Something appears to be going on with some of the banks over this weekend. One member of our dinar group read to me over the phone what Chase Bank wrote to account holders so I, Sara, know it is true (see it below, though what is not written below is that the reason stated for this limitation to the account was to execute "Account Enhancements"). He called me because it seemed really odd to him (not the typical maintenance message) and it seemed really odd to me when it I heard him read from the Chase message (because the reason was so vague and the down time period was so long) but it appears to be happening at other banks as well.

It could just be Basel III adjustments but the fact that it is happening to several banks at the same time is suspicious. What comes to my mind is:  Are they preparing for the global re-set which could mean a switch from fiat currency to asset-backed currency? That would be a clue that the dinar would revalue at the same time. So, needless to say, this strange bank activity is really curious.

The justices of the Supreme Court of Sweden have finished the destruction of a family that was begun in their lower courts, rejecting an appeal of a ruling that permanently separated a young boy from his parents because he was being homeschooled.

“In a perfunctory order the Swedish Supreme Court rejected a desperate appeal by Christer and Annie Johansson, parents of Domenic Johansson, who was torn from his parents while minutes from takeoff on an international flight as the family prepared to move to India,” said a report from the Home School Legal Defense Association, which along with a team from the Alliance Defending Freedom has been fighting on behalf of the family.

Michael Donnelly, HSLDA’s director for international affairs, said the decision is reprehensible but characteristic of the Swedish court system’s callousness.

“We are grateful for the many people who responded to our request to send letters to the court. We are heartbroken by the court’s unwillingness to hear this case,” he said. “How can anyone respect the Swedish justice system that allows this kind of injustice to go unheard.”

Donnelly vowed that the fight will continue.

“How can we give up?” he asked. “The fact that both Johanssons have survived after nearly four years without their only child is a testimony to their faith and hope. We will leave no stone unturned in helping this family plead their case, but there are few courts left to which they can turn. We ask our friends and supporters to keep this family and their legal team in their thoughts and prayers.”

He said some may wish to ask the court to reconsider their decision. The family’s lawyers are also reviewing other legal procedures that may be available to request reconsideration or to take the case to the European Court of Human Rights.

WND has reported on the case from its beginning, when Domenic was seized by armed Swedish police officers operating on the orders of social services agencies from on board a Turkish Airlines flight June 25, 2009, because he was being homeschooled.

He was 7 at the time.

The family was in the process of moving permanently to India, Annie’s home country, but the armed officers were ordered to board the jet and seize the boy.

WND reported last December that an appeals court panel in Sweden had imposed the “death penalty” on the homeschooling family, granting the state full custody of Domenic.

The appeals panel reversed a lower court ruling that granted the Johanssons custody of their son.

During the first months following his seizure, the parents were only permitted to visit Domenic once every two weeks. The visits soon became every five weeks, and in 2010, all visitations were cut off, HSLDA said. The parents haven’t seen their son in three years now.

“The United States Supreme Court has written that terminating parental rights is the family court equivalent of the death penalty,” HSLDA said.

The Johansson case in Sweden, the group said, “demonstrates what can happen when the family is not respected as an integral unit of society.”

The HSLDA said the Swedish Supreme Court, by rejecting the appeal, affirmed the lower court order permanently separating the family.

Family attorney Ruby Harold-Claesson said the court decisions were biased, since social services officials were allowed by the court to introduce their selected psychiatric expert while the family was not allowed to supplement its information or have an impartial psychiatric evaluation of the child.

“It’s obvious that [(the Supreme Court] haven’t even read the appeal,” Harold-Claesson told HSLDA.

“I had hoped something would change with this case, but sadly this is more of the same inhuman treatment from a ruthless system that has no regard for the rights of parents and children to be together. The court doesn’t seem to even notice how the state was permitted to introduce new evidence in the court of appeals but the Johanssons were not. In the Swedish system it seems as if individuals have no rights when they oppose the ‘almighty state’.”

She also noted the impropriety of a judge on the appeals court panel who also had been in charge of the administrative court system that originally took Domenic away from his parents. He then retired and was appointed to hear the parental termination hearing in the district court system, something Harrold-Claesson said should never have happened.

“I asked for the recusal of this judge because he was the chief judge in the Stockholm administrative court where all the cases for Domenic Johansson had been decided in favor of the state—how could he be impartial?” she asked.

Michael Farris, the chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association, says it’s among the most brutal cases he’s ever seen.

It was last June when a Swedish district court said the parental rights would not be terminated. In a 23-page opinion, the court said it could not ignore the unanimous and extensive testimony of firsthand accounts of friends, family and others that Domenic Johansson was being properly cared for by his parents prior to Swedish authorities seizing him in 2009.

Farris said the actions by Swedish officials cannot be explained.

“The taking of this child for homeschooling and while the family was moving out of the country is an egregious violation of basic human rights and international law standards. Sweden is a party to numerous treaties that require them to respect the rights of parents to make education decisions and to leave the country if they choose. This is a dangerous precedent if permitted to stand.”

HSLDA President J. Michael Smith said that there is no known reason for Sweden’s behavior in the case.

“Based on the review of available documentation of this case, we don’t know of anything that would justify either the long-term separation of the family or the termination of their parental rights,” he said. “There is no doubt that this family needs help.”

Harrold-Claesson is a noted international human rights attorney who has dedicated her life to fighting what she describes as the brutal Swedish social services system.

“The evidence was overwhelming in favor of the Johanssons, and that is why the district court found in their favor,” she said. “These are good parents who were taking good care of their son. This is an unbelievable case of overreaching on the part of Gotland’s politicians. It is despicable that the Swedish courts – with the exception of the district court – have been willing to back up the social workers in this case.”

The attorney said the Swedish system is tilted so that social workers and foster care professionals gain financially when children are removed from their homes.

“They take children to feed a bureaucratic machine of foster homes based on subsidies. They impose their will on vulnerable families who don’t have the resources to fight back, and most lawyers don’t dare to challenge the system for fear of their career,” she said.

Something impacted the fertilizer plant in West, Texas... most likely a Comet fragment! More information has come to light that suggests exactly that, and, at the very least, strengthens the idea that a 'missile' strike of some kind caused the explosion. Air Force officials announced Friday that the X-51A WaveRider flew for more than three minutes Wednesday, a one point hitting a speed of Mach 5.1, according to the Associated Press. The successful flight marked a turning point for the X-51A, which was designed with scramjet technology that’s capable of delivering weapons strikes around the world in only minutes. The aircraft was designed to reach Mach 6 (six times the speed of sound) but the Air Force deemed Wednesday’s flight a success because the previous three attempts either ended in highly publicized failures or failed to reach the desired top speed. “This test proves the technology has matured to the point that it opens the door to practical applications,” said Darryl Davis, president of Boeing Phantom Works, which designed the WaveRider, in a statement. He added that the flight, which saw the WaveRider travel more than 230 miles in six minutes, was “a historic achievement that has been years in the making.” While the immediate future for hypersonic scramjet propulsion will come in the form of faster and more effective cruise missiles, scientists have speculated that in the long term, the technology could make a London-New York passenger flight possible in under an hour. “I believe all we have learned from the X-51A WaveRider will serve as the bedrock for future hypersonics research and ultimately the practical application of hypersonic flight,” said Charlie Brink, program manager for the Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate, in the aforementioned statement. Last year, when asked why such technology is necessary, Air Force officials cited a failed attempt of the life of Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden in 1998. Upon learning of his location, military intelligence was able summon Naval ships to fire cruise missiles at the target within 80 minutes. This new technology, the Air Force told the Los Angeles Times in 2012, would cut that response time down to twelve minutes. Chief Justice Roberts Gets Personal Sanctions Motion

On Monday, Chief Justice John Roberts and the staff of the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia were served with a Motion for Sanctions under Rule 11 in the injunctive relief case LANDRITH et al v. JOHN G. ROBERTS 1:12-cv-01916-ABJ
The Chief Justice has 21 days to withdraw his misrepresentations to the court of Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
The Veteran’s Today readership is so vast that many fellow Missouri citizens have contacted me, mad about the fact that only Veterans Today and this Article is exposing the real reason behind the loss of almost all of our Show Me State’s auto plants.
During Sam Lipari’s quest to enter the national hospital supply market he repeatedly informed the courts that America was in danger of thirty more auto plant closings if the hospital supply monopoly was not broken and healthcare costs continued to be too expensive for American employers to compete with foreign manufacturers in the domestic US market.
At the time Lipari filed the Medical Supply Chain, Inc. antitrust lawsuit in 2005, Ford knew it was going to be forced to close 14 plants in North America by 2012 and lay off 30,000 American workers, but federal judges could not be bothered with the felony Sherman Antitrust Act violations Lipari had evidence were breaking the bank of private and government healthcare plans. The auto plant closures rippled through the national economy. In the neighboring state of Kansas which had only one General Motors plant, Governor Kathleen Sebelius who is now President Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services warned: “There are an estimated 60,000 Kansas workers whose livelihoods depend on the survival of the American car companies..” No state was immune from the loss of Blue Collar middle class jobs and the loss of the tax revenue this wealth brought in. The State of Kansas would later have to cut the budget of the state judge colleagues of the federal judges refusing to hear the evidence in the Medical Supply Chain antitrust litigation.
I have agreed to provide our readers updates on the case against Chief Justice John Roberts to force federal courts to publicize judicial ethics complaints. Landrith and Lipari argue that this change will prevent the repeated violations of the constitutional rights of parties in federal litigation. And, it looks like it is shaping up into a real fight to reclaim the soul of justice in our once great nation.
On Monday the plaintiffs were forced to serve a Motion for Sanctions against Chief Justice John Roberts for repeated and intentional misrepresentations to the Washington, D.C. court.

While this seems unbelievable and outrageous that the man in charge for enforcing the code of ethics and judicial canons in America’s courts would make fraudulent misrepresentations to the court he is on trial in, readers must remember that Chief Justice John Roberts’ legal defense is being controlled by Attorney General Eric Holder, the first Attorney General in the history of the United States to be under a Contempt order by Congress. Of course that was also for misrepresenting the facts and preventing access to records that are believed to contradict his testimony.

The Congress is suing Attorney General Eric Holder to get those same records in a case that like Bret Landrith and Sam Lipari’s lawsuit is also being heard by Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
Landrith and Lipari have answered Chief Justice John Roberts’ Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint and the Answer is available online. Fair warning though, don’t try to read it unless you have your blood pressure medicine within reach.

It seems that civilian public servants in the District of Columbia have some casual attitudes toward their solemn responsibilities. Attorneys cannot ethically misrepresent the material facts or the relevant case law to a tribunal. But, I guess if you are defending the Chief Justice of the United States to keep the process for reporting judicial ethics violations from being improved, the Department of Justice must feel its okay to break some rules.
The First Amended Complaint reveals for the first time known to this author, a secret part of the USA PATRIOT Act that was never published, but enforced as an official policy by government employees in the Department of Justice and Judicial Branch. How people could enforce a law that is secret and not published where citizens can learn of it and change their conduct is a new one to me.
Reading between the lines, it is clear that the policy being enforced was the censoring of political and business speech. So not putting this part of the USA PATRIOT Act into a published statute probably kept a lot of the people enforcing the censoring of US Senate campaign sites and blocking hospital supply sites to restrain trade from knowing just how bad they were violating the constitution.
