Here is a list of how the senate voted to prevent the United States from entering the UN Arms Treaty and to preserve our Second Amendment rights.  Notice the time of day this was voted on: 4:30 AM! Huh?
Could we confidently say that the hour chosen for this vote was not by accident and was purposely selected for ulterior reasons?  Is it much like Pelosi's "We have to vote for it so we know what is in it," with 2700 pages thrust at them at the last minute to read?  It's time the American people started tossing around the word TREASON on a grand scale!  Maybe some in Washington might get the connection, do ya think?

Mississippi politician and grandmother, 53, 'kills herself' at home of former lawmaker State Rep Jessica Upshaw, 53, is found dead in home of former Rep Clint Rotenberry of a single gunshot wound to the head She is believed to have killed herself Upshaw is the fifth Mississippi lawmaker to die in the last few months Authorities in Mississippi are investigating after a state representative was found dead in a suspected suicide at the home of a former lawmaker, according to local officials. The death of Republican Rep Jessica Upshaw, 53, of the 95th District in Diamondhead, was confirmed by Simpson County Coroner Terry Tutor. The cause of her death is believed to be suicide. Simpson County Sheriff Kenneth Lewis told WLOX that Upshaw appeared to have shot herself in the head at a home in Mendenhall, located about 30 miles southeast of Jackson, the state capital. The home is owned by former state Rep Clint Rotenberry, according to The Clarion-Ledger newspaper. The investigation has been handed over to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation. The agency's spokesman, Michael Strain, did not return a call from MailOnline for comment. No one has been arrested in the case. Upshaw was an attorney who was first elected to the Mississippi House of Representatives in 2004. She was a Republican from Diamondhead along the state's coast. Mendenhall is about 110 miles away from her hometown. Upshaw was not married, but did have an adult daughter who is married with with a child of her own and lives in South Korea, according to the Clarion-Ledger. Rotenberry, also a Republican, served in the 77th district as a state representative from 1992 to 2007. Gov Phil Bryant told the paper: '[My wife] Deborah and I were saddened to hear of the passing of Rep Jessica Upshaw. I have known Jessica for many years as an unselfish and dedicated public servant. He added: 'This is a tragic loss for her family and all Mississippians, and our thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.' Upshaw is the fifth Mississippi lawmaker in to die in the last few months. Joe Gardner of Batesville, died last month of a heart attack at the age of 68. Democratic Rep. David Gibbs, of West Point, died January 13. Two Democratic state senators, Bennie Turner, of West Point, and Alice Harden, of Jackson, died in late 2012. Rotenberry did not answer his phone, and his answering machine was full. House Minority Leader Bobby Moak describes her as a passionate champion of causes for her district and the state.

WASHINGTON — In what is believed to be the first time since the 1940s, the entire British defense staff will be here March 25 to discuss long-range strategy and the impact of budget cuts with their U.S. counterpart
s, according to U.S. and British sources.
The meeting is reminiscent of the Combined Chiefs of Staff, when British and American military leaders joined forces during World War II. Both nations are undergoing significant budgetary reductions and will continue to rely on each other in future years for support. Understanding what capabilities will survive and won’t is essential to long-term strategic planning.
“The relationship military to military is very strong. We have common interest in how we meet the financial constraints placed on both nations, but also on issues like how we manage the drawdown in Afghanistan and also how we reconfigure post Afghanistan,” said Sir Gerald Howarth, a member of parliament and the ex-defense minister responsible for international security affairs from 2010 to 2012.
“We have a huge amount of strategic issues to discuss where we have a very large level of common interest,” he said.
A Defence Ministry spokesman characterized the meeting as private and declined further comment.
In the U.S., spokesmen for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff did not respond to questions.
U.S. and British military leaders regularly discuss ongoing issues. What’s different about this series of meetings is they will focus not on immediate budget, program or operational issues, but the strategic future of the Anglo-American alliance, including deepening cooperation.
In addition to the U.S. Joint Chiefs, British attendees are expected to include Gen. Sir David Richards, chief of the Defence Staff; Gen. Sir Nicholas Houghton, vice chief of the Defence Staff, who will take over as chief when Richards retires later this year; Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton, chief of the Air Staff; Adm. Sir George Zambellas, incoming Navy first sea lord; Gen. Sir Peter Wall, chief of the General Staff; and Air Chief Marshal Sir Stuart Peach, commander of Joint Forces Command, sources said.
The U.S. and U.K. regularly share the most sensitive military intelligence, technology and equipment, including submarine-launched nuclear ballistic missiles. Britain over the past decade in particular has shaped its capabilities to dovetail with U.S. forces.
The British are the leading developmental partner on the U.S.-led F-35 fighter program with Lockheed Martin and have in their inventory Boeing C-17 transports, Chinook and Apache helicopters and Lockheed C-130 cargo aircraft. In addition, the Royal Air Force is buying highly sensitive RC-135 Rivet Joint intelligence planes produced by L-3 Communications in the U.S., making London the only international customer for that program.
The meeting comes as the Pentagon faces $500 billion in spending cuts over the coming decade, which will force senior leaders to make difficult choices. The British delegation arrives with particular experience in that area, having faced even deeper budget cuts — in percentage terms — over the past several years, forcing major reforms to force structure, organization and acquisition programs in that time.
“Getting value for money and efficiency is something we have focused a considerable amount of attention on, and we can offer them advice in that area,” Howarth said.
Still, the British budget is a fraction of that of the U.S. In fact, at $62.7 billion in 2011, the British budget is not much larger than the size of the annual cuts faced by the Americans. Under mandatory cuts for the remainder of 2013, the Pentagon is reducing its budget by $46 billion.
Yet the U.S. military could learn a thing or two from its British counterparts when it comes to consolidation, especially within the headquarters staff ranks, said Barry Pavel, the director of the Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security at the Atlantic Council here.
“I think [the U.S.] can learn a lot,” Pavel said. “There’s a lot of inefficiencies in our headquarters. They’ve taken jointness ... to new levels that we haven’t yet done.”
But the British, having cut so deeply, are also in need. They are “going to have to leverage the U.S. to a greater degree, or try to,” Pavel said.
To get leaner and reduce overhead in recent years, the British military consolidated its war colleges into a single school and created an operational command center outside of London to oversee operations, according to retired British Army Brig. Gen. Ben Barry, now with the International Institute for Strategic Studies think tank in London.
The U.S. Defense Department is already preparing for force structure reductions in the coming years and is re-evaluating its military strategy to determine how furth1ztMP6cht cuts would affect its plans.
U.S. and British forces routinely train together and have fought side-by-side over the past decade in Afghanistan and Iraq. In Afghanistan, British Lt. Gen. Nick Carter serves as the deputy commander to U.S. Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford, commander of NATO forces.
“On the day-to-day business of military cooperation, the relationship between the U.S. [NATO] commander and the British second in command is another good example of working in partnership,” Howarth said.
The two militaries regularly participate in personnel exchanges.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE USA - ALERT Posted: 21 Mar 2013 08:15 AM PDT I write to only a handful of people who remain true to the Lord and who have been heeding His words and instructions.  My friends, things are becoming dark and scary now.  I and others have sent out warning after warning after warning after warning.  As I said at the beginning of this year, the time for warnings is over.  We have entered the time of those warnings coming to pass.  The message at the link below contains information from a bank manager about what is soon to come to the banks in our country.  When I saw this tonight, I wondered if it was the same 60 days that the Lord recently showed me.  In other words, when I saw myself running to and fro with a red neon high-rise sign blinking “60 days,” was it about this very message?  I wish I had retained more of what the Lord was showing me, because there were other numbers, possibly even a date(s), but my memory does not serve me well right now.  The only thing I do recall was that it made me think about where 60 days would land.  I remember doing this calculation in my head and it landed on May 16.  We’ve already seen what has happened in Cyprus, and this is setting the precedent for others to follow. If you haven’t heard, Cyprus is debating on whether to levy a tax on savings accounts in order to fund a bail-out, plain thievery!  Anyway, they have decided to keep their doors closed through the rest of this week until they can decide what action they are going to take.   Who knows what the real story is now because there are beginning to be a number of them.  Consequently, details start to blur, becoming twisted and confusing from one report to the next.  Nevertheless, the problem remains that “they” have started something horrific, and this can easily spread and has already spread to a few other countries like New Zealand, potentially Italy, and a handful of other European countries on the chopping block.  Additionally, they are considering the idea of setting controls on some type of “fixed amount” that customers may withdraw as soon as they open their doors on March 26.  (The 25th is another holiday—a real one, not just a “bank holiday.”  You’ll see this term more and more in the days ahead.)  This same concept is applied in the message at the link below.  At this point, it seems to me that no matter what action they take, the result will be something that nobody wants (except the elites).  All that was needed was to instill fear into people that they either would not be able to access their funds or when they do access their funds, some of it will be missing.  Of course, the greatest fear of all is that the next time they are allowed access to their accounts there will be nothing left.  (See 3/19/13 scare:  Chase—zero balances.)  Obviously, this is already in the minds of everyone who has been following this story.      People., you are mighty ignorant of law and don't know that you hold the final legal power in America and don't need elections to clean the criminals and traitors out of Wash., D.C. I think it was the first U.S. Supreme Court decision made in America was that any jury in a criminal trial had the legal right to examine not just the facts but the law or laws used in the case. If the law or laws were unjust or fraudulent meaning unConstitutional, the jury could nullify the law by not allowing it to be used in the government filed case and so dismiss the criminal charges against the accused if they so chose. Articles V, IX, and X of the U.S. Bill of Rights all state that you the American people have legal rights under law that federal government or state government cannot take away from you. In Article V, it states that you have the right in any grand jury held in any of the 50 states and in any county of the 50 states to vote for either presentment or else indictment of anyone for criminal acts under law for the involved area covered by law. Presentment which the power elite don't want you to know is your legal right with any grand jury in America whether federal or state is you tell the prosecutor to step aside, you independently investigate criminal charges you judge need to be investigated, and if you find criminal conduct either in state government or else federal government, you vote counts of presentment and present it to the prosecutor. He is supposed to deliver legal papers to the accused to face criminal trial on the involved criminal charges delivered by counts of presentment. If the prosecutor tries to be smart aleck with you, you deliver these to the County Sherff to issue the arrest warrants, etc. and the prosecutor may end up also charged as a co-cponspirator to the involved criminal charges if he tried obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty, stonewalling of legal processes, etc. to try and let the guilty get away without facing the criminal charges they are supposed to under law.
