McCain Blasted at Town Hall: "I Would Have You Arrested for Treason"! Vatic Note: Well, that diatribe against McCain is long long overdue. In fact, these words should have been said back in Viet Nam when he was a prisoner of war and betrayed his fellow soldiers for food, lodging and lifestyle. I won't go into that now, but I remember it well. He was provided separate quarters while the rest of prisoners lived in crowded living conditions. Staying with today, he is working for the Rothschild international bankers and does their bidding here in the USA, and that makes him definitely a traitor. In case you may have forgotten, McCain has acted as the bag man for delivering money/cash, and weapons to these rebels in Benghazi, Libya, Syria and elsewhere, the PTB financed to over throw various ME governments and it's all being done for the Pagan, Zionist Khazars of Israel. If nothing else he should be removed from the Senate. The guy who did the laundry list was great. He listed all the things that show he is not for the American people and ignores our demands and positions on public policy. He then handed the list to McCain. McCain then told him to run for office. Well, I attended the GOP convention in my state and saw first hand how the GOP criminally controlled the convention in order to ensure that the designated loser of the campaign, McCain would get the nomination. That ensures any subsequent elects would probably be rigged, just like the Convention was in our state. I won't go into the laundry list of crimes committed to do so, but suffice it to say it was long and half of us left when we saw this was a "fixed" convention to make sure Ron Paul did not get the nomination because polls showed he would beat Obama and that would go against the foreign occupier of our countries agenda, as we now see today. Our Bill of Rights has been almost completely gutted, and our law enforcement turned into storm troopers murdering unarmed civilians and conducting warrantless raids. They are almost fully militarized. Now how is that in our best interests? It's not, and it's treason since Zionists run Homeland Security and our government. It's way past time to let our congressmen and senators know that treason is the way we will look at it if they vote against the will of the people that is showing in such an obvious manner. That is not including all the false flags resulting in massive deaths of Americans blamed on someone else to achieve a political outcome through manipulation. Like this guy, I AM SICK OF ALL OF THIS AND THE ONLY WORLD WAR WE SHOULD FIGHT ALL OVER THE GLOBE IS AGAINST THE ZIONIST INTERNATIONAL BANKERS AND NO ONE ELSE. I have thought about using encryption to make my emails private from the govt's prying eyes. The information Edward Snowden revealed that the NSA has compromised a lot of the encryption out there.

The NSA Revelations:  Why Are We Even Talking About Syria?

Relax; before you ask, that headline isn't political, it's just amazement.  It's not a comment on the U.S. government, it's a bit of befuddlement about the U.S. print and electronic press.
Last Friday, I was having lunch with my friend Kathleen, as I owed her lunch for her kind video editing.  We were looking at CNN's iPad app browsing the news of the day, which, as we're American, was all about Syria, chemical weapons, and, as it's CNN, what color eye shadow Kim Kardashian is sporting these days.  Yes, Syria's a big story and the use of chemical weapons by anybody is terrible, but inasmuch as neither Mr. Obama, the UN or Mr. Assad are likely to ask my opinion on the matter, I just kind skimmed the stories and hoped for the best.
But then Kathleen pointed out an article, a kind of below-the-fold piece about some new revelations arising from the files leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden.  Basically, the news -- which came from the Guardian, who's doing a great job shining a light on the particularly scary nuggets in the huge pile of stuff that Snowden has leaked -- said that basically the US National Security Agency (NSA) has, through a combination of dirty tricks, brute-force computing and clever math been able to nullify much of the encryption that we trust implicitly and that is essentially the bedrock of modern communications, privacy and commerce.  Some of the high points, vastly simplified, are:

• If the NSA wants to examine or eavesdrop on anything you do on a Windows or Apple computer, it can easily install a Trojan that no anti-malware software can detect.  That lets them get even the most complex password, if it's stored on your system.
• They have strong-armed some security vendors into putting back doors into their products.  One of those vendors is rumored to be Microsoft.
• The NSA pretty much runs WireShark on every ISP, telecom and other communications provider in the country.
• The NSA keeps a complete database of every email sent through US wires for the past few weeks -- they haven't storage for more yet -- and a simple app lets NSA analysts search to see not only who you've been emailing (the "metadata" that the NSA has already admitted to), but what you've emailed.
• Some folks observe that the NSA has 11,000 mathematicians on their payroll, and that they may have found exploitable flaws in modern encryption schemes.  In other words, your private keys may not be all that private.

There's more, but honestly that's not what I see as the most amazing thing here.  Instead, I've been amazed about how little response I've seen about this news.  Saturday morning, I turned on the news channels, expecting to hear more details, NSA denials, government reaction, people marching in the streets.  But all I heard was Syria and chemical weapons.  Sunday... same story, and today, 9 September 2013, no change.
Look, Syria's important, and there are strong arguments on both sides.  Whatever the American government does or doesn't do about chemical weapons in the next few weeks is important, and if you're reading this as an American citizen, then I strongly suggest that you get smart about it and share your opinion with your representative in Congress.  (You know, like when we all sent them emails telling them not to spend trillions on TARP.  Oh, wait, they ignored us.  Hmmm.  Never mind.) 
Seriously, I just want to suggest that the recent NSA revelations are important, very important, and to we IT pros in particular.  If SSL, certificates and VPNs are a joke, then all of us IT pros are out of business.  (Maybe it's time to brush up on your Linux skills... when you get the source code, you know there aren't any NSA backdoors.)  Snowden wasn't even an employee, he was a contractor, and he took this stuff out the door to leak it to the world... how long will it be before someone else with NSA information decides to arrange an early retirement by quietly selling NSA's spymaster tools, information, and keys to some bad guy?
Look, I don't have the answers.  I understand that it's a big old scary world and that every big country and probably a bunch of large non-governmental organizations are all trying to hack each other, and that whatever the NSA's up to, there are at least a few other players doing exactly the same thing.  But I really, really, really wish that every stakeholder from the most casual Internet user to the techiest IT pro were talking less about chemical weapons, and more about computational weapons.

Wow!!! The above video didn’t impress me that much at first, but then I thought about the scope of this thing. This is just one road at one point in time. There are 800,000 on the road, at a minimum, and they really could hit the 2 million number. Today I wanted to write this huge article about what 9/11 meant to me and why it is sacred to Patriots. There is nothing I could write that would inspire anyone more than what is happening right before our very eyes. 2 million, and yes I now believe that number is possible, bikers are headed to D.C. to take a stand for their freedom, my freedom and yours. This country has shed many tears since September 11th, 2001. We shed many more tears on September 11th, 2012 as four Americans died in Benghazi. We don’t know the truth of who the enemy is or was. Now we are being told that it is in our interest to support Al Qaeda in Syria. Did 10,000 people die at the hands of Al Qaeda so that we could support them? Who could blame our service men and women for objecting to the idea of supporting the terrorists who killed their brothers and sisters? Somehow the politicians are still failing to see this point. We live in a land of confusion, scandals and political spins that none of us can keep up with. We don’t know if we have any friends at all in D.C. We send these officials to the Capitol to represent us and they always seem to let us down. So are these bikers going to D.C. to rattle a few Muslims? Nope. I get it now and I am kicking myself for not finding a way to go take part in this. There is an unspoken theme behind this ride. Twelve years later we have finally decided that enough is enough. We are taking our country back no matter what Obama or his partners in crime say. It is not negotiable. We are no longer begging these people to do the right thing. We are sending a message today that this 9/11 is much different than the previous 11. Twelve years later we are awake. September 11th, 2013 will be remembered as the day when millions of Americans made a statement. This is our country and we are taking it back no matter how far we have to go to do it. It is a new day of independence. Much like July 4th 1776 when we declared that we were no longer slaves of Britain, today there is a new declaration being made. We will no longer be ruled by servants who act as our masters. My friend was right. This is a warning shot and there will not be another. I would like to thank each and every one of you who rides today in body or simply in spirit. There may be 2 million bikers in D.C. but even if it is just 20,000 it will not matter. For every biker there in body there are 100 there in spirit who are riding with them. Thank You so much for giving us something to believe in on a day when we badly needed it. God Bless America. US Troops In Ft Hood Receive Orders To Deploy To Syria

I have been able to verify something extremely troubling in the past 12 hours.  A close and verifiable source contacted me to lament the deployment of a friend from Ft. Hood to Egypt, where this particular soldier will be for the next nine months.  We have no military base in Egypt, so we’re all trying to understand the assignment and wonder if he and the other 400 soldiers are living in a tent in the desert, and if they are, how do they receive supplies, from everything to food, water, ammunition, and fuel to conduct whatever mission they are to fulfill, for I cannot imagine a C-140 being allowed to land at Cairo International.
The following information has been sourced thoroughly.  This particular soldier said that while he was not really thrilled about the assignment to Egypt, it was better than the soldiers that remained at the military base BECAUSE THEY HAD JUST RECEIVED THEIR DEPLOYMENT ORDERS TO GO TO SYRIA.  That certainly contradicts the posturing and false reassurances and table-pounding of Obama and Kerry, does it not?
Of course, credibility should never enter the discussion when talking about this president.  If frogs get nourishment from eating flies, this pathologically dysfunctional misfit gets his lifeblood from telling lies.  It is the manner in which he is genetically coded and been brainwashed to operate.
The courteous words chosen by the media due to the vomit coming from the State Department is that the people involved in the civil war with Assad in Syria are “rebels” and “the opposition”, when, in fact, it’s a collection of warring, tribal jihadists composed of Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaeda, Ansar al-Sharia, Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, and the Muslim Brotherhood, remember them?  They’re the group the Obama administration enabled to take over Libya and Egypt.  To put it tamely, just because they’re all radical Islamic groups does not mean they all get along.

Clearly, the gun running operation CIA operative (NOT Ambassador) Christopher Stevens oversaw out of the pseudo-embassy in Benghazi was funneling guns to the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria, which drew the ire of Ansar al-Sharia, which bears responsibility for the Benghazi attacks.  Clearly it is the jihadist group of his choice, as Obama tried his hand at yet another government-overthrow.  Now it becomes clearer why Susan Rice was sent out to lie to the press with an elementary school alibi, why Hillary Clinton screeched at a Congressional oversight committee, and why the surviving operatives of the embassy attack have been placed under deep cover and from whom we will never hear.  The administration was funding yet another proxy war with a poorly conceived operation and it blew up in its face.

Obama and Kerry have operated under the misconception that Americans are too ignorant to realize other, sophisticated G-7 countries have intelligence gathering techniques that rival or exceed ours, and that is why the likes of Great Britain, Russia, Israel, and Germany, among others, summarily dismissed his intentions to attack Syria at the G-20 Summit in Russia last week. 
In fact, Germany’s Der Spiegel just released copies of certain intelligence intercepts this morning proving the Assad did NOT authorize the use of chemical weapons and in fact was strongly opposed to doing so.  Its intelligence gathering clearly shows that the use of nerve gas was by one of the rag-tag rebel groups, instead.  Gee, I can’t imagine the Muslim Brotherhood resorting to such barbaric techniques, can you?
Watching the Obama administration is like watching the mini-car pull into the center ring at the circus, and out comes one clown, after another, after another, after another.
Putin gains huge political capital for seizing on Kerry’s loose tongue, Kerry inadvertently presented an opening against his bosses wishes for military action, and Obama comes across as a more disorganized and weak president, not only domestically, but equally if not more damaging, internationally as well.
And don’t forget:  the man who lied about gun running to the Mexican cartels, IRS targeting, the contents of the health care bill, NSA eavesdropping, is the same psychopath that assured Americans there would be “no boots on the ground”, and that it will be a very small, strategic attack.

Why, then, do soldiers at Ft. Hood already have in hand their deployment assignments to go to Syria?

Executive Branch leaders have killed, wounded and made homeless well over 20 million human beings in the last 50 years, mostly civilians.
Editor’s Note: The following is the latest in a series on the Executive Branch of the United States.
America has a secret. It is not discussed in polite company or at the dinner tables of the powerful, rich and famous.
Parents do not teach it to their children. Best-selling authors do not write about it. Politicians and government officials ignore it. Intellectuals avoid it. High school and college textbooks do not refer to it. TV pundits do not comment on it. Teachers do not teach it. Journalists from the nation’s most highly regarded TV news shows, newspapers and magazines, do not report it. Columnists do not opine about it. Editorial writers do not editorialize about it. Religious leaders do not sermonize about it. Think tanks and professors do not study it. Lawyers do not litigate it and judges do not rule on it.

The courageous few who do not keep this secret, who try to break through to their fellow citizens about it, are marginalized and ignored by society at large.
To begin to understand the magnitude of this secret, imagine that you get into your car in New York City, and set out for a drive south, staying overnight in Washington DC, a four-hour drive. As you leave, you look out your window to the left and see a row of bodies, laid end to end, running alongside you all the way to DC.
You spend the night there, and set out early the next morning for Charleston, South Carolina, an 11-hour drive. Again, looking out your window, you see the line of bodies continues, hour after hour. You are struck that most are middle-aged or older men and women, younger women, or children. You arrive in Charleston, check into your hotel, have a good meal, and get up early the next morning to drive to Miami, another 12-hour drive. And once again, hour after hour, the line of bodies continues, all the way to your destination.
If you can imagine such a drive you can begin to get a feeling for former Defense Secretary Robert McNamara’s mid-range estimate of 1.2 million civilians killed by U.S. firepower in Vietnam. (The U.S. Senate Refugee Committee estimated 430,000 civilian dead at the end of the war. Later estimates as more information has become available, e.g. by Nick Turse, author of Kill Anything That Moves, put the number as high as 2 million.)
And the secret that is never discussed is far larger. To the 430,000 to 2 million civilians killed in Vietnam must be added those killed in Laos, Cambodia, Afghanistan, Iraq and many other nations (see below), all those wounded and maimed for life, and the many millions more forced to leave villages in which their families had lived for centuries to become penniless refugees. All told, U.S. Executive Branch leaders – Democrat and Republicans, conservative and liberal—have killed wounded and made homeless well over 20 million human beings in the last 50 years, mostly civilians.
U.S. leaders have never acknowledged their responsibility for ruining so many lives, let alone apologized or made proper amends to the survivors. Those responsible have not been punished, but rewarded. The memory of it has been erased from national consciousness, as U.S. leaders endlessly declare their nation’s, and their own, goodness. Millions of civilian lives swept under the rug, forgotten, as if this mass murder and maiming, the destruction of countless homes and villages, this epic violation of basic human decency—and laws protecting civilians in time of war which U.S. leaders have promised to observe—never happened.
Over a million innocent human lives in Vietnam alone. Grandparents, parents and children. Decent, hard-working people, each with a name, a face, and loved ones; people with dreams and hopes, and as much of a right to life as you or I. Forgotten. Over one million civilians dead, over 10 million wounded and made homeless in Vietnam alone, forgotten. And particularly remarkable is how this has happened. Totalitarian regimes go to great lengths—strict censorship, prison for those violating it—to cover up their leaders’ crimes. But in America, the information is available. All that is needed to keep America’s secret is to simply ignore it.
Americans keep this secret because facing it openly would upend our most basic understandings about our nation and its leaders. A serious public discussion of it would reveal, for example, that we cannot trust Executive Branch leaders’ human decency, words, or judgment. And more troubling, acknowledging it would mean admitting to ourselves that we have been misleading our own children, that our silence has robbed them of the truth of their history and made it more likely that future leaders will continue to commit acts that stain the very soul of America.
It is a matter of indisputable fact that the U.S. Executive Branch has over the past 50 years been responsible for bombing, shooting, burning alive with napalm, blowing up with cluster bombs, burying alive with 500-pound bombs, leveling homes and villages, torturing, assassinating and incarcerating without evidence more innocent civilians in more nations over a longer period of time than any other government on earth today.
It is also undeniable that it has committed countless acts, as no less an authority than U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry noted in regard to Vietnam, which have been “contrary to the laws of the Geneva Convention, and… ordered as established policies from the top down,” and that “the men who ordered this are war criminals.”
And its crimes against humanity have continued since Vietnam. Thirty years later, a Nuremberg prosecutor speaking of the U.S. invasion of Iraq stated that a “prima facie case can be made that the United States is guilty of the supreme crime against humanity, that being an illegal war of aggression against a sovereign nation.” And as you read these words the U.S. Executive Branch is adding to it crimes, as it conducts secret drone and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) ground assassinations of individuals without due process.
The rationalizations by which even decent human beings allow themselves to ignore their leaders’ mass murder, e.g. that “these things always happen in war,” or “it’s the other side’s fault,” are just that: rationalizations that allow us to avoid our secret shame. Human civilization, through its body of international law, has defined which acts are both immoral and illegal even in times of war. And a citizen’s first responsibility is to oppose his or her own government’s crimes, not those of others.
Although America’s media, intellectual, political and economic elites turn their heads pretending they just don’t see U.S. leaders’ responsibility for mass murder, dozens of dedicated and honorable scholars and activists led by Noam Chomsky have spent years of their lives meticulously documenting it.
Readers wishing to flesh out the overview below are directed to five important recent books: Kill Anything That Moves, by Nick Turse, about Vietnam; Dirty Wars (and a film), by Jeremy Scahill, about Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia; The Deaths of Others, by John Tirman, covering Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan; The Untold History of the U.S. by Oliver Stone and Peter Kuznick (and a 10-part Showtime documentary) discussing U.S. policy from World War II to the present; and Drone Warfareby Medea Benjamin.Flyboys, by James Bradley, also offers invaluable information on U.S. aerial mass murder of civilians in World War II, as does The Korean War: A History by Bruce Cumings on U.S. Executive massacres of civilians in Korea. Such careful work has been supplemented by numerous reports from such organizations as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.
Until now, the issue of U.S. Executive Branch leaders’ disregard for innocent human life has mainly concerned their treatment of “non-people” abroad. But as the sinews of a surveillance state and police-state infrastructure have been steadily strengthened at home since 9/11, an Executive Branch mentality that has been so indifferent to innocent human life abroad will increasingly threaten increasing numbers of Americans in coming years.
No honest human being can deny what the facts below reveal about the U.S. Executive’s institutional evil and lawlessness. The only serious question is what we are willing to do about it.

Did you know?? The Goldberg Brothers - The Inventors of the Car Air Conditioner... Here's a little fact for automotive buffs or just to dazzle your friends.   The four Goldberg brothers, Lowell, Norman, Hiram, and Max, invented and developed the first automobile air-conditioner.  On July 17, 1946, the temperature in  Detroit was 97 degrees. The four brothers walked into old man Henry Ford's office and sweet-talked his secretary into telling him that four gentlemen were there with the most exciting innovation in the auto industry since the electric starter.   Henry was curious and invited them into his office.   They refused and instead asked that he come out to the parking lot to their car. They persuaded him to get into the car, which was about 130 degrees, turned on the air conditioner and cooled the car off immediately.
