What does this mean to you?

exists to compel performance.
The Courtesy Notice offers new terms to any individual of a
foreclosed entity for their acceptance and the method of

What is the UCC - Where and to whom does it apply?
The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is the ‘bible’ of commerce

argue it has no application.

Hi All, Thanks to our friend Agent Bob for posting the writings of Wes Penre, I have been reading a lot of his stuff. When I first started reading, my first impression was that he was misguided on many levels. One thing being his take on the Bavarian Illuminati. I'm still not convinced he's right about them but whatever. I have found that Wes has some rather unique angles on many other topics which I am finding refreshing. And here is one (an idea) that crossed my mind when I was out having a smoke pondering the greater things in the Universe. The most recent post by Bob pretty much confirmed that idea I had after reading some of Wes's other materials regarding Ascension and how it has been misinterpreted and how he thinks it may pan out. Specifically, what Wes said about how this process supposedly works is that every 26,000 years or so the center of our galaxy becomes more active and emits higher levels of very high frequency radiations. ie. gamma and maybe higher ... with which I can agree. The idea is that these higher frequency radiations can reactivate the junk DNA that was DEACTIVATED by the Annuaki. Interesting twist eh ??? In the latest post by Bob, Wes talks about a "frequency fence" to keep these energies from reaching us, the human body. Now could it be that the chemtrail program was designed to replace OR enhance the existing fence ??? To keep out certain frequencies of radiation incoming at this time ??? The PTB are desperate to lock down ANY ideas of breaking free of the matrix and would do ANYTHING to accomplish that goal. Even the poisoning of the biosphere which may be why they have all the DUMB's built, stocked and ready to go. Because the surface will be uninhabitable for quit some time. I think they got started a little late tho and have been scrambling to get the shields back up or re-enforced. It would explain why only or mostly populated areas are being targeted. It makes sense to me that a nano particle of a certain element or compound would be required to shield against high energy high frequency radiation and lots of it. My intuition says to me it won't work but they had to try anyway. And the perfect explanation to the regular idiots in the air force is that this radiation is very dangerous and you are saving the planet and humanity instead of setting it free. Perfect set up to get them to do their jobs flying those tanker planes. IN fact there are many plausible explanations for the program ... weapons/defensive development, global warming shield, and the list could go on. BUT the main purpose is to keep those nasty gamma rays and such from reaching the human body. Sounds pretty plausible to me anyway. I'm not sure if anyone has thought about it this way and voiced it but it donned on me a couple days ago. Comments welcome and I'll post them tomorrow. I want to
thank you for all the hospitality you provided me during my stay at your home
while we drew up the ZENITH WORLD TRUST and the NSEA INTERNATIONAL TRUST.
Further, I
also wish to notify you that Ms. Karen Hudes, former Chief Counsel for the
World Bank, is correct, both the ZENITH WORLD
TRUST and the NSEA INTERNATIONAL TRUST are null and void due to the change in the terms of the contract
without getting all signatures of all parties agreeing to the new changes to
the contract. We failed to redo the signatures in agreement on the
changed contract.
Still
further, Jeff and I do not wish to have any participation with the ZENITH WORLD
TRUST. Pursuant to our investigation, we found it had been conspired to
steal the American citizens trust accounts to pay for the one world order
Agenda 21. The conspirators are listed in the actions as parties privy to
the deal. As we discovered, the grant was to be backed by the STATE OF
CALIFORNIA and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The only ‘assets’ they have
are the ones they have extorted from the American citizens when they
‘registered to vote.’ That deal fell through when the Pope cut off their
access to the American citizen’s trust accounts just recently. Now, they
have to back the grant with gold…and they don’t have any. My
investigation has concluded that this was in fact a Vatican conspired coo intended
to extort $9,000,000,000,000,000.00 from the TRUST accounts of the American
