A very long time and very close friend working security at a local public institution, talked to a truck driver who's rig had broken down and was parked on the public/privet lot, waiting for a repair truck.  During the wait, they started talking. The driver at first would not reveal what he was carrying stating, it was classified. But after some time of talking, he (the driver) opened up.

The driver revealed that he is employed by the federal govt. and for the last 7 months he has been part of a weekly caravan of trucks delivering caskets to military bases all over the country. He said he was on his way to a base in **.  He said the way it works is that, they come to the base gate, get out and the base has drivers, who drive the truck into the base loaded and then the truck is returned to the gate empty. During that time, they feed us, provide a place to shower, nap or sleep. They treat us well and it pays well.  These are not casket liners but actual caskets, per the driver. He said he personally has delivered hundreds of caskets and is part of a much bigger operation.

More clear evidence the govt is preparing for some kind of mass casualty event, death, martial law, war and or terror attack.

We were taught how to read body language in a very different way..not only tracking, but also for micro interagation tactics, meaning on the spot interagation. Steve, I constantly stop and talk with random people and I always insert the same question, "it's been feeling weird lately hasn't it?" Friday I talked to 20 people and during that time I asked everyone of them the same thing, "it's been feeling weird like something is gonna happen soon doesn't it?" 19 out of 20 said "ya it really does". This is both civilian, military and law enforcement...

Everyone can sense this, but if you are extra sensitive you can smell the fear in the air.. that's actually proven, it's a release of pheromones by animals and humans, and it can actually be sensed. 8 years of training on how to scare someone into telling me what they are hiding has proven that I can actually sense fear now. This was a highly sought after project by the military and it paid off.

So yes, the tension level is obvious now. Watch the reporters on the news, you can see the fear in their eyes. But you won't really see this in many of the minor elite "actors and sports stars". Their level of being brainwashed has blinded them.

A record-setting 'once-in-200-years rainfall event' left 22 million Americans on the East Coast on flood watch as rains have closed down roads, waterlogged crops and showed little sign of stopping.
Meteorologist Ryan Maue of Weather Bell Analytics told NBC New York: 'It's going to be a slow-motion disaster'.
North and South Carolina have been hit the worst, with up to 12 inches of rain falling in Wilmington, North Carolina, on Friday night alone, and two deaths have been reported so far in the states.
President Barack Obama issued a state of emergency in South Carolina on Saturday and state emergency officials said flash flood warnings were issued for numerous counties and that some homes had already been evacuated, including in the coastal county that includes Myrtle Beach.
More than 15 inches of rain have fallen over the popular beach area since Friday, with more expected, the National Weather Service in Wilmington, North Carolina, reported.
South Carolina could get more rain in three days than it normally gets during the entire fall.

Saeideeh Sharifian, 72, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, was killed when the storms brought down a 60-foot pine tree on to the Toyota Corolla she was a passenger in on Interstate 95, north of Godwin.

The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport in South Carolina recorded 2.3 inches of rain Saturday, smashing the previous record of 0.77 inches set in 1961, according to John Tomko, National Weather Service meteorologist at Greenville-Spartanburg. 
'This one is extraordinary in that it's such a prolonged event,' he said.
Downtown Charleston was closed to incoming traffic Saturday as rain washed out some bridges, flooded roads and left some motorists stranded as flood waters engulfed their cars.
'Where we normally are dealing with flooding for a few hours, we're dealing with it in days here,' Charleston Police Chief Greg Mullen told The Associated Press. 
'We're seeing areas flood today that did not traditionally flood.' 
In North Carolina, Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler says farmers are starting to see the impact of the continuous rain on their crops. 
Apples in Henderson County are starting to split open because they're waterlogged and farmers can't get into the fields to harvest other crops.
'I had one farmer tell me this is like getting all of your cash assets, put them on a clothesline, waiting for the wind to blow them away,' he said. 
Flooded roads were closed throughout the mid-Atlantic region and power companies reported scattered outages in several states.
Flood watches and warnings also are in effect in Delaware and parts of New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia and it looks as though there will be no reprieve from the combination of northeastern storms and tropical moisture until Monday.

In New Jersey, high-tide cycles caused at least one home to collapse just north of North Wild Wood at about midnight on Saturday, according to NJ.com. 
Nearby residents posted on social media that the 2.5-story house was lifted up off its foundation and floated into an inlet. 
Down south in Virginia, Bubba's Seafood restaurant in Virginia Beach was so overwhelmed with water that dolphins were swimming at its doors.   
NWS meteorologist Doug Anderson told Daily Mail Online that Hurricane Joaquin is 'slow moving' and he is 'expecting it to last through Monday night'.
The weather service issued a warning for residents living along the coast to be alert for rising water. 
A combination of high water and high waves could result in beach erosion and damage to docks and piers. 

This forecast by the National Hurricane Center predicts the path of Hurricane Joaquin (shown in white) in the coming days. It predicts that after Tuesday morning, the threat will be over and the storm will move out to sea

Once the rain ends, dangerous flooding triggered by the heavy rainfall is expected across much of the Carolinas and parts of Georgia, Virginia and New Jersey over weekend, US forecasters said. 
'These kind of prolific rainfalls are not unprecedented, but this is definitely one for the history books,' said NWS forecaster Dave Loewenthal in Wilmington.
'We have had numerous reports of road closures. 
'We have had roads washed out, sinkholes forming,' he said. 'It's really a mess and we are going to have significantly more problems with multiple rivers reaching moderate flood (level) or higher.'
A statement from the North Carolina governor's office said up to 500 residents of Brunswick County had been evacuated from their homes Friday night into early Saturday morning due to flooding from heavy rains and a levee failure in South Carolina.
'It's definitely a life-threatening situation,' said NWS meteorologist Steve Pfaff.
'There were people that were stuck in vehicles that were flooded and water in some of the homes was up over the electrical outlets,' he said. 
It was not clear whether the deaths of four people in a small plane crash Friday near Lake Hartwell, South Carolina, was weather related. 
Official advisories in Charleston, South Carolina, told residents to stay indoors and out of knee-deep water. 
'I'm a good citizen and I'm going to obey,' Shirley Jones told CNN. 'I'm going to hole up in my apartment and clean out my dresser.' 
The National Weather Service told NBC that South Carolina is facing a 'once-in-200-years rainfall event'.  
'A significant flooding event is developing across southern South Carolina and portions of eastern Georgia,' the NWS said. 
'A powerful low-pressure system over the southeast United States will slowly move northeast across the area through Sunday. Accompanying this storm will be several weather hazards, most notably the potential for dangerous flooding from heavy rainfall and high tides.'

Increased threat of landslides and life-threatening rip currents pose as a threat in the Carolinas and up the coast. 
'This is not just rain,' South Carolina Gov Nikki Haley told CNN. 'It's going to be the heaviest rain we've ever seen.'
'The touch news for North Carolina and especially South Carolina is continued rain,' North Carolina Gov Pat McCrory added. 
'Our state is now likely to miss any direct impact from the hurricane, but there's still significant danger of flooding, high seas, heavy surf, beach erosion and overwash.'
It was centered on Saturday morning about 120 miles northeast of San Salvador, Bahamas, and about 700 miles southwest of Bermuda. It has maximum sustained winds of 125mph and is moving northeast at 13mph.

The Miami-based NHC said the storm strengthened slightly Saturday morning, regaining potentially catastrophic Category 4 status, but some weakening was expected over the next 48 hours. 

A hurricane warning is still in effect for parts of the Bahamas. The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a tropical storm warning and a hurricane watch for Bermuda.  
Earlier this week, the governors of New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland declared states of emergency and announced measures including mobilization of National Guard troops in preparation for the storm.
Before the first easterly shift in Joaquin's trajectory, New York and New Jersey - where Superstorm Sandy killed more than 120 people and caused $70billion of property damage in October 2012 - both faced potential threats from the storm.

News that the vessel, carrying 28 Americans and five Polish nationals, had lost contact with shore came as forecasters shifted the likely track of the potentially catastrophic storm further away from the US East Coast, but there were still warnings about the possibility of severe flooding in the Carolinas from unrelated heavy rains.
 The 735ft ship, named El Faro, was headed to San Juan, Puerto Rico, from Jacksonville, Florida, when it reported it had lost propulsion and was listing and taking on water, the Coast Guard said. 
'We are very surprised that we lost all communication with the ship,' Mike Hanson, a spokesman for El Faro's owner, Tote Maritime Puerto Rico, told Reuters on Saturday.
'The ship was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time,' he added, saying Joaquin was just a tropical storm when El Faro set out from Jacksonville but later intensified rapidly into a major hurricane. 
Late Friday afternoon, the US National Hurricane Center downgraded Joaquin, the third hurricane of the 2015 Atlantic season, to a Category 3 hurricane on a scale of 1 to 5, down from its previous Category 4 ranking. 
By Friday evening, Joaquin's core was beginning to move away from the central Bahamas, the Miami-based center said in an 8pm EDT advisory, adding that hurricane conditions would continue for several more hours.
The Coast Guard said there had been no further communications after the El Faro issued the emergency call at about 7.30am Thursday.
The ship was in the eye of Joaquin about 35 miles north of Crooked Island when it issued the distress call, according to Chief Ryan Doss with the Coast Guard in Miami.
'We have had 20-foot seas reported so it's going to take a while to get into the area,' Doss said.
A Coast Guard cutter headed to help after taking part in a separate rescue mission off Haiti, while two Air Force Hurricane Hunter planes searched in vain for the US-owned El Faro.

Hanson said the ship was equipped with a marine transponder, a satellite phone and GPS locators on the containers.
'We checked them all,' he said.
The El Faro, built in 1975, recently underwent a complete updating, Hanson said.
Captain Stephen Russell, director of the Bahamas National Emergency Management Agency, said earlier there were no reports of deaths or injuries in the Bahamas from Joaquin.
He cited reports of extensive flooding and structural damage on at least two smaller islands in the archipelago, but apart from some roofs ripped off houses, damage seemed to be limited.
The storm dumped torrential rain over parts of the Bahamas but its hurricane-force winds missed the larger islands and the main cities and cruise ship ports of Freeport and Nassau.

Just about any U.S. citizen could be charged with a crime if an environmental activist group succeeds in a lawsuit demanding the federal government radically expand prosecutions under the federal Endangered Species Act, and that’s why a coalition of farmers and ranchers is pushing back.

“Literally every American could face some level of potential risk, because activities that we take for granted – including driving, biking or walking – could lead to criminal punishment if you somehow harm one of the more than 1,500 species on the ESA list,” said Jonathan Wood.
He’s a staff attorney for the Pacific Legal Foundation, which is representing groups that filed a motion Wednesday to intervened in the lawsuit by WildEarth Guardians against the U.S. Department of Justice.
PLF is representing the New Mexico Cattle Growers’ Association, New Mexico Farm & Livestock Bureau and the New Mexico Federal Lands Council.
The case is in federal court in Arizona.
WildEarth Guardians wants to the DOJ to interpret the Endangered Species Act broadly, expanding criminal liability even to someone who doesn’t know he is harming an endangered species. Currently, under what is known as the McKittrick Policy, innocent mistakes, such as not recognizing the species, not knowing it was listed or causing harm in an unintended way can’t be prosecuted.
“For western farmers and ranchers, the immediate concern is that they could face criminal penalties for mistaking a protected wolf for a coyote, or for inadvertently and unintentionally harming any of the dozens of other ESA-listed species that call the Southwest home,” Wood explained.
“But WildEarth Guardians’ lawsuit will affect more than farmers and cattlemen,” he said.
He described the action as “yet another disturbing example of overcriminalization.”
“It threatens law-abiding Americans with imprisonment for innocent, ordinary acts, and it threatens the rule of law by seeking to have a statute rewritten by judicial edict. The plaintiffs are asking the courts to ignore that Congress only permits those who ‘knowingly’ take a species protected by the Endangered Species Act to be subject to severe criminal penalties,” he said.
The WildEarth Guardians lawsuit “seeks to radically expand prosecutions” under the ESA, according to PLF.
The livestock organizations’ members have a significant interest, the lawyers wrote.
“If they attempt to protect their property from what they honestly believe to be a predator that isn’t subject to federal protection, like coyotes, only to find that they were mistaken about the predator’s identity, that mere mistake could land them in jail. As a practical consequence of this risk of criminal liability, they will have to forego protecting their property, suffering substantial property and economic loss,” the filing said.

This Is For The ‘Nothing Is Happening’ Crowd…

A lot of people out there expected something to happen in September that did not ultimately happen.  There were all kinds of wild theories floating around, and many of them had no basis in reality whatsoever.  But without a doubt, some very important things did happen in September.  As I warned about ahead of time, we are witnessing the most significant global financial meltdown since the end of 2008.  All of the largest stock markets in the world are crashing simultaneously, and so far the amount of wealth that has been wiped out worldwide is in excess of 5 trillion dollars.  In addition to stocks, junk bonds are also crashing, and Bank of America says that it is a “slow moving trainwreck that seems to be accelerating“.  Thanks to the commodity price crash, many of the largest commodity traders on the planet are now imploding.  I wrote about the death spiral that has gripped Glencore yesterday.  On Tuesday, the stock price of the largest commodity trader in Asia, the Noble Group, plummeted like a rock and commodity trading giant Trafigura appears to be in worse shape than either Glencore or the Noble Group.  The total collapse of any of them could easily be a bigger event than the implosion of Lehman Brothers in 2008.  So I honestly do not understand the “nothing is happening” crowd.  It takes ignorance on an almost unbelievable level to try to claim that “nothing is happening” in the financial world right now.

Within the last 60 days, we have seen some things happen that we have never seen before.

For example, did you know that we witnessed the greatest intraday stock market crash in U.S. history on August 24th?

During that day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged from a high of 16,459.75 to a low of 15,370.33 before rebounding substantially. That intraday point swing of 1,089 points was the largest in all of U.S. history.

Overall, the Dow has down 588.40 points that day.  When you combine that decline with the 530.94 point plunge from the previous Friday, you get a total drop of 1119.34 points over two consecutive trading days.  Never before in history had the Dow fallen by more than 500 points on two trading days in a row.  If that entire decline had fallen within one trading day, it would have been the largest stock market crash in U.S. history by a very wide margin, and everyone would be running around saying that author Jonathan Cahn was right again.

But because this massive decline fell over two consecutive trading days that somehow makes him wrong?

Are you kidding me?

Come on people – let’s use some common sense here.  We are already witnessing the greatest global stock market decline in seven years, and after a brief lull things are starting to accelerate once again.  Last night, stocks in Hong Kong were down 629 points and stocks in Japan were down 714 points.  In the U.S., the Nasdaq has had a string of down days recently, and the “death cross” that has just formed has many investors extremely concerned…

The Nasdaq composite spooked investors on Monday after forming a death cross, a trading pattern that shows a decline in short-term momentum and is often a precursor to future losses.

A death cross occurs when the short-term moving average of a security or an index pierces below the long-term trend, in this case the 50-day moving average breaking through the 200-day moving average.

In the past month, similar chart patterns formed in the S&P 500, Dow and small-cap Russell 2000, but the Nasdaq avoided a death cross formation until Monday.

What we witnessed in September was not “the end” of anything.

Instead, it is just the beginning.

And if you listen carefully, some of the biggest names on Wall Street are issuing some very ominous warnings about what is coming.  For instance, just consider what Carl Icahn is saying…

The activist says low rates caused bubbles in art, real estate and high-yield bonds—with potentially dramatic consequences.

“It’s like giving somebody medicine and this medicine is being given and given and given and we don’t know what’s going to happen – you don’t know how bad it’s going to be. We do know when we did it a few years ago it caused a catastrophe, it caused ’08. Where do you draw the line?”

Even people like Jim Cramer are starting to freak out.  He recently told his audience that “we have a first-class bear market going”…

Jim Cramer, the ex-hedge fund manager and host of CNBC’s show “Mad Money,” has been vocal recently on air, saying repeatedly that he doesn’t like the market now, and last week said “we have a first-class bear market going.” Similarly, Gary Kaltbaum, president of Kaltbaum Capital Management, has been sending out notes to clients and this newspaper for weeks, saying the poor price action of the stock market and many hard-hit sectors, such as energy and the recently clobbered biotech sector, has all the earmarks of a bear market. Over the weekend, Kaltbaum said: “We remain in a worldwide bear market for stocks.”

As I have warned repeatedly, there will continue to be ups and downs.  The stock market is not going to fall every day.  In fact, on some days stocks will absolutely soar.

But without a doubt, we have entered the period of time that I have warned about for so long.  The global financial system is now beginning to unravel, and any piece of major bad news will likely accelerate things.

For instance, the total collapse of Deutsche Bank, Petrobras, Glencore, the Noble Group, Trafigura or any of a number of other major financial institutions that I am currently watching could create mass panic on the global financial stage.

In addition, an unexpected natural disaster that hits a financially important major city or a massive terror attack in the western world are other examples of things that could accelerate this process.

Our world is becoming increasingly unstable, and we all need to learn to expect the unexpected.

The period of relative peace and security that we all have been enjoying for so long is ending, and now chaos is going to reign for a time.

So get prepared while you still can, because there is very little time remaining to do so…
