gun.

A 7-year-old Colorado student suspended from school because he threw an “imaginary grenade” trying to “save the world from evil” while playing during recess.

A 10-year-old Alexandria boy arrested for bringing a toy gun to school.

To if these seven children will now become targets for assassination by Obama too it is not in our knowing, other than to mention that in the US Presidents new “disposition matrix” it might be so…and no one will ever be allowed to know why.
