Dear HOA Reform Advocates,

    I hope you all read this because we are at a crucial point now for HOA reform in North Carolina.  Mr. Madsen, I could use some support now as you move to lobby the North Carolina legislature for HOUSE BILLS 883 and 871.  Those two bills have to be passed.See my thoughts for a PLAN below under the word PLAN: 

   After I got back from my 14 hour round trip to Washington, D..C. to meet with House Representative Mel Watt,  I need for you all to take note of what has recently occurred.  I was not impressed at all with Representative Mel Watt on July 10, 2013 in his Congressional office, after he misled me to believe in a previous letter that he would offer my suggestions for national HOA reform to the Finance Committee in Washington, D.C.  He said he basically did not care if he was elected by President Obama to become head of HOUSING.  He then referred me to my own state for HOA reform.  I told him I was not giving up and that I would gain other support and I solicited his support.  I am totally disappointed in him. 

    On July 8, 2013 I drove to Washington, D.C.  On July 9, 2013 this is what happened in court in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.   I have been personally targeted for being so pro-active on HOA reform that the Chief Resident Superior court Judge, Richard Boner,in Mecklenburg County, NC,  recently heard a Show Cause Motion for contempt on July 9, 2013, from my two HOA board members, through the insurance attorney, Harmony Taylor, for my only calling the new property manager about getting my air conditioner fixed needing the make and model to tell the contractor so he could replace it.  The new property manager is NOT a party or Plaintiff to the HOA's frivolous lawsuit.  Therefore no contempt charges can really be filed.  But they did.  GO FIGURE.  My parents have now sued the HOA president and Secretary for constructive fraud in another county.  They are under pressure to answer that complaint now in which we have the overwhelming evidence. 

    People, I thought I had representation who reneged on me right at the court hearing.  MY GOD.  I was in Washington, D.C.  Judge Boner ruled that I purge the ten day jailing due to a call to the property manager when he is NOT a cited party or Plaintiff on which no contempt charges can be filed anyway. To purge contempt,  I had to enter a psychiatric facility for testing and treatment. GOOD LORD,  I AM NOT MENTALLY ILL NOR TO BE TESTED FOR SUCH JUST TO GET MY DAMNED AIR CONDITIONER FIXED.  THIS IS WILD.  SO PLEASE OLE MADSEN AND ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE SOME "GUTS" let us move to do something. Not just because of me but because of ALL of us.  I did what was required and the testing psychiatrist found nothing wrong with me after five hours of testing and he let me go.  This was not in the insurance attorney's plan as I can now use the "anxiety" diagnosis for punitive damages in our lawsuit in the other county where my 80 year old parents live.  ON THIS I TAKE THE GLAD VICTORY.  It back fired on them.  They set up the testing hoping to keep me in some mental health facility.    The psychiatrist said I had "anxiety" due to these HOA lawsuits and then discharged me as his treatment plan to get help when I needed it. 

    Then the insurance attorney, Harmony Taylor, was not satisfied.  She sent a letter without holding court which has to occur first and I have to be appointed an attorney or public defender for a criminal hearing first.  ON the basis of a letter, MY GOD....Judge Boner issued a warrant for my arrest to be put in jail for ten days.  DEAR LORD.  I filed an appeal in which all motions, orders and arrests are "stayed" pending the appeal.  That is what saved me. Get this - Judge Boner entered an order for psychological testing on July 15, 2013 at 3:35 PM.  The very next day on July 16, 2013 the Court of Appeals on Judge Caldwell's order on June 7, 2012 for Pro Se testing, turning that from civil contempt due to my not taking the test with only a two day notice, wrongfully to criminal contempt, denied my appeal to stay one and one half years of probation with a long term mental health counselor to use MEDICATION on me. Roy Cooper's OFFICE was ruling against me as our North Carolina attorney General when the examiner for the Pro Se testing was not licensed.  are you all getting this ?  IT IS SO CROOKED.

     NOW GOOD GOD WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING.  I am appealing that first order by Judge Caldwell to the North Carolina Supreme Court.   NOW I NEED YOU ALL TO DO SOMETHING TO HELP US ALL. 

    PLAN: 

        I would like to know what kind of support you have in a substitute head sponsor rather than Rodney Moore as it is up to question whether he will be re-elected in the state of North Carolina or in Congress, after my meeting in Washington, D.C. with House Representative Mel Watt.

    OLE, do not let time pass by and hit them consistently with your charm and persistence.

    We have to get these bills passed.  I am thinking a RALLY or a PETITION or some sort of huge support at the Congressional level that would filter down to kill this demon might help.

    We need to move from a defense strategy to an offensive in full steam.  That would mean instead of us sitting in front of our computers, we each "get out" on the streets and have as many citizens sign their names and put their home towns and email addresses (if they want to ) and do this over a period of the next few months until January of 2014 when these HOUSE BILLS come up for a vote.

    THE ONLY WAY these bills will pass is IF we act and act NOW.  Rome was not built in a day and we cannot just sit around and "hope for it" .

    The blacks have taken to the streets along with some white civil activists about Trayvon Martin, so I see that we should do the same to protect our homes.  HOLD a RALLY of interested disgruntled homeowners in Marshall Park in the heart of Charlotte, NC where the heart of the beast is and KILL IT.

    Get the media involved to cover this on all news channels etc.  Time it right after we hold smaller meetings now everywhere like a campaign for a candidate.  Then just before January , 2014 lay this BOMB on the North Carolina General Assembly giving them the clear message that whoever does vote for this will not be re-elected to our North Carolina General Assembly.

    Who will join me ?  IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COME OUT OF YOUR SHELLS THEN DO NOT EVER EMAIL ME AGAIN.  I AM GETTING HIT VERY HARD FOR ONE PERSON NOW.  IT IS NOT FAIR AND I NEED YOU ALL.  PLEASE SUPPORT ME AND LET US SUPPORT EACH OTHER. 

    Cynthia, if you do not show up at some RALLY and/or sign Petitions and/or come to speak to the General Assembly and keep sending me these countless emails I WILL SUE YOU.  I will find you through intelligence in Washington, D.C. and I will hunt you down and sue you.  YOU HAVE TO DO MORE THAN GET EVERYONE UPSET ALL THE DAMNED TIME WITH YOUR MANY EMAILS.  WE KNOW ABOUT THE ABUSE CYNTHIA.  IT IS IMBLAZEND ON OUR BRAINS from your emails.  SO LET US FORM A "REAL PLAN" OF ACTION and not just talk, talk, talk, talk.  I AM SO SICK OF IT. 

    I cannot pull this weight alone.  None of us can.  I am strong and I can take a lot and I have, and I will just get stronger, and never back down, but I have to have your support and actual real time help in a REAL TIME PLAN of action that will push this over, ....much like a battering ram used to break down doors in war time. 

    NOW I AM SICK OF BEING BEATEN UP ON.  I am going to the OFFENSE now.  SO PRAY THAT GOD PROTECTS ME because that is what it will take.  PRAY THAT GOD PROTECTS US ALL.

When American colonists declared independence from England in 1776, they also freed themselves from control by English corporations that extracted their wealth and dominated trade. After fighting a revolution to end this exploitation, our country's founders retained a healthy fear of corporate power and wisely limited corporations exclusively to a business role. Corporations were forbidden from attempting to influence elections, public policy, and other realms of civic society.

Initially, the privilege of incorporation was granted selectively to enable activities that benefited the public, such as construction of roads or canals. Enabling shareholders to profit was seen as a means to that end.

The states also imposed conditions (some of which remain on the books, though unused) like these:

* Corporate charters (licenses to exist) were granted for a limited time and could be revoked promptly for violating laws.

* Corporations were often terminated if they caused public harm.

* Owners and managers were responsible for criminal acts committed on the job.

* Corporations could not make any political or charitable contributions nor spend money to influence law-making.

Most COUNTRIES are CORPORATIONS (except Iran, North Korea and Cuba)
Most CITIES and AGENCIES, acting as GOVERNMENTS are CORPORATIONS.
Most EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE and JUDICIAL OFFICES are CORPORATIONS.

Every NAME in the U.S. is a corporate entity, filed at the time of your birth and acceptance of a social security number. This has been true since 1933 and the " fake bankruptcy" of the U.S. At that time every NAME collectively became the collateral for the bankrupt nation, in their NAME capacity as a corporation with a lifetime of equity and value.

These implications are STUNNING because:

ALL OF THESE "CORPORATIONS ARE PRIVATE AND FOR PROFIT!

How is it that private bankers can profit from your lifetime of value and equity but you as an individual cannot? How can a corporation elect a President of the corporate United States since all corporate heads are appointed. (Who appoints our President?) How can a corporation tell us we have to pay taxes? How can a private, for profit corporation make laws that are "legal" for people? They can only make "rules" applicable to other corporations. Oh, yes our NAMES ARE corporations. But how can NAMES as people be corporations if we never knowingly gave our consent, since consent is required? This means that a private government is run through the U.C.C. and Depart of Commerce, and the Federal Reserve, but WITHIN the sham appearance of a democracy.

Now some of the insane decisions by our politicians and wall street make sense. They were making decisions for their CORPORATE HEADS (certainly not for the peons) and in that regard their decisions made perfect sense.

In checking DUNS code numbers for governments, you will find that they have many subsidiaries and shell corporations to lessen financial accountability. You will find that some of them are listed as being in a geographical location other than in their territorial authority, making their operations even more suspicious. The City of Chicago corporation, for example, is located in Washington, DC, the State of Montana Corporation is located in Chicago, Illinois and the State of Maine corporation – listed with seemingly sardonic humor as “State-O-Maine Inc.” – is located in New York City, New York.

You will often also see executive, legislative and judicial offices themselves listed as corporations.

 Manta.com is a website for obtaining data on corporations. If the names of any of these government entities are entered, you will find that virtually all of them are listed as private, for–profit corporations. You will also see in the aggregate valuations of their assets that Manta.com provides is vastly greater than what is listed in these private government corporations fraudulent but well-publicized budget documents that seek to justify draconian but fraudulent budget cuts and their related tax-based extortion rackets.

 This confirms that many hundred trillions of dollars of the people's money listed in the semi-secret government comprehensive annual financial reports (CAFRs) as government institutional investments are being siphoned off by the global banking cartel and those sinister forces behind it. 

They are doing this via that obscure subsidiary of the private, for-profit Federal Reserve System known as the Depository Trust Clearing Center (DTCC), dba Cede Inc. (Again, note the sardonic humor.) This semi-secret entity fraudulently confiscates these investment funds as an executor after they have been registered by brokers, relegating investors to mere beneficiaries whose funds can then be lawfully – at least according to presently and commonly used Universal Commercial Code (UCC)-based statutory law, not constitutional or common law -- confiscated at the will of said executor.

The implications of this are staggering: not only has this corporate subversion of government happened in America and with the United Nations headquartered here, but it has happened in almost all of the nations of the world by means of similar corporate subversion enacted under different names. This definitely explains why governments at all levels in almost all nations no longer protect the public interest, but only special interests – specifically, the interests of their fellow predatory for-profit corporations whose actions are now destroying this planet and all life upon it.

The world could well see sweeping constitutionally-based legal and law enforcement actions in all of the nations of the world against those who have perpetrated crimes against nature and humanity. The new transparent governmental and financial models now being tested in the nation of Iceland. Likewise poorly publicized mass resignations of government, banking and corporate officials now occurring worldwide are both heralds of these imminent transforming events.

• Grandmother arrived to collect  body for burial when baby suddenly kicked

A baby girl pronounced dead at birth  'came back to life' three hours later on the altar of a hospital chapel, it  was reported today.


The body of Yasmin Gomes had been  placed in a box and left in the chapel at the hospital in Londrina, south  Brazil, by a nurse who 'couldn't face sending her to the morgue', according to  reports.


But when the newborn's grieving  grandmother arrived with a mortician to pick up her body for burial they were  stunned when the baby suddenly kicked one of her legs, then opened her  eyes.

 

The baby's grandmother Elza Silva  told Brazil's Globo G1 website: 'At first I couldn't believe it, we couldn't  accept that it could happen.



'Then we saw that she was breathing.  We hugged each other and started to shout, 'she's alive, she's alive'. It was  a miracle.'


Hospital records show Yasmin was born  alive after a normal birth on Tuesday morning at the Lincoln Graca hospital,  but stopped breathing immediately after birth.


Doctors unsuccessfully tried to  revive the baby several times but she was finally declared dead at 11am, and a  death certificate issued.


Yasmin's mother Jenifer da Silva  Gomes, 22, told Brazils Tanosite website she was the first to be told that he  daughter had died.


She recalled: 'My world crashed down  right then. It was the most desperate moment when all my dreams were snatched  away.'


Nurse Ana Claudia Oliveira, who  accompanied the birth, said she asked for the baby's body to be laid in the  hospital chapel, instead of the normal procedure of being sent to the  refrigerated morgue.


She said: 'She's a little angel, a  child. I just couldn't face the thought of her being sent down to the  morgue.'


She added that she washed and dressed  the dead baby and had no doubt that she was dead.


She said: 'I can assure you, the  child was dead. Her pupils didn't respond to light. All her signs pointed to  the complete absence of life.


'I saw it with my own eyes. She was  blue all over, completely dead,' she said.

Yasmin's father Cleverson Carlos  Gomes, 26, said he received the news where he was waiting in the hospital's  corridor and went straight to the chapel.


He said: 'I saw my daughter's pale,  lifeless body. I couldn't stay there. I ran out of the chapel in  tears.'


Yasmin's body remained in a box in  the chapel until 2pm, when her grandmother arrived with the owner of a funeral  parlour, family friend Rosilis Ferro, carrying the baby's coffin.


But as soon as they went to pick her  up, the newborn kicked a leg, according to Ms Ferro.

She said: 'It was an incredibly  emotional moment. I began to shake and I couldn't speak, I was overwhelmed  with happiness.


'I called a nurse who at first didn't  believe it, she told us they were just spasms. But then the baby opened her  eyes.'


Mum Jennifer said she was still being  comforted by family members when a nurse burst into the room and shouted:  'Your daughter's alive'.


She remembered: 'At first I had no  reaction, I didn't know what to think. Then I started to be sick. But after  that I couldn't contain my happiness.'


The baby was rushed to an intensive  care unit at the nearby Sagrada Familia children's hospital, where her  condition is described as stable.


Doctor Aurelio Filipak, who battled  to save Yasmin and signed her death certificate, said: 'People can make their  own conclusions, but only those who were there know what really  happened.


'In 20 years of medicine, I have  never witnessed anything like this.'


He said a team of medics tried to  resussitate the baby for nearly an hour. 'All the equipment, like the cardiac  monitor and oximeter, all showed that she was not breathing and had no heart  beat,' he added.


Today Yasmin's family said they plan  to change her name to include Victoria - 'victory' in Portuguese - and said  they believed her 'ressurection' was a miracle.


Jennifer said: 'There is no  explaining miracles. They happen as God wants. If it was his will that our  daughter had died, we would have accepted it, but he brought her back, so  there must be a higher purpose in all this.'

subversing the Constitution of the U.S. to relinquish such power to forces or
Authority or establishments of so called authorities outside the purview of

for or eliminating State Rights to vote for all elected officials within the

6. Orders changing the Constitutional power of the Presidency or Presidential

and purview the Executive or Legislative branch of the United States of
America.

7. Orders signed by President, approved by Congress but without the consent
and approval of the People of the United States. Under approval of the people
to reject such an Executive Order and a vote in the States Senates in a
“Nay” vote and were as that 50% plus one (26) of the States have a
“Nay” vote, the Order will be found to be invalid and automatically
rescinded and found to be Unconstitutional.

8. If any one State or any State finds any Executive Order contrary to the
Constitution of the United States or the Order is inestimable to the powers
of the Presidency, in conflict with Constitutions of each State, infringes
upon the Sovereignty of the many States or to the Rights and Sovereignty of
the Republic under Articles of Confederation, any one Governor or Governors
may sign or enact a Proclamation or State Executive Order to succeed from the
Presidential Executive Order until further notice or to such time the
Presidential Order is rescinded.

9. Any Executive Order written and signed or unsigned during the course of a
Presidential Term (4 years) , not authorized by the Congress or by the People
of the States or by the States of the Union, by a 2/3rds vote, will be null
and void at the end of the Presidential Term. Such Orders may not be
reinstated in original or similar form into any 2nd Term.

A~ EO’s, found to be contrary to the U.S. Constitution Or found to be
unconstitutional by Congress, the People or by the States or the Supreme
Court, shall be automatically rescinded and may not be reinstated.

B~ EO’s usurping the Constitution or Congress in any form, not revoked or
terminated by the beginning of any New Congress Shall be revoked or
terminated at the end of Presidential Term (4 yrs).

Executive Orders of this type and signed by the President, shall be
confirmed, as an Act of Sedition and shall prompt the immediate arrest and
expulsion of anyone in the office of the President

On July 20, Pope Francis formally and publicly incited criminal behaviour among all Roman Catholics by prohibiting the reporting of child abuse within his church, and threatening excommunication against those who speak about such abuse.

By his action, the Bishop of Rome, Jorge Bergoglio, faces arrest and indictment as the head of a Criminal Organization, under terms of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Criminal Organizations (2000).

"Pope Francis is telling every Catholic in the world to break the laws of their own country and give aid and comfort to child rapists. That's not simply a grossly immoral act but a war crime, since he's attacking the laws and sovereignty of other nations, and threatening the safety of their people" commented George Dufort, the Belgian-based Secretary of the International Common Law Court of Justice, which successfully prosecuted former Pope Benedict and other Vatican officials last February.

In response to Bergoglio's statement, the ITCCS has today released the following plan of action to its affiliates in twenty one countries, including Italy:

1. The ITCCS Central Office has applied for a Bench Warrant from the Prosecutor's Office of the International Common Law Court of Justice, for the immediate arrest of Jorge Bergoglio and his associates on a charge of high treason, war crimes and a criminal conspiracy against humanity and the Law of Nations. Jorge Bergoglio and his associates are to be immediately detained and brought to public trial for these crimes, under the auspices and authority of the Law of Nations and The International Common Law Court of Justice.

2. On Sunday, August 4, 2013, a Global Proclamation will be issued, declaring the Roman Catholic Church to be a Transnational Criminal Organization under the law, and ordering its active disestablishment, including by seizing its funds and property, and arresting its officers and clergy: actions authorized against criminal bodies by the aforementioned United Nations Convention.

3. Members and clergy of the Roman Catholic Church are hereby ordered to refrain from funding or participating in the Church of Rome, on pain of arrest as associates of a Criminal Organization. The public is encouraged to assist in the seizure of Roman Catholic church wealth and property in accordance with international law.

This Statement is issued in twelve languages and will be enacted in twenty one countries, including in Italy and at the Vatican as part of the International Convergence and Reclamation planned for September 20-22, 2013 in Genoa and Rome.
