[KIRKWOOD] My thoughts about this investment,, the first day was going 100 miles a hour to send out money fedex, then waiting to see the rv. You are being given the opportunity to permanently leave the cycle of rebirth, and it is a unique time that comes with the closing of the present cycle. Where in the past you have played your roles that have created and sustained separation, that epoch has finished and is being played out to its conclusion. You have always been One with each other although often you have played roles that have put you in opposition. That was to speed up your evolution through the experience gained, and as a result it is now proceeding even quicker as the Light grows in its intensity. Those who have already progressed are also helping others who follow in their footsteps, in the same way that you are being helped now. In your Solar System you are the last ones who wait to achieve Ascension, and you will continue to receive immense help until every soul has done so. The dark Ones are in a state of panic and trying by all means to prevent the inevitable end of their rule. It will be to no avail so there is no need for concern, and we would ask that you concentrate on bringing through the Light. At the end of a cycle there is much sorting out and each soul is given every opportunity to move into their highest level of being. Brazilian Firm Goes to Market with Free Energy Generator Capable of Powering Two Average-Size Houses [videos]

And we have yet to see the results of the prototype Hope Girl helped raise the money for which may be ready by the end of 2013.  There is NOTHING the Illuminati can do now to stop our free energies. They cannot put the genie back in the bottle.

Two Brazilian inventors, Nilson Barbosa and Cleriston Leal, claim to have invented a free energy device and are now selling this device to the public.  The device is called the Earth Electron Captor Generator, or “GERADOR CAPTOR DE ELÉTRONS DA TERRA” in Portuguese.

There is one catch, they are presently only offering the device to people who live in the city of Imperatriz.  However, they are working to license production with several manufacturing firms that will allow for online sales.  Their website says they will update their page with distributor information when it becomes available.  The rumor mill says global distributors will come online in January of 2014.

The device requires a small amount of initial input power to start some kind of sensor rolling, which then produces over-unity power.  The device looks small, which means it could be used for vehicular power, as well as residential power.  They advertise it can be used in either roll, as well as an industrial power source.  The site claims the input power needed to run it is around 2% of its output power.

They have several sizes of the generator.  The smallest prototype they built is capable of generating 12.1 kw of power, with a load of 6000 watts, using only 21 watts input energy.  The prototype unit weighs 1.5 kg measuring 20x30x15 cm.  The average home needs around 15 kw of power.

The product looks legit.  If this is for real, it will replace Dark Wallet as the second most important creation in the history of man, behind Bitcoin of course.  The petro-dollar will surely topple in the face of this invention.

I have posted some videos of the product below.  One of the comments on one of the video feeds says the system costs 12,000.  I’m not sure if that number is accurate, and if it is accurate, what currency it is denominated in.  If that’s in Reals, that would be around $5,500 US Dollars.  I’ve seen another person saying it was going for 11,000 Reals in a forum thread.

The local power company confiscated the first two devices they installed in homes for lack of proper UL-equivalent certifications. Sales are suspended until they get expert opinion, which is already being provided.

They’ve asked if I could remove this page, but instead, I’m posting this notice. Give them some breathing room. They are not bi-lingual. For now, they have enough brain-power and input coming from their Brazilian counter-parts.

Back in September, a Brazilian newspaper reported that the two inventors were arrested for supposedly receiving stolen goods.  Apparently they had all of their equipment confiscated during the raid.  As best I can make out, the report says they were found to have two energy meters that belonged to a Brazilian energy cooperative.

The two said they were given the energy meters by an engineer of the cooperative.  Their lawyers said they were going to file a corpus delicti motion, which means they don’t believe any crime has been committed because they were freely given the meters to use, and the engineer who gave them the meters had even published a report on the internet about it.  The two were released on bail.  The rumor mill says “that everything is fine now.” From the Peswiki notice, it appears that they are still in operation.

Here’s a video that apparently shows the device being used to power an industrial facility in Brazil.  This video was published on October 3, 2013, not too long after the device went on sale.  If this is a hoax, it’s a pretty damn elaborate one.

As the holidays approach, the giant Asian factories are kicking into high gear to provide Americans with monstrous piles of cheaply produced goods -- merchandise that has been produced at the expense of American labor.

This year will be different. This year Americans will give the gift of genuine concern for other Americans. There is no longer an excuse that, at gift giving time, nothing can be found that is produced by American hands. Yes there is!

It's time to think outside the box, people. Who says a gift needs to fit in a shirt box, wrapped in foreign produced produced wrapping paper?

Everyone -- yes EVERYONE gets their hair cut. How about gift certificates from your local American hair salon or barber?

Gym membership? It's appropriate for all ages who are thinking about some health improvement.

Who wouldn't appreciate getting their car detailed? Small, American owned detail shops and car washes would love to sell you a gift certificate or a book of gift certificates.

Are you one of those extravagant givers who think nothing of plunking down the Benjamins on a Foreignmade flat-screen? Perhaps that grateful gift receiver would like his driveway sealed, or lawn mowed for the summer, or driveway plowed all winter, or games at the local golf course.

There are a bazillion owner-run restaurants -- all offering gift certificates. And, if your intended isn't the fancy eatery sort, what about a half dozen breakfasts at the local breakfast joint.

Remember, folks this isn't about big National chains -- this is about supporting your home town Americans with their financial lives on the line to keep their doors open.

How many people couldn't use an oil change for their car, truck or motorcycle, done at a shop run by the American working guy?

Thinking about a heartfelt gift for mom? Mom would LOVE the services of a local cleaning lady for a day.

My computer could use a tune-up, and I KNOW I can find some young guy who is struggling to get his repair business up and running.

OK, you were looking for something more personal. Local crafts people spin their own wool and knit them into scarves. They make jewelry, and pottery and beautiful wooden boxes.

Plan your holiday outings at local, owner operated restaurants and leave your server a nice tip. And, how about going out to see a play or btheatert your hometown theatre.

Musicians need love too, so find a venue showcasing local bands.

Honestly, people, do you REALLY need to buy another ten thousand Made in Asia lights for the house? When you buy a five dollar string of light, about fifty cents stays in the community. If you have those kinds of bucks to burn, leave the mailman, trash guy or babysitter a nice BIG tip.

You see, Christmas is no longer about draining American pockets so that other countries can build another glittering city. Christmas is now about caring about US, encouraging American small businesses to keep plugging away to follow their dreams. And, when we care about other Americans, we care about our communities, and the benefits come back to us in ways we couldn't imagine. THIS is the new American Christmas tradition.

The World Trade Organization reached its first ever trade reform deal on Saturday to the roar of approval from nearly 160 ministers who had gathered on the Indonesian island of Bali to decide on themake-or-break agreement that could add $1 trillion to the global economy

The approval came after Cuba dropped a last-gasp threat to veto the package of measures.

"For the first time in our history, the WTO has truly delivered,'' WTO chief Roberto Azevedo told exhausted ministers after the talks which had dragged into an extra day on the tropical resort island.

"This time the entire membership came together. We have put the 'world' back in World Trade Organization,'' he said. "We're back in business...Bali is just the beginning.''

The talks, which had opened on Tuesday, nearly came unstuck at the last minute when Cuba suddenly refused to accept a deal that would not help pry open the U.S. embargo of the Caribbean island, forcing negotiations to drag into Saturday morning.

Cuba later agreed on a compromise with the United States.

Trade skepticism

But there was skepticism how much had really been achieved.

"Beyond papering over a serious dispute on food security, precious little was progress was made at Bali,'' said Simon Evenett, professor of international trade at the University of St Gallen in Switzerland. "Dealing with the fracas on food security sucked the oxygen out of the rest of the talks.''

The talks had begun under a cloud because of an insistence by India at the outset that it would only back an agreement if there was a compromise on food subsidies because of its massive program for stockpiling food to feed its poor.

India, which will holds elections next year, won plaudits at home for taking a stand on behalf of the world's poor.

An eventual compromise was greeted with jubilation by Trade Minister Anand Sharma. While India had insisted on a permanent exemption from the WTO rules, the final text aimed to recommend a permanent solution within four years.

But the agreement is a milestone for the 159 WTO members, marking the organisation's first global trade agreement since it was created in 1995.

It also rescues the WTO from the brink of failure and will rekindle confidence in its ability to lower barriers to trade worldwide, after 12 years of fruitless negotiations.

The deal would lower trade barriers and speed up the passage of goods through customs. Analysts estimate that over time it could boost the world economy by hundreds of billions of dollars and create more than 20 million jobs, mostly in developing countries.

It still needs to be approved by each member government.

"It is good for both developed and developing members alike,'' U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman said.

Red tape

A study by the Washington, D.C.-based Peterson Institute of International Economics estimated the agreement would inject $960 billion into the global economy and create 21 million jobs, 18 million of them in developing nations.

The deal slashes red tape at customs around the world, gives improved terms of trade to the poorest countries, and allows developing countries to skirt the normal rules on farm subsidies if they are trying to feed the poor.

The ministers had gathered with a clear warning that failure to reach agreement in Bali would turn the WTO into an irrelevance and trigger a rush towards regional and bilateral trade pacts.

It came almost 20 years to the day since a similar nail-biting conclusion to another marathon negotiation - the talks to agree the creation of the WTO itself, which wrapped up in mid-December 1993. That was the last global trade deal.

The Bali meeting was also noticeable for its lack of anti-WTO protests compared to the street battles when ministers met in Seattle 14 years ago.

The Bali accord will help revive confidence in the WTO's ability to negotiate global trade deals, after it consistently failed to clinch agreement in the Doha round of talks that started in 2001 and proved hugely over-ambitious.

As the Doha round stuttered to a halt, momentum shifted away from global trade pacts in favor of regional deals such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership that the United States is negotiating with 11 other countries, and a similar agreement it is pursuing bilaterally with the European Union.

The following is the abstract of a recent article by law professors Bradley T. Borden & David J. Reiss, and law student William KeAupuni Akina, all of Brooklyn Law School, published in a recent issue ofWestlaw Journal Bank & Lender Liability (June 3, 2013):

• News outlets and foreclosure defense blogs have focused attention on the defense commonly referred to as "show me the note." This defense seeks to forestall or prevent foreclosure by requiring the foreclosing party to produce the mortgage and the associated promissory note as proof of its right to initiate foreclosure.
  
  The defense arose in two recent state supreme-court cases and is also being raised in lower courts throughout the country. It is not only important to individuals facing foreclosure but also for the mortgage industry and investors in mortgage-backed securities.
  
  In the aggregate, the body of law that develops as a result of the foreclosure epidemic will probably shape mortgage law for a long time to come.
  
  Courts across the country seemingly interpret the validity of the "show me the note" defense incongruously. Indeed, states appear to be divided on its application. However, an analysis of the situations in which this defense is raised provides a framework that can help consumers and the mortgage industry to better predict how individual states will rule on this issue and can help courts as they continue to grapple with this matter.

The following is the abstract of a recent article by Molly Rose Goodman, Suffolk University Law School published in a recent issue of Real Estate Law Journal:

• By failing to properly transfer ownership of loans and mortgages, recording fraudulent documents, and performing unlawful foreclosures, financial institutions and law firms have generated property titles that range from defective to toxic.
  
  Those actions evince a systemic failure to comply with longstanding principles of real property law and regulations governing financial transactions. Title companies participated in title services and issued title insurance policies throughout the housing boom and although they did not directly cause toxic titles, many title insurers have ultimately assumed the risk for the bad practices that became the industry norms in the last decade.
  
  In this article, I will discuss how title insurers have exposed themselves to liability for toxic titles.

Below is a transcript of a conversation between two eminent economists discussing this very question. COSTELLO: I want to talk about the unemployment rate in America. ABBOTT: Good subject. Terrible times. It's 7.8%. COSTELLO: That many people are out of work? ABBOTT: No, that's 14.7%. COSTELLO: You just said 7.8%. ABBOTT: 7.8% unemployed. COSTELLO: Right. 7.8% out of work. ABBOTT: No, that's 14.7%. COSTELLO: Okay, so it's 14.7% unemployed. ABBOTT: No, that's 7.8%. COSTELLO: WAIT A MINUTE. Is it 7.8% or 14.7%? ABBOTT: 7.8% are unemployed. 14.7% are out of work. COSTELLO: If you are out of work, you are unemployed. ABBOTT: No, Congress said you can't count the "Out of Work" as the unemployed. You have to look for work to be unemployed. COSTELLO: BUT THEY ARE OUT OF WORK!!! ABBOTT: No, you miss his point. COSTELLO: What point? ABBOTT: Someone who doesn't look for work can't be counted with those who look for work. It wouldn't be fair. COSTELLO: To whom? ABBOTT: The unemployed. COSTELLO: But ALL of them are out of work. ABBOTT: No, the unemployed are actively looking for work. Those who are out of work, gave up looking, and if you give up, you are no longer in the ranks of the unemployed. COSTELLO: So if you're off the unemployment rolls that would count as less unemployment? ABBOTT: Unemployment would go down. Absolutely! COSTELLO: The unemployment just goes down because you don't look for work? ABBOTT: Absolutely it goes down. That's how they get it to 7.8%. Otherwise it would be 14.7%. Our government doesn't want you to read about 14.7% unemployment. COSTELLO: That would be tough on those running for re-election. ABBOTT: Absolutely! COSTELLO: Wait, I got a question for you. That means there are two ways to bring down the unemployment number? ABBOTT: Two ways is correct. COSTELLO: Unemployment can go down if someone gets a job? ABBOTT: Correct. COSTELLO: And unemployment can also go down if you stop looking for a job? ABBOTT: Bingo. COSTELLO: So there are two ways to bring unemployment down, and the easier of the two is to have people stop looking for work. ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like an Economist. COSTELLO: I don't even know what I just said! ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like Congress.
