It's Sunday and the day is another one of those Bavarian
Alpine days. When the sky is clear and blue, the sun is shining bright and life
is just perfect....except for the lack of our RV.....lol....
You know that is has been raining here in the Bavaria Alps for the last couple days and I sometimes seem sad and lost without the sun but like always after the storm comes the hope of a brighter, yet more beautiful day. ....and I have to tell you it is here and more. Hint, hint...

As most of you know we had yet another incident of slander and bashing this past week. It all started by some bad apple copying and pasting my post into his site and calling it his own. This is called plagerism and it is against the law.
They also were determined once again to slander my name by saying I copied from their site. I also had a chance to visit dinar guru site and I have I have to tell you they too are doing cut and paste of my post but at least they say its mnt goat.

However what disturbs me about dinar guru is they do not
copy and paste my entire post. They only take what is convenient for them to
give the message they desire. It is only half truths and this upsets me too.
This is not fair for the maker of the original posts (mnt goat) since much
gets lost in the translation of the cut and pastes deletions.
I ask again that whoever is the TNT member that it doing this PLEASE STOP NOW! Please get you own intel and make your own post on your own site. I am not a guru and do not wish to be on your site ! I have selected TNT as my site and plan to stay here and here only and serve my good freinds here. If you are the one doing this you are not my friend anymore.
There are reasons why I gab so much on my post. Its an attempt to assist everyone from most situations in life and education levels to understand this investment. Because it cost so little to make so much in this investment (unlike most risky investments) there are all kinds of income levels involved.
Thus all kind of financial mind sets. From the feedback I am getting it appears everyone appreciates the news and the manner in which it is presented. At least I hope so.
Have you ever read any of Robert Frost's poetry? He is one of my favorite poets. In his most famous poem called "The Road Not Taken" he writes so elequentely about a time in everyone's life when they have to make a decision about which turning point to take (which road to take).
Most seem to take the same road everyone else takes. Why? Could it be they can't think for themselves? Could it be they don't want to think or we have become lazy thinkers?
Based on just one decision it can impact us for our entire lives over and over again. i.e the person who starts smoking (causes cancer), or the kid who starts taking drugs (ruins his life), or the person who decides to do a good deed and helps a 90 year old neighbor and takes her shopping (only later to find out she is a billionaire and left him her entire inheritance), etc... I could go on and on... some bad decisions, some good....all impact us later when we least expect it.
So please try to read his poem and you too will see we are all at that junction now. Everyone of us that are reading this post.
What will we do with this news I send you? Will you abuse it or use it fairly and constructively?
What will you do post- RV with all your money?
Will you invest it for future generations?
Will you spend it quickly and go back to the same old boring job?
Will you be better off 5 years from now or worst off?
Will you make all the difference in using the road less traveled?
So lets see what is new news in the revaluation today.
From my contacts it has been very quiet the last couple days however this morning I did a touch point with just my IMF source and I was told that they are on track and going to try to let this pop as soon as everything lines up.
What do I mean by "lined up". I mean that certain events must take place to proceed the rollout process. For instance banks must be opened in order to check the rates and signoff, exchanges must be closed prior to pushing.
The banks I am hearing may get one more push with the final rates (but the Babylon II will not have to run again so many days have been saved).
In other words from my analogy the train has recieved all its passengers (the new rates and other data, files are loaded) and has a scheduled departure date. Each step of the process of the final journey must be done correctly: (in simplistic terms)
1) regenerate the rates (load the train with passengers), this is done already
2) push to the banks (make stops at all 190+ banks), now underway
3) confirm the rates are accurate at the banks and get signoffs (call home and tell mom you made it safe), now underway for some countries
4) load the international rollout - FOREX (tell the whole neighborhood you are home safe), on hold
5) make NASDAQ connectivity open for trading- activate the rates at the banks (celebrate that the journey is over). on hold
They are more than ready to get this journey over. Lets see what happens. Its now in the process.
So what is the new timeline?
As a window I am hearing this could happen on Tues, Weds or Thurs late in the day and be ready when the banks open to do their checkouts. The team has been working overtime this weekend to prepare for this rollout. The farthest date out give is to have it all done no later than September 1st (of this year...lol...)
So why do we continue to keep hearing news coming from the CBI and the Finance Committee?
I believe we continue to see articles from news media in Iraq about the CBI saying this or that or the Finance Committee saying this or that about the RV. It is a smoke screen.
They talk about the RV coming out soon or they will significantly increase the rate or they will take measures to increase the dinar value against the US dollar...this all makes me laugh since I know they already signed off on the RV and it is now out of their control. That is a fact !
So why do they continue to do this?
They continue to preach about the value of the dinar and the upcoming RV because they need to show the people of Iraq and to the world that they are still in control of it, they are in charge, but the reality they do not.
The only ones that have any control now are the team of professionals/experts that are working on the testing issues that crop up and those making the final technical preparations for the rollout and watching and rechecking as the process rolls on and on until completed.
I believe WF will notify their hiring client when this is ready, have a meeting with all the big shots and then the client will tell them a go or no go as the last and final step. If its a go then they get the codes to activate and we run to the bank...lol
So why do other RV intel providers/sites keep saying .86, $1.13 or $1.17 or other misleading facts about this revaluation process? Why can't they see the truth?
My opinion to answer this question is first they have no contacts to tell them what the truth is. Some are actually aware of a known process but it has varied so much over time that "their process" is no longer "the process". This entire process has been very dynamic.
For instance- Iraq already started paying RV'd money on the Qi Cards. This was not supposed to happen until the international RV happened. So why did they do this? l know for a fact this was not in the original plan. I used to preach differently myself ....remember those days....then the impossible became the possible. They did an in-country RV. It has flown circles around most and they still simply refuse to see the facts.
So many intel providers still refuse to clarify why or how people are spending so much money all of a sudden in Iraq. They cling to their old paradyms of how this RV will take place.They do not put into the equation that perhaps they had to put some money in the hands of the people to quite the riots and the protesting crowds or come to a civil war.
Iraq had to do something while they waited for the USA to roll this RV out. The USA has been the delay. Not the government of the USA but the WF bank and their contractors who has taken on the project of the rollout.
It has been, as I have said in prior post, ONE BIG MESS from the beginning of the project.
The fact that our contacts kept telling me and others that the RV would happen over and over again tells me that this was a mess. The information I recieved was factual and from a very knowledgable source.
It didn't happen because they did not anticipate issues in the downstream systems. The issues occurred and they had to stop the process again, fix the issues and try some other day.
Could the RV happen tonight?
How can I fairly and honestly give you an answer to that question when I do not even have a status report in front of me right now to see where they are. For all I know they may still have 100 countries remaining to verify rates and get signoffs. I just do not know.
But my IMF contact does know but this info is confidencial. All he is allowed to tell me is this- there is an RV window coming up from Tues thru Thurs. To me this means they expect all to be done and they are now projecting it will be done by then without any issues.
Right In Front of our noses, yet we can't see it
1. The fact that Iraq kept promising over their radios, in the mosques, billboards, and TVs that the RV would happen in the coming days is also evidence of the fact that they did expect this way before now. It is late, very late. These facts are right in front of our noses yet some can't see the evidence.
2.The old school intel gurus see the glass as being half empty rather than being half full. They also chose the road most taken because its safe and easy and they do not have any real investigation or intelligence skills. Most of these guys are just your ordinary folks trying to make a buck and a name for themselves off this intel. They follow articles too closely and rely on them too much. It is easy then for the GOI, the CBI, the Parliament or the Finance Committee to fool them since all they have to do is publish yet another phony article and its sucked up within minutes.
3. Let me now take one exampe of something that happened just last week. An article came out from the office of Nouri Al- Maliki. The article talks about Iraq using dinars and India rupee to do business in oil sales with India. Iraq, is the second largest supplier of oil to the nation of India.
So on the surface these intel providers get this info and make statements like the US Dollar is no longer going to be the petro dollar and use this article as an example to support their bold statements. I am getting tired of this. This maybe true in years to come but not now. The USA must use up all its oil credits first.
In reality Maliki, being the smart politician that he is, uses this speech to rattle up the USA to send a message to the USA. The message is this - get the RV done or we will stop using the USD as petro dollars with India (one of our largest customers). The fact is he can't do this whether he wants to or not and will not do this.
There is also another underlying message that we can get from this article and it is this - the RV is in fact out of the control of Iraq. Why else would he make such a statement. It is clear he has no control. If he had control he would not be making these threats.
One more message from his speech, a hidden statement- it is taking way too long for the RV to happen since it should have gone way before now. Get it done USA! So he just confirmed to all of us that the RV has been stalled and delayed by the USA and it should have happened already.
So I ask myself what in the world will all these intel providers do when this does RV soon, with double digit rates and they are still clinging to .86 cents and to statements like the HCL needs to be implemented first, or they need to ratify the tarriff laws or they need to get amnesty passed.....
You have all heard it again and again..It never changes. How can that possibly be? Iraqi legistative process is slow by come'on people! Oh here is a real good one I keep hearing...."its all parliament's fault. They need to pass more banking laws"...really? I am laughing again....So how could have Dr Shabibi and the CBI ever even thought about an RV in June of 2012. The past speaks for itself and you can't forget what has happened in the past.

Wow! I am hearing so much intense negativity that this is yet just another false alarm for the RV. Let me tell you what I know to explain now what I can to dismiss this idea.
This is a very, very good week for us Iraq dinar holders. Put that champagne back in the frig...lol.

If you truely want the news as this is developing then listen to the news coming out, sit back and relax and be sure it is all in our favor.
Most should have realized by now there was yet another power move to lower our rate this week. For the benefit of all the USA citizens they did compromise on our behalf and our rate levels were lowered as what we can ,will be exchanging at.
That is the base rate and the ceiling rates were lowered. I am not saying all is still not very good for us. Just think back to 2010. If I told you a rate of $1.13 you would have jumped for joy and ran to the bank? No..Yes?
So now if I tell you a rate of double digits is possible. What now would you say? Is it worth the wait?

So lets not be ungrateful and mad for being disappointed this RV is not happening on our time The gov't of the USA is watching out for us and does have a reason for negotiating a rate for us from Iraq.
Beleive me if you do the math there is more than enough fat on the cow to go around and make everyone very happy! In fact the barn is just full of fat cows.
Have you had a chance to read about all the corruption in the banking system lately? What is all this corruption about? If you said money and greed..bingo...you are correct.
So why can't we get a slice of the pie too this time and I don't mean hurting depositors from a bank or rigging the stock exchange or over priced military supplies.
We are the ones who lost our handsome sons and beautiful daughters in the war. We are now investors in the best investment of all times and its all legal not corruption or a scandal.
We are about all the be very wealthy and we don't even have to steal it.
What is now happening
I have heard that all the rates did get processed and now signed off by CBs. The rates did not all populate in FOREX though. They are working diligently on this issue. I know this sounds like yet another excuse but it is happening and will be corrected shortly.
Remember they have never, never popped out 190+ changes to rates all at once and had to use this new software and CIX process.
Okay let me read your mind. You are asking I thought it was all tested out? No more techincal issues!
If you read my one of my recent posts when I described to you how the new process works as integrated with CIX you would know that the CIX is like the train.
Once the rates are calculated they are put on the train. The train runs and makes periodic stops to deliver the rate to the CBs.
One of the stops is also the international exchange FOREX. The train stopped, dumped the rates supposedly but when they verified (did their quality assurance diligence) many of the new rates did not make it along with other crucial information.
This must work flawlessly. So I too am discouraged and say GET IT RIGHT ! I too am very tired of this. But it is still Tuesday and still within their window for this week.
The IMF I got to tell you is very upset this did not go! Very upset!
I wish I could say more but this is very sensitive information even now I am telling you but I thought you need to know at least this much.
I hope you all understand. You will know exactly what I am talking about in the near future.
I will attempt to post again on Thursday and give a more detailed update, if I am allowed.
I wish I will be telling you before that time that we are all exchanging out already.

What is now happening
I have heard that all the rates did get processed and now signed off by CBs. The rates did not all populate in FOREX though. They are working diligently on this issue. I know this sounds like yet another excuse but it is happening and will be corrected shortly.
Remember they have never, never popped out 190+ changes to rates all at once and had to use this new software and CIX process.
Okay let me read your mind. You are asking I thought it was all tested out? No more techincal issues!
If you read my one of my recent posts when I described to you how the new process works as integrated with CIX you would know that the CIX is like the train.
Once the rates are calculated they are put on the train. The train runs and makes periodic stops to deliver the rate to the CBs.
One of the stops is also the international exchange FOREX. The train stopped, dumped the rates supposedly but when they verified (did their quality assurance diligence) many of the new rates did not make it along with other crucial information.
This must work flawlessly. So I too am discouraged and say GET IT RIGHT ! I too am very tired of this. But it is still Tuesday and still within their window for this week.
The IMF I got to tell you is very upset this did not go! Very upset!
I wish I could say more but this is very sensitive information even now I am telling you but I thought you need to know at least this much.
I hope you all understand. You will know exactly what I am talking about in the near future.
I will attempt to post again on Thursday and give a more detailed update, if I am allowed.
I wish I will be telling you before that time that we are all exchanging out already.

For your benifit I am giving you this information. Yes the IMF wants the RV
to move in a positive direction What you may not understand at this point is
The US, UN. China , nor the IMF can force this RV other than try to puresure
somehow. NO ONE excet Iraq is holding this up. Please understand the IMF is
only a third party facilitator and can only guide and sugest to any country
period. They are also hired by IMF donar nations to administer ecnomic programs
between countries like Debitor and Donar nations for example. We know that
Maliki and the Finance committee is the hold up and maybe some other members of
Parlament ! Other wise your information sounds good! Please read article 4 of
the Articles of Agreement that establish and govern the IMF. I can send you a

Then I decided to follow KAP's totally prescient
advice (that's a compliment!) and follow up with some research from the
IMF. Here is what I found, thanks to KAP:
"By buying or selling bonds, bills, and other financial instruments in the open market, a central bank can expand or contract the amount of reserves in the banking system and can ultimately influence the country's money supply.
When the central bank sells such instruments it absorbs money from the system. Conversely, when it buys it injects money into the system.
This method of trading in the market to control the money supply is called open market operations."
This is directly from the IMF. Now we have the CBI stating that they will move to "open market operations." They are, clearly, referring to the very quote above in terms of meaning. What does that mean for us? Here comes the good news, folks.
You all may recall that I had a debate with Din************.com in which they said, unequivocally, that it would be impossible for Iraq to reduce the money supply.
Well, guess what? The IMF has shown conclusively that "open market operations" clearly will allow the CBI to reduce the money supply. All they have to do is sell bonds!
Now, it gets better, because we know from many months ago that the CBI stated that their plan was to reduce the money supply, right? But we have always thought that the only way they could do that was to buy back the large denoms, right?
NOW we see that the means to buy back the large denoms is to sell bonds. People will buy bonds with large denominated dinars. The CBI will destroy them.
Therefore there will be no "coersion" as *** thought. It will be, quite simply, OPEN MARKET OPERATIONS! Duh!
They will be able to reduce the money supply by creating "debt" out of thin air, namely through selling bonds. The US has been doing this for over a generation. Iraq HAS NO DEBT, so their is very little risk for them in doing this, right?
The bottom line is that the CBI is announcing that they are about to follow the IMF "open market operations" program to a "T."
What does that mean? It means that they will begin to reduce the money supply! And what does that mean? It means that the VALUE of the remaining money will RISE. And what is the goal? Clearly stated, it is to get the dinar up in value BEFORE next June.
Now, you have to start somewhere before you get to BEFORE June, right? I think this article is saying that they are about to start. That means "free float." Sorry, *** but you lose and we win! Enorrste
I never once mentioned Article 8. I don't believe anything can be said about Iraq's position regarding international acceptance of the dinar from this article. What CAN be deduced is that they are planning for the value to rise.
Whether that happens before, during, or after international recognition of the currency cannot be deduced from this article.
However, it makes sense to think that it would coincide with international recognition of the dinar.
Next, it is easy to make a blanket assumption that "Iraqis are poor and can't afford to buy bonds." On what would you base that assumption?
As in all economies there are some who have a lot of money, and those are always the people who are bond buyers.
The same will occur in Iraq. It is also probably true that those are the ones who are still holding on to large denom notes, since they can afford them.
In short, I see no problem at all with the CBI offering to sell bonds. Clearly they are in a better position than you or I am in determining whether there is a potential market, right? Enorrste

Havoc’ as HSBC Prepares to Close Diplomatic Accounts,
HSBC bank has reportedly asked more than 40 diplomatic missions to close their accounts as part of a programme to reduce business risks.
The Vatican’s ambassadorial office in Britain, the Apostolic Nunciature, is among those said to be affected.
The head of the UK’s Consular Corps told the Mail on Sunday the decision has created “havoc”.
The Foreign Office has been in touch with HSBC, stepping in to help diplomats open other bank accounts.
HSBC said embassies were subject to the same assessments as its other business customers. They need to satisfy five criteria – international connectivity, economic development, profitability, cost efficiency and liquidity.
A spokesman said: “HSBC has been applying a rolling programme of “five filter” assessments to all its businesses since May 2011, and our services for embassies are no exception.
“We do not comment on individual customer relationships.”
The Mail on Sunday reported that the High Commission of Papua New Guinea and the Honorary Consulate of Benin have also been asked to move their accounts within 60 days.
Bernard Silver, head of the Consular Corps, which represents consuls in the UK, told the paper: “HSBC’s decision has created havoc.
“Embassies and consulates desperately need a bank, not just to take in money for visas and passports but to pay staff wages, rent bills, even the congestion charge.”
John Belavu, minister at the Papua New Guinea High Commission, said: “We’ve been banking with HSBC for 22 years and for them to throw us off in this way was a bombshell.”
Lawrence Landau, honorary consul of Benin, told the paper his mission had been having trouble finding a new bank.

Suspicious accounts
Embassies are treated like business customers by banks as they generally use services like cash and payroll management and can take out loans.
They also have to pay for ambassadorial accommodation and costs such as school fees for the children of diplomats – expenses that are difficult to meet without a valid UK bank account.
They are sometimes considered to be at risk of money laundering activities because of their political exposure and banks have been warned in the past for failing to flag up suspicious accounts.
The Riggs National Bank in Washington was fined and later sold off after a 2004 US Senate report revealed executives in its embassy business had helped Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet hide millions of dollars.
