Dear HOA Reform Advocates,

    The insurance attorney that our NC Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin knows about and has not sought to hold her accountable for railroading FOUR defamation claims I filed on these two HOA board women,

    has now filed a fourth Motion for Show Cause for Contempt on me just because I called the new property manager who was not named as a party or Plaintiff to get the make and model of my air conditioner since the tag faded and I had no paperwork to get it replaced with the same make and model.

    THEY HAVE STATED I should be put in jail for ten days this Wednesday, July 17, 2013 if I do not seek some doctor for treatment.  THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ME.  '

    They held a hearing on me on July 9, 2013 without me in court, as I called an attorney to represent me and he told my parents he would.  Then he did not and I had someone watch the court proceedings and take notes.

    The insurance attorney played tapes from BEFORE the orders were signed saying I could not contact her.  She did NOT send me a NOTICE OF DATE AND TIME to appear by law in N.C.G.S. 5 A 23 ( a ) 1.

    Therefore I have no obligation to appear.

    NOW since I was not there, and in Washington, D.C. visiting my son, with my attorney ditching me at the last minute, the judge decided to not put me in jail,  but to allow me to stay out for CRIMINAL and NOT CIVIL CONTEMPT for my calling the new property manager originally to get the make and model of my air conditioner.

    THIS IS INSANITY.  I HAVE THE COURT DOCUMENTS.  ALL THE ORDERS THEY SAY I VIOLATED ARE ON APPEAL AND ARE VOID UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDERS SAYING I CANNOT FILE ANYTHING IN THE PRESENT LITIGATION PAST DECEMBER 13, 2011.

    THEY ARE STRINGING ME UP AND NOT EVEN OBSERVING MY LEGAL RIGHTS.

    I WANT YOU ALL TO PUT THIS EMAIL OUT TO EVERY SINGLE ONE YOU CAN THINK OF.

General Martin E. Dempsey Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Download Hi-Res Image General Martin E. Dempsey serves as the 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  In this capacity, he serves as the principal military adviser to the President, the Secretary of Defense and the National Security Council.  By law, he is the nation’s highest-ranking military officer.  Prior to becoming Chairman, the general served as the Army’s 37th Chief of Staff. Past assignments have taken him and his family across the globe during both peace and war from Platoon Leader to Combatant Commander. He is a 1974 graduate of the United States Military Academy and a career armor officer.    As a company grade officer, he served with the 2nd Cavalry in United States Army Europe and with the 10th Cavalry at Fort Carson. Following troop command he earned his Masters of Arts in English from Duke University and was assigned to the English Department at West Point.  In 1991, GEN Dempsey deployed with the Third Armored Division in support of OPERATION DESERT STORM. Following DESERT STORM, he commanded 4th Battalion 67th Armor (Bandits) in Germany for two years and then departed to become Armor Branch Chief in US Army Personnel Command. From 1996-1998 he served as the 67th Colonel of the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment. Following this assignment as the Army’s “senior scout” he served on the Joint Staff as an Assistant Deputy Director in J-5 and as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. From September 2001 to June 2003, General Dempsey served in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia training and advising the Saudi Arabian National Guard. In June of 2003, General Dempsey took command of the 1st Armored Division in Baghdad, Iraq.  After 14 months in Iraq, General Dempsey redeployed the division to Germany and completed his command tour in July of 2005. He then returned to Iraq for two years in August of 2005 to train and equip the Iraqi Security Forces as Commanding General of MNSTC-I. From August 2007 through October 2008, GEN Dempsey served as the Deputy Commander and then Acting Commander of U.S. Central Command. Before becoming Chief of Staff of the Army, he commanded US Army Training and Doctrine Command from December 2008-March 2011.  General Dempsey’s awards and decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Distinguished Service Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf Clusters, the Bronze Star with “V” Device and Oak Leaf Cluster, the Combat Action Badge, and the Parachutist Badge. In addition to his Masters’ Degree in English, he holds Masters’ Degrees in Military Art and in National Security Studies.  General Dempsey and his high school sweetheart Deanie have three children: Chris, Megan, and Caitlin. Dear General Dempsey,

I am but one person, however, I feel in my heart that much like that one weed in the garden, there are a lot of others but they just have not come into full view yet.

I served honorably in the active military service and on several occasions I raised my right hand and swore an oath to my country to protect it against all enemies “foreign and domestic”.  While I see that you are “principal military adviser to the President, the Secretary of Defense and the National Security Council”.  I believe that you are also directly responsible to the people of this nation, to oversee with unyielding uncompromising tenacity that our country is always governed lawfully.  It is this last statement I wish to address directly.

With your service to do your sworn duty for “we the people” has been less than stellar as far as I can tell.  I say this because of the way corporations, politicians, lawyers and bankers have continued to go on with “business as usual” without being called out on their inexcusable inappropriate actions and you know exactly what I’m talking about.  I would even go on to say that your inaction is in direct conflict with your sworn oath to the military, our country and “we the people”. 

So having provided you a peek into your performance as far as “we the people” and if it has made you feel “uncomfortable” then there is still hope for us as a nation and as a people. 

Now what to do?  Maybe inform “the President, the Secretary of Defense and the National Security Council” of this growing situation that will not go away.

I know you are a very busy man and carry a lot of responsibility. I will be as brief

as possible.

Having spent time in the U S Navy (1967-1971), when many of my peers were going

to Canada, I took my oath, very seriously “ to uphold and defend the United States of America”.

I understood, I not only had an obligation, but also a duty to defend my country with all the

respect for those who were deployed before me and many never returned to their homeland

they were sent to defend.

I pray that you took your oath as to “so help me God” as seriously, to know the creator

has all authority over mans’ statutes, and God’s Law is supreme.

“ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are

endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and

the pursuit of Happiness. - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men,

deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed ,” We THE People.

I, for one of many, have never knowingly given my consent to be governed by the

 Corporate United States = private contractor. I would contend that we are a Republic, to be

 governed by elected representatives, doing the will of the people, intent on upholding and

 defending the country “against all foreign and domestic invasion”.

We must stand together to throw off the chains of power and corruption that prevents

our great country from being that “ Beacon unto the World” as a shining and virtuous example

that our nation was founded upon and intended to be.

The result is spreading chaos and panic amongst the cabal elite. The signs of this are everywhere now both in the public realm and in the still secret world of military, spy and gangster agencies. On the public side, the head of Homeland Security and 15 top Sabbatean agents within that department were fired last week, joining the 26 generals, CIA head David Petraeus, Senate Intelligence Committee Chief J. Rockefeller, Pope Maledict, Queen Beatrix of Holland, Prime Minister Julia Gillard of Australia, King Albert II of Belgium and many others in a purge of cabalist operators. Only Eric Holder now stands, and probably not for long, between President Obama and the legal moves to remove him from office. On the yet to be made public side of things, Italian P2 freemason lodge members say former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi of Italy is planning to seek political refugee status, maybe in Russia. In Japan, public security police sources say that cancer-stricken Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has only a few months left to live and that a replacement has already been chosen from within the current ruling clique. There are also ongoing secret negotiations between representatives of the Gnostic Illuminati, the heads of the world’s martial arts societies, the White Dragon Society, the government of Russia, the dragon family and the Green and Blue among others. According to several key negotiators　there is a broad agreement on the need to replace the current ruling structure of the planet with something more benevolent. There is disagreement however between hardliners, mostly in the Western military intelligence apparatus, who want to completely eliminate the 13 Sabbatean bloodlines and the moderates, including the White Dragon Society and various Asian groups, who favour a truth and reconciliation committee, a jubilee and a general amnesty. In any case, discussions about what comes next are still taking a back seat to the ongoing efforts to remove the cabal from power in the G7 countries. The cabal has been fighting tooth and nail to keep that power. In the US, the firing of DHS head Napolitano helped derail a plot to use the highly propagandized Zimmerman trial to trigger race riots as an excuse to declare martial law in the US. The involvement of US Attorney General Eric Holder in attempts to stir up race turmoil is now being investigated. In other cabal moves, a bombing attack on a Russian naval base in Syria is being reported as having involved Israeli planes flying out of Turkey. This is a clear attempt to provoke a Russian military reprisal against NATO member Turkey, triggering World War 3 and thus the Sabbateans’ long awaited “Armageddon.” Of course nobody is being fooled any more by such false flag operations. Russia responded by holding emergency military drills in the Far East, on the opposite side of Russia from Turkey, sending the signal that “we will retaliate but not when and where you think.” Instead of being fooled into war, Russian and Gnostic Illuminati agents say they will be targeting Sabbatean mafia leaders and top family members in Europe. Credible threats were also received from MI6 sources of another nuclear terror attack against Japan. In the latest plot, a nuclear device is supposed to be smuggled into Tokyo through a network of secret underground canals via the US airbase in Yokota in Western Tokyo. The source for this warning is the same one that told the Japanese before March 11, 2011 that Japan was about to be hit with a nuclear attack. The cabal is also trying desperately to stave off bankruptcy in the face of a growing global boycott of cabal income sources. In Japan, they have bribed Shunichi Tanaka, the head of the Nuclear Regulation Authority, to prevent the re-opening of Japan’s nuclear power plants, according to Japanese military intelligence sources. Reopening the plants would mean Japan would import $35 billion less oil per month from cabal controlled oil exporting countries. As a part of this campaign, various gangsters and agents have been spreading radioactive cesium around Fukushima, according to Japanese police sources. The cesium is mostly industrial waste from the oil and medical industries. The public relations office of the Nuclear Regulation Authority refused to comment on these allegations when called by this reporter. Despite such moves, cabal control of the oil industry is ending. In addition, the ongoing fires and crashes of Boeing jetliners is apparently part of a successful campaign to shut down the exports of largest US exporter. The death of US financial criminal Mark Rich has also exposed him as the head of an operation started in the 1990’s during the Clinton administration that has been replacing US gold supplies with tungsten coated bars, according to MI5 sources. Most US gold supplies have already left the country meaning the US dollar has no gold backing inside the US. The gold was apparently stolen by the families that own the Federal Reserve Board in order to stave off bankruptcy. The Chinese communist government, meanwhile, has bailed out Goldman Sachs in South Korea, according to an executive of a Japanese securities company. In return for continued bail outs of this sort, US corporate government spokesperson Obama informally offered the Sandwich Islands to China, according to a source close to the US/China economic negotiations that took place last week. The Sandwich Islands were renamed Hawaii shortly after the US invaded and took them over in 1900. Russia has also been offered the Aleutian Islands, according to FSB sources. Needless to say, once the criminal corporate government in the US is bankrupted and removed, the restored Republic of the United States of America will declare all such agreements null and void. Meanwhile Russia’s move to control the Middle East and thus European energy supplies, combined with the pentagon’s refusal to intervene, has sent shock-waves through European corridors of power. President Obama called Russian President Putin about this issue last week but all Obama can do is wring his hands. U.S. Undersea Warfare News Eugene P. Wilkinson, Who Steered First Nuclear Submarine, Dies at 94 Paul Vitello, New York Times, Jul 15 Vice Adm. Eugene P. Wilkinson, who commanded the Nautilus the United States Navy s first nuclear-powered submarine and the first machine to harness atomic fission for propulsion rather than weaponry died on Thursday in Del Mar, Calif. He was 94. His family confirmed the death. As commander of the 324-foot, lead-lined, dirigible-shaped submarine, Admiral Wilkinson made headlines worldwide when he steered the Nautilus, propelled by its on-board reactor, out of a shipyard in Groton, Conn., into Long Island Sound on Jan. 17, 1955, and uttered his first radio message: Under way on nuclear power. The vessel represented a historic technological achievement; a personal triumph for Admiral Wilkinson s mentor, Adm. Hyman G. Rickover, the founding father of the nuclear Navy; and a resounding if double-edged statement about war and peace and the future uses of nuclear power. President Dwight D. Eisenhower saw in the Nautilus the commercial potential of nuclear power, a theme of his Atoms for Peace initiative in the years before the first commercial nuclear power plant was built in the United States, based on technology pioneered by the Nautilus. Military analysts greeted the submarine as the vanguard of a new age in warfare, a machine previously unimagined except in the fiction of Jules Verne (whose novels 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and The Mysterious Island featured a submarine called the Nautilus). Faster and more agile than any submarine before, it was able to cruise almost indefinitely without refueling. (The half-joking rumor among the crew was that they would surface every four years to re-enlist.) It became the prototype for the Navy s perpetually prowling fleet of strategic nuclear missile subs. Admiral Wilkinson s career straddled the commercial and military realms of nuclear power. He went on to command the Navy s first nuclear-powered surface ship, the cruiser Long Beach, from 1959 to 1963. At his retirement from the Navy in 1974, he was the vice admiral in command of all submarine warfare operations. From 1980 to 1985 he ran the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, a nonprofit organization established by the nuclear power industry to improve safety standards in the aftermath of the Three Mile Island accident near Harrisburg, Pa. Admiral Wilkinson recalled the Nautilus launching as the apex of a period of unqualified optimism about atomic energy. If you were involved in nuclear, he told The San Diego Tribune in a 1989 interview, you were a white shining knight. Eugene Parks Wilkinson was born on Aug. 10, 1918, in Long Beach, Calif., and was orphaned shortly afterward, when his father, Dennis, died in a car accident and his mother, Daisy, succumbed to a sudden illness. He was raised by his grandparents Dennis and Lillian Wilkinson, who ran a small creamery. Admiral Wilkinson, who was known as Dennis to family and friends, graduated from San Diego State College with a degree in physics and chemistry and was teaching chemistry there as a graduate student when World War II broke out. After he enlisted, the Navy sent him to an officer training program and assigned him to diesel-driven submarines. He received the Silver Star for valor in the Pacific. Teaching at the Navy s submarine school after the war, he was wavering between pursuing a Navy career and returning to his postgraduate studies when Admiral Rickover, the newly appointed head of the Navy s nuclear power development agency, offered him a chance to do both. With a corps of other handpicked officers, he was sent to study atomic physics and nuclear reactors at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee and the Argonne National Laboratory in Illinois. He later served as the representative of the Bureau of Ships at Atomic Energy Commission offices in the Pittsburgh area. He is survived by three sons, Dennis, Stephen and Rod; a daughter, Marian Casazza; and four grandchildren. His wife, Janice, died in 2000. In a 2001 biography of Admiral Rickover, Francis Duncan wrote that he chose Admiral Wilkinson, a commander at the time, to skipper the Nautilus because he was intelligent, imaginative, and free from the deadly embrace of tradition a reference to his not having graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. The two remained friends until Admiral Rickover s death in 1986. Crusty and temperamental, Admiral Rickover also had a mischievous sense of fun, which Admiral Wilkinson recalled in an article for The Saturday Evening Post in 1955. The Nautilus was on its maiden voyage, he wrote, when Admiral Rickover took a turn at the controls. After completing a scheduled test maneuver, he then ad-libbed orders for a nonsensical, if not dangerous, move: Take her down and put her on the bottom, he said. All ahead full. I wrote the following as a comment on a post from Omega2 on Recaps, and Recaps censored it out. I have concern that innocent, naive Christians who are holding dinar may be taken to the cleaners by banking scoundrels. If you want to publish this comment, I would appreciate it, but please withhold anything that would identify me directly.

I am not sure I know who Omega2 is, and am always a little cautious in receiving information the source of which is cloudy.

I did not listen to this call and probably won't. I was uncomfortable with what this person wrote as directives what to do after the RV.

Dear Fellow Dinarians: LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE TRYING TO SELL YOU LOTS OF STUFF.

Not all of it will be good. The idea of having all of your precious funds in a brokerage account is troubling to me. If it's there you might be tempted to make a few trades, entering some stock positions based on something you read in the paper, a "hot tip" or whatever.

My advice to you: DON'T.

Brokers make $$$ on you when you ENTER a position, and when you EXIT a position. Whether you have made or lost money, they have made it. They are not there to help you. They are there to collect fees (yes, some brokers CAN and WILL help you, but always remember that even they are in the business to make money for themselves).

I am writing from experience. A few years ago my husband and I had funds in a brokerage account and we dabbled in options, and in day trading index futures based on a system. Overall I am glad we did it; it was a good education. But we paid dearly for that education: yes, in LOSSES.

This time around, we will gladly invite professionals to advise us how to grow our wealth. If you PAY for financial advice, you know precisely what it is costing you. If you accept financial advice as part of a service, you should realize they are not charging you because they are going to be making money off of your money, and that is sometimes money you might have made yourself.

We all love the gurus, and love the advice we get on Recaps. But most of us are Christians, and we understand (or should, right?) stewardship. Read Luke 19 and Matthew 25 just to remind yourself how the Lord evaluates stewards. Most of us have been taught to read those passages as if they were about gifts or abilities or something, but JESUS WAS TALKING ABOUT MONEY. He cares what we do with it--and I'm not just referring to giving (as an aside, did you know the first time an offering was taken from God's people it was used by Aaron to forge the golden calf in the wilderness?), but to investing, building blessing structures, and being wise as serpents when accepting counsel.

If we understand true Biblical stewardship--which is responsibility of the sort Joseph had--we must carefully filter advice given to us--even here on Recaps. And please filter what I have written! We must learn to think for ourselves. Some time ago Americans stopped doing that, and look where it has gotten us.

I hope this ride is soon over. I hope you are blessed exceedingly abundantly above all you have asked our thought. And after the blessing comes, I hope you will not allow yourselves to be led astray, but will be like the good steward in Matthew 25 and in Luke 19. Study to show yourselves approved! Blessings!
