According to a new Rasmussen survey, U.S. voters are highly suspicious of Democrats who spend much of their time campaigning or governing on gun control issues. 

74% of likely voters think that politicians who often raise the gun issue are simply doing so for their own Washington careers and not for any serious legislative purpose. 

That’s bad news for Democrats like Chuck Schumer and Chris Murphy, who have used the Las Vegas tragedy to once again wade into the treacherous waters of unconstitutional fear mongering.

Right now there is bipartisan legislation being generated on Capitol Hill to go after the most obvious boogeyman – the so-called “bump stocks” that Stephen Paddock used (PURE speculation at this point - Paddock's involvement in the Las Vegas shootings still under serious question and undergoing serious investigation.  The entire operation appears to be typical CIA GHW Bush crime syndicate operation as a threat to put a stop to the RV/GCR in particular to allow Americans to exchange their currencies and to obtain vast sums of monies to counter the cabal agenda) to transform his semi-automatic rifles into something more similar to fully automatic machine guns. 

That these modifications are legal was news to most Americans who know little about guns, and since an accessory like this cannot really fall under the protection of the Second Amendment, it’s no surprise to see Republicans eager to give the left a small win in the wake of the worst shooting in U.S. history.  (Americans, do NOT fall for nor allow the CABAL tyranny purposely being committed against you.)

Some Republicans (and the NRA) are suggesting that a ban on bump stocks would be better handled by ATF regulations than legislation but, either way, the result will be the same.

As a sacrifice on the gun control altar, a ban on bump stocks isn’t the worst idea we’ve ever heard. The problem, of course, is that this won’t quell the left’s appetite for gun control (NOR will it STOP the cabal's present and future attempts to destroy this nation using criminal planned actions to create cries for gun control as one of the foundational reasons to confiscate and destroy our right to self defense via our guns). 

If Republicans are going into this under the delusion that “this’ll shut them up for a while,” they couldn’t be more wrong. If anything, this will only empower anti-gun Democrats to go after bigger and more blatantly unconstitutional laws, just as they used the mere chance at DACA legislation to start calling for widespread, 11 million+ amnesty for illegal immigrants.

This is why it would be wise to leave these regulations in the hands of the ATF.  If we put it on the floor of the Congress, you can bet your bottom dollar that Democrats will try to sneak something else into the bill before it comes up for a vote. Republicans will be seen voting AGAINST legislation to ban bump stocks…or they will vote FOR stricter forms of gun control. It’s a political (and, possibly, constitutional) disaster either way.

Republicans win when they hold the line on guns, despite what the mainstream media narrative would have us believe. Second Amendment defenders care MUCH more about preserving gun rights than your average liberal cares about tearing them away. Perhaps that’s because, as the Rasmussen survey demonstrates, even the left’s base knows that Democrats are playing politics and not, as they claim, actually trying to make a difference in the landscape of American violence.

California Declares Itself a ‘Sanctuary State’ – Here’s How ICE Responded


You’ve heard of sanctuary cities, but Californians took things one step further and declared themselves a “sanctuary state” this fall. This bold move is meant to undermine the authority of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and subvert Federal law entirely.

Essentially, the bluest state in the Union is rejecting the purpose of its own borders, and by extension nationhood as a core concept.

California already has sanctuary cities which prevent local law enforcement from deporting those who are jailed for crimes. These cities also ban local government officials and all employees from cooperating with ICE and other Federal agents who are working to deport illegal aliens. 

Under sanctuary city rules, law enforcement can’t detain, investigate, question or arrest those illegal aliens living within the boundaries. In some limited circumstances, authorities are allowed to proceed, but this is exceedingly rare.

The state of California recently increased the scope and span of the idea of sanctuary, making it state wide and preventing officials from participating in deportation activities at all. While the state can’t forbid or stop federal officers from deporting illegal aliens or participating in activities designed to remove illegal immigrants from the country, the state can prevent local law enforcement from helping them do so.

The recent move by California does just that, state wide. Local, city, state and county law officers and employees are no longer allowed to assist or participate in the deportation of illegal aliens, making it easier for those in the country illegally to stay in California. 

The state sanctuary bill, also known as Senate Bill 54, wants to block local law enforcement from participating in deportation activities and severely restrict the way that they can cooperate with ICE and other Federal agencies.

According to the Blaze, Riverside County Sheriff Stan Sniff described the dynamic like this: “If a checkpoint is conducted somewhere, we don’t invite them. But the reality is they can drop by any time they want.”

If Senate Bill 54 passes, both ICE and the United States Customs and Border Protection would have no cooperation from local law enforcement in California. That includes removing ICE and border patrol agents from local jails, and preventing them from accessing some state data and systems. It also bans state workers from asking about a person’s immigration or citizenship status at all.

The bill allows for some cooperation in specific instances that could later lead to deportation and does still allow Federal law enforcement to access fingerprint data for those actually arrested, but otherwise staunchly limits the role that law enforcement can play. 

Preventing Ice from accessing jails could result in more dangerous illegal aliens being released back into the U.S. after arrest or time served; these convicted criminals could then potentially commit more crimes in the country.

In a blistering statement released just after California’s announcement of their intention to interfere with law enforcement in the state, ICE director Tom Homan warned that his agency would have to expand their operations in the state.

“ICE will have no choice but to conduct at-large arrests in local neighborhoods and at worksites,” Homan’s statement read. “[the bill] will inevitably result in additional collateral arrests, instead of focusing on arrests at jails and prisons where transfers are safer for ICE officers and the community.”

A collateral arrest is one that occurs when an illegal alien is found with someone targeted for deportation by ICE. In many cases, ICE targets violent immigrants with criminal histories or warrants; illegal aliens found in the company of these wanted individuals could be detained as well. Since the secondary party was simply there by happenstance and not suspected of a crime beyond illegal entry, critics argue that collateral arrests should not be allowed.

The statement also warned that those detained by ICE would be moved from California to another state to await deportation; this would make it more difficult for families to see one another or get assistance when a deportation action is pending. 

Homan also felt that the sanctuary state bill would be detrimental to the safety of California residents and that the state would attract even more illegal aliens due to their stance on detention and deportation.

We got off to a slow start yesterday with an unexpected injury and the need to replace a broken piece of equipment, but we muddled on and through and over. Today was a lot more productive and the outlines of the Big Picture we managed to lay down yesterday began to be filled in. 

What we are looking at is an unimaginably large institutionalized and automated and syndicated Fraud Machine designed to work on multiple levels and accomplish multiple, often interlocking functions: (1) steal the value of assets from governments and people; (2) steal the value of their time and labor from people; (3) do this by means of identity theft and falsification of records; (4) steal tax exemptions owed to people and their private "vessels"; (5) bilk insurance companies and use insurance companies to bilk living people; (6) promote racketeering using paid commercial mercenaries disguised as "government" employees"; (7) carry out illicit revenue-producing activities based on merely presumed political and private contractual agreements; (8) automate rule making and generation of warrants by unauthorized parties; (9) fraud and coercion and false claims of authority carried out by members of the Bar Association orchestrating and running this whole machine in behalf of the Principals responsible. 

There are many tiers and layers of liability involved in this scenario, affecting every country and every one living on this planet. 

The sheer scale of the fraud is breath-taking, and just as it was accomplished by a multi-tiered, compartmentalized, interlocking management directorate exercising an automated process of unlawful conversion, it can also be up-ended. 

As a thing is bound, so it is unbound.

I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA). 

OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws? 

If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America! 

 
Our ex-president said he was going to stay involved through community organizing and speak out on the issues and that appears to be one post-administration promise he intends to keep. He has moved many of his administration's top dogs over to Organizing for Action. 

OFA is behind the strategic and tactical implementation of the resistance to the Trump Administration that we are seeing across America, and politically active courts are providing the leverage for this revolution. 

OFA is dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive" change. Its issues are gun control, socialist healthcare, abortion, sexual equality, climate change, and of course, immigration reform. 

 

OFA members were propped up by the ex-president's message from the shadows: "Organizing is the building block of everything great we have accomplished Organizers around the country are fighting for change in their communities and OFA is one of the groups on the front lines. Commit to this work in 2017 and beyond." 

OFA's website says it obtained its "digital" assets from the ex-president's re-election effort and that he inspired the movement. In short, it is the shadow government organization aimed at resisting and tearing down the Constitutional Republic we know as AMERICA. 

Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, “The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House." 

Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide. 

 

The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide. The ex-president and his 'wife' will oversee the operation from their home/office in Washington DC.

Think about how this works. For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows. All of this happens from the ex-president's signal that he is heartened by the protests. 

If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years. 

If this does not scare you, then we are in worse trouble than you know. 

So, do your part. You have read it, so at least pass this on so others will know what we are up against. We are losing our country and we are so compliant. We are becoming a "PERFECT TARGET" for our enemy!

No one that has come into this country illegally should be able to receive NESARA funds from America's funds. They can apply for the funds in their parent country.

 

All those that were allowed into the country and allowed to stay here who are disregarding the laws in place that disqualified them to be here, should not be qualified to receive NESARA funds from America as well.

All in our nation that belong to recognized terrorist groups should not be allowed to receive NESARA funds and to use the money against us.

Those of you who have been following along are aware that somewhat over a year ago we formed The Living Law Firm to research and probe and float test cases in the courts, seeking to discover the nature of The Beast and its history.

Over the past year and half we have met privately, online, via teleconference and small discussion groups working on specific topics ranging from illegal foreclosures to military court history to undeclared "wars" on our soil, the earliest records of the Colonists, the role of the Dutch East India Trading Company---- you name it, we've dug into it.

The Living Law Firm team has been aided by volunteers with every kind of expertise along the way, and so many of you have sent us your money and your prayers as challenges have arisen. You've kept us going through busted water heaters and illnesses, through the day to day grind of paying for copy paper and light bills.

For the next week I will be very busy working with members of The Living Law Firm whose search has taken them deep into the history and inner workings of Administrative Law. As a result, I may not be as talkative as usual and may not be responding to calls and emails--- be of good cheer. It means I am "nose down and at the grindstone".

We have some powerful new allies to our cause who have contributed magnificently documented information and more leads for us to track.

At the same time, our Banking Team has continued to make progress despite being targeted by "operatives" seeking to undermine our work and steal assets from us. I am happy to report that these efforts have been foiled, and like so many of the manure piles in life, the entire experience has given us what we need to grow some mighty fine roses.

Hang on, folks. Some wonderful things are coming to fruition. A lot of hard work and many years of research are coming together in a way none of us could have supposed or planned. God is good.

Special thanks to Teri S.--- ! Wow! The boys will eat like kings for the whole week of the conference! Thank you!!!! Oktoberfest has never been better at our house!

Sodomite Matthew Scully-Hicks and his partner Craig adopted an 18-month-old baby girl - Elsie - in September 2015 after they were “married” in a sodomite union. By May 2016, the little girl, “Elsie,” was found dead after months of abuse in which these sodomites shook her, beat the child to the point that her kidneys failed, her ribs were bruised, and her brain was damaged so badly that she could not breathe without a ventilator. 

In court, the neighbors testified that they abused the little girl continuously, calling her a “f*cking brat” and a “silly c*nt” and “satan dressed up in a baby gown” according to a recent report:

A stay-at-home father, accused of murdering his adopted baby daughter, referred to her as ‘Satan dressed up in baby gown,’ a court heard.

Matthew Scully-Hicks, 31, is accused of killing 18-month old Elsie after ‘assaulting and abusing’ her over several months.

The couple first adopted Elsie in September 2015 and the process was finalized nearly eight months later.

But less than two weeks later little Elsie died after suffering traumatic head injuries.

She died at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, after the decision was taken to switch off her ventilator when doctors decided she would not survive her traumatic head injuries.

After Elsie’s tragic death, police examined electronic devices owned by Matthew Scully-Hicks – including his iPad.

The court heard on September 22, 2015 – just 12 days after having Elsie – he sent a message to a friend saying: ‘I’m going through hell with Elsie!

‘Mealtimes and bedtime are like my worst nightmare at the moment.

‘She’s been up there screaming for 10 minutes non stop. She’s just stopped but I doubt that’s the last I’ll hear tonight.

That evening he also sent a message to husband Craig calling Elsie ‘a psycho.’

On September 29, 2016, he sent the message to Craig describing Elsie as ‘Satan dressed up in a baby gown.’

Scully Hicks, who has no previous convictions, met his husband – who is about five years older than him – while living in Swindon, Wiltshire, in about 2006.

Scully-Hicks originally came from South Wales and the couple relocated to Cardiff in 2010 or 2011.

They married in Portugal in August 2012 and applied to become adopters later that year.

Prosecutor Paul Lewis QC said: Elsie was found unresponsive by paramedics after Scully-Hicks attacked her at his home in Fairwater, Cardiff, on May 25 last year.

Mr. Lewis said: ‘The injuries that caused her death were inflicted upon her by the defendant shortly before he called emergency services that day.

‘His attack upon her that day was not the first time he had employed violence towards Elsie, nor was it the first time he had caused her serious injury.

‘His actions on the late afternoon of May 25 were the tragic culmination of a course of violent conduct on his part towards a defenseless child – an infant that he should have loved and protected, but whom he instead assaulted, abused, and ultimately murdered.’

He later added: ‘It will be for you to judge whether these messages tell of his frustrations in looking after Elsie.’

The court heard police also spoke to neighbors at the couple’s previous address in Cardiff, where Elsie had spent most of her life.

Neighbors referred to Matthew Scully-Hicks as ‘the one who stayed at home.’

Susan Bevan, who lived in the joining semi detached house to the couple, said things changed when Elsie moved in, the court heard.

Mr. Lewis said: ‘On one occasion she heard a little girl crying and ‘the one who stayed at home’ having a rant and shouting ‘shut up, shut up, shut the f**k up.”

Mrs. Bevan’s adult son, James, also heard Matthew Scully-Hicks shouting ‘shut up you little f***ing brat.’

On other occasions, Mr. Bevan heard Matthew Scully-Hicks shouting ‘shut up you silly little c***.’

Mr. Lewis said a music player was then turned up ‘very loud’ but turned down just minutes later – and the baby was still crying.

The tot – described by Craig as ‘tiny and delicate’ but with a ‘brash and bouncy’ personality  – was with her new family for less than two months when her right leg was broken in November 2015.

Prosecutor Mr. Lewis said: ‘Craig Scully-Hicks was at work at the time and Matthew Scully-Hicks was home alone with Elsie.

‘When Craig Scully-Hicks got home from work that evening, the defendant told him that Elsie had fallen in the kitchen of their home that morning.

‘He said that Elsie had been upset following her fall but he had picked her up and consoled her and she had then ‘seemed fine.’

Matthew Scully-Hicks said that Elsie had fallen while playing at an activity table.

But Craig became concerned that little Elsie was not fully weight-bearing on the leg so decided she should see a GP, the court was told.

Mr. Lewis said Elsie was generally ‘well and healthy’ but had been slow in reaching some developmental milestones such as walking.

Scully-Hicks described her physically as being ‘tiny and delicate’ but with a ‘brash and bouncy’ personality, the jury was told.

Following Elsie’s death, an X-ray of her right leg from November 2015 was re-examined.

It was found that Elsie had suffered two fractures – one near the ankle and one just above the knee.

Dr. Sarah Harrison, a consultant pediatric radiologist, believes the injuries are ‘the result of trauma’, Mr. Lewis said.

Dr. Nia John, a consultant pediatrician, said it would be ‘unusual’ to suffer two such fractures in the same fall, the court heard.

A post-mortem examination found Elsie had previous and recent bleeding on both sides of her brain.

Consultant neuro-radiologist Dr. Neil Stoodley said he believed Elsie suffered “abusive head trauma that involved a shaking mechanism.”

Other experts said Elsie’s collapse days before her death could have been due to suffering a severe head injury, and found she had suffered injuries to her skull, left femur and three of her ribs between three to five days before her death.

Mr. Lewis said: “The weight of medical evidence is likely to prove that in addition to the recent bone injuries Elsie had suffered, her catastrophic brain injuries and retinal hemorrhages must have been as a result of trauma she suffered immediately before her collapse and the 999 call.

“Elsie was then of course just 18 months old. She could not have inflicted such dreadful injuries on herself.”

The court heard one expert could not rule out all of Elsie’s brain and spine abnormalities were caused “as a consequence of a single event”.

The jury was told all medical experts agreed her injuries were consistent with non-accidental injury.

Mr. Lewis said Scully-Hicks claims Elsie didn’t suffer an accident on the day of her collapse, and may argue 'her' three-year-old sibling may have caused her injuries while he left them unattended.

On December 16 2015, while Mr. Scully-Hicks was at work, Elsie sustained a bruise to the left hand side of her forehead.

A health visitor advised Scully-Hicks to take Elsie for treatment on December 21. He allegedly lied that he had done so.

On January 18 2016, Elsie suffered another bruise to her head.

Mr. Scully-Hicks received a phone call from his husband on March 10, saying that he was in an ambulance with Elsie as she had fallen down the stairs.

He claimed to have been sorting washing in a bedroom, with Elsie on the floor, before going downstairs – closing the gate behind him.

‘He said he had then seen Elsie at the top of the stairs, that the baby gate had then opened and that Elsie had tumbled down the stairs,’ Mr Lewis said.

Mr. Scully-Hicks was working in Leicester at the time but immediately headed to Cardiff, meeting the defendant at the University Hospital of Wales.

Elsie’s injuries were considered to be ‘consistent with a fall downstairs’ and she was discharged home after four hours in hospital, Mr Lewis said.

Then, on May 25 last year, Scully-Hicks phoned an ambulance telling an operator Elsie had become ‘floppy and limp’ while he changed her for bed.

Mr. Lewis said: ‘Craig was again at work in Leicester, and the defendant was alone with Elsie and her sibling. ‘In the call Scully-Hicks told an emergency operator “I was just changing my daughter for bed and she went all floppy and limp, and now she’s not doing anything. She is lying on the floor”. ‘You will observe at no stage during the call did he suggest Elsie had suffered an accident, nor any trauma that might have caused her injury.’

Mr. Lewis said police and paramedics arrived at the family home around 6.26 pm and found an ‘upset’ Scully-Hicks, as well as Elsie having a cardiac arrest on the floor of a downstairs room. Scully-Hicks allegedly told paramedics his daughter ‘screamed out as in pain, then collapsed’.  But, Mr. Lewis said, ‘This was not something he was ever to tell his partner, hospital staff, or the police.’

Elsie’s heart rhythm was restored at the hospital, where scans showed bleeding on both sides of her brain – recent and older.  Her condition deteriorated a day after she was admitted to the hospital, and two days later a decision was taken to switch off her ventilator as she was unresponsive and unable to breath herself.

A young man named Gio Rios did a livestream on Facebook last Sunday, October 8th and I've edited out some of his small talk (especially in the beginning) and added some titles. He made this livestream because he is appalled at the lies of the US Government and the Mainstream Media. He states unequivocally, "What happened exactly one week ago was a terrorist attack. It was group-organized, it was choreographed and I don't want anyone thinking it was a one-person shooter...This was a terrorist attack on US soil and they're still out there, on our soil, planning another attack."

Gio says he was staying at the Luxor hotel with his girlfriend, Marissa the weekend of the Las Vegas shooting. They went to the Route 91 festival across the street and were watching Jason Aldean perform near the front row, Stage Left when the shots began firing and people all around them began dropping. They were in the area closest to the sights of the guns being fired from the Mandalay Bay hotel.

Gio describes hearing the horrible sound of bullets penetrating human flesh as he fled the venue with Marissa on Giles Street, only to hear more shots coming from the direction of the Hooters restaurant on Tropicana Boulevard. He and Marissa hid behind a car before being herded into the Tropicana Hotel with dozens of other fleeing, bleeding concertgoers, one of whom died in the hallway.

While in this hallway, a very calm, muscular, light brown-skinned man with a black polymer suitcase ordered him into the casino. Gio refused and asked what was in the suitcase (this was a chaotic crisis situation with a dead man beside them on the floor and this cool and collected man had a suitcase). The man looked him dead in the eye and was about to show Gio what was inside when very rapid bursts of gunfire erupted in the casino and the man ran in that direction. Jason's impression was that people were being herded into the Tropicana's casino to be killed and that this man would have killed him, if he hadn't been distracted. (During the question session at the end, which I've edited out, Gio describes the man as speaking unaccented Southern Californian English and looking like he was maybe of "Armenian" ethnicity (which I take to mean that he looked like a male Kim Kardashian).

After escaping through a door, Gio and Marissa were in an alleyway when shots began firing again, from fairly close range in the direction of the New York New York hotel. They then ran back into the alley and hid inside a dumpster for three hours.

It was from this location that he heard helicopters flying over the Strip for several hours. He asks why, if by then Stephen Paddock had already been found dead, that the police would still be looking for perpetrators, if they were so certain that they had found their Lone Gunman. He says, "They knew that there were multiple shooters."

After three hours in the dumpster, he and Marissa emerged and a Las Vegas Metro cop immediately told them to get inside the Tropicana hotel, which had by then been secured. They lay on floor of a convention room for a couple of hours and waited for all of the hotels on the strip to check and clear all of the rooms so they could go back. He comments, "Again, why were they doing that if there had only been one shooter?"

When the TV was turned on and it was announced that, "Two were confirmed dead and 20 injured," Gio and Marissa were shocked because they had seen with their own eyes that the casualties were much greater. The local TV station flashed the phone number for the FBI tip line. Gio immediately called the FBI and relayed everything that's been stated here. At that point, he thought this was the right thing to do. He's not so sure about his safety anymore (!)

Gio describes staying up all night and finally getting back to their room at the Luxor hotel and watching Trump's speech at 7AM. He says, "It wasn't right...It was a terrorist attack, OK?...There's no way in Hell that a 64-year-old, untrained could shoot an automatic military grade weapon from the 34th (sic) floor at a declining grade and hit people...[he couldn't do that] for ten minutes straight. There's no way. And if you believe that, I'm sorry. I have no words for you...it was a terrorist attack. Donald Trump can't say that because he doesn't want that [on his watch]...but who gives a sh*t?

"Be real! Tell the people the truth! If you are running our country, you need to tell them the truth...this is immense, people! This was so huge. This was a terrorist attack on US soil and they're still out there, on our soil, planning another attack."
