(Newsweek Columnist -- Opinion Writer)Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and phenomenon, the result of a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League, despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer;" a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, less often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions.He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator. And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor;" a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president? There is no evidence that he ever attended or worked for any university or that he ever sat for the Illinois bar. We have no documentation for any of his claims. He may well be the greatest hoax in history.Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day.But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberal Dom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were 'a bit' extreme, he was given a pass. Let that Sink in: Obama was given a pass - held to a lower standard because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest? Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon - affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves. Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back.Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self-esteem resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin - that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama. True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary.What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks? In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people - conservatives included - ought now to be deeply embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of cliches, and that's when he has his Teleprompters in front of him; when the prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth - it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years. (An example is his 2012 campaign speeches which are almost word for word his 2008 speeches)And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess. Remember, he wanted the job, campaigned for the task. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerless-ness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. (The other day he actually came out and said no one could have done anything to get our economy and country back on track). But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?In short: our president is a small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such an impostor in the Oval Office.P.S. Supreme Court Justice Signs Off on Obama’s Removal
Barack Hussein Obama has been narrowly dodging impeachment ever since
he first took office seven long years ago. Now, however, it looks like
his luck has finally run out.
There’s a bombshell of a rumor going around right now that Chief Justice John Roberts has signed off on Interpol to have Obama removed from office for multiple counts of treason.
The charges are to include declaring war without consent of Congress, Second Amendment infringements, and abuse of the Posse Comitatus Act during the Bundy land dispute.
When Obama was sworn into office he took an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America,” however according to the leaked document he’s guilty of the following crimes;
Article 1, Sect. 1
1. Used Executive Privilege in regards to Fast & Furious gun running scandal. When Government misconduct is the concern Executive privilege is negated.
2. Issued 23 Executive Orders on gun control – infringement of the 2nd Amendment.
3. Executive Order bypassing Congress on immigration – Article 1 Section 1, ALL Legislative power held by Congress.
4. NDAA – Section 1021. Due process Rights negated. Violation of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments. White House: ‘War on terrorism’ is over Thursday, August 6, 2009
5. Executive Order 13603 NDRP – Government can seize anything.
6. Executive Order 13524 – Gives INTERPOL jurisdiction on American soil beyond law enforcement agencies, including the FBI.
7. Executive Order 13636 Infrastructure Cyber security – Bypassing Congress

Protection From 'Zombies' Will Come From the 'Mutation Response Vehicles'
What is a “Mutation Response Vehicle”?
I instantly recognized for what it was - the CDC’s fascination with the topic of 'zombies'. If you have never heard of this, you are in a for a shock.
'Zombies' have been all the rage. Between movies, books, games, television shows and other media, the concept of a 'zombie apocalypse' is very popular. And before you accuse yours truly of totally losing his mind, you should note the accompanying picture is brought to you courtesy of the CDC.
Also, when I read that Russia was testing a 'beam' weapon, which was introduced by then Russian defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov that could fight back against a 'zombie' attack, I wondered if I had missed something in my undergraduate Zoology class.
The Australia’s Herald Sun reports that this Russian weapon could transform humans into 'Zombies'. I began to wonder if there really is something to the rumors coming out of both the mainstream media (MSM) about the plausibility of something transforming humans into 'zombies', which would, in-turn, terrorize humanity.
In October of 2012, Navy special-operations forces, along with the Marines, took part in a DHS drill on an island off the coast of San Diego. The entire drill was based upon a 'zombie' invasion. This drill was not a parody as the exercise was also attended by former CIA director Michael Hayden.
Let me be clear on this point. Former and then DHS director Janet Napolitano was not secretly concerned that the undead will soon overrun the human population. Instead, the agency said it wanted to make a serious counter-terrorism training exercise more 'fun'.
ABC news reported the event as an example of wasteful spending. In fact, Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) told ABC News that DHS also spent “$30,000 on an underwater robot for Columbus, Ohio, $240,000 for a armored personnel carrier to protect New Hampshire’s annual pumpkin festival and $69,000 for a hovercraft in Indianapolis.” Wasteful spending, more fun?
What the hell is DHS up to? Who are the real Zombies? This is a very reasonable question to ask especially with DHS purchasing billions of rounds of ammunition, placing orders for 2700 armored personnel carriers and placing solicitations for 7,000 fully automatic rifles, one should become very suspicious as to the true motives of DHS.
What a great way to hide what DHS (America's own IMPROVED secret Nazi SS) is truly up to.

DHS scrubbed the notice of the drill from its website. The National Geographic Channel Popularizes the “Zombie Threat”
The National Geographic Channel (CIA propaganda media) produced a docudrama entitled The Truth Behind Zombies.
The threat from Zombies begins as an outbreak in which humans exhibit an extreme level of violence, entranced states, as they plunge into absolute madness. Within days, the epidemic spreads and humanity is griped with fear. Interesting development. George Soros and Black Lives Matter and Moveon.org, were not needed to promote strife in America. The MSM and the CDC were showing that they were capable of doing all on their own.
The show speculates that there is something behind the zombie myth. The show then proceeds to speculate on whether a mutated virus could create a vast army of zombies, and the producers go so far as to teach viewers how to survive such a threat.
Before running for the hills, it might be useful to recall that National Geographic has always been a CIA enterprise. And it is interesting that this show surfaced in proximity to the Zombie drills sponsored by DHS. One might call this PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING.
Occam’s Razor
Against all common sense, I began to wonder if there could really be something to the legends of zombies and if DHS actually knew something that we did not about this potential threat. Being a researcher, I began to systematically examine each and every instance of the reports of threatening zombies using the principle known as 'Occam’s Razor', which states that the simplest answer is most often correct answer.
The Russian Zombie Death Ray Gun
Upon closer examination, the alleged Russian inspired zombie creating death ray is no more than a crowd control device capable of inflicting massive pain and mind-control. The hordes of newly created Russian zombies were no more than dissidents who needed to brought under control. And the Russian weapon is similar to the “microwave heater” used by the US government for the same purpose. Although the Zombie producing ray gun is a myth, the fact that the device is a crowd control device is highly significant. Perhaps the Russian version of the DHS is also accumulating billions of rounds of ammunition in order to use it against the Russian people.

When we strip away the zombie hype in the media, the zombie preparation drill in October of 2012, according to the videotape evidence, is no more than a glorified target practice session designed to practice shooting humans.

Do you remember when the DHS got caught using the images of these people as target practice? I have concluded that the pregnant woman is a Zombie as is the little boy and the elderly lady. And just like the Zombies in San Diego and soon to be in Moscow, Idaho, DHS has simply replaced the term domestic terrorist with the term Zombie. Why?
America, YOU Are the 'Zombies'
A mythical Zombie invasion is a politically correct way to practice shooting American citizens in a civilian uprising. Can you imagine the outcry if it were discovered that our military, DHS forces and foreign assets were practicing for civilian uprisings by murdering unarmed civilians in the street? This would serve to awaken a lot of the sheep that mistakenly believes that DHS was actually put in play to protect you from al Qaeda.
Also, when you train your troops to be shooting at zombies, it dehumanizes the target and desensitizes the act, thus, making it easier to pull the trigger for American soldiers when they are called upon to fire upon American citizens.
Conclusion
I was secure in the fact that when I go to bed at night, I might have to worry about Obama and Clinton, but I did not have to worry about Zombies. At least I didn’t until I saw the Mutation Response Team truck. Now, I am not so sure.

America’s soon-to-be first female Muslim legislator has a problem on her hands. She’s accused of being married to two men at the same time, including one who may be her brother. The second marriage was allegedly a sham, meant to deceive the U.S. government’s immigration system, allowing him to emigrate from the United Kingdom, according to local Minneapolis media. But Ilhan Omar, a 33-year-old Somali refugee who was the victor in Minnesota’s Aug. 9 Democratic primary, denies the story, issuing a statement calling it “categorically false” and based on “absurd rumors that don’t bear repeating.” She charged those raising the issue are “racists” using “Donald Trump tactics” to drive a wedge between various demographic segments of Minnesota voters.
Omar defeated 44-year incumbent liberal Democrat Phyllis Khan. Since the district is made up primarily of an area of Minneapolis populated by immigrants and college students, Omar is considered a shoe-in in the November general election again her GOP opponent. But local attorney Scott Johnson, an author of the well-read PowerLine blog, dropped a bombshell a few days after the primary with a story so shocking that the local media was forced to emerge from its euphoric coverage of Minnesota’s “first female Muslim refugee legislator” and acknowledge that this candidate has legitimate questions to answer. So far she hasn’t answered many of them. Instead she issued an initial terse statement of categorical denial, then a second statement Wednesday that offered a few more details about her marriages.
Johnson found two marriage documents on file at the Hennepin County records office. Ahmed Hirsi, the man she has publicly claimed as her husband, appears on Omar’s campaign website in a family portrait and lives at the same address as the candidate in southeast Minneapolis. Johnson was tipped that Omar in 2009 married another man, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who Johnson maintains is Omar’s own brother. He further contends this marriage was arranged solely to help Elmi emigrate from the U.K. to the U.S. Marriage records confirm that Omar filed for, but never used, a marriage license in 2002 to Ahmed A. Hirsi, the man she lives with.
A spokesman for Omar said those allegations are false. Former Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann is not convinced. “Fraud, deceit, lies, corruption, cover-up, bigamy, immigration law violations, law breaking – all appear to be associated with the first Somali American winner of a Democratic primary in Minnesota,” Bachmann told WND. “The newly discovered documents and witness testimony cry out for an investigation.” “If true,” she added, “the candidate should withdraw immediately from the general election this fall.
But instead of dropping out, Omar responded by denying the charges, calling the blogger who reported them an “Islamophobe” and hiring a lawyer. (Sounds like a 'Hillary' tactic?! Break laws and claim the accusers are the bad people.)
Brian Lambert summed up the fallout in an op-ed for the Minnesota Post.
“What followed for Omar was a five-day brush fire — aggravated by a roundelay of media spokespeople and the decision to hire an attorney, Ben Goldfarb, to add more indignation than facts to the questions Johnson raised. You want reporters to suspect you have something to hide? Hire a lawyer to not explain your marital status.”The idea that anyone would dare ask questions about the moral integrity of the state’s first female Muslim legislator-to-be led the Minnesota Democratic-Farm-Labor Party to issue a threat against a TV reporter who picked up the story.
In a tweet by Conrad Zbikowski, president of the Minnesota Young DFL and a member of the State Executive Committee, the party threatened to deny interviewing access to local TV reporter Tom Lyden to all DFL-endorsed candidates if he did not apologize to Omar for his report.
Long history of fraud among Somali refugees
Lost in the story is the fact that Somali refugees have a long history of defrauding the U.S. immigration system with claims of family ties to people they are not actually related to.
Exactly eight years ago on Aug. 20, 2008, the Wall Street Journal reported findings of massive fraud had forced the U.S. State Department to halt all family reunification programs for African refugees because the Somalis in particular were found to be engaged in widespread fraud.

The State Department ran an extensive DNA testing operation and concluded that from 2003 to 2008 at least 80 percent of the 36,000 refugees from Somalia, Ethiopia and Liberia had gotten into the United States illegally by lying about blood relatives in America. The majority of the fraudulent refugees came from the world’s largest refugee camp in Kenya, the same camp from which Omar and her family came to the U.S. (And it makes sense - right? - that these liars would be allowed to occupy seats in our phony 'government' along with the rest of the liars already seated there?)
As a result of the 2008 DNA testing bombshell, the State Department temporarily halted the 'family reunification program' but ended up restarting it in 2012 under President Obama with few reforms, says refugee watchdog Ann Corcoran. (Makes perfect sense, right?) “The VOLAGs [volunteer agencies that resettle 'refugees' for the 'government'] all got involved and said, ‘Oh, you can’t do that,’ and they tried to say the idea of family is different in Somalia than what we think of as family in the West,” Corcoran said.
In Minnesota in 2009 there was a tightly contested Senate race going on between then U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman and Al Franken. (2 commie traitor losers for you) “Coleman was knocking himself out trying to get the State Department to reopen 'the family reunification program' because he and Franken were competing for the Somali vote,” (??!!) Corcoran said. “So Somalia is stained with a long history of immigration fraud where the U.S. State Department had to suspend 'family re-unification' for four years because of the widespread fraud they found in the applications for family members,” Corcoran said. “We found out they weren’t really related at all. “It was definitely Somalis that made up the bulk of the problem but they were careful not to pin it on any one group.”

There are no records on file that would indicate Omar’s 2009 marriage to Elmi was dissolved, but it was unclear whether a divorce granted in another state would be reflected in Hennepin County records, KARE TV, an NBC affiliate, reported. The Power Line blog reported that Elmi has since moved to the United Kingdom.
County records show a marriage license application filed by Omar and Ahmed Abdisalan Aden on Sept. 30, 2002. The couple requested a waiver to the five-day waiting period, which was the law at the time in Minnesota. The waiver form included a handwritten notation, “We have been married by the muslim 'church' on May 4, 2002 and have trouble getting housing, insurance and etc.”
There is no marriage certificate on file matching that 2002 marriage license application. That suggests a civil marriage ceremony was never performed.

“1. Is the Ahmed Aden named on the 2002 marriage license the Ahmed Hirsi whom Ms. Omar identifies as her husband and the father of her children on her campaign site? Did Ms. Omar marry Ahmed Aden? Did Ms. Omar live with Ahmed Aden? Who is Ahmed Aden and where is he now?
“2. Has Ms. Omar ever married Ahmed Hirsi, the man she identifies as her husband and the father of her children on her campaign site? Is Ahmed Hirsi another name for the man identified as Ahmed Aden on the 2002 marriage license?
“3. Does Ilhan Omar have a brother named Ahmed Nur Said Elmi?

Natural living mountain man, Ernie Tertelgte of Manhattan, Montana has become an Internet favorite for his tenacious defense of sovereignty and strict adherence to original court system procedures, even acting as his own defense.
Last year, we showcased his breathtaking speech to a judge that made her walk out of the room. In November he was at it again, not so much as physically standing up to be detained by bailiffs because even that would be acknowledging kangaroo court mandates. When we left off he was awaiting a sentencing and received a $1500 fine. All of this, you may recall, surrounded Ernie attempting to catch a fish and eat without having a fishing licence and a charge of resisting arrest.
The escalation continues as the court system will not concede. Tertelgte was rushed through another trial on January 27 without his many supporters allowed presence. When they were finally allowed in he was being hauled away again for contempt of court – for not removing his well-recognized three-corner hat.
This time his friends want more justice.
You won’t catch any footage of his latest courtroom protest, as not only were friends kept waiting outside the courtroom, but all photos and video recording attempts were banned. Also missing from this interplay was the original judge, Wanda Drusch.
A supporter said:
Taking off your hat is not illegal, it’s not immoral, it’s not unethical and if the judge makes a law that somebody has to take it off, all that’s doing is forcing his will upon a man who has his own alienable [sic?] rights and it’s unjust.Here is the latest development that involves his friends and their reaction to Ernie’s latest detainment:
The news report is calling them an unorganized militia that is threatening the judge with arrest.
Ernie’s friend William Wolf says:
This is not about arresting a judge per Se, this is about holding him and every law agency to the same standards that they hold you and I to. This isn’t about vengeance; this is about justice.Sheriff Brian Gootkin, catching the remark and worried about threats that affect the judge’s family, said:
When you start talking about arresting people and kidnapping people, and that’s unacceptable and nothing good comes from that.
Like we explained to Wolf, that’s unacceptable. For someone in the family to live in fear, that’s not the way things work. (source)You don’t say, Sheriff? What of the family of a man who went fishing and didn’t offer his name to law enforcement? How is a citizen’s arrest suddenly kidnapping but repeatedly jailing a man who objects in court is considered just? What about citizens living in fear of aggressive confrontations by law enforcement in every area of life – driving, fishing, sleeping, getting ready in the morning…
Interestingly, Sheriff Gootkin compares the group of supporters to the Freemen group and ultimately, to him, a disease. Is the Whirling disease he is referring to the same kind that comes from a parasite that affects fish? Something to think about … Meanwhile, the court refuses to hear Ernie’s protests or consider dropping the original charge, so the court system has used untold amounts of taxpayer money. Clearly this is not just about the “justice” regarding a fishing license. Perhaps there is something else caught up on the hook and line…
Gootkin says they are willing to listen to their side, but obviously, Tertelgte and his friends are not actually being heard. Throughout all the “hearings,” the judges have yet to address his legitimate points about the courtroom procedures.
Wolf has responded to the original report via a Facebook comment. Here is one excerpt from his lengthy response:
I am tired of the agents of the law attempting to paint the exercise of a citizens arrest as a vigilante, Freeman type event. When the citizens have only the government to rely upon to investigate their own, we have a serious problem where the citizen of this nation are denied their fundamentally protected rights.They can smear and detract from the issue at heart all they want, but the Internet is still watching to see WWMMD – What Would Mountain Man Do?
