hours is up at 1 am EST Wed. UST has 8 hours to get the 800 numbers
out. Then the banks have asked for 24 hours to get set up but we will be making
appointments during that 8 hour time frame. [why do the banks need another
24 hrs? They've been practicing for over three months?] it's the
local banks that need to be prepared. Any idea how big this is.
Imagine hundreds of people coming in doing an exchange, setting up accounts,
