12/27/2015 — West Coast Volcanic Earthquakes — Flurry of M4.0 to M4.9 strike California Volcanoes over a few days time by Michael Janitch After the M4.3 volcanic earthquake which struck this afternoon in Southern California, now we see that ANOTHER M4.9 event has struck off the shores off the West coast / Baja Mexico. _______ The graphic below shows the past 7 days of M3.9 and greater earthquakes.  It should stand out as obvious (at this point) that the only locations to be struck were volcanic locations. Each M4.0+ earthquake seen above, which struck over the past 7 days (up to December 27, 2015) occurred directly at a volcano, or volcanic field... even the events off shore. This is proof that things are on the move BELOW the plate, and further movement in adjacent areas can be expected in the near term.  This was discussed several days ago as a real possibility to occur this week -- now the volcanic movement has occurred as expected. See the earthquake forecast for California here: The earthquake forecast video seen above (issued last week) specifically warned for M4.0+ earthquakes to strike at dormant volcanoes located at the California / Nevada border, and offshore to the NW and SW. A post was made on each M4.0+ earthquake which occurred over the past several days, see each volcanic earthquake documented  here: Bitner Butte volcano at the far Northeast California / Nevada border was struck. Steamboat Springs volcanic field at the Central Eastern California / Nevada border was struck. Mono Lake Supervolcano / Inyo Craters at the Central Eastern California / Nevada border (just South of Steamboat Springs) was struck. Black Mountain / Opal Mountain volcanoes at the Southeastern California / Nevada border was struck. _______ Moving forward to the M4.9 which just struck off the coast of Baja Mexico / West coast.... the location in question which was just hit is also volcanic in nature.  Literally the earthquake occurred inside an undersea volcanic field.   In the above screenshot from Google Earth, we can see at least one well defined crater within 20-30 miles of the earthquake epicenter (via sonar view ). Soon round the world, the children would play, and grownups would celebrate a bright Christmas day. They all enjoyed freedom each month of the year, because of the soldiers, like the one lying here.   I couldn't help wonder how many lay alone, on a cold Christmas eve in a land far from home. The very thought brought a tear to my eye, I dropped to my knees and started to cry. The soldier awakened and I heard a rough voice, "Santa don't cry, this life is my choice.   I fight for freedom, I don't ask for more, my life is my God, my country, my corps." The soldier rolled over and soon drifted to sleep, I couldn't control it, I continued to weep.  I kept watch for hours, so silent and still,  and we both shivered from the cold evening's chill.   I didn't want to leave on that cold, dark night, this guardian of honor so willing to fight. Then the soldier rolled over, with a voice soft and pure, whispered, "Carry on Santa, it's Christmas day, all is secure." We have the choice to use either "lawful money" or "government script"----- at least in theory but, in fact, they have established a coercive monopoly leading to conditions of "monopoly inducement"----- the only currency made readily available is the "Federal Reserve Note" or checks, etc., all "denominated" in Federal Reserve Notes------ so how to you force the rats to use "lawful money"?

Well, you can't really force them to literally use lawful money because they don't have any,  but you can force them to "denominate" whatever currency is being used "as" lawful money.  

In other words, even though they don't have actual United States Silver Dollars, you can force them to pretend that they do and credit your account accordingly "as if" every digit related to your account was representing a United States Silver Dollar.

The key is to realize that the word "personal" has been redefined for their purposes to mean "corporate" and that the corporation uses "Federal Reserve Notes" as currency so that when you cluelessly set up a "personal checking account" you are, in fact, setting up a "corporate checking account" for a government corporation franchise operated "in your NAME"------ and every digit passing through that account is being "presumed" to represent "Federal Reserve Notes".  

Unless you object and inform the bank that yours is a "private account" and that all deposits to and transfers from the accounts associated with your name must be "denominated" as "lawful money"---- your account will be presumed to belong to the federal corporation franchise they are running in your NAME and all deposits and withdrawals will be considered "Federal Reserve Notes" ----- corporate monopoly money as well. 

Even worse, the bank will presume that the funds in these corporate franchise accounts belong to the corporation(s) and not to you; this is how they propose to have the ability to seize your bank accounts, 401K's, etc.  

I recommend informing the local banks with a simple letter instructing them to denominate all funds deposited to and transferred between and out of accounts held in your name as lawful money.  By doing this, you put the banks on the griddle if they ever try to "nationalize" your accounts, because you have chosen to operate using lawful money--- which is not their "money".  

Be sure and use US Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested when you send the letter and retain the receipt when you receive it back to give plausible proof of your action.

I've got news for everyone---- NONE of the Post-Civil War Amendments apply to us.  

I used to think (because they reconvened something calling itself The United States in Congress Assembled between April and December of 1865) that the 13th Amendment claiming to "abolish slavery" had been lawfully added to the actual Constitution as well as the "corporate" Constitution----- but I no longer think so. I think it was bogus throughout and that NONE of the "Amendments" from the 13th onward have EVER been properly enabled or ratified.  The 14th certainly wasn't and the 16th certainly wasn't and we have proof. 

You have to be aware that "citizenship" is related to public service of a body politic.  We are not acting as "citizens" when we are acting in our natural capacity as people. The two capacities are mutually exclusive. 

"Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron --- impossible to be sovereign and citizen at the same time.  So while claiming one's Natural and Unalienable rights and Native sovereignty, we NOT acting as "citizens".  We are acting as one of the "free sovereign and independent people of the United States".  

I am too tired to go on at this time, but this is a topic that deserves a lot of discussion ---

Jan Helfeld is a political journalist who has been traveling around and asking politicians some of the same awkward questions that work to expose the illegitimacy of their authority. His questions were extremely simple and many times ridiculed as “stupid” by the politicians that he interviewed because he was attempting to establish moral principles using the Socratic method.

 

One of the best and most crucial questions that Helfeld has asked over the years is simple enough: “Can you delegate a right that you don’t have to someone else?”

 

This simple question has caused dozens of politicians to either become aggressive, run away, or both because it points out that they do not have the right to do the things that they do in the name of government.

 

To use an example: if an average citizen does not have the right to steal from his neighbor, then he cannot go ahead and vote for one of his friends to do it.

 

Furthermore, if a particular group – even a group with a majority in a certain area – decided to vote for themselves or one another, to steal from innocent people, they would not be justified in doing so. In this situation, these people would essentially be granting a privilege to another person that they themselves did not have, which is obviously a ridiculous idea.

 

However, this is exactly how democracy and representative government works. The power of the politicians is supposedly granted by the people. However, average people don’t have the right to do things that politicians and agents of the state do on a regular basis. Therefore, the people living in a democracy never had the authority that they allegedly gave their government to begin with, which means that this authority does not exist and that the government does not have a right to use it.

 

Helfeld would lead the people he interviewed to this conclusion, which resulted in an incredibly entertaining encounter nearly every time.

In the following video, Helfeld interviewed Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii and walked him down the same path of logic that was laid out in this article. He asked Inouye first whether or not people had the right to steal from one another, and then if they had the right to delegate that authority to the government; then finally he asked, “Can a person delegate a right that they do not have?” Inouye sat frozen like a deer in the headlights realizing that he had just been backed into a corner, and that’s when the interview gets really interesting.

Inouye is not alone, either.  Many other politicians and news pundits had similar reactions when faced with the same questions. President Barack Obama and the entire U.S. Congress have betrayed you, the American people, by refusing, out of cowardice, to take the necessary emergency actions to prevent the greatest financial and economic crash -- far worse than 1929 and 2008 -- from happening in the hours and days just ahead. Unless you, the American people, stand up and demand immediate action, the nation and much of mankind is facing catastrophe at the start of the New Year.

The entire trans-Atlantic financial system is about to blow. In just the past few weeks, $15 billion in junk and investment grade bonds have been wiped out. This is but a harbinger of an imminent total crash of the trans-Atlantic financial bubble. As of Jan. 1, 2016, a $72 billion debt bubble is set to explode in Puerto Rico. Congress had the opportunity to act to prevent this before leaving town, but failed to act.

An estimated $5 trillion in debt, tied to the collapsing U.S. domestic shale oil and gas sector is blowing up. In Western Canada, this bubble has already been shattered, triggering the loss of 100,000 jobs in 2015 – the equivalent of 750,000 jobs lost in the United States -- a crash of the real estate market, and a social breakdown. That same crisis is coming to the United States, at an accelerating rate, but on a much larger scale.

In Europe, starting on Jan. 1, 2016, new laws go into effect, eliminating all protections for bank depositors, who will have their savings stolen under "bail-in" regulations, as has already happened in Cyprus. More than 10,000 Italian depositors had their savings "bailed in" (expropriated] in the collapse of four banks this month.

The same measures are included in the Dodd-Frank bill here in the United States. If your bank collapses, your life savings can be stolen to save the bank. It can and will happen here, thanks to the cowardice and corruption of your elected officials, who have kept you in the dark and violated their oaths of office.

Congress had the chance, before leaving town, to prevent this now onrushing crisis. They were warned. They could have passed bills already introduced in both Houses of Congress to reinstate Glass-Steagall, the FDR legislation that broke up the Depression era too-big-to-fail banks by separating commercial banking from all of the gambling activities. But Congress was bought out by Wall Street and failed you. President Obama is a wholly-owned creature of Wall Street and London. Wall Street is hopelessly bankrupt, and they intend to cling to power by stealing your money, wiping out your health care, and shutting down what is left of the real economy. Within days or weeks, you could be facing food shortages, hyperinflation and a complete breakdown of everything you think of as normal.

President Obama, on behalf of Wall Street and London, is also provoking confrontation with Russia, driving the world towards global war, a war that some top American and Russian military commanders warn could rapidly become a war of thermonuclear extinction.

On Jan. 1, 2016, under U.S. and International Monetary Fund approval, Ukraine will default on $3 billion in debt to Russia, an act of open Western provocation against Moscow, on top of the already ongoing sanctions, the eastward expansion of NATO and other acts of direct military provocation.

This is all deadly serious. The world is on the cusp of a worse than Great Depression crash and a new world war. You must now act because your elected officials have abandoned you out of cowardice and corruption. They, along with President Obama, deserve your derision and anger, for their cowardly behavior.

There are solutions readily available. Wall Street must be shut down immediately. Not one penny more to bail out these criminals! Congress must remove Wall Street puppet Barack Obama from office, through impeachment or through invoking the 25th Amendment, which provides for the removal of a President from office who is mentally unfit to continue to serve. Glass-Steagall must be immediately reinstated, and a series of initiatives must be taken, all modeled on what the great American President Franklin Roosevelt did in his first months in office, to create millions of productive jobs, rebuild the nations collapsed infrastructure, and restore the nation’s dignity.

Congress can take these actions in a matter of hours, but they will only act in time if you wake up and demand it.

The alternative is Hell on Earth, by the start of the New Year. Do you, your friends, your neighbors, have the moral fitness to survive? That is the question on your table this Christmas Eve.

A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE !!!

Last weekend I saw something at The Army Disposal Shop that sparked my interest. I was looking for a little something different for my wife.  What I came across was a 100,000-volt, pocket/purse-sized Tazer.

The effects of the Tazer were supposed to be short lived, with no long term adverse affect on your assailant, allowing her adequate time to retreat to safety...??

WAY TOO COOL!

Long story short, I bought the device and brought it home. I loaded two AAA batteries in the darn thing and pushed the button. Nothing! I was disappointed.  I learned, however, that if I pushed the button and pressed it against a metal surface at the same time, I'd get the blue arc of electricity darting back and forth between the prongs.

AWESOME!!! Unfortunately, I have yet to explain to Suzanne what that burn spot is on the face of her microwave.

Okay, so I was home alone with this new toy, thinking to myself that it couldn't be all that bad with only two AAA batteries, right?

There I sat in my recliner.  My cat Nigella looking on intently (trusting little soul) while I was reading the directions and thinking that I really needed to try this thing out on a flesh and blood moving target.

I must admit I thought about zapping Nigella (for a fraction of a second) and then thought better of it. She is such a sweet cat. But, if I was going to give this thing to my wife to protect herself against a mugger, I did want some assurance that it would work as advertised. Am I wrong?

So, there I sat in a pair of shorts and a singlet with my reading glasses perched delicately on the bridge of my nose, directions in one hand and Tazer in another.

The directions said that:
- a one-second burst would shock and disorient your assailant;
- a two-second burst was supposed to cause muscle spasms and a major loss of bodily control; and
- a three-second burst would purportedly make your assailant flop on the ground like a fish out of water.
- Any burst longer than three seconds would be wasting the batteries.

All the while I'm looking at this little device measuring about 5" long, less than 3/4 inch in circumference (loaded with two itsy, bitsy AAA batteries); pretty cute really, and thinking to myself, 'no possible way!'

What happened next is almost beyond description, but I'll do my best.
 

I'm sitting there alone, the cat looking on with her head cocked to one side so as to say, 'Don't do it stupid,' reasoning that a one second burst from such a tiny lil ole thing couldn't hurt all that bad. I decided to give myself a one second burst just for heck of it.

I touched the prongs to my naked thigh, pushed the button, and...

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!    WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!     WHAT THE  ... !!!

I'm pretty sure Hulk Hogan ran in through the side door, picked me up in the recliner, then body slammed us both on the carpet, over and over and over again.

I vaguely recall waking up on my side in the fetal position with tears in my eyes, body soaking wet, both nipples on fire, testicles nowhere to be found, with my left arm tucked under my body in the oddest position and tingling in my legs!

Note:  If you ever feel compelled to 'mug' yourself with a Tazer, one note of caution:

The cat was making meowing sounds I had never heard before, clinging to a picture frame hanging above the lounge, obviously in an attempt to avoid getting slammed by my body flopping all over the living room.

A three second burst would be considered conservative!

There is NO such thing as a one second burst when you zap yourself!  You will not let go of that thing until it is dislodged from your hand by a violent thrashing about on the floor!

A minute or so later (I can't be sure, as time was a relative thing at that point), I collected my wits (what little I had left), sat up and surveyed the landscape.

· My bent reading glasses were on the top of the TV.

· The recliner was upside down and about 8 feet or so from where it originally was.

· My triceps, right thigh and both nipples were still twitching.

· My face felt like it had been shot up with Novocain, and my bottom lip weighed 88 lbs.

· I had no control over the drooling.

· I saw a faint smoke cloud above my head, which I believe came from my hair.
· Apparently I had crapped in my shorts, but was too numb to know for sure, and my sense of smell was gone.

I'm still looking for my testicles and I'm offering a significant reward for their safe return!

PS: My wife can't stop laughing about my experience.  She loved the gift and now regularly threatens me with it!

Moral to this story:  Don't zap yourself!!!

Eighteen-month-old Bella Moore-Williams “made a miraculous recovery” half an hour after her life support was turned off, according to London’s Daily Express.

In July, Bella’s parents, Francesca and Lee Moore-Williams, were told by doctors that their daughter had mitochondrial disease, in which cells in the body are not able to utilize food and oxygen to generate the energy required for normal cell function. The doctors said she was “unlikely to survive.”

With their daughter on life support, they invited their families to the hospital, took one last picture of Bella with her brother, and prepared to say goodbye.

“I just kept sitting there thinking ‘why us?’” Francesca told the Daily Express. “I will never, ever forget that moment when I had to say goodbye to my daughter.”

The doctors took Bella off life support.

“I was holding her hand knowing there was going to be a little last breath,” Francesca said. “I could feel her hand dropping and it went down but then she started gripping my finger.

Half an hour later, Bella “began kicking and screaming.”
“She started moving on her own and then her machine started going off,” Francesca said. “The doctors then changed everything to try to keep her alive.”

Bella’s father said that after watching her fight for life, “the doctors changed their way of thinking.”

“They went all the way to save her,” Lee said. “In those 20 minutes, I realized she wasn’t ready to let go.”

Bella’s oxygen levels reached 100 percent and doctors told her parents they were optimistic about her recovery.

Three weeks later, Bella was home from the hospital. She spent another few weeks “being weened off the toughest drugs,” and she is still undergoing treatment.

Her parents said that Bella is “eight months behind” where she should be, but she is walking and talking.

After her recovery, doctors said they believe Bella has Biotinidase deficiency, a rare genetic condition that prevents the body from absorbing vital nutrients.

Now, the family is looking forward to spending Christmas together.

“We are so excited to be together this Christmas and to sit and watch them open their presents,” Francesca said. 
“Bella loves Father Christmas so we can’t wait to have the Christmas we thought we’d never have six months ago.”

Doctors told the family she wouldn't survive - but she defied all the odds. Just five months ago she was fighting for her life. Rushed to Colchester hospital after falling ill on a family holiday, Bella was put in intensive care. Doctors thought she may have Biotinidase deficiency, a rare genetic condition which prevents the body absorbing vital nutrients, something which occurs in only one in every 60,000 births.
