Williams had reportedly, allegedly used a car like this at or near the murder of a former D.A. and his wife in Kaufman, TX, but thusfar, I have not seen any admissions in the press as to whether he and/or his accused wife are or were members of The Department of Homeland Security. Is D.H.S. an agency who simply takes the law into its own hands and attempts to remain secret? Unless Eric Williams was engaged in some serious subterfuge why would he buy or rent or license the Crown Vic in another name or false name, etc.? 8-16-13 Mort: Just talked with my guy at 12:45 pm today and he said the rate will be announced later on today he thinks after the markets close and I JUST called him back to clear up this part....& "HIS #7 Dinar Traders" stopped selling dinar last night at 6 pm-HE HAS DONE HIGH YIELD TRADES WITH THE SAME GUYS FOR YEARS! Halogan41: This afternoon I called a small local bank in Mass. To ask them their procedures on currency exchange in large quantities. I told her I had quite a bit of VND and believed it was about to revalue. She asked me to hold while she called the main branch.

When she came back she said it would be no problem to exchange and the manager new all about the pending reset. For giggles I asked her if they were dealing in the IQD she looked it up in her system and sure enough it was listed the current rate is 0.00079 to exchange. I was thrilled to know that it was even listed! I don't believe it was listed before! Go RV

Tramps17:  Just been reading a lot more bank stories being posted. So I decide to call a local WF and got to talk to a man who is actually invested himself. He told me he is not licensed to give any information. And then proceeded to tell me that they have not been approved to exchange yet

He then told me they are waiting for the rates to be reinstated. He also told me several times he cant verify any exchange YET. And asked me if I understood. I said yes then I asked him if he was invested and he mumbled YES. He then gave me his name and told me to come in and talk with him personally. I dont have to tell you all that after the kids get out of school that I will be there to speak with him do I? Lol

Wxman: Today I went into my local CHASE branch..Nor Cal...to pick up my pre-order of VND, which I ordered last week.  The branch manager went in the back to get the courier package. (I was told it would take two business days to deliver my order.)

 The manager opened the pack and all the tellers gathered around to see the currency, as they had not seen it before.  So, the manager counted out all the notes of various denominations to reconcile it with the receipt/shipping order she had.  She discovered that only half my order was there with no explanation. 

She then called her CHASE currency department and was told that the remainder of my order will be sent next week.  Reason?  CHASE can not get the currency in their typical two day time period.  In other words....they are back ordered for the VND!  When the other tellers heard that their eyes got big with curiosity. 

I then spent a bit of time talking with another teller who was very curious about the cost, and potential RV rate of the Dong!  She then asked how she could by a million for (today's rate at CHASE) $53.28.  The answer to the question was obvious.  Buy it right here at CHASE or your other major banks. 

The current exchange rate on the screen at CHASE is $0.00005328. I did buy an additional amount and received the receipt, so one can still buy the VND, but one will have to wait for the actual hard currency from CHASE to be delivered.  The fact that CHASE can not get the currency right away, speaks volumes!

In Concord, New Hampshire the local police chief has filed a requisition with the Department of Homeland Security to beef up his police force with a Ballistic Engineered Armored Response Counter Attack Truck to quell any disturbances initiated by activists or other potential domestic terrorists. In response, the residents held a city council meeting, prompting a retired Marine Colonel to weigh in.
He was formerly a coordinator tasked with manning, training and equipping the Iraqi Army throughout the northern provinces, and he candidly shares his insights and compares the nationwide lock-down in Iraq to what’s happening right here at home.
This is coming from someone who knows – someone who has seen exactly how a population is put under control by means of surveillance and force – and he suggests that what they did in Iraq is child’s play compared to what’s happening in the Land of the Free today.
My job was to man, train and equip the Iraqi Army in Al Anbar, Najaf, Karbala and the northern provinces… We did everything we could to make it as strong as possible.
I’ll tell you right now, homeland security would kick their butts in a week.
What’s happening here is we’re building a domestic military, because it’s unlawful…unconstitutional to use American troops on American soil. So, what we’re doing is we’re building a military.

The way we do things in the military is called task organization. You take a command and then you attach units to it in order to accomplish the mission.
What’s happening is Homeland Security is pre-staging gear and equipment… what they’re trying to do is use standardized vehicles, standardized equipment.
I saw a picture of the Marathon bombing and there were two officers – they both had identical helmets, flack jackets, weapons… everything I wore in Iraq.
What we’re doing here – let’s not kid about it – we’re building a domestic army and we’re shrinking the military because the government is afraid of its own citizens.
I don’t know where we’re going to use this many vehicles and this many troops.
I can’t believe people aren’t seeing it. Is everybody blind?

IQD update

• Frank has an opinion about the IQD; it’s a speculative investment; Delta and Eagle1 have opinions also; THIS IS ALL FRANK’S OPINION!!!

• Last night Delta shared the latest information from an aide to the MoF
...
• Frank said to remember there is an ebb and flow to the monetary reform, and there are changes along the way

• Remember what was said 3 years ago: the GOI was asked what they want, and the GOI replied the IMF mandated the lifting the three zeros: this is 0.86 or $1.16; the latest articles continue to support with repeating over and over, “the lifting of the 3 zeros;” Frank believes this 100% BUT THIS IS IN-COUNTRY

• The articles all say they want to match the IQD to the USD as close to 1:1 as possible

• Recall, what did Delta say? He met with aide to the MoF and they don’t know the date, but expect to see something after EID, and are looking toward the middle of Sept based on history that in 2004, the IMF lowered the rate of the IQD in mid-September, but do not know a date, just looking to September; regarding monetary reform process, he replied they will follow the letter of the law from the IMF which mandates lifting the 3 zeros so that: 1 IQD = $0.86, or 1 USD = 1.16 IQD IN COUNTRY, will look like 1:1 IN IRAQ

• What about outside of Iraq? International investors = outside of Iraq; this is our investment; Frank’s opinion is $1 – $4.25

• Frank tells us constantly to wait 3 days from the rate announcement to arrange what he needs to; why? Because in Frank’s opinion, the sucker bet is the first 3 days, people will run to exchange at whatever rate, but after 3 days, Frank’s opinion is that the rate will go up if the international rate comes out at $1

• In Frank’s opinion, if the international rate comes out at 1:1, it will only be for approximately 3 days before the rate skyrockets

• In Frank’s opinion, the IQD needs to be competitive with the Kuwaiti dinar; what do Iraq and Kuwait have in common? Remember that Kuwait has given agreement to lifting of CH7, but as long as the IQD value does not exceed the Kuwaiti dinar; right now Iraq and Kuwait share an airline, land, and oil fields, then why would they not share the same rate of their currency (1 KWD = $3.50)

• Today I Team reports they are returning to SA, finishing up what they were doing in Yemen; they are not focused at all on Iraq; they do have orders to return to Iraq in mid-September; Frank asked if this is for a national meeting? I Team said no, in their opinion, there will be no public national meeting because M would abuse it; their opinion is that they will quietly hold a meeting

• Frank prays that M will come to no harm, that he will resign and walk away, that there will be no lone ranger justice, but there is daily violence in Iraq; the return in Sept has to do with training on BIG equipment

• Frank said the problem with the GOI is that it is extremely tribal, and that bond can’t be broken; notice the demarcation laws are not done yet, because there are many undiscovered oil fields and also gold/minerals; there is a lot of resource in the shared lands

• Frank suggests to study the KWD rate

Eagle1 joined the call at this point

• Eagle1’s opinion of what will happen with the 1:1 in country rate: in Iraq, 1 IQD will spend as 1 IQD, regardless of the rate out of country; he believes there will be a single rate, but regardless of the exchange to the dollar, in Iraq, 1 IQD will now spend as 1 IQD for Iraqi goods, they will have increased buying power for imported goods

• Many have asked about the global currency reset – it is now being talked about in the news

• Both Frank and Eagle1 agree that in Iraq, the rate will appear as 1:1

• Eagle1’s opinion of the intel from the MoF aide is that is that they were told $0.86 to keep the actual rate confidential to avoid currency manipulation and speculation

• Eagle1’s personal plan is to hold as much IQD as possible and wait 6 mo – 2 years (however long it takes) because in his opinion, the number we saw 18 months ago on the FRA on Paris and Frankfurt ForEx for budget planning was $7.62; it is widely believed this is where the IQD is going; this is the logic and reasoning to have other currencies like the VND and Rupiah, to take the profit from these currencies to become debt free and meet immediate needs while conserving the IQD to wait for an even further climb in the rate

• Eagle1 further spoke about the VND and Rupiah, according to all of his intel from the IMF, the speculated rates for these currencies makes considering investment in them an

• The VND has been on a program rate for almost the past 50 years (instituted in 1963 or 1964), however the Basel III protocol will change that; VND has much oil and gold asset, so E1 is hearing a $0.47 rate, but he is also hearing numbers much higher; the opinion is that $0.47 is a good base rate

• Frank asked Eagle1 his opinion of the LD’s, Qi cards activation etc will all be done by September? Eagle1’s opinion is yes

• Eagle1 has further information about what he reported on regarding the system test and the personal bankers calling in people to exchange – E1 has learned it was not only high ranking bank officials who saw this, it hit all the front screens so that all the tellers, anyone could see, and some people actually were exchanged at $3.44 until the CIX realized what happened and pulled it back, and instructed the banks to freeze those funds until the rate appears on the ForEx

• Eagle1 has heard that the IMF/CIX is looking to release the rate to the ForEx in the next 24 – 72 hours

• Frank said there is a rumor of having only 30 days to exchange: this is totally and completely FALSE, there is NO TRUTH to this rumor

• Eagle1 said further that it’s not even possible, the only way this rumor could happen, is for totally new currency to be printed and a regime change; Iraq’s new currency is the currency printed by DeLaRue; think of our own currency, even though some denominations are no longer in print, those denoms are still legal tender for their face value

Bluestar came on the call at this point

• Bluestar is going to bump a post from forum member Jacob01 with a video from Russian TV that has an excellent interview about the global currency reset

• Bluestar encouraged the family to remember our veterans and active duty troops, and find ways to support and serve them, and send care packages to our troops

• Question from the chat stream to Eagle1: is it possible to see the IQD come out first, and then the other currencies to follow at some point later? Eagle1 has asked his IMF contacts this question, and they said no, they will go simultaneously

• Eagle1’s IMF sources have also said there is already a prepared statement (video) done by Christine Legard speaking about the global currency reset, and that we will see the rates come out immediately following the release of her statement; per the sources, the release of her statement could happen anytime between now and Saturday

• Frank asked Eagle1 and Bluestar their opinions on who will be the next president of the USA? Eagle1 says he does not know, he does not believe that Hillary will get it, but he does not have a clue who it will be; Bluestar’s opinion is that the USA has become a “cult of personality” with low-information voters and a number of other factors that lead to a conclusion that Hillary will be president; Eagle1 does not agree, he believes there are other events that will occur which will change the country and the political landscape

• Frank alluded to a meeting between Bush 43 and Clinton during the 2008 elections, and then Clinton withdrew from the race; Frank has repeatedly said that Hillary will be there at the end, however he also believes as Eagle1 does that there are events happening that may change the nation and the political landscape

• Bluestar talked about a counter-media movement to bring back truth in reporting, and counter the essentially state-run media we have now

• Frank is concerned about our current president and prays for him, and he is concerned about the office of the presidency of the United States

• Eagle1 said if God’s people will do their part, and not stay home on election day but study out the candidates and then go out and vote, and also follow the counsel of 1 Timothy 2:1-3, which is our responsibility is to pray for leaders and government so we have a quiet and peaceable life in godliness and honesty

• Bluestar agreed and said further, the army of Christians must rise up, take action, be organized and be involved!

I think the 30 days exchange rumor has been going around because of a christian prophet who stated about 3-4 years ago that in his dream he was told not to delay exchanging dinars because they will only give u so much time to exchange the large notes or iraq will go back into turmoil

If you've been following the news the 30 day is not a rumor. It was stated by CBI or finance Ministry out of Iraq that they (Iraqi's) would have 10 days in country to exchange and 30 days outside the country...which is possibly us

Most dinarians would take an RV at 10 cents rigjht now as this speculative investment has pushed human patient into some fears of doubt for some . i hope i was smart only investing in 600,000 IQD . taking a chance whether i make nothing or something, I have no regrets as i say this has been interesting. . Go RV !!!

I say this about our investment. We're lucky to have heard about this so that being said, I'd rather have my dinar and it never RV then to know about it and not invest thinking its a scam, then it RV's. lol, it would be hard going to work for the rest of our lives if it went down like that!

     Thomas Edison made two comments on inventing. One is well known, "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration." The other comment is less known. Put a pile of junk before anyone and they have what is needed to become an inventor!

      

     Back in 1979 I took my wife's 1976 Chevy Monza which was good for around 18 1/2 miles per gallon, tinkered with the motor a bit, and got it up to 94 miles per gallon in a publicly witnessed test in Seneca, SC . One of the witnesses owned a Shell Oil Gas Station which was the starting point and ending point for this test. He helped me check out the motor and how much gas used at the end of the test drive after the test to make official the results. By coincidence, in those days this Shell Station carried Shell Oil pamphets telling of their experiments where they got very high gas mileage on test cars. Separately much later, I got a book written by engineers for Shell Oil over in Europe where they had experimented with American and European cars and got powerful gas mileage on them including one car was over 250 miles per gallon going at 30 miles per hour or faster for the official test on a standard test track.

     Word got out fast about this test. I afterwards was contacted by one friend who received a phone call to tell me to stop my research work on high gas mileage or else I would be legally framed. Separately I received a murder threat to stop my research work or else! I had an engineering supervisor working with me and we had tested hundreds of standard cars with improvements in gas mileage after minor modifications to the various brands of car engines. Pretty soon we had figured out the trends what should work on cars or not to modify them for obvious increases in gas mileage. My position had been since the car engines poorly used the laws of physics correctly, there was plenty of room for improvements with minor to major modifications to existing car engines. At one point our wives got nervous and begged us to stop this research work as they feared they would end up widows otherwise after we got murdered by the oil cartel. After experimenting with many cars, I had an unorthodox hunch and used a very simple approach to modify my wife's car. The modification tactic only cost a few dollars in supplies and minor adjustments in the car engine. With this it went from 18 1/2 miles per gallon up to 94 miles per gallon which surprised even me that it would be that high. I was looking for a likely gas mileage increase up to around 50 miles per gallon on the tested 1976 Chevy Monza we were testing in 1979. In a report I am now making available to the public, I tell the tactics used to increase the gas mileage from 18 1/2 to 94 miles per gallon and we drove at standard speeds on public highways for this test drive in South Carolina. Anyone could have used the supplies we did and the method of modification of the engine performance that we used. Anyone remembering their high school physics might recognize the laws of physics I was using to achieve this 94 miles per gallon in the official test drive. My own wife rode with me and was stunned when she realized how far we had driven at standard speeds and had used nearly no gasoline at all for all this lengthy driving. She was amazed when I showed her the math and we had just driven standard highways at standard speeds at 94 miles per gallon as confirmed by the gas station owner when he checked our mileage reading and amount of gas used to refuel the gas tank which was only .8 gallons of Shell Oil gasoline used for the trip. I let him inspect the engine and he spotted how we had modified the car engine to achieve this.

     Until someone buys out my technology from me for $15 million, I am briefly letting the public see how I did this in a report I wrote on this and copyrighted in 1979. It was "94 Miles Per Gallon & Gasohol." The moment I sell this technology to any source in the world, this report is withdrawn as an offer and likely will never be available to the public again.The wording in the report covers technical things but in words and examples pretty much anyone can read and judge that they see what I did with a simple modification of the car engine tested. If some dynamic business owner like the owner of Amazon.com or PayPal would want to pick up this technology, once paid, I would give them my one thought with one addition to my system of 1979 I had never used with it, it would likely be able to modify standard cars even up to 150 miles per gallon, 200 miles per gallon, or maybe up to 250 miles per gallon with size and weight of car also factors in gas mileage potential. They could either start a line of cars taking over the main car market in the world or else have auto modification centers converting standard cars into super cars and these auto centers maybe set up all over the world. Or if the oil cartel wants to buy out my technology including the one super angle that I never showed to the public but know that it would work, they can do with it whatever they want including shelving this if that is what they want to do with it. My Vatican endorsed food process is my reason for being willing to sell this technology including the angle that would make it a natural to patent nationally or worldwide as I would legally transfer all rights to patent it to any source buying me out on this technology including the improved modification angle I now have for it I did not have in 1979. However, if any source is buying me out to use it for a car line or car modification business, I also want 1% royalty on net profits per year before taxes on whatever profit is realized from it nationally or worldwide. If shelved, no royalty required.

The skies are turning bluer, and the people of Planet Earth are turning their faces to the sun, feeling the Light which bathes all of you, blessing you with the Love of God as you go through your days. You can feel the lighthearted vibration of your dear Mother Earth, who is celebrating her new birth, her ascension into the 5th dimension. You are being invited to join in the uplifting energy which is being sent to you from Prime Creator to lift your hearts and to help you experience the power of being connected with your heart/mind. Your heart/mind, or as I prefer to say it, your heartmind, is the place in your heart where you can think, feel and know things that your brain alone cannot comprehend. You are complex beings, Humankind, and you have the ability to establish your neurological connections within your body in a variety of ways. Most of you have been trained to adopt the configuration which allows you to think only with your brain, bypassing your heartmind. It was believed, under the sway of your “scientific” approach, that “rational” thinking is superior to ideas and thoughts which are influenced by feeling. This arrangement is very unfortunate, since it makes you far less intelligent and creative than you would be had you retained and developed the whole body intelligence you were born with. This has at last been “discovered” by your scientists, but it has not yet changed the way you educate your children. I will have suggestions for you here to help you restore your innate connections to the power of your heartmind. As many of you have discovered, meditation is a powerful tool for restoring yourself to peace of mind. Let us discuss for a moment how meditation can change your relationship with yourself. You are familiar with prayer, and the calm feelings it brings when you send your entreaties and your expressions of gratitude to God or to other Masters. We hear your prayers, and we work with what you ask of Us, in cooperation with your Higher Self. We cannot go against your master plan for this lifetime, which your Higher Self oversees, but we do try to offer Love, Compassion and Acceptance. As it has been traditionally practiced, prayer is a one-way conversation from you to Us. We wish to open that channel to allow for a two-way communication now instead. The great power of meditation combines a calm and focused attitude similar to prayer, but with your channels open to receive communication from Us in response to you. Prayer is often used to plea with Us, for mercy, or to stop the pain in your life, or the lives of others. We are not in a position to answer these kinds of prayers because these events are not caused by God to you alone; they are usually a part of the individual plan which you worked out in cooperation with God, your Higher Self, your Guides and Helpers, and Prime Creator. We will immediately respond to offer relief if the request you send addresses something which was not intended to be in your Life Plan. Now, meditation is a more open form of communication. It allows you to re-program your systems to receive on a higher wavelength so that you can hear our answers to your prayers. We prefer this conversational approach. It may feel odd to those of you who feel overawed by the presence of your Masters, but We wish to assure you that none of us wishes to be worshiped, or held at a distance. We are here to serve you, to teach, and to offer you the Love of our hearts. I wish to communicate with you, heartmind to heartmind, as you might say. Think of this as an activity similar to attending a seminar or a personal tutoring session with your college professor. The teacher is not different from you in kind; s/he is more advanced along the path of learning by virtue of long years of study and discipline, wishes to help you with your own progress. This is the way we see our work. We welcome close communication with those who are ready to move ahead in their soul work. This soul work always involves some form of the progression I have mentioned earlier: learning to take command of your own feelings and thoughts, healing from the traumas and painful memories of many lifetimes, clearing away old patterns you learned to think of as “who I am” to make room for the true, brilliant and free Self you can be. I urge you to begin thinking of yourself as the one who is your Higher Self. In this picture, you embody the sum of all lifetimes, all knowledge and all growth. Your current personality, and the collection of ideas, thoughts, feelings and beliefs are just the ephemeral collection of responses to what you have experienced in this particular lifetime, a tiny part of the soul you really are. Begin by moving back from your Self to get a long-range perspective on this body, this short lifetime, and the timeline you have experienced so far. See this life as a part of the enormous whole that is your Cosmic Self, and see that Cosmic Self as a part of the whole of the great reality which includes all of Creation. When you meditate on this vision of yourself within the Cosmic whole, you will begin to see that you are neither a small insignificant speck nor a limited and finite Human with 80 or 90 years’ existence. You are a necessary cog in the great wheel of Life, a crucial part of this Earth Ascension, and a beloved Child of Creation. Every feeling/thought, every action, every lifetime plays an irreplaceable part in relation to all others; you have touched innumerable other souls and have been touched by them. There is no insignificant or expendable Being; there is no meaningless or unnecessary event; there are no accidents that do not play an important part in the unfolding of the shared Destiny of humankind. When you look at yourself from this perspective, you will begin to understand how we see you. Every one is precious; every being is unique. We feel immeasurable love for you, and hope for the future of our ambitious project. You have all worked with me on this throughout many lifetimes here on Earth. Each of your lifetimes have been your way of progressing along your soul path to a higher level of enlightenment. In this way you have done your own part in creating the rising tide which elevates everyone on the planet. In addition, you have done your part in the interplay with others - your soul mates, acquaintances and friends. Some of you have agreed to lives in which you challenged others by pushing them toward greater independence, or greater compassion, or tolerance for others. At times those of you who wished to advance in your ascension even made the sacrifice of playing the role of the oppressor, which inspired others to organize against the oppression to become advocates for the greater good. You see, this is the powerful irony in the experience of life on Earth. It brings out the courage, the conviction and the highest level of dedication to the Light when people are put in the most difficult situations. It is the model which has been adapted for training soldiers who will face the most difficult challenges in battle, popularly called boot camp. Yes, this is the way the Universe sees your sojourn here, and why they are in admiration of your progress. There are other ways to evolve as souls, but none so arduous, thorough, and in cosmic terms, resulting in such rapid change. In the short period of about seven thousand years, this civilization has evolved into a relatively effective overall arrangement in which most of the people on the planet are fed, clothed and sheltered to such a degree that the population has grown exponentially. In spite of areas of poverty, your life expectancy has risen across the globe, and there is the growing popular belief that medical care, literacy, availability of clean water and sufficient food is a right which all should enjoy. It has not yet been achieved, but the seeds of success have taken root in the heartmind of the whole planet. Even with the interference of those in power who would put their own greed before the wellbeing of others, groups of private citizens continue to achieve wondrous progress through humanitarian programs. We in higher dimension can see the trajectory of your efforts. Projects begun have a natural impetus to move toward fruition in the high energies of the current wave of Lion’s Gate energy from the Central Sun. Acts of kindness performed yesterday have already taken flight to spawn further generosity in others. The actions of those reading these messages are beginning to shift the level of energies from tentative hopefulness to excited anticipation. Attorney General Eric Holder has asked a federal judge to give his Department of Justice (DOJ) supervision of the Apple App Store and iTunes.
The DOJ’s demand is a disgusting attempted government power-grab into private business.
Holder’s request follows a decision by Denise Cote, a New York Federal District Judge. Cote ruled that Apple violates the US Anti-Trust Laws, which are designed to prevent monopolies and fixed prices.
Apple plans to fight the federal ruling tooth and nail, and will almost certainly appeal.
The mega company currently gets 30 percent commission for any e-books sold on an Apple Store App. According to the Wall Street Journal, the DOJ is pushing for Amazon.com to be able to sell e-books on Apple Apps without the 30 percent commission.
Apple objects to government attempting to control the marketplace. Commission on App stores currently makes up for 10 percent of the company’s revenue. It would be a huge blow to Apple if Holder’s request is granted.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the DOJ is also “seeking a five-year prohibition on new e-book distribution contracts that would restrain Apple from competing on price.”
Good grief. Government has no place sticking its nose into the private marketplace. But it continues to do so, over and over, each time expecting better results. (Solyndra, anyone?)
Apple is an innovative, highly successful American business. The company provides thousands of jobs for citizens at a time when unemployment remains high.
Still, the DOJ insists that the company be restrained. Eric Holder, in all his wisdom, asserts that he is trying to protect customers from high prices and mega corporations.
But after further examination, the request seems a bit more partisan in nature.
Amazon.com gave over $100,000 to Obama’s presidential campaigns and donated thousands in equipment during his inaugurations.
But that’s just a coincidence… Right?

“Clearly, any family may be visited by federally paid agents for almost any reason.”
According to an Obamacare provision millions of Americans will be targeted.
The Health and Human Services’ website states that your family will be targeted if you fall under the “high-risk” categories below:
Families where mom is not yet 21.
Families where someone is a tobacco user.
Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities.
Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.
There is no reference to Medicaid being the determinant for a family to be “eligible.”
In 2011, the HHS announced $224 million will be given to support evidence-based home visiting programs to “help parents and children.” Individuals from the state will implement these leveraging strategies to “enhance program sustainability.”
Constitutional attorney and author Kent Masterson Brown states,
“This is not a “voluntary” program. The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks. A homeschooling family, for instance, may be subject to “intervention” in “school readiness” and “social-emotional developmental indicators.” A farm family may be subject to “intervention” in order to “prevent child injuries.” The sky is the limit.
Although the Obama administration would claim the provision applies only to Medicaid families, the new statute, by its own definition, has no such limitation. Intervention may be with any family for any reason. It may also result in the child or children being required to go to certain schools or taking certain medications and vaccines and even having more limited – or no – interaction with parents. The federal government will now set the standards for raising children and will enforce them by home visits.”
Part of the program will require massive data collecting of private information including all sources of income and the amount gathered from each source.
A manual called Child Neglect: A Guide for Prevention, Assessment, and Intervention includes firearms as potential safety hazard and will require inspectors to verify safety compliance and record each inspection into a database.
Last session South Carolina Rep. Bill Chumley introduced a bill, H.3101 that would nullify certain provisions of Obamacare. The bill would give the state attorney general the authority to authorize law enforcement to arrest federal agents for trespassing. It would make forced home inspections under Obamacare illegal in South Carolina. It passed in the House but died in the senate.

Soros’s biggest holding? A bearish call on the S&P 500 August 15, 2013, 5:11 AM It’s 13F revelation time, and the headlines are full of news about big investor George Sorosgoing hot for Apple and dumping on gold in the second quarter. However, there’s something else in those numbers that should make investors sit up a little. Possibly buried amid the Apple excitement is the fact that Soros Fund Management’s biggest position is a put on the S&P 500 ETF SPY . Soros bought a put on 1,248,643 SPY units in the quarter. A put option gives the owner the right to sell a specific amount of an asset at a set price within a set time, and generally means the investor expects that asset will go down in price. So yes, as Bullion Baron and Whalewisdom point out, Soros is making a huge bet on the S&P 500 SPX  going lower. Doing the calculations, the Baron points out that the SPY put position — relative to the total size of the fund — rose from 1.28% to 4.79% in the first quarter, more than tripling. It also went up 13.54% in the second quarter, nearly tripling again. History has a story to tell about big calls from Soros and people should be paying attention, says the Baron blog: “Soros reportedly made $1 billion betting against the British pound in 1992. We heard rumors of Soros making a $1 billion bet against the AUD (a position that has done well if true). We heard when he made $1 billion betting against the yen. Where are the headlines for his $1.25 billion bet against the stock market?” asks Baron. Soros is clearly picking and choosing, with his doubled position in Apple AAPL +0.03% and a call on J.C. Penney  JCP   shares. He also dumped chunks of CitigroupC -0.14% and Netflix NFLX  in the second quarter. But deciphering what Soros was thinking when he upped that SPY put position is not so easy. As Baron notes, we don’t really know the precise structure of target dates and holdings. The fund could have increased that SPY put anytime in the second quarter. Joseph from the Baron further said this when asked about the significance of Soros’s move: “The last time SPY puts topped the Soros Fund was in the 30th June 2011 filing and we saw the S&P 500 lose 15%+ over the 6-7 weeks following, over July/August (during which time Soros reduced the position substantially). The position in 2011 was less than half the size of the current one which makes me think he might be anticipating a larger decline on this occasion.” Looking back on how the S&P 500 performed in the period, the index closed out the quarter with a gain of 2.4%, even as the month of June posted a loss amid worries about when tapering would begin. The quarter so far is already looking better than the last, with the S&P 500 up nearly 5%. We may need to wait another quarter to see how Soros is really feeling about the market. As George has said himself: “Markets are constantly in a state of uncertainty and flux, and money is made by discounting the obvious and betting on the unexpected.”
