THERE TO MAKE SURE THIS IS FINISHED IN THE 72 HOURS WITH NO HICCUPS. THE IMF IS ULTIMATELY IN CHARGE AND
THEY WANT IT TO GO LIVE AROUND THE WORLD AT THE SAME TIME. OUR
RATES REMAIN THE SAME, STILL HIGH, IN THE 30'S AND THE OTHER CURRENCIES ARE
UNCHANGED. THE BANKS TOLD THEIR PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT BE ON CALL UNTIL
TUESDAY EVENING. BE

If you read Ben Fulford's recent update, you will understand what the delay is all about. These Guru's are so full of S**t that they make the content of their reports up and Fulford proved that without trying!

I heard from a Mombo-Maxi, Deluxe-Supreme, Mack-Daddy Skin-it Back source at the utmost tippy-top of the goat herder's guild, who has a friend that heard it from some guy named "Barry Soetoro" and this guy knows someone with the National Enquirer that the new rate is a Bazillion $ to one IQD/N or until 72 hours is up and they have to come up with some other ridiculous yarn.
We're being subtly led closer and closer to 11/23, the date of the Aion Portal activation mentioned by Cobra. I'm beginning to think we really are waiting for The Event to occur, before movement of funds can begin.
Perhaps it's the only way the PTB controllers will lose their firm grip on the banking system. So... Victory of the Light, and Go RV!
