As Henry Moray had stressed again and again in his book, his Radiant Energy device is not an energy "generator" but a "harvester". The next leap of understanding is that each of such device, or process, is a "portal" which is capable of channeling the Cosmic energy, like a human is. I have to guess that the theoretical  upper limit of the amount of energy possible by such "channeling" is infinity. We do not need to use petrol oil or coal resources to meet our energy needs. The energy is everywhere in this Universe.

So what are the implications of such revelation that we can synthetically create "portals" to harvest/utilize the "infinite" Cosmic energy?

Well, for one, that would make the scheme of "SkyNet" portrayed in movie "Terminator" more realistic: we all previously believed that things such as self-aware and self-operating SkyNet is impossible because, we, the human, can simply turn off the power switch and the entire domain will be shut down. At least we now understand that, once the Robots are properly designed, they would draw energy directly from the Cosmos to sustain their activities.

Can those robots, or Cyborgs, be smart enough to eventually dominate human race? As far as I can see, such technological feast can be achieved within one hundred years given the current pace of technological advancement. IBM's deep blue has won the chess master Kasparov. We should not be surprised if the Cyborgs with "intelligence" 1000 times that of Deep-Blue would be developed less than one Century from now. And do not forget that the level of Kasparov's observable intelligence is among the top of human groups. But all the Cyborgs can potentially have the same level of intelligence as the smartest one can since it is only a matter of program updates.

Does it mean that the Cyborgs have the potential to dominate the human race someday in the future? There is great chance of this happening over the next Century, if majority of human fail to activate the "portals" inside of them in time.

FROM EAGLE1 CALL TODAY: Q - I'm getting the impression that the banks will be ready to go intoTuesday morning? A - Yes, I will receive a call at 6AM my time to let me know if the rates are on the screens and if there's a 24-hour hold. We've heard that once the GCR goes live there is a 24-hour period for the banks to get ready. Until tomorrow morning, I won't know for tomorrow exchange or not.
Q - So the next 24 hours should be very telling? A - Absolutely!
Q - Would it be advisable to rush to the bank with everything they've got or just CE a note or two to see what we've got? A - That's probably a wise course to follow, depending on how much total you have. If you're looking at exchanging $10M IQD, I don't recommend you walk into the bank with that. One of things we've been hearing is that when you exchange your IQD, there is a restriction on it until the USD is fully rolled out, as much as 30-60 days before we can use those funds outside the USA. You can spend them for products coming into the USA, but you can't transfer them out of the country until the USD rolls out.
Q - That applies only to the IQD because of the gold-backing. You are being paid exclusively by the gold-backed USD. Until that roll-out is complete you cannot take that money outside the country. You can exchange VND or others and spend them anywhere else in the world. If you're in Canada and you CE, you're going to be paid in CDN and you won't have those restrictions.
Q - We've heard to use the terms IQN or IQD, VND or VNN? A - When you walk in the bank with your currency, they don't care what you call it. You have the currency in front of you. You're there to exchange dinar period.
Q - Is it required to use the term "currency exchange?" A - Yes. You will be given a variable of the new FINcen form 104. You want to make sure when you discuss it that you are talking about a simple currency exchange. That applies to all currencies, not just the IQD. With the decision to switch over to the Balbao, this is part of their decision to be part of the worldwide Basel III banking system and have an asset-backed banking system.
E1 - They've made a decision to back-up their currency with gold. I asked a friend at the IMF today about the Balboa long-haul if the GCR is released, should we look at the Balboa as future investment. His answer is "I do not recommend it, as there are much better currency investments than the Balboa."
E1 - We still expect to have everything fly tonight. What I don't know is whether the banks will be able to exchange tomorrow. We know all the rates are on administrative screens and are ready to go up front. They have assured themselves they are ready to push the button at midnight tonight.

E1 - I've seen the fee structures at WF and they have ranged from 3.5% to 12%. It depends a lot on the value of the currency as to what the fees will be. When we go to the bank, based on the amount of money involved - this is unprecedented worldwide - we're coming to the bank with millions of dollars and when we come as a group, when we walk in they know and they've already assured us we will get the best rate WF can provide us. We fully expect to see the bank provide us with the max possible, even if they take a cut in the spread. If we get the published rate per the CBI, then I would expect to get at least that amount. remember, the $3 range is for IN COUNTRY

One prominent player is our old friend, JP Morgan.  There is a gradual changing of the guard as some of the old bastions of power are overtaken by new, enlightened leadership.  Others will cease to exist and fade into memory as quickly as Enron and WorldCom have done.  No centers of greed and exclusivity will remain once the evidence of their destructive effects are completely revealed. We are in meetings constantly.  The U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, Jack Lew, Obama, Putin and other global leaders have been working feverishly.  By the way, Ben Bernancke is still in place, but has no power now.  It was decided to keep him in office for a short time to allow all decisions to be run thru him without any resistance on his part, since he is now completely ineffectual in the role.  He will now do as he is told, and has no power to act on his own. In the aftermath of economic freedom, real political freedom will follow.  A people who are free to act on their hearts' desire do not choose to oppress others.  It may take a period of adjustment for the full effect of this change to sink in, but you are resilient, and those of you who have lived with the real hope of democracy and what it promises already have the ability to step into the freedom with joy and confidence once it is presented to you. I would like to add an explanation here to the discussion I began on last week's call, which many thought was a contradiction or challenge to previous information given by me and by Father God.  I revealed in that moment the feeling I have always had about the dangers of currency trading and the revulsion I have had toward any trading of power which can endanger a country and its people.  Here is the basis for my philosophical position:   Money itself, and currency trading in particular was an expression of the greed and instruments of power which were established by the Dark Hats in order to gain power over whole countries and their peoples.  Manipulation of currencies has successfully brought several countries to their knees in recent times.  It is not a well-known lesson in economics, since what you know as "economics" is in fact the justification for Reptilian power-building.   Currency trading itself should be unacceptable in any form.  There is no good reason in the real world for currencies to be bought and sold; in doing so it makes it possible to buy and sell whole countries.  Trading real goods and services does not require currency trading, and no transaction need be made involving money where no real work or product is involved.  This change alone would restore the power of the merchant class - traditionally the homegrown middle class - to replace the bankers who can manipulate whole industries, and eventually the entire global economy, from afar. I did not intend to lump Lightworkers who are investing in dinars with the greed mongers of the past.  I only wished to point out that it is reasonable to be cautious, because in using the currency trading tools of the Dark Hats, one must be very careful to understand that this is just that - a ploy in which we use the Dark methods against their originators.  It is not to be thought of as a fix for anything other than the short-term poverty those Dark Ones caused.  I want to emphasize that it would be a trap for the unsuspecting Lightworker to be caught up in the idea, once again, that money is a necessary and effective fix for the problems in their lives.  It is not.  Now that the Reptilians are gone, manifesting what you need will be far easier than it was just a short time ago, and many of you will be in the position of giving and receiving, which is the true cure for the old problems. The criminal corporate government of the United States missed an international payment deadline on September 30th and was given until October 17th to find the money or else be declared bankrupt. These are people who have been constantly murdering and looting the planet for hundreds of years and we must not waste the real, rare chance we have now to put them out of business forever.

Last week Skull and Bones murderer and cabal slave John Kerry plus traitor Chuck Hagel were in Korea and Japan looting local oligarchs’ money in order to try to save the Washington D.C. crime syndicate.

They were able to get enough money to put 400,000 civilian pentagon workers back on the payroll but not enough to stave off bankrupcty. We have confirmed from multiple direct pentagon and agency contacts that there is no military action planned to remove the criminals from Washington D.C. That is why we must not let ourselves be fooled again.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff and the political elite in Washington D.C. are hopelessly compromised and brainwashed so action against them will have to start at a local direct level.

This sort of talk is out of line with the usual hard news I report but clearly something is not right with this planet. One can be forgiven for wondering if there is some sort of hidden, non-human control mechanism.

My guess is that, at the very least, we are dealing with some sort of inter-generational cultural mind control that can be seen, metaphorically, as an alien intelligence. People born into the bloodlines that carry this tradition have to go along or be killed.

Finally, readers who expected the usual hard news need to understand that some sort of information blackout is taking place.

However, it is clear something big is going down. First, Obama cancelled a trip to Asia this week and all negotiations on the so-called Trans Pacific Partnership or TPP have stopped. Second, negotiations on US-EU economic integration have been suspended. Third, there was a failed cabal attempt to murder Prince Harry in Afghanistan, according to MI5 sources. Fourth, Chuck Hagel refused to meet with White Dragon Society members during his trip to Korea and Japan last week. Fifth, another faction of the cabal offered last week to hand over, for free, Federal Reserve Board boxes to the WDS.

This is unbelievable. The Obama administration has shut down the Amber Alert website because of the government shutdown and it now renders this message when you attempt to access it:

I’m sure you care about your lost child but Obama doesn’t – at least not while he’s trying to ‘win’ the government shutdown. I understand from twitter that Amber alerts are state level programs with a federal website. Not real sure how all that works but it just seems unfathomable that this website wouldn’t qualify under ‘essential’, especially when most of the government is still operating.
No, this is just Obama putting politics ahead of you finding your lost child. Despicable.

You’re going to want to use every share button at the bottom of this article once you’re done reading, so get ready!  It’s time to freak out! Maybe.
If you live on the west coast of Canada or the United States, you’re pretty much already screwed at this point thanks to the Japanese earthquake and tsunami of 2011. Radiation levels are already increasing in the food and water, babies born with thyroid issues linked to radiation are rising quickly and governments in Canada and the United States are raising the “acceptable levels” of certain toxic substances in the food being shipped in from Japan.

This isn’t a conspiracy theory, this is happening and it’s happening right now. However, it’s your choice to either heed or dismiss the information being supplied here, which is for editorial purposes only.
The fancy little picture at the top of the article isn’t showing you the flow of happy fun time thoughts from Japan back in March of 2012, it’s showing you the flow of radiation from the Fukushima nuclear plant after the devastating earthquake and tsunami of 2011. Yes, that sharp pain you just felt in your chest is the sudden realization that the image shows the radiation reaching almost past Hawaii more than a year ago.

Do the math – If that radiation screamed across the Pacific Ocean that far in one year, just how far do you think it has gotten since then? Look at what World Truth TV is saying and then you decide.
Samples of milk taken across the United States have shown radiation at levels 2000 percent higher than EPA maximums. The reason that milk is so significant is that it is representative of the entire food supply. According to an article published on Natural News, “Cows consume grass and are exposed to the same elements as food crops and water supplies. In other words, when cows’ milk starts testing positive for high levels of radioactive elements, this is indicative of radioactive contamination of the entire food supply.”
The Food and Drug Administration and the Environmental Deception Protection Agency, instead of refusing to prohibit the sale of tainted foods and mandatory testing of foods produced and harvested from the Pacific Coast, have simply raised the “acceptable levels” of radioactive material in foods.
If that doesn’t scare the ever-living crap out of you, then take a look at the list of foods you are now supposed to be wary of, you know, for only the next 30,000 years.
How can we protect ourselves? First, be aware of what items are likely to be highly tainted.
1.) SEAFOOD: Question the origin of ALL seafood. Fish and crustaceans from the Pacific Ocean should all be considered to be poisoned with radiation.
2.) WATER: The rainfall and snowfall are all radiated. Do not drink any water that has not been filtered. The tap water that flows from your faucet has NOT been treated to rid it of radioactive particles. A recent report from the NY Times stated, “A rooftop water monitoring program managed by UC Berkeley’s Department of Nuclear Engineering detected substantial spikes in rain-borne iodine-131 during torrential downpours …
3.) DAIRY PRODUCTS: Milk and milk products from the West Coast states currently have the highest levels of radiation in North America.
4.) PRODUCE: Leafy Vegetables, Wines, Tomatoes, Strawberries….all produce from California or any other West Coast State are also likely to be tainted.
5.) MEAT: If an animal eats any leafy vegetable all along the West Coast, that animal has consumed radiation, and is poisoned. This is any animal from cows, pigs, goats, sheep to wild deer and other game.
If you eat the above foods from areas with high radiation levels, you are eating radiation and feeding it to your children. Slowly the radiation levels within your body will build up. This is PERMANENT.
Infant mortality rates across the United States have increased by more than 35% since the nuclear disaster, according to a court statement by Dr. Sherman with independent scientist Leuren Moret, MA, PhD. A study published in The International Journal of Medicine indicates that more than 20,000 deaths right here in North America can be directly attributed to the release of radioactive material from Fukushima.
Radioactive isotopes of the type released from Fukushima have a half-life of 30,000 years. This means that we must permanently change the way we prepare our food.

• Wash your food with soap and rinse it in filtered water.
• Be aware of the origins of your vegetables, fish, game and seafood.
• Keep abreast of radiation levels to help monitor where your food is acquired.
• Use only filtered water for drinking, cooking and ice.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but that one way trip to colonize Mars is looking pretty damn attractive right now, especially after watching this video that was compiled by German scientists displaying the likely dispersion of Cs-137 in the pacific ocean.
