Recent leaks of classified documents have pointed to the role of a special court in enabling the government’s secret surveillance programs, but members of the court are chafing at the suggestion that they were collaborating with the executive branch. A classified 2009 draft report by the National Security Agency’s inspector general relayed some details about the interaction between the court’s judges and the NSA, which sought approval for the Bush administration’s top-secret domestic surveillance programs. The report was described in The Washington Post on June 16 and released in full Thursday by The Post and the British newspaper the Guardian. U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, the former chief judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, took the highly unusual step Friday of voicing open frustration at the account in the report and court’s inability to explain its decisions. “In my view, that draft report contains major omissions, and some inaccuracies, regarding the actions I took as Presiding Judge of the FISC and my interactions with Executive Branch officials,” Kollar-Kotelly said in a statement to The Post.     Okay, to the embarrassment of Wash., D.C., they got caught spying on all emails in America and spying on all phone calls in America. And on the news this Monday morning, they reported how they are watching all your credit card purchases in order to spy on you. They don't talk about it but under the claimed authority of "The Patriot's Act," they assert that authority and they automatically spy on your bank account without your legal knowledge or legal consent. And it is written in federal so-claimed "law" which is contrary to constitutional law and U.S. Bill of Rights, they can claim they want to see your private or business records without a court order and you are supposed to keep your mouth shut and not publicly report it if they looked at your private or business or else they claim it a criminal offense on your part if you let others know that they forced you to show them your private or business without a court order or without your legal consent.   

     I could cite more ways that they spy upon you, but I assume you get the message. I have not seen it confirmed yet, but it was claimed that the TV converter box millions of Americans use with their TV is also a secret spy camera to watch you in your living room or den while you watch TV. The only places maybe left where Wash., D.C. does not spy on you yet except maybe through walls is your bathroom and your bedroom. However, do not worry. They are working on that too since you have no legal right to privacy or a private life left in America now. In the name of national security, there are no U.S. Bill of Rights in America anymore. Just liars in Wash., D.C. saying that they respect your legal rights under the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights. I mention the U.S. Constitution as separate from the later U.S. Bill of Rights as Alexander Hamilton who was one of the three writers for "The Federalist Papers" explained that the U.S. Constitution was a bill of rights itself with things like no laws could "impair the obligations of contracts," By the way, impair back then meant legal regulation of your God given right to contract and to property which were claimed already protected in the U.S. Constitution and Alexander Hamilton said that state bill of rights had to be respected in federal courts as no legal authority was given under the U.S. Constitution to regulate or control state bill of rights by federal authority under the U.S. Constitution so there was no legal need to add a Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution. Alexander Hamilton was a nice dreamer thinking that the federal government being created would later respect the legal and God-given rights of the American people as guaranteed unalienable rights under the American Declaration of Independence of 1776 and later U.S. Constitution. Today Washington has forgotten the original meaning of "unalienable rights" was "a right according to natural law (law of God), a right that cannot be taken away, denied, surrendered, or transferred such as by the current federal government of Wash., D.C. For those who still believe in God given rights, we must pass the Omni Law and now as Wash., D.C. acts like they do not even legally know what is meant by U.S. Bill of Rights, natural law rights (means God-given rights), or any other legal rights the Founding Fathers of America said America was founded to obey and uphold as the national law of America. 

     You may look up the Omni Law on our national website if you haven't seen it. Time to back it by bringing a copy of it to the members of Congress and state legislators who can initiate a constitutional amendment as well as any member of the U.S. Congress. All any elected official has to do is copy our proposed Omni Law, make it a legal bill to be voted on, and the new constitutional amendment is on its way to get ratified either through Congress proposing it to the states or else the states vote for it until they hit the magic number and then Congress has to convene a constitutional convention so the states may legally ratify as a constitutional amendment of America the Omni Law. And let the elected officials know that you want it backed into law and to respond back to you their stand on this! They do not like to be put on the spot like this. It puts pressure on them to do the will of the American people!

      With serious finances we can put on a great campaign to win America and fast for passage of the Omni Law. We wouldn't even need any serious finances if the news media was honest on key issues. The money is so we ram through the truth until even the news media has to report on the truth for the American people. And push our key reports. This puts pressure on the news media to report the truth instead of trying to control the public by skillful censorship of the truth and lies passed for truth as news items which are hot air and not based upon reality.

      Might as well put a little extra heat on the news media and elected officials. The entire message the Pentagon general got to me shortly after the 9/11 attack in 2001 which as close as I can remember verbatim ran as follows: "Part of Washington intelligence knew the 9/11 attack was coming. They did not notify the rest of Washington intelligence. They did not alert Wash., D.C. to prepare for such an attack. They wanted the attack to occur! (The implied reason was to give Wash., D.C. the legal excuse to set up a federal police state over America which has since occurred.)" 

     Let's pass the Omni Law now to create a land of freedom again in America. Don't know if it was accidental or else federal hacking. There is no doubt whatsoever now that both sides of the political isle are aiding and abetting the take down of our nation. We see that with every abomination being passed in Congress, by executive fiat and even our Supreme Court. Of course now we know why the Supreme Court blatantly violates the Constitution with outlandish decisions playing into the hands of the private corporate cabal demanding they do so. If you haven’t been paying attention the past couple weeks; in a nut shell none can be appointed to that lofty bench unless they are 100% black mail-able and the same is true for most of Congress.
There are NO mainstream media outlets, including FOX that aren’t owned, lock stock and barrel by the same criminal faction that runs our government like a child’s marionette show. The internet too is chock full of disinformation organizations like MoveOn.org or Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU etc. There are, however tons of alternate news outlets dedicated to at least attempting to keep We The People apprised of the facts about what is going on right in front of our faces while we go about our everyday lives not thinking beyond the “front door”.
The only information you are going to be given via television, mainstream radio, newspaper etc. is that which will do one of several things;

·         Create a false perception (such as fake polls)
·         Disguise (replace the truth with flat out lies and out of context claims)
The fake polls alone should have America screaming. Do you personally know anybody, a single person who would be in favor of:

·         Amnesty for more than 12 million illegals leading to millions more
·         Mass spying on American citizens
·         Arming the very terrorists who have declared they will target America next
·         Abolishing the first, second, fourth, and tenth Amendments to our Constitution
·         Allowing this totally out of control government to re-write our Constitution
·         Court Martialing our soldiers for praying, reading conservative material, refusing to commit genocide and outright murder on innocents overseas or taking up arms against our own citizens
·         Allowing the IRS to target Americans and flat out get away with it
·         Turning in their guns in exchange for law enforcement who only show up after the crime

Those are just a few of the issues we are told by the media the majority of Americans agree with. Again, who are they polling? I don’t personally know a single person who would agree to any of those things do you? Well outside of Congress that is.
We have a president who we literally know nothing about, who refuses to provide any background documents. We know for a fact that he is using a fake social security number, a very badly forged birth certificate, nobody remembers him attending Columbia University, nobody really knows who his parents were though we have SEVERAL likely candidates. Yet we are told to shut up and go away if we question, worse we are labeled “birthers” or “racists” because this mad man is half black and to question his actions is automatically a race issue. What the hell is wrong with the people who have the power to stop this? Are all our elected officials either complicit, black mailed like all our Supreme Court Justices, or so damned selfish they would rather see our country destroyed and people die just to protect their careers or avoid paying for their crimes?
While the scandals mount from Extortion 17 and Benghazi to the NSA who HAVE been spying on each one of us for decades we are busy watching Paula Deen get crucified for using a word thirty years ago and George Zimmerman’s national circus trial. It's funny that the left can consistently find things that are clearly not in the Constitution and discount or completely ignore those things that clearly are in the document.

Decade after decade we've heard the constant drumbeat of the left exclaiming the separation of church and state that it's the law and we must take care not to co-mingle religion and the state.

I've read the Constitution many times and can state unequivocally that the separation of church and state is not written nor even implied in the Constitution.

What is clear, to anyone who cares to take a peek, is the separation of powers. That is as plain as the nose on my brother's face.

Yet there doesn't seem to be a separation any longer. There appear to be no branches of government that are separate but equal. Somewhere along the American timeline our constitutional republic has been replaced with some kind of three-class system.

But what about “we the people”? There is no “we the people.” We are merely indentured servants of the State, lower than the low.

Our federal legislative branch, the House and Senate, have become the lower or serf class. They have to answer to the parliamentarian class, the executive branch, who in turn must ultimately bow to the will of the rulers, the judicial branch.

How did we morph into such a society? Easy; from a single Supreme Court decision. It's called judicial review and was set up long ago.

The 1803 decision of the Marshall Court in Marbury v Madison set this country on a path to judicial tyranny.

The eventuality of that one Supreme Court decision has effectively nullified the Tenth Amendment — states’ rights — and rendered individual state constitutions virtually meaningless.

Yet in the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, a review of Article III, section 2 nowhere states or implies judicial review of the Constitution.

Folks (I sound like Bill O'Reilly), the Constitution is quite simple to understand. It's made to appear complex so that the common man feels reliant upon “scholars” to explain to us idiots what the founders “really” meant.

In fact, it was written and enacted for and by the states thus granting states most of the power. It would not have been ratified otherwise.

That is why, unlike today's legislation, it is not at all a lengthy document. It didn't have to be. Any power not specifically enumerated in the Constitution to the federal government reverts back to the states and thus the people. It's really that simple.

Yet we have allowed the Supreme Court to usurp their mandated authority.
Thomas Jefferson wrote of the danger of the court in 1823:
 

“At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for the removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the Constitution, and working its change by construction, before anyone has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employing in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life, if secured against all liability to account.”

There's that word, precedent. Makes my skin crawl.

Ditto Abraham Lincoln: “We, the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts — not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the Constitution.”

But with the recent Supreme Court decision nullifying a legally binding California state constitutional amendment on marriage, I've concluded that ship has sailed.

The fix is now in and that decision marks the end of states’ rights and the Tenth Amendment. We will soon be known as the “United Community of America,” a centuries-old progressive dream come true.

Something is Brewing Over In Iraq

To all of the nay sayers: If Iraq has no intention on on re-valuating their currency, then why in the world would Citigroup be opening up a bank in Baghdad of all places in the world?

Citigroup Inc. is looking to set up shop in Iraq.

The third-largest U.S. bank said Monday it had obtained permission from Iraq’s central bank to open a representative office in Baghdad, positioning it to become the first American lender in the war-torn country.

The office will support Citi’s corporate customers in Iraq, as well as facilitate communication for companies that want to start doing business there.

If successful, the office could pave the way for Citi to open bank branches in the cities of Basra and Erbil. Citi already has an Iraqi desk in nearby Jordan.

Launched by McDonalds last June using a YouTube video to answer a consumer’s question about why their food looks so drastically different in commercials than in the restaurant, the “Our Food, Your Questions” premise opened McDonalds’ kitchen doors, lending the brand to a supposed more honest and transparent feel. By prompting consumers to ask their questions on Facebook or Twitter, McDonalds hoped to build trust and credibility in a marketplace where bad press has followed them in the form of viral videos and unappetizing images. 

McDonald’s eventually began disclosing the secret behind how the fast food chain’s fries are made. They produced a video answering a series of questions about McDonald’s fries: where the potatoes come from, how they are processed, what kind of oil they’re fried in, and why there is so much salt on them.

Mario Dupuis, a production manager at McCain Foods in New Brunswick, where the potatoes are washed, peel and cut. They’re also blanched to “remove natural sugars” that would cause colour variations then soaked in dextrose for an even colour. There’s also an ingredient to prevent greying, drying to remove excess moisture and a quick-fry for 45 to 60 seconds before the fries are frozen for shipping.

The worst part are the ingredients. Instead of the standard two ingredients necessary to make french fries-potatoes and oil, there are approximately 17 as reported on the ingredients facts list on the McDonald’s website.

They include:
Potatoes, canola oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, safflower oil, natural flavour (vegetable source), dextrose, sodium acid pyrophosphate (maintain colour), citric acid (preservative), dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming agent) and cooked in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with THBQ, citric acid and dimethylpolysiloxane) and salt (silicoaluminate, dextrose, potassium iodide).
At a glance, many of the ingredients above are hazardous to human health, including those which are genetically modified (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil), hydrogenated (soybean oil), chemically preserved and antifoaming (THBQ, citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane), and artificially colored (sodium acid pyrophosphate).

Trillions of dollars’ worth of bonds now in the possession of the White Dragon Society

Last week, representatives of Asian groups asked the White Dragon Society to help them cash trillions of dollars’ worth of historical bonds issued by the Federal Reserve Board. The WDS agreed on the condition the funds be partly used to finance a massive campaign to end poverty, war and environmental destruction. If the Federal Reserve Board and the BIS refuse to cash these historical bonds, then the relentless campaign against them will continue. This campaign has so far removed from power Pope Maledict, J. Rockefeller, Queen Beatrix of Holland, 26 top Pentagon generals, the CIA head Petraeus, Hillary Clinton, the King of Saudi Arabia and many others. Last week, in a major cabal defeat, Sabbatean mafia stooge Julia Gillard was removed from the Prime Minister’s office of Australia. Next will be anybody else who stands in the way of efforts to save the planet including Ben Bernanke and Barak Obama.
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd was removed from office 3 years ago immediately after he had agreed to use new energy technology to remove salt from sea water in order to turn the Australian desert green, according to MI6 and Australian Secret Intelligence Organization (ASIO) agents. The coup that removed him was arranged by Federal Reserve Board agents, the sources said. Immediately before he was removed, a warning of an impending nuclear terror attack against Japan was given to the Australian embassy in Tokyo to deliver to Kevin Rudd, ANSIO agents say. The trail will lead to Henry Kissinger, multiple sources say. From there the trail will go to the gangster families who own the Federal Reserve Board. In other words the investigative trail is grinding towards them on charges of both murder and the issuing of fraudulent bonds.
The bonds pictured above and below are part of a batch of bonds given to a Chinese Nationalist army general by a US general back in the 1930’s. We have confirmed with a master list at the Federal Reserve Board that they are genuine. The Feds have been trying to buy up bonds like this for a tiny fraction of their cost and then dump them in the garbage. However, the owners of this batch are insisting on full payment and they have the means of enforcing their demands.
Here, printed on what looks like monopoly paper, are some genuine Fed million dollar bills:

These are separate from the bonds in the boxes. They are part of vast mountain of such instruments the Feds spread around Asia without any intention of ever returning the gold and treasure they traded them for.

Both the Chinese Communist government in Beijing and the Nationalist government in Taiwan have countless trillions of dollars worth of these bonds. If they present a united front and force the Feds to pay money, the Feds can be driven out of business. The real question, of course, is what to do after the Feds are busted.
On this front, there are several different groups with competing agendas. One is the Neil Keenan group suing on behalf of the Dragon family. This lawsuit, if it is ever accepted by any court, would restore the rights to the traditional treasures of Asia to the old royal families of Asia, including the Qing dynasty heirs.
However, the Chinese Communist Party and some Asian secret societies do not want to turn the clock back 100 years and return to dynastic rule. Nor do many people in the West want to replace a secret Western family group with a secret Asian family group.

While the original Five Star Trust case seems to be legitimate, the OPPT is very opaque and many sources claim it is a cabal front. The OPPT is saying they will produce about 25 million millionaires if they win but they do not talk about what will happen to everybody else. Red flags are also raised by the involvement of Guy de Rothschild, of the French branch of that family, who was in on the 311 tsunami and nuclear terror attack on Japan. A representative of De Rothschild called last week and expressed surprise that Japan was doing just fine and that there was in fact no nuclear holocaust going on here.
Yet a third group claiming vast funds is the Casper group. They seem to represent groups with legitimate claims of having been ripped off by the Federal Reserve Board. This is definitely true in the case of the small farmers all over the USA who were conned out of their land by fraudulent bank deals.
They have support in the military but have not put forth a clear plan for what they want for the planet.
The US military is also up to its eyeballs in Iraqi Dinars. It is not a good idea to enrich the Bush crime family and reward them for their rape of Iraq by allowing them to cash in on all the Iraqi Dinars they stole. Any Dinar revaluation must not include that Bush/Carlyle crime syndicate.
A fourth group, the gnostic illuminati, for their part, are calling for a complete end to hereditary bloodline rule. One of their platforms is a 100% inheritance tax aimed at accomplishing this goal.
However, that will not go well with people who spent a lifetime paying down their mortgages and want to leave their house to the children who grew up in it.
So, how about giving the right to create money to everybody? The problem, of course, is that in such an event a trillion dollars would soon become the price of a single piece of bubble gum. Ultimately, internet based currency like Bitcoin may be one way to democratize the process of money creation without causing inflation.
However, the idea of a totally free market where everybody pursues their personal desires without worrying about the greater good, and money is just a commodity, is part of the reason the planet is in such trouble now.
The White Dragon Society, for its part, is proposing to carry out what it calls Operation Santa Claus, that is make everybody happy.
The idea would be to allow the traditional royal families of Asia to issue money based on their historical treasures. At the same time, the old Western bloodlines could, after the mass murderers are removed, also be allowed to issue money. However, in both cases the money would need to be spent in the real world carrying out big humanitarian or development projects. No more money games or “trading platforms” where trillions of dollars are created out of thin air and spent by cabalists on bribes, baubles and goons.
Also, under Operation Santa Claus, the bad people have to pay for their crimes meaning all the victims of Federal Reserve Board fraud, including US family farmers and Chinese merchants, would be compensated. At least one hundred years of organized fraud against the people of the world will need to be rectified once the Fed is busted.
Also, to make sure the average person on the street understands things have really changed, the WDS is proposing a jubilee. The idea is to eliminate, in a one off deal, all debts public and private. If you are paying a mortgage, you will no longer have to and the house will be yours. If you are renting an apartment, you will no longer have to pay rent and the apartment is yours. If you are an old lady living from rental income, the government will pay you the same amount you got from rent.
Of course, making this real means busting the Fed or forcing it to cough up the money. To bust it, of course, means we need to take these bonds to the Fed and insist that they cash them “or else.” Believe me, they do not want the “or else,” to happen.
The WDS has also long proposed creating a new meritocratically staffed agency charged with the job of ending poverty and stopping environmental destruction. It should have an annual budget of at least $1 trillion or 20 times more than the World Bank has.

Until this is made possible, the cabal will continue to be put under increasing pressure.

"I am entering" said Snow White. After half an hour she comes out and they ask her, "Well, how'd ya do? " First Place ," said Snow White.
