Lyndon McLellan has spent more than a decade running L&M
Convenience Mart, a gas station, restaurant, and convenience store in
rural Fairmont, North Carolina. Then, one year ago, without any warning,
agents from the IRS seized his entire bank account, totalling more than
$107,000.
With that, Lyndon entered the upside down world of civil forfeiture,
where the government can seize and keep ordinary Americans’ property
without ever charging them with a crime.
The IRS and Department of Justice are pursuing forfeiture of Lyndon’s
money despite a recent policy change designed to prevent precisely
these kinds of cases. In October 2014, the IRS announced that (absent
“exceptional” circumstances) it would pursue forfeiture in cases like
Lyndon’s only where there was evidence that the money being seized was
derived from illegal activity. The U.S. Department of Justice announced a
similar policy change in March 2015.
In February 2015, during a hearing of the U.S. House of
Representatives Ways & Means Oversight Subcommittee, North Carolina
Congressman George Holding told IRS Commissioner John Koskinen that he’d
reviewed Lyndon’s case—without specifically naming it—and that there
was no allegation of the kind of illegal activity required by the IRS’s
new policy. The IRS Commissioner responded, “If that cases exists, then
it’s not following the policy.”
When news of the IRS Commissioner’s statement got back to the United
States Attorney in charge of Lyndon’s case, he advised Lyndon’s attorney
and accountant that he was “concerned” that Lyndon’s case document was
provided to Congress, and that:
Whoever made [the document] public may
serve their own interest but will not help this particular case. Your
client needs to resolve this or litigate it. But publicity about it
doesn’t help. It just ratchets up feelings in the agency. My offer is to
return 50% of the money. The offer is good until March 30th COB.
Under these new policies, the government should not be pursuing
forfeiture of Lyndon’s bank account. But the government has refused to
back down, and is actively pursuing the forfeiture of Lyndon’s money.
Lyndon is unwilling to give the government a single penny of his
hard-earned money. As he puts it, “It took me 13 years to save that much
money, and it took fewer than 13 seconds for the government to take it
away.”
Lyndon did nothing wrong. That is why he has teamed up with the
Institute for Justice to fight this shocking abuse of power, to get his
money back and to make sure the government does not do this to anyone
else.

Now, May 2 2015, a full day after warning the area for 4.0M+ movement -- the area between the New Madrid and South Quebec is hit with a 4.0M event in Michigan, and a 2.7M strikes Southern Quebec.
They came as slaves; vast human cargo transported on tall British ships bound for the Americas. They were shipped by the hundreds of thousands and included men, women, and even the youngest of children. Whenever they rebelled or even disobeyed an order, they were punished in the harshest ways. Slave owners would hang their human property by their hands and set their hands or feet on fire as one form of punishment. They were burned alive and had their heads placed on pikes in the marketplace as a warning to other captives. We don’t really need to go through all of the gory details, do we? We know all too well the atrocities of the African slave trade. But, are we talking about African slavery? King James II and Charles I also led a continued effort to enslave the Irish. Britain’s famed Oliver Cromwell furthered this practice of dehumanizing one’s next door neighbor. The Irish slave trade began when James II sold 30,000 Irish prisoners as slaves to the New World. His Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves. Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants. The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white. From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves. Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade. Families were ripped apart as the British did not allow Irish dads to take their wives and children with them across the Atlantic. This led to a helpless population of homeless women and children. Britain’s solution was to auction them off as well. During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers. Many people today will avoid calling the Irish slaves what they truly were: Slaves. They’ll come up with terms like “Indentured Servants” to describe what occurred to the Irish. However, in most cases from the 17th and 18th centuries, Irish slaves were nothing more than human cattle. As an example, the African slave trade was just beginning during this same period. It is well recorded that African slaves, not tainted with the stain of the hated Catholic theology and more expensive to purchase, were often treated far better than their Irish counterparts. African slaves were very expensive during the late 1600s (50 Sterling). Irish slaves came cheap (no more than 5 Sterling). If a planter whipped or branded or beat an Irish slave to death, it was never a crime. A death was a monetary setback, but far cheaper than killing a more expensive African. The English masters quickly began breeding the Irish women for both their own personal pleasure and for greater profit. Children of slaves were themselves slaves, which increased the size of the master’s free workforce. Even if an Irish woman somehow obtained her freedom, her kids would remain slaves of her master. Thus, Irish moms, even with this new found emancipation, would seldom abandon their kids and would remain in servitude. In time, the English thought of a better way to use these women (in many cases, girls as young as 12) to increase their market share: The settlers began to breed Irish women and girls with African men to produce slaves with a distinct complexion. These new “mulatto” slaves brought a higher price than Irish livestock and, likewise, enabled the settlers to save money rather than purchase new African slaves. This practice of interbreeding Irish females with African men went on for several decades and was so widespread that, in 1681, legislation was passed “forbidding the practice of mating Irish slave women to African slave men for the purpose of producing slaves for sale.” In short, it was stopped only because it interfered with the profits of a large slave transport company. England continued to ship tens of thousands of Irish slaves for more than a century. Records state that, after the 1798 Irish Rebellion, thousands of Irish slaves were sold to both America and Australia. There were horrible abuses of both African and Irish captives. One British ship even dumped 1,302 slaves into the Atlantic Ocean so that the crew would have plenty of food to eat. There is little question that the Irish experienced the horrors of slavery as much (if not more in the 17th Century) as the Africans did. There is, also, very little question that those brown, tanned faces you witness in your travels to the West Indies are very likely a combination of African and Irish ancestry. In 1839, Britain finally decided on it’s own to end it’s participation in Satan’s highway to hell and stopped transporting slaves. While their decision did not stop pirates from doing what they desired, the new law slowly concluded THIS chapter of nightmarish Irish misery. But, if anyone, black or white, believes that slavery was only an African experience, then they’ve got it completely wrong. Irish slavery is a subject worth remembering, not erasing from our memories. But, where are our public (and PRIVATE) schools???? Where are the history books? Why is it so seldom discussed? Do the memories of hundreds of thousands of Irish victims merit more than a mention from an unknown writer? Or is their story to be one that their English pirates intended: To (unlike the African book) have the Irish story utterly and completely disappear as if it never happened. None of the Irish victims ever made it back to their homeland to describe their ordeal. These are the lost slaves; the ones that time and biased history books conveniently forgot.
So why aren't the Irish standing in the freebee line and burning our country down. As an Irishman and a son of a (born in Ireland) Irishman, I detest what SOMEof the black race is on about.... What happened to them also happened to us. Why are they still making an issue of it?? Mass immigration and multiculturalism in Canada have impacted just about every facet of society, but few are aware of the impact it has had on our education, and we don't mean only the complete control cultural Marxists have over our educational institutions, but the outright spread of Chinese funded programs and institutes across Canadian educational institutions.
The primary mission of these Confucian institutes, all in all, is to "promote understanding and appreciation of Chinese language and culture" by promoting educational, economic, and cultural exchanges between Canada and China, by encouraging Canadian cities to celebrate Chinese holidays and festivals, providing cross-cultural seminars and workshops for business, government and local community groups, by encouraging Canadian students to study in China and assimilate Chinese culture, and by teaching and promoting the Chinese language as the second language in Canada, by teaching the history and values of Chinese civilization in Canada's entire educational system, including having Chinese movie nights!
Mind you, last Fall, 2014, the Toronto District School Board decided to terminate its agreement with the Confucius Institute, and return $225,000 to China. It was reported that
there is publicly available information stating clearly that Western counter-intelligence agencies have identified Confucius Institutes as forms of spy agencies used by the [Chinese] government and employed by the [Chinese] government.
A common strategy used by the Confucius Institute in many countries over the years was manipulating political views and comments by means of political infiltration.
Tao Thomas Qu was one who spoke in favour of the Toronto School Board retaining its agreement with the Confucius Institute. "Do not make it a political issue. It is about culture and language." He spoke to trustees on behalf of the Confederation of Chinese Canadian Organizations in Toronto.
Even though the Toronto District School Board joined McMaster University and the University of Sherbrooke in cancelling their Confucius Institutes, these Institutes are still alive and well in the other universities and colleges linked above. Perhaps the reason is contained in a Globe and Mail (October 1, 2014) article,
Trustees have also come under pressure from officials in China, who have warned them that dissolving the partnership would damage the board's relationship with its most lucrative market for fee-paying international students.
Another instance of Chinese cultural penetration into Canada's education may be symbolized by the career of Henry Yu, professor at the University of British Columbia, History department. This "Canadian" teaches a virulent brand of prejudice against an identifiable ethnic community: white Canadians. Dr. Yu tells us that British Columbia has a "history of white supremacy not unlike South Africa". Rather ironic, as the UBC student body is 34% Asian, 31% white, and 1% Aboriginal.
There is little doubt Dr. Yu's teachings are contrary to UBC's existing policy on discrimination, yet the professor is permitted to advance his racially-oriented teachings. If the tables were turned, and a professor — any professor, regardless of ethnicity — was advocating racial prejudice toward our so-called minority communities, no doubt they would be disciplined, and likely removed from their teaching position. As it happens, Dr. Yu has received well over a million dollars in grant money while teaching at UBC. Such is the hypocritical nature of multiculturalism within Canada's education system. The UBC policy on discrimination is aimed only at European students who question Canada's colonization by Asians.
Ever noticed how Canada's school system, both public and private, grade school and university-level, is perpetually short of cash? Apart from a few of our education ministers and school board trustees, no one seems to know why. Regardless of tax increases- in particular a giant boost in municipal property tax income, due to thousands of Vancouver home tear downs annually, there never seems to be any money to provide to our schools. Therefore, we must source the cash from outside the country. Our kids depend on it. Our school boards and teachers depend on it. We need money, so it's off to China for Christy Clark, Teresa Wat and the B.C. Liberals. We need students, so it is off to Beijing for UBC President Arvind Gupta and SFU's Andrew Petter.
President Gupta is quite open in viewing this trip to China as "part of UBC's strategic plan" to redirect the attention of the university away from Canada towards Asia in a way that is consistent with UBC's current student racial make up and the pro-Chinese and anti-Western curriculum, as can be testified by anyone who examines the cultural Marxist courses taught at this university. Take Henry Yu's research program; basically it boils down to the claim that we must re-conceptualize British Columbia as "Pacific" and that Europeans should never see themselves as the creators of this nation but as inhabitants of a "borrowed land" which must be handed over to Asians through mass immigration from China as compensation for a small head tax a century ago.
Check Yu's blog: what matters to him above all else is the relentless promotion of Chinese ethnic interests and colonization of Canada by using the pro-diversity ideas nurture by white naive liberals. There is not a single publication in his CV that is not intended to put down the white builders of this nation, and exponentially exaggerate the minute contributions of the tiny percentage of Chinese who inhabited this country throughout most of its history.
The fact that China today is a virulently racist culture has never raised Yu's ire one bit. He prefers to malign the Europeans who built the University of British Columbia while ignoring the current extermination campaigns of the Chinese against Tibetans and Uighurs.
In 2014, UBC opened their Vantage College campus, a "new destination for international students". We are not sure who is permitted to attend, but we know who is not permitted to attend: Canadians! Vantage College is for international students ONLY — no Canadians allowed. One would hope they offer courses in the History of Surrealism, for there is nothing more surreal than the admissions policy of this anti-Canadian college.
Canada's growing reliance on foreign money and students is fundamentally altering the nature of education in our country. Our universities have transitioned from educating Canadian-born students to a system to educate non-Canadians, new immigrants, foreign students, and if there are a few extra desks available, some Canadian students.
Much of this has been facilitated through our government's long term relationship with China's Education Ministry, in the form of an existing six hundred and fifty educational contracts. While in China no western influence is allowed in their educational institutions, in Canada, just about every major university includes a well-funded, politically-oriented department of Chinese studies.
To put it plainly, the opening of the borders to mass immigration after multiculturalism was officially announced in 1971 was the beginning of the end of our cultural independence, and the birth of dependence on foreign nations. Nowhere is this better exemplified than within our institutions of higher learning. What exactly are these students learning? At UBC, they are learning that white Canadians are an oppressive bunch who dislike all other races. Over at McGill, students learn how to denigrate and condemn those who built our country. Sir John A. MacDonald is not the founder of a great liberal democracy, he is a drunk and a racist.
Canada is a marked nation. It is marked for cultural demise, and multicultural policy is the vehicle to make it happen. Decades of mass immigration, loss of control of migrant source countries, political correctness, media propaganda, reverse-racism, government-lobbying interest groups, political pandering for the ethnic vote, and of course, the Canadian academic world. All play a role, and collectively they are reducing Canadians to little more than a powerless, silent majority.
What was once an honest attempt to educate our youth is today a globalist industry in which Canada acts as a mere place for other ethnic groups to affirm their heritage while Europeans are prohibited from having the most basic sense of ethnic identity. Educational priority goes not to the children of Canadians, but to those with the most money, regardless of nationality. It is also a numbers game — the formula being: numbers + money + diversity against Europeans = success.
Wake up European Canadians! Show pride in your ancestors, the originators of all the disciplines taught in universities, history, biology, anthropology, chemistry, philosophy, psychology, geology, sociology, and so much more. Don't hand over your universities to opportunistic free loaders from China!
Not a single university teaches students to have any sense of pride and thankfulness for the Europeans settlers, not immigrants, who built Canada and UBC. The pampered, effeminate and chubby academics, who would not survive a week doing what the European settlers did under immense hardship, know only one thing: to denigrate their ancestors in front of foreigners in a traitorous manner without not even the most minimal sense of human decency and honor.
From Conservative Headlines: According to colonial records, the first slave owner in the United States was a black man. Prior to 1655 there were no legal slaves in the colonies, only indentured servants. All masters were required to free their servants after their time was up. Seven years was the limit that an indentured servant could be held. Upon their release they were granted 50 acres of land. Anthony Johnson was a Negro from modern-day Angola. He was brought to the US to work on a tobacco farm in 1619. In 1622 he was almost killed when Powhatan Indians attacked the farm. 52 out of 57 people on the farm perished in the attack. He married a female black servant while working on the farm. When Anthony was released he was legally recognized as a “free Negro” and ran a successful farm. In 1651 he held 250 acres and five black indentured servants. In 1654, it was time for Anthony to release John Casor, a black indentured servant. Instead Anthony told Casor he was extending his time. Casor left and became employed by the free white man Robert Parker. Anthony Johnson sued Robert Parker in the Northampton Court in 1654. In 1655, the court ruled that Anthony Johnson could hold John Casor indefinitely. The court gave judicial sanction for blacks to own slave of their own race. Thus Casor became the first permanent slave and Johnson the first slave owner. Whites still could not legally hold a black servant as an indefinite slave until 1670. In that year, the colonial assembly passed legislation permitting free whites, blacks, and Indians the right to own blacks as slaves. By 1699, the number of free blacks prompted fears of a “Negro insurrection.” Virginia Colonial ordered the repatriation of freed blacks back to Africa. Many blacks sold themselves to white masters so they would not have to go to Africa. This was the first effort to gently repatriate free blacks back to Africa. The modern nations of Sierra Leone and Liberia both originated as colonies of repatriated former black slaves. However, black slave owners continued to thrive in the United States. By 1830 there were 3,775 black families living in the South who owned black slaves. By 1860 there were about 3,000 slaves owned by black households in the city of New Orleans alone. The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments from both sides of the gay marriage debate, though it seems likely that only one or two votes are actually in question (Justice Kennedy and Chief Justice Roberts). So, the question is, will the Supreme Court decide for gay marriage 5-4 (or 6-3), or against gay marriage 5-4.
A large and vocal group of Christian leaders have written a letter pledging to stand against any decision to legalize same-sex marriage across the United States. The group promises civil disobedience and to present a united front to the ever growing assault on traditional marriage and Christianity. Some of the more well-known signers include; Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, Franklin Graham, James Dobson and it was co-written by Mat Staver, the founder of Liberty Counsel, who told Todd Starnes, “We’re sending a warning to the Supreme Court and frankly any court that crosses the line on the issue of marriage,” Staver told me. He said that once same-sex marriage is elevated to the level of protected status – it will transform the face of society and will result in the “beginning of the end of Western Civilization.” “You are essentially saying that boys and girls don’t need moms and dads – that moms and dads are irrelevant,” Staver said. “Gender becomes pointless when government adopts same-sex marriage. It creates a genderless relationship out of a very gender-specific relationship. censoring me! This is a very important article that must be SHARED by
all in the alternative media. Gordon Duff has now been caught red
handed trying to put a patriot in prison! He’s even admitted it! I
want all of you to pray that Gordon Duff comes to Jesus Christ. Ask God
to bring him and those trying to kill Stew Webb and Jeff Rense to

First of all, I want to say I’m sorry I was fooled by Gordon Duff and
his website, VeteransToday. He fooled me because I thought at one time
he was a patriot that had the courage to do what he promised to do –
make arrests and never censor. I promoted him on BeforeItsNews because I
thought he would do something positive but I was misled. I now have
the proof that Gordon Duff took over VeteransToday as a way to control
the alternative media and put out KEY disinformation about Jade Helm,
Vaccines, the Boston Bombing, Jesus Christ and much more. Not only has
Gordon lied to me about many things but he’s actually now trying to put

Gordon Duff is Now Trying to Put Patriot Stew Webb in Prison!
Gordon is now trying to frame Stew Webb and put him in prison!
Gordon Duff has recently admitted he’s turned in “information” to the
“authorities” regarding Stew Webb’s recent comments on a radio show. I
heard the show and as I recall the topic being discussed were people
being illegally taken from their homes in a Jade Helm exercise and
somebody was talking about armored HumVees being used. Stew made the
comment that two household cleaners could be used in case this illegal
act was being carried out to get people out of their vehicles. It was
not a big deal and Stew was NOT talking about attacking the military,
only defending yourself in case they went rogue and violated their
oaths. But this just shows how petty and dangerous Gordon Duff is that
he would now be monitoring every word Stew Webb says in order to frame
him and put him in prison! Gordon has talked about how he
supports shooting people that illegally cross the border on many shows!
If Gordon Duff really “wished Stew the Best” as he told me personally
then why is Gordon trying put Stew in prison! And if Gordon Duff was
REALLY a patriot that wanted to get our government back then WHY would
he now be trying to put Stew Webb in prison! Stew Webb has enough
evidence to put most of the bad guys in prison but yet Gordon Duff now
wants to put Stew in PRISON! Connect the dots people! Patriots don’t
put patriots in prison PERIOD! When you hear that Gordon Duff is trying
to get Stew Webb put away forever you should be saying “Danger
Will Robinson Danger!” And if you are still at VT when your Senior
Editor just admitted to basically turning in Stew Webb to the
“Authorities” then why are you there? Do you want to serve a Benedict
Arnold or are you on somebody’s payroll too? No patriot would support
Gordon Duff turning in Stew Webb to the “Authorities” when he holds the
key to putting them in jail! You’d have to be a total moron to support
putting Stew Webb in prison!
This article is totally disgusting and was put out after Stew’s radio
show went mega viral and blew a hold in the battleship USS Gordon Duff
and it was listing hard! I heard the show live and Stew was NOT
saying to attack the military with chemical weapons. He was responding
to somebody talking about an illegal Jade Helm / Fema camp extraction
type scenario where the military goes rogue! Gordon Duff twists it to
make it seem like Stew Webb said to go bomb the military with chemical
weapons! Total lies! Here’s the key text from the disgusting hit
piece that Gordon put out.
We are not here to make judgments or decisions on whom should
be questioned, arrested, prosecuted, tried or convicted. Appropriate
authorities will make those decisions. They have already contacted us
about this matter and other Jade Helm hysteria – some of which may be
criminal. We will not identify the speakers or provide you with a link
to their audio. We do not want to give them any more free publicity.

show above wake up ANYBODY that hears it to the fraud of Gordon Duff and
how he broke all promises he made. They don’t have the guts to let
their readers hear the show!
Notice how he says there may be criminal charges here! What a joke!
And they cover their actions by saying “they have already contacted
us”, yeah I’m sure they did right after you blew it out of proportion
and called them first! After all it’s okay for the mighty Gordon Duff
to talk about blowing away any illegal that crosses the border with guns
but not okay for Stew Webb to say you can defend yourself from a rogue
US military disobeying their vows to uphold the Constitution and put you
in a very real FEMA camp that Gordon Duff lies about and says don’t
exist!
Again, all this conversation was in the context of a military gone
rogue enacting a Jade Helm criminal action where people are extracted
from their homes and taken to FEMA camps! I hear the “Tip of the Spear”
guy say all the time he will shoot anybody that tries to enter his
home! I’ve heard Gordon many times saying he will shoot anybody that
comes to his door! You have a right to defend yourself from any illegal
action by the US military and this was the context. But Gordon Duff
is listening to EVERY word of Stew Webb now that he’s gone off the
plantation and has now admitted being involved in possible criminal
prosecution of Stew Webb over absolutely nothing! This is insane and I
hope it wakes up all patriots. If Gordon Duff can have Stew Webb
arrested for simply stating that you can defend yourself from illegal
action by a rogue military extracting people to send them to FEMA camps
then this country is already fallen! I’m truly ashamed of Gordon Duff
and that I promoted anything he ever said.
Is Gordon Duff involved with the attempted murder of Stew Webb or Jeff Rense?
Gordon Duff bragged to Stew Webb that he had called off the killers
who had been stalking Stew Webb for years when Stew began writing for
VeteransToday. The bad guys have actually tried to kill Stew over 20
times now including hitting him with Anthrax while they had him
illegally in prison! Stew noticed that he was no longer being tailed
shortly after he came under the VT umbrella and Gordon Duff said he
“called them off”. I personally got a Skype message from Gordon at the
time that Stew Webb first split from VT and Gordon told me at the time
that he wished both Stew and Gene Tatum all the best and that they would
certainly have a great radio show! But if Gordon Duff aka Bob Foote
really wished the best for Stew then why did they try to kill Stew Webb
on Saturday night April 25th! If Gordon Duff had the power to call off
the killers but now the killers were hunting Stew Webb then what exactly
is Gordon Duff’s relationship to the killers? And if he’s not involved
with the killers did he call his masters and tell them “I can’t control
Stew Webb anymore” and then they called the killers and told them to
proceed with the termination of Stew Webb.
I find it very suspicious that the very next week after Stew Webb and
Gene Tatum leave VeteransToday to begin their own show at
VeteransTruthRadio with no more Gordon Duff censorship that there is an
attempted murder on Stew Webb. And the day before, on the very same
night that Jim Fetzer who is now fully awake to Gordon Duff was going to
appear on Jeff Rense’s program, there appears to be a murder attempt on
Jeff Rense! Two people that had left the Gordon Duff reservation
almost died within 24 hours! This is a very serious matter. Since
Stew has left, a mutiny has occurred at VeteransToday! Gene Tatum,
Bruce Campbell, James Fetzer, Don Fox, Dean Henderson have all quit
VeteransToday and came out hard against Gordon and others remaining at
VT in the shocking interview above where all these issues are covered!
More real patriots will be leaving in the future also.
Gordon Duff – All Talk No Action
Gordon Duff promised Stew Webb there would be arrests over the cyber
terrorism of his website stewwebb.com and the radio show. Stew spent
almost a year gathering evidence but Gordon Duff did nothing! No
arrests were made as promised – zero action was taken! Gordon also
promised Stew Webb legal action regarding the crimes committed against
him but it was all talk also. Gordon Duff also promised to help free
David Hinkson put in prison illegally by Ted Gunderson, Anthony Hilder
and others but did nothing! Now Gordon is saying that Ted Gunderson is a
hero just like the “Tip of the Spear” guy in Austin when it’s proven
Gunderson put patriot David Hinkson in jail for life on a totally bogus
charge! Of course Gordon only promoted Ted Gunderson as a way to strike
buck at Stew Webb after Stew Webb left the VT reservation. Gordon
also promised Dr. Rima Laibow that he would personally make sure her
Nano Silver got shipped to Africa to cure people of Ebola. When Stew
asked Rima if that had been done months later, Dr. Laibow told Stew that
Gordon called her up and said he couldn’t do anything for her! Gordon
had told Stew that he was flying the Nano Silver to Africa! Yet
another lie and no action being taken by somebody that claims to have
all the power. Conclusion
I believe that Gordon Duff is very dangerous to the truth movement
and he is now trying to put patriots such as Stew Webb in prison which
is treason in my book. You don’t try to put patriots in prison that are
valuable in the fight unless you are working for the bad guys. I’m
happy to report that most of the good writers for VeteransToday have now
left VT or soon will be! That’s the good news in all of this.
Everybody woke up at the same time and they are not going to be
controlled by Gordon Duff or anybody in the future. They are done with
those that lie, censor and take no action. Gordon only had support
because he promised arrests but it was all talk. Gordon never had any
intention of pushing for prosecutions on the hacking of Stew Webb’s
website. In fact, he kept telling Stew Webb to just take down his
website and only post on VT! It’s obvious to me that Gordon Duff was
sent in to “handle” Stew Webb and others and try to control them. I
think that when Gordon failed to contain Gene Tatum and Stew Webb, the
killers were given their assignments. If Gordon stopped the killers
before then why can’t he do it now? And now Gordon seems to prove my
point by attacking James Fetzer and Stew Webb, both of which he said he
respected for years! Seems like once you go off the Duff plantation,
you get attacked and now it seems you might even get MURDERED!
All the veterans and patriots are now uniting behind VeteransTruthRadio led
by Gene Tatum and Stew Webb. Both these men have paid the price to
bring out the truth and done prison time. I helped build up VT when I
thought Gordon was an honorable man that would make the arrests he
promised and now I will help destroy VT to make up for being fooled. I
urge ALL patriots to post this interview anytime you see a VeteransToday
post of any kind. Anybody that does not leave VT is now suspect of
being on somebody’s payroll because everybody real has left or will be
leaving within 30 days. Why would you stay at VT when Gordon Duff is now trying to put super patriot Stew Webb in prison?
Gordon Duff just might put Stew Webb in prison too and if he does
I’ll bet he’ll get a huge new bonus and maybe he’ll buy another Vineyard
or BMW with the money!
Gordon’s attack now on Stew Webb and Jim Fetzer shows how petty he is
and how he is NOT going to do anything but collect names for the Feds
in my opinion. He never took any action that he promised – it was only a
lie to get us to relax in the boiling Jade Helm pot! We will NEVER be
fooled again by fakes and phonies that promise action. Nobody will be
trusted unless they DO something real. Stew Webb and Gene Tatum are
doing something real now at VeteransTruthRadio.
They are now uniting the veterans with VATVA (Veterans Against the
VA) which has already taken legal action against the VA in Florida!
Nobody is putting out more hardcore truth 24 hours a day. That’s why
their shows are cyber attacked every day! The last thing I want to say
is that I urge everybody to ONLY support those in alternative media
taking some kind of ACTION. Action is the only thing that matters.
Things such as recall petitions, peaceful protests, legal actions,
activism of all types is the ONLY way to win this fight. Do not
trust anybody that is not taking massive action and do not support them.
If we all keep to that simple rule, we don’t get fooled again!

The National Park Service used falsified data to shut down an
80-year-old oyster company in Point Reyes, Calif, its owner claims.
Drakes Bay Oyster Company operated in Point Reyes for decades until
National Park Service officials used falsified data to force Kevin
Lunny’s family-run oyster farm to shut down. The experience has left its
mark on Lunny: “We are terrified,” he told lawmakers during a hearing Thursday.
“Let me be clear, we did not fail as a business,” Lunny said in his prepared testimony.
“This was not bad luck. Rather, the Park Service engaged in a
taxpayer-funded enterprise of corruption to run our small business out
of Point Reyes.”
Lunny made this statement in response to a question by
Republican Rep. Raul Labrador asking whether or not Lunny felt like
there could be consequences from his testimony against the National
Parks Service.
Even Democratic California Rep. Jared Huffman admitted that in the
rush to get rid of industry from Point Reyes, government officials and
environmentalists “overstated” evidence that Lunny’s farm was harming
the environment.
“No one has apologized,” Lunny said.
Drakes Bay Oyster Company is located in Northern California’s Point
Reyes National Seashore, where it has been for decades. Point Reyes
isn’t your typical national park because it was created to preserve the
historic coastline where people have been settled since the Gold Rush.
It was never intended to be a major tourist attraction like Yellowstone.
For decades the Park Service had a good relationship with the oyster
company, but that all changed in the mid-2000s. All of the sudden, NPS
officials started blaming the company for an 80 percent decline in the
local harbor seal population. Officials also blamed Lunny’s farm for
upsetting the ecological balance of Drakes Estero.
But all of these accusations against Drakes Bay Oyster Company turned
out to be completely false. The National Parks Service lacked any
scientific data to back up its claims that the company was killing seals
and hurting the local environment. In fact, studies done by the U.S.
Geological Survey and the California State Health Department showed the
Parks Service was completely wrong.
NPS, however, didn’t stop there and kept making false claims against the oyster company.
“The Park Service misrepresented that study,” Lunny said. “They
instead attempted to demonstrate harm by substituting data from a
sixty-year-old study conducted at the Sea of Japan and attributing it to
our farm.”
“For example, in assessing the noise impact of our small outboard
motor boats, the Park Service, rather than measuring our boats on our
soundscape [as required], instead used the measurements from a
seventy-horsepower, 700cc Kawasaki jet ski in New Jersey,” Lunny added.
Lunny appealed to higher ups at the National Park Service for help in
the matter and to correct the record on false statements made by the
agency, but he got no help from the government.
“The local Park Service staff were not willing to correct the false
claims, so we went to the Regional Director,” Lunny said. “No help
there. Then we went to the Park Service Director, and finally the
Secretary of Interior. No one, at any level, was willing to admit that
false science was being used against us, or to at least correct the
record and stop the false accusations.”
The Interior Department’s own inspector general even found misconduct
by agency officials and that they misrepresented facts. But even so,
the inspector general was powerless to stop Parks Service officials from
attacking Lunny’s business.
Eventually, Drakes Bay Oyster Farm closed its doors because of the litigation and regulatory actions taken by the federal government.
“What the Park Service did to our family was unconscionable,” Lunny
said. “This polluted legacy of false science has tainted our dealings
with state and federal agencies, and has resulted in unnecessary

C : Cops carry guns to protect themselves, not you.
D : Never let someone or something that threatens you get inside arm’s length.
E : Never say “I’ve got a gun.” If you need to use deadly force, the
first sound they should hear is the safety clicking off or the hammer
cocking.
F : The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes; the response time of a .357 is 1400 feet per second.
G : The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always Win – there is no
such thing as a fair fight. Always Win – cheat if necessary. Always Win –
2nd place doesn’t count
H : Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets …. You may get
killed with your own gun, but he’ll have to beat you to death with it
because it will be empty .
I : If you’re in a gun fight: (a) If you’re not shooting, you should be
loading. (b) If you’re not loading, you should be moving. (c) If you’re
not moving, you’re dead.
J : In a life and death situation, do something …. it may be wrong, but do something !
K : If you carry a gun, people will call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?
L : You can say “stop” or any other word, but a large bore muzzle
pointed at someone’s head is pretty much a universal language; and, you
won’t have to press 1 for Spanish/Mexican or 2 for Chinese or 3 for
Arabic.
M : Never leave an enemy behind. If you have to shoot, shoot to kill. In court, yours will be the only testimony.
N : You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family.
