The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels is compelled by Pope Benedict's sudden abdication to disclose the following details: 1. On Friday, February 1, 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice (itccs.org), our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy. 2. This arrest warrant was to be delivered to the office of the "Holy See" in Rome on Friday, February 15, 2013. It allowed the nation in question to detain Ratzinger as a suspect in a crime if he entered its sovereign territory. 3. A diplomatic note was issued by the said nation's government to the Vatican's Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, on Monday, February 4, 2013, informing Bertone of the impending arrest warrant and inviting his office to comply. No reply to this note was received from Cardinal Bertone or his office; but six days later, Pope Benedict resigned. 4. The agreement between our Tribunal and the said nation included a second provision to issue a commercial lien through that nation's courts against the property and wealth of the Roman Catholic church commencing on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. This lien was to be accompanied by a public and global "Easter Reclamation Campaign" whereby Catholic church property was to be occupied and claimed by citizens as public assets forfeited under international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. 5. It is the decision of our Tribunal and the said nation's government to proceed with the arrest of Joseph Ratzinger upon his vacating the office of the Roman Pontiff on a charge of crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy. 6. It is our further decision to proceed as well with the indictment and arrest of Joseph Ratzinger's successor as Pope on the same charges; and to enforce the commercial lien and "Easter Reclamation Campaign" against the Roman Catholic church, as planned. In closing, our Tribunal acknowledges that Pope Benedict's complicity in criminal activities of the Vatican Bank (IOR) was compelling his eventual dismissal by the highest officials of the Vatican. But according to our sources, Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone forced Joseph Ratzinger's resignation immediately, and in direct response to the diplomatic note concerning the arrest warrant that was issued to him by the said nation's government on February 4, 2013. We call upon all citizens and governments to assist our efforts to legally and directly disestablish the Vatican, Inc. and arrest its chief officers and clergy who are complicit in crimes against humanity and the ongoing criminal conspiracy to aid and protect child torture and trafficking. Further bulletins on the events of the Easter Reclamation Campaign will be issued by our Office this week. Second: VATICAN CITY — Saying he would soon be “hidden to the world,” Pope Benedict XVI took his leave of parish priests and clergy members of the Diocese of Rome on Thursday as he offered personal, and incisive, recollections of the Second Vatican Council, the gathering of bishops 50 years ago that set the Roman Catholic Church’s course for the future. Benedict, who announced his resignation on Monday in a move that stunned the Roman Catholic world, also indicated that he would not hold a public role once his resignation became official on Feb. 28. Benedict is the first pope to step down in nearly 600 years. “Though I am now retiring to a life of prayer, I will always be close to all of you, and I am sure all of you will be close to me, even though I remain hidden to the world,” Benedict, 85, and increasingly frail, told the assembly of hundreds of priests, who had greeted him with a long standing ovation and some tears. Priests in attendance said they felt they had witnessed a powerful moment in church history, one that also humanized a pope who had often seemed remote. “It moved me to see the pope smile,” said Don Mario Filippa, a priest in Rome. “He has found peace within himself.” Father Martin Astudillo, 37, an Argentine priest who is studying in Rome, said, “It was a part of history.” He added: “This is a man of God who at the end of his public role transmits his vision of the church and relationship with the church. We saw in a few words a real synthesis of his vision of the church and what he expects from whomever takes over.” During the reflection — or “chat” in his words — on the Second Vatican Council, Benedict recalled the “incredible” expectations of the bishops going into the gathering. “We were full of hope, enthusiasm and also of good will,” he said. But while the council made landmark decisions that would propel the church into the future, much got lost in the news media’s interpretation of what transpired, Benedict said, which led to the “calamities” that have marred recent church history. The news outlets reduced the proceedings “into a political power struggle between different currents of the church,” Benedict said, and each chose a side that suited its individual vision of the world. These messages, not that of the council, entered into the public sphere, and that led in the years ahead to “so many calamities, so many problems, seminaries closed, convents that closed, the liturgy trivialized,” the pope said. Benedict spoke of how the Second Vatican Council had explored ideas of “continuity” between the Old and New Testaments, and of the relationship between the Catholic and Jewish faiths, a thorny issue during his tenure. “Even if it’s clear that the church isn’t responsible for the Shoah, it’s for the most part Christians who did this crime,” the German-born Benedict said of the Holocaust, adding that this called for a need to “deepen and renovate the Christian conscience,” even if it is true that “real believers only fought against” Nazi barbarism. At a news briefing on Thursday, the Rev. Federico Lombardi, the Vatican spokesman, confirmed a report in the Turin newspaper La Stampa that the pope had accidentally hit his head during a trip to Mexico last March. The press corps traveling with Benedict was not informed of the accident. The Vatican newspaper L’Osservatore Romano has reported that the pope had decided to retire after returning from that trip. But Father Lombardi rejected La Stampa’s suggestion that the episode might have prompted the decision. La Stampa reported that Benedict had gotten up in the middle of the night but could not find the light switch in the unfamiliar environment, and had accidentally hit his head on a sink in the bathroom. An unidentified prelate on the same trip said the pope had come down to breakfast the next morning with blood in his hair, the newspaper said. There was also blood on the pillow, “and a few drops on the carpet,” La Stampa quoted the prelate as saying. “But it was not a deep cut, nor was it worrisome,” and it was covered by the pope’s thick hair, the prelate added. The pope did not complain during the day’s events. Later that night, the prelate said, he heard that the pope’s doctor had reacted by expressing worries about so much travel, and that Benedict had responded that he too had concerns about traveling. Father Lombardi said: “I don’t deny that this episode happened, but it didn’t impact on the rest of his trip, nor on his decision to resign. That isn’t linked to one single episode.” Since Benedict announced the decision, saying he felt he did not have the strength to continue in his ministry, there has been much closer public scrutiny of his health. On Tuesday, the Vatican confirmed for the first time that the pope had had a pacemaker since his time as a cardinal and had its batteries changed three months ago. Once retired, Benedict will live in a convent in Vatican City, and will be tended to by the nuns who look after him now. Father Lombardi said Benedict’s longtime personal secretary, Archbishop Georg Gänswein, who was also named prefect of the papal household two months ago, would continue to work for him. Father Lombardi said he saw no conflict of interest if Archbishop Gänswein served the current pope and his successor. The prefect is responsible for logistical duties, and “in this sense it is not a profound problem, I think,” Father Lombardi said. Russia Goes On High Alert After UFO Shoot-Down Injures Hundreds

A grim report prepared by the Space Forces Command (VKS) circulating in the Kremlin today says that one of its air defense units operating in “high alert” status, and located at the Urzhumka settlement near Chelyabinsk, fired at and destroyed [photo 2^nd left] an “unidentified cosmic object” at an altitude of 20 kilometers which then exploded causing widespread massive damage and injuring over 500 people.

Chelyabinsk, one of the nation’s most vital industrial centers, is a city and the administrative center of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located in the northwest of the oblast, 210 kilometers (130 mi) south of Yekaterinburg, just to the east of the Ural Mountains, on the Miass River, on the border of Europe and Asia, with a population of 1.3 million.

The air defence unit attacking this UFO, this VKS report says, used an S-400 ‘Triumph’ system ordered to Russia’s borders this past fall by President Putin.

The S-400 Triumph is a next-generation anti-aircraft weapon system capable of firing three different missile types. The system was designed to intercept and destroy jamming planes, radar planes, reconnaissance aircraft, strategic carriers, cruise missiles and medium-range ballistic missiles.

Russian military analysts report that the Triumph is capable of tracking more than 100 targets simultaneously at ranges of over 600 kilometers (370 miles), and destroying up to 12 targets at varying distances.

The heightened alert status of the air defense unit that fired on the UFO, this report continues, was due to Prime Minister Medvedev’s speaking at an economic forum held in the neighboring Krasnoyarsk region, and is always the case in such situations to protect Russian political and military leaders.

Police in the Chelyabinsk region, RT news reports, were ordered on high alert after this UFO shoot-down and have begun ‘Operation Fortress’ in order to protect vital infrastructure and residents were being urged by authorities to pick up their children from school and remain at home if possible.

As over 20,000 Russian military forces swarm the Chelyabinsk region, this VKS report says, regional Emergency Ministry officials were quoted as saying the phenomenon was a meteorite shower.

Locals, however, have speculated that it was a military fighter jet crash or a missile explosion and residents of the town of Emanzhilinsk, some 50 kilometers from Chelyabinsk, reported that they saw a flying object that suddenly burst into flames, broke apart and fell to earth, and that a black cloud had been seen hanging above the town and witnesses in Chelyabinsk are now reporting that the city’s air “smells like gunpowder”.

Most ominous to note in this VKS report is its stating that the “unidentified cosmic object” fired upon and destroyed over Chelyabinsk “accelerated” into our Earth’s atmosphere from a track “exactly similar” to that of Asteroid 2012 DA14 which is scheduled to make its closest approach to our planet today and that will see this 130,000 metric ton space rock come within 27,700 kilometers of our planet – which is around 1/13th the Earth-Moon distance.

Even though this VKS report doesn’t explicitly say that this “unidentified cosmic object” was operating under intelligent control, Russian space warfare analysts do note that its trajectory needs “extreme analysis” to fully explain its “unprecedented actions and effects”, including the massive damage it caused, and as we can, in part, read:

“Buildings across Russia's Chelyabinsk Region were damaged by the shock waves and sonic booms…a roof and wall partly collapsed at a zinc factory in Chelyabinsk Region after it was struck by the shock wave…

“The roof did not collapse, but the damage is quite significant. The windows are broken, some of them were blown in with their frames,” a university spokeswoman told RIA Novosti. Some ceiling tiles also fell down, she added. Windows were also broken in at least a dozen schools and three hospitals, the Emergencies Ministry reported. The roof of a Chelyabinsk ice rink has also been damaged.

The Yuzhnouralskaya district power station had 10 percent of its windows broken but there was no effect on its operations, Russian energy supplier Inter RAO reported.”

As we had previously noted in our reports “Russia Orders Obama: Tell World About Aliens, Or We Will” and “Shocking Alien Fears Force Pope From Office”, more incidents like those of today are to be expected as our world grows ever closer to an apocalypse that nearly everyone knows is about to occur, but few will mention above a whisper.

Guess Who Reportedly Made $1B+ Betting Against the Yen

Has he struck it rich (again)?

Billionaire philanthropist and liberal activist George Soros has reportedly made $1 billion since November 2012 by betting against the Japanese yen, Bloomberg reports.

“The Japanese wager helped the firm return about 10 percent last year and 5 percent so far this year, said the person,” the report notes, citing a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity

“The yen has weakened 17 percent versus the dollar since about the start of the fourth quarter, the worst performance over a similar period since 1985,” the report adds.

If these report are accurate, it means that Soros has once against benefited from the fall of a nation’s currency (see “Black Wednesday”).

Bloomberg’s source also claims Scott Bessent, chief investment officer at Soros Fund Management LLC, has about 10 percent of the firm’s portfolio betting on rising shares in Japan.

“Japan’s benchmark Nikkei 225 stock index has jumped about 28 percent since the end of September,” the report notes.

“Michael Vachon, a spokesman for the firm, said he couldn’t comment on the trades,” the report ads.

Okay, let’s walk through this, shall we?

Through government-sponsored initiatives, including bond-buying programs, Japan’s government has contributed to the rapid devaluation of the yen.

Now we’re not alone when we say government interference has played a role in the decline of the yen. Indeed, Finance ministers representing the G-7 (the seven economic powers of the world) on Tuesday warned that exchange rates should be driven by the market — not government or central bank policies.

So let’s recap: Japan actively intervenes to depress the yen; Soros bets against it; Soros wins big.

Okay, now let’s rewind to last year when the noted market speculator repeatedly insisted that the European Union form a single body to control every bank in the 27-member union.

“The situation remains very serious, as related to the sovereign debt crisis. Bank recapitalization should continue, and that the European Stability Mechanism may be useful,” Soros said in an interview with Le Monde.

“It is especially important to introduce a real European control over banks, because there are too many incestuous relationships between banks and national governments. Particularly in France, with the ‘financial inspectors,’” he added.

Soros’ suggested banking union would presumably have the power to intervene to depress the euro. However, as noted by the G-7 finance ministers, this sort of action — though popular with certain governments — can cause serious damage to the value of a nation’s currency.

Surely, Soros is enough of a market pro to understand this. But then again, who allegedly profited from the devaluation of the yen?

Lastly, remember Bessent (Soros Fund Management’s CIO)? Consider the following (from Bloomberg):

Bessent worked for Soros in 1992 when Soros and his chief strategist Stan Druckenmiller made a $10 billion bet that the Bank of England would be forced to devalue the pound. That wager netted $1 billion. At the time Soros’s Quantum fund was $3.3 billion.

Bessent left the firm in 2000, and returned to be CIO in 2011.

We’ll leave you with this Soros quote from June 2012: “I am now retired, and my Quantum fund has no position in euro. But until there is no change among European leaders, if I were to invest, I would bet against the euro. Or at least, I’d bet on it.”

They squabble amongst themselves and despair at their apparent lack of power to dictate what happens. World control is no longer within their grasp, and they can do no more than dream at what may have been, had they not lost it. The Lightworkers now move ahead with renewed confidence and prepare to make a final move, that will effectively put an end to any last chances the dark Ones may have had to gain last ground. It is now more a game of survival for them, but there is no place that they can hide that we will not be aware of. The more we can leave them behind the faster we can concentrate on our own agenda. Please do not get disheartened when you see little of the outer signs, that would indicate what the Lightworkers are doing. Most of their work is co-ordinated with us as together we have some extremely important work to do very shortly. Lightworkers are to be congratulated on becoming settled into their new tasks, and their actions are every bit as important as they ever were. Time continues to speed up and there are more key infusions of Light that are soon to be activated. Slowly but surely the dark and Light are separating, but we still give more opportunities to those who are at a standstill, so that they can continue moving forward. The old paradigm is collapsing and carries no power to hold those back who are now awakening to their true selves. Fear of the unknown is no longer such a problem as it was, and people are finding their trust in God. We know exactly which souls are aligned with the Light, and have a full profile of each of you. Furthermore, we can pinpoint your location at any given time, so those of the dark and Light are all under our supervision. What will be nice is the time that we can provide you with better means of communication, not just among yourselves but also with us. Some of you are destined to do quite a bit of traveling, and for your friends and family it is important that they do not lose track of you. There will of course come a time when all conventional craft will be grounded, and travel will become a pleasurable delightful experience. Eventually all forms of transport will be pollution free, and no longer reliant on a generated electrical source. For local needs a form of "Hop On and Off" buggy will be available. The seaways will not need to be used and airborne traffic will handle all freight, thus allowing the sea and sea stock to be restored to their pristine condition. There will also be the development of stations from which instantaneous dispatch and receipt can be made. Disclosure is being pushed ahead, and now approached from several different angles and the ultimate outcome revealing your extraterrestrial history will be unavoidable. It will force Governments to admit to their involvement with ET's for at least the last century. It is not just a matter of contact, but also close liaisons that have seen them working together in underground bases. Disclosure must also extend to revealing the amount of evidence of extraterrestrial existence found on other planets such as Mars. However, if your Governments still hold back it will only result in us taking over responsibility for bringing the truth into the open. One way or another it is time for you to understand your historical link with us. We are not intruders or strangers, and many members of the Galactic Federation of Light are your forefathers, linked to you genetically as your species has evolved. You have come a long way since you were taught that the Earth was the center of the Universe. Life forms such as yours abound everywhere and in multi-dimensions and parallel Earths. God's Universe contains thousands upon thousands of Galaxies, that are yours to travel once you become fully fledged Galactic Beings. The truth is so magnificent that many religions will disappear, as they will find that they can no longer support their beliefs that have been largely man made. Organized religion will no longer be required for the understanding of individual souls to comprehend the truth. All knowledge is within and you have reached that point where you can be your own teacher, and have developed intuitively to know what you personally need to continue your evolution. The truth can be very deep yet you can find your own path through it. If you follow your own understanding it will lead you to where you need to be next, so simply be in the moment and allow things to develop at their own pace. Share knowledge by all means, but know that another souls path is not necessarily going to fulfill your needs. We have no problems between us as we know that we are among ascended Beings, and we recognize each others light levels. The energies are such that only the truth can exist, and there is no question of communicating with each other except on a totally truthful basis. On Earth you often say one thing yet mean another to the point of being untruthful, and it would be wise to practice the truth at all times. We realize that it can sometimes put you in trouble, but ultimately you will never think twice about keeping to the truth. When you think and act honest all of the time, you will have nothing to hide. We have at times met with your leaders and their representatives, and because we are telepathic have known exactly when they have been less than truthful. Dear Ones, as you can understand you have much to learn and overcome before you will be considered ready to become a Galactic Being, but it is your destiny nevertheless. You are to return to those levels of Light that you once graced, and left to gain experience so that you could be a mentor to others. So be kind to your fellow travelers and compassionate when they error and fall into the darkness. You have all done it and it is inevitable when you are surrounded by such low vibrations. The secret is being able to pick yourself up again, and use your experience to overcome any subsequent challenge of the same nature. It is amazing how Congress and the MSM refuse to open the discussion on the so-called inconsistencies / fraud that surround this individual. In 2011 I performed a live database pull which was actually seen by the office of FL Congressman Bill Posey which clearly proved that Obama has an alias and that he is in fact using a stolen social security number which has now been proven to belong to an individual by the name of Harry Bounel as proven by a SSA FOIA received in November of 2012.

All of these articles and the many more that I have researched and written show that Obama is a fraud and the United States Congress is cowardice in its ineptness in trying to get to the bottom of all of these lies prostrated by Barack and Michelle Obama and their cohorts in the White House and Congress.

Last week Sheriff Joe Arpaio shed more light on the fraud that is Barack Obama and the need for more scrutiny and a complete vetting process that was not completed in 2008.

Do not think for one moment that the U.S. Congress, and the whole Government for that matter, are willing to come forth and discuss the fraud that has been committed on the American people. It is their hope and I am quoting, “that Obama is voted out of office so this will all die down.”

We have put our honor and personal beliefs in these findings, and have proven that Obama is a fraud and that he has lied to the American people.

A WARNING I have received this week from two different former government officials (one top rank military - one intelligence officer)

I am writing about some conversations I have had this week with two different individuals. Both are former government officials.  One was a top ranking military official and another was an intelligence officer.  

First, they have both told me "Sandy Hook was a false flag."  Correction: "Black Ops."  It is to get into the mind set of people that their children are at risk. It is the psychology of fear for the masses.  

Also, the intelligence person said that the Dorner thing - something was really not right about it and he believed the manifesto was written by a few different people due to the way it read and how it was written.  We were not able to get

in to a long conversation about it, so I really can't say much about that here. (He did say that Dorner will be killed because of what he knew about the LAPD.)

Second, I was told all the listening in to people's conversations and reading of the emails - people don't really need to worry about that. The intelligence officer said "Yes, they are, BUT they don't give a s*** about all of our opinions.  They care about money.  They are paying attention to the big corporation phone calls and emails to know who is making a big money deal with who, so they can make money off that information."  He said "The rest of it is boring to them and they couldn't care less what people think.  It is all about money."  He said all that is going on from the top down is not about money. It is simply about control of the people.  They have more money than they can ever spend. It is  control and power and making downtrodden slaves of the people.

He told me.....officers that are in government agencies (FBI, etc.) right now know the truth about 9/11 and the Oklahoma bombing but they don't say anything, and evidence proves the truth that has never been released (especially with Oklahoma).

The warnings both called me about this week has been about the break down of the U.S.  They both said it is coming this year, with an estimated time of 6 to 12 months at the longest.   They both told me the most important things people need to do right now is to have food, water and something to protect that and your family with.  I had mentioned to both that we had expected this in 2008 and 2009 and it didn't happen, so people were weary of those type warnings.   They both said "It will happen this year."

I am not writing this to "freak" people out or to cause "fear or panic."  In fact, the intelligence officer said one time to me "Giving predictions just gets people upset and, if it doesn't happen, they look at you as a fool. If it does happen, they won't ever remember that you gave that warning out in the first place."

The former military officer sent this article from SHTF to me this morning with the subject line: "Warning Report"

Report: Realistic Urban Training is DHS and DOD “Conducting Desensitizing Exercises”

       

Small Portion:

Preferring to remain unnamed for obvious reasons, he told me, “DHS and DOD are conducting desensitizing exercises all across the U.S.,” he paused, then added, “we’re being prepared for mass civil unrest in major U.S. cities.  DOD will be expected to help – when we’re requested.”I asked if there was a timeline for expecting civil unrest in our cities and why should we expect it to begin with. I was told that there were many reasons, but that the continued devaluation of our currency, the predicted history-setting prices for gasoline this summer and the continued gun control debate are forming a perfect storm of civil discontent.  When this storm hits, it will most assuredly produce mass casualties. 

When does DHS expect this to happen? This summer.
      
I am going ahead and writing about this and I will simply say:  Do what feels right to you.  Watch what is going on and see if the current events hint to a break down this year where getting food won't be as easy as it is right now.  They have said the food part will be because there will not be fuel to get the food to the stores and the shelves will be empty.  

So again... I am simply passing along information about "Warnings" I have been given and both were very somber and serious about the warnings when they called me. It will be up to all of us individually to decide if the warnings have any meaning to each of us and take actions of various sorts if they do. 

OH... something else...the Military officer said "A new government will be born from this and that it is going to be a difficult time... but it will be a good government and a government that is supposed to be for this country" (one that is actually BY the people - no more "elite"  at the end of our last conversation. 

May we always be guided by Truth and Higher Intelligence as we go forward.

Police Chief Wants Citizens As ‘Reserve Force’ To Defend Against Feds

My friends, there is hope. Law enforcement officers at the local level are making their stand and they want you to be a part of that. While I’ve written on various sheriffs that have made their own stance to protect their citizens from anyone attempting to confiscate guns, I recently ran across Police Chief Mark Kessler of the Gilberton Borough Police Department in Pennsylvania. He wants citizens to join with his police department in building a “reserve force” that will aid his police force should the need arise to resist Federal authorities when it comes to the Second Amendment.

I spoke with Chief Kessler and he is most definitely a patriot and a Constitutionalist. The police force is quite small in his town and, much like my own town, criminal activity is not rampant.
The reserve force will be made up of volunteers. They can be past or current police officers with act 120 training, along with non law enforcement personnel interested in joining the reserve force. All non law enforcement personnel won’t have any powers to arrest, but will be required to go through a background check, supply their own duty gear, uniform (military BDU, etc), weapons, ammunition.
Everyone will be required to attend a firearms certification course to qualify with both long gun and hand gun at a rate set by the firearm instructor. There will also be hand to hand combat training, knife fighting training, urban combat training, sniper courses, search and rescue, etc.
The reserve force would only be called upon in the event of a federal invasion or foreign invasion of the jurisdiction. They would not be called on in ordinary police work nor would they have arrest powers. This reserve force would be distinct from militia, according to Kessler.

DHS ( Department of Home Land Security ) is stock piling ammunition and stock piling machine guns at a alarming rate! I believe we have no choice for what MAY OR MAY NOT happen shortly!  
Ask yourself this one question - can you walk into any sporting good store and purchase 22LR, 9mm, 45ACP , 40 caliber,, 5.56/223 , 7.62×51 or 308 ammunition in quantity’s more then a box or two ? (OR ANY AT ALL)  If you answer 'No', ask yourself why????
I’ll tell you why because the GOVERNMENT is STOCKPILING BILLIONS of rounds of ammunition! (for what ????).  Even the police can’t get ammo!  DHS has enough weapons and ammo to wage a 30 year GROUND war, BUT ON WHO and WHY?  What is wrong with this picture???  Maybe the tyrants want to take as much ammo off the civilian market AS POSSIBLE!  Either way, it’s very disturbing!

Gilberton Borough Police Chief Mark Kessler

Chief Kessler doesn’t make a lot of money and informed me that even ammunition and weapons he obtains are purchased by him. While the budget of the police force there is enough to provide them a salary, Kessler funnels some of his own money back into the force.

Kessler is a law enforcement officer who is looking to honor his father who honorably served during the Vietnam war. “If not for him, I would not be the man I am today,” he said. He’s also an Oath Keeper.
The Chief is active in his community apart from being a Police Chief. On January 3, 2013 he drafted a piece of legislation called The 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution so he could introduce it to local elected officials in Gilberton Borough, Pennsylvania for consideration. The legislation was to reaffirm the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution which reads:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Along with the Pennsylvania Constitution, which states:
The right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves or that of a free state shall not be questioned.
“I wanted to draw my line in the sand,” Kessler writes. “I wanted to ask my elected officials to stand with freedom, stand with the oath they took to defend freedom, to stand with so many great Americans that shed their blood or gave the ultimate sacrifice defending.”
His resolution was adopted on January 24, 2013 by the Gilberton Borough Council.
Chief Kessler said, “For those of you who think no one has a right to keep and bear arms, I suggest you buy a one-way ticket to the nearest dictatorship country! Cuba is close.  The weather is beautiful all year round!”
He rightly identifies the Founders intentions concerning the Second Amendment. “First,” he begins, “our founding fathers learned from their experiences! Coming from a tyrannical dictatorship country that looked down on the people as peasants, often killing thousands, taking property, raping wives/daughters and much more.”
“Our founding fathers came to America to start a new life free from tyranny, oppression and dictatorship, to live free and express freedom without reprisals from Dictators,” he continues. “They drafted the Constitution specifically adding the 2nd Amendment to protect themselves from the government, period! The Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting or sporting purposes whatsoever.”
Kessler also has a message for the “bleeding heart liberals.”
“If by some chance you didn’t buy your tickets to Cuba, let me state ‘I will never disarm. I will never give up my high capacity magazines, firearm accessories or ammunition. I will never give up my freedoms. I will never retreat. I’m proud to be an American. I’m proud to serve my country. I’m proud of our military personnel that sides with freedom!’ Just because a mentally ill person commits a horrific crime does not mean I lose my rights.”
Chief Kessler says that he will stand on the side of freedom, rather than siding with “tyrannical thugs.”
He also has a word for those “law enforcement personnel standing on ‘Bozo’s’ stage, who are condemning firearm owners: “You disgust me.”
