From Kim Potter: This morning I awoke to the news of a meteor hitting Russia.  As I prepared for work, I was thinking about the meteor and talking to God.  I said 'God, it sounds like dinosaur days to me' (you may remember, my little Bryson loves dinosaurs).  God answered me and said 'things are being released from the atmosphere.'

 Of course I became excited in my spirit - I begin to declare 'things are being released on my behalf from the atmosphere, my inheritance is being released, my healing is being released, my finances are being released...all things that belong to me are being released from the atmosphere at this moment and they are coming at the same speed as that meteor.'

Pope Benedict’s decision to live in the Vatican after he resigns will provide him with security and privacy. It will also offer legal protection from any attempt to prosecute him in connection with sexual abuse cases around the world, Church sources and legal experts say.

Russia Goes On High Alert After UFO Shoot-Down Injures Hundreds
International Intelligence Report out of Poland. . .  today says that one of its air defense units operating in “high alert” status, and located at the Urzhumka settlement near Chelyabinsk, fired at and destroyed an “unidentified cosmic object” at an altitude of 20 kilometers which then exploded causing widespread massive damage and injuring over 500 people.
Chelyabinsk, one of the nation’s most vital industrial centers, is a city and the administrative center of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located in the northwest of the oblast, 210 kilometers (130 mi) south of Yekaterinburg, just to the east of the Ural Mountains, on the Miass River, on the border of Europe and Asia, with a population of 1.3 million.
The air defence unit attacking this UFO, this VKS report says, used an S-400 ‘Triumph’ system ordered to Russia’s borders this past fall by President Putin.
The S-400 Triumph is a next-generation anti-aircraft weapon system capable of firing three different missile types. The system was designed to intercept and destroy jamming planes, radar planes, reconnaissance aircraft, strategic carriers, cruise missiles and medium-range ballistic missiles.
Russian military analysts report that the Triumph is capable of tracking more than 100 targets simultaneously at ranges of over 600 kilometers (370 miles), and destroying up to 12 targets at varying distances.

Of disarmament & government hoarding of bullets Associated Press confirmed internet rumors that the Federal government is purchasing hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition for domestic use. AP

reports that the Department of Homeland Security is seeking to buy 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition over the next five years--ostensibly for training law enforcement agents. That is about five bullets for every person in the US. This is one of the few times that the mainstream news media has picked up on something that conservatives and conspiracy theorists have been claiming for years. AP gives credence to PrisonPlanet's Alex Jones, who says the government is conducting "an arms race against the American people." But there is much, much more.

AP confirmed a report that the Social Security Administration last year purchased 174,000 hollow point bullets. AP reports that Jonathan Lasher, SSA's assistant inspector general for external relations, said the bullets were for the Social Security Inspector General's office, specifically for its 295 agents who investigate Social Security fraud. 'Must be that those nasty seniors are wearing bullet proof vests when the government goons come a knocking at the door. Gotta wonder, right? AP says that Homeland Security has 90 federal agencies and 70,000 agents training in its facilities.

This is a lot of unconstitutional "you are guilty until proven innocent" power on the streets. The IRS and DEA are not even mentioned. This comes at a time when the occupant of the Oval Office is instigating a full court press to disarm American citizens to "protect our children." Notwithstanding that there are fewer than 10,000 firearm-related deaths per year, and less than 3% of those are minors.

Additionally, in places like Chicago, Detroit and Washington, DC, where gun laws are the most restrictive, firearm-related deaths are excessive.

Criminals will get guns regardless of the law. So who is fooling who? 

Couple this with a Homeland Security report in April 2009 that summarily stated concerns that those who are conservative, distrust the government, are religious, and support the 2nd Amendment are an extremist threat to the government.

Among the proposals to disarm the public are extensive background checks and mental tests, even involving doctors in the socialist medical system. 

If you are a pro-life Christian that believes in the Bill of Rights and limited government, you could be considered mentally ill and a threat. 

The government is buying bullets for domestic use. The government is trying to disarm the populace by making it extremely difficult to own a firearm. Connecting the dots, what do you see? Could one make a case for the government singling out conservative Christians as threats to its existence therefore requiring stringent police action? No matter what excuse big brother is using to calm the masses for its agenda, Jesus' words are good advice, "Take heed that no man deceive you (Matthew 24:4)."

Who is Harrison J. Bounel? According  to the 2009 tax return submitted by President Barack Obama, he’s the  President of the United States. All nine U.S. Supreme Court Justices are scheduled to discuss this anomaly  today.

The case in  question is Edward Noonan, et al v. Deborah  Bowen, California Secretary of State, and the  Justices are finally looking at it thanks to the dogged determination of Orly  Taitz. The case calls into question many  of the documents Obama (Bounel, Soetoro, Soebarkah, etc.) has used and/or  released as authentic since he came on the national scene. The case contends  that the documents — birth certificate, Social Security number, Selective  Service registration, etc. — are fakes or forgeries. If that’s the case, Obama  should not have been on the California ballot in 2008 and, therefore, should not  have received the State’s electoral votes.

Four of the nine  Justices must vote to move the case forward. We’ll see.

Meantime, on Feb.  4, Kathleen O’Leary, presiding judge of the 4^th District Court of  Appeal, reinstated the appeal of Taitz v. Obama et al filed by Taitz when she ran for Senate. That case involves evidence of 1.5 million invalid voter  registrations in the State of California. The appeal also involves Obama’s lack of legitimacy to hold the office of President based on his forged IDs, stolen  Connecticut Social Security number, the fact the last name he’s using is not  legally his and his fraudulent claim to be the U.S.  citizen.

Evidence in the  case includes:

• A certified copy of the passport records of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, showing her son’s legal last name to be Soebarkah, not Obama.  
• Obama’s school records from Indonesia, showing his citizenship to be Indonesian.
• Sworn affidavits of top law enforcement experts and investigators, showing Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service certificate are forgeries and that the Social Security number used by Obama on his 2009 tax returns as posted on WhiteHouse.gov was fraudulent. (The SSN failed when checked through both E-Verify and the Social Security Number Verification Service.)

On another legal  front, Obama defaulted in the case of Grinols et al v. Obama et al on  Jan. 30 when he failed to file a response within 21 days of being served notice  of the suit. This case also involves Obama’s phony SSN.

According to the database, the last changes to the information on Harrison (Harry) J. Bounel were made in and around November 2009 by Michelle Obama, who is listed as Bounel’s relative.

Database changes can involve entering the information or deletion of information.

It appears that the changes made by relative Michelle Obama included deletion of information, which was done at a time when Taitz brought to Federal court in the Central District of California before Judge David O. Carter a case of election challenge by her client, former U.S. ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes and forty state Representatives as well as high ranked members of the U.S. Military.

Recently obtained results of the 1940 census, Exhibit 2, provided the last missing   link, link (sic) between Harry J. Bounel and the date of birth of 1890. Exhibit 2 shows the printout of the U.S. census, showing Harry J Bounel, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave, Bronx, NY, age 50 during the 1940 census, meaning he was born in 1890, as shown in the affidavit of Investigators Daniels and Sankey.

There is a pattern of Obstruction of Justice and tampering with the official records and falsification/forgery of the official records related to Obama.

This happens in particular when [George W.] Bush employees leave their positions and are replaced by Obama appointees.

Taitz has asked for expedited default judgment and post judgment discovery in this case out of fear that any records on hand at the Social Security office will be destroyed  when George W. Bush-appointed Commissioner Michael Astrue leaves office in February.

Records that might have proven Obama’s Selective Service registration was a forgery were destroyed in 2009 after Bush-appointed Selective Service Director William Chatfield resigned, Taitz alleges.

Detainees being held at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility and their defense attorneys are accusing both the United States government and Gitmo guards alike this week of infringing on the inmates’ rights by conducting illegal surveillance.
Only days after lawyers representing alleged terrorists accused the government of spying on confidential inmate-attorney conversations by using hidden microphones placed in meeting rooms within the facility, the counsel for Yemen national Walid bin Attash said on Thursday that her client’s private legal papers were improperly removed from his Gitmo prison cell when he attended a recent court hearing.
Bin Attash was appearing before the military court on Tuesday, attorney Cheryln Bormann claimed early Thursday, when his Gitmo cell was allegedly ransacked and legal documents were removed.
“The guard force was in fact seizing privileged communications,” Bormann said, according to Bloomberg News.
During a heated moment amid Thursday morning’s hearing, an unshackled bin Attash stood up in the court and spontaneously addressed Army Col. James Pohl, the military judge presiding over the case.
“In the name of God, there is an important thing for you,” bin Attash said before being silenced by the judge.
According to an Associated Press report, Col. Pohl told bin Attash that he had to remain quiet unless testifying from the witness stand, to which the inmate fired back, “I’m not here to testify.” In fact, his attorney explained to Col. Pohl that bin Attash is concerned about attending any further pretrial hearings because he is fearful his belongings will be removed from his cell each and every time.
“We need to stop this now,” Bormann said. “This affects our ability to do our jobs.”
Stanley Cohen, a human rights attorney based out of New York, told RT during a phone conversation Thursday afternoon that he thinks the entire legal proceedings regarding the high-profile Gitmo inmates “has been a circus since day one,” and that the Obama White House’s claim of being the most transparent administration in American history has been directly challenged by the snafus that have occurred during the lengthy legal proceedings. Sarcastically, Cohen said he is“shocked” over the recent wiretapping revelations, ordered under the watch of an administration that has not just kept defense attorneys from viewing important Guantanamo Bay legal documents in the past, but has now, apparently, has also spied on the conversations between attorneys and clients.
“There is not a modicum of due process or justice taking place at Guantanamo,” Cohen said. “It is another in a never-ending series of examples of this administration saying one thing and doing another.”

Thursday morning’s revelation came just days after it was made known that meeting cells thought to be private venues for attorney-client conversations had been bugged with microphones installed by the FBI. Navy Captain Thomas Welsh, who served as Gitmo staff judge advocate since May 2011, testified on Monday that although he had been aware of the devices, officials never used them under his watch to listen in on conversations and that monitoring ability is no longer possible. He did suggest, however, that the clandestine microphones disguised as smoke detectors could easily be considered by some to be a covert form of surveillance.

“I agree with your point that it was not recognizable, it was not readily identifiable,” Welsh said this week, adding that he himself had not discovered the devices until last January.
On Wednesday, the warden for the prison told the court that he was not aware of the microphones until just days earlier, but knows that monitoring private legal conversations are against the rules.
“We understood that any listening to an attorney-client meeting is prohibited,” testified Army Col. John V. Bogdan, who assumed control of the facility in June 2012 but admits to authorizing repairs to the system six months later without knowing what exactly the upgrades entailed. Those fixes, he says, were ordered by J-2, the on-base intelligence agency that maintains conspicuous surveillance cameras in the cells.
“J-2 only said they needed to do upgrade and repair of the video system in December,” Bogdan testified. Later in the hearing, however, it was revealed that the December 2012 repairs to the system involved reconnecting microphones that had previously been cut off.
In light of Thursday’s discovery regarding the bin Attash papers, attorneys are likely to demand a more intensive probe into the facility. According to Mr. Cohen, though, that investigation is likely to be a whole other charade.
“The real issue will be, ‘what will the military court do now?’” Cohen says. A motion to dismiss with prejudice is a possibility, he suggests, yet personally he believes that the current state of affairs in the White House means that option would be all too unlikely.
“When you have the commander-in-chief authorizing extrajudicial activity throughout the world,” he said, “…then I have little doubt that the military court will blink over this.”
Bin Attash is accused of providing logistical aid to the hijackers responsible for crashing four passenger jets on US soil on September 11, 2001. Gitmo detainee Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the lead defendant in the case, is accused of masterminding the 9/11 terrorist attacks that left nearly 3,000 Americans dead.
