The One Bank... And It's ‘Secret’ Gold Repatriation: The Banksters’ Newest Bullion Scam

Jeff Nielson: Many previous commentaries have detailed the mounting crises faced by the One Bank in its own paper-bullion markets. Invariably, these “crises” are 100% self-created. This is easily illustrated by reviewing a few of its current (increasingly serious) problems.
1) No one has seen the 10,000+ tons of gold which the U.S. government claims to have been storing (on behalf of itself, and other nations) for roughly 60 years.
2) The reason why no one has seen this gold is that most of it does not exist, and of the small fraction that remains, any audit would reveal that every bar had been pledged to numerous (dozens of?) owners.
Have you ever wondered how billionaires continue to get RICHER, while the rest of the world is struggling?
3) Those owners are now “requesting” (demanding?) that their gold be returned to them.
Why does the U.S. government (and its Big Banks) no longer hold all the gold that it used to hold – and still pretends to hold? The short answer is that the One Bank is a clan of psychopaths, which chooses to employ psychopaths as most of its senior henchmen.
The somewhat longer answer is that one of this crime syndicate’s most important strategies in operating the massive paper-currency fraud it has been running for the past 44 years is the suppression of gold/silver prices. Gold and silver are the monetary “canary in the coal mine” which would (normally) alert the world to paper-frauds of this nature/magnitude.
The “modus operandi” of all psychopaths in performing most tasks is overkill. All that the banksters needed to do in this operation was to dribble-out a few hundred tons of gold per year onto the market. In conjunction with their endemic market manipulations; that would have been sufficient to keep prices under control – and they could buy back what they dumped onto the market out of annual mine supply, thus maintaining this operation in perpetuity.
Instead, being psychopaths; the One Bank and its minions chose to crush the precious metals sector. More than 90% of the mining companies were driven into bankruptcy, minimizing annual supply. Compounding this, excessive price-suppression of gold and silver meant that both metals were perpetually “on sale”, stoking (if not maximizing) demand.
The One Bank took a sector which was in balance (the natural state of all markets/sectors), and created a massive, permanent, structural supply-deficit. Thus not only were the banksters dumping excessive amounts of their bullion (gold) stockpiles each year to maintain their excessive level of price-suppression, they were forced to expend large, additional quantities of those stockpiles simply to meet the excess demand which was created by their (psychopathic) overkill.
To attempt to mask this massive, self-created bullion crisis (rather than simply curb their own psychopathic behavior); the banksters initiated numerous other, massive frauds in the precious metals sector. These include their sham “leasing”, “hedging”, fraudulent accounting of inventories, and their ultra-absurd “leveraging” of the entire paper-called-gold and paper-called-silver markets – at some extreme ratio in excess of 100:1.
As with most of the One Bank’s self-created economic “crises”; its preferred method of dealing with this problem has been to pretend it didn’t exist. But (as the banksters are now discovering) such self-delusion does not suffice when the nations who believe that the U.S. government is storing gold on their behalf ask that this “gold” be returned to them.
First it was Germany, and then it was Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, and France. All of these nations have either made formal requests or statements of intention that they want their gold. It was the first (and most-public) of these “gold repatriations” which exposed the obvious fact that the gold supposedly stored in the U.S. wasn’t there.
To begin with; Germany only requested a small fraction of its gold. Secondly, the “repatriation” was spread-out over a ridiculously long period – seven years – when (as we later found out) the entire process could have been conducted in a matter of weeks. Finally, as detailed at Zero Hedge; the U.S. had been unable to comply with even these feeble/minimal deliveries.
Then we had the strange case of the Netherland’s “successful” repatriation effort. What made it “strange”? Primarily, it was the fact that it was done in secret. What was also strange (given Germany’s prior failure) is that the Netherlands got all its gold (more or less) in ‘one gulp’, in a process which – we are told – took only a few weeks.
Despite the cloak-and-dagger nature of this gold “operation”; most were inclined to accept this “secret gold repatriation” at face value. The reason for this is that it was considered quid pro quo: a reward for the complicity of the Netherlands government in the “MH-17” cover-up. However, suddenly, we must now question whether this entire episode was simply more of the One Bank’s disinformation.
What has changed here – suddenly – is the “breaking news” (also covered at Zero Hedge) that now, supposedly, Germany’s government has been able to secretly, successfully “repatriate” a large quantity of its own gold, the same gold which it was totally unable to obtain via an open, public process.
Here it is important to step back, briefly, for some historical context. Why were all these thousands of tons of Europe’s gold ferried across the Atlantic to the United States, in the first place? Two reasons. First of all; it was done on the eve of the Second World War, when Hitler’s rapacious intentions were already obvious.
The second reason it was considered imperative to move Europe’s gold to the U.S. (where Hitler couldn’t loot it) was because at that time the world was still on a gold standard, making gold a primary strategic asset. For these reasons; the transfers of gold to the U.S. were conducted with the utmost secrecy.
But flash ahead 75 years, and the world is a dramatically different place. There is no “Third Reich”, or other foreign menace threatening Europe, which is one reason why these nations are now asking that their gold be returned. Equally important, the world has not been on a gold standard for more than 40 years.
Not only is gold no longer a primary strategic asset (at least at the moment), but officially (according to the banksters) it is a mere “barbarous relic”. Putting these obvious points together, we arrive at a simple conclusion: there cannot be any possible legitimate reason to engage in these “gold repatriations” in secret.
Conversely, there is one gigantic, obvious motive for why the One Bank would instruct its puppet governments to “repatriate” Europe’s gold “secretly”. What is the only, possible way to “repatriate” gold which doesn’t exist? Do it “secretly”. Here we need merely reference the 60-year farce inside the U.S., where no one has seen the gold since the 1950’s, yet officially no one questions its legitimacy (let alone its existence).
Compounding the absurdity of this new gold-scam; we’re now told that the “gold transfers” to Germany are not only also “secret”, but retroactive. As recently as Christmas of last year; “officially” we were told that virtually none of Germany’s gold stored in the U.S. had been returned to it.
But flash-ahead a mere six weeks; and now we’re supposed to believe that all during the months we were officially told that virtually no gold was being shipped to Germany at all, that shipments were regularly taking place – “in secret”. Could not have happened.
As also documented by Zero Hedge; again and again over the past 6 months, various German officials have assured Germans that their U.S.-stored gold was “totally safe”, and thus it wasn’t necessary to repatriate it. This additional layer of lies would have been entirely unnecessary if the gold was actually (secretly) being shipped back to Germany, and would accomplish nothing — except to make those officials look foolish, in hindsight.
Have you ever wondered how billionaires continue to get RICHER, while the rest of the world is struggling?
"I study billionaires for a living. To be more specific, I study how these investors generate such huge and consistent profits in the stock markets -- year-in and year-out."

Conversely, “assuring” Germans (again and again and again) that their U.S. gold was “safe” is/was precisely what we would expect these stooges to say and do if there was simply no gold to transfer. Now, if all of Europe’s mythical gold is “secretly” shipped back to the vaults of its own (corrupt) banks, then – so the banksters hope – it can mythically exist in their vaults (with no one ever allowed to see it), for the next 60 years or so. Problem solved.
Of course if it took one, intrepid writer only about thirty seconds to see through the One Bank’s latest gold-scam, chances are that this sham won’t fool very many people, for very long. There can be no possible, legitimate reason to do any of this (supposed) gold repatriation in secret. Not only is there no positive reason to do this, there is an obvious reason not to do so: expense.
Doing anything “secretly” means doing it more expensively, starting with the additional “security costs” necessary to maintain the secrecy. If the U.S. government was a prosperous nation, wallowing in a large budget surplus; one could understand such ostentatious secrecy.
However, as the world’s ultimate Deadbeat Debtor, which has had to (literally) resort to counterfeiting its own currency – by the $trillions – merely to stave-off its own bankruptcy; clearly it would need to conduct any trans-Atlantic gold repatriation via economy class. Of course with the U.S. government actually “shipping” nothing (other than more lies), it can afford to go first-class, all the way.

Homeland Security Threatens Consequences If Funding Bill Isn’t Passed

Homeland Security Threatens Consequences If Funding Bill Isn’t Passed

WASHINGTON — Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson released a statement Tuesday night saying that any “politically charged amendments” in the DHS funding bill “that attempt to defund our executive actions on immigration reform” would result in consequences.
Johnson warns that if DHS were to be funded by a short-term funding bill known as a “continuing resolution,” the department would not be able to fund “new non-disaster grants to state, local and tribal governments, law enforcement, emergency response officials and fire departments.”
Secretary Johnson said that some state, local and tribal government activities, including counter-terrorism equipment and gear in major metropolitan cities, would be cut the department runs on a short-term funding bill.
During his visit to Capitol Hill Tuesday he told reporters, “We’re in trying times right now, and we need a clean appropriations bill for Homeland Security.”
“I’m here to talk to any senators on both sides of the aisle who are willing to listen to me and engage in a discussion about getting what we need for the budget for Homeland Security for this nation,” he continued.
According to Sheriff Justin Smith of Larimer County, Colorado, his office received a letter about the funding bill from Sec. Johnson Smith that he considered to be a “veiled threat.” Smith says that the letter was “addressed to all police chiefs and sheriffs around the country.”
Smith wrote on his Facebook page, “His letter made it clear that if Congress didn’t send President Obama the DHS funding bill that he wanted (rubberstamping the president’s executive amnesty), local and state public safety agencies would not receive federal grants they were counting on because the president would veto the DHS funding bill.”
“Let me get this straight – the president believes he has the authority to nullify federal laws that don’t serve his personal agenda, but if Congress dares to exercise it’s responsibility of controlling the purse strings, he will willingly hold public safety grants hostage just to get his way?”
“Mr. President, you don’t have to love the Congress we elected, but you do have to respect their role as established under the Constitution -and Mr. Johnson, please show some integrity and stop with the threats. Sheriffs don’t take kindly to them.”
Senate Democrats, now in the minority, filibustered the Department of Homeland Security funding bill with all 46 of their members, reiterating the administration’s position that they will not accept anything less than a bill with no limits on President Obama’s executive amnesty.
“We all know this is going to end with a bill funding Homeland Security that goes to the president. They’ll wind up passing a clean bill,” said Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat. “Why do we wait? Why do we agonize?”
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson released a statement Tuesday night saying that any “politically charged amendments” in the DHS bill ”that attempt to defund our executive actions on immigration reform” would result in consequences.
“This funding bill for Homeland Security should not be held hostage for immigration,” said Sen. Patty Murray of Washington state, “We’re being straight up.”
Conservative senators approved DHS funding only through the end of February in budget negotiations at the end of 2014, as a strategy to block President Obama’s executive actions on immigration. With a larger majority in the lower chamber by January, House Republicans slipped in amendments to defund the president’s new immigration measures. The deadline to pass a funding bill is Feb. 27.
The GOP proposed amendments to ban any fee or fines that would be collected from immigrants intended to pay for Obama’s executive immigration order, and to halt funding for the president’s 2012 executive order, known as DACA, which allowed more than half a million young illegal immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children to stay in the country legally.
Republican Sen. Susan Collins of Maine told reporters Obama’s executive order is one step too far. “The 2014 order is not even a close call,” she said. “It is so broad in its reach that the president himself said, more than 20 times, that he didn’t have the authority to take the kind of action that is included in the 2014 order.”
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, who has been criticized by conservatives over his stance on the 2013 Senate immigration bill, said he welcomed the debate brought forth through the DHS appropriations bill.
“I think DACA has to end at some point in the future. I would not take it away from the people that have it now because while I don’t support it I think it would be incredibly disruptive. I do believe that program has to come to an end. It can’t be the permanent policy of the United States,” he told reporters on Tuesday.
“I think the primary objection to [the president's executive order] was that its both an unconstitutional application of the president’s authority and beyond that I think it makes it very difficult to achieve the sort of immigration reform many in the immigration activist community want to see,” he explained. “Even if you’re fully in favor of this, which I’m not, this is a short term measure, that will expire at the end of his presidency and if a future president doesn’t agree with it’s going to go away.”

Belgium is planning to retrieve 200 metric tons of gold, deposited to United Kingdom storage in the 1930s, out of fear of Nazi theft.
MOSCOW, February 4 (Sputnik) — Belgium is planning to retrieve
200 metric tons of gold, deposited to United Kingdom storage in
the 1930s, Belgian public broadcasting organization RTBF said
Wednesday.
The date of the retrieval operation is kept secret for security reasons, according to RTBF. A ship with 50 soldiers and a helicopter will escort the ingots to Belgium.
The gold, estimated at $7 billion, is stored at a depth of over 65 feet in a repository with 3-feet thick walls. The password-protected storage can be opened only with an almost 3-inch key, of which there are no copies.
The ingots were deposited to the UK, a country with the most
secure storage in the world, out of fear of Nazi theft. The UK also
stores French and the United States gold.
Belgium pays over $280,000 in rent for the storage every year.

Draft of Arrest Request for Argentine President Found at Dead Prosecutor’s Home

Draft of Arrest Request for Argentine President Found at Dead Prosecutor’s Home

BUENOS AIRES — Alberto Nisman, the prosecutor whose mysterious death has gripped Argentina, had drafted a request for the arrest of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, accusing her of trying to shield Iranian officials from responsibility in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish center here, the lead investigator into his death said Tuesday.
The 26-page document, which was found in the garbage at Mr. Nisman’s apartment, also sought the arrest of Héctor Timerman, Argentina’s foreign minister. Both Mrs. Kirchner and Mr. Timerman have repeatedly denied Mr. Nisman’s accusation that they tried to reach a secret deal with Iran to lift international arrest warrants for Iranian officials wanted in connection with the bombing.

The new revelation that Mr. Nisman had drafted documents seeking the arrest of the president and the foreign minister illustrates the heightened tensions between the prosecutor and the government before he was found dead on Jan. 18 at his apartment with a gunshot wound to his head. He had been scheduled the next day to provide details before Congress about his accusations against Mrs. Kirchner.

“It would have provoked a crisis without precedents in Argentina,” said Sergio Berensztein, a political analyst, about the impact of the arrest requests if they had been issued. He noted that previous legal cases had shaken Argentina’s political establishment, but he emphasized that this case involved a request to arrest a sitting president.
“It would have been a scandal on a level previously unseen,” Mr. Berensztein said.
Mrs. Kirchner, who is on a visit to China, issued a stream of updates on Twitter about strengthening ties between Buenos Aires and Beijing but did not comment immediately on the confirmation that Mr. Nisman had considered seeking her arrest. She and the foreign minister have previouslypointed to statements by Interpol’s former director that the Argentine government did not lobby it to lift the Iranian arrest warrants.
“It is totally baseless, the accusation of Mr. Nisman,” Mr. Timerman said in an interview here before the reports emerged that the prosecutor had considered seeking his arrest and that of Mrs. Kirchner. “Why didn’t he call Interpol to see if it was true? He didn’t.”
The draft of the arrest requests was not included in the 289-page criminal complaint against Mrs. Kirchner, the foreign minister and prominent supporters of the president that Mr. Nisman filed before his death. Mr. Nisman accused them of derailing his decade-long investigation into the 1994 bombing of the Argentina Israelite Mutual Association, commonly called AMIA, which left 85 people dead.
In his criminal complaint, Mr. Nisman accused Mrs. Kirchner and a group of her supporters of covering up a secret outreach effort to the Iranians, describing it as an attempt to derail his investigation, and he asked for their assets to be frozen.
Normally, a prosecutor in Argentina seeks an arrest out of concern that the people charged with crimes will try to corrupt the investigation or flee the country, according to Susana Ciruzzi, a professor of criminal law at the University of Buenos Aires who knew Mr. Nisman.
But in this case, some legal experts suspect that Mr. Nisman decided against requesting the arrest of Mrs. Kirchner because such a move would have been viewed as a political attack on the president in a case that had already polarized the nation.
Moreover, Mrs. Kirchner and Mr. Timerman have immunity as members of the executive branch. They could have been arrested only if a judge handling the case were to authorize a political trial similar to an impeachment process and ask Congress to lift their immunity, Ms. Ciruzzi said.
Two judges have refused to take the case put forward by Mr. Nisman, raising the possibility that his criminal complaint could languish in Argentina’s legal system if another judge is not found to continue it. A federal chamber is expected to decide who should take the case.
Mrs. Kirchner and senior officials have disputed Mr. Nisman’s findings, contending that agents from Argentina’s premier intelligence services were involved in preparing his complaint. In the uproar around the prosecutor’s death, Mrs. Kirchner announced a plan last week to overhaul the intelligence agency, after a purge of its leadership in December.
As the investigation into Mr. Nisman’s death continues, theories are swirling in Argentina about whether it was a suicide or a killing. Mrs. Kirchner has suggested that his death was part of a plot to tarnish her government.
Viviana Fein, the prosecutor investigating Mr. Nisman’s death, said Tuesday morning that Mr. Nisman had prepared the draft of the request for the president’s arrest. Confusion about the document emerged when Ms. Fein at first denied its existence, after the newspaper Clarín published an article on Sunday about the draft.
Mrs. Kirchner’s cabinet chief, Jorge Capitanich, tore up the article before reporters on Monday. But then Ms. Fein corrected her earlier statement and confirmed the existence of the draft, which Clarín said had been prepared in June 2014, more than six months before Mr. Nisman went public with his accusations against the president.
“The words I should have used are, ‘It’s evident that there was a draft,’ ” Ms. Fein said in comments broadcast on Argentine radio.
After the confusion, Ms. Fein insisted she was not being pressured by Mrs. Kirchner’s government over the handling of the investigation.
“I do not receive pressure from the government or anyone,” she said. “I am independent.”
At the same time, Ms. Fein said Tuesday that she would take a vacation from Feb. 18 to March 5.
“It’s only 10 working days, and it’s not going to alter the course of the investigation,” Ricardo Sáenz, Ms Fein’s immediate superior, told local radio. Two prosecutors will replace Ms. Fein during her vacation, he said.
Legal experts emphasized that the draft found in Mr. Nisman’s apartment was not valid in an Argentine court of law, and needed more than just the prosecutor’s wishes to move forward in the legal system.
“It is not signed; it is a draft,” said María del Carmen Besteiro, head of the Buenos Aires Association of Lawyers. “Nisman was a prosecutor. The one who has to make the accusation and who has to decide it is a judge.”
Underscoring the tensions surrounding the death of Mr. Nisman, who was buried at a Jewish cemetery last week, anti-Semitic posters began appearing in central Buenos Aires this week.
“The good Jew is the dead Jew,” the posters read. “The good Jew is Nisman.”
Julio Schlosser, the president of the Delegation of Argentine Jewish Associations, said, “These posters represent a current of anti-Semitism seeking to insult the prosecutor Nisman, who worked and dedicated his life to the AMIA case.” He added, “It is also a provocation to the Jewish community.”

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Tuesday, February 3, 2015
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen confirmed Tuesday that illegal
immigrants granted amnesty from deportation under
President Obama’s new policies would be able to get extra
refunds from the IRS for money they earned while working illegally,
as long as they filed returns during those years.
Illegal immigrants who are granted the amnesty will be given official
Social Security numbers, which means they can go back and amend
up to three years of previous tax forms to claim the Earned Income
Tax Credit, potentially claiming billions of dollars in additional
payments they were ineligible for before the amnesty.
Mr. Koskinen said they will have to have already filed returns for
those back-years, and there’s a statute of limitations that governs
how far they can go back, but said the agency’s current
interpretation of laws would allow them to claim the EITC credit
retroactively.
“This is the problem you get into,” said Sen. Charles E. Grassley,
an Iowa Republican who demanded a solution to the loophole.
“The IRS’s interpretation of the EITC eligibility requirements
undermines congressional policy for not rewarding those working
 illegally in the United States.”
The loophole stems from the way the IRS handles illegal immigrants.
While the immigrants are not authorized to work in the U.S. legally,
the IRS still wants to be paid taxes on the earnings of those who do
work, and so it has issued millions of Individual Taxpayer Identification
Numbers, or ITINs, to illegal immigrants, enabling them to pay up.
Some tax credits are only eligible to those with a valid Social Security
number. Those who get valid numbers, however, can go back and
 claim them.
The IRS website says taxpayers have until April 15 this year to file
back to 2011 claiming tax credits they didn’t ask for in their previous
returns, and have until April 15, 2016, to claim tax credits from 2012.
Mr. Grassley asked Mr. Koskinen to go back and revisit his agency’s
 interpretation of the laws.
The Obama administration says up to 4 million illegal immigrants
could earn “deferred action,” or a stay of deportation and work
permits that would accompany it. It’s uncertain how many of those
were paying taxes using ITINs, and thus could be eligible to claim
the EITC.
The EITC isn’t the only tax credit to be ensnared in the immigration
debate. The IRS already pays out billions of dollars a year to illegal
immigrants under a program known as the additional child tax credit.
The IRS says the law is vague on who is eligible for the child credit,
so to be on the safe side they pay it out to illegal immigrants.
Backers argue that the children claimed for the child tax credit are
likely U.S. citizens, even if their parents are here illegally, and so it
would be unfair to strip the money.
In 2010, the government paid out $4.2 billion to illegal immigrants
who claimed the child tax credit, the IRS’s inspector general found.
