[Editor's Note: Yes, the dates listed here have come and gone, but this article offers a good explanation of what is involved in both the switch from Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) to Treasury Reserve Notes (TRNs) and the Global Financial Reset (GCR + elimination of cabal)]

Last month the Treasury Reserve Note “TRN” New US Dollar was effected. This is a historic moment for our humanity, as the funds that were released globally yesterday, and are now live and denominated in the new US dollar. The TRN is on screens.

The Fed Dollar is being exchanged Over The Counter “OTC” in Europe first. That is occuring before the US begins the exchange this coming week. The current ”cash dollar” will devalue somewhat, but it will not be a high rate and is expected to be at the 3-4% rate only basis OTC Bank Charges.

The old Fed dollar Deposit Accounts is expected to be discounted 45% against the TRN. Being gold-backed, the TRN will actually prevent the economic collapse predicted by so many as it offsets the devaluation, and keeps the devaluation to a small percentage as above.

All financial events are confirmed for next week inclusive of the Re-Valuation. The formal global announcement of the TRN, the Global Currency Reset, and the Global Reset will occur on April 6, 2014. The news will be carried by CNN and other networks.The amounts of funds coming out of the system into mainstream economies will ramp up very quickly into the expected hundreds of billions.

Since the release by the BIS – Bank of International Settlement on Thursday, March 27th of all funds to governments and organizations, the USA on Friday signed the TRN into effect, and major wire transfers were effected on Saturday. This is continuing on Monday, March 31st, and will continue through this week as the new system is learned.

The funds to our levels are trickling down, and should be available for further dispensation by the Paymasters as early as the first few days of April 2014. Expected funds from the Paymasters will therefore be Wednesday, April 2nd or Thursday, April 3rd at the latest. Funds in destination accounts may be as early as Thursday, or possibly as late as Monday depending on international transfer times.

In Hong Kong, the first wires were approved, and are independent of the RV now. They were able to break, or carve it out from the rest which has to wait for the RV and TRNs to come out. These wires may be in USD as a result, and then get converted before being sent to the end destination accounts.

The April 6th date continues to be the target date for the global public announcement, and the governments are preparing for this event.

The banking system has been allowed one week to learn the new system that is in effect, and to be completely Basel III compliant. All future transactions will have the approval of a Basel III Compliance officer assigned to the transaction.

One very important issue to understand is that we have all heard about all the testing issues and delays. We all thought that the RV was going to happen at any moment, the global reset effected, and the new US dollar circulated, as we did not understand the total plan and scope of all the reforms necessary prior to any currency revaluations, reset processes, and major funds releases.

Most were only focused on the goal of becoming rich and not understanding, or wanting to understand the big picture. However, understanding is here and truth self-evident as we see this historic time unfold before our eyes.Our advice is to exhibit the epitome of strength: patience. Having the fortitude to stand still is good right now, and just prepare for the work ahead. The project side is of critical importance in this new paradigm, and this focus will shortly dominate our actions.

For Bond Transactions — all boxes of bond submissions will be processed very quickly now. Both the Chinese and US Treasuries are very eager to process as many as is possible during this pre-reset time window, and prepare as many purchases/redemptions of the bonds. The first TTMs have already been scheduled and are being done quietly, with almost every day being booked. This activity will continue until about the middle of April. April 17th marks the day of the second allocations that will be released.

I did not make my video in the normal time period as you will notice.

I had a very draining day yesterday that continues today.

Personal issues going on, strange dreams and articles being sent

to me all contribute to this, I’m sure. One year-old article sent to me

talked about China becoming the next Rothschild superpower (http://theforbiddentruth.net/viewtopi…).

The Ambassador helped me understand that one better, along with

some Bible quotes from the Red Dragon. Another more encouraging article was from Veterans Today: America’s Secret Civil War (http://www.veteranstoday.com/2014/08/…). I’m in a strange space emotionally, so please forgive me if this does not flow as I would like.

Red Dragon Family Announcement?

According to Sedona Connection,

the “Red” Dragon Family will be releasing 6 Trillion “Federal Treasury Notes,” 5 Trillion to the BRICs Nations on the condition of cooperation with humanitarian projects, and

1 Trillion will be released to the United States as a test to see

if the Cabal is serious about cooperating.

I have not been following this blogger so I do not know what the connection (or difference) is with the “White Dragon Society” that Benjamin Fulford claims to be in contact with.

Regardless of the truth of these claims, I can say that I am impressed

with this blogger’s evolved perspective on the big financial picture, particularly his perspective on the whole Dinar controversy, which

alway sounded like a scam from the start.

According to this narrative, the gist of the situation seems to be this:

An extremely wealthy and ancient Chinese bloodline has amassed enormous wealth, enough wealth to bail out the entire world from

financial collapse and fund major humanitarian projects to save the environment, end world hunger, etc.  However, they will not release

these funds just to see them fall into cabal hands or to create a

brand new 1% elite class.

The BRICs nations are prepared to cooperate, however the cabal controlled west, particularly the United States, has been resistant

(to put it mildly.) They have two choices, cooperate and be saved

or face economic collapse.

If the cabal within the United States wanted an economic collapse all

they have to do is stop printing more money.  However, it would seem

that their agenda requires that World War III get started before that

can occur (both as a distraction and a militaristic economic transition, much like World War II).  So far their schemes to get a global war

ignited have been fruitless (see: The Phoenix That Wouldnt Rise.)

The rest of the world seems tired of endless war.  Enter BRICs and

this Dragon family.  Just who are these mysterious saviors? 

Are they the Creator’s ace card to transition us from a Western World Order to peaceful prosperity.

 Are they crafty reptilian deceivers, pulling off the biggest con job in the history of mankind? 

Or are they merely another stepping-stone toward humanity’s global awakening?

If they are real and they indeed have such wealth, let them spare the world from financial collapse, and drag out the duality game until the cabal is finally exposed and rendered impotent, giving the world more time and opportunity to fully awaken.

Because little is know about these Dragons – they have not been

very transparent about themselves, their history, or their motivations

– I wouldn’t advise putting faith in unknown saviors.  I would take this information with a grain of salt.  We need to learn to become our own saviors and our own masters, for each of us are divine beings in our

own right.

U.S. Bail-Ins - Fed Vice Chair Fischer Says "Preparing A Proposal"

Today’s AM fix was USD 1,311.00, EUR 982.76 and GBP 781.75 per ounce.
Yesterday’s AM fix was USD 1,308.25, EUR 977.33  and GBP 779.37 per ounce.

Gold fell $2.30 yesterday to $1,309.10/oz and silver rose $0.07 or 0.35% to $20.04/oz.

Gold popped higher today as equities fell on news that a Russian aid convoy is heading to Ukraine and on signs that the new deepening tensions and risk of conflict with Russia is hurting confidence in the euro zone economy.

The Zew think tank in Germany reported a drop in investor confidence to its lowest level since 2012 due to the risk that economic sanctions pose to fragile economies. This helped push European shares and the euro lower, while boosting German bunds and gold.

Gold is marginally higher in London this morning after gold in Singapore fell to test $1,305/oz overnight again. Futures trading volume was 36% below the average for the past 100 days this morning as Wall Street remains on vacation.

Spot gold was up 0.3% at $1,312.70/oz at 1230 GMT, while U.S. gold futures for December delivery were up $1.80/oz at $1,312.30.

Silver for immediate delivery rose 0.1% to $20.18 an ounce. Spot platinum was flat at $1,473.63 an ounce, while palladium edged closer to multi year nominal highs and was 0.5% higher at $882 an ounce.

Russia said a convoy of 280 trucks had left for Ukraine today carrying humanitarian aid. U.S., EU and NATO officials warned that the help may be a pretext for a Russian invasion.

Gold has climbed about 9% this year, mostly on geopolitical tensions between the West and Russia over Ukraine, and violence in the Middle East. Gold is seen as a safe haven investment to hedge riskier assets such as equities.

Many market participants are surprised that gold has not seen greater gains and is flat since February. Given the degree of geopolitical uncertainty and the fact that this uncertainty is likely to disappear anytime soon, gold should have seen greater gains.

U.S. Preparing Bank Bail-Ins - Fed Vice Chair Fischer
Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Stanley Fischer delivered his first speech on the U.S. and global economy in Stockholm, Sweden yesterday.

Fischer headed Israel’s central bank from 2005 through 2013 and is now number two at the Federal Reserve in the U.S. after Janet Yellen.

In a speech entitled, The Great Recession: Moving Ahead, given at an event sponsored by the Swedish Ministry of Finance, Fischer said that the economic recovery has been and remains “disappointing.”

“The recession that began in the United States in December 2007 ended in June 2009. But the Great Recession is a near-worldwide phenomenon, with the consequences of which many advanced economies--among them Sweden--continue to struggle. Its depth and breadth appear to have changed the economic environment in many ways and to have left the road ahead unclear.”

Speaking about the steps that have been taken internationally in order to “strengthen the financial system” and to reduce the “probability of future financial crisis,” Fischer said that the U.S. was preparing proposals for bank bail-ins for “systemically important banks.”

“Additional steps have been taken in some countries. For example, in the United States, capital ratios and liquidity buffers at the largest banks are up considerably, and their reliance on short-term wholesale funding has declined considerably. Work on the use of the resolution mechanisms set out in the Dodd-Frank Act, based on the principle of a single point of entry--though less advanced than the work on capital and liquidity ratios--holds the promise of making it possible to resolve banks in difficulty at no direct cost to the taxpayer.

As part of this approach, the United States is preparing a proposal to require systemically important banks to issue bail-inable long-term debt that will enable insolvent banks to recapitalize themselves in resolution without calling on government funding--this cushion is known as a "gone concern" buffer.”

Fischer’s comments that the U.S. is “preparing a proposal” for bail-ins is at odds with Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Bank of England officials who have said that bail-in legislation could be used today.

The U.S. already has in place plans for bail-ins in the event of banks failing. Indeed, the U.S. has conducted simulation exercises with the U.K. in 2013 and again this year.

On October 12 2013, Art Murton, the FDIC official in charge of planning for resolutions, and the Bank of England’s Deputy Governor Paul Tucker, both confirmed that the U.S. system is ready to handle a big-bank collapse.

The Bank of England’s Tucker, who has worked with U.S. regulators on the cross-border hurdles to taking down an international bank said that “U.S. authorities could do it today -- and I mean today.”

There is speculation that were Yellen to retire early Fischer would be anointed as the new Federal Reserve Chairman.

Fischer who previously was chief economist at the World Bank, also makes it clear that he expects ultra loose monetary policies to continue in the U.S. which will be bullish for gold and silver.

Gonna Retire:So when the 14th comes and the west lose control of the gold manipulation, derivatives will collapse and take the corrupt banks down with them and the new system will be safe from bail ins. Is this what they are waiting for before the GCR is let go?

Well the banks were and are selling worthless " commercial paper" ( cede, and dtcc) hold the certificates to the worthless commercial paper, ( titles, birth documents, stocks, bonds, etc.) For example, if you have " stocks and bonds" you need to hold the  actual paper or you own NOTHING except ' blue sky'.

All fraud that is conceived in fraud will fall like stock market fraud. All government fraud will fall, Fraud is fraud is fraud. That is what this shift is all about.
