Vatic Note: The Open Congress.org would not let me send my letter to my rep.  So that is why so few people are showing up on the approved list.  Another scam that they powers that be are using to maintain their gestapo nazi hold on America.  The only  way they can justify murdering millions of  us was through the NDAA bill.  Its UNCONSTITUTIONAL and the supreme court could or would have overturned it, but none of these progressive orgs are filing any law suits, nor has any on the right.   That tells you there are no grassroots right or left you can trust anymore either.  WHERE IS THE ACLU? Have they all been blackmailed, threatened or bribed? 

Here is how I am getting this to my rep.  I will copy and paste it on an email on his website and do it that way, then when he comes into the district, I am going to ask him point blank, did you see my email about overturning the NDAA.  I know his answer will have to be no, he did not see it.  Why?  Because staff is n o longer controlled by the various respective reps and senators.  Its controlled by the Israeli lobby through the admin were now the staff works for the central hiring pool instead of for the individual reps which never used to be the case.

The reps and senators, for this very reason, always brought their most trusted staff with them from the district and that way, us staffers would make sure he was not signing onto something that was against his constitutents, and we covered his but and make sure he know what he was doing and what the truth was, then if he decided to do something different, it was his choice and he could live with the consequences.  We had done our job.

Like the Patriot Act, I do not think they know what was in the bill they passed. They never get a chance to read the bills now.  The lobbyists write them, control the distribution and who gets to read it.  They are just told to sign it. The author of this movement is being harassed as much if not more than  we are.  So please call your rep and put it on his website your support for the bill and Ron Paul.  That way we can at least reach your rep and tell him  we are unable to vote on Open Congress.org.   It won't let you complete the submission.  I tried and was prevented from completing it.  WE are sooo close to time to go into the field.

Before NDAA was signed on December 31, 2011, Americans had a protected right to free speech, freedom of press, religion, and peaceful assembly as well as a right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. However, with the passage of NDAA, belligerence became grounds for indefinite military detention in concentration camps. "Belligerence" is defined as having angry, aggressive feelings; being quarrelsome or contentious.  (VN: that illegal law does not change what our rights are.  We still have the right to all of that legally, since no one has changed our governing document, nor have the people discarded the Constitution and Bill of Rights.  Like our GUNS, these documents stand in the way of completing their agenda.  We have been given the legal right to rebel if the government usurps our powers and rights, UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE DOCUMENT LEGALLY.)

Speaking, writing, and assembling to express disagreement with any government act, law, or policy are belligerent (contentious) acts. Petitioning the government for a redress of grievances is necessarily a belligerent act in that such petitions demonstrate that one has a quarrel with elitist decision makers in some respect.

OpenCongress.org registers votes for and against congressional bills. One hundred percent (100%) of voters have voted FOR H.R.3785 to date. OpenCongress.org records less than 90 votes as of February 17, 2012. Lack of participation is surprising since H.R.3785 would eliminate the threat of concentration camp internment for exercising the freedoms Americans used to have under the Bill of Rights.

Perhaps Americans do not know about H.R.3785. At the Martin Luther King Day celebration in Atlanta, I discovered that most people did not even know about NDAA. Another observation is that on my view, OpenCongress.org has links to over 400 blogs written regarding H.R.3785, but the links seem to be repeats of only five blogs. That may be my cyberstalkers at work. The censorship force is capable of making IP-specific views of any online data. In other words, what I see on a web page may not be what you see. (VN: Open Congress must be compromised since I could not send my letter or petition signature to my congressman)

I used the definition from a children's online library. I used the explanation of Americans' five basic freedoms from a site prepared for young students. This was done in hopes that everyone will understand what has been lost through passage of NDAA and the importance of supporting H.R.3785 to reverse that.

A Public Servant's Duty Is "to Serve
and Protect" - Not "Kiss my Butt or Go to Jail"

One wonders how many polite terrorists got by, while Border Patrol harassed this couple, who were just trying to spend money in the US.

Border Patrol claims they catch 3 terrorists a day. Is that because they call a couple who just want to go shopping terrorists? Or are the real terrorists wearing badges, & guns, & pulling peaceful shoppers out of their cars to put them into jail?

A public servant's duty is "to protect and serve" - not "kiss my butt or go to jail". What does it mean, when we must be so careful about what we say in such situations?  (VN: its not really about ego, its about creating a "compliant" population  who are afraid and are totally intimidated, using violence and brutality to achieve it.  Its written right in the protocols that this is how its done.)

I do not think Snowden is OK

I am going to first state that this is at present opinion, and may not be accurate. I am currently trying to get better details and hard confirmation on all of this. But I have seen a few things now that make me think Snowden is NOT ok, and that we probably are not even seeing the real Snowden now. Do not re-post this saying I said this was fact.

First of all, the flight logs all show Asiana 214 as having landed safely. I am highly suspicious of that plane crash. There is another problem - the plane that crashed was a 777 300, and the Asiana flight to San Francisco is supposed to be a 777 200. Big problem there. The main difference is that the 777 300 has an additional 2,000 mile flight range. I had initially expected Asiana to be using a 777 300 on the San Francisco route, but later found out that they use a 777 200. I still think the plane that crashed in San Francisco was probably supposed to go to Australia and got remote hijacked and flown to a crash by a desk bound idiot flying it like a drone. This would explain the military response and the FBI debriefing of all passengers.
I still think Snowden was on that plane, and there are plenty of reasons for it, which are:
On July 5th, Russia announced that Snowden had ONE DAY to leave the airport or he was going to get extradited to the U.S. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT, and why is Russia playing nice now, well over a week later? Last I heard before that crash was that Snowden was on his way to Venezuela. Add to this -
After the plane crash, Snowden started talking about UFO's and Chem Trails. That may fly in the alternative media, but for a huge number of people those are kooky subjects, and aliens are the first subject intelligence agencies use to cast doubt on the credibility of anyone if they can get away with it. Chem trails are an additional step off the deep end for many people, and the NSA does absolutely nothing with aliens, UFO's or Chem trails. Snowden would not know jack about those subjects from ANY experience with the NSA.
Another thing that made me suspicious was Snowden's composure in the latest videos. He is not acting right, nor does he look right. In the latest videos he has absolutely none of the composure you would expect from anyone working intelligence. You also never really get a clear look at more than his face, and though the videos are more clear than the Osama videos they still come off like one of those stupid Osama bin laden videos, or that Iraqi Berg beheading video that was so obviously fake. I don't buy it AT ALL. If we are seeing the real Snowden in the latest videos, I believe they are likely being shot in the U.S. after his capture, with him being drugged, under mind control and not even knowing where he is.
The tipping point came when what I believe is now "Snowden" said that Stuxnet was written by the NSA. Folks, THAT is a load of B.S. like no other. The NSA is a totally non aggressive agency which would not write an attack virus, that would be handled by Darpa and the CIA. And the initial reports about Stuxnet never mentioned the NSA AT ALL. On top of that, Snowden would never have been cleared to know about Stuxnet even if it was written by the NSA, with the system of compartmentalized clearances in place to prevent it. I don't believe for a minute there would be any record of Stuxnet in ANY file the NSA had, other than intelligence intercepts they may have picked up about the effects the virus had.
Furthermore, whenever I nail a topic, I get tons of threatening hate mail from people who say they will destroy my credibility, and that happened to an extreme with regard to the plane crash, which if it was nothing would have evoked no interest from ANYONE with regard to me at all. From multiple people I received tons of hate mail saying the crash was fake, it never happened, and that I was going down the toilet if I did not agree. This type of mind game shillage is a clear indicator that I hit a nerve somewhere, and with Snowden now acting like a mildly drunk frat boy additionally high on something, talking about aliens and chem trails and blaming the NSA for many things they would NEVER be assigned to do, something is seriously amiss, and I don't think the real Snowden is well or safe AT ALL.

UPDATE: I recently received a well written bulk mailing, telling everyone I had been bumped by the Mossad and am no longer alive because I don't believe the plane crash was faked. Cute.

I think they remote hijacked his plane that was supposed to be en route to somewhere else, nailed him in San Francisco and that a lid was put on everything with threats and payoffs. Russia is not an angel, they are in fact a very wicked country just like America is now and I don't doubt for a minute that they would stab anyone in the back if they could do so and maintain a positive image on the world stage. If Snowden really did get nailed, Russia would more than just play the part and welcome an actor in exchange for a payoff to take Snowden's place, all the while subsequent "intelligence" releases suffer from having less and less credibility.

SACRAMENTO — U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson, San Francisco, set a 90 day deadline last week to relocate 2600 prisoners from two prison facilities within the state of California. As of now the Dept. Of Corrections and Rehabilitation has no idea where the inmates will be displaced. California currently has 33 adult prisons.
The U.S. District Judge has ordered the transfer of the most medically at risk patients which make up the group of 2600.
CBS reported, “Valley fever is caused by soil fungus in California’s Central Valley and Arizona, CBS News correspondent Ben Tracy reported. The tiny spores can be inhaled after they’re kicked up by wind or construction.
About half of the infections produce no symptoms while most of the rest can bring mild to severe flu-like symptoms. In a few cases, the infection can spread from the lungs to the brain, bones, skin or eyes, causing blindness, skin abscesses, lung failure and occasionally death.
One-hundred-fifty-thousand people get valley fever each year; 160 die. That’s rare compared to other diseases, but valley fever cases have jumped 900 percent between 1998 and 2011. It’s a bigger threat than West Nile virus and Lyme disease.
The two prisons, which house a combined 8,100 inmates, are about 10 miles apart and 175 miles southeast of San Francisco.
“Transferring thousands of inmates is an extremely complex process. It will take time,” Hoffman said. “We must identify where to send individual inmates and which inmates from other facilities can be transferred into Avenal and Pleasant Valley.”
Transferring less vulnerable inmates into the two prisons could create an additional problem if those inmates object.
“This is a hard question. We are concerned about the risk to other prisoners,” said Don Specter, director of the nonprofit Prison Law Office and lead attorney in the lawsuit involving Valley fever. “The question is, `How great is the risk?”‘
He deferred to J. Clark Kelso, who was appointed by Henderson to oversee medical care within the state prison system.”
It has also been reported that prisoners can opt out of being transferred, but must first prove they do not meet the criteria of the venerable population.
Some speculate that there could be other ‘internal’ agendas behind the transfer. Also raising the question of the safety of correctional officers and inmates during such a procedure (transfer).
Enen more interesting is the fact that there is a current order to release over 10,000 inmates by the end of 2013 to help reduce prison crowding and improve the health of inmates according to officials.
A report issued Tuesday by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health details how certain measures and modifications can be implemented at the state prison facilities, raising the eyebrows of some as they wonder who will privately profiteer as prison facilities and encompassing services are mostly privatized.

Allegations of fraud against Attorney General Eric Holder, other top Justice officials, several prominent Democratic operatives – including a major contributor to Hillary Clinton – and Credit Suisse Bank has been re-ignited by a federal bankruptcy judge’s decision that also apparently has derailed the U.S. Senate bid of a former Democrat governor.

The decision July 10 by Judge Bruce A. Markell dismissed a bankruptcy judgment against real estate developer Tim Blixseth.

Blixseth, the founder of the Yellowstone Club, a luxury ski and golf resort in Montana, has alleged that Credit Suisse made a criminally fraudulent loan to Yellowstone Club that led to the bankruptcy judgment, which stripped Blixseth of ownership of the resort. Blixseth alleges he was defrauded by an elaborate scheme engineered by his ex-wife and Ron Burkle, the supermarket king who raised more than $1 million for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.

Though seemingly unrelated, the bankruptcy decision appears to have prompted former Montana governor Brian Schweitzer to announce Saturday that he does not intend to pursue a bid to run in 2014 for the U.S. Senate. The seat has been held by retiring Democratic Sen. Max Baucus, a prominent proponent of Obamacare who in recent months has described the health care law as “a train wreck.”

WND reported in June 2012 that several hundred pages of documents allege Holder and Lanny Breuer, the assistant attorney general for the DOJ’s criminal division, have intervened to block recommended federal prosecutions in an ongoing dispute involving the Yellowstone Club, a private golf and ski resort now owned by Burkle and international bank Credit Suisse.

WND also reported allegations by Blixseth attorney Mike Flynn that Holder and Breuer sought shield from federal criminal prosecution of Credit Suisse Group AG a client of the Washington-based law firm Covington & Burling, as well as key Democratic Party operatives suspected of playing a role in allegedly fraudulent mortgage financing and bank lending practices.

Before joining the Department of Justice in the Obama administration, Holder and Breuer were partners at the international law firm Covington & Burling.

Judge Markell’s decision last week dismissed a $40 million fraud judgment against Blixseth that had been enforced by U.S. bankruptcy judge Ralph Kirscher, a Democrat appointed to the bankruptcy court by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1999 during President Clinton’s second term of office.

Blixseth and Flynn have repeatedly charged that Kirscher’s bankruptcy decision was fraudulently influenced in a 2009 meeting with Montana’s governor at the time, Schweitzer. The meeting resulted in a decision to allow Blixseth’s ex-wife and Sam Byrne, a Boston real estate investor with ties to the Democratic Party, to buy the Yellowstone Club at a price substantially below market value after the bankruptcy had been declared.

Flynn further alleged in a letter shared with WND, addressed to the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, that Burkle, Byrne and Schweitzer funneled more than $1.2 million through the Democratic Governor’s Association in 2008 to the Montana Democratic Party for the benefit of Schwitzer’s re-election campaign.

Flynn asserts in the letter to the DOJ that the “money laundering scheme – having Burkle and Byrne with their friends donate to the Democratic Governor’s Association and then to the Montana Democratic Party, for the benefit of Schweitzer – appears designed to conceal Burkle and Byrne’s financial relationship with Schweitzer while at the same time Burkle and Byrne were taking over the Yellowstone Club and using their relationship and ‘political capital’ and ‘political favors’ with Schweitzer to do it.”

After his re-election in 2009, Schweitzer created two highly controversial funds, The Council for a Sustainable America and The American Sustainability Project, into which Burkle and Byrne funneled $335,000, Flynn said.

Flynn further charged that in early 2010, the Montana Democratic Party political machine with the backing of Holder and Breuer “targeted” Blixseth with a baseless criminal investigation.

Among recent developments is the entry into the Yellowstone case of a whistleblower who claims to have been paid $6 million by Blixseth’s former wife to hack into Blixseth’s computers to obtain highly confidential information that she shared with Burkle and Department of Justice criminal investigators.

Flynn explained to WND his current concern that Holder may have ordered the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section to block the whistleblower’s application for immunity to prevent disclosure of corruption by the various Democratic Party political operatives involved in the Yellowstone case, including Holder and Breuer.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew praised the Dodd-Frank banking reform, saying it resolved the too-big-to-fail problem and ensured the future stability of the American financial system.
He spoke at the Delivering Alpha conference, presented by CNBC and Institutional Investor, first delivering prepared remarks then sitting for a one-on-one interview with CNBC afterwards.
While Lew's term has been quiet to date, he spoke enthusiastically about the Dodd-Frank bank reform bill that has stirred critics who claim it went too far.

"Now if a financial firm fails, taxpayers will not have to bear the cost of the failure," he said. "Dodd-Frank did not stifle economic growth, it did not halt lending activity. It actually achieved just the opposite."

Harm from the financial crisis was not limited to the U. S., said Treasury Secretary Jack Lew speaking about financial reform at CNBC's Delivering Alpha conference.

He spoke pointedly, telling the conference attendees that "some in this room" were part of the crowd that tried to thwart the new law.
Moreover, he pledged more activity on the regulatory front before the end of the year, specifically citing the Volcker law, named for former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker.
The rule prohibits proprietary trading, which involves trading for the firm's profits rather than the client's.
"When we finish this work, our regulatory system will strike a balance between incentives for innovation and prevention of excessive risk-taking," Lew said.
Lew took over as Treasury secretary in late February, replacing the high-profile Timothy Geithner.
Though his tenure has been quiet so far, things are heating up in Washington.

In the meantime, the administration has to contend with an economy that is struggling to gain traction. Second-quarter projections for gross domestic product gains are tracking near 1 percent, while the jobs market is healing but only slowly.

Based upon the fact that Iraq now has an international stock exchange listed with Nasdaq, they must also have an international currency.  In order for that to happen, the IMF had to have granted CBI the authorization to initially reintroduce the IQD at a rate commensurate with the Kuwaiti Dinar.  Everyone seems to agree with that basic scenario regardless of the terms used.

Some folks knew that this might happen and they were looking to see if they could do a bait and switch shell game in order to make folks believe that the RI was in fact the RV.  But that has not happened, because CBI has been prevented from announcing any new IQD (RI) reintroduction rate of somewhere between $3.22-$3.44.

Why have they been prevented?  So that these so called private groups couldn't just move in and offer a negotiated rate somewhere between the $3.44 range and whatever the new IQN will eventually be RV'd at in the double digits.  The spread is huge and the temptation is just too great for some not to try to make the play.

I don't believe that most of the intel gurus know that this has been the most likely motive behind the deal.  They have been duped IMO.  I think that has been the standard for the past 100 years??  They have been fed intel... much of what has been essentially true, in order to gain their confidence and respect...  in order for them to be encouraged to corral as many private holders into one group or another, in order to set the trap.

However, the Asian families are not dumb to this ploy and have the matter all under control.  The CBI will not be permitted to internationally release any new values on the IQD until the actual international RV takes place.  Once that is done, then people can compare rates between banks and groups to see if there is any real advantage.

Time will tell the truth, but this is my assessment.  I have been paying attention to Wildduck's comments and he sees the corralling of all too willing Dinarians, and is very suspicious of it...  me too!  The oil credits thing is all well and good sounding... but given that we are still being freed from the cabal within our government and industry...  we are not there yet.  And given that they are being bankrupted internationally as we speak, what makes anyone not believe that they wouldn't try such a bait and switch shell game move with private IQD holders?  One has to assume that they would.

• CBI currency auctions are huge, and notice it’s their own currency, not foreign currency that’s being traded; couple it with 2 trillion on the stock market and it’s obvious that something is happening!

• M has been “tagged” and now it’s his turn to go to Kurdistan; in Frank’s opinion, about a week after M’s visit, we’ll see B go to Baghdad

• Frank read Society’s post from today and agreed that it’s correct except that Frank will not back down from the CNN International report, he stands behind this report, if he had reason to retract it, he would, but he continues to stand behind it

• Walkingstick article today quoting B statement that he will not be president for life, it’s temporary; article from yesterday that M wants to seek a third term -- B is showing that he’s the “good son”

• The USA has been decreased in its credit rating twice by the IMF; today an article came out from the Deputy Governor of the CBI (Mohamed Shaleh) discussing the credit rating of Iraq which is backed by bonds, and although low rating, it’s better than none – but, the rating is class B (which even at 1166 rate is better than the USA!!). He went on to say that the rating will increase with their oil wealth, etc

• Article about ISX going electronic was old, they have been electronic since 2009, but yesterday was the first time NASDAQ used their electronic platform to conduct trading with Iraq; for the first time today, US stocks began trading in the Green Zone!!

• Frank asked the family to do homework on the ISX, and Goldman Sachs is a good place to start

• Frank reported yesterday that M and S will both make announcements; Frank then role played a call from M to B: M has a “blank check” for B; THIS WAS THE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM M TO THE CITIZENS OF IRAQ!
