Creating the 2013 world peace song, "The Time Has Come," by Craig Pruess and the Ganda Boys, inspired by Dolores Cannon's timely books, "The Convoluted Universe" series: The song came to me and the Ganda Boys during a very special time shortly after we had returned from Uganda in April 2013. We had performed a big headlining concert in the presence of the Queen of Buganda and senior government ministers of Uganda and an enthusiastic crowd of 1,000 in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, East Africa. It was clear from the great celebration and dancing and open hearts created by the concert night how music can just bring people together so beautifully and create smiles on their faces and heal divisions! The energy was just so high! And during all those weeks of rehearsal in Uganda building up to the big concert event, my wife and I were reading to each other the "Convoluted Universe" books 1 - 4, and so many references to the coming planetary shift, and how that might play out. Also, it was clear that the healing of the world had already begun, that past wrongs were coming forward into the light day -- where they could be openly and candidly acknowledged and fully revealed for the healing of the world! We are seeing all these steps in that divinely inspired process. Many people I talk to these days are saying that it is a rocky time for them in so many ways -- relationships, money, career change, difficult decisions, health, etc... It's all because the energy is getting more intense and a higher vibration is permeating the human race -- as Dolores relates in her books: how all our cells and molecules are changing their vibrations to exist and function at a higher level. For music, it is a VERY powerful time, and it is like jumping on a great huge white horse and holding on for dear life when these songs and ideas come through! They are bursting to manifest in this world at this time. And we pray (as the volunteers which we are at this time!) that we can be the instruments of divine will and be solid enough to see through what needs to be said and bring it out into the world. All these impressions and thoughts and ideas contributed to the opening lyric: "In a time of such change, you might shiver in the rain, keep your head when so many cry and doubt you -- hold on tight through the night, do your best to see the light, even though your heart is heavy from the violence..." And then the key line: "The change is coming." We see what is going on around us, and it's so hard not to get pained by the suffering of so many. We long to be the change ourselves, but see how far there is to go. Hang on.... maybe we are closer than we think! Ultimately, we want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. That's where we can help each other so much -- to be a reminder for each other: "Stand up strong, it won't be long, heaven's grace will surely come..." So, as musicians/songwriters and co-creators in this world, our job (as the Ganda Boys and members of this great human race) is to remind everyone that "the time is coming...." My good friend Scot is one hundred percent right. There is much ado today about yesterdays press conference whereby Leon Panetta and a U.S. General clearly put Congress in its place when claiming they need not consult them in matters of war. What wasn't discussed by either side is that Congress brought this about on themselves. They willingly neutered themselves long ago and continue to do so to this day but now are whining like two year olds when left out of the loop they wanted no responsibility to be in. Sort of brings to mind the age old admonition of our mothers, "you can't have your cake and eat it too". In the process of ducking responsibility, lining their pockets, securing their own wealth and futures above the interest of the American people and the entire country they have rendered themselves irrelevant.

This was not a military cout d' ta and it was not an attempt to make Congress look good to the people in an election year. This was a clear statement to Congress from the UN, you gave us the sand box and now you must play in the vacant lot, if you can find one. It was a clear statement that Congress gave away the seats of office in this country and they now own, rule and subjugate those who wanted an easy breezy life of luxury and largesse at the people's expense... paying the piper is a bitch!

We know that not all of our Joint Chiefs are honorable men. We were sure our AirForce is a black hand and much of the top brass of the Navy appears to be the spawn of Satan as well. Consider this a gift folks it exposes to the public at large just who the enemy is, who is responsible for them being in our midst and who MUST BE DEALT WITH.

The Sec. of defense is exactly right, they don't need Congress. they can do what they want based on the UN. Go back and look at a few key acts that congress took in the past:

Pan American treaty of 12-26-1933  (49STAT3097) Treaty Series 881 - convention on Rights & Duties of the States - Congress took State statues off and put the States under international law. State statutes don't hold standing in international law.

International Organization Immunities Act of 12-9-1945 - - Congress relinquished every public office over to the UN. Local governments up to the president fall under UN jurisdiction. Congress gave the UN the right to dictate what laws will be international & gave them the right t tax the States.

International Reorganization Rescind Act- Congress put this into form but they never took action to rescind the act. Fairly recently an Ohio judge filed suit claiming that Congress did not have the right to relinquish government authority over to the UN (a corporation or foreign country) and that the Congressional act was a constitutional violation because they didn't put it to the States or the people to agree on it. In 2005 the US Supreme court declined to hear the case therefore all public offices are under UN jurisdiction & they are not American Citizens.

Some other interesting points to ponder:

Oath of Office - Title 5 USC  331, 332, 333 backed up by Title 22 CFR Foreign Relations  92.12 - 92.31 and Title 8 USC, section 1481 - the public official relinquishes his national citizenship and are thus foreign agents as stipulated under Title 22 USC, chapter 11, section 611, loss of national citizenship  --  Public officials are no longer US Citizens, but rather are foreign agents and must register as such.


Criminal Prosecution - where is it provided IN LAW that the courts, States, etc have jurisdiction?
federal rules for civil Procedure, rules of Civil Procedure 7 Code of civil Procedure, and standard State Court Rules of civil Procedure - under RULE 2 it states that there is but on action that can be taken & that is civil.

Where, other than under title 50 USC, section 23 War & National Defense, is there any law giving jurisdiction to bring criminal actions? If you know of such, please share.
Under Title 50 USC section 23, they are using it o bring criminal charges and thus declaring us as an enemy of the state. If they are then they must prove when we Expatriated or were declared an enemy of the state because we were never told we were an enemy. also, they cannot just assume we expatriated.

review the 11th Amendment was an amendment to Article III, section 1, clause 1 ("The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State;--between Citizens of different States;--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.") -  it stripped the courts of any judicial power. The 11th Amendment states "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

Since it was ratified after the Judicial Act of 1787 which created all the inferior courts and the attorney generals office (see US Attorney's manual 3-2.110), it applies to the States. Georgia ratified the 11th Amendment on 11/29/1794 and ratification was completed on 2-7-1795.







In an awkward testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee,
Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta insists that the UN and NATO can
provide the Administration with 'legal authority' for military
action without congressional approval.

In fact, it would seem that Congress isn't even necessary.

Once "legal permission" had been granted by NATO or "some kind of
UN Security Council resolution," Panetta maintained, the President
wouldn't need authorization from Congress.

Addendum:
It is not known under what circumstances these individuals have left their positions, I make no judgement on that. I find the timing of so many resignations extremely curious and a temporal marker in history of high significance. No one should assume I make any judgement about the character of these people. I frankly don’t know their reputations except for a few rather famous ones.
This list includes Banks, Investment Houses, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Equity Funds, Savings Retirement Funds and other shadow banking organizations. The line is very blurry between these entities, some are owned by banks some are banks, some invest in banks as well as owning entire industries (common in Hong Kong and Japan).

ATTENTION VIRGINIANS
Can the various states make enforcement of National Defense Authorization Act's (NDAA) indefinite detention provisions (kidnapping!) a bit more difficult for the federal government? Can they, on behalf of their citizens, withdraw consent from a blatantly unconstitutional law that kidnaps persons and denies them due process of law? 
Last week, once again, DC Downsizers joined in an effort to partially nullify that law. The bill, introduced by Delegate Bob Marshall, HAD ALREADY PASSED THE VIRGINIA HOUSE.
Your calls and emails to State Senators tipped the scales, from a 20-20 vote, to a veto-proof 39-1 vote for a slightly amended version the next day. But because the bill was amended, it had to go back to the House.
Now, Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) is getting involved. He's insinuating, through Delegate Barbara Comstock, that some forms of federal cooperation will evaporate.
And Ms. Comstock is also arguing that, even though she and her colleagues have sworn an oath to the Constitution, this is a federal problem and none of their concern.
And here's my favorite part! Some members are bothered that many of the people calling and writing are using the word "nullification."
We've been told it's a turn-off. Really?
Imagine that. Scared of a little word. There are two things to point out here.
First, as much as I wish it was, HB 1160 is NOT a true nullification bill. It's a non-compliance or non-cooperation bill. The bill merely suggests that state and local employees and facilities can NOT be used to assist with an NDAA-style arrest or detention.
But more to the point, last week one of our helpful allies was the Japanese American Citizens League. They wrote a passionate, open letter to the members of the Virginia Senate endorsing HB 1160. So I ask this next question, not with hyperbole, but with respect.
I wonder if the Virginia Delegates had a chance, KNOWING WHAT THEY KNOW NOW, to stop the "internment" (kidnapping) of Japanese Americans, would they believe nullification was just and proper? Or would they...

• Cower to a Washington politician, like Frank Wolf, who threatens them like a mafia don?
• Echo the do-nothing attitude of Ms. Comstock, who says the civil liberties of people in Virginia is none of our business?

What a bunch of wimps! The opposition to this bill is unworthy of the oaths they've sworn.
But our concerns don't end there. The Governor, Bob McDonnell, has his eye on the Vice Presidency. Through back channels he's letting it be known that he doesn't want to have to sign or veto this bill this year.
And this is where things get really pathetic.
96-4. That was the vote tally when HB 1160 passed the Virginia House the first time. But believe it or not, the bill is now in danger of being defeated!
In other words, perhaps as many as 47 could flip-flop, whether it be in support of their governor's political future, or under the threats of Frank Wolf, or the policy of benign neglect of the Constitution as suggested by Barbara Comstock. 
Yes Virginians, it appears that at this late hour many legislators need a spine-infusion from YOU.
If you're not from Virginia, please pass this on to someone you know in Virginia.
But if you are a citizen of the Commonwealth, please act NOW!

4. EMAIL them. Even if call, you can still email too. Or just email if you're shy. Send a courteous yet convicting email, urging them to vote yes on this bill.

The unarmed black 17-year-old was shot and killed in Florida in February 2012. George Zimmerman, 29, said he opened fire on the teenager in self-defence and was acquitted of murder by a Florida court last week. In an unexpected press call, Mr Obama said very few black men in the US had not experienced racial profiling. Mr Obama said the pain that African-Americans felt around the case came from the fact that they viewed it through "a set of experiences and a history that doesn't go away". He said African Americans were also keenly aware of racial disparities in the application of criminal laws. "That all contributes to a sense that if a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different," Mr Obama said.
