When Lord James gave his historic speech in the House of Lords on February 16, 2012, the first stone for the winding up of the spider’s web of the Military Industrial Cabal and Zionist racketeering was cast. The Cabal went into damage limitation moves calling off complicit members of the establishment to block public escalation and investigation. By Lord James exposing the Federal Reserve’s fraudulent transfer of $15 trillion which they had unlawfully created and Laundered, (in three separate $5 trillion tranches) utilizing JP Morgan, HSBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland, what was lost in the shuffle was the fact that some obscure foreign corporation was the recipient of such a vast amount, which just so happened to match the US Government’s $16T debt total at the time. Coincidence with $15T? Grow up! Every Chancer takes that one step too far which cracks them open. A fast fix was needed to create the illusion of asset backed debt. Yohannes, be very assured, contrary to duplicitous and false propaganda Fed site reports, truly sought to fund a hospital and other Humanitarian projects as the real records show. Chris McCurdy hidden away as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York VP, directed the release of an FRB SWIFT wire MT760, as evidenced, to the Riyardi accredited beneficiary for the first project funding. It was then reneged on by FRB New York. As were others. All Fed issued! It will all open up across continents for you in stages. We hold such communications records and evidence they would die of fear if they realized the footprints on record if released.

When we challenged their clear issuance of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Johannes Riyardi FRB account MT760, deathly silence as they choked. Their hole deepened as we collected others. The problem for the Fed is the existence of these FRB transfers, as is the hard evidence of the numerous SWIFTs issued by them now in so many hands. Also as are copies of the TRUE Bank Indonesia / US Treasury / Federal Reserve Bank of New York Yohannes Riyardi contract, with the IMF and BI Directors present when it was committed. The original $500M cash transfer due to Mr. Riyardi as a signed contractual undertaking, was also diverted and STOLEN mid transfer. Where did it go? Who took it? They cheated him from day one. As per the genuine never before exposed real Riyardi / BI / Fed contract, under a US Treasury / BI / Fed Program Profit share he was lawfully entitled to share 50 /50% in, he has been so badly treated. They STOLE the lot! He sought only then to help the world and his country and to do what was right. Congress needs to DEMAND sight and investigate this travesty and help recover America with these funds. Saurin's role as a racketeering Fraud and Money Laundering Bagman for the US Federal Reserve Bank of New York, his unlawful protection by the criminal US Department of Justice, and the scale of abuse the Indonesian funds have been subjected to for half a century by US and associated Shysters, and various major US Political players up to and including US Presidents, enabled him to racketeer with complicit FRB NY support, protected from justice. They could have taken Saurin in years ago but they protect and run him. Why else is he still free? 

The $15T of the Pureheart, Fed scam is addressed. We are also evidencing historic FRB NY Riyardi accounts, which Pureheart had used, showing accrued Debts balances to $35T in 2006 to 2007. The TRUE amount now is vastly higher, but to protect America and Global stability, we will withhold the reality for Regulatory enforcement by a Non Cabal compromised Investigating Committee.

In addition, this foreign corporation identified, which their Attorney Marlon McCall had used as he approached Lord James, was Pureheart Investments, Ltd, an anonymous Swiss Trust, and which was also using Homeland Security’s bank clearance codes. These facts can be verified through their S.W.I.F.T. copies released. McCall advised all parties that Pureheart was a Homeland Security agency front for fundraising using creative Fiat money financing. McCall lives in Bangkok with no current US passport, his renewal blocked by Clinton to hide him out of sight from Investigators. McCall seeks Safe Passage, to be sprung, and will cooperate with a Guarantee of protection. Congress- You NEED him as a key Witness! 

McCall was the signatory for Pureheart because its Chairman General William Rosier was “compromised”. For sure, the first Security sweep on him for the Lords revealed it was the identity of a dead boy. Day of the Jackal, stay with us. So, who is Rosier really? Why did he need a dead boys ID? Will You Get Your Social Security Check if the U.S. Defaults?

CHICAGO, Oct 8 (Reuters) - 'President' Barack Obama warned last week that Social Security benefits might not go out "on time" if Congress does not raise the debt ceiling.  (Note: OK America - do you see the arm twisting that this rogue 'gov' is employing against you to force you to go with their NWO deadly program for you and all of America?)
Should seniors and disabled American really be worried about their benefits if the U.S. government runs out of borrowing capacity later this month?
The answer is yes - but only if the Obama administration insists on making Social Security a pawn in the debt ceiling battle. And that's a move it has no business making.
Social Security is a stand-alone program with its own dedicated revenue stream: Workers and employers pay a combined 12.4 percent of employees' payroll. It was designed to be a "pay as you go" program, with taxes on today's workers funding current payouts to retired and disabled workers and their dependents. Those funds can't be used for any thing other than benefits. (Note:  these funds are supposed to be in a separate trust, not touchable for any purpose but for SS payouts to seniors, but they were purposely co-mingled by the shysters and are spent by this 'gov' as a matter of course.)
Social Security currently has a surplus of $2.7 trillion.This year it is on track to take in $38.8 billion more inrevenue than it will pay out, according to the forecast of theprogram's trustees. These funds sit in something called theSocial Security Trust Fund (SSTF). (Note: reports form investigators prove that the funds are NOT in the SSTF.  Do your research on this.)
While SSTF funds can be used only for Social Security, the fund operates in a way that could leave it vulnerable in theevent of a government default.  (Note:  This is NOT our 'gov', and the funds have been pilfered for years.  These funds are spent on various expenditures as designated by the 'gov,' one being on illegals - non-citizens - who have no investment in the accumulation of the funds and no lawful rights to them.  Their receipt of funds is stealing from Americans.)
Every dollar of Social Security payroll tax revenue received by the U.S. Treasury Department is used to fund general operations. Treasury then turns around and issues special interest-bearing Treasury notes to the SSTF matching the amount of payroll taxes it has received (and spent). (Note: Remember, it is the private pirate banking cabal operating as the UST that is handling your funds, NOT the LAWFUL united States treasury.)
To fund benefit payments every month, the Social Security Administration redeems bonds from the SSTF with the shortes tmaturity, receiving principal plus interest. The 'government' finances Social Security redemptions by issuing new general-issue Treasury bonds. This is the nub of a key right-wing critique of Social Security - namely, that it's a Ponzi scheme, and that it has no real assets. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The reality: The SSTF actually is one of the largestcreditors of the U.S. Treasury - right up there with China andJapan, which together hold $2.4 trillion in Treasury debt. The system was designed this way to ensure that Social Security would be invested only in the world's - ahem - safest instrument: paper issued by the U.S. Treasury. (Note: Remember, it is not THE uST  - it is the UST - the ponzi scheme private banking cartel Federal Reserve Bank system that has shysted everyone on the planet - and has been shysting America's seniors for years. Instead of $600 to $1,200 month, seniors should be receiving at least $4,000 month.  WHY?  Because the bankster crooks put those funds on platforms and make trillions while paying you a token for the unlawful use of YOUR money.  STOP all the payouts to the illegals. They do NOT have the right to the use of your money, given to them by these shysters without your permission and thus STEALING from what YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING MONTHLY.)
The special-issue Treasury notes are backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government, and the system works fine when the Treasury has the power to issue debt to fund Social Security's bond redemptions. Even if the government hits the debt ceiling, there's a viable option for keeping Social Security benefits flowing without affecting the federal debt situation in any meaningful way. (Note: this is NOT our 'gov' - remember that - there is no 'full faith and credit' here - it is all a scam upon the American peoplel! WAKE UP!)
The Social Security trustees could exercise their right to cash in as many Social Security bonds as they need to make benefit payments for the foreseeable future. Every dollar of principal (but not interest) that the 'federal government' pays back to Social Security would reduce the government's total indebtedness, making room to borrow more from the general public to fund Social Security redemptions. The total amount of federal debt would be unchanged, and wouldn't reduce funds available for other government operations.
Social Security's managing trustee is Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew (Lew is a servant of the crooked balnking shysters - he does NOT look out for OUR benefit but THEIRS), so he actually has conflicting obligations here - toserve the president and protect the rights of Social Securitybeneficiaries. (So do the three other top government officialswho serve as trustees - the secretaries of Health and HumanServices, the Labor Department and the commissioner of theSocial Security Administration.)
Scaring seniors and disabled people might make for good politics, considering the huge stakes of the debt ceiling battle. That doesn't make it right.  (This tactic is akin to putting a gun to your head and telling you to 'like it or die.')
Last year, 56.7 million retired and disabled workers,spouses or children received Social Security retirement ordisability benefits. Many depend on the benefits to buy food andpay for rent and utilities.
One-third of today's seniors rely on Social Security for 90 percent or more of their income, according to the National Academy of Social Insurance. Two-thirds count on it for more than half their income.
Nancy Altman, co-director of the Strengthen Social Security advocacy coalition and an expert on Social Security law and history, argues that Lew and Obama have a duty to keep Social Security out of the fight.
"Social Security is different from paying a military contractor or food inspectors," Altman says. "Those things are paid from the general fund, where there's a deficit. Social Security is a real pension program backed by very substantial assets, and the president has an obligation to act as a fiduciary and protect that."  (Note: Remember bo's admin is NOT to protect ANYthing about America, but to destroy it.)

T - Bank people on high alert, on lock-down, told again it will be this evening. Last night they were given additional instructions and this morning they were told they were given additional instructions. The rates are still the same. There is a time tonight it's supposed to come out. The additional thing we learned last night - and I don't understand how it work - they're saying now because of the situation of our economy and what's happened for the past 10-11 years, anyone cashing in any of the currencies included in the GCR will have to sign an NDA that lasts for 10 years - at all the banks.

T - The reason behind it is very simple: they don't want the world to know. How they're going to keep it, I don't know. The NDA is 10-years or 10-years prison. They don't want panic in the streets, riots, etc. people who said it was a scam and lots of reasons behind it. I'm not going to tell you the specific reason - but it's not to protect you and me. Bank personnel were briefed on this last night and again this morning. I don't know if you can opt out and not sign. We're less than 24 hours to the news. What I don't think is that it gives the restrictions the group deal does. It's a simple NDA - no talking, no book deals, no interviews, etc.

T - I'm trying to get precise with you and give you the details of the info before you go in. What I'm told is that it includes even if you exchange 1 note. We're waiting and have been given the shortest window ever. It did go live this morning for 20-30 minutes at the teller screens prior to the bank opening. They know it's there in the system and doing what it's supposed to do.

C - My concern is that there will be so many people attempting to cash in, will I have time to exchange a note and set up an LLC, see my attorney, etc.? 

T - You can get your EIN instantly online. I don't know how long it will take people, but their goal is to have people start cashing out within 2 hours of the announcement. I was even told you will not be able to request a specific date for your appointment. It's locked into the system and you'll get the next opening as it comes up.

C - The reason I am bringing this up is that if you did not put it in an LLC you would have normal income, and if you transferred to a trust you would be able to get the capital gains that was changed. 

T - I don't know the tax implications. They are changing the tax laws. Those are questions you can start asking tax attorneys right now. Have a basic strategy in place now.

C - Regarding cashing in 1 note on the 1st visit and going in with the balance later, is that 2nd appt with a wealth manager? 

T - Yesterday they told me you will be assigned to a cash-in center based on your volume. They 're looking for individuals in setting up these appointments. They'll need your name, zip code and amount you hold. There is a time limit on the calls - 2 minutes. You'll have 15-20 minutes to CE, then make appts to meet with your wealth manager.

C - timeframe for RV is set, right? Have you been told a time you can't reveal? T - yes, and I can't tell it. The good news is that it's right now. Things are happening right now. The last word we got was "wish us luck."

C - You mentioned exchanging only 1 $25K note? 

T - Yes, what I've heard with WF is that you can cash only 1 note before the appointment. The significant thing is that you now have to sign an NDA that prohibits disclosing where your money came from. Everybody start thinking about how you're going to explain this. Only 10K have only $5M. Only 1,000 have above $50M. They will concentrate on those. As of this morning they don't expect most to have this in 2 years or less.

True story...not a pretty one, but I hope you get the point. An employee saw their employer put what was probably a few hundred dollars into his wallet one day. Employee's relative was having money difficulties, so they decided to rob the employer. For a few hundred dollars they murdered the man and his wife, then set their home on fire. 
We all need to learn to be wise and to be quiet. If anyone reading this has been one of those who just has to discuss his/her income with co-workers, friends and relatives...it is time now to stop! If you have to, put duct tape across your mouth, but be quiet!! The money from this investment can be dangerous if we do not use wisdom from day one!! Time for all of us to mature in this area. Don't mean to offend anyone, but please, if the shoe fits, WEAR IT!!

I used to work for one of the big three and still have friends that are managers in local branches and are regional managers. I was just told that all staff is required to be at work at 6 am on Thursday. They were also told the bank is bringing in extra security that will be around for the next week. All they were told was toexpect a major currency to be updated.

Though these folks are calling this an NDA, my guess is that it will be a security oath to the US Treasury Dept. Those agreements do have teeth, and a 10 year prison term for violation would be light treatment.

My advice would be to take the NDA seriously. You don't want to be the test case that winds up in a security prison for 10 years, and loses all his money to boot.

• Frank began with some bank stories from WF and Chase; it’s very quiet now with those that are doing the work of the RV/GCR, but there is excitement at the banks!

Banks are getting ready and the information is trickling down through the front lines, they are being more open that something is about to happen

• Western Union is another one of the latest companies going in to Iraq

• Banks are full of economic disaster and debt and they need to prepare and work to clear their books of their issues

• Oct 15 begins another Eid holiday, ending on Oct 19; interesting

• Last year the debt to Kuwait was $13 billion; Iraq made quarterly payments totaling $3 billion, and they are left with $10 billion owed, which in Frank’s opinion Iraq has already paid, it has not been reported yet in the media; the border land dispute with Kuwait is settled; the census in Iraq is settled, Kurdistan is happy

• I Team reported to Frank that Iraq has paid the 10 billion and I Team updated today that indeed the payment was made and it was at the new rate, but they will not reveal the rate until the AoP is ready

• In the USA, the UST is invoking an old law that allows the use of foreign currency to pay the national debt; O has been told what has been done and what is about to happen

• This law was enacted during the Depression in the 1930’s, and again in the 1970’s during the oil shortages and establishment of OPEC;

it was used again in the 1990’s when Jack Lew was on board in the Clinton administration to use the KWD;

this law is being brought back to life to resuscitate our economy; the national debt will not be wiped out overnight, it will be over a period of years

Frank brought in a guest with a bank story:

• The guest’s uncle banks at WF and is friends with some of the bank officers, especially one of the loan officers; her uncle bought VND and he was talking with this loan officer who knew nothing about the VND;

her uncle never mentioned the IQD;

the loan officer told her uncle that WF employees were told they are not allowed to buy currency;

yesterday her uncle went in to the bank and the loan officer asked what he knew about the dinar?

She said she’s been bombarded emails all day from WF HQ to watch out for counterfeit dinars and people trying to open new accounts with counterfeit dinar;

there was no mention that they will not exchange, no mention of it being a scam;

this lady does not have dinar, in fact WF employees have been told they cannot own dinar, if they do they will be fired;

with regard to the dinar and dong, the loan officer said they are waiting for a letter telling them to begin exchanging; as well,

 the guest has a connection to the 2nd highest non-elected person at the IRS, and the IRS contact said they also have been told they cannot buy foreign currency

• Frank has told us to have non-interest bearing accounts, and now he would like us to note “business commercial accounts;” he will talk more about this at a later date

• The US gov’t is hoarding gold; Frank asked the family to read up and study all we can on what the UST is doing with gold; it ties into the new $100 bill; look at the face of the new $100 bill and how it differs the current bill, the bill is telling us something

• With the GCR, we will not have a Cyprus-style cut, rather will feel it on any imported products – they will become much more costly with the devaluation of the USD, so our $ will not go as far, our spending power will decrease

• Frank told the Bible story of the widow’s mite; we have been brought to this investment to do good in this world, and to bless future generations; the widow gave all she had; be mindful of where this blessing comes from and be a proper steward

• There is more intel, but Frank is cooking it before bringing it to us

• Andy came on the call to let the family know there is a scam of people phoning and saying their computer is not working and they can fix it,

and when the people give their information, the caller requests payment, and if they are not paid they either change your password so you cannot get back in, or they crash the computer – beware of this scam,

if anyone calls offering to help fix computer, hang up on them! Do not talk with them!

• Frank ended the call with prayer, and Andy lifted the prayer with the shofar horn blast
