Congress to Probe Govt. Attacks on Homeowners, Businesses During Shutdown

As outrage and defiance against the Obama administration’s “shutdown” antics continue to escalate, lawmakers in Congress plan to investigate growing numbers of reports on the eviction of homeowners and the shuttering of businesses that sit on public lands. The uproar comes in the wake of media accounts and comments from public servants suggesting that the executive branch is trying to make the bogus “shutdown” — most of the federal government is still up and running — feel as painful as possible in an effort to extort taxpayer money to fund ObamaCare.    

All across the country, business owners and residents on “federal property” — in other words, land that taxpayers are supposed own — are reportedly being ordered by armed bureaucrats to get out until the supposed “shutdown” ends. From elderly homeowners near Lake Mead to businesses in North Carolina that do not cost taxpayers anything, the number of victims of the administration’s lawless efforts to make Americans submit to ObamaCare continues to grow. Citizens and their representatives, though, have had just about enough.      

In Congress, Republicans expressed outrage. “Many of these non-federally funded sites exist throughout the United States and operate with no staff or resources from the National Park Service,” said a statement issued by GOP lawmakers on the House Natural Resources Committee, who plan to investigate. “This is yet another example of the Obama administration attempting to make the government shutdown as painful as possible and forcing closures of private and nonprofit operators that did not happen during previous government shutdowns.”     

Spokesperson Mallory Micetich for Republicans on the committee confirmed to Fox News that lawmakers planned to investigate the schemes as part of a “widening probe into the National Park Service’s response to the partial government suspension.” According to Micetich, the committee is receiving “a lot of reports” about businesses being shut down, too, citing as one example a privately run inn along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.    

In a letter sent last week to National Park Service Director Jonathan Jarvis, who has been accused even by his own staff of trying to make the pseudo-shutdown “as difficult for people as we can,” committee leaders said the agency should keep all correspondence surrounding decisions about what to close down. The committee plans to investigate, among other issues, “the staff time and costs associated with the transport, erection, and maintenance of the barriers ... [and] the staff time and costs associated with patrolling and securing these sites prior to and during their closure.”

Separately, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is also demanding answers about the administration’s shenanigans. In a letter to the National Parks Service from Committee Chair Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Government Operations Subcommittee Chair John Mica (R, Fla.), the senior Republicans demanded to know by October 17 why the open-air World War II memorial (shown) and other monuments were needlessly barricaded during the partial shutdown — apparently at an additional cost to taxpayers.

“The Committee is concerned with NPS’s allocation of resources during this time of lapsed funding. Our concerns are heightened due to NPS’s suspicious decisions during the lead-up to the sequester,” the lawmakers explained. “This past spring the Committee uncovered evidence that NPS’s budgetary decisions were designed to intentionally cause the most disruption to the public in a time of reduced funding.... Specifically, the Committee received information that proposed budget adjustments submitted by an NPS official in the field to deal with sequestration impacts were rejected by NPS superiors in favor of cuts that would be more visible and disruptive.”

Many of the people and businesses targeted by the Obama administration’s shutdown antics have submitted, leaving their houses or shuttering their businesses after being ordered to do so under threat of arrest. One of the stories that has attracted the most attention thus far involves an elderly couple — 77-year-old Joyce Spencer and her husband Ralph, 80 — who own a lake-side cabin near Las Vegas. 

Despite owning the home since the 1970s, federal agents ordered them to leave. “Unfortunately overnight stays are not permitted until a budget is passed and the park can reopen,” park officials told KTNV in a statement. The couple is spending most of their time at the family ice cream store and with relatives until they can return, according to media reports. 

“I had to go to town today and buy Ralph undershirts and jeans because I forgot his pants,” Joyce Spencer told the local media outlet in comments that have since become national news, adding that it was a lot to handle for a senior citizen. “I had to be sure and get his walker and his scooter that he has to go in…. We're not hurt in any way except it might cost me if I have to go buy more pants.” The Spencers also said the house was their property and they should be allowed in regardless of whether or not there is a “shutdown.” 

Another local resident noted that they were not ordered to leave during the last shutdown, confirming once again that the administration is going out of its way — and squandering additional taxpayer resources — to make Americans suffer for demanding that their representatives in Congress refuse to fund the federal healthcare takeover. In all, some 60 families were reportedly kicked out of their houses.   

However, as bureaucrats keep pushing, some Americans are starting to fight back, too. ABC News, for example, labeled them “shut-down rebels.” Inspired by the World War II veterans who recently defied the administration’s effort to shut down their open-air memorial — they simply moved the barricades, or “Barrycades,” as they are being called to ridicule Obama’s antics. Increasing numbers of citizens are just saying “no” to the bullying and extortion tactics aimed at extracting taxpayer funds for ObamaCare.

In North Carolina, park officials ordered Bruce O'Connell to shut down his inn and restaurant because they sit on taxpayer-owned land, making many of his employees jobless and homeless at the same time. At first, O'Connell complied with the orders. But then, outraged, he changed his mind and decided to open up for business in defiance of the administration’s decrees. 

“I've witnessed first-hand the process getting more and more dysfunctional over the decades,” he told ABC, adding that his business would have paid $30,000 to the federal government for October — if it had been allowed to remain open. “I'd just reached my breaking point…. If not now, when; and if not me, who?” 

Federal bureaucrats, though, were not pleased with the defiance. So, they sent a swarm of armed functionaries to terrorize O'Connell and his elderly mother into submission. Over the weekend, exasperated, there was nothing left for the productive business owners to do but comply with the demands. However, in another act of defiance, O'Connell posted a message on Facebook letting people know what was going on and blasting the machinations. 

“We have ceased operations. I am furious all over again,” O'Connell wrote. “Rangers are guarding our parking lot 24/7 keeping visitors out. It is downright scary. What the heck is going on and how are we all allowing it? I call for action now. Enough is enough.” Supporters from around the world are sending e-mails urging him to “fight tyranny,” he told ABC. 

Meanwhile, in Philadelphia, City Tavern, which opened in 1773 and once served America’s Founding Fathers, has also been ordered shut by authorities because it is inside the Independence National Historical Park. Booked parties were cancelled, the restaurant could end up losing huge sums of money, and employees may even have to look for other work, according to news reports. 

The situation is similar in Virginia, where federal bureaucrats forced the non-profit Claude Moore Colonial Farm to shut down — despite the fact that it has paid its own way without taxpayer funds for more than three decades. “We have had to cancel every event at the Farm this week so we have already lost more than $15,000 in operating income because October is the busiest month of the year for us,” said Anna Eberly, the managing director, adding that while the government may be funded by everyone, the non-profit may have to close down if the costly federal antics continue.  

“The Farm may never reopen again if we cannot open soon because we don't have any other source of revenue except that which we earn for ourselves,” Eberly explained. “The staff has been here all week in spite of being threatened with arrest because we feel our cause is just and the Farm is worth protecting. And many of our volunteers are Federal employees that now have time on their hands. They could be here volunteering but are banned from the Farm. What an incredibly stupid waste of time and talent.”

According to figures cited by the Daily Caller, the Obama administration’s ham-handed decision to deploy federal agents to block off private businesses is costing the tourism industry more than $75 million per day. Homeowners on federal land are being hit hard, too. Despite the fact that the White House sits on federal land, it does not appear that the Obama family will be evicted during the supposed shutdown. Regular Americans who pay the government’s bills, however, apparently must be made to suffer until their representatives submit to the president’s demand to fund ObamaCare.

This weekend, October 11 – 13, Truckers Ride for the Constitution plan on driving into Washington, D.C. and shutting down the beltway (the I-495 loop which encircles D.C.) with their big rigs. Their Facebook page, really says it all…

The American people are sick and tired of the corruption that is destroying America! We therefore declare a GENERAL STRIKE on the weekend of October 11-13, 2013! Truck drivers will not haul freight! Americans can strike in solidarity with truck drivers!

Earl Conlon is a trucker from Georgia who is handling the logistics for the crusading truckers, and when asked about the purpose of the trip he had this to say:
"We are coming whether they like it or not. We're not asking for impeachment, we're asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office." Conlon cited the idea of a citizens grand jury – meaning a pool of jurors convened without court approval – as the mechanism for indicting the officials. "We want these people arrested, and we're coming in with the grand jury to do it," he said. "We are going to ask the law enforcement to uphold their constitutional oath and make these arrests. If they refuse to do it, by the power of the people of the United States and the people's grand jury, they don't want to do it, we will. ... We the people will find a way."
The truckers believe that there are quite a few politicians in Washington, D.C. who have failed to uphold their oath of office, and it’s time that these people had their day in court.
If their website is any indication, the Truckers will be showing up with quite a bit of support come Friday, October 11^th. The ride organizers say that over 3,000 truckers have RSVP’d their support, which means that the usually terrible traffic in D.C. will likely be monumentally bad come Friday rush hour. But no worries for those of you who have to commute through the mess that will be the Beltway Loop, the truckers have some great advice for you.
The truckers circling I-495 will keep the left lane open for emergency vehicles, Conlon said, but "everybody that doesn't have a supporter sticker on their window, good luck: Nobody in, nobody out." The trucks will be going the 55 mile-per-hour speed limit. D.C. commuters who wish to be allowed past the convoy must have "T2SDA" – an acronym for the event's original name, "Truckers to Shut Down America" – written on their vehicle, he said.
The truckers also have a message for Capitol City police. Just leave them alone, and it will all be over quickly. “If cops decide to give us a hard time, we're going to lock the brakes up, we're going to stop right there, we're going to be a three lane roadblock,” Conlon said.

Coincidentally, the Truckers event will be taking place on the same weekend that a group calling itself the Million Veterans March on the Memorials will be taking place. If both groups can muster up a healthy number of supporters, it may help wake up some ridiculously inattentive politicians. The American people have grown tired of the games being played with our money, our liberty, and our futures. D.C. can expect to see many more demonstrations like these if the politicians don’t get their heads out of the sand.

Earlier today, a lone bearded man took up the job of furloughed federal workers and mowed the lawn behind the Lincoln Memorial in stark defiance of the Obama administration’s efforts to make the shutdown as “difficult for people” as possible.

Chris Cox, the man pictured pushing the lawnmower above, told CBS DC his actions weren’t politically motivated, but meant as a symbol of respect for the veterans set to convene in the nation’s capital this upcoming weekend for the Million Vet March.

From CBS DC:

    “These are our memorials. Do they think that we’re just going to let them go to hell? No,” Cox exclusively told All-News 99.1 reporter John Domen. “If they shut down our memorials, we’re still going to take the trash out, we’re going to clean the windows, we’re going to cut the grass, we’re going to pull the weeds, we’re going to do the tree work.”

According to the Weekly Standard, “It’s unclear how much of the expansive lawn behind the memorial was mowed, but Park Police were alerted and three cruisers with multiple officers showed up.”

A Park Police public information officer said Cox “was asked to leave, and he complied.”

This type of civil disobedience has been carefully engineered by the Obama administration to lay the fiscal debate blame at the feet of Republicans who are trying to negotiate portions of the Obamacare law – which forces every American (at gunpoint) to obtain health insurance regardless of their state of health.

However, the president has ultimately ended up taking most of the heat for barricading national parks and memorials across the country.

Earlier this week, we reported how police arrested numerous Vietnam veterans during a vigil at the Vietnam Memorial Plaza in New York City where they met to protest the 12th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan.

We’ve also documented how the North Country Honor Flight executive director has asked a “significant number” of World War II Marine veterans to join in civil disobedience solidarity this weekend at the Iwo Jima Memorial and collectively express outrage over war memorial sites being blocked by feds.

The conduct of the National Park Service over the last week might be the biggest scandal of the Obama administration. This is an expansive claim, of course. Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the IRS, the NSA, the HHS mandate​—​this is an administration that has not lacked for appalling abuses of power. And we still have three years to go.

Even so, consider the actions of the National Park Service since the government shutdown began. People first noticed what the NPS was up to when the World War II Memorial on the National Mall was “closed.” Just to be clear, the memorial is an open plaza. There is nothing to operate. Sometimes there might be a ranger standing around. But he’s not collecting tickets or opening gates. Putting up barricades and posting guards to “close” the World War II Memorial takes more resources and manpower than “keeping it open.”

The closure of the World War II Memorial was just the start of the Park Service’s partisan assault on the citizenry. There’s a cute little historic site just outside of the capital in McLean, Virginia, called the Claude Moore Colonial Farm. They do historical reenactments, and once upon a time the National Park Service helped run the place. But in 1980, the NPS cut the farm out of its budget. A group of private citizens set up an endowment to take care of the farm’s expenses. Ever since, the site has operated independently through a combination of private donations and volunteer workers.

The Park Service told Claude Moore Colonial Farm to shut down.

The farm’s administrators appealed this directive​—​they explained that the Park Service doesn’t actuallydo anything for the historic site. The folks at the NPS were unmoved. And so, last week, the National Park Service found the scratch to send officers to the park to forcibly remove both volunteer workers and visitors.

Think about that for a minute. The Park Service, which is supposed to serve the public by administering parks, is now in the business of forcing parks they don’t administer to close. As Homer Simpson famously asked, did we lose a war?

We’re not done yet. The parking lot at Mount Vernon was closed by the NPS, too, even though the Park Service does not own Mount Vernon; it just controls access to the parking lots from the George Washington Parkway. At the Vietnam Memorial​—​which is just a wall you walk past​—​the NPS called in police to block access. But the pièce de résistance occurred in South Dakota. The Park Service wasn’t content just to close Mount Rushmore. No, they went the extra mile and put out orange cones to block the little scenic overlook areas on the roads near Mount Rushmore. You know, just to make sure no taxpayers could catch a glimpse of it.

It’s one thing for politicians to play shutdown theater. It’s another thing entirely for a civil bureaucracy entrusted with the privilege of caring for our national heritage to wage war against the citizenry on behalf of a political party.

This is how deep the politicization of Barack Obama’s administration goes. The Park Service falls under the Department of the Interior, and its director is a political appointee. Historically, the directorship has been nonpartisan and the service has functioned as a civil, not a political, unit. Before the current director, Jonathan Jarvis, was nominated by President Obama, he’d spent 30 years as a civil servant. But he has taken to his political duties with all the fervor of a third-tier hack from the DNC, marrying the disinterested contempt of a meter maid with the zeal of an ambitious party apparatchik.

It’s worth recalling that the Park Service has always been deeply ambivalent about the public which they’re charged with serving. In a 2005 Weekly Standard piece about the NPS’s plan to reconfigure the National Mall, Andrew Ferguson reported:

The Park Service’s ultimate desire was made public, indiscreetly, by John Parsons, associate regional park director for the mall. In 2000 Parsons told the Washington Post he hoped that eventually all unauthorized traffic, whether by foot or private car, would be moved off the mall. Visitors could park in distant satellite lots and be bused to nodal points, where they would be watered and fed, allowed to tour a monument, and then reboard a bus and head for another monument. “Just like at Disneyland,” Parsons told the Post. “Nobody drives through Disneyland. They’re not allowed. And we’ve got the better theme park.”

Yes, yes. They must protect America’s treasures from the ugly Americans. No surprise then that one park ranger explained to the Washington Times last week, “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can.”

“To make life as difficult for people as we can”​—​that would be an apt motto for the Obama worldview. And now even the misanthropes at the National Park Service have been yoked to his project. This is the clearest example yet of how the president understands the relationship between his government and the citizenry.

So the simple plan is to encourage everyone to use baking soda in any of these 51 applications. Besides showing kindness to aquatic life, we can also protect ourselves from the array of toxins in household cleaning products. Who Shut Down the Government?

Even when it comes to something as basic, and apparently as simple and straightforward, as the question of who shut down the federal government, there are diametrically opposite answers, depending on whether you talk to Democrats or to Republicans.

There is really nothing complicated about the facts. The Republican-controlled House of Representatives voted all the money required to keep all government activities going -- except for ObamaCare.

This is not a matter of opinion. You can check the Congressional Record.

As for the House of Representatives' right to grant or withhold money, that is not a matter of opinion either. You can check the Constitution of the United States. All spending bills must originate in the House of Representatives, which means that Congressmen there have a right to decide whether or not they want to spend money on a particular government activity.

Whether ObamaCare is good, bad or indifferent is a matter of opinion. But it is a matter of fact that members of the House of Representatives have a right to make spending decisions based on their opinion.

ObamaCare is indeed "the law of the land," as its supporters keep saying, and the Supreme Court has upheld its Constitutionality.

But the whole point of having a division of powers within the federal government is that each branch can decide independently what it wants to do or not do, regardless of what the other branches do, when exercising the powers specifically granted to that branch by the Constitution.

The hundreds of thousands of government workers who have been laid off are not idle because the House of Representatives did not vote enough money to pay their salaries or the other expenses of their agencies -- unless they are in an agency that would administer ObamaCare.

Since we cannot read minds, we cannot say who -- if anybody -- "wants to shut down the government." But we do know who had the option to keep the government running and chose not to. The money voted by the House of Representatives covered everything that the government does, except for ObamaCare.

The Senate chose not to vote to authorize that money to be spent, because it did not include money for ObamaCare. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says that he wants a "clean" bill from the House of Representatives, and some in the media keep repeating the word "clean" like a mantra. But what is unclean about not giving Harry Reid everything he wants?

If Senator Reid and President Obama refuse to accept the money required to run the government, because it leaves out the money they want to run ObamaCare, that is their right. But that is also their responsibility.

You cannot blame other people for not giving you everything you want. And it is a fraud to blame them when you refuse to use the money they did vote, even when it is ample to pay for everything else in the government.

When Barack Obama keeps claiming that it is some new outrage for those who control the money to try to change government policy by granting or withholding money, that is simply a bald-faced lie. You can check the history of other examples of "legislation by appropriation" as it used to be called.

Whether legislation by appropriation is a good idea or a bad idea is a matter of opinion. But whether it is both legal and not unprecedented is a matter of fact.

Perhaps the biggest of the big lies is that the government will not be able to pay what it owes on the national debt, creating a danger of default. Tax money keeps coming into the Treasury during the shutdown, and it vastly exceeds the interest that has to be paid on the national debt.

Even if the debt ceiling is not lifted, that only means that government is not allowed to run up new debt. But that does not mean that it is unable to pay the interest on existing debt.

None of this is rocket science. But unless the Republicans get their side of the story out -- and articulation has never been their strong suit -- the lies will win. More important, the whole country will lose.

A truly grim “urgent action bulletin” issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) earlier today states that the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) has received word from “highly placed” sources within the Pentagon that President Barack Obama this past week cancelled his trip to Asia and has retreated with many of his top aides to the mysterious and newly built White House bunker in preparation for what many in the world’s intelligence agencies are calling the “Big Event.”

Important to note are that these GRU sources were notified by their Pentagon counterparts last week that Obama was preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection” thus allowing him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and invoke the highly controversial “continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, in essence, to rule with dictatorial powers.

Equally important to note, this MoFA bulletin says, is that the mysterious White Bunker was completed last September (2012) at a cost of $86 million (US) and had taken over two years to complete and whose purpose remains clouded in secrecy.

Critical to note, this bulletin says, is that Obama quietly last month extended the post-9/11 Declaration of National Emergency thus giving him the power to take over America should he so choose.

Joining Obama in his plan to take over United States, this bulletin continues, are his journalist cohorts (otherwise known as “presstitutes”) who now include America’s top conservative reporters who were summoned yesterday to a secret “off-record” White House meeting with the President.

To what end Obama is ordering his propaganda media allies to prepare the American people for, this bulletin further states, can be gleaned from their recent reporting which includes:

1.) Former US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Paul Craig Roberts who is advocating that Obama declare a National Emergency and rule as dictator.
2.) US Congress member Sheila Jackson Lee who is advocating that Obama declare Martial Law.
3.) New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman who is advocating that the American people stand with Obama as democracy itself is at stake.

4.) New York Times guest columnist and professor of history at Princeton University Sean Wilentz warning that the Obama regime has neglected to do its utmost to defend the Constitution punish Republicans he said have brought their country to ruin.
5.) Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Krugman advocating that Obama create a Constitutional crisis in order to defy Republican blackmailers.

Of the greatest danger facing the American people, MoFA historical analysts in this bulleting say, is Obama becoming a modern day Abraham Lincoln, who was the 16th President of The United States and who engineered its 1861-1865 Civil War.
Like Obama, Lincoln was elected during one of the most divisive periods of American history with the issue then being over the rights of the individual States versus the central federal government in regards to slavery.

Lincoln, who had proclaimed prior to his becoming President that “eliminating every last black person from American soil would be “a glorious consummation,” and who in his First Inaugural Address stated “I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so,” nevertheless forced his nation into civil war and became the first leader of the United States to suspend its Constitution and rule with dictatorial powers.

Today many Lincoln scholars and Obama supporters, reports the Canadian Free Press, say that Lincoln saved the Constitution by suspending constitutional liberty in the North for the entire duration of his administration. He supposedly “had to destroy constitutional liberty in order to save it.”

Lincoln further regarded the US Constitution as an unnecessary impediment to his political ambitions by exhibiting his total disregard for the law of the land (the law of America’s founders) by launching a military invasion against the South without the consent of the US Congress.

Lincoln suspended habeas corpus and imprisoned thousands without trial for opposing his political policies, censored communications and even imprisoned numerous publishers of newspapers who wrote in opposition of his tactics, confiscated firearms, and as this article warns: “Is any of this beginning to sound familiar?”

So today, this bulletin continues, Obama has become the first President in American history to declare he will not negotiate with his equal counterparts in the US Congress, has ordered Federal workers to “make life as difficult for people as we can,” has suspended all oversight of his massive NSA spying apparatus, has the most terrible and feared secret police force since the Cold War, and controls over 120,000 armed Federal agents he can unleash upon his people at a moments notice and that has been described as “equally as powerful as the US military”.

And in its summation, this bulletin warns, with Obama now “secure in his bunker,” threatening priests with arrest if they minister to US soldiers, and US banks stuffing ATMs with 20-30% more cash in case of panicked withdrawals, these GRU warnings of a “Big Event” soon to occur in the United States cannot be dismissed as they may, in fact, point to a complete overturning of America in the coming weeks.

     I have the impression that the Lord is using me to set up an agricultural revolution in America and throughout the world. Just got contacted from Istanbul, Turkey from an agricultural researcher there shortly going to Central America and heading up a large experimental farm there with a large crew, etc. This agricultural researcher read my report "Building Mega Farms On Wasteland" and being very impressed with it asked if I would give suggestions for this experimental farm to be set up in Central America. I said I would be glad to help! 

     Author and farmer Joel Salatin has reviewed world food statistics and asked the question, "...how long until a total global food system collapse?" He urges fast action before we find out that we have reached peak food production and after that it is a deadly decline in food production until we crash in food production in the world. It seems somehow startling being raised by my father who invented the world food process the Vatican had endorsed as potentially being the most important news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could potentially end starvation and malnutrition in the world. This gave me the background to know what would be the right answers to save agriculture in America and the world. I was exposed to many research projects on agriculture and health due to my father that never got taught in the universities. I know the answers that decide whether the human race lives or else goes extinct like the dinosaurs did on earth.   

     Wash., D.C. has fought me in the past to try and block me from bringing out the answers that will save the human race from pending biological collapse and extinction as predicted by I think it was over 1,300 medical labs across the world raising alarm over the evidence for the pending biological sterilization and collapse of the entire human race on earth. As Joel Salatin commented, "We could take dramatic corrective action to avert an agricultural crisis but it would have to start today." My Mega Farm agricultural system described in my report which went all over America and abroad is the answer in agriculture needed by America and the world. If you get enough of the right nutrition as God intended, then mankind will not perish soon! And the super health bread made by my father's Vatican endorsed food process is the promised bread of Exodus 23:25 quoted at the end of this report.

     Know me personally and you know how I was able to pull together an agricultural system of proven tactics but not taken seriously enough by the world as of yet. I descend from two of the top inventive geniuses of America and neither of which studied in engineering schools. A talent for inventing runs in the family. It is apparently hereditary. I did study with an engineering school at an accelerated rate which they approved for me and think like an engineer towards agriculture. I pull together the scientific answers that work in agriculture and turn them into a unified engineering system for agriculture. I invented systems of logic to use in engineering to make it the base to invent what you wanted for society and needed by national economics. My report on one of my key systems of logic which technical brains across America liked was "Stacking" which is the method I used to come up with this Mega Farm concept of agriculture for the future of mankind on earth.

     Charles Kettering, one-time Director of Research and Development for General Motors, later President of General Motors, and rated one of the most brilliant inventive geniuses in American history, once reviewed 920 of my inventive concepts I came up with in a 2 week period. He wrote back that he rated me to be the most original inventive genius that he had ever seen in American history and whether I knew it or not in my 920 inventive concepts I had independently duplicated the top secret guidance system for American ICBM's which in that day no one knew how these guidance systems worked.

     Separately, when working with the most brilliant defense engineer of America in 25 years of the Cold War and never wrong in engineering in 25 years in top secret projects, he said he rated me to be the new Thomas Edison of America in inventive genius and the most unorthodox but sound engineering brain that he had ever worked with in his life. And he was fascinated by my systems of logic how to use engineering to invent with. He said that he had never been taught such systems of logic in engineering school, but understood them and thought them extremely clever in engineering. But he told me that he had one secret formula that he had used which always delivered him success in engineering. I told him that by amazing coincidence that I had for years the same formula and it cracked tough challenges in logic in engineering. He and I shared a common secret of engineering logic other engineers did not know. He and I became best friends while working on completing the top Nazi ultimate weapon system hidden from Allied and Soviet intelligence at the end of World War II. We would not turn this ultimate weapon system over to Wash., D.C. as a nutcase like Obama in the White House would try to potentially conquer the world with this if he had this and we wanted this only for defense of America and not attempted conquest of the world. I cracked the secret of a secret Nazi scientific clique in exile and got the original Nazi ultimate weapon design and technology from them and they never knew that I got it. I nicknamed it "The Wrath Of God" as it was enormously better than anything offered by ABC technology of those days standing for Atomic, Biological, and Chemical Warfare. Having spent eleven calendar years in military academies, I appreciated good quality military technology and this also gave me the background to be good at military intelligence on top of that.

     If Wash., D.C. had believed in freedom in law, I would already had supplied America from several hundred up to 2,000 new national industries for America, but Wash., D.C. loves corruption too much and America too little to have allowed America to skyrocket maybe 500 years ahead in economic growth and with lightning growth at that. What no economist had ever done before, I redesigned the use of engineering to serve the economic goals of America or any other nation on earth. As Thomas Edison once commented, his inventions served the economic needs of the nation and made the economy grow faster.

     If my Omni Law is passed in America, I will build the "Wrath of God" for America. This will be controlled by a panel I will appoint so it is available for defense but not for military offense to try to conquer the world with. Right now several foreign nations have studied plans how they can later conquer or else annihilate America. Once this weapon system is built, all dreams of conquering or annihilating America will be forgotten by all nations on earth. America is scheduled to later be annihilated in a pending world war. This will alter the direction of America to survival rather than annihilation. If the military let Obama become dictator of America, I will never deliver this weapon system over for the defense of America. Like Albert Einstein who knew how to build the atomic bomb but would not show Hitler how to do it so he could conquer the world, I also have ethics in science and engineering and will not deliver such technology to a totally evil person as I know Obama is like Hitler was. I will comment that Hitler was a brilliant evil enemy of America. Obama is cunning but lacks the brilliant brains in several fields like Hitler did. If Obama is allowed to take over America as he is scheming to do, this can well be the end of America as a nation and the entire world can collapse with Obama taking over as that boy is very stupid in a lot of key fields a good leader must understand correctly and he does not understand but thinks that he does!

     Because I was good at military intelligence, I cracked the top economic secret how Nazi Germany successfully armed years ahead of schedule and nearly conquered the world. I never expected this but located the exile German captain of Hitler's personal bodyguard at his mountain retreat and once in an idle moment, Hitler boasted to him of the great economic secret of Nazi Germany and it was codenamed "The Inverted Inflation." When the German captain's testimony confirmed that I had successfully cracked the top economic secret of Nazi Germany, this gave me enormous prestige with economists and I got to study with six of the top economists of America and Europe including the German economist personally endorsed by Albert Einstein to be teaching the only true economic science in the 20th century. I know the answers that will skyrocket the American economy through free enterprise, but I will not back evil Wash., D.C. today. David of Israel was according to God-approved referendum made the elected leader (king in this case) of the 10 Tribes of Israel as reported on in the Old Testament. And Bishop Irenaeus, the archchampion of Apostolic Christianity, around 170 A.D. wrote that God gave to all mankind the God-given right to decide the leadership and form of government they wanted for their race and nation. And the ratification of the U.S. Constitution was a form of referendum but submitted through the states to vote the will of the people of the state for or against the ratification of the U.S. Constitution to be the national law and government for the United States of America.

     I allow myself more freedom to think than churches allow, schools allow, political parties allow, etc. To give a brief example showing I always pursue the truth as the truth makes you powerful whether in science, engineering, political science, military, economics, etc., I do not let "politically correct" standards govern me in any way. I once visited the headquarters for B'nai B'rith in Wash., D.C. and they had a library of Jewish books there then. I looked at one book that caught my attention and it was on Jewish birth control methods back 2,000 years ago in Palestine. Back then, the idea was not to not have children, but have them responsibly so you could afford to support them right as your children. I never saw Jesus Christ condemn this policy of the Jews, so the responsible birth control of having children as you could afford to support them had no apparent opposition from Jesus Christ then. I do not recall seeing abortion listed as among these methods of birth control, but primitive methods to prevent conception when not planned for yet in marriage. In Africa, one nation where the women traditionally had up to 9 children each was apparently driven into civil war with the economic collapse this population explosion pushed that nation into where one tribe fought another and tried so hard to commit mass genocide of the rival tribe. I noticed that a book on Bishop Fulton J. Sheen showed that the Catholic position against birth control was not as absolute as generally believed and within reason was not exactly encouraged but morally not condemned either under certain Catholic positions.

       As an economist, I judge that Russia will cease to exist as a nation if Russia does not encourage a higher birth rate in Russia. Also, it would be smart to not allow abortion when the survival of Russia hangs in the balance whether her population will start growing or else shrink until Russia shrinks and ceases to exist as a nation. Abortion existed in the  Roman Empire in the early days of Christianity there and they clearly condemned as murder of the unborn abortion by drugs which the Roman Empire knew how to do.  I do not consider abortion to be morally in the class of birth control but morally murder according to the standards of the Bible as early Christianity taught. I sometimes tell the truth where others are scared to death to state the truth. Peer pressure does not control my thinking but respect and loyalty to the truth when possible to find it. Like modern Americans, Pontius Pilate asked of Jesus, "What is truth?" Too many corrupted Americans today may answer whatever lie we want it to be is our declared truth!

     A pastor or priest carries weight with me or does not depending on his character, not especially due to the church he represents. I saw three Catholic priests I did not respect because they did contrary to what a priest of Jesus Christ should do, preach, or stand for publicly as a priest. I saw a Father Lenk of the Roman Catholic Church who stood for early Apostolic Christian values and worked with local youth. I had enormous respect for him as he was obviously a serious servant of Jesus Christ. I had considerable respect for a Father Kuhn whose honest and intelligent stands on Christian issues and values were born from Christian integrity and not compromises with the world. And a St. Padre Pio of San Foggia, Italy sort of overwhelmed me who was alive when I was in military school. He was a Catholic priest and hermit-monk, extreme dedication to Christianity, probably daily Miracles of God surrounded him all his life, bore the wounds of Christ on his body for 50 years and disappeared when he died. I had heard of him and wrote him a letter from military school with an innocent looking front to the letter. I gave a challenge to Jesus Christ that if he was truly a servant of Jesus all the way, send me a statement that I would not indicate by my letter and answer a large question how I should help Christianity in the future and if I should. He sent back by letter the large statement I required that he had to know by supernatural knowledge as I gave no clue in my letter for him to say this and the answer to my question I wanted from Jesus Christ and not from ordinary man. I got the large statement and the confirmation I sought. What Padre Pio confirmed was also later confirmed by several other very holy Christian sources both Catholic, Protestant, and one from a Jewish woman turned Christian and known for her Miracles of God and revelation of supernatural knowledge of the secrets of others. All said the same thing is why I am here today and writing such as this report. I am here to restore the true love of Christianity early Christianity had and so much of Christianity lacks today having been corrupted and brainwashed into standards of the world rather than those of early Apostolic Christianity. They claimed I was blessed by God with powerful talents and knowledge so I could restore Christianity to the leadership of America and as much of the world as wants God to rule them rather than evil man on earth. And several indicated that America is in a terrible jam with God and needs to straighten up as a nation loyal to God again or else force God to bring judgment to America and that could be horrible beyond human imagination if that happens. It sort of sounded like the churches were so seduced by worldly desires and cares, God would have to use the "least of the least" as I called myself in prayers to restore real moral values to America and loyalty to God once more. I am a natural born fighter. They apparently think that retreat is better than fight for the heart, soul, and mind of America and just leave the enemy to fight to win over the American people to evil and religious compromise or else total surrender to evil.  

     One book recently written said that the American people had been so brainwashed by the educational system of America to hold in contempt any real Christian leadership in America that this made Christianity very weak and at this time incapable of restoring America to being a moral nation again before God. But like Joseph blessed with powerful worldly talents by God, even pagan Pharoah of Egypt wanted him as his right hand to run the government for him and save Egypt from pending famine to hit Egypt after 7 years hence! God stacked the cards and I hold the key answers that America needs for survival! Once the Omni Law is passed which I understand that God strongly approves of, then I can bring the blessings of God to America and others wanting these blessings across the world. God has the right answers! I am just the messenger boy who God saw that I got the right answers for you!
