This 10 minute audio says the treasury doesn't have the authority to create their own money without appropriate legislature. The treasury would need a coinage act and a law to allow for the take over of the Fed. The president could take over the Fed via exec order however.

IF there are it is said an NDA will need to be signed in part saying we are not to talk about where our money came from. Should we be concerned that all some agency needs to do is "allege" we did and they can/will take our money?

When we have 100% of our Congressmen, Senators, Federal Judges, Supreme Court Justices, or Department Heads as Israeli-American Dual Citizens would be NO different than having Israel in charge of THE UNITED STATES, INC., Correct?
They are in charge of the DHS!
Maybe this is where you can get the info out to others to support your agenda Rod for 'We The People' and get the Administrators (Judges) removed as if ANY person, that was a Dual Citizen of ANY Country, that Approved the Appointment for a U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Political Official, or ANY other office head to be a Dual Citizen then we should fight this, as long as there is a law, or we start campaigning for one.
Promoting 100% of Israeli-American Dual Citizens to be placed as Government Officials would really tick people off!
Maybe we should include this as a WAR Reduction Act, to Mandate 'NO MORE Profit' for ANY Company or Corporation for the making of ANY Military Equipment, and make it retroactive, and NO Salaries that exceed the average American salary, or else teenage workers at fast food joints would be making $200,000 per year for a part time job.
This would get the American Public going on to STOP ALL Wars, and include the Rod Class information to have the Administrators (Judges) removed!

That’s why a company called Laser Power Systems has created a concept for a thorium-powered car engine. The element is radioactive, and the team uses bits of it to build a laserbeam that heats water, produces steam, and powers an energy-producing turbine.

“Cars are not our primary interest,” Stevens said. ”The automakers don’t want to buy them.”
He said too much of the automobile industry is focused on making money off of gas engines, and it will take at least a couple decades for thorium technology to be used enough in other industries that vehicle manufacturers will begin to consider revamping the way they think about engines. We’re building this to power the rest of the world,” Stevens said. He believes a thorium turbine about the size of an air conditioning unit could more provide cheap power for whole restaurants, hotels, office buildings, even small towns in areas of the world without electricity.
