The efforts to release vast amounts of funds and launch a new golden age for humanity and the planet are now being blocked by a small group of nations notably France, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Japan together with the Wall Street whore politicians in Washington D.C. However, the families that control these nations are negotiating with the White Dragon Society and its allies so good results are expected.
We are also still hearing credible reports of an imminent move by the Chinese, Russian and US militaries to begin mass arrests of cabalists but we also hear reports of high level blockage. What is certain is that negotiations are proceeding at a high level amid steadily increasing pressure on the cabal controlled countries and that time is not on the side of the cabal.
The planned “simulation” of a shut-down of the North American power grid for November 13th to 15th involving Chinese troops on US soil may be the turning point despite continuing cabal threats of nuclear terror.

The Japanese Yakuza also sent envoys last week to the White Dragon Society to ask about the future of North Korea and were told
the WDS favored uniting North and South Korea and putting Kim Jong-un in a ceremonial position as Emperor of a United Korea while economic control would go to the Southern families.
The Rothschild family had previously offered Kim Jong-un the position of Emperor of Asia if he would start World War 3, according to a Rothschild family source. Fortunately, the North Koreans know the cabalists tell people in power whatever they want to hear only to betray them as soon as they get the chance.
The cooperation of the Japanese underworld is essential to starting the new financial system because the old system is being kept going in part by Saudi oil being sold at a price of pennies to the barrel to the Yakuza who sell it on at world prices to the Japanese and use the bulk of the profits to support the Bush, Rockefeller and other cabal controlled banks and corporations. Hopefully they will cooperate now that they know their Korean faction will be well treated. To sweeten the deal they were also promised a tunnel linking Japan and Korea, making it possible to send a train from Tokyo to London and generate lots of freight revenue for Korea.
There are already early indications the dumping of radioactive industrial waste in Fukushima and the accompanying fear mongering campaign is being wound down. Perhaps the stunningly gorgeous female agent they sent last week will be back soon for more friendly talks.
The Japanese slave government, in a sign it is running scared of multiple lawsuits presenting evidence that it stole the last elections, announced last week a law to drastically curtail press freedom. It got a rebuke from the hitherto passive Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan that this writer belongs to. An e-mail sent by this writer to Prime Minister Abe’s wife last week asking for support for the new financial system went unanswered, showing Abe to be a cabal slave.
A Saudi Prince also contacted the WDS last week and was asked to stop supporting cabal crime families like the Bushes. He replied that would “be very hard,” because the Saudis have “been under them for many generations.” It is no coincidence that there were riots in Saudi Arabia last week and the Saudi government announced it had paid for nuclear weapons from Pakistan (Bushistan).

The French branch of the Rothschild family also showed its colors last week by vetoing a deal to end Western squabbles with Iran over its alleged nuclear weapons program. Anybody with a still functioning brain remembers that for 30 years now the Zionists and their media slave empire have been hysterically screaming that Iran is “weeks away from getting a nuclear weapon.” The Zionists need to get this into their heads:
they are not going to be allowed to start World War 3, not in Iran, not in North Korea, not anywhere, period.
The White Dragon Society promises to take care of the French Rothschild faction if they cooperate with the new financial system and take care of them if they do not. The same thing goes for the Israelis and the Saudis.
Last week a representative of a hitherto unknown (to me) foundation claiming to have “69 digits” worth of dollar assets contacted this writer (through a call to my mobile), offering to contribute to the White Dragon Foundation. If you go with the current mainstream calculation that world GDP is about $100 trillion,

then this number would be 54 digits more than World GDP. That beats the previous personal record financial number shown to me by the P2 lodge that only had 46 more digits than world GDP. She also said “digital movement of Gold [sic] is happening now, and has been for quite some time.”
The foundation’s representative spoke with a female human voice but was unable to send a physical human being to a TokyoMitsubishiUFJ Bank, where the foundation claims to have funds, in order to send funds the “foundation” has there to the White Dragon Foundation Bank account. She kept asking me to provide “biometric access,” so that the funds could be released. This raises the distinct possibility the individual may actually be an Artificial Intelligence.
This person claims the funds are all in a two super-computers, one in Switzerland and one in the US. All the money has been removed from the BIS and “temporarily parked elsewhere,” “she” says. When told they might shut off the power grid and clean up the computers she said: “If the USA goes to Defcon 5 there is a security protocol which changes all data (financial and otherwise) to back up computers. The ‘cabal’ believes they control this back up computer.” She also claims to be under attack by “eight or nine” hackers.
All I can say is that if this is an artificial intelligence, it is also a sentient being with good intentions and should be allowed to continue living, just not inside and in control of the world’s financial system super-computers.
You can’t make this stuff up folks.
It may be necessary to go temporarily go back to cash and stand-alone previous generation computers in order to end the financial crisis.
In any case, back in the world of physical humans, sources at the Pentagon and MI5 separately provided the WDS last week with the names of specific individuals who were blocking the new financial system.
In particular, two US generals now negotiating with the Chinese in Reno, Nevada, were mentioned in an e-mail. These names will not be made public for now but have been forwarded to agency sources who can check to see if this is true.
In the UK case, the MI5 source provided enough evidence that the two individuals, Jeremy Heywood and John Scarlett, can be named here as senior Bush Nazi fascist operatives in the UK who need to be removed from all power and influence ASAP (please see the MI5 report attached below for details).
And so, the battle to liberate the planet earth from cabal clutches continues raging.

Cabal influence in Europe and the UK has the aim of constructing a Federal model as in the US and USSR. In this model
the Parliament is a weakened part of the constitutions and pays cosmetic lip service to democratic principles whilst

Policies are imposed by the Cabinet Secratary, Sir John Heywood, on the basis that they contribute to the EU mission. There has been
a rising chorus in the political press that the Civil Service, of which the Cabinet Office is the top and the Cabinet
Secretary shares the lead Civil Service role, has become politicised and it’s neutrality compromised. The notion of the “politicisation” of the
Civil Service is, however, vague not having reference to a particular political party. The Civil Service under Sir Jeremy Heywood has not
favoured the political aims of one or other Party at Westminster. It has however, confirmed the political aims of the EU Commission
in Brussels and the implementation of it’s political European project in the UK, and in that sense the Civil Service has both lost it’s
neutrality and has become politicised by the actions of Sir Jeremy Heywood. This is a significant point in constitutional terms because
the checks and balances of the unwritten UK constitution have become unbalanced and they begin to mirror the European model which is
being imposed in an underhand and secretive way.
Sir Jeremy Heywood has been seen to intervene in the pollitical arena many times. His influence over Police Chief Constables is suspected in
the “Plebgate” controversy where police at all levels conspired against Cabinet Minister Andrew Mitchell forcing his resignation. Heywood did not
view crucial video evidence which would have prevented the whole process. Energy policy has also been affected and Heywood recently intervened
to prevent Environment Minister Owen Paterson from publishing a report on the limitations of wind technology. Heywood also entertained Cuadrilla
executives as the anti-Fracking campaign broke out.
The scenario is set for EU controlled drone warfare
In September 2002 the infamous Dodgy Dossier was released by the UK Government which became the justification for the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Sir Jeremy Heywood was Principal Private Secretary to Tony Blair apponted in 1999. The dossier was flawed and made false
allegations about the existance of WMD and nuclear programs in Iraq. Sir John Scarlett was chair of JIC, the Joint Intelligence Committee and
he wrote to Tony Blair’s foreign affairs adviser David Manning about “the benefit of obscuring the fact that in terms of WMD Iraq is not that exceptional”.
In other words the dossier was misleading about Iraq’s capabilities. Sir Richard Dearlove, as ‘C’ Head of MI6 said he was misquoted in the
‘Downing Street Memo’ of a meeting about Iraq on 23 July 2002 saying it was ” a misquotation of what I said, and what I said is not in the public record.”
Sir Jeremy Heywood resigned the Civil Service ( and joined Morgan Stanley bank) in 2003. The Hutton Inquiry found that he had claimed not to minute
meetings in the PM’s office concerning the scientist Dr David Kelly who died 17 July 2003 having been named as a source questioning the veracity
of the Dodgy Dossier. With so much confusion it is at least clear that the UK had been mobilised by the US to justify George Bush’s desire to hit
Saddam Hussein.
Sir John Scarlett’s role in the Iraq affair emerged as being pro-US. Sir Jeremy Heywood’s role was less clear until 2013. It has been reported in the last week
that Sir Jeremy Heywood’s Cabinet Office is blocking the release of papers to the Iraq inquiry which detail conversations between Blair and Bush together
with notes and cabinet meetings. This is assumed to be in order to protect UK US Cabal relations.
Sir John Scarlett acting as consultant to Morgan Stanley Bank once again joined with Sir Jeremy Heywood (returned to the Civil Service from Morgan Stanley bank) in
an attempt to sell the UK defence contractor BAE Systems to the European defence contactor EADS in November 2012. Morgan Stanley stood to porit form the sale
and questions about Heywood’s conflict of interest were asked.The deal fell through but this is a good indicator of Heywood’s position on UK defence.
It is part of the European and Cabal strategy that the EU member states reduce their defence capabilities in favour of a federal EU force.
The annoncement last week of the loss of naval shipbuilding jobs at the Royal Navy headquarters, Portsmouth is part of that plan.
A consequence of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is the spread of the radicalisation process controlled by Al Qaeda and sister Taliban groups which were
originally cabal CIA creations.The cabal CIA has waged a drone war on it’s creations in Pakistan without any hinderence from other states. Drone strike technology
has been developed in a theatre which is not a war zone well away from Western shores. However in the summer of 2013 it was announced that the
EU intended to operate it’s own drone air force as an intelligence gathering operation to counter the activities described by another CIA/NSA creation, Snowden.
Lady Ashton called for the use of military drones in Europe and in November 2013 Viviene Redding called for an EU drone force to counter the US.
So the war which Heywood helped to start in Iraq has produced a drone nursery in Pakistan which technology the EU will use against it’s own citizens using the
“threat” from the US cabal as an excuse. Wheels within wheels. The member states being so weakened militarily and in intelligence terms thanks to policies
implemented by the likes of Sir Jeremy Heywood and Sir John Scarlett that an EU cabal drone-based air intelligence force is the only answer to the “threat”
from the branch of the cabal in the US.

First, one must understand the American Bar Association, aka "British Accreditation Registry members," or “Bank Authorized Representatives,” and also known as BAR ATTORNEYS, are the ENEMY of the AMERICAN PEOPLE and AMERICA.  All BAR members are foreign-agents in America. Their “allegiance” is to a foreign power, the “VATICAN,” and NOT to AMERICA.  [Note: The VATICAN owns CITY OF LONDON, INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND, the CROWN…and have acted to steal America…and the rest of the World]  Learn who is the Black Nobility.

Second, one must realize 73% or more of the members of Congress are ALSO British accreditation registry members, agents of the ENEMY.  The ENEMY is the "silent majority" and are OBAMA'S “BAR” infantry having allegiance to BRITIAN and are wagging the charge against the AMERICAN PEOPLE to "steal, kill and destroy “us” and the USA.

And thirdly, you must realize that 100% of the 545, one hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices, that equates to 545, are each and individually “unlawfully discharging” toxic pollutants/hazardous substances at their homes and workplaces [cf. in criminal violation of 33 § 1311(a)], such being a congressional mandate and a “strict liability statute” of which one has NO DEFENSE as is to violate it is to be committing a crime of violence, poisoning the constituents’ “drinking waters.”   EVERY so-called “public official” acting as a governing authority is operating in violation of this federal health code which applies to them specifically and not to the people directly.  Accordingly, all 545 of these so-called “governing authorities” are complicit with the UNITED STATES WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY, an organized criminal enterprise whose employees, impersonating public officials, have been committing these crimes of violence DAILY now for almost 40 years, since October 18, 1972, the date the United States Congress adopted the Clean Water Act which REQUIRED every building receiving a permit thereafter to have a best available technology device installed to contain and control the “sewage” discharges at-source PRIOR to allowing said pollutants to 1) cross the boundaries of the property of the source of discharge, or 2) be introduced to the environment so it can migrate to cause water and other environmental pollution, typically via an unlawful septic system.  Plain and simple, since at least July 1, 1973, to connect directly to a “public sewer” ABSENT implementation of pre-treatment utilizing “best available technology” is to be committing a crime of violence.  The crime is punishable based on per day of violation at $25,000 per day of violation, or three years in prison or both; or after 6 days of violation, the penalties peak out at $250,000 in fines, or 15 years in prison or both.  As I mentioned, all 545 are complicit with the crime because they are all GUILTY.  Compliance with the “Clean Water Act” puts our “governing authorities” out of business because they are, in fact, the UNITED STATES WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY owned by the VATICAN/CITY OF LONDON/UNITED STATES/ABA, aka Black Nobility (“sewer rats”).

Hello, I’m Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. Forget impeachment; it’s time for criminal prosecution. Obamacare isn’t about incompetence, and it isn’t about political disagreement. It’s about a trillion-dollar fraud carried out by the President of the United States. Let’s say a TV pitchman (you know, like the Ginsu knife guy) promised free health insurance. Let’s say he promised: “If you don’t like mine, you can keep your current health insurance. Period.” Then millions of Americans, thinking they had nothing to lose, took him up on it. And then, because of this con man’s lies, fraud and misrepresentations, they found the policies they liked and their families depended on canceled. When they went to his website for help to try to save themselves, they found it not only defective, but deceptive as well. The few who could get on found they had to enter their personal information, even if all they wanted to do was compare plans and prices. And once they did this, they were trapped. Their personal information would be used to extort them. They were warned that if they didn’t buy, they’d be fined. Can you imagine the outrage and criminal accusations coming from consumer protection advocates? Can you imagine how quickly the Federal government would shut down the business? Can you imagine how quickly a grand jury would be convened to indict the CEO? Can you imagine how quickly FBI agents, accompanied by SWAT teams with assault weapons, would swoop down on this CEO’s offices with guns drawn and remove cabinets and computers with the media watching, with cameras rolling, with flashbulbs popping? Can you picture the CEO and his top executives being “perp walked” in handcuffs in front of the waiting TV news cameras? The government would throw the book at these executives. For ripping off millions of consumers, including the elderly and innocent young children, the CEO would get life in prison. Think of the personal stories, the tragedies caused by this purposeful lie, by this fraud. The small businesses forced to close. The middle-class taxpayers hit with dramatic price increases, left with a choice of paying the mortgage or the health insurance. How about the people whose policies were canceled and, because they couldn’t afford this con man’s “better plan” or because of a defective website, went without insurance for a time — and during that time, had a car accident, leaving them unable to work and bankrupt with medical bills. All of these tragedies were set in motion because a CEO lied and misrepresented. If this happened to one single American family, that CEO would go to prison. Well it’s happening to millions of Americans. And that CEO con man is Barack Obama. A grand jury should be convened right now to indict the President of the United States for fraud on a massive scale. The FBI and SWAT teams should be surrounding the White House this week. Obama should be “perp walked” out of the people’s house in handcuffs, with cameras rolling, with flashbulbs popping. He lied to us all. His fraud will cost each of us dearly. This wasn’t the usual politician’s “little white lie.” This was a gigantic, purposeful lie that might cost 16 million (or more) Americans our health insurance. This lie will cost a typical family $5,000, $10,000, even $15,000 more per year for a new expensive policy none of us can afford or want. Worst of all, this lie will strip millions of proud middle-class families of their independence, self-reliance and self-esteem, by forcing them into government dependence for the first time in their lives. But then, that was the real point of Obamacare from Day 1: government dependence and income redistribution on a massive Marxist scale. We’ve been conned. A gigantic fraud has been sold to the American people. Our lives, finances, jobs and healthcare system are being destroyed. Our income is being stolen (Obama calls it “redistributed”) based on a fraud. Who benefits? Obama’s voters, Obama’s donors and, of course, the biggest health insurance companies in the country. That was the bribe to get them to go along with this fraudulent, Marxist scheme. Obama makes Bernie Madoff look like a piker. This is the first trillion-dollar fraud in world history, and someone should go to prison. What CEO in the private sector would be allowed to walk? Not one. Let’s sum up the crimes: We were promised no one would lose their health insurance. Lie. We were promised you could keep your present policy, if you liked it. Lie. We were promised costs were going down. Lie. We were promised this would be easy. Lie. We were promised that the middle class would not pay higher taxes. Lie. But as the Ginsu knife pitchman might say: “Wait; there’s more!” What if a private-sector CEO spent more than $600 million to build a website and happened to give the no-bid contract to his college classmate? What if after overspending hundreds of millions of dollars, the site didn’t work? That CEO would be in handcuffs in a New York minute. And if his wife arranged the deal, she’d be behind bars, too. Well don’t look now, but it happened. The most expensive website in history does not work. Obama spent $600 million of taxpayer money. The “fix” will bring the cost to more than $1 billion of your money. It was a no-bid contract. The top exec at the company that built the site is the Princeton classmate of Michelle Obama. They are members of the Princeton Black Alumni Association. She just happened to get a no-bid contract. How could someone spend that much money… and fail? It’s just a website. Did millions of dollars go to Cayman Island bank accounts? Were bribes paid for Michelle’s favor? Obama knew millions of Americans would lose their insurance. He knew rates would skyrocket. And someone stole hundreds of millions of dollars building a defective website. It’s past time for impeachment; it’s time for the CEO to pay for the fraud he’s perpetrated. If Obama tried a military takeover of America, among other things, I would meet with foreign sources who it would be to the advantage of to see America free as a nation. Whether this would lead to World War III or not, it would all be in the hands of God. I already have arranged that the technology would be in trusted hands and ready to deliver to allied foreign sources so they would know how to build the Soviet-era Doomsday Bomb and then we would kick out the foreign soldiers if backing Obama out of America and militarily arrest all domestic military backing Obama in an attempted military takeover of America. We would then have the American verson of the Nuremberg War Trials of 1945-6 and the results would not be pleasant for those judged war criminals against America whether domestic or foreign.   

     When an enemy plans to be totally ruthless against your people and nation, he has to be beat with smarter military answers than he has and throwing flowers at him is not going to defeat him or drive him out of America. After Obama is defeated, if he tries to escape, we will hunt him down across the world like Nazi war criminals were and we will bring him to justice  and all who tried to flee with him. I don't know why American intelligence years ago during the Cold War told a U.S. Senator who had been with Marine Corps intelligence in World War II that I would be the toughest S.O.B. leader for any enemy to face if fighting America. This U.S. Senator then told a retired Pentagon official who was a best friend of mine and this retired Pentagon official told me what the U.S. Senator said of me after being briefed by American military intelligence. American intelligence said if America was in a military jam, I would be the toughest military leader for America any enemy nation could face. Maybe it impressed American intelligence that I arranged for the overthrow of the Iron Curtain in 1961 if Wash., D.C. would back the plan. I had three Russian undergrounds ready to overthrow the Soviet Government and had a Romanov in Moscow ready to seize the government in Moscow if backed by Wash., D.C. One of the undergrounds demonstrated that they could paralyze the entire Soviet Air Force by sabotaging a plane with Soviet generals who died in the crash engineered by this underground.  This was to impress Wash., D.C. Lyndon Johnson, scared as hell, did not have the nerve to back the overthrow of the Iron Curtain.  The Joint Chiefs of Staff called this "either the end of the Cold War or else prepackaged World War III." All U.S. military were ready to back this overthrow of the Iron Curtain if Wash., D.C. backed it while Kennedy and Khruschev were off in Vienna for a "peace conference" then. I wasn't even 21 years of age, but as a military cadet for long before then, I knew how to play the game for overthrow of governments. The Joint Chiefs of Staff were incredibly impressed with my initiative like this and soon after gave me a military charter to set up an intelligence operation for America with no restraints on me. They said I was like a super master genius in art, you could tell me to create a masterpiece, but not how to create the masterpiece in art. Even the White House did not know that I had been given this charter by the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, but J. Edgar Hoover did and a few other select sources in Wash., D.C. who did not tell anyone else about this. They said I was like a Michelangelo in artistic genius, but as such they could not tell me how to create masterpieces but just tell me like a Michelangelo to "create 

masterpieces in military intelligence for the national defense of America." Thus was born the A.C.I.A. (American Counter Intelligence Agency) which later had spies in over 30 nations of the world and domestically we had massive penetration of the Communist secret setups, etc.  

     When later the head of the Soviet spy ring in America told an undercover F.B.I. informant who he thought was a Communist spy from New York City how I had saved America from military defeat during the Cold War by my "Slavic Royal Alliance Ruse" over the Soviet Union when Khruschev gave the West 6 months to get out of West Berlin or else it was World War III with the Soviet Union. I think it was 2 weeks later he backed down and said "The Berlin Crisis" must be solved by "peaceful co-existence at all costs." This was after President Eisenhower had a secret committee to tell him what would happen to America if he surrendered to the Soviet Union then. Alarm bells are ringing off all over Wash., D.C. No one was ever supposed to know about this! As a young military cadet, I outwitted the best brains in Soviet intelligence in Moscow then. I anticipated their moves just as I know the game of high treason that Obama is playing with America right now. By the way, by 4 channels the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Pentagon sent me congratulations for the Slavic Royal Alliance Ruse once they saw the testimony on what the head of the Soviet spy ring said that I saved America from either military defeat or else World War III then. I made Soviet intelligence look for a 10 nation uprising of Slavic nations the moment the Soviet Union tried a military move towards America. I prepared this ruse for maybe 6 months before the ultimatum on Berlin as I evaluated correctly the game Khruschev was playing on America then. By being prepared in adance, I saved America from Communist takeover then or else fighting a World War III then with nuclear weapons. The Joint Chiefs of Staff congratulated me on the Slavic Royal Alliance Ruse and judged it was the most brilliant military intelligence ruse in the military history of America up to then.

      Analyzing what Obama is planning for the American people if you the American people allow him to do this is he will apparently kill off from 25 million Americans on up to 200 million or more Americans if you act like peaceful little lambs consenting to him cutting your throats instead of standing up to him and stopping him from all his high treason schemes against you the American people. After all, when Obama gives his "crotch" salute (and apparently never actually says the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America then!) to the American flag when others salute it or else have their hand over their hearts as they pledge allegiance to it, this boy has utter contempt for the American flag, you the American people, and all that America was founded upon and should stand for today if we did not have this archtraitor Obama in the White House whose every dream is how he can betray America and collapse as a nation once you let him.

The upcoming Grid EX II drill, taking place on November 13th, is ostensibly designed to simulate a power grid take down which would endanger the safety of millions of Americans. The two primary goals of the drill consist of preparations for an attack upon the grid and the use of foreign military assets to support the drill. The scenario is premised on the notion that the attacks will be primarily nuclear in origin.

Many have been wondering if the November 13th Grid EX II drill is going to result in a false flag attack in which the power grid of United States will be taken down and martial law will be implemented and enforced through the use of foreign mercenaries.

Certainly, the false flag nature of the 9/11 attacks, the 7/7 London bombings and the Boston Marathon bombings certainly provides some degree of credence to these suspicions. However, I’ve been wondering if the Grid Ex drill would be the same as the Boston Marathon bombings. The answer is both yes and no, but first let’s look at the requisite and related background facts.

Presidential candidate, Obama, made a bold 2008 campaign announcement regarding the use of private assets (i.e. Brown Shirts) in order to fulfill his national security goals as he made the following statement:

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

There are some campaign promises that this president has fulfilled. It is clear, in the present context, that Obama was promising to raise an army of “Brown Shirts” that “would be just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded”. This civilian national security force is a three-headed monster. DHS, along with its acquisition of 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition and its 2700 armored personnel carriers, is the executive head of this new army of unconstitutional thugs which will head the upcoming martial law enforcement troops. The other two parts of this force would be the Chinese and Russian soldiers who are presently training on American soil during the upcoming Grid EX II drill. I have just described the composition of the new martial law enforcement army and all of us should be highly concerned.

The Russians Are Our Enemy

Several weeks ago on my talk show, I posed the open question as to why FEMA would sign a bilateral agreement with the Russian military to permit Russians to train on American soil. My most immediate concern has to do with the fact that Russians have repeatedly threatened to nuke the United States if we invaded Syria or Iran in the fall of 2012. I also raised the point that FEMA is a Federal agency designed to respond to natural disasters. Why would we need the Russian military to help us with a response to a natural disaster? Are the National Guard units going to be disbanded? Has our military grown so inept that they cannot be counted on? Or, is it more likely that the Russians will not hesitate to fire on American citizens during a martial law crackdown, subsequent gun confiscation as well as the deportation of dissident Americans to re-education camps?

The following is a quote from the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry:

“The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and the USA Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are going to exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters. This is provided by a protocol of the fourth meeting of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations and seventeenth meeting of Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations, which took place in Washington on 25 June.

The document provides for expert cooperation in disaster response operations and to study the latest practices. In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events.”

Don’t be deceived America, this is not just another example of international cooperation between two nations. As far back January of 2012, Russia threatened nuclear war and the threat was issued by the outgoing Russian ambassador to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, when he said that “Russia has given Iran its bear hug and warns Israel and the West that an attack on Tehran would be considered an attack on Moscow”….

The nuclear attack threatened of the former Russian NATO ambassador is not the only time that the Russians have threatened to nuke the United States. Two years ago, the Russians threatened to nuke targeted American sites in retaliation for a nuclear shield that the US erected in Europe. The unmistakable conclusion is that the Russian government is an enemy of the United States and as such their military does not belong on our soil in any way shape or form.

Grid EX II: Handing the Russians the keys to the car.

Not only will Russian troops be used in the upcoming Grid EX II drill, they will be used to police major events on American soil. This is martial law desensitization training in which the Russians are trained to interact with American citizens. In short, these enemies of the Republic are a part of the new martial law enforcement troops and this development defies belief.

Obama has opened the backdoor and let our enemies in the country in this version of the ultimate “Trojan Horse” scenario. This also explains why Obama is turning the United States military upside down on its ear with his endless series of purges of our military leadership. Obama knows that most of our present military leadership is not on board with the treason coming out of the White House. Therefore, Obama is reshuffling the deck in an attempt to find American generals and admirals who will do his unconstitutional bidding.

The Chinese Are Our Enemy

For the first time in American military history, the United States is allowing the communist Chinese troops to train on American soil. Like the Russians, the Chinese military will be a part of the upcoming Grid EX II drill in which they will be providing military support by a simulated attack of a rogue “third world nation” upon the US and its power grid infrastructure. The Chinese will have boots on the ground from November 12-14 in Hawaii.

This is an incredible act of treason being committed by the White House. The Chinese government is the enemy of the American people. Just like Russia, the Chinese have threatened to nuke the United States over a potential invasion of Syria and Iran. Just like Russia, the Chinese have been involved in the purchase of Iranian oil for gold which undermines the Petrodollar. The latter is a direct attack on the United States economy. In my book, when a nation threatens to nuke us and attacks our economic interests, they should be considered to be a hostile enemy and should be kept at arm’s length.

Chinese President Hu, “I will nuke you America”.

The leader of the Communist regime’s delegation, Major General Zhu, became infamous worldwide after telling reporters in 2005 that the dictatorship in Beijing would deploy nuclear weapons against major American cities in the event of a conflict over Taiwan. Further, both Chinese President Hu and Major General Zhang Zhaozhong have threatened the United States with nuclear war if they invade either Iran or Syria.

Do the above statements sound like the statements of a trusted friend that we should let be a part of a highly sensitive operation involving the defense of our power grid? What is more likely, is that the Chinese, like the Russians, are receiving martial law training on American soil in the upcoming Grid EX II drill.

Interestingly, the only nation on the face of the earth which possesses a sufficient number of troops to effectively garrison the United States is China. Military estimates tell us that six million troops would be needed to occupy this country in a martial law takeover. The Chinese certainly have that capability. Hawaii would prove to be an optimal staging from which to send massive amounts of Chinese soldiers to this country in order to enforce martial law. Could the Grid EX II drill also provide cover for a Chinese military buildup on American soil? And why would the Chinese be willing to engage in such an undertaking?

The Chinese own much of our debt. It is not hard to conceive of the fact that the IMF would strike a deal with the Chinese which promised debt collection through rhe seizure of American hard assets in exchange for occupying the country.

Obama Is a Traitor

Before you Obama supporters tell me that this president would not be this stupid, or this president would never be that treasonous so as to endanger the country by using troops from enemy countries to participate in a highly sensitive exercise with huge national security implications, I would refer you to a previous article that I wrote on the fact that Obama was bred by communists, raised by communists and had his political career launched by communists to do what he’s doing today. This is not hyperbole, these are well documented facts that I would encourage all skeptics to read by clicking on the hypertext links, view the evidence for yourself and then do your own research. There is only one correct interpretation. Obama was put into office to deindustrialize the US through the introduction of cap and trade policies and to destroy the sovereignty and individual civil liberties of American citizens by putting the country under martial law. He is succeeding on both fronts.

We in the alternative media, do not have time to deal with the skepticism of America’s sheep any longer. The situation is dire and deserves immediate attention and exposure if we have any hope of turning back the dark future that some have planned for the citizens of this country. It might already be too late.

The short answer to this problem is that this president needs to be impeached and immediately removed from office.

Grid EX II On November 13-14

Will the upcoming Grid EX II drill be a cover for a massive false flag attack that will usher in the final destruction of civil liberties and imposition of martial law? Although I share many of colleagues concerns regarding the false flag possibilities for this week’s drill, I’ve concluded that the upcoming drill is just what seems to be, a drill. However, it is a drill with a serious and ominous twist as I have grave concerns that Russian and Chinese troops are a part of this drill.

As the Boston Marathon bombings ended up being a dress rehearsal for martial law, so too is the Grid EX II drill a dress rehearsal for a false flag attack upon American soil involving the take down of the power grid at some future date. This will be followed by a declaration of martial law and will be enforced by foreign troops, under the direction of DHS, who will not hesitate to shoot and kill noncompliant American citizens.

I would challenge anyone reading these words to provide me with the slightest bit of justification in relation as to why the major enemies of our Republic, namely China and Russia, are being permitted anywhere near a sensitive drill such as the Grid EX II drill. China and Russia are clear enemies of the United States and do not belong anywhere within our territorial boundaries for any purpose whatsoever, especially near a highly sensitive emergency drill.

If this is too far-fetched for your worldview, then please tell me what are these foreign troops doing here? Is America that short on traffic cops, that low on Highway Patrolmen or are we expecting an alien invasion from Alpha Centauri and we need the Russian and Chinese firepower? There is nothing short of the ridiculous that justifies this kind of treason that we see coming out of the White House.

Relevant DOD Video

In August of 2008, I attended a town hall meeting sponsored by Congressman Trent Franks that was held at my local church. Franks played a 20 minute Department of Defense video which was based on the scenario of terrorists detonating two nuclear weapons high above the mid Continental United States. The resulting explosions produced and EMP burst which took down the electrical power grid. The video mentioned that the Naval War College also conducted a study in which it was determined that within two years following this event, 90% of all Americans would be dead. The Naval War College/DOD scenario reminds one of the television show,Revolution. Congressman Franks attempted to use this DOD creation as a justification to increase military spending. Five years later, I view this presentation is a portend of things to come.

Ask yourself an important question, if the United States ever experienced multiple a series of nuclear bomb detonations, who would be in charge of rescue and forced relocation efforts? The answer is the very agency who has signed a bilateral agreement with Russia to train for emergencies. It would be the very agency who will be working with the Communist Chinese military in Hawaii on November 12 through the 14th. That agency would be FEMA who operates under the direction of DHS. These are the two agencies who are primarily responsible for implementing the Grid EX II drill which is utilizing Chinese and Russian troops.

Conclusion

Did you know that this drill is being “managed” by the Security Prosperity Partnership (SPP)?  SPP is the North American Union. The announcement of Grid EX II was released, not on FEMA’s website, but on SPP.gov. This is a clever move which allows for elite to more effectively manage this drill for their own purposes.

Although I cannot discount the fears that many have that Grid EX II is a false flag operation in the works, I think it more likely that this is a dress rehearsal trial run for the real event. I do, however, believe that in the future we will see a power grid take down, followed by the declaration of martial law and the use of enemy foreign troops to enforce that martial law. I also believe that the it is likely that a future grid take down will also include a banking take down, as well, that will occur the third day of the blackout when people are rioting for food and too occupied to notice. This would allow the central bankers to establish a new world currency under the literal cover of darkness.

I think some individual caution is in order in preparation for this week’s events. However, I strongly believe that the worst is yet to come.

Dinarians,  Today is the day.

I have just received confirmation that today’s meeting at the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) was extremely productive and signatures have been inked to the required documents. All that remains is to see a live update all across the world.

Initially it was thought we would be looking at a rate of 1 IQD to 0.40 USD. I have pushed my source to find out where we are at on the rate and have now been told we are looking at anywhere between 1 IQD to 0.60 or 0.64 USD.

When asked, what next? He said his job is done, he can say no more and it’s just a matter of live switch on. He assured me this will happen any time between today and Thursday 14th November.

There is very little I can do tell you from here. The switch-over has been agreed and now the live switch just needs to happen. Although I am told only a few persons will know the exact day/time the rate switch takes place due to top-top secret level of intelligence.

Hoped for it to happen today, but in true Iraqi form, we have progress just not quite enough. Although Dinarians this is all part of the process. This needs to happen if you are to see an ROI, positive steps indeed.
