California is currently preparing to issue drivers licenses to millions of illegal aliens, which will be valid anywhere in the country. This will make it much easier for illegals to work throughout in the US and greatly increase the flood of illegal aliens into the entire country.

This protest against illegal immigration took place at the Home Depot in Westminster, California in Orange County on May 3, 2014. The event was organized by the California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR).

Just in case you haven’t been keeping up with the ‘tin-foil’ hat conspiracies, increasingly proven to be true, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, is the center of a secret global economy that has bailed out American International Group Inc., huge insurance companies like AIG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., J.P. Morgan,Societe Generale and Deutsche Bank AG, among others.

The secret cabal’s control over international markets is becoming less of a mystery as increasing numbers of markets reveal themselves so obviously to be fixed. The cabal cheats the 99 percent with Libor interest rates, foreign exchanges, and gold, silver, and platinum price fixing.

Then there’s high-frequency trading (HFT), where Wall Street banks use supercomputers to monitor incoming stock market orders, analyze their likely impact on prices, and place orders ahead of those trades to capture a bit of the price impact, called ‘stealing’ if it were properly named.

HFT data helps to explain the frenzy in today’s markets: The most aggressive firms tend to earn the biggest profits, hence the incentive to trade as quickly and as often as possible. Furthermore, these traders make their money at the expense of everyone else, including less-aggressive high- frequency traders. It is simply the latest and greatest scam on stock holders looking for real value in a company, thinking they can compete with the big guys.

Just a few weeks ago, 132 nations decided they’ve had enough of the ‘secret’ money jig we’ve all been dancing to. One of the largest coalitions of developing nations in history has urged Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, to provide, “as soon as possible…alternative options for banking services.” 132 countries, including China are done with the funny money scheme.

This comes on the heels of a mass cancellation of bank accounts in U.N. missions and those of foreign US diplomats. The G77 urges the secretary-general to review the “U.N. Secretariat’s financial relations with the JP Morgan Chase Bank and consider alternatives to such financial institutions and to report thereon, along with the information requested.”

JP Morgan is the left arm of the cabal, along with other ‘big banks’ who were benefactors of billions in our tax money. They have shorted silveralong with Citibank to increase their physical silver holdings by 500%. They are also the ‘big bank,’ along with Chase that failed to stopPonzi-schemer Bernard Madoff. Why do that? He was cut from the same clothe as their top executives.

JPMorgan Chase & Co CEO Jamie Dimon pleaded with and complained to the U.S. Justice Department a few years back but couldn’t convince the government to end its criminal probe of his bank because prosecutors couldn’t figure out just how crooked this banking system really was.

Banks like these helped crash our economies, and they are trying to do the same now, so that they can profit from it.

The problem for countries around the world is simple: Chase bank currently handles billions in accounts maintained by the United Nations and its agencies, in guess where – NEW YORK CITY.

The countries express a ‘deep concern’ over the decisions made by several other banking institutions, known puppets for the cabal, including JP Morgan Chase, in closing bank accounts for mostly developing countries. The resolution proposed, still subject to amendments cites a 1947 agreement between the US and UN, which:

“. . .guarantees the rights, obligations and the fulfillment of responsibilities by member states towards the United Nations, under the United Nations Charter and international law.”

It also points out the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations as a regulatory framework for states and international organizations, specifcically the working relationship between the United Nations and the City of New York.

The countries have put forth the G77 as a means to utilize, “all necessary measures to ensure permanent missions accredited to the United Nations and their staff are granted equal, fair and non-discriminatory treatment by the banking system.”

At secret meetings around the G77 last month, representative after representative from these countries severely criticized the American banking system from cutting off banking services from the diplomatic community, specifically directing their outrage at JP Morgan Chase (formerly Chemical bank).

The accounts were closed when a request from the US treasury asked banks to report every single transaction of 70 ‘blacklisted’ diplomats as part of a monitoring system, just a new way that bankers are spying on all of us. Aside from a network of cameras, run buy the NSA, and a program with a codename of ‘Dishfire’ they also now indulge in practices which make you no different than America’s ‘enemies,’ or diplomats of emerging economies sick of being bullied by the petro-dollar:

1. Every time you swipe your credit or debit card, the transaction is scored to gauge the risk of fraud.

2. Banks use ‘behavior’ scores to figure out how you consume and deny you credit or increase your mortgage rates based on that behavior.

3. Deposit behavior is also gauged. If you save a little or a lot, they are watching that and plugging in the data to determine whether or not to lend you more funny money.

4. Investments and income are assessed utilizing a ‘wealth estimator.’ This also affects what financial products you have access to, and what you will pay for them.

5. Both US and UK spy agencies avert internet encryption to look at your private emails, medical information and banking habits.

U.S. Treasury Renminbi Bonds

Carney was a tool but had the largest steel marbles on the block. The “steely” was the most sought after and traded of all the marbles, and Carney was a grand collector.  Myths were born from his ability to bully smaller kids into trading their one or two heavy spheres for ten or twenty smaller and bland marbles.  At one point I was certain that he had all the steelies in a 1 mile radius.

The afternoon laughter was usually broken by his emergence from the alley and into the field where we kids met every Saturday for the traditional game of marbles.  With his girth and weight he would trample the smaller of the lot and settle at the highest edge of the ring.

Everyone hated playing with Carney because you would never win, even if you did.  It was a lose-lose proposition which many refused to participate in.
Eventually a small grouping of kids joined together and began to avoid Carney altogether.  They would randomly change the location each Saturday and start earlier in the afternoon.  With each passing weekend Carney became more upset and angry over missing the games, not because he couldn’t expand his collection of steelies but because he was left out of the game altogether.

A method of separating Carney from his steely collection was soon devised.  For each weekend which he wished to play, he had to trade back one large steely for smaller and less valuable marbles.  Though not pleased about this at all, his choices were simple now that a group had taken up defense against him.  One, he could continue to bully and unfairly trade with the other kids in order to expand his already large steelie collection.  Or two, he could trade fairly and still be allowed to play the game with the others.

With the kids no longer divided, Carney’s choice was clear.  The feeling of isolation and being left out was more impactful than the feelings of unwarranted reward.  For what was the real value of his steely collection if nobody else wanted to play a game that involved them.

Never once in our childhood understanding of events did we question the fact that the real value of the marbles was provided by the parents who would give us the assorted bags and send us on our way.  So focused on beating each other and transferring marbles amongst ourselves that we never thought to consider where the marbles were actually coming from.

As we continue on into adulthood there isn’t much that changed.  Marbles are replaced with money and we have no idea where it came from.  We just seeked to acquire more of it and trade with it.

The mechanism of how the U.S. Treasury issues dollar denominated bonds which are purchased by the Federal Reserve and foreign central banks is never fully understood by a very large percentage of the population.
It works the same in every country.

But can the U.S. Treasury issue bonds denominated in another countries currency?  Say the Chinese Renminbi?
The short answer is yes.
How do we know this?
Simple, it was done before.

In 1978 the faith in the U.S. dollar was at an all time low and many countries were afraid that the dollar was becoming a bad store of value.  Considering the debt process of money creation, once the Federal Reserve starting printing mass amounts of money in 1944 to stuff the central banks around the world in support of the reserve currency status, the Treasury needed to continue issuing bonds so the process wouldn’t fall flat and collapse the larger economy. These bonds were called Carter bonds and were denominated in German marks and Swiss francs.  The intent was to continue attracting foreign investments into Treasuries.

At the time many countries, including U.S. ally Japan, felt that the Treasury was attempting to inflate the debt away by devaluing the dollar.  With increased money printing, being debt creation or expansion of credit, comes higher inflation.  The more money you print, and the faster you print it, the faster inflation increases. Faster inflation will eventually lead to negative real interest rates which in turn is a method of transferring debt away from investors and back to the government.

This is the QE money printing taking place at the Federal Reserve.  With more QE we have seen higher inflation in the countries which hold Treasury debt.

The taper, designed flawlessly, is now transferring that devalued debt back to the government.  In turn, as the debt comes home, gold is going the other way.  Its a trade back, just like the steelies that Carney unfairly acquired from the other players.

One of the first posts I made here on PoM was titled China to Purchase the Federal Reserve.  The essay got a lot of attention and has been well circulated around the internet.  As prosperous as it first sounded, many things have happened since to suggest that the thesis may not have been that far from the mark.

To help understand what type of process could facilitate this business transaction, here’s an article from 2012 titled Fed Clears Way for Chinese Firms to Buy US Banks.

The purchase of the JP Morgan building by a Chinese firm has been well covered.  The important thing to remember about this deal was that no one saw it coming until it was announced.

The same can be expected in the coming months as larger US bank purchases by Chinese firms are announced and the takeover of industry openly commences.  See post The New American Industrialization.

China has so heavily invested in Detroit that its now being wondered if that city will be the first Chinese American city in the new financial and industrial age that is upon us.

When the Fed taper reaches zero I would suspect that we will see some dramatic moves in bond denomination.  Western gold reserves are depleting at the similar rate as the taper.  The balance between gold reserves and dollar debt is where the future tales are foreshadowed.

Many are selling fear oriented scenario’s based on economic collapse and dollar calamity.  It is reasoned that hyperinflation will strike America and send prices skyrocketing.  But inflation has been a constant since 1913.  It’s commonly acknowledged that the method of measuring inflation has been manipulated along with all the other economic indicators, none more so than gold, silver and oil.

In the post The Greatest Game I suggested that gold and stock markets will collapse when the financial system completes the inevitable transition to the multilateral SDR system.  Perhaps I am also guilty of using the word collapse but in the article and subsequent comments I make plan that few will notice much of a difference once the transition is complete.

In regards to gold, the big steely, we have seen the prices go up as QE was increasing.  As the taper has unfolded we have seen the price of gold come down.

The other scenario we hear a lot about is that gold will rise to atmospheric levels when the dollar collapses.  The dollar has already collapsed.  Or is collapsing as we speak.  This is why inflation numbers are manipulated.  This is why gold prices are manipulated.  This is why the Fed is now tapering.  This is why the gold has already mostly gone East.  This is why China is purchasing US banks and investing in American industry.

And this is why prices for goods are already going up in America, and have been for the last few years.  Its just that there is little discussion about it.
The so-called collapse already happened.  It’s just that no one noticed because it was hidden within QE and taper numbers, along with zero interest rates, high gold prices, and manufactured inflation metrics.
We are much closer to the final act of this financial system reset than many realize.  Watch for the end of the taper.  It approaches.
Like Carney having to trade his steelies back, the U.S. Treasury will soon be issuing Renminbi denominated bonds to secure investor confidence in America.  And China will do its part by bringing American heavy industry back to life.

Remember, the SDR composition of the Renminbi is going to be massive.  What we need to remember is who is handing us the marbles in the first place.  – JC

Cottrell, who is represented as some sort of financial expert, who is treasurer of Wanta's corporation AmeriTrade Group. Apparently, in search of a $4.5 trillion fortune, Wanta decided to gather the best finance minds in the world to aid him, but rather than obtaining investment bankers from New York, London, or San Francisco, he went to the fianance Mecca of Erie, Pennsylvania, where Cottrell runs a small investment firm named Pennsylvania Investments. His resume is available online here. I looked it up on Hoover's, and apparently it is a real firm, run out of his house, with a total of 3 employees and $300,000 a year in sales. Which would make him a rather low paid investment banker.

After listening to an interview with Cottrell on Greg Szymanski's radio show I finally figured the connection out. Cottrell claims that he found out about Wanta's money while writing his master's thesis in Administration of Justice at Mercyhurst College, a small university in Erie. Cottrell is quite proud of his thesis, titled "Elite Power & Capital Markets", and mentions it often. The letters "MS" also follow his name on just about every mention on-line, like some type of professional designation. One of the conspiracy websites even gives this hilarious endorsement:

That Bush Sr. was 'out of the loop' in respect of Wanta's operations has been specifically reconfirmed by Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. on page 74 of his classic study 'Elite Power and Capital Markets',13th February 2002, Administration of Justice Department, Mercyhurst College, citing Peter Kornbluh and Malcolm Byrne, 'The Iran-Contra Scandal: The Declassified History', The New Press, New York, 1993, page 410.

I am not sure how a master's thesis written four years ago at an obscure university quite counts as "classic"...

Anyway, now Cottrell is the treasurer of AmeriTrade Group, which according to the Virginia State Corporation Commission was actually incorporated for a filing fee of $50 on May 20th, 2004 with 5,000 shares. Their office is given as that of Stephen D. Goodwin, also listed as a Vice President, who is a lawyer in Richmond. I think they need to do a better job of maintaining the corporation, as they owe $110 in fees and penalties, which as far as I can tell was for being 3 months late filing their annual report.

In the Szymanski interview Cottrell seems to be rather taken by Wanta, and honestly believes he has all this money. He is rather on the paranoid side though. He believes the NSA is intercepting his e-mails and used that to steal a $300 billion deal he had going with DeutscheBank. How a $300,000 a year firm gets that kind of deal, is beyond me.

A similiar story popped up on-line.

The way this is done, and the use of NSA computer-targeting ops to steal business, are described in the recently published double issue of International Currency Review, which has exposed a great deal of the illegal activity which is now on its last legs. It’s too bad these criminals didn’t clean up their act sooner.

Cottrell, although he does actually appear to have an investment background of some type, still seems to have little idea of what he is talking about. When asked by Szymanski how Wanta's money was able to go from a few billion to $70 trillion in a little over a decade, Cottrell replied that "Interest rates were high in the late 70s and 80s, as much as 14%." Interest rates were in fact, not that high anytime after the mid-80s, and even if he had managed to get this rate, anyone with the most basic understanding of finance would realize it does not compound this quickly. For instance if he started in 1991, even at the extremely high compounding rate of 14%, in order to have $70 trillion in 2006 he still would have had to start with the ridiculous sum of $9.8 trillion, which in 1991 was far more than the US GDP.

I still am not sure what type of scam they are up to, but I will keep my eyes open.

PUTIN WANTS SOME ACTION

A foreboding “urgent action bulletin” released by the Federal Security Services (FSB) states that President Putin this morning declared that a “State of Red War” now exists and has ordered an “immediate deployment” of the much feared and highly secretive Spetsgruppa A (Alpha Group) forces into Ukraine to counter the estimated 2,000 Takfiri terrorist fighters being deployed from Syria into Kiev by the Obama regime.

A “State of Red War” declaration means that a conflict within or outside of Russia’s borders endangers a “significant” number of Russian speaking peoples and could possibly soon escalate into a “State of Total War”, the latter which allows for the use of nuclear weapons and a full-scale deployment of military forces.

Alfa Group is a dedicated counter-terrorism unit that belongs to OSNAZ of the FSB, or more specifically the “A” Directorate of the FSB Special Operations Center (TsSN). It is currently believed to consist of 700 persons, 400 assigned to the Moscow Detachment and the remaining 300 located in other cities in Russia.

Alfa Group’s primary function is believed to be to carry out urban counter-terrorist missions under the direct sanction and control of the Russian political leadership. However, little is publicly known and other plausible missions would include a variety of paramilitary, policing and/or covert operations.

As we had previously reported too, Alfa Group forces were deployed on 24 February to the Crimea oblast after Putin had warned NATO that Russia would go to war to protect this vital region after the US-backed coup in Ukraine toppled its elected government.

To understand the frightening fierceness of Alpha Group forces one only need remember October 1985 when they were dispatched to Beirut after four Russian diplomats had been taken hostage by militant Sunni Muslims.

By the time Alfa Group was onsite, one of the hostages had already been killed. The perpetrators and their relatives were identified by supporting intelligence operatives, and the latter were taken hostage.

Following the standard policy of “no negotiation”, Alfa Group proceeded to sever some of their hostages’ body parts and sent them to the perpetrators with a warning that more would follow if the Russian hostages were not released immediately. The tactic was a success and no other Russian national was taken hostage in the Middle East for the next 20 years.

To the need of Alpha Group forces in the Ukraine battle zone, this report says, was underscored by reports of Takfiri terrorist fighters now being deployed by the Obama regime and their Saudi Arabian allies to terrify and kill Russian speaking peoples.

The grim news of these Takfiri terrorist fighters entering Ukraine has been further verified by the FNA News Service who in their report writes:

“A large number of terrorist Takfiri fighters in Syria, who bear Saudi and Chechnian nationalities and receive financial and military backup from the Saudi intelligence agency, have been transferred to the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, on several planes to help the Ukrainian army in its fight against the pro-Russian population,” an Arab security official told FNA on Sunday on the condition of anonymity due to the secrecy of the issue.

“The forces have been immediately dispatched to Kramatorsk city in Eastern Ukraine, and are now fighting beside the Ukrainian army forces against the pro-Russians under the name of militias who support the government,” the source added.

The source explained that Saudi Arabia seeks to take revenge from Russia and pro-Russian people in Ukraine due to Moscow’s support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the war on rebel groups.

Last Summer, former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar reportedly offered Russian President Putin a deal, saying if Russia abandoned Syria, Saudi Arabia would protect the Sochi Olympics from Islamic terrorists. Putin angrily rebuffed the offer. In January, two terrorist bombings, for which the Saudis were blamed, happened only 400 miles away from the site of the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.”

To whom are directing these Takfiri terrorist fighters in Ukraine, this report continues, there is little doubt it is the Obama regimes Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) whose forces have deployed in huge numbers into Kiev, and as we had previously reported, on 4 May, have already incurred casualties.

After the “Horror In Odessa” last Friday, this report says, these Alpha Group forces are now “urgently needed” in an area where neo-Nazi Ukrainian forces backed by the Obama regime burned alive nearly 50 pro-federalist supporters that these sadistic Kiev activist called “our May barbecue”, and other activists sang the Ukrainian national anthem and hurled a new taunt: “Colorado” for the Colorado potato beetle, striped red and black like the pro-Russian ribbons. Those outside chanted “burn Colorado, burn,” witnesses said. Swastika-like symbols were spray painted on the building, along with graffiti reading “Galician SS”.

To justify the use of these Takfiri terrorist fighters, this report continues, the Obama regime coup-installed government in Kiev is now calling them “volunteers” and have begun organizing them into “special forces brigades” they are now moving them into Eastern Ukraine to battle the pro-federalists.

But not just to fighting pro-federalist forces are these Takfiri terrorist fighters being tasked, this report warns, but also to targeting innocent civilians, and as we can, in part, read as reported by the RT News Service:

“A 30-year-old civilian woman died after being shot in the head by sniper fire while standing on her balcony in Slavyansk. RT’s Paula Slier visited shocked relatives of the victim, who say a Ukrainian army sniper is responsible, though they don’t know why. Irina, who was head of a department at a technical college in Slavyansk, never took part in any protests or fighting. However, when standing on her balcony and waiting for her husband to come home from a nearby garage, the woman was targeted by an unidentified sniper. Neighbors said they heard a popping sound coming from the trees opposite her window.”

As the Obama regimes hypocrisy over Ukraine is now being called “absolutely stunning”, this report further notes, and with former top US President Ronald Reagan administration official Paul Craig Roberts further warning yesterday that the Obama regime has no intention of allowing the crisis in Ukraine to be resolved, but is, instead, seeking to use it destroy Russia, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier’s dire warning today of total waris much nearing than many realize.

And as we had reported on 29 April when President Putin ordered an “all out” war against the US-backed petrodollar, his signing into law yesterday a bill to create a national card payment system that will destroy the US-EU banks behind Visa and MasterCard will, undoubtedly, cause the Obama regime to rage even more….and by extension make the Ukrainian Crisis even more bloody.

In September Jeri Wright, daughter of Reverend "God Damn  America " Wright,
and 12 other Democrats were charged with embezzling $16 million in Federal
health grants that should have gone to AIDS charities and other programs for
the poor and needy.



More than one of the defendants had direct ties to President Barack Obama.



On Friday Reverend Jeremiah Wright's daughter was found guilty of eleven
counts that included money laundering and lying to federal agents.
Breitbart reported: On Friday, a federal jury took less than two hours to
convictthe daughter of President Barack Obama's controversial former pastor,
Jeremiah Wright, of fraud. Jeri Wright was found guilty of a fraud scheme
that siphoned thousands of taxpayer dollars intended for a not-for-profit
work and education program known as We Are Our Brother's Keeper.



Prosecutor Timothy Bass said Jeri Wright lied "over and over" and went on a
"spending spree" that included traveling to  Las Vegas , buying vehicles,
and remodeling her basement with cash from the money laundering scheme. She
was found guilty on all counts.
"If you take and misuse government money, and then lie about it, you will be
held accountable in a court of law," said  U.S. Attorney for the Central
District of  Illinois , Jim Lewis.

NBC Right Now (Yakima, WA), May 1, 2014 (h/t Stock): Hanford union workers tell NBC Right Now there was an explosion at the plutonium finishing plant cleanup site weeks ago, but the event wasn’t shared with the public. The Hanford union representative says it happened when workers were cutting some pipe as part of the demolition of the Plutonium Finishing Plant [PFP]. The union representative wants to remain anonymous and says workers are concerned management isn’t putting worker safety first. [...] Workers describe the explosion as a spark then flames that shot out of a pipe and a loud bang [...] We’re told it happened two weeks ago [...] Workers say they think the contractor is playing down the explosion and possible safety concerns to protect themselves from fines and work delays. [...] The union representative says management wants to keep experienced workers quiet.

Hanford Union Representative: “Having a pipe explode at probably the most contaminated facility in the United States. This is one of the most hazardous buildings in the U.S. [...] Management continues to call it a small pop even though the workers say no this thing was a big, loud bang like a shot gun blast [...] People bring up concerns and they fall on deaf ears, especially at this facility. It’s like they’re dumbing it down because if this becomes a big concern, then they’re not going to be able to remove the pipe in a timely manor. Well, that’s not the concern. I could care less about your time frame and how much money you’re going to make when you get that pipe out. My concern is the people cutting the pipe in the first place and that doesn’t seem to be their concern. [...] PFP is not wanting to use experienced individuals anymore because we’re bringing up too many concerns in this plant. They want to bring in the guy that’s not going to ask any questions and they’ve started to do so.”

KVEW (ABC), May 2, 2014: Investigation Underway Following Pipe Explosion at Hanford’s Plutonium Finishing Plant — An investigation is underway following a pipe explosion last month at the Hanford site’s Plutonium Finishing Plant. A spokesman for the CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Company says the employees were cutting a pipe on April 17th when they heard a loud bang and witnessed a small flame emit from the end of the pipe.
