The country’s most senior family judge yesterday launched a furious attack on social workers who failed to tell parents why their children were being adopted – and suggested that in future the same offence could carry a jail term.
Local authority workers in Bristol ignored a court order requiring them to explain why the couple’s two children were being taken for adoption.
They only released the information to the parents 45 minutes before the decision was due to be finalised, giving the family no real hope of mounting a challenge in court.
Sir James Munby, who is President of the Family Division, said their behaviour was ‘deplorable’ and ‘symptomatic of a deeply rooted culture in family courts’.
In his judgment, he accused the social workers of having a ‘slapdash’ and ‘lackadaisical’ attitude to court orders.
He said the couple, who were facing the ‘permanent loss of two children’ had been denied ‘vitally important’ information.
He also warned that in future, there would be ‘consequences’ for social workers, suggesting that they could be jailed for contempt if they fail to comply with court orders – an offence that carries a sentence of up to two years.
Until now, local authority workers have largely been protected by family courts, which also routinely tolerate delays and inefficiencies in their work.
By contrast, members of the public who have failed to comply with court orders have been dealt with severely.
The most notorious case of this was the prison sentence for contempt handed down to Wanda Maddocks, who wanted to get her father out of a care home where she thought he was being ill-treated.

Miss Maddocks was jailed without representation and in secret until her case was revealed by the Daily Mail.

But Sir James’s warning suggests council staff will now face the same punishment as ordinary members of the public if they fail – either through incompetence or unwillingness – to hand over the required information on time.

He told the court: ‘That the parents should have been put in this position is quite deplorable.

‘It is, unhappily, symptomatic of a deeply rooted culture in the family courts which, however long established, will no longer be tolerated.

‘The court is entitled to expect – and from now on family courts will demand – strict compliance with all such orders.

Non-compliance with orders should be expected to have and will usually have a consequence.’

He added: ‘There is simply no excuse for this. Orders must be obeyed and complied with to the letter and on time. Non-compliance with an order, any order, by anyone is bad enough.
‘It is a particularly serious matter if the defaulter is a public body such as a local authority.
‘It is also a particularly serious matter if the order goes to something as vitally important as the right of a parent who is facing the permanent loss of their child to know what case is being mounted against them by a public authority.’
Lib Dem MP John Hemming, who has campaigned for openness in the family courts, said: ‘At least anybody who is sent down for contempt by Sir James will not be locked up in secret.
‘He has put the boot on to the other foot. The next time courts are let down by the incompetence or bloody-mindedness of social workers, it will be a director of children’s services facing jail rather than a parent.’

The "Dollar" ends on 12/13/2013. (more later) It is my opinion that nothing going on in DC makes sense the last 10 months, and the DISDAIN and Hatred for Americans shown to US by our "elected representatives" on BOTH sides has been palatable and punitive. These people who are supposed to REPRESENT US don't even act like they want to get "re-elected' or even re-selected like they truly are. The Obamacare website mess and " the National shutdown" make this painfully obvious. Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, McCain and the rest on "Both sides" inflicted Billions of Dollars Damage on the American public for no reason whatsoever, and Laughed about it! Hence, I have to make these observations. 1)The Obamacare website, The NSA website and the "Utah Fusion Center" have a Terminal virus, and there is no doubt about it. The fact they have contacted John McAfee(Norton Antivirus Founder) confirms this via association even though he is a legal fugitive from the law in the USA. Microsoft, Google, Verizon, IBM and Intel want no part of fixing this "program", or they would have already fixed it. Today, the NSA website www.nsa.org was offline and off server for over 15 hours and just came back online 10 minutes ago. This virus is a variation of the Stuxnet Virus used by Rothschild agents against Iran's nuclear facilities 6 years ago, and the Coolant control computers at Fukushima. The existence and deployment of this viral program was exposed by Eric Snowden well over 5 months ago. 2) The EBT shutdown in Louisiana was obviously a "dry-run" for a larger shutdown in the future. Sooner more likely than later in my opinion. This same virus can shut down the EBT Computer system just as easily as the Government can by flipping a switch. BTW, November 1st, 2013, all Food Stamp deposits reduce by 10% across the board Nationwide in the USA! That is $20 to $30 per month GONE from every family food budget! I am sure some folks would RIOT over THAT alone if they actually read the letter they have already received! 3) BINGO - The 100 year charter for the Federal Reserve expires on 12/13/2013. The "dollar" has indeed been depreciated 1% per year for each of those 100 years as planned from the start by the Rothschild Banksters. This is verified by their complete control of silver over the last 100 years. Example - In 1913, a silver dollar(1 oz) bought 10 loaves of bread. Today that same 1oz. of silver at $23 buys THE SAME 10 loaves of bread. Hmmm. In Iowa and Florida, they have a new method of chasing suspects. The police car's grill opens up and out is projected a better method of keeping up with the vehicle they're chasing. The officer in the driver's seat presses one button, the grill opens, and the gun fires the bullet. If all goes well, the bullet, with a GPS device enclosed, sticks to the back of the car being pursued. Once it does, the officer can slow down, because the suspect's car will be tracked along the computer screen. One further advantage, of course, is that the suspect's car will likely feel the police have given up and hopefully slow down. This seems so blindingly intelligent -- at least until miscreants catch on -- that there can't be a drawback. There is one. [Rilee] They also take into factor the Income Tax History for the US. Do we plan on seeing an increase?

[Rilee] ? Right now the US is at 35% but at one time from the 60’s thru the 80’s, the tax rate was much higher. Do you want to keep track of that? An advisor had access to data and a way of deciphering it better than a layperson.

[Rilee] I didn’t understand a word of it, until it was explained to me in plain English by a professional.

These sums indicates the speed and seriousness of the Program. Products are visible in the sky around the globe and most probably in other places. The stakes cant be higher. Even if we succeed in achieving an MAD equilibrium with the enemy, and all indicators actually points in that direction, we face the challenge of managing those capabilities ourselves. Weaponising the capacity to change the fabric of reality is extremely dangerous. We see this in a very small scale in at least some of the abduction cases, the ones involving anti-gravity craft, where victims sense of reality is heavily distorted due to side effects of the propulsion system of the craft. The perceived ESP of entities may also be derived from application of antigravity physics, as is with perceived “lost time” etc. I will not bore you with all the details, you probably see the simple logic. When you reach a threshold you must race towards equality or face destruction. This explains so much that otherwise seem to be utter madness: •- off the books derivatives trade/theft from all national budgets/stealing of peoples property of all kind: to finance the Program •- the surveillance state; to protect society from destroying itself with the new technology. Perhaps also to detect intrusion. •- a “manageable” population size; links with above. •- perpetual state of war: we are in a war of survival, the war of wars. •- preparing an elite to go off planet; frankly, its a logical decision considering circumstances. If technology now can be mass-produced my guess is there will be more tickets. I think they took a huge chance back in the 40s and that they actually are succeeding. But all this manipulation and secrecy? Perhaps much of the secrecy and deception was – and is – aimed at the enemy and not the human population? Perhaps at least some of those rituals are part of the warfare, perhaps part of the internal politics of the secret elite, to keep fractions in line, so to speak. Speculation, yes. (INTELLIHUB) — Drone warfare is a disturbing practice on many levels but one of the most troubling things about this is it allows people to be completely detached from the violence that they are participating in.
However, recently a story has emerged about one of these drone pilots who actually became sickened by their job and refused to continue.
Brandon Bryant first made the news months ago when he came forward to tell his story about how he killed a small child with a drone, and was told by his supervisors that the child was just “a dog with 2 legs”.
Now Bryant is in the news again after learning the total death toll that he was responsible for during his time as a drone pilot.  
Bryant was horrified to learn that during his time as a drone pilot he killed at least 1,626 people.  During these murders Bryant was in a translucent state that he called “zombie mode”, where he would just go through the mechanical motions without even realizing that he was taking peoples lives. 
When he finally had a change of heart and decided to leave, the Air Force offered him a $109,000 bonus to stay and continue killing people, but he declined. 
Now Bryant has dedicated his life to speaking out against drone warfare, and reaching out to other potential drone pilots to let them know that operating a drone is not a videogame, it is killing people by remote control.

Just a note to pass on MY observations, a reminder, and a warning.

It is my opinion that nothing going on in DC makes sense the last 10 months, and the DISDAIN and Hatred for Americans shown to US by our "elected representatives" on BOTH sides has been palatable and punitive.
These people who are supposed to REPRESENT US don't even act like they want to get "re-elected' or even re-selected like they truly are.
The Obamacare website mess and " the National shutdown" make this painfully obvious.
Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, McCain and the rest on "Both sides" inflicted Billions of Dollars Damage on the American public for no reason whatsoever, and Laughed about it!

Hence, I have to make these observations.
1)The Obamacare website, The NSA website and the "Utah Fusion Center" have a Terminal virus, and there is no doubt about it.
The fact they have contacted John McAfee(Norton Antivirus Founder) confirms this via association even though he is a legal fugitive from the law in the USA.
Microsoft, Google, Verizon, IBM and Intel want no part of fixing this "program", or they would have already fixed it.
Today, the NSA website www.nsa.org was offline and off server for over 15 hours and just came back online 10 minutes ago.
This virus is a variation of the Stuxnet Virus used by Rothschild agents against Iran's nuclear facilities 6 years ago, and the Coolant control computers at Fukushima.
The existence and deployment of this viral program was exposed by Eric Snowden well over 5 months ago.

2) The EBT shutdown in Louisiana was obviously a "dry-run" for a larger shutdown in the future. Sooner more likely than later in my opinion.
This same virus can shut down the EBT Computer system just as easily as the Government can by flipping a switch.
BTW, November 1st, 2013, all Food Stamp deposits reduce by 10% across the board Nationwide in the USA!
That is $20 to $30 per month GONE from every family food budget!
I am sure some folks would RIOT over THAT alone if they actually read the letter they have already received!

3) BINGO - The 100 year charter for the Federal Reserve expires on 12/13/2013.
The "dollar" has indeed been depreciated 1% per year for each of those 100 years as planned from the start by the Rothschild Banksters.
This is verified by their complete control of silver over the last 100 years.
Example - In 1913, a silver dollar(1 oz) bought 10 loaves of bread.
Today that same 1oz. of silver at $23 buys THE SAME 10 loaves of bread.

So, what does it all mean NOW? (In my opinion)
Well, the Banksters have to give us a "new dollar"(new money) or they have to keep using the one that is now officially worthless everywhere outside the USA.
**This is why other nations like China, Russia, Brazil, India and Iran are trading in THEIR money or Gold.
They KNOW our dollar is WORTHLESS and do not WANT to use it!**

*Because I think the PTB HAVE TO replace the "dollar" on or by 12/13/2013, or face the problem of extending it's charter, I believe that this scenario is about to play out right now, and this is my opinion and warning, and it is based on my belief that they really don't need any of us anymore.
That we as humans and Americans are just "worthless feeders" and that all we do is "service" each other like one big "drive thru at Wendy's".
They are almost correct, we really don't "produce" much anymore if you think about it.

1) The EBT system will crash before November 1st, or December 1st to avoid the $10.2 Billion cash deposit it NEEDS each month that fund it's 47.68 Million recipients in the USA.
They (CNN/FOX/MSNBC etc) will "blame" this crash on a "Cyber attack" from:
(insert axis country)..

2) Within days if not hours of the EBT system going dark, the internet will be cut off as well within the USA.
The internet has already gotten out of control and this is the perfect opportunity to end that experiment.
The PTB will leave the TV and Cable on to broadcast their lies and pleas for "calm" while doing nothing but allowing the instantaneous imploding of every major metro area in the USA.

3) Within hours of the start of rioting, Martial Law will be declared, the BANKS CLOSED (to the delight of the banksters) and all media will be tightly censored to make sure that we all hear exactly the lies and excuses the PTB want us to hear until they cut the power off indefinitely.

4) When the cities have burned to the ground and the starving masses culled,
say in 3-6 months, the "Feds" will invade the suburbs (as saviors) and the the Banksters will impose their NEW MONEY SYSTEM on the remaining population who have been starved and fought to complete submission.
(You and me, our kids, our friends, our neighbors, whomever is left..)

It is my opinion that The Fed/Cabal is out of time(as planned), and this whole Obamacare/shutdown thing was a sideshow to buy them just a few more days or weeks.
But the "ending of the dollar" on 12/13/2013, the ramifications I believe are already in play.
(Whether you knew it or not)
