Vatican introduces Law XVIII on transparency, supervision and information

The Pontifical Commission for Vatican City has introduced a new law as a further clampdown on the financial system. The new law gives greater powers to the Financial Information Authority and the Governorate

Yesterday, the Holy See Press Office introduced Law XVIII of Vatican City State (8 October 2013), regarding transparency, supervision and information in the field of finance, in accordance with the Motu Proprio issued by Pope Francis on 8 August 2013. The law reinforces the supervisory powers of the Financial Information Authority (AIF) and consolidates the “function of prudential supervision” entrusted to it.

Law No. XVIII is in continuity with the anti-money laundering laws introduced through Law 127 on 30 December 2010 and “strengthens the current internal system for the prevention and countering of money laundering and the financing of terrorism in conformity with international guidelines and, in particular, the Recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and relevant European Union sources.”

“Law No. XVIII consolidates the existing discipline in matters of: Measures to prevent and counter money laundering and the financing of terrorism; Vigilance and regulation of the bodies carrying out professional activities of a financial nature;Collaboration and exchange of information by the Financial Information Authority internally and at an international level;Measures against individuals who threaten peace and international security; Declarations of cross-border transportation of cash.”

Crucially, Law No. XVIII “clarifies and consolidates the functions, powers and responsibilities of the Financial Information Authority in the exercise of its functions of supervision and regulation in the prevention and countering of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, in its function of informing in financial matters, and, as established by Pope Francis in his Motu Proprio of 8 August 2013, the function of prudential supervision.”

“The new law – in conjunction with recent legislation in matters of substantive and procedural penal law and in matters of administrative sanctions, as well as Pope Francis’ Motu Proprio of 11 July 2013 on penal jurisdiction – constitutes a further important step in the direction of transparency and supervision of activities of a financial nature and a contribution to the stability and integrity of the sector at a global level.” Law XVIII refers to, integrates and modifies certain sections of Law 127 introduced in December 2010 and came into force yesterday.

Commemorative coins exist for selling to collections, but that is not why the lobbyists fought for this one. Good morning everyone. The good news is that the process is indeed completed!! The bad news is that we won't see it today. The plan at this moment is to bring it out late Sunday or on Monday, if the announcement about the debt ceiling is made public. Again, the process is completed, yes some were paid again last night (right after 5pm and again late in the night) and again there is nothing we can do about it except wait for our turn. Bank personnel are not working today and are not scheduled for tomorrow. IT IS STILL GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!! Now let me tell you about the text service. We had 20,000 people sign up for our service. The problem was people kept contacting the companies customer service to see if they were signed up and to ask other questions. We clearly asked everyone not to do this. They gave us several chances and finally said that they were not being paid enough to have our customers constantly calling them....they had reached their limit with this issue, (thus we had exceeded ours). So we went to sign up with another service in hope of this time clearly getting the message to you guys not to call the text service company, but to follow the instructions. What we didn't know is that they own this company too. We immediately ran into the same problem, when some of you signed up, you feel that you must call the company. So that didn't last too long. Our other dilemma is this, since we were once again trying to provide you with a free service and all we did was ask you to reinput your information some of the other sites or blogs continue with their pettiness. They are telling you that we are gathering names to sell or some other BS. 30M and A2 were members that we thought no longer belong on this site and now they are showing you why. No one person or group will control this site period... Bottom line is this, I now have setup a new service that will send out text and emails. It is the service that I will be using on the new site after the RV. To tell you the truth I don't know if it is worth activating now. By not activating now I could relieve you of some of the drama and insure that only the final group gets to sign up for what we will be doing after. This means you wouldn't get the RV alert from me, but we would have the call. On the other hand I could activate it now and have everyone resign when we change the site over. Most will be released and reparations for unlawful detainment is being considered for those cases that would not have been criminal under Constitutional or Common Law.

The guys in khaki or gray shirts and black ties are Navy officers or chiefs. The rest are Army or Marine. How young they all were to do what they did.

This guy really captured a moment in history!  This is a super video of a time past - we need to remember and be THANKFUL.

What a simple solution...but WHY STOP THERE?? The Fed also owns $1.3 Trillion of Mortgage Backed Securities which they have been buying from the big banks with all that QE spending.

WHY NOT CANCEL ALL THAT DEBT AS WELL?  

Let the People off the hook for once instead of just the Government and the Banksters. It would be a huge help for the economy as people would have money to spend and not have to keep paying their mortgages. They would own their homes free and clear creating a huge wealth effect!

While we're at it...how about doing the same with the mortgages held by those huge banks that the people were forced to bail out too?! They only survived because of OUR BAILOUT MONEY so why not?

The root of this problem is that MONEY is no longer tangible. It is flawed. It can be created from thin air and erased just as easily!

IF the Fed cancels the US Treasury Debt the entire system would come under scrutiny and the Ponzi Scheme would fail rapidly.

So I say LET IT HAPPEN! The Fed should cancel all US Debt on their balance sheet and it will force a Global Debt Jubilee!!!

‘Truckers for the Constitution’ Deliver Their List of Demands — Which Includes Language About Obama’s Alleged ‘Forgeries’

“Truckers for the Constitution” organizer Zeeda Andrews on Friday circulated a list of demands that will supposedly be delivered to Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert.

Among them are suggestions that “Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama,” is a fake president because “his documents” are “forgeries.”

From the document:

From 2003 to 2008, several members of Congress introduced legislation, attempting to change Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution on eight separate occasions to make it possible for Barack Obama to meet the eligibility requirements for the office of president. Of which, a legal investigation has proven that his documents provided are forgeries, which is a felony offense.

The document goes on to state that the president, “with the help of corrupt politicians, and individuals in authoritative positions” is trying to destroy constitutional rights.

“Today, we again face another day in which we must declare our freedom, from yet another tyrannical, abusive form of government,” it reads. ”We are here, to send a resounding affirmation. We are here, to breathe life back into our Constitution. We are here, to declare our independence.”

The document also includes criticisms of National Defense Authorization Act, the Affordable Care Act, the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration. It also accuses the White House of violating the War Powers Act.

Here’s what it has to say about the Department of Homeland Security:

The Department of Homeland Security is a non-military security force, which is violating the Constitution by using tax money to build a standing army, on American soil, training to engage with the American People.

And here’s what it has to say about the War Powers Act:

They have illegally put our military in a “War Zone” where they currently, guard opium productions and transport, police the people of other countries based on US law, they get authorization for military action from the United Nations Security Counsel [sic], which is High Treason, and they are exposing, and administering experimental, psychotropic, mind altering drugs for control over soldiers during secret, clandestine operations.

As of early Friday afternoon, the trucker group had not yet arrived in Washington, D.C. to deliver its list of demand to Gohmert.

They were also supposed to meet with members of Congress at the World War II Memorial, but apparently missed their opportunity due to traffic.

A shocking new Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Barack Obama, while in a rage, ousted four of the United States top ranking military officers after they refused to detonate a nuclear device “in/near” Charleston, South Carolina this past week and, instead, exploded it off the Atlantic Coast.

According to this report, Strategic Missile Forces Command (SMF) notified both President Putin and the General Staff this past Tuesday (8 October) that at 01:58:11 GMT/UTC an atomic device was exploded in the seabed off the US Atlantic Ocean, barely 1,000 km (620 miles) from Charleston, causing a 4.5 magnitude earthquake measurement that SMF experts equate to being a 1-kiloton yield, which is equal to the power of 1,000 tons of TNT.

This report notes that SMF experts are able in differentiate an earthquake from an atomic blast in that in the former the ground starts shaking slowly as plates slide against each other, and then the seismic activity slow picks up as the ground really starts to move. In an atomic explosion scenario, however, the initial blast is extremely powerful, and the subsequent shaking of the ground grows progressively less severe as was the case with the 8 October blast.

The particular atomic device used, this report continues, was a B61-11 Nuclear Bomb Low-Yield Earth-Penetrating Nuclear Weapon, otherwise known as a “mini nuke” which was deployed by the Clinton administration in the post-Cold-War era, but had been rejected for deployment by Presidents Carter, Reagan, and Bush.

The B61-11 can penetrate and detonate below the earth’s surface, creating a massive shock wave capable of destroying underground targets. In tests the bomb penetrates only 20 feet into dry earth, even when dropped from altitudes above 40,000 feet. But even this shallow penetration before detonation allows a much higher proportion of the explosion to transfer into ground shock relative to a surface burst.

Critical to note, this report says, are that many warnings to this atomic blast were given prior it 8 October, including to the highly influential Infowars.com website who on 3 September reported:

“A high level source inside the military has now confirmed to us that Dyess Air Force base is actively moving nuclear warheads to the East Coast of the United States in a secret transfer that has no paper trail.

According to the high level military source, who has a strong record of continually being proven correct in deep military activity, the Dyess Air Force Commander authorized unknown parties to transfer the nuclear warheads to an unknown location that has been reported to be South Carolina, where the warheads will then be picked up and potentially utilized.”

Many other reports of an impending “event” engineered by the Obama regime to cause chaos in the United States we had, likewise, reported on in our reports Pentagon Warns To Expect “Radical” Change In US Government Soon and Obama Retreats To Secret Bunker As “Big Event” Draws Near.

In the aftermath of the Obama regimes failed false flag nuclear attack on Charleston, GRU analysts in this report say, was the Presidents unprecedented ousting of Americans top two military nuclear commanders, US Navy Vice Admiral Tim Giardina and US Air Force Major General Michael Carey, and two of the US Marines top officers, MajorGeneral Charles M. Gurganus and Major General Gregg A. Sturdevant.

Admiral Giardina and General Carey, this report says, were ousted by Obama due to their being the officers responsible for leaking the information about this impending nuclear attack on Charleston to Generals Gurganus and Sturdevant, who in turn began leaking this information to various global intelligence sources, including Infowars.com and France’s highly respected dedefensa.org.

While Admiral Giardina and General Carey were the first to note Obama’s transferring of nuclear weapons to Charleston outside of the normal chain of command, GRU experts say in this report, Generals Gurganus and Sturdevant were tasked with leading US Marine troops from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina to begin the implementation of martial law after this false flag attack had taken place.

Equally important to note, this report continues, is that a further warning of this Obama regime false flag attack on Charleston was given this past August by South Dakota Senator Sheldon R. Songstad who warned of the unprecedented actions being taken in FEMA Region III (which includes Washington D.C.) in preparation for it, and included:

“Nine-week training course for UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn Urban Warfare, English, and US weapons systems beginning 4th week of July for 386,000 troops to be completed by October 1st;

$11 million in antibiotics to be delivered to FEMA region III by October 1st ordered by CDC;

FEMA purchase orders for over $14.2 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Region III by October 1st;

FEMA purchase orders for 22 million pouches of emergency water to be delivered to region III by October 1st;

FEMA purchase orders for $13.6 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Austin by October 1st;

2800 MRAPs must be delivered to DHS by October 1st”

US Senator Lindsay Graham further warned South Carolinians about the threat of a “terrorist nuclear attack” on the same day that Infowars.com warned that high level military intel revealed to them that nuclear warheads were being shipped to South Carolina from a major Texas airforce base under an “off the record” black ops transfer.

While the predictable US propaganda media organs loyal to Obama have reported that these military officers firings were due to incompetence, gambling issues, and (maybe) alcoholism, this GRU report notes that these “pathetic excuses” are to beyond belief to give credence to as these four distinguished officers were “beyond reproach” and held the highest security clearances anyone could hold in the United States.

Even though this report doesn’t speculate on what Obama’s next move will be after his failure to nuke Charleston, it does grimly note that the former Presidential candidate and US Congressman Ron Paul has added his voice this week to those warning the American people of an impending state of martial law and economic collapse being engineered around them.

EBT - FOOD STAMPS NOT WORKING? ---- we have a bad thing happening in the state of maine right now.

as of a phone call  this after noon from central maine.  

i was  informed that the EBT food stamp cards are not going thru on the stores pc;s.  so i called my local store  120 miles from this source and they confirmed that the cards do not workl. so they called the state of maine. and said ,yes they are shut off.  gave no reason or warning to any one.  so  , either no funding, or pc glitch. or what hv u.  ppl are going to get pissed and desperate soon. real soon. any other state have this happening??  thank u. let ppl know./   sincerly

ps.  maybe the whole country is shut off???
