Obama Draws Up Plans To
Grant Spy Agencies Complete Access To Financial Data On Every American.

give all U.S. spy agencies full access to a massive database that contains
financial data on American citizens and others who bank in the country,
according to a Treasury Department document seen by Reuters.
The proposed plan
represents a major step by U.S. intelligence agencies to spot and track down
terrorist networks and crime syndicates by bringing together financial
databanks, criminal records and military intelligence.
The plan, which legal
experts say is permissible under U.S. law, is nonetheless likely to trigger
intense criticism from privacy advocates.

The Federal Bureau of
Investigation already has full access to the database. However, intelligence
agencies, such as the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security
Agency, currently have to make case-by-case requests for information to FinCEN.
The Treasury plan would
give spy agencies the ability to analyze more raw financial data than they have
ever had before, helping them look for patterns that could reveal attack plots
or criminal schemes.
The planning document,
dated March 4, shows that the proposal is still in its early stages of
development, and it is not known when implementation might begin.
Financial institutions
file more than 15 million "suspicious activity reports" every year,
according to Treasury. Banks, for instance, are required to report all personal
cash transactions exceeding $10,000, as well as suspected incidents of money
laundering, loan fraud, computer hacking or counterfeiting.
"For these reports
to be of value in detecting money laundering, they must be accessible to law
enforcement, counter-terrorism agencies, financial regulators, and the
intelligence community," said the Treasury planning document.
A Treasury spokesperson
said U.S. law permits FinCEN to share information with intelligence agencies to
help detect and thwart threats to national security, provided they adhere to
safeguards outlined in the Bank Secrecy Act. "Law enforcement and
intelligence community members with access to this information are bound by
these safeguards," the spokesperson said in a statement.
Some privacy watchdogs
expressed concern about the plan when Reuters outlined it to them.
A move like the FinCEN
proposal "raises concerns as to whether people could find their
information in a file as a potential terrorist suspect without having the
appropriate predicate for that and find themselves potentially falsely
accused," said Sharon Bradford Franklin, senior counsel for the Rule of
Law Program at the Constitution Project, a non-profit watchdog group.
Despite these concerns,
legal experts emphasize that this sharing of data is permissible under U.S.
law. Specifically, banks’ suspicious activity reporting requirements are
dictated by a combination of the Bank Secrecy Act and the USA PATRIOT Act,
which offer some privacy safeguards.
National security
experts also maintain that a robust system for sharing criminal, financial and
intelligence data among agencies will improve their ability to identify those
who plan attacks on the United States.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
The Treasury document
outlines a proposal to link the FinCEN database with a computer network used by
U.S. defense and law enforcement agencies to share classified information
called the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
The plan calls for the
Office of the Director of National Intelligence – set up after 9/11 to foster
greater collaboration among intelligence agencies – to work with Treasury. The
Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment.
More than 25,000
financial firms – including banks, securities dealers, casinos, and money and
wire transfer agencies – routinely file "suspicious activity reports"
to FinCEN. The requirements for filing are so strict that banks often
over-report, so they cannot be accused of failing to disclose activity that
later proves questionable. This over-reporting raises the possibility that the
financial details of ordinary citizens could wind up in the hands of spy
agencies.
Stephen Vladeck, a
professor at American University’s Washington College of Law, said privacy
advocates have already been pushing back against the increased data-sharing
activities between government agencies that followed the September 11 attacks.
"One of the real
pushes from the civil liberties community has been to move away from collection
restrictions on the front end and put more limits on what the government can do
once it has the information," he said.
Michael German, senior
policy counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union, said that U.S. officials
had floated a similar scheme to pool such data a decade ago, but that funding
for the plan was later withdrawn by Congress.
He said one of the
problematic aspects of the plan is that there is "wiggle room" on how
the information will be used. In the past, the National CounterTerrorism
Center, which is supposed to ensure that critical threat information is shared
among various agencies, was obliged to "promptly identify and purge any
innocent U.S. person information."
But the guidelines were
subsequently loosened so that "not only can they keep the data for a
number of years, but they can continue to use it," German said.
Once spy agencies get
such data, German said, "it’s in a black hole. Time and again, we have
evidence, unfortunately well after the fact, that somebody’s civil rights have
been violated, that the intelligence community simply ignores the rules."

years on, and no one has managed to find a collapsed or leaning building in

Sendai, a massive city
which was located near the epicenter of this supposed 9.0, even two years after
the quake, reports as a result of the quake zero
collapsed structures, and zero leaningKobe, a similar city in Japan, was struck by a different earthquake in 1995 which measured only 6.9 (1/100th the intensity of a 9.0) And had over 150,000 collapsed and leaning structures.
So
tell me, HOW does a 9.0 which reportedly lasted six minutes produce ZERO
collapsed or leaning structures, when a 6.8 which lasted 20 seconds produced
over 150,000 IN THE SAME COUNTRY, WHICH PRIDES ITSELF ON EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT
CONSTRUCTION?
The scam of a 9.0 is so
transparent that even the smallest kitten scratch on the surface of the topic
lays waste to the official story; it takes a real stroke of sheeple style
blindness to overlook the fact that it was ALL TSUNAMI DAMAGE because the
earthquake never happened as stated at all. And if there was no significant
quake, WHERE ON EARTH DID THAT TSUNAMI COME FROM?In the official USGS quake report, which shows the five top ground accelerations measured, it clearly shows that the peak ground acceleration happened at station MYG004, which is 70 KM inland, yet puts the epicenter out in the ocean, where there are no stations to record it. The station closest to the reported epicenter, which the USGS painstakingly omits, shows that on the Japanese coast nearest the purported "epicenter", the quake registered a 5.63 on the richter scale which corresponds to a total ground thrust acceleration of approximately 0.08 G's. Look at this USGS report carefully, which puts the ground acceleration at station MYG004 at over 12 g's. To put this all in perspective, a quake that produces even 1 g of ground acceleration is considered to be one that virtually NO skyscraper, highway over pass or bridge can survive. Why then did a 12 G monster do virtually nothing at all where it was measured INLAND, FAR AWAY FROM THE OCEAN?

monitoring agencies in Japan, which prove beyond all doubt the USGS lied.

If the ocean really could absorb a quake (it cannot) it would be irrelevant if the USGS charts were true, charts which show peak ground accelerations of 12 G's, 3.18 g's, and 2.7 g's, ALL TOTALLY APOCALYPTIC READINGS, happening hundreds of miles apart ON THE JAPANESE MAINLAND. The lack of damage outside the tsunami zone proves beyond all doubt that the USGS lied with their charts, and is therefore complicit in the lie that gave creedence to the Fukushima disaster.

Michael Henry DunnJAKARTA, March 14, 2013 – As this journal unfolds day by day, I begin to see that these posts are a blend: there is the Michael Dunn version of the day’s events, wherein I do my best to provide a balance of dramatic personal narrative and journalistic objectivity, and then there is the Neil Keenan version, which tends to be hard-hitting, spicy, and requires me to delete more than a few expletives. Here’s the deal, folks: it’s bad boy and choir boy, and you’ll find a bit of both in here. I run the draft past Neil and then we kick it around. This time, in the wake of our crucial day in court, it went something like this:
NEIL: “Serious security issue? C’mon, Michael, they tried to put out a hit on us – just say it!”
MICHAEL: “OK, we can go with that, I guess.”
NEIL: And what’s this where you say “the threat was neutralized”? I called my friends at the top and the bad guys were told they’d have their throats slit if anybody on our team was touched. Put that in there, cause that’s what they were told.
MICHAEL: Wow…that’s really what they said?
NEIL: Yes, and my friends in that world don’t kid around…and we want people to know that.
So, yes, friends, that is one aspect of the work here. The world being what it is, we can often measure our success by how quickly the opposition strikes back. No sooner did our last bulletin hit the web than a “serious security threat” emerged on the eve of Mr. Keenan’s scheduled court appearance on behalf of our friend Nelu. One of the assets that destiny seems to have provided Neil Keenan to aid him in this fight for the freedom of the Global Accounts is a network of powerful friends who hold him in high regard, and who are willing to defend him when necessary. Yesterday it became necessary, and those friends came through for him, and the “threat has been neutralized” as one might say. Our team proceeded to court confident but wary, and our safety was undisturbed.
The security breach revealed in our last post has led Mr. Keenan to bring in Irish security, which certainly feels like a good move.
The day in court yielded mixed results. It seems clear that the judges were impressed with Mr. Keenan’s statement (which had been integrated into the record), and they ruled that Mr. Martha Wibawa (called Nelu) should be freed, based on time served. Unfortunately, Indonesian law permits the prosecutor to object to the sentence, which the prosecutor did at the last moment, for reasons unknown to us. An appeal will be ruled on swiftly in the next few days, and our hopes remain high that Nelu will soon be with us. Another bright spot for Nelu’s family is the unexpected leniency shown by the court for Mr. Mulyadi, Nelu’s father-in-law, who may also soon be free.
The reprise of the Celtic Tiger’s roar (which our team was highly anticipating) did not, unfortunately take place. Neil was ready to speak at length in court, and had been told an opportunity would be given. In the event, however, given the nature of the ruling, the case was essentially complete when we walked in, and it soon became apparent that the judges might have wished to spare themselves the ordeal of a fiery Neil Keenan lecture, fearful, it may be, of the global scope of the issues that might be raised in their court.
Ichy are reclaiming their heritage. Their freedom means freedom for the planet as well, as we work together to dissolve the old artificial barriers – b.
In the meantime, opportunities have arisen for immediate forward movement, without delay, in putting the Global Accounts to work for the world, regardless of the outcome of Nelu’s case. Neil remains focused on the freedom of his friend, however, and we are confident that Nelu will soon be back with his family, and resuming his important work with the Accounts. We will, of course, keep you updated on the progress of the Accounts as details emerge.
Conversations continue with the Qing Dynasty regarding China’s majority assets in the Global Accounts, and the Empress has requested Mr. Keenan’s assistance in overseeing the accounts on the Dynasty’s behalf. We have learned that the Empress can be both strong and compassionate, as plans are in place to make donations throughout the world, both East and West, in some cases to fund needed infrastructure, and, in others, direct aid, such as a planned substantial donation in Mr. Keenan’s name to Indonesia. Much work remains to be done, but it is clear that the Asian nations long dominated and abused by the Western banking oligarchy are reclaiming their heritage. Their freedom means freedom for the planet as well, as we work together to dissolve the old artificial barriers – barriers erected and maintained by the cabal to keep us divided, lest we unite against them.
This morning at breakfast with Neil, I found an English-language magazine on Jakarta nightlife and happened upon an eye-catching article – “St. Patrick’s Day in Jakarta!” Given the glad turn of events – blessed, no doubt, by the prayers of many friends around the world – it is safe to say that Jakarta’s Blarney Stone Pub will be the site of many a song and jig this Sunday, as the Irish celebrate around the world, and our team kicks back with some pints of Guinness, and toasts to the victory of the good fight.
By the way, that’s the Michael Dunn version. The Keenan version goes: “tell them St. Patrick’s Day starts at 9 a.m. and we go all night!”

Hey doves, I have wanted to share these dreams for a very long time, but I’ve been very hesitant to do so because of all the false dreams out there and all the false prophets. I have hearing on the news of a 100% certain economic collapse around March 2013, not only from alternative news, but also mainstream media. Is it a coincidence that Obama’s RFID implantable device was originally due to begin being implemented during that month and year, March 23, 2013 (1290 days before Feast of Trumpets 2016). Well, I feel I really need to get these dreams out, which I truly believe were from the LORD Jesus Christ because based on what I’m witnessing in the world via news events, the time is at hand. Time is short and the rapture is even sooner than we think. During the beginning of the year 2012 around February/March timeframe I received a dream, which I wrote down after I woke up. I must do this right after I wake up after receiving the dream, because if I don’t, I will forget the details of the dream….it’s happened before. During the dream the LORD showed me a calendar. It was the Gregorian calendar and the months kept flipping swiftly into the future, so I tried to focus really hard. In my spirit I knew the LORD was going to show me something important. The first date the LORD showed me was Specifically March 13, 2013. On that date, the LORD told me something would happen. In the dream I couldn’t really make out what he was telling me, so I don’t know what will happen on that day, but it was something of importance on a global scale. I also know that date is the 1 day after the New Moon of Nisan according to the Jewish Hillal II calendar. The LORD then proceeded to show me yet another specific date. The date was March 25, 2013. This time the LORD did not tell me what would happen, instead the event was written on that calendar space for that date, “Earthquake”. Apparently, this is going to be a massive earthquake that will be globally significant on that day. That is what I was led to believe in that dream. That date just happens to be the 14th of Nisan (Passover) according the Jewish Hillal the II calendar. This date is also 2 days after the infamous Obama RFID chip date of March 23, 2013. Michael Cormier (possibly the coroner of the late Andrew Breitbart) has apparently died from what has been described as arsenic poisoning. Cormier was found dead on April 20th, the same day that Andrew Beritbarts much anticipated preliminary autopsy was released.
Did Cormier know a little too much? Was he about to blow the Breitbart murder cover up wide open?
Breitbart died March 1st of this year, the same day Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced that after hundreds of hours of research, his Cold Case Posse had come to the conclusion that President Obama’s credentials were fraudulent.
An LA Times Blog Post on Cormier’s death somehow forgot to mention the Breitbart connection.
He spent his life trying to determine how people died. But now his colleagues are searching for answers after he died under mysterious circumstances.
Los Angeles police detectives, with the help of the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, are investigating the death of Michael Cormier. Officials said he might have died of poisoning, but they have not provided further information.
Cormier, 61, died last week after being taken to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank from his North Hollywood home. Earlier he had complained of pain and vomiting.
Hospital staff notified police about concerns surrounding the cause of Cormier’s death.
“At this point we haven’t ruled out foul play,” said Lt. Alan Hamilton of the Los Angeles Police Department. “It is one of the things being considered. We are waiting for the coroner’s results.”
Right Side News reported;
KTLA TV reporter Elizabeth Espinoza said that detectives were investigating possible arsenic poisoning in Mr. Cormier’s case. A toxicology report will take five to six weeks.
Interestingly enough, Sheriff Joe and his cold case posse will be releasing new findings around the time of the Bilderberg meetings in late May to early June.

CBS 5 News has learned exclusive details on a forthcoming announcement from Sheriff Joe Arpaio concerning his team’s work on President Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold office.
Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse, provided some insight into what will be released later this spring.
“Let me put it this way,” Zullo said. “I wouldn’t be doing it to give them a rehash.”
CBS 5 News pressed Zullo for answers upon learning that he and the sheriff are planning another news conference in late May or early June. The announcement would come roughly three months after Arpaio released the results from his six-month probe into the validity of the president’s birth certificate. The controversial announcement: the document is a fake.
“We didn’t make a mistake the first time. We’re not making a mistake this time,” Zullo said.
The new findings will include data on Obama’s 1980 registration for the draft. Earlier this year Arpaio sent the U.S. Selective Service System a letter which requested a loan of the original document.

Beneath the illusion of holiness, the Roman Catholic Church is a political organization that is steeped in corruption. Since the pope announced his resignation last month there has been a lot of speculation about his motives, and the future of the church.
Unsurprisingly, the potential successors are getting negative press as well, one of the papal frontrunners even had his office raided by police this week.
The Gaurdian reported that:
Even as preparations for the mass were being made, Cardinal Angelo Scola, the archbishop of Milan – and reportedly the hot favorite to be the next pope – suffered a blow.
Anti-mafia detectives swooped on homes, offices, clinics and hospitals in Lombardy, the region around Milan, and elsewhere. A statement said the dawn raids were part of an investigation into “corruption linked to tenders by, and supplies to, hospitals”.
It is likely that this wont effect the voting, because the people who are voting for him are getting in just as much trouble, if not more.
It was also reported today that Roger Mahony, who is at the Roman conclave choosing next pope, protected Los Angeles priests who admitted molesting children. This issue was handled out of court privately, in a ten million dollar deal.
Although there has been no official confirmation it is likely that the previous popes resignation is a result of on ongoing investigations into a massive coverup of sexual abuse.
There has been some paper trail though, it was reported last month that the pope allegedly learned of an arrest warrant just before his resignation.
To make things even more suspicious, it has been reported through many mainstream sources that the pope will disappear and be “hidden from the world” upon his retirement. The New York Times reported that:
“Saying he would soon be “hidden to the world,” Pope Benedict XVI took his leave of parish priests and clergy members of the Diocese of Rome on Thursday as he offered personal, and incisive, recollections of the Second Vatican Council, the gathering of bishops 50 years ago that set the Roman Catholic Church’s course for the future.”
