6 Food Mistakes That Make You Tired All Day, Every Day
One of the most common complaints people have when they see their doctors is that they lack energy. Often times doctors will ask about sleep patterns, stress, alcohol and tobacco use, exercise habits and medications, and maybe test for things like low thyroid to try to pinpoint "the cause." But here's a cause of low energy that I bet my bottom dollar your doctor hasn't thought of before--and neither have you... A healthy diet! That's right... Eating "healthy" can sap your energy! Here's the scoop on how many people's version of "eating healthy" can sap your energy faster than the speed of light...and more importantly, how you can turn that around.   The 6 ways your "healthy diet" can leave you dragging Energy killer #1) You've sworn off carbs Carbohydrates are far and away the most misunderstood type of food. People say they're going "carb-free" when in reality if you actually did that, you would die...and certainly have very low energy before you keeled over. Fact is, carbohydrates provide glucose which is needed by your body to create energy. So you MUST have them to survive. The key is to be carb-savvy and know the good carbs from the bad carbs. Bad carbs include any type of refined carb (white flour, white sugar and all products made with them like white bread, rolls, pasta and pastries) and anything made with high fructose corn syrup. Good carbs include fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes and whole grains. Don't swear off carbs--just choose them wisely and see your energy skyrocket.   Energy killer #2) You think red meat is the devil Red meat has taken a bad rap over the last several years because it contains saturated fat, and saturated fat has been implicated in the development of atherosclerosis and heart disease. But it's important to realize that all saturated fats are not created equal! Saturated fats are needed by your body to make hormones, cushion your nerves and even support your heart (how's that for a kicker?). The truly deadly type of saturated fat is trans-fats--they are the bad guys that cause inflammation and gum up your arteries. Trans-fats are found in margarine, shortening, commercial baked goods and anything made with hydrogenated oils. Red meat in moderation is actually a good guy because it is a great source of iron and Vitamin B12--and being deficient in either of those nutrients can cause your energy to plummet. So enjoying that occasional steak can help you avoid iron and B12 deficiency and keep your energy level high. Now, if you're vegetarian then being low in B12 may be an issue for you. The countdown to war has begun…..

With yesterday’s 10 to 7 vote by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Barack HUSSEIN Obama is now one step closer to involving the United States in a sovereign country’s civil war.

And thanks to RINO extraordinaire and now ‘fallen from grace’ war hero Senator John McCain adding a last minute amendment to the resolution that said the aim of the US taking military action against al-Assad was to change the momentum in the war in favor of the rebels…thus the actual goal of regime change could NOT be spelled out any more clearly.

And with Obama using the argument that stopping the use of chemical weapons is in the national interest of this country, and while still ignoring the fact that both Great Britain and The Arab League will NOT support his true intentions of trying to initiate said regime change in Syria…make NO mistake about it…regime change is Obama’s ultimate goal…regime change where his brethren in the Muslim Brotherhood become the titular head of the once mostly secular Syria, and John McCain just helped him do it.

NOT only is Obama bucking the wishes of ‘We the People’ who are tired of sending our brave young men and women in uniform (men and women who come home broken, missing limbs, or worse) into muslim countries that don’t want us there to begin with…muslim countries that stab us in the back every chance they get…even international law says what Obama is preparing to do does NOT meet international guidelines…guidelines which condone the use of pre-emptive force only as a means of self-defense. In fact, the UN charter states nations may defend themselves only once they are attacked…and in NO way has Syria now or ever attacked the United States…so what is Obama defending us from …NOTHING … absolutely NOTHING at all.

And with Obama calculatingly planning to violate international law by ‘selectively’ targeting and bombing chemical weapons stashes in Damascus (which we all know have been moved to different locals by now because Obama loves giving away our military’s plans), Obama has also declared the recent events that unfolded in Syria to be a ‘humanitarian crisis’, and basing that solely upon the photos of 426 ‘dead’ children. Photos of ‘dead’ children…most of which were either staged or were rerun from those taken in Iraq when Saddam gassed the Kurds…ignoring the 100,000+ deaths in the previous two and a half years of the conflict…deaths at the hand of both sides.

100,000 deaths vs. a ‘supposed’ but unconfirmed 426 deaths…you tell me which is the true ‘humanitarian crisis’.

Yet NEVER a word from Obama was said about those deaths…but pulling on the heartstrings of many with photos of ‘supposedly’ al-Assad caused ‘dead’ children was said in a voice loud and clear for all to hear. Only a weasel like Obama would use children … whether dead or alive…to push his personal agenda…his personal agenda once again being regime change.

And at the center of all Obama’s subterfuge and political jockeying…being played for maximum impact…is the ‘supposed’ use of sarin gas that’s been the kindling igniting his sudden desire to send our country to war yet again.

Remember, after World War I the Geneva Conventions outlawed the use of chemical weapons during warfare, saying that irrefutable evidence that a chemical attack occurred must be presented along with a convincing argument that there is NO peaceful means to stop their use in order for the UN Security Council to authorize force against a sovereign nation. And NO definitive irrefutable proof has yet to be presented that al-Assad gassed his own people. In fact, many have claimed that it was the al-Qaeda backed rebels…the Free Syrian Army…that did the gassing.  Yet Obama has taken it upon himself to be al-Assad’s judge and jury, and to declare him the one who gassed the children.  And to punish him Obama has decided that military action must be undertaken, and that it’s in America’s national interest to do so.

Please pray tell how it’s in our country’s national interest to punish someone thousands of miles and continents away…someone who poses NO danger

And while the War Powers Clause does allow Obama the right to deploy troops when there’s a ‘national emergency’ caused by an attack on this country or on our possessions, if Syria attacked us I must have been asleep, because I missed it.

So as Obama publicly claims that a US attack on Syria is NOT about his credibility or about the ‘red line’ comment he made last year, what is important for everyone to remember is that a military strike by the US against al-Assad will serve only one purpose…that is to strengthen the hand of those trying to turn Syria into an islamic state. And also remember that if al-Assad loses this war, Syria will become the first country ruled by either al-Qaeda or another jihadist group. And if that happens, neighboring Jordan will almost certainly fall to the same jihadists or to the Muslim Brotherhood itself.

And if Jordan falls the surrounding of Israel will be complete…and if Israel is attacked in any way World War III will be at hand.

And maybe just maybe that has been Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s plan all along.

STRELNA/MOSCOW, September 5 (RIA Novosti) – A discussion focused on the critical situation in Syria is not currently on the agenda of the G20 summit in St. Petersburg, Russia’s presidential spokesman told RIA Novosti.
“A separate meeting isn’t currently planned, but it all depends on the leaders,” said Dmitry Peskov, President Vladimir Putin's press secretary.
Peskov also said there “are currently no changes” concerning communications between Putin and US President Barack Obama at the summit.
The G20 summit was originally due to have been preceded by a bilateral Putin-Obama meeting in Moscow. That discussion was cancelled following heightened tension over Russia’s decision to grant temporary asylum to fugitive whistleblower Edward Snowden, despite Washington’s repeated demands for his extradition to the US.
The G20 summit is taking place September 5 and 6 in the St. Petersburg suburb Strelna. The annual international leaders’ meeting usually focuses on economic issues, but this year is happening against a background of possible intervention in the Syrian conflict by the United States and France, strongly opposed by Russia.
A separate meeting between Putin and Obama has also not been officially planned, though media speculation on the issue has been rife, with a report in Russian tabloid Moskovsky Komsomolets Thursday claiming a meeting of the two leaders was all but unavoidable.
Speaking to reporters at the G20 on Thursday, Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that "a separate meeting [between Putin and Obama] is not planned but there will, nonetheless, be some kind of conversations."

Yesterday we reported that civilians working for the armed forces received a global email from Anonymous, which now appears to have melded with the Earth allies in the armed forces opposing the cabal.

Today we report that actual members of the armed services have been contacted globally by Anonymous.

Insider Suggests Obama “Not Close” To House Votes On Syria

For those believing the Obama White House’s attempt to wage war against Syria and assist radical Islamists who wish to overthrow the Assad regime is nothing more than an attempt to save presidential face, the latest reports coming out of Congress should give you some measure of hope that common sense and an ear to public opinion might just prevail.

Right now it appears the White House is not close, they’re about a hundred votes short.  There is a core group of both Republicans and Democrats who are saying no way on this one.  The NYT photo of the Syrian rebels executing a group of unarmed men is making the rounds up here, causing more members of Congress who might have been thinking about voting yes on military action to pause.
Probably the most telling fact that the White House is in real trouble on this vote is the lack of any real work by their people to communicate to Congress, and now I hear that Pelosi’s office is backing off.  If she is not willing to crack skulls on this one, I don’t see how they get the votes.  One member apparently said something along the lines of “If Obama can’t find the time to even talk to us on this, then why should I find the time to vote for him?” The Republican leadership, as has been reported already, is basically stepping back and letting members decide for themselves.  Wish they had done that earlier on other issues.  I trust most of the members’ instincts way more than the leadership.
As for the Speaker Boehner retirement story leaked out yesterday, I have not heard any confirmation on that yet.  A possible tell though is that I’m now aware the Boehner office has denied it to anyone either.  I was told the leak came directly from their office, so maybe their laying down the hint so the party can prepare?  I hope it marks the start of a little internal revolution inside the party.  Much needed.
The Syria vote situation remains fluid, but political gravity seems to have it running opposite approving a military option at this time.  That could change of course, but for now, I’d say common sense is holding out.

Now, the straightforward Russian has asked another equally important and straightforward question — the sort of question so full of common sense that most Western politicians never expect to hear a fellow politician asking (and, as usual, one the Western media have failed to report on, though Arabic media is abuzz with it).
In a videotaped interview published today concerning U.S. attempts to go to war in Syria, not only did Putin criticize Secretary of State John Kerry’s
 dissembling concerning the nature of the Syrian opposition,
 but he also said:
There is another question: if it turns out that the armed rebels are the ones who used weapons of mass destruction, what will the United States do with the armed rebels?  And what will it do with those sponsoring the rebels? Will they stop supplying them with arms? Will they start fighting against them?
Indeed.  Considering that invading Syria is almost entirely being rationalized in the context of Assad violating the human rights of others, what will the U.S. — Obama, Kerry, McCain, et. al. — do if it turns out that the al-Qaeda led rebels are, in fact, the ones using such weapons, as significant evidence already indicates?
Probably what they are doing now: continue misleading Americans and go to war anyway, since — and once again — this has nothing to do with chemical weapons.

Many have quickly forgotten that not long ago the US government used chemical weapons on American citizens, killing more than 70 men, women and children.

The United States government takes a very strong stance on the use of chemical weapons when it is convenient for them and aligned with their own political interests.  However, the US government has been involved with many covert operations overseas where they funded groups who used chemical weapons, and propped up dictators who were carrying out genocides.
In the case of Waco, Texas and the Branch Davideans the US government actually used chemical weapons on families and children.
As whatreallyhappened.com recently pointed out:
On February 28, 1993, the BATF raided the church of the Branch Davideans in Waco Texas. This led to an embarrassing sand of which ended when the FBI gassed the church, filled with women and children, with CS gas. CS gas is actually illegal to use on enemy troops in time of war. but the US Government authorized its use against that church. Even worse, the CS gas was mixed with a chemical dispersant, methylene chloride. Methylene chloride is highly toxic. It’s the chemical used to melt plexiglas so that it can be bent into shapes such as the shields over salad bars. And, of course, it also melts lung tissue. The official story is that the Branch Davideans set fire to their church (even though blinded and gasping for breath from the CS and burned themselves alive rather than surrendering. However none of the autopsied remains showed any signs of smoke inhalation in the lungs, meaning they were already dead when the fire started.
The women and children inside that church were gassed to death with a poison gas that is illegal to use on enemy troops.[1]
