Global Corporate Terror Rears Its Ugly Head There is a battle going on over technology, but more than that, its about education, about the pseudoscience our universities teach to go along with their imaginary history lessons, their love of GMO crops and so much more. We live in a world where even the laws of nature are censored and edited. More than that, those who have profited from ignorance and poverty, generation after generation, crush truth, play war, kill off innovators, like the strangled Tesla whose name even few today know. Two years ago we published the designs of radiation free nuclear weapons you could hide in a purse, we made it rain on poor Colonel Hanke’s home 7 days running in dry season using our microwave system we got from DARPA and then there is the other stuff, not so funny. Suffice it to say we can sit up in a C130 or Skyship600 and send a little signal down to earth that makes everyone in a hundred square miles forget where they parked their car (or camel) or even if they just inhaled or exhaled. We’re going to talk about technology, a bit of how it all could change, all of it, and what we are doing to bring that about and how that other business of ours…after all we are military and intelligence scholars, how that can, should, and will collapse on itself, if we and those with us are allowed to live long enough to bring that about. There are others, the current generation or incarnation of those who stopped Tesla, that name is known, but so many others as well. This is a different universe than we are taught, with different physical laws. Energy is not only free, we are drowning in it. Then there are the monsters. We begin VT began tracking down pedophile networks here in the US before there was VT, dating back to 1991 and the Franklin Scandal, which we out of idiocy believed was what we were told it was by those next to the White House who needed our help. Though we still aren’t ready to point fingers at George H.W. Bush, we are convinced that there is a massive security threat against the United States, one that made 9/11 possible, Oklahoma City, all of it. The names we can name, so many you have heard, some not so familiar, the Federalist Society, PJ Media, AIPAC, SPLC, the Heritage and Jamestown Foundations, the American Enterprise Institute and to some extent, even the US Chamber of Commerce. Recently, there was a secret demonstration of a magic electric box. We had tested things like this before, like the Magrav that plugs into the wall, acts a bit odd for days and then begins putting out more power than it receives, even when skeptics and labs do it. This last thing is a mind blower, it doesn’t plug into anything and the version we can’t talk about, that the Navy is looking at, power a lot more than a few popup toasters. You can it seems, get enough electricity out of nowhere at all to do more than power a car or save on an electric bill. This is why we put a net on Keshe. You are going to have to bear with me here a bit, this is a story, one in development, nothing clean and neat, maybe with good guys though everyone thinks they are good guys including, it seems, some of the rottenest monsters on this earth and this is exactly what we have stumbled on. I am linking an article here which I would like all of you to scan. When we started following Keshe’s technology like we had with weather modification, remote viewing and inducement/mind control, not the internet cartoon version but the ones governments spent untold millions of black budget shekels on, we found ourselves steeped in his baggage as well. For regulars and Keshe followers, particularly for those with an addiction to high drama, and there is plenty of that, we go back to 2005 when Keshe gets suckered into heading to Belgium to develop products with a company, a huge semiconductor company, owned largely by the Belgian king. What he ran into, however, and what we have tracked across the internet, is a criminal organization run out of Belgium and the Netherlands that, for those who actually read the article tied to the link above, know kidnaps children and adolescents for pay Euro-trash sex parties. Belgium has a Moroccan community and in 1991 two Moroccan girls from a town near Antwerp were kidnapped, serial raped forever and butchered by, and this is the good part, people who work in what they call “patent development for emerging technologies.” I have people posting on VT comment boards that we know had chained up children, sexually abused them, trafficked some, murdered others. Imagine what goes through my mind regarding such folks who are protected by a shield of brazen ignorance. For those following this story in VT, we tie some of it together with Sterling Allan, the Rense Radio host and self appointed energy guru now doing “life plus forever” for child rape in Utah. Allan was busted when his protector, Justice Scalia, was killed after Obama got Sterling Allan’s blackmail file. If only we were making this up. We could go on about Allan, an excommunicated Mormon who once wanted to run for president. Allan, part of a sect that wanted the age of consent “adjusted” downward more than a bit eventually discovered the Belgian child rape cult online and began the “go between” between them and their friends in DC. Allan did online child victim recruiting which is now, we have noted, done on Facebook by a very small Belgian toy design company. Anyway, we go back to discussing the linked article, a long read for those with a strong stomach. In Belgium, as the article describes, the police and courts are totally involved, yes the Freemasons, the Illuminati and the Vatican version of the Knights of Malta (not KMFAP). The scandal dominated the tabloids of Europe for years but not a word here though, as some may know, Washington was a big part of it. Out of the Rabbit Hole A technology now being validated though reopening a previously closed door in physics could well change it all, end the arms race, gut hydrocarbon slavery and even effectively treat many cancers, after adequate testing and research, for next to nothing. Ten years ago a criminal group in Belgium even tried to patent it after an official testing lab proved it reduced electric bills by over a third. NATO and in particular the US military exist for one thing, to support global chaos in partnership with their masters, the overt armies on one hand, the terror armies on the other and the wars in between little more than theatre, but we all knew that or, at least suspected it. Energy technologies based on, according to physicist Jeff Smith, suppressed works by Maxwell and Cavendish, so many years ago, are capable of supplanting our current wire and grid based power systems. Tesla knew this but then again, Tesla’s name pours out of the mouths of scamsters every day, often little more than another tool of deceit by “New Age” ripoff artists. Keshe is an Iranian born nuclear physicist, former employee of Britain’s Ministry of Defense Special Projects Group, who “went walkabout” a little more than a decade ago. In a story that reads like a comic-tragedy of errors, false starts and harrowing escapes, he is now building a global network, individuals, sometimes even acolytes and, less know, governments, one after the other. In the process, Keshe has made enemies. I can understand this, he is often impatient and brusque, driven to a fault, never sleeping, working 20 hour days and demanding the same of anyone around him. However, when we noted a systematic and well financed trolling effort run by a failed Belgian commercial artist with ties to an international child trafficking ring we took a wider look. When that look led to a report given to the FBI that led to the prosecution of Sterling David Allan, “Mr PES-Wiki,” the self appointed and technologically infantile “guru” of the global “free energy (read “scam”) community, for serial child rape leading to sentencing this month to decades in prison, we began paying attention. When this led us to the shadowy Bohemian Grove group of Alex Jones fame, the St. Hubertus Society and the murder of Supreme Court Justice Antonio Scalia, not to mention child sex scandals that spread like a net across Washington, London and into the Balkans, the Middle East and Africa, tying so much together, we weren’t surprised at where this went next. A global terror organization, paralleling ISIS, has been identified attempting to infiltrate a global technology group, one that is entirely “open source” and user run. Thus far 52 websites have been identified as actively recruiting everything from internet trolls to contract killers and even, potentially, suicide bombers. Here is how it works: A global “casting call” for lone-wolf types, drawing them from social media and channeling them into secure websites, has been tracked to a Belgium-Netherlands based offshoot of what we have now found more than one name for. Dr. Preston James calls it the RKM (Rothschild Khazarian-Mafia) while barrister Michael Shrimpton says they are the DVD (Deutsches Verteidigungs Dienst). Keshe himself calls it the Red Circle, a name first mentioned in Arthur Conan Doyles, The Adventure of the Red Circle, a Sherlock Holmes story about a mysterious European criminal organization. In private discussions with Ricardo Baretzky, Director of ECIPS (European Centre for Information Policy and Security) headquartered in Brussels, with direct ties to NATO, the “Red Circle” has only been mentioned along with “don’t ask me more, not even on a secure line…it isn’t safe.” That’s a lot of power for an imaginary group. Why we are involved My own interests always tie to global security issues and I tend to look there first though the truth may well be more complicated than even this. Let’s start on this by rerunning an often told story, about the USS “Donald Duck.” Really called the USS Donald Cook, an AEGIS naval destroyer of the US Navy with an advanced missile defense system, we go back to 2014 in the Black Sea. This was a critical time, war in Ukraine over Russia’s move in Crimea, advanced arms moved to ISIS while Turkey began covert moves into Macedonia as well. The entire region faced a meltdown, still does, and the Donald Cook was there to control the air except that a single Russian plane with an unidentified set of jamming pods disabled the ship, stopped it dead in its tracks. There are vulnerabilities tied to “hive functioning” with AEGIS and we looked at systems that could have used “cross-eyed jamming” to get the observed result but the AEGIS fail was beyond this. This only left Keshe based “plasma” jamming, something regularly demonstrated by Keshe experimenters on a number of occasions. It Gets Worse Without getting into this too far, we can talk a bit about “plasma.” Within this set of definitions, which are non-traditional but as we speak being brought into the fold, different plasma fields, based on nano technology, can take on different characteristics, where one could jam a satellite 120 miles in the air while another might act on a tumor, 20 centimeters in diameter, in a normally unreachable part of the brain. The effects in both instances can be demonstrated, the technology exists but, as in medical applications, the methodologies and treatment protocols must be the product of real research, or at least every attempt should be made to include the medical community. As much as conspiracy theorists can make a case against the “cancer industry,” there is no evidence that all research is controlled and that these technologies will be stifled, not yet anyway. I am not a proponent of magical medical cures but I have witnessed repeatable phenomenon that should be able to, by my own untrained estimation mind you, replace far more dangerous radiation treatments for cancer. This is being extremely conservative. There are real life licensed physicians who claim much more than this. With millions out there suffering including, VT subscribers and their families, I don’t engage in these discussion easily. Suffice it to say, if you are a medical professional and interested in what I have just written and have an interest in being part of this process, please contact me. We want credible and skilled people and aren’t a bit afraid of skeptics. The Real Military Issue We can’t say this enough, all military technologies, particularly “defensive technologies” are offensive. Current military theory on “force projection,” and by that we mean someone far away sending their military into your neighborhood with the ability to stay there and do damage, is all predicated on making planes, ships and submarines survivable, invulnerable to attack. This “defense” in turn makes these “platforms” capable of delivering “ordnance” using “weapons systems” while invulnerable to attack. Note the doublespeak here, sickening isn’t it? Let’s take a case in point. America uses planes and ships, protected by technology, to intimidate China. China builds missiles to destroy American aircraft carriers and American AEGIS destroyers are being upgraded to knock down the Chinese missiles. China then will be forced to build more of their own aircraft carriers and submarines, parade them off San Francisco, as they have done in the past. Nobody wants this, not any of it but this is exactly where things are going and it is going to kill us all. This is the same kind of thinking coming out of extremists in Washington that led to the coup in Ukraine and those still advocating a US invasion of Syria to overthrow the locally extremely popular Assad government and put an ISIS controlled terror state it its place…which will quickly overrun Israel, thank you very much Mr. Netanyahu for your “deep thought” and leadership. Secret Societies They killed Kennedy. This is where we have ended up.They tried to take down the Clinton presidency as well. For those of you who have no memory and get your historical education from bumper stickers, Clinton may well have been the greatest president of the 20th Century. Reagan was one disaster after another, our economy in shambles, wages crashed, debt through the roof, industry racing overseas. For those who believe “email reality” we can inform you now, Clinton was not the NAFTA president, it was Bush. He signed NAFTA despite what Limbaugh and Fox claim. Take the clock back, it was secret societies that took down Jimmie Carter as well. Who do you think sent the Ayatollah back to Iran and ordered the seizure of the US diplomats? Who do you think ran the prime rate to over 8 percent? It wasn’t just the October Surprise, Bush flying to Paris to ask Iran to keep American diplomats prisoner, in trade for weapons transshipped through Israel. It was Bush, done for Reagan, as former CIA director that was running the Ayatollah as an asset, that took down the Shah and that ordered the embassy taken. This was all a chaos theory game partnered with the Israelis and Brits, a move that might well have under some circumstances had positive consequences were it not managed by fools and psychotics. Then again, since it was treason, perhaps we have laws against such things for a reason though, as we all learned on 9/11, they cannot be enforced. Oh, you now say that when you look at 9/11 in light of past events, the Bush history, the idea that the Neocons working with the Saudis and Israel, using nukes to take down the WTC and dropping a missile into the Pentagon makes sense, just to take over the Middle East, start a drug empire in Afghanistan and finance color revolutions….. Oh that. For Our Keshe Audience VT began, as some know, tracking Keshe technology a few years ago. You see, Keshe had enemies, powerful ones, people we knew to be utterly rotten and corrupt, and we like people who are hated by the right folks. This is why we are so very suspicious of people like Assange, who loves the powerful and corrupt, who is oblivious to the suffering of the Palestinian people, who believes the 9/11 fantasy published by Bush, and who seems enamored with a love of Mr. Netanyahu, someone we find more than distasteful. Ah, but I digress… There is only one grass roots peace movement across the planet and that is the Keshe Foundation. There are no others. Some try, most are bought off, place holders, or worse. Keshe is different, this is the most stubborn person on earth, very suspicious and willing to go toe to toe with anyone or anything. Pugnacious is the term. It also means he knows. Conclusion What may well happen is that before “they” allow a golden age for mankind, and this is providing mankind still cares about such things, if you will excuse my world weary tome, there is going to be a bit of mind changing and perhaps spanking, perhaps something more severe than that. A good friend of mine told me a story some years ago. He was working for a high level think tank at the time, a job that put him in daily contact with folks like Nathan Rothschild, scion of the banking family that controls Britain, the United States and a few other countries that are currently circling the drain. My friend was trying to convince me UFOs and aliens were real. I reminded him of talks I had with Fr. Malachi Martin some years before. Martin, now deceased but a former high ranking Vatican official and exorcist, had his own crises of faith but was drawn back to belief by what he said was overwhelming evidence of manifestations of evil that he saw while performing exorcisms. He continually chastised me for my disbelief. I miss that more than I can say, he was a good friend. Anyway, my other friend, who must remain unnamed, began his story by telling me of a strange invitation he received. My friend, and again I apologize for not naming him, was invited to the Island of Corfu for an “infestiture” ceremony. Yes, I say “infestiture” and not “investiture.” As the story went, the Rothschild family had somehow established contact with a “non-corporeal” race of beings that had been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years. These “beings,” and I was reminded that calling them “demons” was “wrong thinking” on my part, entered a human host and advised him, protected him and eventually, upon physical death, saw to it that the surviving spirit or soul or whatever lived the kind of afterlife chosen, no matter how sick or disgusting such a thing might be, me of course assuming bad things about the Rothschild family, people I know nothing about. The payback for the entity was through how the host lived his or her life. My friend told me that these entities fed on “negative vibrations” brought about by grief, pain and human suffering. Thus, the host was simply tasked with using their power, brought about by belonging to a family partnered with these entities for generations, to influence the human condition for “maximum feeding.” This would mean that, let’s say with the Rothschild Family, it was their job to bring about world wars, famine, hold back human progress, promote disease and ignorance, things like that. This of course sounds outlandish, doesn’t it? But then, being the dullard I am and thinking about our friends in Belgium and following the trail up the feeding chain, perhaps down the evolutionary chain also, to the “royals.” As is so often the case, humanity as it is, those who would oppose evil out of ignorance and sloth end up serving it. The carnage that took place in Paris on Friday has sent shock waves all across Europe, and while the investigation continues on who was responsible for the carnage, one piece of evidence has emerged. The passport of one of the terrorists has been found, and what it reveals is perhaps  what most already know, that this terrorist infiltrated into Paris under the guise of being a displaced Syrian refugee.

The same Syrian refuges that this administration is getting ready to allow up 10,000 within the United States, the same Syrian refugees that cannot be fully vetted because in almost all cases,  no viable documentation exists, and that perhaps up to 20% of whatever passports do exist are either forged, or taken from dead Syrians and sold on the black-market.

A comforting thought indeed for those in Europe who are currently being over run. Moreover it’s not by coincidence that a majority of Syrian refugees happen to be young to middle-aged males, perhaps upwards of 70%.

UPDATE: Some are saying the Brexit 2 petition anomalies are due to a 4chan prank. That is not accurate. The 4 Chan angle was taken because they were irrevocably busted and needed an out. When I posted this below, it went exactly as said. Now all pages have been returned to the wayback machine that were removed, and they are letting them say many thousands of votes from Vatican city, to cover up the fact the Brexit 2 petition was a sham fronted by very powerful people.

If it gets pawned off as a 4 chan prank, I will be satisfied, because it will go NOWHERE. And now that the Wayback machine has re-posted the original sham numbers Brexit referendum 2 is DEAD IN THE WATER, it is going NOWHERE because it is so easy to verify it is totally fake now that they did that. I guess I will leave the original post up for entertainment value, I spent 9 hours on that and it went exactly as I show here. Here we have one of the Wayback machine pages saliently saved, (one of the original 25) with "repaired" numbers! Vatican city is, here in this "try to save the scam page code, showing a realistic 10 votes for British visitors and residents. And low and behold, the latest page has the vatican vote count set at 63 votes. Yet THIS PAGE, (one they invented so they could say it was a 4chan prank) shows the vatican voting 45,000 times! So what we have here, is the original fix the wayback machine did to cover for the original fraud, and then a later update which shows they gave up and decided to blame the fraud on pranksters. I don't know why they switched the Vatican back up to 63 votes, but as we can see, the numbers are all over the map here and 4chan took the hit. Want to know why they gave up and started playing with numbers to call it a prank? WELL LOOKIE HERE: A BUST OF EPIC PROPORTIONS - the original report now follows!

The Brexit 2 petition vote is FAKE AS FRUIT LOOPS and Archive.org accidentally screwed it all for the New World Order.

They have fixed their screw ups quite quickly, but the damage is done. They can't put this away now. Archive.org originally cached the Brexit 2 petition site twice, with two pages. And the second page captured the petition vote rigging, where two million votes were simply written in during a ball game. When people noticed the sudden jump, Archive.org suddenly generated 25 pages of fake petition vote updates, showing a slow increase over two days, rather than a sudden jump that happened during a ball game. PROBLEM: The first of the fake 25 pages was riddled with vote scam proof, which included over 2,900 Brexit 2 petition votes from Vatican City, and only 350,000 votes from Britain, all the while over two million three hundred thousand votes for Brexit 2 were claimed.
But wait, it gets even better . . . .

Archive.org made the mistake of allowing the petition vote rigging that was embedded in the petition web site background code to become visible if it was asked for, (rather than only the rendered petition page, which would never show this). After they got caught with the vote fraud that was visible in this code, they deleted all 25 of the original petition vote fraud ridden pages and replaced them with three pages that are clean, because three is a lot easier to fish the problems out of than 25. But I have the background data from a page they forgot to expunge from the server linked here, with the original petition vote fraud still visible, and the current link can still pull it right off the Archive.org server.

IN THAT DATA YOU CAN SEE THAT THE BREXIT 2 PETITION IS A COORDINATED SCAM, USING VOTERS FROM ALL OVER THE GLOBE!

Reply Regarding “Global Connection” Piece for Sandra

We are in the process of birthing a “new world”—- but it isn’t a world built of fantasies and lies about aliens from outer space any more than it is a fantasy built of lies about bloodline superiority and legal fiction entities.

These people touting “Galactic” salvation don’t particularly like me, because I don’t fall in line and sing hymns to their fantasies and excuses any more than I follow along as a good little True Believer of the corporate matrix.  I do not intend to trade one “box” for another, thanks, and it is ironic that those offering such an option as the “Neu Republique” are the ones accusing me of trying to herd people back into a box based on the past. 

.

I do not propose belief in things that either never existed or that no longer do—including “the past”.   I oppose idolatry in all its forms.   I don’t encourage people to put their hope and trust in aliens, in foreign governments, in gold, in corporations, in “the past” or “the future”,  in “global resets” or anything of the sort.  I encourage people to do their own research and use their own horse sense to take action in their own behalf.  Period. 

.

Sitting around on your rump waiting for “the global reset” or “NESARA” to save you makes considerably less sense in my opinion than sitting around waiting for the Second Coming of Christ.  

.

I would view most of the fantasy being offered at this and other websites as harmless except that it serves to keep people immobilized, waiting for something or someone beyond themselves to take action and to save them or lead them or tell them “the Truth”—– when in fact, the Truth is something that you have to search for diligently and discover for yourself, and nobody can save you but yourself. 

.

The rest of what I see here is being fed into the newstream by the “Neu Republique”—- another effort by the French Government — read that, Nathan and Jacob Rothschild — to get us Stupid Americans to let them claim that their newest corporation is the lawful “Successor to Contract” of their IMF-sponsored nightmare known as the UNITED STATES.

If we buy into that transparently self-serving and predatory bargain, we will deserve what we get.

My advice is the same as Will Rodgers’—– learn to tell the difference between cow patties and shoe polish and don’t take any wooden nickels.  There are plenty of well-intentioned people out there running around saying that the sky is falling and even more good people running around saying that Nirvana is on the way here to planet Earth, all without us making any significant effort on our own part, of course.

Somehow, somewhere, around age six, I came to terms with reality and I sincerely recommend that everyone else embrace it along with the Magnum Mysterium in which we live. Our experience is no doubt affected by our energy and our beliefs and our outlook on life, but we do not exist as separate worlds disconnected from each other and the composite reality that results as the sum total of all our actions, all our beliefs, all our desires— does affect us all.

If half the people are living in want and terror, expecting Armageddon to happen next week, and half the people are sitting on their rumps chanting “Ummmm!” and eating Twinkies and dreaming of unearned wealth cascading from the skies above—– what do you expect to happen?   Exactly what IS happening. 

.

Two hundred and forty years ago, some Americans had a dream that all men are created equal, that all people have natural and unalienable rights, and that government should serve the people instead of people existing to serve the government.   These radical ideas are as valid now as they were then—– and just as cutting edge, just as challenging, and just as out of the box. 

.

If the means to achieve the ends are faulty, so what?  Change the means.  If the corporate government system got corrupt, fell apart, became predatory—- face up.  Admit it.  Go back to work.  Change it, and while you are at it, change yourselves.  Change your attitude toward government and toward your own responsibility to govern your own life and your own nation.

Don’t sit around telling me stories about ghosts or aliens or Chinese Elders or rewriting the history of NESARA or trying to pass off another French Central Bank corporation as my lawful government. Conservatives face liberal 'firewall' on Supreme Court

Conservatives  face  liberal  'firewall'  on  Supreme  Court - Daniel  Horowitz   urges   Congress   to   strip   courts   of   jurisdiction

Daniel Horowitz, a senior editor at Conservative Review and policy analyst specializing in immigration, blasted conservative triumphalism after the Supreme Court refused to rescue President Barack Obama’s unilateral mass amnesty program. Indeed, Horowitz warned conservatives not to underestimate how closely they came to absolute disaster.

"We are facing a ‘blue firewall’ of four post-Constitution judges on the Supreme Court,” Horowitz told WND. “And some of the others aren’t much better. Justice Anthony Kennedy is unreliable. Chief Justice Roberts is unreliable. And the lower circuit courts are mostly worse than the Supreme Court.”

Horowitz, author of the upcoming book “Stolen Sovereignty: How to Stop Unelected Judges from Transforming America,” said America’s form of government is endangered by the constant reliance on unelected judges to settle the most pressing questions.
“We are now in a scenario where our country is controlled by one person, and that’s not Barack Obama, it’s Justice Anthony Kennedy,” Horowitz said.

“In general, we are always on the losing side of judicial supremacy, and this is the thesis of my book.  The Supreme Court was never supposed to be the final arbiter. Our Founders never would have envisioned our president doing something that not even King George III couldn’t do.

“Congress somehow lacked the ability or desire to stop Obama from unilaterally abolishing immigration law. But the judiciary being designated the one to put the brakes on him – that is just backwards. It is also very disconcerting for conservatives and people who support the rule of law.”

Horowitz argued the conservative victory in this particular immigration case is an exception. If anything, he cautioned, conservatives should be terrified at how close they came to defeat.  “It was good news but had Kennedy woken up on the other side of the bed, then we would be in big trouble with this,” Horowitz said of the decision. 

“This specific issue was something so manifestly unconstitutional. It pertained to overturning immigration laws governing the most foundational laws of sovereignty placed in the hands of Congress. The notion that four justices still found that to be constitutional is very scary. That demonstrates that every Democratic judicial nominee is wedded to outcome based jurisprudence. That is, because they support more immigration, they support the legality of the president unilaterally repealing laws passed by Congress. That should really scare conservatives.”

Horowitz pointed out the initial decision of the 5th Circuit Court to halt President Obama’s amnesty would have been unlikely in other areas of the country.
“Conservatives only won by the skin of their teeth here,” Horowitz said. “Because this law had national ramifications, [Texas Attorney General] Ken Paxton made sure to go to the best judge and they went to the most originalist circuit left, the Fifth Circuit, and even there the Democratic appointee ruled against it. That is the only way this survived. Every other circuit probably would have ruled with the four liberal Supreme Court justices and we would be in the opposite position right now.”

Even if Donald Trump is able to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, Horowitz believes the battle to actually enforce immigration law will have only begun.
“Assume Trump wins and manages to replace the late Antonin Scalia with an originalist justice – we’ll just be back to where we were when Scalia was on the court,” said Horowitz. “And Scalia himself said the court was more leftist than it ever was. The lower courts are horrible on this issue. They are increasingly granting illegals more and more rights through the 14th Amendment. And oftentimes the Supreme Court won’t even take up those cases so the lower court decisions stand.

“If a President Trump tried to implement all these enforcement actions, you would end up with a plethora of lawsuits. The other side gets a lot more at bats than our side does in the judiciary game. And it will be them challenging all of our laws and actions, saying they are discriminatory or against human rights. They would even turn to international law. And that’s the process I warn about in ‘Stolen Sovereignty.'”

Horowitz suggests the only way Americans can ensure immigration laws will be enforced is if Congress accepts its responsibility to make the law and strips the courts of jurisdiction over immigration issues.
“The situation we have now designates the courts as the final arbiter in the issue of sovereignty, the one issue they should never have any input in,” Horowitz charged. “And while it swung in our favor in this one instance because it was so anomalous, because it was so patently unconstitutional, even if we get a Republican president, we’re going to be playing defense. Because we’re going to want to enforce laws, pass better laws, cut off benefits, enforce deportation. But every single enforcement action is going to be encumbered in court. It’s already taking place in lower courts and just about very circuit court is siding with illegals. Now we see four justices on the Supreme Court are siding with illegals. And Kennedy and Roberts as well sometimes.

“Congress needs to strip the courts of power to strike down immigration laws. What I don’t want is people to take this victory and say we should have the courts deciding immigration because it worked in our favor here. The political ramifications here are very narrow. It doesn’t force Obama to start deportations and it doesn’t strip affirmative benefits from others who have received amnesty.”

Ultimately, argues Horowitz, what is needed is political courage on the part of the Republican Congress. And he urges Americans to pressure their elected representatives to fulfill their responsibilities when it comes to defending the Constitution and the rule of law.

“Just this week, there are lots of stories about criminal illegal aliens released into our population committing crimes and they are undetected because the courts are mandating the release of criminal aliens and granting benefits like driver’s licenses,” Horowitz said. “The Supreme Court hasn’t overturned any of the lower courts’ decisions on other very consequential immigration issues. Generally, the courts are a major liability for conservatives. And one day, they will implement a juridical amnesty. Even in this case, we see every single Democratic appointee willing to put their universal values over our Constitution. And the courts are going to continue striking down state and federal immigration laws and enforcement mechanisms that are benefit.

“The lesson to learn here is that Congress needs to be the final arbiter on issues of sovereignty and immigration. Until then, we will always be on defense.”

'IRS agents' involved in menacing but lucrative scam

 

 

Say police coming to your door if you don't pay immediately

It may be an old scam, but apparently it’s still a very live and effective one, as at least three WND staff members have been targeted with it in recent weeks.

The potential victim receives a message from a computerized voice to call the IRS immediately about his “case file."

The worried caller then is informed by an “agent” that a criminal case has been filed against him for defrauding the IRS, and if he doesn’t immediately make a payment, police will show up at his door.

The taxpayer then is instructed to go to the nearest drug story to purchase a pre-paid credit card through which a payment can be made to satisfy authorities.

The IRS is trying to warn Americans that its officers would never makes such a telephone call, but many terrified citizens are taking the bait.

It’s the largest such scam in agency history, with more than 1.2 million Americans having reported receiving such calls, the IRS said last month.

As estimated 6,400 citizens have reported being cheated out of $36.5 million.

Last month, the Treasury Department arrested five people in Miami accused of posing as IRS agents in a scheme that defrauded 1,500 people, netting the thieves an estimated $2 million.

But this month, the scam is still in full force, as evidenced anecdotally by WND staffers from the West Coast to the Mountain states to the East Coast.

The problem is that it is difficult to trace and inspires copycats who often operate from countries such as India and Mexico, using callback numbers in the U.S. obtained through pre-paid cellphones.

The impersonators who talked to WND staffers spoke with an Indian accent with the sounds of a vast call-in center in the background.

‘Aggressive and sophisticated’

On its website, the IRS warns an “aggressive and sophisticated phone scam targeting taxpayers, including recent immigrants, has been making the rounds throughout the country.”

“Callers claim to be employees of the IRS, but are not. These con artists can sound convincing when they call. They use fake names and bogus IRS identification badge numbers. They may know a lot about their targets, and they usually alter the caller ID to make it look like the IRS is calling.”

The IRS says that, typically, if the victim refuses to cooperate, he is threatened with arrest, deportation or suspension of a business or driver’s license.

“In many cases, the caller becomes hostile and insulting. Or, victims may be told they have a refund due to try to trick them into sharing private information. 

If the phone isn’t answered, the scammers often leave an “urgent” callback request.”

The IRS says it will never:

• call to demand immediate payment, nor will the agency call about taxes owed without first having mailed you a bill;
• demand that you pay taxes without giving you the opportunity to question or appeal the amount they say you owe;
• require you to use a specific payment method for your taxes, such as a prepaid debit card;
• ask for credit or debit card numbers over the phone;
• threaten to bring in local police or other law-enforcement groups to have you arrested for not paying.

The IRS offers a webpage to report the scam.

Last year, CBS News reported North Carolina Pastor Al Cadenhead said he was so scared he couldn’t think straight after receiving a threatening call saying, “Don’t disregard this message … as delay in calling us back may end up in legal matter for you.”

When the pastor called back, a woman gave him her name and a badge number and said the IRS was informing him it had filed a warrant for his arrest for tax fraud.

Cadenhead believed he was innocent but thought the stakes too high, CBS News reported. So over the next seven hours he withdrew a total of $16,000 and sent it to the IRS impersonators through pre-paid debit cards.

Greetings world, We are Anonymous.

We were originally planning to release this particular message if Trump was to become president of the United States. But we later realized that whoever does become president whether its Trump, Sanders or Hillary Clinton, in the end nothing will stop us or the citizens of the United States from the inevitable be it state wide uprisings, mass protests or revolution.

If America ever does have a revolution, be it one of blood, we will survive the eve and end of Spring. We will survive the eve and end of Summer. We will survive the eve and end of Autumn. We will survive the eve and end of Winter. But at what cost? A violent revolution will only destroy the very fabric the founding fathers fought and struggled so indefatigable to place. However, if America has a bloodless revolution, not only will it unite the masses, the citizens of other nations will see this as a possible and realistic choice. If the citizens of the United States do decidedly deploy a bloodless revolution, what will stop the citizens from other countries from rising up to their own petty system? 

By no means is this a call to arms, nor are we declaring war against the United States 'government'. We are only conveying a message to the masses. The citizens of America, like others who have rose up against the system, are tenacious for justice. And as we all know, America's policies affect the globe on a grand stage. But one has to question, what event, decision, or action will the U.S. 'government' take which will alert the masses of the corrupted body that is the U.S. 'government'? Who will lead this revolution? Who will counter it? Will we have a revolution of betrayal and of power struggle like the lost revolutions in the Arab world? 

Many will not bother to contemplate this and will only find it as naive and ludicrous. Some will go so far as to say that revolutions will never exist any more. Is a revolution in America truly needed right now? 

The answer lies within you if it does or does not...
