This sudden barrage of "terror attacks" means war is really close

Now it is axe man in Germany. This is all just a setup for war. Muslims did none of this, all of these attacks are fake as fruit loops and staged by people who want war. Obviously I do not agree with shipping so many ideologically different foreigners into Europe, but I also don't believe these foreigners are that much into causing problems of the type we've been told have happened. From the perspective of the Soros/Clinton type 'elite', if you are going to go to war, you have to make your population hate the people you want to destroy. To do this, you need to make the people you want to destroy look horrible and monstrous, deserving no sympathy at all. You have to make your populations want to endure sacrifice of their way of life, so you can use your population's efforts and abilities to wipe out that enemy. And that enemy does not need to be guilty of anything at all, you just have to make your population base believe they are.
This so-called "sudden outbreak" of terror came on too suddenly to be a reflection of any real reality. It all started happening after it was made legal to lie about anything you want in the media, with no repercussions being returned to you for doing so. It all started happening when people really began to wake up enough to threaten the corrupted power structure. And if you dig into any of it, it all ends up being fake. Staging it all and reporting "terror incidents" that did not happen will be as effective as real life events, if you control the media well enough. And they do.
Even a mushroom ought to be smart enough to know that when it is openly stated that if Hillary gets elected there will be war with Russia, that someone wants war badly, and these types of psy ops are always a prelude to war. The ruling elite need war to stay in power. War is the only thing that will set a precedent for them to put in place social policies that will allow their survival now. Tons of Muslim countries are allies with Russia. War with Russia equals killing Muslims. So you have to demonize Muslims to make your populations agree to setting the stage for war with Russia. If you own the media that can happen without Muslims doing a single thing.

It is starting to look to me like our enemies in the power structure are so afraid of Trump getting elected that they are pulling out all the stops and using the media to front lies in the craziest ways. They want war with Russia so badly they are willing to do practically anything to make it happen, their survival depends on that now, and kicking off war with a slew of Muslim countries that are allied with Russia would be a great way for them to stay out of jail.

In concert with the hard psy ops on the ground, they have agents hit the public sphere to influence people in the forums and blogs to hate Muslims, and milk the most out of their fakery in the media. Anti Muslim rhetoric has to be a key element to kicking off world war 3. No doubt about it, many agents are active online, and by their actions it is obvious ALL OF THEM want war with Russia.Do you? If you do not, hit every forum you know of, target the war mongering "hate Islam" threads with "elect Trump to solve the problem" memes. Yep, electing Trump really will solve the problem, by putting the correct people in jail. Trump will not do war with Russia, and he is not stupid enough to be tricked into it with a back-door "terror" psy op against a 3rd party either. It won't take a war at all to put an end to "Islamic terror", all it will take is for someone like Trump to land the liars in jail. If that happens, you will be surprised by how peaceful the world suddenly becomes.

I know about the "Baton Rouge shootings" but am staying on the following topic for another day, because it irrevocably proves the truck attack in Nice was 100 percent phony, (and therefore most likely the Baton Rouge shootings are phony.) If we are going to get anywhere on the "terror" topic, people have to see this, have it sink in, and distribute it far and wide. WE NEVER GET ANYTHING AS OBVIOUS AS THIS TO KILL LIES WITH, THEY TOTALLY BLEW IT, ARCHIVE, POST, AND CONVERT THE BLIND OVER TO THE TRUTH.

NOW MORE THAN BULLET STICKERS, THEY USED A FLAT ENDED WRECKING BAR TO POKE "BULLET HOLES" IN THE METAL! ANOTHER BUST!

You can't get a clear picture of the bullet holes in the metal on the truck. I FOUND OUT WHY. It is because they were obviously poked into the metal with a wrecking bar!

ALL OF THESE "BULLET HOLES" IN THE METAL ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK ARE NOW PROVEN TO "SUPPOSED TO BE" STRAIGHT ON POINT BLANK SHOTS ACCORDING TO THE "SHOOT OUT" VIDEO. IN THAT VIDEO NOT A SINGLE ONE THAT HIT THE SIDE WAS FIRED FROM THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY ELONGATED BULLET HOLES ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. YET, NOT ONLY ARE THEY ELONGATED, THEY ARE ALL RECTANGULAR WITH SQUARE CORNERS. SO EITHER THE POLICE SHOOT RECTANGULAR BULLETS NOW, OR A WRECKING BAR WAS USED, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THIS HAPPENED, AND IT EXPLAINS PERFECTLY WHY YOU CAN'T FIND ANY CRYSTAL CLEAR BULLET PICTURES OF THE SIDE OF THIS TRUCK ANYWHERE. IT ALSO EXPLAINS WHY THERE ARE NO EXIT HOLES. Despite the censorship, someone managed to get a picture of the holes that was good enough even if it was not "crystal clear".

Obvious problems with the Nice terror attack:1. None of the video shows the truck actually hit anyone.
2. They lied about the truck going through barricades and into a "people only" area. The truck only goes down a street with existing traffic, where if people are watching out like they should, they would not get hit. And it was not going fast at all, like it would be on a death mission. The death toll could not have been this high. If he was lucky, he would have hit only one or two people even if he went full speed through red light crosswalks which were never mentioned in the MSM.
3. There is no police shoot out video, despite what claims are. Police simply approach the side of the truck that has no "bullet holes" and go around it. There is no scene at all of them shooting the glass, or putting a single bullet hole in the truck. There is only sound, which could be dubbed in and no glass fragments flying, no holes appearing, NOTHING. All "holes" appear at angles the camera never gets live, despite the fact that the camera followed the police in! This would be done if you used bullet stickers, and had pre existing holes in the cab, on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE TRUCK already in place for the still cameras later that the video camera could not ever see because if they were there before the police arrived, it would prove it all fake. We are just supposed to believe this camera guy stayed in the line of fire as the police shot towards him, from the side of the cab you can't see, after they went around it ON THE SAME VIDEO.
When I first heard of this story, I made a few assumptions that were wrong. I assumed the truck swerved and hit people. That was wrong, despite the fact they said it. I assumed the truck went into an area that was blocked off for pedestrians only, down a path way that only people were supposed to be on. I BELIEVED THAT WAS THE STORY, BECAUSE THEY SAID SO. THAT WAS WRONG, IT WAS JUST ON A NORMAL STREET THAT WAS NOT BLOCKED OFF AT ALL.
The entire pretext for this story is so fake it could not possibly happen. It would not be possible to go down any street that is allowing normal traffic, and hit more than a couple people even if you tried. People are not stupid, they have brains and eyballs and ears, and are a moving target. The truck is loud. You can't sneak up on anyone at 40 mph and just bash them. It is not fast enough for surprise, or slow enough for the truck to be quiet. This truck did not go on a rampage through a deaf club. And the videos show that even if the truck was speeding, it was going close to the normal speed limit for the street on top of that! If the truck was not jumping the curbs and bashing barricades, the entire story is BULLSHIT.

I WAITED TO SAY THIS UNTIL IT COULD BE ABSOLUTELY PROVEN: NO BULLETS WERE EVER FIRED AT THE TRUCK.

Have any doubt they used bullet stickers? The image I used to prove it came from HERE All people need to do to bust this psy op is think about what was put right in front of everyone.

Bandog surprised me with his message, where he still believed the bullet holes were real. But when you compare the windshield holes in THIS PICTURE and match them up with hollywood bullet set #3, MY GOSH WE HAVE A MATCH!

UPDATE: The truck driver rampage in France story has multiple gaping holes which I will briefly mention here: 1. No second party cell phone coverage despite 40,000 people present. Also nothing from people on balconies who were far enough away from the action to cover it with real cameras. 2. No first responders, relatives or anyone else with the dead bodies more than a half hour after the carnage started, with the truck sitting there with windows shot. NO FIRST RESPONDERS FOR OVER A HALF HOUR? NO POLICE MOB? EVEN LONG AFTER EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY SECURED? Just photo op bodies laying there. YEP. STAR WARS HAPPENED. It looked so real. I never saw an ambulance in Star Wars either.

SORRY- breaking the window on the next day to support the hoax won't cut it when the cracks are not consistent with the "bullet holes"!

Compare the bullet holes in the windshield to the "hollywood" set above. Note: Though the windshield is now cracked, the cracks are not consistent with the bullet holes and instead match up with an apparent sledge hammer hit to the bottom left corner.

IMPORTANT: Look at the hole that I pointed out in the top picture. In this picture below, the camera photographed the bullet sticker properly, so the "hole" is wide open. Some people have pointed out that the orange decal on the upper right hand side of the windshield has a black center in the hole that would not be there if a bullet sticker with a transparent center was used. It has to be a magic marker trick or the correct bullet sticker, because the real damning evidence is what was missed and out of control of the psy op team - the center of the bullet hole that is reflecting in one photo, proving there is no hole, and the other photographs of the same sticker that did not catch glare because of the camera angle, and show it as "wide open". The fact it shows wide open in one shot and has obvious glare in another shot cinches this, stickers were used no if's or buts.

the much much later videos and photos they show ambulances, but if it was a truck attack happening over a mile, then even a quarter mile away, where the people were hit, there should have been mobs of ambulances while this was going on. Yet there was not even one. How would bystanders or ambulances even know it was a terror attack? They would not have stayed away, they would have responded like normal. First responders should have been at the beginning of the scene in minutes, not over an hour later, especially since this supposedly happened at a major event, where first responders are staged and ready to go, EVERYWHERE. So they got blankets to cover the bodies, but no paramedics? HOAX!

My original post follows. It is different from what other people said, so I am leaving it as is to provide perspective in addition to discoveries others have made.

Here it is: Supposedly this guy went on a 40 MPH rampage for 30 minutes. But he only went 1 mile. Common core failure. COMMON CORE BREACH! 40 mph for 30 minutes equals 20 miles. To cover only one mile, he could have only been going two miles an hour.

This is so shocking I almost did not upload it, but this news about what our 'elite' and government officials are really doing is so awful that anyone with the courage to put forth the truth should do so, since ALL news is CLEARLY lying to us (DO NOT WATCH TELEVISION!) and we would never know if it were not for video uploads like this. 

Whistle blower Donald Marshall bravely came out and told the world what he experienced at the risk of his own life at any moment since they still have his clone and can torture it (and thus him) at any time, or give him a heart attack or aneurism. This satanic reptilian cloning club has existed for a long time, and many rich 'elites' and probably all hybrid reptilians are part of it. They use clones of people for evil abusive sex and murder, and anyone invited to the club gets killed if they try to leave or tell anyone.  

Donald says they showed him these reptilians called type 1 Vril, about a foot and a half tall and has this snake that comes out of its head and goes into the eye of a person, and totally takes them over, just like The Body Snatchers, but it's real.  

 

Realize this has the possibility of being a controlled leak, and there could be disinformation which even Donald does not know was implanted, but likely at least some elements are true. This is the most shocking revelation since the Arizona Wilder interview, and interesting they both involve Queen Elizabeth a central figure.

The world situation is becoming increasingly chaotic with major events taking place in Turkey, France, Japan, the United States, China and elsewhere. The events are all linked to the ongoing collapse of the global structure that was put in place at the end of World War 2. Chinese government analysts believe the entire current world architecture will suffer a total systems collapse by the year 2018 after which a new, improved, structure will replace it. For this reason they expect accelerating global turmoil between now and then.
Let us start with a look at the attempted coup d’etat in Turkey last week. Mossad sources tried to pin the attempt on Russia and added “this was just round one.” However, Pentagon sources say jets piloted by Israeli trained Saudi Arabian pilots flying out of the NATO airbase in Incirlik dropped a bright flashing but not very damage causing low grade nuclear weapon in front of the Turkish Parliament building during the attempted overthrow of President Recep Erdogan.

The Pentagon sources suspect Erdogan used light shows like that as part of a staged the coup attempt against himself in order to give him an excuse to purge the Turkish military and law enforcement agencies of rivals. One Pentagon source said that “because Erdogan renewed ties to Mossad and may steal US nukes at Incirlik to arm ISIS, the coup is far from over.”
Chinese government sources, however, had a very different interpretation of events in Turkey. They say the Turkish government was attacked because it was moving away from NATO and towards the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The Turkish government is also negotiating with the Iranian government to create a Sunni/Shia Muslim alliance and renew the Caliphate. The Khazarian mafia front organization ISIS (Israeli Secret Intelligence Service) is trying to stop this by creating a fake Caliphate and acting in disgusting ways designed to make everybody hate Muslims. What is at stake is the $2 trillion in oil and gas money coming out of the Middle East every year.
With such high stakes, Erdogan is now a high priority assassination target and we can expect a lot more trouble in the Middle East before the dust settles. However, if Turkey is working in tandem with Iran and mending fences with Russia and Egypt as well, they appear to have the strongest hand.
Now let us take a look at what is happening in France. Here we have a wildly unpopular government staging fake terrorist attacks in order to extend martial law. The government is doing this because the Italian banking system is collapsing and will take the French banking system down with it. So, in order to distract the French people from the financial troubles they need to create a fake external enemy to unify the country around.
Videos of the aftermath of the attack in Nice where a truck supposedly killed 84 people and injured another 200 appear to show a trail of real bodies (gathered up from hospitals around the country?). However, a friend working at the Japanese national broadcaster NHK’s news desk says NHK reported for about 4 hours that the truck in Nice was full of weapons and hand grenades. However, a CNN reporter on the scene reported the weapons were all fake, after which CNN, NHK and others dropped the “full of weapons” meme from their coverage. Then there is the fact the impoverished alleged killer sent $100,000 to his family before the incident.
Also for some reason, the corporate media decided to completely ignore what looks like a spectacular attempt to blow up the Eiffel tower on the same day. Maybe there were too many witnesses to the fakery there so they decided to just pretend that little stunt never happened. We can also add new information about the Emperor of Japan’s announced resignation. Ban Ki Moon was in Korea and China trying to find gold to keep the Rockefeller’s UN Corporation in business and to ask for the job of President of South Korea. He was told to buzz off. After that David Rockefeller phoned his “old family friend” Emperor Akihito and asked for gold. Akihito told Rockefeller that he was not allowed to do so. Immediately after this phone call took place, the government’s NHK news announced the Emperor, for health reasons, was going to be the first in 200 years to abdicate the throne. A Japanese government official who recently attended a ceremony presided over by the Emperor confirmed he made glaring mistakes during the ceremony and showed signs of senility. The source added that the emperor was exhausted by ongoing negotiations to set up a world government and wanted to pass the job on to his son and heir Naruhito.
Having failed in China, Korea and Japan, The Rockefeller/Bush/Clinton faction of the Khazarian mafia is now going to make a big push to steal gold from Indonesia. CIA sources in Indonesia say that country is at its highest level of military alert as a result. The source adds that the Khazarians are trying to assassinate President Widodo and have offered the Suharto clan (friends of Henry Kissinger) power and wealth if they help overthrow Widodo and the Sukarno clan who support him. The Suharto’s have been told to back off or be killed.
There has also been an attempt by the Khazarians to use tensions in the South China Sea to provoke World War 3 in order to keep themselves in business. The ruling passed against China’s claims in the South China Sea by a UN tribunal is being used to try to provoke a war between the US and China. Admiral Dennis C. Blair, former head of the US Pacific Command told the US Congress on July 13th the US should use force to stop China in the South China Sea. Blair now works for the National Bureau of Asian Research whose corporate sponsors include the Chevron Corporation, ConocoPhillips Company, Ernst&Young, the ExxonMobil Corporation, GE, Microsoft, etc. In other words he works for the Rockefellers.

In any case, the horse trading between China and the US military industrial complex continues with the South China Sea issue being one of the US sides’ best bargaining chips. Following the ruling against China, US Secretary of State John Kerry went to Russia to lobby Vladimir Putin to work with the US against China in the SCS. The US is also approaching India, Vietnam, Japan etc. with this ruling in hand to try to seek help. The Chinese have counter-acted by courting the Europeans and others.
A Chinese government official explained real reason China was taking a stubborn approach to the SCS issue is that the ocean around the submarine base they have on Hainan Island is too shallow for submarines to conceal themselves. That is why they are building submarine bases next to 2000 meter deep water in the South China Sea. The Chinese argue they need that to keep their nuclear deterrent intact and thus prevent anybody from miscalculating they could win a nuclear war against China with a pre-emptive strike.
This South China Sea table thumping is probably going to end with the Chinese accepting a new US naval base on Indonesian Islands in the South China Sea and the Americans allowing the Chinese to build a submarine base located next to deep water.
The Chinese also say they have no interest in using the bankruptcy of the US and Europe to try to impose Chinese hegemony. A top Chinese Red and Blue Society member described China, the US and Europe as like three legs of a table that needed each other to keep the table from falling over.
The US military and agencies and China also have a common enemy in the Khazarian mafia. On this front the Russians and the Vatican are also in agreement. To force the Khazarian mafia to surrender, a missile strike is now being planned on the Rothschild family complex in Zug, Switzerland. For the sake of future generations, the Rothschilds have been given until July 25th to evacuate all the priceless art treasures they have there. After that, unless the Rothschilds surrender, that complex will be hit, Pentagon officials say.
Other sources have also come forth to say the Rothshilds are only pretending to be separate from the Rockefeller/Bush/Clinton gang and should not be trusted to keep any deal unless they have no other choice.
Also, representatives of the White Dragon Society had meetings with several Asian factions to discuss the 1 ton gold bounty placed by the WDS on certain members of the Khazarian mafia. A French government committee has exposed unpublished and previously withheld accounts of the details surrounding the November terrorist attacks in Paris that killed 130 people.

Truth about the attack on the Bataclan concert hall in Paris, where 89 victims died, includes beheadings, removal of internal organs, eyes being gouged out, stabbing of women’s vaginas, and testicles being cut off.

Muslim terrorists allegedly recorded their entire attack.

The father of one of the victims had written a letter to French authorities. The letter was one of the causes for opening the investigation.

Testimony reveals that French police vomited and cried after discovery of the events that occurred inside the Bataclan. Until now, the French government had tried to withhold details of the account.

America needs to follow Nice France Mayor Bouchart's actions on muslims

It’s about time that the Western world got smart about the threat of radical Muslims and immigration, and the mayor of Calais just took a step in the right direction.

The town of Calais, France, used to be a popular tourist destination until it was taken over by illegal Muslim migrants — entering through the Port of Calais — and turned it into what has been nicknamed the “Calais jungle.”

Illegal migrants set up camp in Calais and have turned the once vibrant town into a Third-World hellhole. Mayor of Calais Natacha Bouchart is overseeing the end of this “jungle” with the northern half being demolished and the rest set to be taken down at a yet to be decided date.

“We can’t wait any longer. We need to know as soon as possible when and how the Jungle will be torn down,” Bouchart said last week, according to the U.K. Express.
Bouchart added that “It is absolutely urgent for this town, its people and its businesses.”

Good for Bouchart. It’s insane to allow people to stay in your country illegally taking jobs from legal citizens, committing crimes and ruining a once vibrant town.

Gee, this sounds a lot like the problem America has with illegal immigrants, don’t you think? Maybe our leaders will take a cue from Bouchart …

These illegal Muslim migrants have engaged in deplorable acts of violence both inside and outside the camp — including rape.

Muslim refugees flood cities in the West with no intention of assimilating to the culture and laws therein. They often bring with them an adherence to Shariah law which, as Newt Gingrich pointed out last week, is incompatible with the U.S. Constitution and Western ideals in general.

Obama slammed Gingrich’s comments as “sickening.” Once again, Obama is more concerned with political correctness than he is with the protecting safety and security of American citizens. Once again, he is ignoring an obvious major threat.

Bouchart’s move to dismantle the “Calais Jungle” is a step in the right direction, but the rest of the West needs to follow suit and understand that our culture, way of life and safety is under attack by radical Islam and political correctness is aiding and abetting that attack.

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

On the surface and pushed by the liberal media, BLM may seem to have a rather obvious goal: protect black lives, which is, at face value, inherently racist and implies that they care more about black lives than white lives, Asian lives or others.

However, in reality 'Black Lives Matters' is a militant organization that is perpetuating violence and the killing of police officers in America. They are seemingly trying to completely destabilize law and order in America.

The backbone of American culture is our strict law and order culture along with protecting other civil liberties such as freedom of speech, gun ownership and the Second Amendment, right to assembly and many more.

However, there is a very fine and distinct line between right to assembly and violence and attempt to destabilize law and order and promote violence.

Just look at what some 'Black Lives Matters'’ supporters are saying after 5 police officers were shot and killed in Dallas:

“Y’all pigs got what was coming for y’all.”
“Next time a group wants to organize a police shoot, do like Dallas tonight, but have extra men/women to flank the Pigs!,”
“DALLAS keep smoking dem pigs. Keep up the work,”
During a march in New York, demonstrators chanted, “What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now!”

This is not a peaceful protest organization – this is a violent organization intent on killing police and destabilizing law and order in America.

Black Lives Matter is a terror-driven organization and must be classified as such.

If the 'New' Black Panther Party decides to conduct armed “protests” outside the GOP convention next week, as they have announced, a group of bikers will have Trump’s six.

In an interview with Breitbart, a Bikers for Trump organizer said that his group would do anything possible to make sure there wasn’t violence from armed agitators in Cleveland.

You may have seen Bikers for Trump at rallies before. According to their Facebook page, their goal is to “promote and coordinate peaceful Bikers for Trump rallies and events nationwide and to inform voters on issues confronting America.”

However, between July 18 and July 21, they’ll be confronting anyone who wishes to intimidate or do violence to Trump supporters or other Republicans.

“We will be there to make sure that the delegates are allowed to exercise their right to peacefully assemble,” Bikers for Trump organizer Chris Cox said in the interview. “We’ve seen how these paid agitators have thrown eggs and gotten violent at other Trump events around the country and we’re not going to put up with it.”

“Veterans are the backbone of the biker community,” Cox added. “We are patriots and unlike Black Lives Matter and the other leftist idiots, we love our cops. You won’t find one biker in Cleveland jumping on cars, lighting fires, or doing any of the other stupid things we’ve gotten used to seeing on TV the last few months.”

According to the U.K. Daily Mail, Cox’s fears aren’t necessarily the result of paranoia. New Black Panther Party chairman Hashim Nzinga said that his organization plans to open carry outside the convention hall during their protests.

“If it is an open state to carry, we will exercise our Second Amendment rights because there are other groups threatening to be there that are threatening to do harm to us,” Nzinga said. “If that state allows us to bear arms, the Panthers and the others who can legally bear arms will bear arms.”

According to Breitbart, Ohio is an open carry state, although there are certain prohibitions about where one can open carry.

One of them, presumably, is outside of a convention hall during a protest of a major political party.

However, it looks like the Bikers for Trump have been able to garner 70,000 likes on Facebook, as well as quite a crowd of people who will stand up for the candidate, even with armed protests.

We can always hope that there will be no violence in Cleveland. However, if agitators want violence, it seems like there are plenty of brave people who are willing to stand up and make sure conservative voices are allowed to exercise their First Amendment rights.

The more damage Obama does, the more arrogant he's become!  Our nation and our government has been infiltrated by people who hate us ("the big Satan") and whose leaders have declared they want to destroy us.  It can only get worse if we allow them to continue to reside in the US and hold positions of authority over us.  Once their population reaches 10% of any country, they start trying to take over.  It took Europe 300 years of wars to get all Muslims out of their countries.  How long will it take us?

 

Japan is smart:  Muslims aren't allowed to take up residence in their country, nor are they allowed to acquire property or build mosques there.  They are only allowed short visits.

A legal team already fighting the Veterans Administration over bureaucratic procedures that arbitrarily deprive veterans of their Second Amendment rights now is warning the Social Security Administration, which is proposing the same process, that it still isn’t constitutional.

“As is the case with the VA’s so-called ‘adjudication process’ the proposed SSA regulations contain confusing and ambiguous definitions of who constitutes a ‘representative payee,’ the criteria for appointing such a payee, and why the appointment of such a payee automatically classifies a Social Security Disability Insurance beneficiary as mentally defective for the purpose of NICS,” said a comment letter submitted to the SSA.

It comes from Michael Connelly of the United States Justice Foundation.  “It also appears that the adjudication of a recipient as being mentally defective can be made by any federal bureaucrat working for the SSA, and they can make the decision without any medical professional being involved. The often vague and sometimes generalized criteria for this adjudication process described in the proposed regulations clearly denies the basic elements of due process to the affected social security beneficiaries.

“The burden of proving they are competent and/or not mentally defective falls squarely on the Social Security beneficiary. This means the bottom line for Social Security recipients is the same as that for veterans. They are being denied their right to keep and bear arms protected by the Second Amendment without due process of law.

“The proposed regulations should be withdrawn,” he wrote.  The fight is just one of several that governments are causing while bureaucrats try to remove Second Amendment rights from people under the Obama administration.

WND reported months back when the strategy targeting veterans appeared. Connelly has been working on the VA case since several veterans informed him they had been determined incompetent without a hearing and wanted to fight back.  That plan, just like the new proposal for the Social Security Administration, simply sends recipients of government benefits letters that they have been determined to be unable to handle their affairs, and appointing a fiduciary. Then their names are sent to the National Instant Criminal Background Check system, which is used by governments to keep weapons out of the hands of felons, drug addicts, illegal aliens and others, as being not longer allowed to own weapons.

An estimated 4.2 million adults receive Social Security payments that are managed by “representative payees.”
Connelly had told WND earlier that if the government is successful in its restrictions on veterans and Social Security recipients, there will be other targets soon.
“They could go after student loan recipients. What about people getting food stamps? Medicaid? Potentially anybody working for any government contractor,” he warned at the time.

His original fight came after veterans contacted him.
“Veterans get the letter from the VA telling them that because of physical or mental disabilities they are going to be declared incompetent to handle their own financial affairs, and the VA will appoint a fiduciary for them. The veterans are given 60 days to prove they are competent, which is a direct violation of the due process clause of the Constitution that requires the burden of proof be on the government,” he wrote.

“In none of the cases that we know of has there been an adjudication process with a hearing before a judge or an administrative judge. Nor have the veterans in most cases been examined by a psychiatrist, psychologist or even an MD,” he continued. “[Then Attorney General]-Eric Holder decided that anyone who works for the VA can declare veterans incompetent for any reason including having their bills paid automatically out of their bank accounts.”  But his new comments to the SSA cite the constitutional issues.

“First and foremost, it infringes on the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms of these veterans who served honorably, and does so without any legitimate due process being given to these veterans,” he wrote. “Before their Second Amendment rights are unilaterally taken from then by bureaucratic action, the veterans receive a letter from the VA informing them that the VA is considering declaring them incompetent due to physical or mental disabilities. These disabilities are often not delineated in the original letter, and the veterans are instructed, erroneously, that the burden of proof is on them to prove that they are competent. USJF maintains that this effort to shift the government’s duty to show sufficient predicate for the loss of constitutional rights to the veteran constitutes a violation of the Fifth Amendment.”

Further, he said the government is using “minor PTSD, minor depression, and other such conditions,” to trigger the move.  “None of these so-called ‘disabilities’ appear to be grounds for being declared incompetent, much less put on the NICS list under the category of being a mental defective. He said the SSA plan appears to be the same as the VA procedures already under challenge.

WND also reported recently on another government move, one that deprives foster parents of Second Amendment rights.  In the most recent case, a nurse in the Illinois state prison system wanted to buy a firearm after she was notified that inmates were using computer systems to look up the home addresses of prison staff members, including nurses. “After the number of times we’ve had to take legal action in Illinois, including our landmark U.S. Supreme Court Second Amendment victory in McDonald v. City of Chicago six years ago, one would think the state would have wised up by now,” said Alan M. Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, which is representing Kenneth and Colleen Shults.

“But here we are again, working with ISRA, fighting for the rights of law-abiding citizens in that state.”  ISRA is the Illinois State Rifle Association, which is joining as plaintiffs with SAF and the Shults.

It’s not the first time the issue has come up.  WND reported on an SAF’s suit on behalf of Stephen and Krista Pursley of Moore, Oklahoma, against the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.  The state agency’s rules prevent citizens from serving as foster parents while “legally possessing functional firearms for personal protection.”  “This mandate for foster parents is not just restrictive, it’s ridiculous,” Gottlieb said when the conflict arose. “Why should a foster parent be stripped of his or her right to self-defense, or their ability to defend their foster child, simply to appease some bureaucrat’s anti-gun philosophy?”

Last Saturday in Washington, DC, an aide to President Barack Obama visited Cardinal Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington. He told the Cardinal that President Obama would be attending Mass the following day, and he asked if the Cardinal would kindly mention Obama's presence to the congregation -- and say a few words that would include calling Obama a "saint.”

The Cardinal replied, "No". I don't really like the man, and there are issues of conflict with the Catholic Church over many of Obama's policies. Obama's aide then said, "Look, I'll write a check here and
now for a donation of $20,000 to your church if you'll just tell the congregation you see Obama as a saint."

The Cardinal thought about it and said, "Well, the church can really use the money, so I'll work your request into tomorrow's sermon." As Obama's aide had promised, Obama appeared for Sunday Mass and seated himself prominently at the forward left side of the center aisle. And as promised, at the start of his sermon, the Cardinal pointed out that Obama was in attendance.

The Cardinal's sermon to the congregation concluded with these final words: "While President Obama’s presence is probably an honor to some, the man is not numbered among my personal favorite personages. Some of his views are contrary to the tenets of the Church, and he tends to flip-flop on issues whenever it suits his political whims. Barack Obama is a self-absorbed hypocrite, a thumb sucker and a petty nit-wit. Barack Obama is also a serial liar, a cheat, and a thief. I must say, Barack Obama is the worst example of a Christian I have ever personally witnessed. He is a narcissist and uses his speaking ability to lie to the American people on a regular basis. He also has a reputation for shirking his obligations, both in Washington and in Illinois. This man should never be trusted."

Then the Cardinal finalized his sermon by saying, "But, when compared with Hillary Clinton, Obama is a Saint!
