Border bill passes House despite Obama criticism

House Republicans passed legislation late Friday to address the crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border by sending migrant youths back home without hearings, winning over conservatives with a companion bill that could lead to deporting more than half a million immigrants whom the Obama administration granted temporary work permits. President Barack Obama condemned the Republican action and said he'd act unilaterally, as best he could.

A day after GOP leaders pulled the border bill from the floor in a chaotic retreat, tea party lawmakers were enthusiastically on board with the new $694 million version and a companion measure that would shut off a program created by Obama granting work permits to immigrants brought here illegally as kids. The second bill also seemed designed to prevent the more than 700,000 people who've already gotten work permits under the program from renewing them, ultimately making them subject to deportation.

The spending bill passed 223-189 late Friday, with only four Republicans voting "no" and one Democrat voting "yes." The measure ending Obama's deportation relief program passed 216-192, with 11 Republican "no" votes and four Democrats crossing party lines to vote in favor.

"It's dealing with the issue that the American people care about more than any other, and that is stopping the invasion of illegal foreign nationals into our country," said Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn. "And we got to yes."

But Obama said no. "They're not even trying to solve the problem," the president said. "I'm going to have to act alone, because we do not have enough resources."

Obama said he would reallocate resources where he could, while making clear his options were limited without congressional action. The administration already has taken steps including re-ordering immigration court dockets and boosting enforcement measures.

The moves in the House came on what was to have been the first day of lawmakers' five-week summer recess, delayed by GOP leaders after their vote plans unexpectedly collapsed on Thursday. Senators had already left Washington after killing their own legislation on the border crisis, so there was no prospect of reaching a final deal. But three months before midterm elections, House Republicans were determined to show that they, at least, could take action to address the crisis involving tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors fleeing violence and poverty in Central America to cross illegally into South Texas.

"It would be irresponsible and unstatesmanlike to head home for the month without passing a bill to address this serious, present crisis on the border," said Rep. Hal Rogers, R-Ky., chairman of the Appropriations Committee.

To reach a deal, GOP leaders had to satisfy the demands of a group of a dozen or more conservative lawmakers who were meeting behind the scenes with Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., and taking their cues from outside groups such as the Heritage Foundation that opposed earlier versions of the legislation.

These lawmakers objected to sending any more money to Obama without a strong stance against his two-year-old deportation relief program, which Republicans blame for causing the current border crisis by creating the perception that once here, young migrants would be allowed to stay — a point the administration disputes.

House GOP leaders agreed earlier in the week to hold a separate vote to prevent Obama from expanding the deportation relief program, as he's signaled he plans to do, but that didn't satisfy conservatives who held out for stronger steps.

Thursday night, those lawmakers huddled in the basement of the Capitol with new House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., until coming up with a deal ending funding for the deportation relief program as well as making changes to the border bill aimed at ensuring the faster removal of the Central American migrant youths.

Friday morning, as the full Republican caucus met in the Capitol, conservative lawmakers were declaring victory.

"I'm very satisfied," said Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, the leading immigration hardliner in the House.

With the vote to end the deportation deferral program, "We will put a handcuff on one of the president's hands," said Bachmann.

The GOP plans met with howls of protest from immigration advocates and Democrats, who warned Republicans that they'd be alienating Latino voters for years to come.

"This, in all honesty and candor, is one of the most mean-spirited and anti-immigrant pieces of legislation I've seen in all my years in the Congress," said longtime Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich.

Democrats also accused Republicans of handing control of their policies to the most conservative lawmakers in the House, within months of abandoning pledges to act on broad-based legislation to overhaul U.S. immigration policy and bring millions of immigrants here illegally out of the shadows.

The new GOP border bill adds $35 million more for the National Guard, which would go to reimburse states for guard deployments. Like earlier versions, it would increase spending for overwhelmed border agencies, add more immigration judges and detention spaces, and alter a 2008 anti-trafficking law to permit Central American kids to be sent back home without deportation hearings. That process is currently permitted only for unaccompanied minors arriving from Mexico and Canada.

The bill would pay for strapped border agencies only for the final two months of this budget year, falling far short of the $3.7 billion Obama initially requested to deal with the crisis into next year. More than 57,000 unaccompanied youths have arrived since October, mostly from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala, plus tens of thousands more migrants traveling as families.

Sarah Palin: Impeachment Threat Making Obama 'Nervous'

On Saturday, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said the impeachment threat is making a lawless President Barack Obama a bit "nervous."  

A week after Palin called for Obama to be impeached over his lawlessness on immigration on the pages of Breitbart News, two-thirds of Republicans believed that impeachment is justified while a majority of independents felt that Obama has overstepped his Constitutional authority. Speaking at the Western Conservative Summit in Colorado, Palin said "considering articles of impeachment is the check" against a lawless executive branch.  
Citing Obama's "dereliction of duty" in enforcing the country's immigration laws and securing the border, Palin said, "if that's not impeachable, then nothing is. And if he's not impeachable, no one is."
"It takes guts to hold them accountable," she said. "It takes political will."
Palin told Republicans to "don't be afraid to raise" the impeachment issue because Obama is making "himself a ruler and not a president." Palin said America had a revolution because "we don't do kings."
She observed that "these days you hear a lot of politicians denouncing Barack Obama," saying he's a lawless and imperial president who ignores court orders, changes laws by executive fiat, and refuses to enforce laws that he just doesn’t like. Palin asked the politicians who are complaining, "what are ya gonna do about it?
"Let's call their bluff," Palin said. "I'm calling their bluff because we need a little less talk and a lot more action."
Declaring that Obama's lawlessness is "rocking us to our core," Palin said that "no serious person can deny that team Obama has not violated and abused the public trust and the Constitution." Palin listed Benghazi, Fast and Furious, NSA spying scandals, Obamacare lies, the IRS's targeting of conservatives, the administration's violation of religious rights, and the Department of Justice's wiretapping of reporters. 
"The list of abuses goes on and on," she said. 
Palin also mentioned that "high crimes and misdemeanors" does not refer to today's ordinary criminal charges. She reiterated that the Framers referred to "a dereliction of duty," and "the first duty of the president is to enforce our laws and preserve and protect and defend our Constitution." She said Alexander Hamilton said impeachable offenses refer to "the abuse or violation of some public trust." Hamilton called them "political offenses" because they relate "chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself," Palin said, noting that impeachment is a check against a lawless executive. 
Palin announced in an op-ed on Breitbart.com that Obama's "many impeachable offenses" can no longer be ignored.  

"It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment," Palin wrote. 

As Breitbart News noted, "Palin specifically said Obama's lawlessness on illegal immigration was the tipping point because it impacted Americans -- native-born and legal immigrants -- of all backgrounds":

The federal government is trillions of dollars in debt; many cities are on the verge of insolvency; our overrun healthcare system, police forces, social services, schools, and our unsustainably generous welfare-state programs are stretched to the max. We average Americans know that. So why has this issue been allowed to be turned upside down with our “leader” creating such unsafe conditions while at the same time obstructing any economic recovery by creating more dependents than he allows producers? His friendly wealthy bipartisan elite, who want cheap foreign labor and can afford for themselves the best “border security” money can buy in their own exclusive communities, do not care that Obama tapped us out.  

Have faith that average American workers – native-born and wonderful legal immigrants of all races, backgrounds, and political parties – do care because we’re the ones getting screwed as we’re forced to follow all our government’s rules while others are not required to do so. Many now feel like strangers in their own land. It’s the American worker who is forced to deal with Obama’s latest crisis with our hard-earned tax dollars while middle class wages decrease, sustainable jobs get more scarce, and communities become unrecognizable and bankrupted due to Obama’s flood of illegal immigration. 

Who’s looking out for the American workers? Who has their backs? Who fights for them? 

We should.

Obama has also been reportedly concerned that his executive actions on immigration can lead to impeachment. He reportedly, in a half-joking manner, told pro-amnesty activists at the White House, "You're not going to get me impeached, are you?"

THE NEW SPIRITUAL LAWS (Chapter 4)

THE NEW SPIRITUAL LAWS

Our Earth is governed by a number of Laws and Principles at various levels. These laws help to carry out the way of life in a particular age. So when Earth moves from one age to another, the principles of living also undergo a transition to suit the ways of life of the next age.

The shift in these laws and principles does not happen automatically, but is initiated and monitored by the Rishis. Such a shift occurs in the transitory period between two Yugas, where the principles and values which suited the previous age are replaced by those of the next age. These changes are initiated at the Spiritual level by the Rishis. Then the blue prints of the New Laws, also known as The Light Codes, are anchored on our Earth at the astral level. They finally manifest in detail at the physical level, in the living of all intelligent life on the planet.

However, the current transition that is happening on our Earth is special and different from any change that has happened until now. The 'Divine Project' which is being implemented on our Earth has ensured that we are moving into an entirely new way of living. A very advanced and spiritually evolved life-system will take root on our Planet in the New Age — one that is different

from and superior to those which happened here in the previous New Ages.

To support such a higher life, the Rishis are revising many spiritual laws and are introducing new principles for the first time on our Earth. While some of them are already implemented, there are many others which will gradually take effect as humanity moves ahead and into the New Light Age.

These new principles are the initial results of the Divine Project on our Earth.

THE PRINCIPLE OF FREE WILL

Free will is one of the basic characteristics of God's Creation. It is an opportunity given to a Soul which comes into existence, to experience the various aspects of this Creation. In fact, the Souls incarnate mainly to have different experiences of God's manifestation; hence they have the freedom to choose anything at any point in their journey.

This gift from God has been used, in most cases, to choose the wrong than to align with divine will. It has resulted in humanity getting caught in the cycle of birth-death-rebirth, with an ever growing bondage of karmas. Over a period of billions of years, it has also lead to the increasing strength of evil in our Universe.

To reverse these effects and to help a smoother life here, it is proposed to curtail or even remove the free will. The Rishis are studying the effects of such a process. The new Energies like the Ra energies from Prakasha Brahma Universe which have been

introduced for the first time on our Earth help in the curtailing of free-will. The Universe of Prakasha Brahma works on the principle of No Free Will; the Souls there are so tuned to the divine will that they do not possess an individual will of their own.

When this law is implemented on our Earth and when the Ra energies begin to act fully, the Soul here will not be able to choose wrong or evil. However, when it makes more spiritual progress, it will gain greater access to free will. This is because spiritual growth brings wisdom and maturity in an individual. Hence, he will use his free-will at the right time, in alignment with the greater good of all life.

REDEFINING THE PURPOSE OF LIFE

Most of the Souls that take birth in this Cosmos arrive with the purpose of experiencing the diversity of God's creation. They come here to have new experiences, like a moon-rise or an ice- cream, which is not possible in their Source, the ocean of Light.

Henceforth, the purpose of Life will be enhanced, and along with experiencing the diversity, humanity will be working to serve God and His creation. They will explore the unknown realities and bring down new knowledge and energies from the hitherto unknown parts of existence.

Humanity will also make more efforts to harness the potential of the Soul to the fullest possible extent. This will result in very interesting experiments and areas of growth. Many New Souls from other Universes will take birth on our Earth thus adding to this process with their unique potential. As creativity and

intelligence increases, many new things will be created, invented and manifested.

So in the New Light Age, humanity will be engaged in a growth-oriented living rather than merely surviving and experiencing life. Every Soul will contribute and add value to the quality of living on this Planet and in Creation.

THE LAWS OF KARMA

The laws of karma play an important role in deciding the life- pattern of an individual. Essentially, this law is about cause and effect. A Soul which gathers excessive experiences or violates the spiritual laws (called karmas) in its life-time has to undergo those effects, either in the same life or in the next. A positive karma results in a pleasant and supportive life whereas a negative karma leads to suffering and pain.

With the introduction of the Divine Project, many changes are occurring at the fundamental level; hence the laws that govern life here will also be overhauled. The New Light Age that our Earth is moving into, will be full of purity, love and oneness. So the laws of karma which were operating until now will become obsolete in that age. The revised and refined laws will be gradually implemented in course of time and will be revealed to mankind when the Light Age is established on our Earth.

A NEW PATTERN OF YUGAS

Even since Creation began, Life on all Earths has moved through a cyclic repetition of Four Yugas — Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze

Age and Iron age. Since Evil is being withdrawn now, this concept of four Yugas has been modified. From now onwards, only the Light Age will exist on this Earth.

To bring diversity, this age has been divided into seven phases, each with a different challenge for everyone. And life here will also take a higher form from this Yuga onwards. Everyone will live in their evolved bodies — the Light bodies and will use Light in every aspect of their lives. More details about the New Light Age are being gradually revealed by the Rishis.

BIRTH AND DEATH IN THE COMING AGE

In the earlier Light ages, there were no births and deaths. A person would live in his Light body for the entire duration of 20,000 years before a New Yuga began. Now, as the system of Yugas is being abolished, the rules of birth and death have also been changed.

In the new Light Age, humans will live on this Earth for 200 to 250 years. Once they take birth, their astral body will take about three years to fully integrate with their physical bodies; hence, they will be adults within three years. And by the age of 12 to 15 years, the bodies will grow to the height of 24 feet, as in the earlier Light Ages. And after their life-span, the astral body will get severed from the physical body, resulting in death.

The basic principles of living now onwards will be Love and Oneness. The entire system of life will be guided by Light. All the Souls that qualify to live in the New Age will be spiritually advanced. Many of their faculties will be open from birth itself.

They will be very sensitive to Light and divine energies and will be able to connect to God easily.

A lot of revision is being done in the concept of families and their responsibilities. Every individual will also be participating in the work of God and serving Him. They will be doing so, out of their natural choice.

THE SOULS FROM OTHER UNIVERSES

The Souls which live on this Earth and other Earths in our Cosmos always come from ParaBrahma or from other worlds manifested from It. Very few souls from other Manifested Universes have taken birth here so far. Now, with the new experimentation and access to other Universes, more souls from those Universes are beginning to take birth on our Earth.

These New Souls bring newer energies and experiences with them. They will be able to share their way of life from their source, thus improving the quality of spiritual living for other Souls here. With the New Souls and the culture they bring with them, the diversity in the creation will increase. Many such Souls arrive from various origins.

Some of these origins have a lot of creative energies while some have extraordinary intelligence and other special qualities. The Souls from these sources carry these qualities and hence, will add more in those respective areas when they take birth here. This will lead to an exponential growth in many areas of human endeavour, accomplishments and finesse — more than what was achieved in the earlier Light Ages!

Those who move into the New Light Age will be able to intuitively grasp these and other Spiritual principles and follow them automatically. While many more laws are being revised and updated, these are the essential ones which have been revealed by the Rishis. As we move ahead into the New Light Age and as a new way of living gets established, the other revised laws will be implemented and also revealed to all humanity.
