RB, Mountain Mission, and The Marines

RB, Mountain Mission, and The Marines
I had a friend in High School who was a real cut-up. He signed me up for the Marine Corps and I
signed him up for the Miss America Pageant.
Imagine the confusion and consternation of the Marine MP’s
who showed up on our doorstep looking for an AWOL recruit named Ambrose Martin
Riezinger?
Imagine my Father’s consternation dealing with these two,
who were convinced that there had to be a strapping six foot two recruit hiding
somewhere behind my diminutive façade. Afterall, Ambrose showed up for the physical
and intake interviews and he had excellent scores….
I sat hunched up in a chair like a molting bird through the
whole fiasco. That was my introduction
to the Marine Corps. I remember watching
those two Marines unconsciously falling into marching cadence as they swung
down our long driveway to their car and saying to my Father, “Those guys are
real boneheads.”
“Yes,” he replied, also watching their departure, but there
was something wistful in his eyes. “They are real boneheads. That’s part of
what makes them who they are.”
I didn’t know then that I would fall in love with a Marine
and that I would lose him in Vietnam. I
could not imagine that the Marines would win a special place in my heart and
there would always be a bond of sympathy between the Boneheads and me. Takes one to tell one, I guess.
Many of my Marine brothers have passed on. The whole cadre I knew from Vietnam is gone,
except for one lonely Winnebago, who lives so far out in the woods that God can’t
find him for most of the week.
And now, another Brother has passed on: RB Young, a Marine,
a preacher, a teacher, a friend, a researcher, a patriot, a dog-lover, a
world-class diver, surfer, and snow boarder….the list could go on and on, but
it could never explain all that “RB” was or how he touched so many lives,
including yours.
The work he did as an independent researcher will change
your life and the lives of millions of Americans for many years to come--- and
except for this brief remembrance, you would never have cause to know that he
ever existed, that he ever swooped like an eagle down the near-vertical face of
a mountain, that he ever breathed the air of Big Sur and the Big Sky of
Montana.
He’s gone, like the wind and a ripple.
Peacefully, in his sleep, with his dogs at his feet.
He lived a good life, a full life, but he was always ready
to go at a moment’s notice. When God
called him home, you can bet his affairs were all tidy and his kit bag was packed tight. His Testament was written on the
fly-leaf of his well-thumbed Bible and it was less than a paragraph, telling us
what to do now.
RB never had kids of his own, but he adopted all the lost
and lonely, all the troubled and confused cast-offs of all kinds and colors and
ages that he found along the way. They
became his children, quietly, the way grass grows, the way a Good Man finds his
way into your heart. They are mourning
today for what they had and what they lost, but they are also thanking
God.
I know that I am feeling the same way. I woke up this morning with tears on my
face. I was crying in my sleep over
losing RB, but ironically enough, I know he is happy. I know he was ready. I know he is laughing at us and saying, “No,
Dude, this is great…..just put the coffee urn over there on that table….”
We will all miss him, those lucky enough to have known him,
and we will all feel lessened by grief, because a bit of our own heart that was
grateful and lucky and brave has gone on down the road with RB, crossed over
the bridge where all his dogs are waiting for him, and where there’s always a
deep-powder ski slope ready to ride and a gentle blue ocean to dive in.
I had hoped to get him up to Alaska this summer for a little
vacation time. He worked so hard all
last winter, ferreting out the information that The Living Law Firm needed,
getting his part all ready to go. In vain, I told him to get some rest. In vain, I told him to slow down.
He had a mission and he knew what it was better than I
did. I was a bit taken back when, over
Memorial Day Weekend, he announced that it was done. Completed.
He’d found what he was looking for and he’d shared it with the world. His part, as he said, was finished. He could finally kick back – and he did. Just
not quite in the way the rest of us were hoping for and expecting.
Good-bye, RB. Flights
of angels sing thee to thy rest. May the
Good Lord be your companion and His Love sustain you. May the ties that bind us, bind us
still. Thank you, dear brother and friend.

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” former House Speaker Newt Gingrich weighed in on President Donald Trump’s efforts to contain the so-called "deep state."

Gingrich observed that with all the revelations regarding the Justice Department bureaucracy’s involvement in the 2016 presidential election that the system was “much more deeply corrupt” than previously thought.

GINGRICH: Now he is confronting the deep state in ways that are very profound.
HANNITY: Are we going to win?
GINGRICH: The entire Mueller investigation. Probably we’re going to win.
HANNITY: Probably?
GINGRICH: Partly because Trump is a remarkable leader. But we should not underestimate whether it’s the bureaucracy, for example, and the interest groups and the space program who would like to avoid the kind of changes that Trump and Pence want or it’s the bureaucracy in the Pentagon who would like to spend all the money on the old things that make them happy.
Or it is the Justice Department bureaucracy which is you pointed out in the last segment, is desperately trying to avoid the truth.
HANNITY: Yes.
GINGRICH: And I think that we have to recognize that the system is much more deeply corrupt than any of us could imagine. That as it is gradually coming out in the open, we realize the elements of the Justice Department at the larger level, elements of the FBI, were corrupted on a scale that is really a threat to the whole American system and the whole rule of law.

HANNITY: Where is the civil libertarians, where are the left that — where’s the media in the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in our lifetime? You know, I look at what’s going on here and we know what the conclusion should be with the inspector general’s report. We’re supposed to get it in March, then April, then May.
Now it’s — if they are going to release it some are Friday heading into the summit between Kim Jong-un and President Trump as a means of burying it? You know, two weeks Rod Rosenstein and company have had opportunities to try and get the inspector general to soften the blow and make changes and claim they need redactions in the name of national security. The whole system is corrupt.
GINGRICH: Well, you know, but the one I think where I don’t exactly share your worry. This report will is going to be so big and going to be so devastating. It’s impossible to bury it.

HANNITY: Why do you have faith in that because we know Hillary committed crimes, felonies, obstructed justice and the investigation was rigged. We have known that for a while.
GINGRICH: Right. And if you watch the number two man in the FBI is now under criminal referral. The number one man in the FBI is clearly going to under criminal referral. All of these things are gradually coming out. And the American system is grinding away despite itself, despite the fact that we have an unbelievably weak attorney general. We have a deputy attorney general who is the deep state and who I think is totally unreliable.
And you have basically, a witch hunt led by Robert Mueller which has brought in anti-Trump activist lawyers some of whom have terrible records of prosecutorial abuse. All of those things are out there. But I’m just and maybe because I’m a naive optimist, I really do believe the American system works over time. I think if Hillary won–

Two days ago, Minutemen captured two
card-carrying CIA Agents transporting 1300 pounds of cocaine across the

The agents were incredulous when

A former Obama administration official, liberal activists and journalists incorrectly shared pictures of children sleeping in enclosed cages from 2014 to take a swipe at the Trump administration and its zero-tolerance policy towards parents and children crossing the border illegally.
It turns out the photographs were published by The Arizona Republic in 2014 after the authorities detained over 1,000 children who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally and placed them in a detention facility. The Daily Calller first reported on the error.
“This is happening right now, and the only debate that matters is how we force our government to get these kids back to their families as fast as humanly possible,” Favreau reportedly said before deleting the tweet.
Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau tweeted one of the pictures showing kids in enclosed cages, noting that “this is happening right now” and criticized the government for neglecting the children. (Twitter)
“If you cross the border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you. It’s that simple,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said this month. “If you are smuggling a child, then we will prosecute you. And that child may be separated from you, as required by law.”
Trump fired back on Saturday, suggesting the “horrible law” isn’t new and urged Democrats to support its repeal. “Put pressure on the Democrats to end the horrible law that separates children from there [sic] parents once they cross the Border into the U.S.” he tweeted.

Teens are trafficked from Guatemala, sent to Ohio egg farm under slave-like conditions, government says.
The Office of Refugee Resettlement, an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services, failed to do proper background checks of adults who claimed the children, allowed sponsors to take custody of multiple unrelated children, and regularly placed children in homes without visiting the locations, according to a 56-page investigative report released Thursday.
And once the children left federally funded shelters, the report said, the agency permitted their adult sponsors to prevent caseworkers from providing them post-release services.
Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) initiated the six-month investigation after several Guatemalan teens were found in a dilapidated trailer park near Marion, Ohio, where they were being held captive by traffickers and forced to work at a local egg farm. The boys were among more than 125,000 unaccompanied minors who have surged into the United States since 2011, fleeing violence and unrest in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.The report concluded that administration “policies and procedures were inadequate to protect the children in the agency’s care.”
HHS spokesman Mark Weber said in a statement that the agency would “review the committee’s findings carefully and continue to work to ensure the best care for the children we serve.”
The Senate investigation began in July after federal prosecutors indicted six people in connection with the Marion labor-trafficking scheme, which involved at least eight minors and two adults from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.
One defendant, Aroldo Castillo-Serrano, 33, used associates to file false applications with the government agency tasked with caring for the children and bring them to Ohio where he kept them in squalid conditions in a trailer park and forced them to work 12-hour days at least six days a week for little pay.
The FBI raided the trailer park in December 2014, rescuing the boys, but the Senate investigation says federal officials could have discovered the scheme far sooner.
In August 2014, a child-welfare caseworker attempted to visit one of the children who had been approved for post-release services because of reported mental-health problems, according to the report.
The caseworker went to the address listed for the child but the person who answered the door said the child didn’t live there, the report added. When the caseworker finally found the child’s sponsor, the sponsor blocked the caseworker from talking to the child.
Instead of investigating further, the caseworker closed the child’s case file, the report said, citing “ORR policy which states that the Post Release Services are voluntary and sponsor refused services.”
That child was found months later living 50 miles away from the sponsor’s home and working at the egg farm, according to the report. The child’s sponsor was later indicted.

About 12 years ago I had a couple of visions of the President and the Constitution. Today I kept thinking about it and its because there was one thing in the visions God was drawing my attention to. Here are the visions that were posted at the time on Elijah List. I THOUGHT ABOUT THIS ALL DAY - TAKE NOTE OF THE RUST/CORRUPTION PART.
From Kathie Walters: "I was on a boat on the Danube River between Bulgaria/Romania some where and on Friday, September 26, I started singing, 'America, America...' and began to cry. Then I had a vision - I saw a large ship made of iron and it was in the ocean laying on its side - one side of it was all rusty. I then saw a hand come down from Heaven and paint some kind of white stuff on the rust and the rust got healed and then the ship righted itself. Then it changed and, instead of a ship, I saw a yellow Hummer with wide tires. The appearance of it changed - but it was good." - end of vision.
I had the same vision again a little while later. WHEN I SAW THE VISION AGAIN, I SAW A MAN IN OVERALLS STANDING ON THE PART THAT WAS RUSTED ALMOST THROUGH. HE WAS PAINTING THE RUSTED PART. IT WAS A VERY DANGEROUS PLACE TO STAND BECAUSE THE RUST COULD CAVE IN AT ANY TIME. IT WAS DONALD TRUMP I SAW.
I KEPT THINKING OF THIS TODAY. WE NEED TO PRAY FOR HIM BECAUSE THE CORRUPTION HE IS WRESTLING WITH IS MAKING HIS STAND VERY FRAGILE. HE NEEDS SUPERNATURAL PROTECTION.
I feel the ship represents the U.S. and the Constitution. RUST represents corruption. Corruption eats into society like rust eats into metal. The white stuff I saw being painted on was the "rust blocker" you can buy. The Hummer represents strength and multi-purpose, yellow represents the hand of God, and the wide tires represent stability.

On March 27, 1794, President George Washington signed "an act to provide a naval armament." The Third Congress authorized the building of six frigates, known today as "Cruisers." The U.S. Navy was created. Among the six frigates to be built, we find the USS Constitution, later to be known as "'Old Ironsides."
This ship was built to defend the young American nation. It was a symbol of "America's strength, courage and liberty." "Old Ironsides" was designed to be powerful enough to out fight any enemy warship approximately her same size and yet fast enough to out sail a larger opponent.
The ship was constructed of white oak from New Jersey, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Her frame was made from the dependable live oak from Saint Simons Island off the coast of Georgia, and her masts were made from the yellow pine found in Georgia and the Carolinas.
She got the name "Old Ironsides" during the battle of the War of 1812. Sailors witnessed iron cannon balls bouncing off her sides. Shouts were heard proclaiming, "Huzzah! Her sides are made of iron!"
The old girl fought many a battle and defeated many foes but, between 1829 and 1833, the US Navy yard commanders conducted a survey to see if the USS Constitution (Old Ironsides) was worth saving. A report came from the infamous doctor, speaker, author and leading citizen, Oliver Wendell Holmes. On September 16, 1830, his patriotic poem, "Old Ironsides" was published. This poem helped to prevent the scrapping of this grand old battleship. She went on to win many more battle victories.
In 1907, the US Congress declared that "Old Ironsides" was deemed as a national monument. In 1925, Congress set aside money to have her repaired. Even school children donated their money to have this ship repaired. She had magnificent beauty.
"Old Ironsides" was never defeated or boarded. She rests today in Boston Harbor. She truly is a symbol of what America stands for.
God has His hand on America. The intercessors are faithful and loyal, and we are truly grateful for their ministry as they have the power with God to raise "Old Ironsides."Please pray for our current "Old Ironsides", President Trump, for God's protection, wisdom, strength and the continual covering of God's prayer warriors so he, too, can bounce off the enemy's cannon balls being lopped against him and win the wars.

Freewill update - 3 of 4 hurdles down, 1 to go
Hurdle 1: Last night I bailed Freewill out of jail in Ogemaw county (Michigan) so that he'd be out and have access to whatever he needs in order to shoot down the Oscoda county complaint against him and file a counter-complaint.
Hurdle 2: Last night I also dealt with the actions against him in Crawford county, so that there wouldn't be any holds to take him there, just hearing(s) scheduled at future date(s).
Hurdle 3: Bay county, which Freewill told me over the jail phone had stated no interest in coming to get him, then did the opposite: they picked Freewill up late last night. Freewill called me this afternoon to inform me that Bay county had held a hearing today, scheduled another hearing for this fall, and set him free. I had a feeling it wouldn't be a lengthy stay but wasn't certain. Bailing Freewill out of the first two hurdles was aimed at getting the ball rolling in Bay county so that matter can finish at an earlier date and Freewill could get out of the mess he's in sooner rather than later. The quick hearing and release are welcome.
Hurdle 4: Freewill called me a short time later, while I was on my way to get him, to tell me that Genesee county has placed a hold on him for a past matter. In 2015 Genesee county sent two representatives to Crawford county to meet with 2 Crawford county deputies to seek payment for child support. Freewill and the Genesee county representatives agreed upon satisfying the claim not in federal reserve notes (unbacked, fiat currency) via Iraq Dinars (oil-backed securities) at the then current oil exchange rate of 95 USD per 1 Dinar, and Freewill handed them Iraq Dinars equivalent to several times the amount sought in USD, followed by the request that Genesee county mail the excess payment back to him. I put what I had set aside into getting Oscoda and Crawford counties out of the way, I'm tapped out and have Freewill's bills on top of my own coming up due in little more than 1 week. Help Freewill if you can. Please. And thank you very much to everyone who pitched in to get Oscoda and Crawford counties to back off and leave Freewill room to breathe, work, spend time with his daughter, and spend the rest of his time trying to bring the kind of changes we all want for our states and nation.

Hurdle 2: Last night I also dealt with the actions against him in Crawford county, so that there wouldn't be any holds to take him there, just hearing(s) scheduled at future date(s).
Hurdle 3: Bay county, which Freewill told me over the jail phone had stated no interest in coming to get him, then did the opposite: they picked Freewill up late last night. Freewill called me this afternoon to inform me that Bay county had held a hearing today, scheduled another hearing for this fall, and set him free. I had a feeling it wouldn't be a lengthy stay but wasn't certain. Bailing Freewill out of the first two hurdles was aimed at getting the ball rolling in Bay county so that matter can finish at an earlier date and Freewill could get out of the mess he's in sooner rather than later. The quick hearing and release are welcome.
Hurdle 4: Freewill called me a short time later, while I was on my way to get him, to tell me that Genesee county has placed a hold on him for a past matter. In 2015 Genesee county sent two representatives to Crawford county to meet with 2 Crawford county deputies to seek payment for child support. Freewill and the Genesee county representatives agreed upon satisfying the claim not in federal reserve notes (unbacked, fiat currency) via Iraq Dinars (oil-backed securities) at the then current oil exchange rate of 95 USD per 1 Dinar, and Freewill handed them Iraq Dinars equivalent to several times the amount sought in USD, followed by the request that Genesee county mail the excess payment back to him.
