Assembling American One more time

I live in maybe the most important State concerning our Freedom, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is still and always has been our Republic’s seat of government. Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court is our highest constitutional Court in our Republic. We are a Republic from the beginning. We the people in Pennsylvania have been overcome by some of the highest taxes in the United States. Our gas tax is the highest in the country. It is over seventy cents a gallon. This is based upon “taxation without representation.”

Our republic was overtaken by a British corporation after the civil war. The British have no authority to rule over “We the people” in the United States, but the government is being ruled over by the British.

It might sound crazy that our government has been operated by the British since the Civil War. But this is absolutely true. Let me Explain our dilemma.

Today in the United States there are many attorneys that belong to the BAR association. Every member of the BAR association is not a Citizen of the United States of America. This is because the BAR association has its roots in Westminster, England. The word BAR actually stands for “British Accreditation Registry!

The constitution actually says that no man with a title of nobility can hold public office. All members of the BAR are called esquire. No man with the title esquire can hold public office according to the constitution. The reason these non-Citizens hold public office is because the government has been operated by the British. There is no other reason.

The fact that this deception is happening right now proves that the British Crown is in “Breach of Trust” which is a capital crime against “We the people.” 

This British control is all being perpetrated against the free people of the United States of America which is Fraud. There is not any time limit on any fraud. If I find that my father or mother were victims of fraud, then I today, can sue the “wrong doer” even if the fraud took place fifty years ago. 

So now the representatives that are voted into office are participants in the British controlled government. These Senators and Representatives desire to be called the “Honorable” Senator Smith. But they are not honoring “We the People.”

Here is Pennsylvania we have a watch group that is growing everyday. The group is called the “Pennsylvania Assembly.” The Pennsylvania Assembly is found at www.PennsylvaniaAssembly.org. And there is a www.National-Assembly.net website where we can find our National Assembly.

The Pennsylvania Assembly and our National Assembly are filled with everyday people. The Assemblies are also the holders of our “Pennsylvania Common Law Grand Jury.” The grand juries are constantly looking for people who desire to oversee the political and criminal acts of people in power. It is “We the People” who are the watchers of any criminal activities. We need the help of everyday folk who desire to see our States are brought back under the control of “We the People.

Those who have hijacked our government will not remain in power when “We the People” gather in number and establish our Assemblies. Just like we did in 1776, we must do again today. Every county in each State will need an assembly. We don’t need war. We need to hold all of these government criminals liable for their actions. When we do this, everything will change quickly. But we need the numbers. We need you to join your State Assembly. When you write to the National Assembly, your email will be forwarded to the State Assembly where you live.

If you understand that the Declaration of Independence is our most sacred document of the Republic, then you are the people we are looking for.

If you understand the Constitution is our contract with a service provider and the service provider is the Federal government. And you now recognize that the same government is over-stepping its constitutional agreements, then you are the people we are looking to meet and talk with. 

We are in a heated battle. The battle lines have already been drawn and we need the support and knowledge of people like you. It is our inherit God given Rights that are the subject of this battle. It will not be won by sitting on our hands saying, “It’s not that bad!” It really is that bad, and we need people to stand up and be counted today!

Right now go and write your email to the National Assembly content manager. Join your State Assembly. 

The issues are many, time is short. We need to move on this right now. By this fall, we must have every Assembly up and running. That takes time that we don’t have. We must move forward with our every thought and all of our strength now.

On Thursday Masha Gessen watched the press briefing of White House Chief of Staff General John Kelly and concluded:

The press briefing could serve as a preview of what a military coup in this country would look like, for it was in the logic of such a coup that Kelly advanced his four arguments.

1. Those who criticize the President don’t know what they’re talking about because they haven’t served in the military. …
2. The President did the right thing because he did exactly what his general told him to do. …
3. Communication between the President and a military widow is no one’s business but theirs. …
4. Citizens are ranked based on their proximity to dying for their country. …

Gessen is late. The coup happened months ago. A military junta is in strong control of White House polices. It is now widening its claim to power.

All along Trump has been the candidate of the military. The other two power centers of the power triangle, the corporate and the executive government (CIA), had gone for Clinton. The Pentagon’s proxy defeated the CIA proxy. (Last months’ fight over Raqqa was similar – with a similar outcome.)

On January 20, the first day of the Not-Hillary presidency, I warned:

The military will demand its due beyond the three generals now in Trump’s cabinet.

With the help of the media the generals in the White House defeated their civilian adversary. In August the Trump ship dropped its ideological pilot. Steve Bannon went from board. Bannon’s militarist enemy, National Security Advisor General McMaster, had won. I stated:

A military junta is now ruling the United States

and later explained:

Trump’s success as the “Not-Hillary” candidate was based on an anti-establishment insurgency. Representatives of that insurgency, Flynn, Bannon and the MAGA voters, drove him through his first months in office. An intense media campaign was launched to counter them and the military took control of the White House. The anti-establishment insurgents were fired. Trump is now reduced to public figure head of a stratocracy – a military junta which nominally follows the rule of law.

The military took full control of White House processes and policies:

Everything of importance now passes through the Junta’s hands … To control Trump the Junta filters his information input and eliminates any potentially alternative view … The Junta members dictate their policies to Trump by only proposing certain alternatives to him. The one that is most preferable to them, will be presented as the only desirable one. “There are no alternatives,” Trump will be told again and again.

With the power center captured the Junta starts to implement its ideology and to suppress any and all criticism against itself.

On Thursday the 19th Kelly criticized Congresswoman Frederica Wilson of South Florida for hearing in (invited) on a phone-call Trump had with some dead soldiers wife:

Kelly then continued his criticism of Wilson, mentioning the 2015 dedication of the Miramar FBI building, saying she focused in her speech that she “got the money” for the building.

The video of the Congresswoman’s speech (above link) proves that Kelly’s claim was a fabrication. But one is no longer allowed to point such out. The Junta, by definition, does not lie. When the next day journalists asked the White House Press Secretary about Kelly’s unjustified attack she responded:

MS. SANDERS: If you want to go after General Kelly, that’s up to you. But I think that that — if you want to get into a debate with a four-star Marine general, I think that that’s something highly inappropriate.

It is now “highly inappropriate” to even question the Junta that rules the empire.

U.S. soldiers, and especially commanding officers, have a well pampered and safe life. Many civilian jobs pay less and are more dangerous. A myth is build around the U.S. military with the help of hundreds of millions in public relations and marketing expenditures. The U.S. military does not win wars, but its soldiers are depicted as being better humans than the general population. The soldiers themselves drink that Kool-Aid. At the end of his press briefing General Kelly belittled everyone who never signed up for the military or took a swig:

Before walking off the stage, Kelly told Americans who haven’t served in the military that he pities them. “We don’t look down upon those of you who haven’t served,” he said. “In fact, in a way we are a little bit sorry because you’ll have never have experienced the wonderful joy you get in your heart when you do the kinds of things our servicemen and women do—not for any other reason than that they love this country.”

‘We do not look down on you. We think of you as a pitiable minor creature.’ What an asshole.

If the soldiers do not work “for any other reason than that they love this country” why do they ask to be paid? Why is the public asked to finance 200 military golf courses? Because the soldiers “love the country”? Only a few 10,000 of the 2,000,000 strong U.S. military will ever see an active front-line.

And imagine the “wonderful joy” Kelly “got in his heart” when he commanded the illegal torture camp of Guantanamo Bay:

Presiding over a population of detainees not charged or convicted of crimes, over whom he had maximum custodial control, Kelly treated them with brutality. His response to the detainees’ peaceful hunger strike in 2013 was punitive force-feeding, solitary confinement, and rubber bullets. Furthermore, he sabotaged efforts by the Obama administration to resettle detainees, consistently undermining the will of his commander in chief.

Former U.S. Army Captain and now CIA director Mike Pompeo was educated at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is part of the Junta circle, installed to control the competition. Pompeo also wants to again feel the “wonderful joy”. On Friday he promised that the CIA would become a “much more vicious agency”. Instead of merely waterboarding ‘terrorists’ and drone-bombing brown families, Pompeo’s more vicious CIA will rape the ‘terrorist’s’ kids and nuke whole villages. Pompeo’s remark was made at a get-together of the Junta and neo-conservative warmongers.

On October 19 Defense Secretary General Mattis was asked in Congress about the recent incident in Niger during which, among others, several U.S. soldiers were killed. Mattis set (vid 5:29pm) a curious new metric for deploying U.S. troops:

Any time we commit out troops anywhere, it is based on a simple first question and that is – is the well-being of the American people sufficiently enhanced by putting our troops there, by putting our troops in a position to die?

In his October 20 press briefing General Kelly also tried to explain why U.S. soldiers are in Niger:

So why were they there? They’re there working with partners, local — all across Africa — in this case, Niger — working with partners, teaching them how to be better soldiers; teaching them how to respect human rights …

Is the U.S. military really qualified to teach anyone how to respect human rights? Did it learn that from  committing mass atrocities in about each campaign it ever fought?

One of the soldiers who were killed in Niger while “teaching how to respect human rights” was a 39 year old “chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist” with “more than a dozen awards and decorations”.

The U.S. military sent a highly qualified WMD specialist on a “routine patrol” in Niger to teach local soldiers “to respect human rights” due to which presumably “the well-being of the American people” would be "sufficiently enhanced”?

Will anyone really buy that bridge?  But who would dare to ask more about this? 

It is”highly inappropriate” to doubt whatever the military says. Soon that will change into “verboten”.  Any doubt, any question will be declared “fake news” and a sign of devious foreign influence. Whoever spreads such will be blocked from communicating.

The military is now indeed “Above All”. That air force slogan was a remake of a 1933 “Über Alles” campaign in Germany. One wonders what other historic similarities will develop from it.

Justice is being served to one of the unlikeliest of candidates.

West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry has been arrested and faces 22 federal counts of making false statements, witness tampering, and fraud.

The Irony of It All

In 2006, Justice Loughry penned “Don’t Buy Another Vote, I Won’t Pay for a Landslide: The Sordid and Continuing History of Political Corruption in West Virginia.”

One would expect the author of such a book to be untouchable.

That is obviously not the case with Loughry.

How It Started

Loughry is yet another high-ranking public official who thought he was above the law.

After a massive and very expensive makeover was ordered for his own office, people started asking questions.

A local ABC affiliate started checking into the $363,000 renovation and it was not long before Loughry was put on the hot seat.

Loughry, during interviews about the renovation, tried to make it seem as though he had nothing to do with the actual ordering of the renovations.

The investigation found differently, and his house of cards started to fall.

The Aftermath

The shock of a state Supreme Court Justice swept through West Virginia.

Not surprisingly, voters were shaken and started to lose faith in the system.

Governor Jim Justice did his best to reassure voters that although Loughry was clearly a bad apple, he does not represent others in office.

“They don’t need to lose confidence over bad actions from a player that was significant in our government,” the governor stated.

No offense to the governor, but words are cheap.

Over the last year, we have seen a boatload of politicians and judges being ousted and/or sent to jail for corruption or abusing their office in one way or another.

When Trump said he was going to drain the swamp, it is unlikely anyone foresaw the actual depths of it.

Disclosures by the Justice Department inspector general of political bias among FBI agents is focusing new attention on problems within the FBI's once-storied counterintelligence division.

The report by Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz reveals evidence of politicization among senior FBI officials, notably the text message by Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Peter Strzok suggesting Strzok was willing to use official counterintelligence powers to "stop" Donald Trump from becoming president in the 2016 election campaign.

FBI counterintelligence, the mission of identifying and countering foreign spies, for decades operated as a distinct specialty for FBI agents trained to deal with spies rather than fighting criminals and terrorists.

As a senior FBI counterspy, Strzok wields significant power through access to intelligence information held in secret FBI databases and through court-ordered surveillance.

Another sign of counterintelligence problems at the FBI was the disclosure in the IG report that the FBI did not take any action against Russian meddling in the 2016 election until late September 2016 – despite the fact that Moscow's operations had been underway since 2015.

The report said then-FBI Director James Comey directed the Counterintelligence Division to conduct a "multi-faceted effort" to protect the election from foreign interference.

"This tasking included the implementation of ‘a national supply chain risk management effort to identify vulnerabilities in voting infrastructure,' engaging state election officials about potential threats, the investigation of ‘whether foreign adversaries were attempting to interfere with or improperly influence the' 2016 election, and the investigation of certain U.S. persons’ contacts with foreign adversaries," the report said.

FBI officials said the late September counter-interference operation was one reason the FBI delayed re-opening the email probe after several hundred thousand new emails were discovered on the laptop of Anthony Wiener, husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

The IG report made public last week reveals that several FBI counterintelligence officials, not only Strzok, showed clear signs of political bias in their communications.

Most of focus of the IG, however, was on Strzok who was escorted out of FBI headquarters on Tuesday amid an internal investigation into his conduct during the Clinton email investigation.

The IG report described Mr. Strzok as one of the most experienced FBI counterspies, who was promoted during the email investigation of Hillary Clinton's private computer server from a Washington field officer supervisor to deputy assistant director.

Mr. Strzok led the email probe that began as a criminal investigation by the counterintelligence division but with an unusual twist – without a specific target. The lack of a target was unusual considering that all the emails found containing classified information were Ms. Clinton's. The probe known by the code name Midyear Exam listed "UNSUB," for unknown subject as the target.

The email probe began in July 2015 and a year later Mr. Strzok would be assigned to lead the FBI's investigation into collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.

The Russia investigation was given a higher priority than the email probe raising further questions about politicization considering Strzok's criticisms of Trump in texts exchanged with Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer.

Mr. Strzok would eventually be assigned to the special counsel probe led by former FBI director Robert Mueller until his emails threatening the Trump campaign were uncovered. He was removed from the Mueller probe in July 2017.

Former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Randall Coleman, told the IG that not making Ms. Clinton the target of the email probe was unusual. "I don’t know [why] that was the case, why it was UNSUB. I’m really shocked that it would have stayed that way because certainly the investigation started really kind of getting more focused," he is quoted in the IG report as saying.

Mr. Coleman said Mr. Strzok was picked to lead the email probe because he was "one of the most experienced and highly-regarded counterintelligence investigators within the FBI."

The email probe included an undisclosed number of FBI counterintelligence agents and intelligence analysts, and during the email probe Mr. Coleman was replaced by E.W. "Bill" Priestap as head of counterintelligence.

Further evidence of politicization of the email took place after Andrew McCabe became deputy FBI director in early 2016. Mr. McCabe assigned Page, an FBI lawyer who was having an affair with Strzok, to be the deputy director's personal liaison to the email probe.

Mr. McCabe was fired by President Trump earlier this year, and the IG report raised questions about his impartiality in the Clinton email probe based on his wife receiving $675,288 from Clinton associate Terry McAuliffe in 2015 to run for office in Virginia.

The IG said the arrangement with Page was unusual and upset FBI agents on the case.

"Several witnesses told the OIG that Page circumvented the official chain of command, and that Strzok communicated important Midyear case information to her, and thus to McCabe, without Priestap’s or [FBI executive Michael] Steinbach’s knowledge," the IG report said.

The IG also said in internal FBI report criticized the Midyear probe and stated that FBI's Criminal Division should have conducted the probe as criminal rather than let the counterintelligence section handle it.

On Capitol Hill Tuesday, Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R., Va.), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, questioned the FBI's counterspy competence in the case.

"The FBI's top counterintelligence official was unaware of possible evidence indicating Mrs. Clinton's private email server had been penetrated by a foreign adversary and unaware of relevant legal process obtained during the investigation," Goodlatte said.

Weakened U.S. counterintelligence

Critics have said U.S. counterintelligence was weakened during the Obama administration. One example was the mishandling of the arrest of 10 Russian illegal spies in New York in 2010.

Instead of charging the deep cover "illegal" spies with espionage – they did not enjoy the usual diplomatic immunity afforded to legal spies – the 10 Russians posing as Americans were sent back to Moscow without being fully interrogated.

As a result, valuable intelligence on Russian spying operations was lost.

The Obama administration at the time was seeking to curry favor with Russia as part of the failed reset policy toward Moscow.

The administration also failed to take action against Russian intelligence during its operations to interfere with the 2016 election. After the election, a group of Russian intelligence officers was expelled.

In contrast, during the Cold War, FBI counterspies achieved a major intelligence coup by recruiting as an informant the No. 2 official in the Communist Party USA, Morris Childs, who provided Kremlin and other valuable secrets between 1958 and 1982.

Michael Waller, an intelligence expert with the Center for Security Policy, said the IG report lays bare what some have been saying for decades: "The United States is the No. 1 target of every hostile intelligence service on earth."

"With few exceptions, the FBI has very little to show that it has the strategy and leadership to cut off much more than the low-hanging fruit," Waller said.

"It’s time to reorganize the whole FBI, retire a lot of the upper dead wood and fast-track the aggressive and capable younger field agents who think strategically and put the nation ahead of their careers," he added. "That will help give the FBI the new leadership the country so desperately needs it to have."

The IG report quoted Comey as concluding well before the email probe was ended that Ms. Clinton used the private email to discuss Top Secret information eight times and Secret data dozens of times. However Mr. Comey asserted that "there was no indication" Ms. Clinton knew sending the information was illegal, or that she intended to do so. He described it as a "fairly typical spill" of information.

Comey also told the IG that the same counterspies assigned to the email probe were working on the Russia probe and as a result were "overwhelmed."

"It was Russia, Russia, Russia all the time," Comey was quoted as saying, noting that he should have assigned "another Strzok" to the two investigations or even two separate teams of counterspies.

The IG questioned the assignment of Midyear probe members to the Russia investigation.

"We were surprised to learn that FBI leadership decided to assign many of the key members of the Midyear team, immediately after determining that no charges should be brought against then candidate Clinton, to the Russia investigation, which touched upon the campaign of then candidate Trump," the IG said in a footnote.

"This is particularly so given the questions being raised by candidate Trump and his supporters regarding the declination decision in the Midyear investigation. While we recognize that staffing decisions are for management to make, we question the judgment of assigning agents who had just determined that one candidate running in an election should not be prosecuted to an investigation that relates to the campaign of the other candidate in the election."

Strzok's text message "exacerbated" the concerns, the report said.

"Surely, the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division had talented agents who were not involved in the Midyear investigation who could have fully staffed the Russia investigation," the report said.

"Such a decision also would have eliminated the excuse we were given here about the Russia investigation impacting the ability of agents to address the Weiner laptop issue."

The report noted Strzok's "hostility for then candidate Trump and preference for a Clinton victory" in the text messages to Page.

Of particular concern was the Aug. 8, 2016 text from Strzok who told Page "we'll stop" Trump from being elected.

Communications from two other FBI counterintelligence agents, described in the report as Agent 1 and Agent 5, also raise concerns.

At one point after Comey sent the Oct. 28, 2016 letter to Congress reopening the Clinton email probe, Agent 1 told Agent 5 "Not sure if Trump or fifth floor is worse." The agent said the fifth floor was a reference to the Washington field office counterintelligence leaders.

Agent 1 was described as one of two agents who conducted the questioning of Clinton on July 2 that the IG said was tainted by the inclusion of two Clinton aides who were also witnesses in the email probe.

Agent 5 was described as an experienced counterintelligence agent who worked on a "filter team" to identify privileged communications among seized FBI documents to make sure the material was not reviewed by investigators.

An FBI spokeswoman referred questions to the IG report's section containing the FBI response.

The FBI response included a single reference to counterintelligence. An FBI working group has been set up to examine whether in the future "it would be beneficial to team agents from different components and backgrounds to leverage respective skill sets and experiences, e.g., drawing on the experience of public corruption agents when conducting counterintelligence investigations."

Strzok's lawyer, Aitan Goelman, defended Strzok in a statement Tuesday.

"Just as he has been for the last 20 years, Pete Strzok remains a proud FBI agent who wants to continue working to keep the American people safe," Goelman said.

"Pete has steadfastly played by the rules and respected the process, and yet he continues to be the target of unfounded personal attacks, political games and inappropriate information leaks," he added.

"All of this seriously calls into question the impartiality of the disciplinary process, which now appears tainted by political influence. Instead of publicly calling for a long-serving FBI agent to be summarily fired, politicians should allow the disciplinary process to play out free from political pressure."

FBI Agent, Who Exposed Hillary Clinton's Cover-up, Found Dead & His Wife

FBI Special Agent David Raynor murdered, stabbed multiple times and shot twice with his own gun.

An FBI Special Agent, who was anticipated to expose the extent of Clinton and Obama malpractice and corruption in the"Operation Fast and Furious" cover-up the next day before a US Federal Grand Jury, has been found dead at his home.

The FBI official's wife was also found dead at the scene with the couple both being murdered using the 52-year-old agent's own gun.

Special Agent David Raynor was “stabbed multiple times” and “shot twice with his own weapon,” according to local media reports.

Special Agent David Raynor was due to testify against Hillary Clinton when he died.

Raynor's tragic death comes just one day before he was due to testify before a US Federal Grand Jury.

He was widely expected to testify that Hillary Clinton acted illegally to protect Obama administration crimes while covering up the Fast and Furious scandal.

Special Agent David Raynor's wife, Donna Fisher, was also found dead at the scene.  An autopsy will be completed to determine the exact cause of death, according to police.

According to the Baltimore Sun:

Authorities, who are offering a $215,000.00 reward for tips in Suiter’s killing, have struggled to understand what happened.  The detective was shot with his own gun, which was found at the scene.  Two other shots were fired from the gun, and Davis said there were signs of a brief struggle.

Special Agent Raynor’s suspicious death is the latest in a sequence of disturbing deaths in Baltimore connected to the Clinton/Obama cover-up of Operation Fast and Furious.

When President Trump took power, the US Justice Department opened another investigation into Operation Fast and Furious as it pertained to the Baltimore Police Department and impaneled a US Federal Grand Jury.

Special Agent David Raynor was due to testify against Hillary Clinton

One of the main witnesses was Detective Sean Suiter, an 18-year veteran of the FBI.

Special Agent Raynor was leading US Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s and FBI Director Christopher Wray’s investigation into the murder of Detective Sean Suiter, who he believed was silenced before he could testify that the Obama administration was criminally complicit in allowing guns to flow into the hands of criminals on the Mexican border.

He was killed using Special Agent David Raynor's own gun.

Democrat Texas State Senator resigns following criminal convictions

Well, WHAT about the rest of the scumbags in the cabal corporation 'government'?  WHY have't they ALL been arrested and put away for their corruption?

WHAT happened to the restoration of our TRUE government, the Republic, and the total dismantling of the corrupt criminal cabal corporation and DEEP STATE?

Chalk another one up for the good guys — yet another corrupt politician has been taken down.

Democrat State Senator Carlos Uresti of Texas resigned after having been convicted on 11 counts of fraud and bribery. (BUT, being hispanic, he doesn't have to follow the laws like the rest of us do. To be 'white' or caucasian is a sure bet to be discriminated against.)

Drain the Swamp

To say Uresti is delusional is putting it mildly. Listening to his comments about his resignation, one would think he actually had a choice in the matter.

“As you know, I am in the process of ensuring that justice is served,” Uresti stated. “I need to attend to my personal matters and properly care for my family.”  (WHAT is the definition of 'justice', and does that apply to corrupt politicians??)

Then it got really entertaining. He said: “So, keeping in mind the best interests of my constituents and family, I believe it to be most prudent that I step down from my elected office to focus on these important issues.”

The fact is: Uresti could be in jail for decades, so this was not exactly a choice. (BUT he is NOT - WHY??)

Calls for Resignation

Somehow  (??), Uresti has been able to put this off for months.  He was actually convicted on Feb. 22, but his sentencing was not scheduled until June.

After the conviction, his fellow State Senate members demanded he resign but Uresti refused, waiting until the last possible minute.

Since he refused to resign, Lt. Gov. Patrick removed him from all responsibilities, including his committee commitments.

Special Treatment

Like many politicians, it is unlikely Uresti will actually do anywhere near the time he faces.  (And WHY is that??)

Each count (and there were 11 of them) could result in as much as 20 years in prison.

However, reports are already surfacing that Uresti’s sentence will be no more than 12 years, or roughly one year per count.   (WHAT??!!  WHY??)

If his sentence is, in fact, that lax, the citizens of Texas should be outraged.

Draining the swamp is great, but these corrupt politicians need to be truly held accountable for violating the trust of the people that put them into office.
