Planetary Situation Update: Etheric Plane

  
There is a massive clearing of the etheric plane in progress in the last few months and it was accelerated even further after the successful activation of the Peace Portal on August 25th. As a direct result of that, all implant hemispheres have been removed on September 8th.

 

I will describe in detail what remains to be cleared.

 

There is still a very small group of main etheric Archons which continues to exert control on the reincarnation process and still continues to trigger weak spots of incarnated humans through their remote control operated etheric scalar implant technology. 
 

There are three implants in the etheric body auric field of each incarnated human. They are small etheric black holes which are put into a rotating etheric scalar electromagnetic field with a rotational frequency of 6.666 Hz. This is a resonant frequency which tends to suppress human emotions and free will initiative.

Two implants in the frontal lobe of the etheric brain compromise free will / decision making process and tend to block individual connection with the Source. This is done done with rotating electromagnetic scalar chambers around the two implants, enhanced with etheric ultrasound scalar waves. The purpose of the ultrasound scalar waves is to scan the etheric brain of the individual and deduct many of his thought processes through fuzzy logic computer program. Also, it can immediately detect any kind of positive ET contact with that individual and then it promptly triggers protocols to shut that contact down. 
 

One implant at the etheric solar plexus membrane suppresses emotions and sexual energy and is thus used to control sheeple. Its rotating scalar electromagnetic chamber, enhanced with infrasound scalar waves generates electric current which short-circuits the kundalini. When this implant will clear, kundalini in human masses will arise and we will have a worldwide liberating revolution. 
 

The Archons use their scalar projector beam technology to project thoughtforms and elementals into implants. The rotating scalar electromagnetic field around the implants serves as an accretion disk which pushes outside elementals through the event horizon into the implant's black hole.  
 

Folds in the quantum foam spacetime anomaly of the etheric plane still hide small black holes which are prevented from evaporating with rotating scalar etheric electromagnetic fields. These black holes contain reptilians who are sitting there in a quantum superposition state. When the scalar electromagnetic field is removed, those black holes evaporate immediately and  the reptilians are removed promptly by the Light forces.
 

The Resistance Movement is working to hack the computer program which controls the implants in the etheric mainframe computer of the Archons. When this is done, the Resistance Movement will be able to shut down the scalar field around the implants and then the implants and corresponding black holes in folds of etheric spacetime continuum will evaporate fast and finally true Light will arrive to planet Earth.

In the months following that, the etheric implants were disintegrating fast and that resulted in mass awakening of the Goddess presence on the planet in 2004. However, the Archons  managed to reprogram the implants and the new version of the etheric implant program was activated on December 25th, 2004. This put a huge stress on the etheric plane around the Earth in general. That etheric pressure disturbed the tectonic plates and triggered a massive Sumatra earthquake and tsunami on the very next day.
 

After December 21st, 2012, the Resistance has managed to break into the etheric mainframe computer of the Archons but the particular program regarding implants has not been hacked yet. We are hoping that this will happen in the next few months.

A trial is scheduled before Judge Elizabeth Foote on March 17, 2014, 09:00 AM at U. S. Court House, 800 Lafayette St., Lafayette, LA for the case which involves defendant(s) Alice B. LATULA.

     For some reason Obama dirty trick operators were fighting hard to try and block this report from being posted with Nesara News. No problem. I just reenter the missing email address to my email listings for these two email accounts.

      But they need to learn the lesson "Don't mess with me!" I will call this major criminal violation No. 5 of the Genocide Treaty signed into national law by President Ronald Reagan and now raise the federal settlement figure with me up to $100 Trillion Dollars. As I have won legal upsets before, don't be too sure that I won't once more win in an upset and suddenly federal officials behind these criminal acts get sued each for $100 trillion in damages and even their minor dirty trick operators if we can track them down will also get sued for $100 trillion each in damages as part of a totally criminal conspiracy done by federal operatives for Obama at the White House.

I have a question that a few of my group have been wanting to ask...when they have gone through validating their IQD/IQN, a few have found that they have one or two bills with the same serial number. So the question is, are these a misprint or fake? Each person had received a sum of bills and each time they would find one bill that had a match. Based off your things to look for, all are correct...the identical serial number is the issue. Thanks in advance and as always...Jesus is the Truth the Word and the Only way into Heaven, if you know him...you will have 10 x 10x10 fold treasure.

because their launguage have very similar numerals it could look like they are the same. google arabic alphabet and numerals and you can see the subtle difference.

as a response to your question about the same numbers on bill some of the bills you think that look alike they have similar writing but they're change just a little bit that's how Arabic writing us also with their numbers they look the same but they're a little bit different for example one of the numbers that looks like a 7 has an extra hump in it like the number 7 has and there J has a different hooked to it or a darker line I suggest you get a magnifying glass and you will see the difference.

A chilling Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today confirms that the Strategic Missile Forces (SMF) sudden, unannounced and successful firingof a Topol ballistic missile into the Sary-Shagan testing ground in Kazakhstan last Thursday (10 October) was in “direct response” to President Barack Obama’s attempt to destroy Charleston, South Carolina in what military intelligence analysts state was an attempted “ false flag attack.”
As we had previously reported, the SMF notified both President Putin and the General Staff this past Tuesday(8 October) that at 01:58:11 GMT/UTC an atomic device was exploded in the seabed off the US Atlantic Ocean, barely 1,000 km (620 miles) from Charleston, causing a 4.5 magnitude earthquake measurement that SMF experts equate to being a 1-kiloton yield, which is equal to the power of 1,000 tons of TNT.

Even worse, and as we had previously reported on in our reports Pentagon Warns To Expect “Radical” Change In US Government Soon and Obama Retreats To Secret Bunker As “Big Event” Draws Near, the plan Obama envisioned to the American people on 2 July 2008 when as a Presidential candidate he called for the creation and establishment of a “Civilian National Security Force” he promised would be “just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded as the US Military” has now been achieved, this MoD report says.
To how well equipped Obama’s new National Security Force is we can read as reported by Forbes magazine in their article titled 1.6 Billion Rounds Of Ammo For Homeland Security? It's Time For A National Conversation, and which, in part, says:
“The Denver Post, on February 15th, ran an Associated Press article entitled Homeland Security aims to buy 1.6b rounds of ammo, so far to little notice.  It confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security has issued an open purchase order for 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition.  As reported elsewhere, some of this purchase order is for hollow-point rounds, forbidden by international law for use in war, along with a frightening amount specialized for snipers. Also reported elsewhere, at the height of the Iraq War the Army was expending less than 6 million rounds a month.  Therefore 1.6 billion rounds would be enough to sustain a hot war for 20+ years.  In America.
Add to this perplexing outré purchase of ammo, DHS now is showing off its acquisition of heavily armored personnel carriers, repatriated from the Iraqi and Afghani theaters of operation.  As observed by “paramilblogger” Ken Jorgustin last September:

Regardless of the exact number of MRAP’s being delivered to DHS (and evidently some to POLICE via DHS, as has been observed), why would they need such over-the-top vehicles on U.S. streets to withstand IEDs, mine blasts, and 50 caliber hits to bullet-proof glass? In a war zone… yes, definitely. Let’s protect our men and women. On the streets of America… ?”
To vast majority of the American people themselves not knowing of Obama’s “master plan” to destroy their country, this report says, has been fully explained in the grim report issued last week by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) that concluded that far from fulfilling his campaign promise to improve transparency, the President has instead presided over an unprecedented campaign to contain leaks and to control media coverage of government operations.

Some employees have been returned to work. But there is more important info in this data than meets the eye. We have been told that 800,000 represents 17% of all federal employees. Some simple math shows that 1% of all federal employees = 47,059.8 employees If we multiply that 1% number by 100, we obtain the total number of federal employees: 4,705,980. That’s 4.7 MILLION people. If each employee has a average family of 4, a complete shutdown will directly affect 18,823,920 men, women and children. This represents 1 out of 16 Americans. But that won’t be all. Many federal employees and their families are directly or indirectly connected with American industry, stores, etc… so many millions more will be affected. A full shutdown will badly hurt futures and stock markets. Large defense companies like Haliburton, Lockheed and Boeing and thousands of small businesses will be severely affected when progress payments stop. Stock share prices will plummet; even the wealthy can lose their wealth overnight. It may even lead to another 1929 depression.  As one economist on a major news network stated, "No one really knows. This has never happened before." But you don't need to be a economist to see what can happen. Perhaps he was too terrified of the thought to talk about it on camera.  Other known seriously negative effects of 100% economic shutdown:  * No more social security checks  * No more veterans disability or other similar checks  * No more mail delivery  * No more aid to schools and communities  * Default on US debit payments to China, which is now well over 1 trillion dollars  * Default on all government contracts, even those which are currently being paid  * Default on monthly grant payments to researchers and scientists at universities  * Soldiers and federal police officers will no longer have salaries  * USA credit rating will definitely drop  * Soldiers overseas may go unpaid again, perhaps for a undefined period of time.  A complete shut down will leave AMERICA VULNERABLE TO HER ENEMIES. WalMart has already told employees in South Carolina and possibly elsewhere:  1. As of 10/13/13 it will no longer accept WIC payments  2. As of 10/17/13 it will no longer accept FOOD STAMP cards  WalMart admitted years ago there are Homeland Security offices inside their international Bentonville, Arkansas WalMart corporate offices. Do their recent directives listed above indicate the company has already been told about a intentional, 100% US government shutdown?  Looks like thirteen may be a very unlucky number for all Americans this year.  Inside information from a government contact has stated that 50% unemployment is expected in mid January, 2014. Hopefully this is just psychological warfare and not real. For the icing on the shutdown cake, it has been known that a national power grid failure drill is scheduled for 11/13 and 11/14 in cold November. Now imagine your power going out suddenly and intentionally, with no internet before it happens.  Phone service will be affected in various ways. Telephone companies usually have just a 4 hour battery backup. While you cell phone may be fully charged, it may find no tower exists which is functioning. In reality, a wired phone line may be a better means of telecommunication. Your DSL or cable internet connection may go down when your local routers and server farms no longer have power. But regular telephone service may still function for a time.  In mid November, it's already cold and snowing in many parts of America. Not a good time to be without power. At least this drill was scheduled for January... During the "drill" power stations disconnect from the grid. No one knows how long it will actually take to RE-CONNECT power stations all around America back on the grid again. This has never been done before. Most likely there is software for this which has never been tested. (That's very bad indeed, like buying V1.0 of any program.)  Each power station generator must generate power at 60.0 cycles, the standard AC frequency. Each station MUST be perfectly  synchronized to the power grid frequency to within a fraction of a cycle in order to reconnect to the grid. Otherwise, huge circuit breakers and very big fuses will blow which will either need to be reset or replaced. We'll see just how good some untested software works, which is to be tested on innocent people in cold November on you and I. Does having your own generator come to mind? It should if you have an all-electric home, or have someone with a oxygen concentrator or other life support equipment in your household. If the power outage does not occur, you'll have protection for whenever power fails in the future.  Do you get the impression Obama is out to destroy what's left of America? Leaving the country almost defenseless? What happened to other countries in world history who were defenseless? They were invaded and taken over. "Holy" Mohammed invaded 66 cities, and killed every man, woman and child who refused to convert to Islam. Delaying increasing the national debt until the end of November to restore government, until long AFTER the power grid shutdown? Obama stated recently in a national television address said that "Increasing the debt ceiling is not increasing the national debt. This just allows Congress to spend the money they have already decided to spend." Although that statement is clearly twisted logic and a insult to any American, if it isn't so bad then WHY is he not allowing it?  Deep-in-red holiday sales could devastate stores and drive many people and businesses under - many are already hanging on by a thread.  WalMart has already laid off thousands of people. Who saw that coming? There isn't just some handwriting on the wall here. Looking at everything involved, there doesn't appear to be any place left to write on the wall. Perhaps the real anti-christ is finally showing his true colors by doing everything possible to bring down America.  All spineless Congress has to do to fix the impasse is over-ride the president before it's too late. The European Banking Crisis is getting much worse and the whole structure is crumbling to dust. The banks cannot save themselves. The entire crisis is all about the structural design of the Euro, which the politicians will not address. They failed to create a single national debt and in so doing, the banks then used the debts of all member states as reserves. Southern European banks still depend on the steady flow of subsidies coming from the ECB. The politicians and academics are simply lost because they are avoiding anything that would expose the fatal flaw in the Euro design. Therefore, all we get is more of the same and with each band-aid applied failing to stop the blood gushing from the fatal wound. We need stitches at this point and there is nothing in sight that the politicians will even consider that requires them to take any responsibility whatsoever.
These European Zombie Banks, as they are being called, are creating a controversy surrounding a “safety net” that the ECB and European Commission are trying to create. Europe is desperately trying to take the DEFLATIONARY path by simply confiscating assets of all citizens in all Eurozone banks. So much for the hyperinflationists. They just do not get it. The banks are heavily indebted and cannot save themselves especially when they had to buy weakening government debt of member states and derivatives that blew them up offered by New York. The combination of toxic derivative products coming from New York and the fatal design of the Euro, it becomes impossible for many of the Eurozone Banks to survive intact.
The Eurozone is becoming an economic combat zone as this banking crisis merges with the Sovereign Debt Crisis and simply expands exponentially. Mario Draghi has injected about one trillion euros by “Longer-term Refinancing Operation” (LTRO 1 and 2) to support the banks. This, like the Fed, failed to produce inflation the gold promoters swore would happen because they failed to consider the contraction in assets we now face.
This entire bailout idea of maintaining extremely low-interest rates where banks in turn would provide loans to companies jump-starting the economy has utterly failed. The banks in the US refused to lend to small business without 120% collateral and in Europe, these liquidity injections were used to buy more government bonds that have then declined as rates in Europe have risen thanks to the structural defect of the Euro. Then stir in this toxic pot insane taxation that drastically reduces economic growth and you have a future that looks more like a wasteland.
Mario Draghi has simply declared that the Eurozone Zombie Banks need more liquidity but this will do nothing when the reserves are the bonds of member states that are themselves in perpetual escalating debt cycles. The banks will need more and more financial support until the reserve structure of the Eurozone is entirely reformed with the creation of a single debt that may now require the federalization of Europe. The banks cannot pay back the loans already made by the LTRO cash injections to the ECB so this entire design of this solution is just hopeless.
The Spanish banks absorbed €300 billion euros from the ECB with no hope of repayment. The Italian banks took in €255 billion euros also with no hope of repaying anything. The French banks owe €87 billion to the ECB, and the German banks owe €10 billion to the ECB. Then the Irish banks and Portugese banks owe about €80 billion.
Now that Merkel won the election, she will hand-over control of the banks to Brussels. What is on the table now is this idea of creating a common European bank bailout fund.The ESM (European Stability Mechanism) is a permanent crisis resolution mechanism for the countries of the euro area issuing debt instruments in order to finance loans and other forms of financial assistance to euro area Members States. However, the ESM is becoming a “lifeline” for banks in the Eurozone transforming the Union into a bank transfer union through the back door rather than an economic union.The ESM is thus emerging as a legacy for all European banks.
The Sovereign Debt Crisis in Europe is joined at the hip with the European Banking Crisis and this is caused by the failed Euro design structure. The Eurozone banks are burdened with vast amounts of bad loans running into the hundreds of billions of euros and the higher taxes move, the lower the economic growth that fuels the growth in bad loans. The Eurozone banks will need at least €700 billion in euros to meet stress tests.
The European public funds from the ESM are insufficient. The banking rescuers are frantically looking for a “safety net” and this is viewed as now creating a general bailout by seizing 10% of all deposits in Eurozone banks.
The European Commission wants to play games with the numbers. Any bank bailouts they want excluded the their budget deficit. However, these “Zombie Banks” are truly insolvent banks that can only exist by ECB monetary injections. In any case, such banks do not have recourse to the capital markets. Which banks are really “Zombie Banks” no one actually knows because the info is guarded denying the ability of depositors to identify risk assessment. It is not the private loans that mask the problem, but government bonds that are on the books of the banks in the euro periphery countries as well. The problem with government bonds has been simple – they are not backed by anything and are thus unsecured. Private bonds you can get at least something back in a bankruptcy whereas you get nothing in return for government bonds. The ECB does not wish to downgrade banks for holding Eurozone government bonds.
IMF head Christine Lagarde has been suggesting a wholesale seizure of 10% of all accounts throughout the Eurozone because there may be riots and discord if there are bail-ins on a case by case basis. The idea is that a wholesale seizure will prevent a bank-run for if bail-ins take place on a case-by-case basis then this might start a contagion. Consequently, the latest reports from the IMF discuss this super-seizure of 10% on all savings in the Eurozone they are calling a tax. This is argued to be necessary solve the debt problem in most sovereign countries. It would be an alternative of higher taxes or spending cuts. The economists who actually wrote the paper claim it appears to be an efficient solution for the debt problem yet it lacks long-term analysis.
Still, this would not deal with the structural and systemic problems of the Euro by itself and as such will not address the acute bankruptcy risk of the member states themselves. Governments borrow with no idea or design to ever pay anything back.
In the last section of the IMF report, on page 58, right before the appendices, it reads:

The sharp deterioration of the public finances in many countries has revived interest in a “capital levy”— a one-off tax on private wealth—as an exceptional measure to restore debt sustainability. The appeal is that such a tax, if it is implemented before avoidance is possible and there is a belief that it will never be repeated, does not distort behavior (and may be seen by some as fair). There have been illustrious supporters, including Pigou, Ricardo, Schumpeter, and—until he changed his mind—Keynes. The conditions for success are strong, but also need to be weighed against the risks of the alternatives, which include repudiating public debt or inflating it away (these, in turn, are a particular form of wealth tax—on bondholders—that also falls on nonresidents)
There is a surprisingly large amount of experience to draw on, as such levies were widely adopted in Europe after World War I and in Germany and Japan after World War II. Reviewed in Eichengreen (1990), this experience suggests that more notable than any loss of credibility was a simple failure to achieve debt reduction, largely because the delay in introduction gave space for extensive avoidance and capital flight – in turn spurring inflation.
The tax rates needed to bring down public debt to precrisis levels, moreover, are sizable: reducing debt ratios to end-2007 levels would require (for a sample of 15 euro area countries) a tax rate of about 10 percent on households with positive net wealth(*).

Indeed, Keynes makes his appearance in the report as well.
One should note that the first paragraph of the report right away debunks the myth that politicians and main stream media try to sell, i.e. the crisis is contained and the positive economic outlook for 2014.

High debt ratios amid persistently low growth in advanced economies and emerging fragilities in the developing world cast clouds on the global fiscal landscape. In advanced economies, with narrowing budget deficits (except, most notably, in Japan), the average public debt ratio is expected to stabilize in 2013-14. Yet it will be at a historic peak (about 110 percent of GDP, 35 percentage points above its 2007 level). Simulations show that maintaining the overall budget at a level consistent with the IMF staff’s medium-term advice would bring the average debt ratio to about 70 percent of GDP by 2030, although in a few countries it would remain above 80 percent. However, the large debt stock, the uncertain global environment, weak growth prospects, and the absence of well-specified medium-term adjustment plans in systemic economies like Japan and the United States complicate the task.

Consequently, what lies ahead is anything but plain vanilla. The Eurozone remains the source of the most extreme threat to the global economy.

Another group of military veterans is scheduled to arrive in D.C. tomorrow morning to carry out a second protest, demanding lawmakers immediately end the government shutdown. The protest is being organized by the Military Coalition (TMC), a group of 33 organizations that represents 5.5 million people. Members are comprised of the uniformed services—active, reserve, retired veterans, survivors and their families. The event is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2013 from 9:45am-11:00am and will begin at the National WWII memorial. Some of the participating organizations include: the Air Force Association, CWOA, US Coast Guard, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Wounded Warrior Project. The Washington Times reports that TMC wants to let the government know that they need to stop putting servicemen in the “middle of their political games.” TMC’s protest arrives on the heels of the “Million Vet March” that occurred over the weekend attracting thousands of veterans who marched on the National Mall and then on to the White House to peacefully demonstrate their anger over the government shutdown. Veterans voiced their displeasure for the closing of the memorials as they removed the barricades and carried them to the White House where they stacked them neatly out front. “This is our way of life. We will not stand by and let the U.S. government dishonor the legacy of sacrifice of the generations before us. It’s time to make a stand,” read the Million Vet March’s website. TMC believes in strength in numbers and hopes the rally will grab the attention of lawmakers tomorrow, and put an end to the suffering inflicted on veterans stemming from the government shutdown. Veterans on disability and GI Bill benefits are unsure if they’ll receive their next check, and their access to medical care has been severely limited following the rollout of Obamacare. Families who have lost loved ones in the 13-year hoax known as the “war on terror,” have been denied government death benefits, which are allocated to the families for funeral expenses. Fortunately, non-profit groups stepped up and used their own savings to help military families cover funeral expenses for the fallen soldiers. Benblessed1: I believe he is referring to VIPS whom are either authors of the plan, or people who they want to financially reward- i.e. SOME Congressional members but not all as some were trying to stop Obama care---they likely did not get paid- I had heard some in Congress were furious about not being able to exchange yet...but that is all HEARSAY.

Society: This week looks strong as a possibility to see the ri.....ISX is shut down along with the CBI until Sunday.....there has been many articles stating concern over confusion within the country and how mass media means will be utilized to minimize this confusion......while Sunday may look obvious as a great day to see a rate increase, I believe they will do it sooner if this is our week....

If we look at this as a whole, we are pretty certain there will be other currencies that change value at that same time as Iraq....Nova stated that in his opinion, when they are ready, the switch will be flipped no matter what day or time.....Bluestar said that a deal is done and will pass Wednesday morning in the US and he then looks to later on Wednesday as probable.....

I personally like the probability of Thursday afternoon in the US.....this will be late Thursday evening in Iraq giving Friday morning for education in the mosque's, Friday evening/Saturday all day for educating the country and repricing and then Sunday opens with minimal confusion....

The first announcement related to the ISX stated something about calculations on Monday, reopen Sunday with knowledge, all fine. Now they may have been talking of something unrelated or translation was questionable. Nonetheless, I found this curious.

Even Frank seemed to believe that if a US deal is done this week, look out.....That being said, Frank has been pointing to Nov 1.....

Nova said that just like the bank shut down of Panama, the shut down in Iraq may not result in the ri at the end but that clearly something is about to happen.....he also pointed out that he would not expect this 30+ days from now as all the financial bigwigs would have to be brought back......that being said, he pointed out that this length of shut down in Iraq has never happened over Eid...

The bottom line of this rambling.....IMO, IF this is the week that we see the ri, if they wait until Sunday when the country reopens to tell the Iraqi people, there will be significant confusion in the country....this confusion will be substantially mitigated if the announcements come before Friday morning in Iraq.....

In fact, IMO if we do not see the ri before Friday morning, we should then start looking to the next dates where Frank is already pointing....

Now with the 3 day Eid al adha being extended what better time for the shop keepers to get there prices changed,.........On a side note, I personally am very curious about the Qi card..

 Then there is the HCL, 140, 3 missing ministers and the lower denoms not to mention the ATM's that we have not heard anything about in quite some time although we have seen a few articles on the tarriffs law yet nothing very concrete.

Society:   Hey Toy....Agreed.....and, ironically, many say it has to happen when the US banks are closed in order for them to get ready......this is also illogical to me as only an estimated 1% US citizens are affected and banks already do foreign currency exchange dailey.....all they need is a rate and they are ready......

whereas in Iraq, 100% of the population is affected and everything will have to be significantly repriced in IQD....where this transition is eased is in the fact that reportedly the markets are significantly dependant on the USD.....nonetheless, I have always said that if it occurs during their normal business hours, the person that buys a coke for 1,000IQD will not be happy when the next customer only has to pay 1IQD or less......think about bigger ticket items.......

IMO, this will only occur when the country is on holiday or essentially shut down from normal business hours to minimize any negative effects.....IMO, Thursday late evening has always been the best time in Iraq ......the mosque's can then be used as the front line strategy to announce and educate early Friday morning.....

(Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury said on Monday it would delay the release of reports on exchange rate policies and international securities holdings due to the partial shutdown of the federal government.

The Treasury said it was postponing a semi-annual report to Congress on foreign exchange policies, which was due on October 15. That report often chides nations such as China for keeping their currencies undervalued in order to boost exports.

Frank, a question I had from last night, How could China go bankrupt? This morning I found a good answer.

WASHINGTON – Here’s a shocker.

China is going broke faster than the U.S., according to economic planner Kirk Elliott

China’s debt is about $36 trillion yuan (or $5.68 trillion USD). This number is astronomical considering that it is just a little more than one-third of the U.S. total debt, but the difference between the U.S. and China is that the U.S. national income per capita is $47,140, whereas China’s national income per capita is $4,260 – not even one-tenth of the U.S. amount. To be on par with the U.S., China’s total debt should be around $1.5 trillion USD, but it is three times that! Considering that the U.S. has an unsustainable debt position, China’s is ridiculously out of control and puts that country in extreme danger of a financial collapse of epic proportions.

China’s officially published interest rate of 6.2 percent is fabricated. In reality China’s inflation is 16 percent. This is eerily similar to the United States as well. The U.S. official inflation of around 3 percent is nowhere close to unofficial inflation estimates of 10-13 percent. What does this mean for China? This means that cost of living, wages and cost of goods sold in China will have to rise, and instead of exporting deflation, China will be exporting higher priced goods, thus affecting the rest of the world that purchases its goods. The world is on the verge of an inflationary cycle like we have never seen. Additionally, central banks around the globe are printing money on a massive scale to try to stimulate liquidity and spending (this is the definition of inflation!). Add to this a rising price structure in China, the major exporter to the world, and we could be preparing for a global hyperinflation.

Excess capacity in the economy and private consumption is only 30 percent of economic activity. Of course this is the case, as China’s population is extremely poor and China is an exporting nation. The vast majority of its goods should not be private consumption. But, what the excess capacity indicates is that there is a global economic slowdown. Since China’s growth is dependent on the rest of the world purchasing its goods, a global recession does not bode well for China’s economic future.

China’s officially published GDP growth of 9 percent is fabricated. The real number is a negative 10 percent! China’s robust GDP has always been a pipe dream, as the country has been building infrastructure (railroads, highways and real estate development – including ghost cities). Since personal spending is only 30 percent of China’s GDP, roughly 70 percent of China’s GDP can be attributed to this massive build-up. It will dry up, as has already started. The regime is about to be exposed, as people are starting to wake up to the fact that the “emperor has no clothes.”

China’s taxes are too high. Taxes on Chinese businesses – indirect and direct – are 70 percent of earnings. Individual tax rates are 81.6 percent. There is no way China can remain strong with these high taxes. We thought our taxes were high – because they are! But we are like schoolboys compared to China. It is the big boy on the taxation block. It’s just economics 101 – a country cannot remain strong or viable with tax rates this high. The population will ultimately revolt. I really believe China is ripe for revolution given these numbers; it’s just a matter of time. Sadly, for the Chinese citizens, their strong-arm government will not look kindly on any kind of political or social opposition.
