Today, the Alaska State Superior Court addressed the claims in equity of heirs from every state of the Union.  

For the past two years many false claims have been made, mostly by banks functioning as secondary creditors of one or another "federal corporations" operating on our shores. 

They have claimed that there are "no Americans left"--- that we all voluntarily and knowingly agreed to accept the foreign status of "United States Citizen" and "emigrated" to Puerto Rico. 

They have claimed that our fathers were all similarly conscripted.  

They have claimed that we no longer have a national currency in circulation. (We do.) 

They have claimed that "the Republic is dead". 

So we have called upon those among us eligible to make a claim on their grandfather's estates and interests and they have come forward from every corner of America to record their expatriation and establish their claim upon all the states of the Union from Alaska to Florida, Maine to California. 

The Alaska State Superior Court convened today and reviewed these claims and issued the attached history, judgment, and orders.  

Before anyone gets up in arms and thinks that these claims benefit only the claimants to takes offense and thinks that these claims or those making them are "racists"----- the Will being probated is over 200 years old and comes from a time when only white men above the age of 21 who were landowners had standing to inherit or take action before a court of equity.  

To this day, married women have to have their husband's permission to sue in equity and must come "through" him to bring suit;  he must also confer his right to occupy certain offices to his wife. 

These odd and antiquated provisions of the law and the courts are still in place and will remain in place until such time as the people convene a properly seated Continental Congress of Fiduciary Deputies acting on the land jurisdiction of these United States to settle things.

My name is Rick Womick and I am a State Representative from Tennessee. I am also a commercial airline pilot. Your recent guest, Mr. Dennis Welke, is extremely misguided. None of what he said is true regarding our nation's commercial airlines or the conference at which I spoke; no papers surrendering our Constitutional rights are required to be signed, and no illegal immigrants are being flown into this country on empty flights. We don't just "taxi by customs and drop people off" somewhere on the airport. Mr. Welke fabricated the entire story. First of all, I was not the pilot in command. Secondly, our aircraft are filled with hundreds of paying passengers, of all nationalities, from all over the world, and who are traveling legally with valid passports, and entering our country through U.S. Customs and Immigration as they deplane. We do not, nor have I ever flown, an "empty" or full airplane with illegal passengers or immigrants. It is obvious Mr. Welke does not agree with my conservative political positions and has decided to publicly attack my character and my integrity. Given the constant inaccuracies in his story, I think it is safe to say Mr. Welke is not even a pilot. He lacks credibility and is pursuing an agenda.

The end of Khazarian mafia tyranny on the planet earth is getting very close indeed. The Rothschilds and other top Khazarian Mafiosi families like the Borgia, the Medici, the Del Banco (Warburg) the Rockefellers (including the Clintons) the Bushes (Pecce) have been given until July 10th to reach a peace agreement with the people of the planet. After that a bounty of $100 million each, payable in gold, will be handed over to anybody who can arrest, and if they resist arrest, kill, members of these genocidal families.

We are hearing there is vicious infighting and arguing going on within the “family,” about what to do about this situation. As this newsletter was about to go online, we were contacted by one faction of the Rothschilds and a meeting with a White Dragon Society representative is now being arranged for this week. The meeting will discuss how to create a financial system that is good for both humanity and nature. It will also discuss creating a new meritocratic, democratic and transparent system for planning the future of our species and this planet.

To remind these families of what is at stake, here is a message sent to them by a senior Pentagon official:

“I have been told from multiple sources that there is a multitude of people (men and women) who are waiting for the RKM (Rothchilds/Bauers) to not cooperate. In the past week, the Chinese government has also contacted the leaders of other Asian countries as well as the heads of the G20 group of nations to inform them that they expect a deal to be reached between the White Dragon Society and the Rothschild family group. The Chinese are too polite to make threats but this is a statement issued by the Chinese Freemasons:

“We will cooperate with any religion, any society, any faction, any political party or any country that agrees with the principles of co-existence and co-prosperity and world peace. However, we will cut off relations with anyone who fails to agree on the goal of world peace.”

Yet another group, claiming to represent a coalition of 172 sovereign nations, also threw in its support last week for a new inclusive financial system.

Pentagon sources are saying that German Chancellor Angela Merkel (a member of the Saxe Gotha Rothschild family) already reached a deal with the Chinese when she visited China on June 13th. According to that deal Merkel promised to resign after Greece exits the EU and, in exchange, the Chinese agreed to rescue Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank would not otherwise survive a Greek exit from the EU (71% of Greeks are against the EU and only 27% support it) because it would mean a default on Greek debt which has been used by Deutsche Bank (and others) to create derivative mountains. These mountains would collapse once the sand of Greek debt they are built on is removed.

The other EU country where a crisis is quickly coming to a head is Italy. There Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi promised a 150 billion Euro government bail-out for Italian banks only to be publicly scolded by the Germans who said no to such a deal because they would end up paying for it. The Italians then told the Germans it was up to the Italians to decide. This degenerated into a public spat that is likely to end up with Italy reverting to the Lira and Renzi resigning, CIA sources in Europe say.

Then of course President Francois Hollande will also be forced to resign as when Italy leaves, France will also be forced by financial reality to leave the Euro and revert to Francs.

Also, Austria’s highest court ruled last week that the recent Presidential election held there was marred by fraud and needed to be held again. This is almost certain to result in the election of “far right” (i.e. anti EU totalitarianism) Freedom Party presidential candidate Norbert Hofer.

The pro-EU factions have tried to stop this disintegration by proposing an even tighter, more centrally controlled EU. They are even proposing expanding the EU into the Middle East and Africa.

Of course, given their unpleasant colonial history, you can be pretty safe in betting the peoples of Africa and the Middle East will say “thanks but no thanks.” Clearly the EU project envisioned as evolving into a Soviet Union style world government is doomed.

In this situation EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who is apparently daily getting drunker, told the EU Parliament he had discussions with leaders of “other planets” about the situation in the EU. You can be sure the exo-politics and galactic folk had a field day with this.

In the United States as well, the Khazarian mafia is in deep trouble. The widespread uproar over Hillary and Bill Clinton’s activities is the clearest sign of this. As has been widely publicized in multiple media platforms, Bill Clinton basically barged into an airplane where US Attorney General Loretta Lynch was and had a 20 minute private talk with her. Needless to say, with his wife the subject of a criminal investigation, this meeting was widely lambasted as blatant interference in the legal system. The assumption most people are making is that Clinton threatened Lynch on behalf of Hillary.

In any case, Lynch later issued a public statement saying she would go along with what FBI career officials decide. These career officials have long made it known that if Hillary was anybody else, she would have gone to jail a long time ago. CIA sources in Washington DC say the most likely scenario now is for Hillary to be found guilty and then be pardoned by President Obama.

However, neither Hillary nor any other members of her mafia are going to be allowed to run the US again.

Multiple lawsuits about stolen elections are also making it very clear the American people are now in open revolt against brazen election stealing by the Khazarian mafia.

Pentagon sources are now saying this is part of an open, wholesale revolution going on against the tyranny of the Federal Reserve Board. One source says “Brexit inspires Texodus and Califexit” and then other states will also bail out. There will also be “Amexit from Nato, the UN and globalist free trade agreements like Nafta, TPP and TTIP,” the Pentagon source predicts.

There has also been a complete turnaround in the Middle East. As we reported last week, Egypt and Israel are now applying to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, a group that their supposed long term arch-enemy Iran is joining.

Now Turkey has suddenly made a 180 degree turn and is now re-establishing friendly relations with Russia, Israel and soon even Egypt. It looks like peace is finally about to come to that long tormented region.

The faction of the Khazarian mafia that still stubbornly wants to start World War 3 and trigger “Armageddon,” has not completely given up though.

On that front, there was some action in Moscow last week of the sort that would make for a great spy movie. Sources in the FSB as well as reports in news outlets like the Washington Post and the official Russian Tass news agency all agree there was some sort of shooting incident near the US embassy in Moscow last week. They also agree that a seriously injured US “diplomat” was flown out for emergency treatment.

The Sorcha Faal news site run by US Naval Intelligence says the Russians seized some sort of electronic device containing information about personnel in the Russian Baltic Fleet.

The Russians also immediately made a public offer to provide exact transponder coordinates to neighboring countries for all their planes flying in the open airspace over the Baltic Sea. Clearly this was aimed at preventing any misinterpretation of Russian actions in the region.

Given the past behavior of the Khazarian religious fanatics who want to trigger “end times,” it is a good guess that yet another attempt to start a nuclear war was stopped.

What these religious fanatics need to get into their heads is that the world is not about to end, the world is about to begin or be reborn into the paradise it was always meant to be.

AND BY WRITING A LETTER TO COLIN POWEL

MY STORY

I lived in Orlando, Florida for over ten years after getting out of the military, where I served two terms honorably in the US Army, one as an Enlisted and one as an Officer. My first tour was in Germany where I met my wife.  We returned to the states and I went into ROTC at the University of Colorado where I received my commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.

I went to Airborne and Ranger school after my graduation from the University of Denver. Got assigned to Ft Devens, MA where my assignments ranged from Admin and Finance Manager to Platoon Leader and Assistant Adjutant General for 10th Special Forces. Served two years in Special Forces before deciding to get out.  Killing people for a living was not my cup of tea.  

I made Captain and decided to start my own business, which I did  a very successful business.  With over seven stores in and around Disney World, it grossed over a million dollars a year at one point. I guess we all come to a point in life where we realize money ain’t everything and I was not very happy, so I sold the business and went in the ministry for a couple of years in Orlando.

This black gal invited me to her church, Faith World located in Apopka, FL at the time.  I told her 'No way!', but she eventually got me to go.  I was shocked!  I went to this church filled with great music and told her 'This can’t be church!  Church is boring and not fun!'  I even shocked myself.  Never think I would go back into a church.  My mother was a  born again Christian.  

Well, it happened to me, too!  Got saved and gave my heart to the Lord.  Got baptized and served in the Faith World Choir for two years, which I loved.  Even went to Judah Bible College for a year.  While there, got to sing with the Gaithers. I even considered going in the ministry full time until several things happened.

The red flags started going off after two years and watching all these prosperity preachers come through the place driving their Mercedes, Beemers and Lexuses throwing around tens of thousands of dollars at a time and laying the guilt trip on all of us to give, give, give if we want to be blessed. Being a new and innocent  and trusting Christian, I went along with this for two years, tithing religiously, even money I did not have and even this was not enough for these people. I’ve never had a problem making money in this world but, after getting involved with this stuff, the only people I saw prospering were these faith preachers living in their million dollar homes and mansions.

Then they started breaking into my house and my car, started having things go missing, things being rearranged in my home. I knew things then were very strange.  Just started having a lot of weird and strange experiences. It was at this point I decided to leave Florida and return to Colorado, my home, after being gone for many years. Never realizing just what a nightmare I involved myself in with this church, I now realize they are involved in Monarch Mind Control and are in bed with the CIA.   (The CIA was invading his home, taking things and rearranging - messing with his mind.)

I have since learned the CIA is very involved in many of these charismatic ministries.  Ministries like ORU was and is deeply involved in Monarch Mind Control.  The CIA has a rampant Monarch program there, along with people like Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyers, TD Jakes, Paula and Randy White, all people deeply involved with my church.

We had two of TD Jakes preachers on our staff - Sheryl Brady and her husband who raked in big bucks for Clint Brown, our pastor.  They would throw checks for $10,000 on the altar to get us all to cough up even more money.  Looking back I can see what a racket this is, and what they are doing is robbing God's people who are just trying to please God, not knowing they are dealing with wolves in sheep's clothing.

This Brown was and is involved in many money fraud and money scandals.  Even his wife divorced him.   I think they wanted me in their corrupt ministry. I did not go in the ministry for money, and I certainly would not steal it from God’s people.  This prosperity preaching is criminal. God can use even a corrupt preacher to do his work.

Anyways, it was predominantly a black ministry and while in Florida I came to see how oppressed black people were, so God put it on my heart to write Colin Powell and suggest he run for President.  Don’t know why I did - I just did.

He wrote me back a personal note.  I showed it to my Pastor, Clint Brown, since it talked about Youth at Risk, and we had a kids ministry. Well, it turns out he was friends with George Bush’s Pastor - James Robison in Texas, and I believe that is how we got a black president. TD Jakes (Dallas, Texas) gave the inaugural service for Obama.

It was after writing that letter to Colin Powell that all this stuff started happening.  That man is pure evil in my opinion, and is behind much of the stuff we see today - him and the Bushes.

From Chemtrails to Mind Control to Directed Energy Weapons, you can thank him for that. His son, Michael Powell, helped destroy the media in this country, but that’s all part of the CIA plan to control everything we see and think. Powell lives in McClean, VA.  The only other thing in McClean, VA is the CIA and Dick Cheney.

Anyways, I started writing about some of this stuff on the web and that is when I became a targeted individual. I guess if you know too much in this country your life will be ruined, but I believe in reality I had already been targeted in Florida when all these strange things started happening to me. Back then I did not know anything about any of this stuff and since I have learned what our country really is all about and Christian it is anything but.

I have seen the real side of America and you better really pray America. These people are EVIL.  This Illuminati NWO is REAL.  Just look around you and see all the crap going on. They are in bed with the devil, not God.

This Clint Brown works for Obama now.  They have offered me jobs.  The CIA even tried to recruit me. I just regret ever getting involved with any of this.  Like they say 'No good deed goes unpunished'.

This Agenda 21 is REAL.  They want to Mind Control EVERYONE now and are doing it with their Chemtrails and Nanotechnology.  The targeting has only gotten ten times worse for me.  I’ve decided to use the rest of my life EXPOSING these heinous crimes against humanity.  That is my ministry now. We are ALL TARGETED NOW. You better wake up.    

Also, while in Florida I had ear implants put in me at a VA hospital in Tampa.  It was after this that I started having all this happen to me as well. There is a lot of shit going on in Tampa. The resident surgeon was visibly shaking going into surgery.  Someone told me he knew he was getting ready to implant me. I had horrific complications from this surgery and almost died. The bastards could have implanted me.  That was right after I wrote Colin Powell that letter.  He is behind a lot of this Mind Control in this country.

When I went back to Colorado, Columbine happened and guess who showed up?!  Yep - Colin Powell, Mr. Satanist himself.  

They don’t need implants now with these chemtrails if you read my post. The CIA tried to recruit me.  You will see George Tenet now runs a company that specializes in Biotelemetry.  They can track anyone anywhere now.

Swiss do the unthinkable with Muslim population

As one of the more independent-minded European countries, Switzerland is now doing the unthinkable with their Muslim population: denying citizenship for failing to integrate into Swiss society.

One recent example involves two Muslim sisters, ages 12 and 14, who refused to take school swimming lessons because of the presence of boys. They said their religion prevents them from participating in compulsory swimming lessons with males in the pool at the same time.

The girls live in the northern city of Basel. They had applied for Swiss citizenship several months ago, but their request was denied because the sisters did not comply with the school’s curriculum.

“Whoever doesn’t fulfill these conditions violates the law and therefore cannot be naturalized,” Stefan Wehrle, president of the naturalization committee, told TV station SRF.

Wehrle said the case in which citizenship is denied for failure to comply with a school program will set precedence for future cases.


In 2012, a Muslim family was fined $1,500 for refusing to allow their daughters to participate in swim classes. The matter worked its way up to the Supreme Court which ruled that no dispensations from swimming lessons should be made on religious grounds.

In another case, the Swiss naturalization board denied citizenship to members of another immigrant family because they wore sweatpants around town and did not greet passersby, which indicated they were not sufficiently assimilated.

The German-speaking Muslim family, originally from Kosovo, had their citizenship application denied in part because of complaints that they preferred fleece and cotton blends (sweatpants) to denim (jeans), according to local media.

According to USA Today, “The Basellandschaftliche Zeitung newspaper reported that while the family met many of the requirements for Swiss naturalization, such as being familiar with the customs and geography of where they live, the village of Bubendorf in the canton of Basel-Country a committee of residents overseeing the process ruled that they were nevertheless insufficiently Swiss to be given passports.”

In May, Swiss education authorities ruled that students who refuse to shake a teacher’s hand – a Swiss tradition – could be fined up to $5,000. The decision came after two teenage Muslim boys refused to shake their female teacher’s hand on religious grounds.

Some are praising the actions of the Swiss, pointing out that Switzerland is more concerned about maintaining its national identity and culture than bowing to political correctness. “They like their society the way it is and don’t feel obligated to change it to suit random schmoes, even if they get called ‘racist xenophobes,'” notes one observer, adding it’s a move “which no doubt has American immigration officials baffled.”

Others have criticized the nation for refusing citizenship to people who have lived in the country for a long time, are gainfully employed and fluent in one of the three national languages (German, French, Italian).

Swissinfo, an information website about Switzerland, says that to be naturalized there the “person must be well integrated, familiar with customs and traditions, law abiding, and pose no threat to internal or external security.”

The Swiss value full integration into society more highly than knowledge of national politics, history or language. Candidates for citizenship must demonstrate they respect local customs and traditions and are well assimilated into their communities. Local village or town councils make the initial decisions on naturalization applications, since they are most familiar with whether a candidate is considered an upstanding member of the community. If denied, the application will not be forwarded to the state (canton) and federal authorities for further processing.

Denial of citizenship is not limited to Muslims. In 2014, an American who has lived in Switzerland for nearly 40 years was denied citizenship because authorities said he could not name any of his Swiss friends or neighboring villages. The naturalization commission ruled, “The applicant’s answers have shown that his motive for naturalization is not about integration but about the personal advantages it offers.”

The American, Irving Dunn, did not deny the charge, telling a newspaper: “It can be expected that persons mainly want personal advantages from citizenship,” such as the right to vote and live indefinitely in Switzerland.
