Pig farmer Jerry Rosman claimed agrochemical 

giant Monsanto was engaged in a systematic 

campaign to harass, intimidate and threaten 

any farmer who spoke up about their corn 

sterilizing animals. 

 

Rosman, of Harlan, Iowa, found that his 2000 

corn crop caused his pigs -- and those of nearby 

farmers -- to become sterile as a result of GMO 

corn that mimicked estrogen in the swines' bodies. 

Eventually, said Rosman, the debacle put him 

out of business.

 

Rosman says that the University of Iowa initially 

backed his findings and similar ones by other 

farmers, but then they caved, due to pressure to

get grants from Monsanto. 

 

In the absence of long-term animal trials, his 

concerns are not likely to go away.

Here is a scientist revealing truth about chemical poisoning by heavy metals that

In 2002 the State of California have stopped testing for water quality.  Our water we get through the tap is poisonous.
The government is doing nothing.  Climate scientists are totally ignoring the problem because weather modification
is run by the powers that be.  Climate modification derivatives are being traded on the Stock Market without people's
 knowledge.   

The drought in CA is caused by weather modification.  The 1,000 year record floods in Texas is a weather control war
against the Texan citizens.  

Every breath you take is full of Chem Trails.  If your mouth is dry when you sleep and you find that you have to have
a bottle of water next to your bed, then you are breathing these Chem Trails poisons. 

Stop this climate usage insanity by the Powers that Be.   HAARP is an ionize freezer, and they use this system is playing
God with the weather.  It can heat the ionosphere to 15,000 degrees over several hundred miles radius.  
They are interfering with the weather.  Again, they created the freezing in the East Coast, the drought in CA, and the
floods in Texas.  HAARP is too powerful not to be regulated.  Why are the using this weather weapon on U.S. citizens.

private banking called the Federal Reserve.  The FEMA Camps are built and run by private contractors who do not have
to deal with our Constitutional Rights.  What can we do about this?   We need politicians that believe in "limited
government" and those who will take responsibility over the private contractors.   Since weather manipulation is a
"military weapon" they make it "top secret" and make all the scientists sign a non-disclosure which has a sentence of imprisonment.  Look at the trees which are dying everywhere.  Bark scorched and dying trees are everywhere.  It is not
just drought.  Global warming is a fraud.  It is manufactures by the governments spraying the sky with chemicals, hard
metals.  Rain is scheduled now.  It does not come naturally.

SHOCKING!! Mainstream Media Tells House Oversight Committee to Begin Jailing Members of Obama Administration

The House Oversight Committee heard from the mainstream media today and no one would have expected the things they were saying.  They were loud.  They were mad.  They were demanding that members of the Obama administration go to jail for disobeying the law.  One of the most vocal critics of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as defined by the Obama administration was David McCraw, the assistant general counsel of the New York Times.
McCraw said that the Obama administration stalls and stalls and the only way to get them to comply with the law is to sue them, which is a waste of taxpayer’s money.  It also forces news agencies to incur needless expenses related to that same litigation.  He also noted that it meant that an ordinary citizen trying to find out what his country was up to was out of luck unless they were wealthy and could afford to go to court.  That is not why the FOIA was passed.  It was passed to make it easy for any everyday voter to find out how his government is functioning.
Sharyl Attkisson was also on hand and she , along with Newsweek Finance Editor Leah Goodman, declared that the only way to resolve the problem is through prosecuting employees responsible for withholding the information requested.  That might be easier said than done.  You see, just after Obama took office there was an email sent to each part of the government, telling them that any FOIA request had to be cleared by the White House.  Jason Chaffetz held up a copy of that memo and pointed out that there was no such provision within the FOIA law.
Goodman told the committee point blank:
“Our role of objectively reporting the facts has been increasingly blocked,  There is a motive for unresponsiveness and unaccountability.”
Whoa, this is big.  A member of the far leftist Newsweek magazine implying that there are nefarious reasons why Obama does not want people knowing the truth about what he’s doing.  That’s like a farmer telling you that vegetables are bad for you.  Michelle would be beside herself.
Vice investigative reporter Jason Leopold told House committee members that there is no penalty for breaking the law and therefore, it just gets harder and harder to get information.  It’s amazing that the same people who have given Obama cover for the past six years plus are now starting to grumble about his lawlessness.  I guess it’s a matter of whose ox is gored.  Or perhaps they figure with just over a year and a half to go, there isn’t much Obama can do in the area of reprisals.
This is a rare opportunity for republicans to go after the Obama administration without the heavy handed press defending the administration.  They can’t.  They’ve gone on record.  Let’s just hope they have the cojones to do it.

(INTELLIHUB) — A massive simulated dirty bomb attack exercise is set to take place at the end of June in Grand Rapids, Michigan.


Operation Northern Exposure will include over 1,000 Michigan National Guard soldiers and will be the first time in history that local authorities have worked with the National Guard.





According to WoodTV.com, the drill will use a city landfill as the site for the simulated dirty bomb attack and a middle school for the “decontamination center.”


“The public may notice more military vehicles in the area, as well as helicopters bringing crews to and from the sites, but the general public won’t be impacted. Local officials said traffic in the area won’t be affected.”


Hoping to quell any public fears, Kent County Emergency Management Director Lieutenant Jack Stewart told WoodTV that, “It’s all off the beaten path. There are no public highways involved other than transportation to the site and away from the site.”


“They are even taking utility workers and getting them involved in what they are calling a dirty bomb scenario, or a nuclear radiation type of scenario,” reported Dahboo777 in a recent YouTube report on the training.





This massive dirty bomb exercise is yet another military/local law enforcement drill announced in the lead up to Jade Helm.


In the last two months we have seen literally over a dozen military drills either take place or be announced. This is happening at the same time as a huge amount of seemingly random (but possibly connected) military movements are being documented throughout the country.


A breakdown of reporting going back the last two months conclusively proves this.

On March 13th, Intellihub founder Shepard Ambellas detailed photos and documentation of nearly 40 U.S. Army soldiers, wielding training rifles and dressed in full combat gear, participating in an urban warfare style training drill just outside the Texarkana Regional Airport perimeter.





Fast forwarding into the middle of April, a report out of Big Springs, Texas revealed that a train full of military equipment and over a dozen helicopters had arrived in the town ahead of Jade Helm 2015.


Photographs taken in Corona, California a few days later added to the Jade Helm speculation after they showed a MRAP full of what looked to be U.S. Marines driving down the 1-15 freeway. “In broad daylight with not a care in the world”

On April 24th a shocking report on Intellihub News detailed armed troops seen confronting angry protesters in a “professional news package”of riot control training released by the military


“A massive buildup, a lot of movement and its undeniable at this point,” read the headline on April 25th after a convoy was seen in Oroville, California that stretched as far as the eye could see.


Moving into May, photographs taken in Indiana showed a massive military convoy heading down the freeway. The photos, taken by a concerned citizen, show the convoy heading west on I-70 for reasons unknown.


Two days later, video footage, this time out of Texarkana, Arkansas, highlighted a convoy of Humvees driving down the highway as well as a trainload of military vehicles that was seen shortly after.


In mid May, Intellihub reporter Alex Thomas published a detailed report that confirmed that the military was indeed training to take on the American people, this time in the form of domestic house to house raids.





Literally the next day a new report, also by Alex Thomas, proved that Marines were actually practicing for the internment of American citizens.






On May 18th, a train full of hundreds of military Humvees was spotted, further revealing the increased military buildup across the country leading into Jade Helm 2015. The train was heading towards Cleveland for unknown reasons although a possible connection to planned upcoming protests had been mentioned.


This past week a massive military war game simulation called Raider Focus was announced. The war game will include the largest military convoy seen on the roads of Colorado since World War II.


On May 23th, Intellihub News reported on pictures sent to ANP that show a 1/4 mile long military train convoy near the Colorado Wyoming border.


Finally, a report published this week detailed a stunning propaganda move by the military involving a New Jersey school and the worship of the military on the streets of America. “As parents, teachers, and students looked on with joy, Marines from the Special-Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force landed helicopters on the baseball diamond of a New Jersey school.”


We are clearly seeing an undeniable buildup to a so far unknown event.


Many believe it may be to initiate martial law this summer but most likely the training and military movements are ramping up across the country because the powers that be know a collapse is imminent and are rushing to be ready to control the population when it finally happens.

Texas farmers facing 'total loss for this year'

Texas' farmers were among the first to applaud the rain that abruptly halted a grueling multiyear drought that had tormented the region.  But what began as a blessing has turned quickly into a disaster, as corn and wheat crops rot in flooded fields. 

 

"I think it is not all farmers, but some farmers are looking at a total loss for this year," said Mike Barnett, a spokesperson for the Texas Farm Bureau. "You have some situations where farmers had a bumper crop, and now they have next to nothing for the season."

The downpour has doused Texas with 35 trillion gallons-about the amount it would take to cover the entire state in eight inches of water, according to NBC News.

Fields are either flooded or too muddy to work in, so crops left unharvested are deteriorating, resulting in lower-quality product that will bring less at market.

The 1,700 acres of winter wheat Ben Wible has on his farm in Sherman should have been pulled already, but he has stayed away as the rain continues to soak his fields.


Forecasters are predicting more rain and flooding this weekend, Wible told CNBC.
"Every drop of rain we get now is detrimental to us now," Wible said. (Tweet This)


The wheat on Jay Davis' farm in North Central Texas has grown so tall it is beginning to fall over, and the grain is starting to sprout. Once wheat sprouts, it cannot be sold for human consumption, so Davis may have to sell what he can salvage as livestock feed. He won't get as good a price for it, and he will have to compete with other feed crops such as corn.


Moreover, there isn't a lot of demand for livestock feed in his area, so he will have to weigh whether it's worth the cost of transporting the grain elsewhere.

"We don't know what the market for this crop is going to be, even if it is harvested," Davis said.


The delayed wheat harvest could lead to bottlenecks all through that crop's supply chain-the harvesting crews that go from farm to farm to help clear fields will have to rush, and there could be backups at local grain elevators and flour mills, Davis said. Those businesses aren't pulling in the revenue they would normally expect at this point of the year either, and may have to do with reduced supply from local farmers this year. 
 
"The key thing here is, even if this crop is harvested, we have disrupted the normal flow of harvest operations from south to north," he said. "We are crowding the ability of those crews and machinery to move, because we are going to have a large area stretching across Texas into Oklahoma and other states that is going to be harvesting all at the same time. That is going to stretch the ability of the harvest crews to cover that acreage."


Because the winter and early spring crops are still in the ground, farmers cannot plant their summer crops, so that season is delayed, as well. A lot of people could not plant their corn, Wible said.


Cotton farmers in Texas have planted just under a third of their intended crop for the year, according to the most recent U.S. Department of Agriculture data cited by Reuters. That is far less than the 47 percent they had in the ground at this time last year, and even further below the five-year average of 50 percent, according to Reuters.


And the corn that some have managed to get into the ground is suffering under the water. Too much water can stunt the crop and cause it to turn yellow; both conditions either reduce or eliminate its value, depending on the severity.


A lot of farmers are saying they may have to collect on federal crop insurance, but the deadline to apply for corn insurance is May 31, and many farmers are not ready to pull the trigger, according to Reuters.
While crop insurance will give many farmers the chance to start over next year, it will not cover all of their losses from this season.

"I have heard people say, 'Well, at least you have crop insurance,' " Davis said. "Well, OK, but that's like saying it's OK to get into a car crash because you have auto insurance. All it does it mitigate losses. It is no way to profit or prosper."

In addition, Davis said the situation will likely saddle him with higher premiums next year.

Consumers will probably not feel much pain in their wallets from the losses in Texas-bad weather there will just create selling opportunities for growers elsewhere.

As for the Texans, many will salvage what they can and keep going.

"I have been farming almost my whole life, and it has been good to me," Wible said. "We got through the drought, and we will get through this."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama signed into law on Tuesday legislation passed by Congress earlier in the day reforming a government surveillance program that swept up millions of Americans' telephone records.

             

Reversing security policy in place since shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, the bill ends a system exposed by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden. The spy agency collected and searched records of phone calls looking for terrorism leads but was not allowed to listen to their content.
             
Passage of the USA Freedom Act, the result of an alliance between Senate Democrats and some of the chamber's most conservative Republicans, was a victory for Obama, a Democrat, and a setback for Senate Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
             
After the Senate voted 67-32 on Tuesday to give final congressional approval to the bill, Obama used his Twitter account, @POTUS, to say he was glad it had passed. "I'll sign it as soon as I get it," the tweet said.
             
Before voting, senators defeated three amendments proposed by Republican leaders after they reversed themselves and ended efforts to block it. The House of Representatives passed the measure overwhelmingly last month.
             
In the end, 23 Senate Republicans voted for the Freedom Act, joining 196 who backed it in the House. In a rift between Republicans, who control both chambers, House leaders had warned that amendments proposed by McConnell would be a "challenge" for the House that could delay the bill.

A federal appeals court on May 7 ruled the collection of "metadata" illegal. The new law would require companies such as Verizon Communications Inc and AT&T Inc, to collect and store telephone records the same way that they do now for billing purposes. But instead of routinely feeding U.S. intelligence agencies such data, the companies would be required to turn it over only in response to a government request approved by the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

             
The Freedom Act is the first major legislative reform of U.S. surveillance since Snowden's revelations two years ago this month led to debate over how to balance Americans' distrust of intrusive government with fears of terrorist attacks.


Along with the phone records program, two other domestic surveillance programs authorized under the 2001 USA Patriot Act have been shut down since Sunday.
             
After Republican Senator Rand Paul, a 2016 presidential candidate, blocked McConnell's efforts to keep them going temporarily, the Senate missed a deadline to extend legal authorities for certain data collection by the NSA and the FBI.
McConnell made an unusually strong last-ditch argument against the Freedom Act after his amendments failed. "It surely undermines American security by taking one more tool from our war fighters, in my view, at exactly the wrong time," he said in a Senate speech.
             
Telephone companies had been less than thrilled about potentially overhauling their record-keeping systems to become the repositories of surveillance records.
Together with civil liberties groups, they opposed specific requirements for how long they must retain any data, which were proposed in some amendments that were later defeated. A Verizon official, for instance, spoke in support of the Freedom Act, without such a mandate, in a Senate hearing last year.
             
After the vote, Microsoft Corp General Counsel Brad Smith praised Congress. "Today's vote by the Senate on the USA Freedom Act will help to restore the balance between protecting public safety and preserving civil liberties," Smith said in a statement.
             
Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, a leading Senate privacy advocate, voted for the Freedom Act. He pledged that he and his allies would continue pushing for more limits on surveillance.  "This has always been about reforming intelligence policies that do not make America safer and threaten our liberties," Wyden told reporters.

             

The American Civil Liberties Union said the Freedom Act was a milestone, but did not go far enough. "The passage of the bill is an indication that comprehensive reform is possible, but it is not comprehensive reform in itself," ACLU deputy legal director Jameel Jaffer said in a statement.

             

A senior U.S. intelligence official said the bulk telephone data collection system had been shut down since shortly before 8 p.m. EDT on Sunday.

             

It was not immediately clear how soon the NSA program would be restarted. The Freedom Act allows it to continue for six months while the new system is established.

             

The White House said the administration would move quickly to get it up and running again.  With Obama's signing of the bill, the executive branch will have to apply to the surveillance court for reauthorization.

The Transatlantic and Transpacific Trade and Investment Partnerships have nothing to do with free trade. “Free trade” is used as a disguise to hide the power these agreements give to corporations to use law suits to overturn sovereign laws of nations that regulate pollution, food safety, GMOs, and minimum wages.


The first thing to understand is that these so-called “partnerships” are not laws written by Congress. The US Constitution gives Congress the authority to legislate, but these laws are being written without the participation of Congress. The laws are being written by corporations solely in the interest of their power and profit. The office of US Trade Representative was created in order to permit corporations to write law that serves only their interests. This fraud on the Constitution and the people is covered up by calling trade laws “treaties.”


Indeed, Congress is not even permitted to know what is in the laws and is limited to the ability to accept or refuse what is handed to Congress for a vote. Normally, Congress accepts, because “so much work has been done” and “free trade will benefit us all.”


The presstitutes have diverted attention from the content of the laws to “fast track.” When Congress votes “fast track,” it means Congress accepts that corporations can write the trade laws without the participation of Congress. Even criticisms of the “partnerships” are a smoke screen. Countries accused of slave labor could be excluded but won’t be.


Super patriots complain that US sovereignty is violated by “foreign interests,” but US sovereignty is violated by US corporations. Others claim yet more US jobs will be offshored. In actual fact, the “partnerships” are unnecessary to advance the loss of American jobs as there is nothing that inhibits jobs offshoring now.


What the “partnerships” do is to make private corporations immune to the laws of sovereign countries on the grounds that laws of countries adversely impact corporate profits and constitute “restraint of trade.”


For example, under the Transatlantic Partnership, French laws against GMOs would be overturned as “restraints on trade” by law suits filed by Monsanto.
Countries that require testing of imported food, such as pork for trichnosis, and fumigation would be subject to lawsuits from corporations, because these regulations increase the cost of imports.


Countries that do not provide monopoly protection for brand name pharmaceuticals and chemical products, and allow generics in their place, can be sued for damages by corporations. Obama himself has no input into the process. 


Here is what is going on:


The Trade Representative is a corporate stooge. He serves the private corporations and will go on to a million dollar annual salary. The corporations have bribed the political leaders in every country to sign away their sovereignty and the general welfare of their people to private corporations. Yes, the great promiser of change is bringing change. He is turning Asia, Europe, and the US over to rule by the corporations. According to news reports, both of France’s main political parties have sold out to the corporations, but not Marine Le Pen’s National Front Party. In the last EU elections, the dissident parties, such as Le Pen and Farage’s, prevailed over the traditional parties, but the dissidents are yet to prevail in their own countries.
Marine Le Pen objects to the secrecy of the agreements that establishes corporate rule. As Europe’s only leader, she speaks: 
 
“It is vital that the French people know about TTIP’s content and its motivations in order to be able to fight it. Because our fellow countrymen must have the choice of their future, because they should impose a model for society that suits them, and not one forced by multinational companies eager for profits, Brussels technocrats bought by the lobbies, and politicians from the UMP [party of former president Nicolas Sarkozy] who are subservient to these technocrats.”


It is vital that the American public also know, but not even Congress is permitted to know.


How does it work, this “freedom and democracy” that we Americans allegedly have, when neither the people nor their elected representatives are permitted to participate in the making of laws that enable private corporations to negate the law-making functions of governments and place corporate profit above the general welfare?

Ron Paul: CIA is a Secret Government Way Out of Control

While some may be cheering the expiration of the Patriot Act – however temporary it may be – former presidential candidate Ron Paul notes: before Americans applaud a minor step toward transparency, they should recognize the corrosive nature of the CIA, a secret government operating far above the law.

"[The CIA] is sort of the President’s own Praetorian Guard," Daniel McAdams, from the Institute of Peace and Prosperity, said on the Ron Paul Liberty Report.  "We know…that he sent assassination squads, he sent people to monitor Martin Luther King, and all sorts of things like this."
"This is like his own personal army which is accountable to no one," McAdams adds.




It’s a sobering reminder as key provisions of the Patriot Act, used to justify the NSA’s bulk metadata collection, expired Sunday night. As the Senate scrambles to pass the USA Freedom Act, reinstating the agency’s ability to spy on Americans, Ron Paul points out that US intelligence organizations have always – and will continue – to operate outside the law.
And according to Paul, the CIA could be an even bigger threat to liberty than McAdams suggests. A covert army that doesn’t answer to Congress, the Supreme Court, or even the president.

Patriot, Freedom Acts Unlikely to Protect US From Terrorism – Think Tank

Those secret budgets have allowed the CIA to carry out some pretty shady practices over the years. Chiefly, assassinations.
"The first time I heard about an assassination was Diem," Paul says, referring to Ngo Dinh Diem, former president of South Vietnam. "Diem was our handpicked dictator of Vietnam, so I don’t know how Kennedy went along with this."
Paul and McAdams also point to the CIA’s drone operations. Despite the fact that drone strikes essentially amount to military operations, and should therefore be under the jurisdiction of the Pentagon, most drone operations in Yemen and Pakistan have been carried out by the CIA.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
"There are certainly a lot of theories about the CIA being involved in even domestic assassinations, and they certainly are now involved in presidential directed assassinations," Paul says.
Manipulating Global Opinions
"The US has covertly and overtly influenced elections overseas a number of times," McAdams says. "It’s a very open secret that the CIA infiltrates monitoring organizations like the OSCE with their personnel."
McAdams also makes note of Operation Mockingbird, a CIA plan from the 1970s to pay European journalists to plant agency propaganda as part of an effort to influence foreign opinion.

Ron Paul: Congress Likely to Try and Scare US into More Illegal NSA Spying

For some, the USA Freedom Act and similar legislation may be the best way to rein in renegade intelligence agencies. But as Paul notes, many laws already exist to implement limitations. These laws are routinely ignored.
"They are a secret government," Paul says of the CIA. "Way out of control."
Nevertheless, Paul ends on an optimistic note, pointing out that young Americans are tired of the status quo and fed up with broad government overreach.
"In a true republic, there is no place for an organization like the CIA," Dr. Paul says, quoting former FBI agent Dan Smoot. "I think he’s closer to the truth than a lot of what’s going on today."
